Stop. Stop right now. Please stop. >> Please. You're not allowed to come back. >> So now you two have to walk outside. If you don't, I'm going to arrest all of you. >> Give me a chance. Don't move on your own. >> Oh my god. Let me get my li >> Let me get my [ __ ] >> Not only did shoplifter know how to surprise others by secretly stealing, but the police did as well. Once they followed the trail of their crimes, they made them regret ever thinking they could outsmart justice. Here are the times when cops surprise cat shoplifterss before they even realize it live. We are This is Law. Don't forget to like and subscribe to catch our newest videos first. Starting with this woman stealing without thinking about the consequences. >> Up some OC spray or pepper spray or something. They said >> tricky about this. Let's grab the bag you stole out too. Just come on. Let's just get this done. Stop playing games. You You had >> On July 1st, 2025, officers received a call from Target regarding a shoplifting incident, and the woman had skipped scanning several items without paying. More strikingly, when officers approached her about it, she remained completely calm and indifferent. >> Hello, guys. >> Hi. >> I'm here because Target called and said you stole something. >> I'll go take it. Well, I don't know if they're >> Wait, you obviously know you said something. You said I'll take it back. >> Should we just >> Well, just wait here. We'll see what Target wants to do. What? I mean, >> I'll just >> Well, just wait. What did you take? I don't want to cause a scene in silage. >> See if they can come out here and we can figure it out. Like, maybe you opened up some OC spray or pepper spray or something. And they said, >> "You opened up a pepper spray?" >> Yeah, >> cuz I thought they >> Come on. They know your name already cuz you've been here before stealing for something. >> No, I haven't. >> But they they gave provided us your name. >> I never for onection in my life. >> I'm just telling you what our notes say on the call. So, is this your daughter or who's this? Okay. So, you opened up pepper spray. What else did you steal? >> And she didn't scan this. Do you have an idea on me? >> The woman clearly knew the wrongdoing she had committed, yet showed no sign of guilt, which made officers question whether this was truly her first time. >> You've never been arrested before or anything. >> Have you? >> I'm going to find out. So, I mean, we we can like be done here in a minute and write you a ticket or we can make it a big deal. Like, we're not trying to do that. If we can write you a ticket and be done, we'll be done. But I mean like I could I I don't know what Target wants to do. They called. If you could have paid for it, you should have paid for it before you came outside, right? >> Great. >> I can write. >> No. What's your last name? Okay. Is she on the ticket? Born in '94. All right. I'm just going to go in and tell her we're writing a ticket and be done with her. >> Okay. I'll be right back. Shortly after, officers spoke with store employees and confirmed that she was indeed a familiar face to them, but for all the wrong reasons. >> What? So, she said she didn't pay for a red skirt and she took a pepper spray >> and that tote bag that's in there. >> Whatever. Do you want to get whatever you want to get? And then has she been here before? >> Yep. She's been here before. She's she goes to um she's been apprehending at Woodfield. I travel to places. >> Wow. Okay. So, you guys have you been arrested from here before? >> So, she hasn't been arrested at our store before. >> Not at our store. She was arrested in December. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I could pay for I really can't. >> But what about like all the other times you got caught? She said you got caught in Shamberg in December for stealing from Target. Yeah, that was a totally misundersto you have your warrant right now. >> They're saying it's valid from Cook County, not Kane. >> No, no. I have my probation tomorrow. Look, I'll show you. I have Tell me what the computer says. >> I'll show you. I'll show >> I get that, ma'am. All I can go off of is what that says. >> I'm on probation. Look, probation >> for what? What are you on probation for? >> For retail thefts? For batteries? What are you on? What are you on probation for? >> That's from a long time ago. >> I get that. Yeah. >> What are they They'll just put you on probation for nothing. What are you on probation for? >> I missed a muse. >> Okay. What was the charge that you're on probation for? >> For I think taking >> for retail thefts. >> Okay. >> It was clear that she had already faced similar issues elsewhere. Yet, she never stopped and continued the same behavior here. Something the officers openly pointed out. >> You know, like if you would have just paid for all this, none of this would have happened today. But you I mean, it sounds like you might have a problem, right? Like you keep doing it. >> So I don't >> You're on probation for retail theft. You got trespassed in se in December from another one and you like stole from here before. >> No. Yeah. I've never been at everywhere. >> Like they have your picture everywhere. They know who you are. >> Just stop. >> You have attitude with my with our security officers. >> No, I I never have attitude with them ever. I have some paperwork for the warrant that was issued today with the same 24 MT number says that it's quashed and she has a new court date on July 9th. Can you advise that to county and make sure that that's okay? >> And I just came from there from the county one. >> Oh, dropped it off. >> Can you go grab a receipt with the prices for me real quick? >> Yeah, she had a >> It didn't stop there as officers also discovered more stolen items still inside her car. And the most disappointing part was her attitude afterward. >> Okay, so she put something in the car, too, that she stole, too. I don't know why she's trying to be tricky about this. Let's grab the bag you stole out, too. Just come on. Let's just get this done. Stop playing games. You You have like You've done this. You have a problem. Let's just fix it and be on our way for real. Otherwise, I'll tow the car and do all this. I don't want to do that. All right. Let's just act like an adult and know what we did and be done with it. >> And there's another >> It's probably Maybe it's in that bag. >> It's in the front. You could you >> What do you have receipts for before we have to do this four or five times? >> This is your I just want to make sure you haven't been honest with me today so far. So >> I mean I don't know. There's this dove stuff. Is this stuff that was stolen, too? >> No, I had >> I'm just asking. I don't know. I mean, if they scan this and it comes here, like what about this Soulce Janeiro stuff that doesn't look like it's been opened? >> That's from That's not from >> I'm just I mean, this is what happens. >> You could open it. It looks >> okay. Just I'm just I believe I'm just What about these though? >> This is what >> she could have been released after today's incident, but with an active warrant from Cook County, things were not that simple. and officers informed her of that. >> All right. Well, you do have a Cook County warrant, so we got to deal with that. >> I was going tomorrow. I had it off. >> I don't know what to tell you. >> Come on. >> Don't steal and you wouldn't have been caught today. Like, I I I'm sorry. I I don't feel bad for you when you keep doing the same things. Maybe the warrant will let you leave. I don't know. Maybe they'll be like, "Oh, you're free to go." >> You said that. >> Yeah. >> Do you want to What? want me to stay here and get all this stuff taken care of? >> Well, if I have to get between now, >> you have to go with us no matter what. We have to process you for stealing all this stuff again. So, I don't know. Then we'll find out on the way there hopefully what the warrant information is and you can call mom and tell mom what what you need. When was like I don't know if it's an old case there'd be a bond. It's not an old case, then you're going to get >> for a miscore. That's what for probation. And I have Can I take on my phone? I >> I know you can, but that's not your probation officer is not going to be do anything for us, unfortunately. Like, we can only go off of what our computer says. If you had the K County warrant, like you had the paperwork, so we were totally cool with that. I would have just been like, it's quash. You can do it July 9th, but you got to put county. >> So, what are we going to do? Yeah, we're going to go to the station and just start working on this so we can get you out of here as fast as possible. >> If you go with us, it's our fingerprints. >> As long as Drew County says I can let you go within the court date, then you'll be out of here in like >> we're going to take her some. >> In the end, she was charged with retail theft, repeating the same crime was never the right path. And this case served as a reminder that people should recognize their mistakes, turn back in time, and take responsibility before things spiral out of control. Worse, the woman did not even realize she was committing serious wrongdoing. >> So now you two have to walk outside. If you don't, I'm going to arrest all of you. >> Where we're at your phone. >> On January 31st, 2026, officers received a call from a Target store after reports that a woman was suspected of stealing merchandise. When they arrived at the scene, the situation quickly turned more chaotic as multiple statements from different people began to surface. >> What's going on? >> The started. >> How old are you, miss? >> 20. >> 20. Okay. >> It's like, first of all, this not [ __ ] I know how it go when you steal stuff. That's not [ __ ] What did they call the police for? I'm in here complying with them, giving them my information. I take my [ __ ] So why did they call the police? >> Because you committed a crime today. That's why. >> But $60 though, not the end of the world. $60. >> Why? But still, you can't just steal. >> This was going to take 5 minutes. They lied. >> How did you do your >> I had to come from another side of town because we have other >> So basically >> they kept But you two didn't steal. So you've been Yeah, but the whole time. >> Okay. All right. Anyways, uh do you have your ID, miss? >> No. >> To clarify further, although the three women arrived together, only the two zeroyear old woman committed the crime. Yet, even after being allowed to leave, the other girls still did not make the situation any easier. >> We're not leaving her. Is that something? Like, >> relax, guys. IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS. >> EXACTLY. IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS. SO WHY I COULD HAVE JUST SIGNED A PAPER AND GO ABOUT MY DAY LIKE THEY TOLD ME I WAS >> That's not how the store does stuff out of here. >> Huh? >> Y'all may have got me sit up here 20 30 minutes when she said five fat ass. >> This is the book. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Central 312 cuz you wrote a name and date of birth. Do you have a middle initial in this? Okay. >> What's your name? >> Uh we done. >> No, you're not done. I have to do something. I have to fill this out. If you guys If you guys want to wait outside, you want them to wait outside. Could you guys wait outside? >> I don't want them to wait outside. >> You can wait right outside the door right here. >> Sorry. >> Y'all have to continue doing. >> Yes. >> Okay. Tell them. >> Oh, you're all trespassed from this location. >> So, you're not allowed to come back. >> So, now you two have to walk outside. If you don't, I'm going to arrest all of you. That's how that's how they want to show. You should please wait outside. Give Give me Give me about five less than 10 minutes to I have to fill this out by hand. >> You guys can wait outside in the car. Okay. >> Just cancel. >> You guys You guys got to leave >> outside. >> After persuading the unrelated individuals to leave, the officers were finally able to continue investigating the situation based on the employees statement. Uh can you tell me real quick like what happened? >> So basically they she grabbed jewelry, socks, um the pads. >> She ended up not paying for any of these. She did pay for some of the stuff. >> And by that like she walked past >> the last. Yeah. >> And it's not her first time. She's been stopped at >> a different Target. >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. >> Well, a different target. What? What happened? >> 4120 West 95. >> So it turned out the woman had been hiding more than just her criminal history. as even her own identity information was considered unverifiable. >> All right. So, my dispatch is not finding anybody with the name that you provided to them. >> I never been locked up or anything. So, >> that's fine. But >> that's fine. >> Do you have a driver's license or a state ID? >> No. >> You've never been issued one? >> No. >> Hold on a sec. Hey, what's up, VO? Yeah, it seems like she's what you just said, right? Um, I'm going to try to talk to her a little bit more. When is your seven up? Cool. All right, just come on up. So, you're 20. You've never Do you don't drive? You said you took an Uber, so you don't you don't have a state ID. You never went and got any sort of Are you from Illinois? >> See, like, why do I have to give you this? Why do I Why do I have to like give you a report to police when they just told me that I was coming up here to sign a paper? That's it. That's all. >> Mhm. Yeah. >> So, have you ever stolen from any other party before? Are you sure? >> You're not just our system that you've stolen from other locations before. That's why >> this is where we're at right now. Like, I can't identify you. So, you if you need to tell me what your name and date of birth is, otherwise I'm going to happen after >> I'm going to have to bring you into the station. And I really don't want to do that cuz >> Why do I bring you in the station for? Because if I can't identify you on the street, I have to fingerprint you. That's how that works. >> She showed not a single sign of remorse on her face. And she even grew more arrogant after the backup officers arrived. >> Hello. How we doing? >> Not okay. >> Not okay. You don't got ID in here? Nothing. >> She is now looking through her uh camera roll. >> Isn't there a police officer already in here? So why is you Why do you have to come in here saying something to me if like >> Okay, hold. I'm 20. >> Okay. How much? >> 16. But she's still >> Okay. >> Stand up for me. >> Mom, stand up. >> You're about to be arrested. >> Why am I going to get arrested? I'm going to show y'all my >> It's fine. Too late. >> Too late. >> Oh my gosh. I'm going to show y'all my information. I cannot get arrested. Like, no. >> Too late. That's where we're at. your phone. >> Let me call my phone. >> Put your hand on your back. You can make a phone call when you get to the station. Okay. >> I don't know where my phone. >> You're going to get another charge for resistance. >> I don't care where my phone goes. >> No, you can't hand it while you're in custody. >> Where my phone go? >> Even after being handcuffed, she still did not realize the seriousness of the situation and continued acting as if she were the one being bothered. Stop. >> What? >> Stop. >> Now I'm not going to try to run away. PULLING RIGHT HERE. I LITERALLY JUST WATCHED YOU >> PULLING my hair. >> I literally just watched you pull away from the seat in >> step. >> Give me a chance. Move on. Y'all turn. >> Got to buckle in. Okay. >> She was ultimately charged with theft and officially banned from all target locations. Repeating the same crime never leads to a better outcome. Recognizing one's mistakes and choosing to change is the only way to avoid deeper consequences. If you want to see something even worse than that, then meet this woman. >> Have you ever been arrested for shoplifting before? >> Is this a trial? Is she in Is she Are y'all going to lock >> You have TO GET MY [ __ ] >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Y'ALL A [ __ ] lying ass mother. On February 21st, 2024, officers approached a residence after receiving information that a shoplifting suspect from Target was there. They had even prepared evidence for the case, and what happened next unfolded quickly. >> Are they actually going to press charges? >> Yeah. Sweet. Hey. >> Hey. >> Are you Cameron Smith? >> Yes. >> Hey, I need to talk to you about some incidents at Target. >> Um, alarm. >> That you? >> Let me see. >> Huh? >> Let me see. Okay. 39. That's you in all those photos, ain't it? >> Two of them either. >> All right. Let me >> What? Okay. So, what >> I know this one's you. I What's >> I'm investigating these shopliftings. >> Okay. >> Uh I know. >> Okay. Which other one is you? >> And that the rest of them didn't say someone had a damn fight or something with this stupid >> This was just uh the 11th. She went in there and this was on the 29th. The same car has been going in there over and over and over taking stuff. But that one ain't you right there? >> And this these these are the only two >> car >> I led you to my home. >> Well, I did a bunch of research and I went and showed these pictures on the streets and somebody >> they sent you him. >> Well, they gave me your name and so >> and they what my age for? >> Uh, I did research on you. Um, >> with the officer's arrival and the accusations presented, both women showed no sign of surprise at all, raising suspicions about whether this was truly their first time. >> Have you ever been arrested for shoplifting before? >> Is this a trial or something? Is she in Is she are y'all going to lock her up or something? >> Well, no. I'm going to take warrants on her, but I just wanted to talk to her about the situation. And um, so have you ever you haven't been arrested or shot? my I was like 17 18 >> I didn't even realize it but I arrested you back in 2017 for a DUI when I was looking through the one the gas station. >> Mhm. >> All right. So we'll we'll deal we'll we'll deal with that. Um >> as soon as one woman went inside, the woman believed to be the main suspect immediately showed an even more uncooperative attitude and even began questioning the officers in return. So, who who brought y'all to my house? Be honest. >> No, I brought myself. Like I said, I I >> Who gave y'all my address, though? My address don't show up to none of them. What car did you see come come to store? >> Well, it's not registered to you, but when I look up your history, I I have this. >> So, what about the car I was in? Like, what is like at the end of the day? Like, what is it like? Cuz I know how they say the car. >> Well, that one car has linked I I linked, you know, to a whole. >> So, do it got anything like what I got going on. Do it got anything to do with the cars? Like y can y'all be able to talk to them? >> I haven't found everybody yet, but uh >> so who who car you seen? >> Uh it's a one registered to some lady that lives in Madison County. It's a like >> Well, don't bother her. She don't got nothing to do with >> a maroon. Like >> she don't got nothing to do with that's the old lady. >> So you don't know who that other girl is in that? >> No. >> Whose truck is this right here? >> That got nothing to do with that. Net truck just got bought the other day. >> Okay. Well, here's the thing. You do have an arrest warrant. Not for the shoplift in for a traffic ticket. So you >> Oh my god. Let me get my clothes. WHAT THE [ __ ] IS Y'ALL [ __ ] LYING? >> HEY, >> YOU have Let ME GET MY [ __ ] >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Y'ALL SOME [ __ ] LYING ASS [ __ ] I TOLD YOU I OPEN THE [ __ ] DOOR. >> LET me see the warrant. >> She has a warrant. >> Let me see the [ __ ] warrant with your ass. >> There is a warrant. Where is the We don't have to provide the war. >> NO. YOU CAN'T JUST COME LOCK ME UP WITHOUT THAT WARRANT NO [ __ ] for we not go inside and get her shoes like she's ass. >> The chaos created for no reason did not make the situation any better. It only worsened further with the defensive attitude from her family SOME violence here. >> No, we're recording. >> Pull away from us. Listen. That's why you wait till my mama. But calm down. >> Listen. >> I know. Let me lock these so they don't look tighter on you. >> It's all right, >> man. Come on. Come on. >> I'm trying to Come on. Come on. I am trying to stop. That's a whole another thing. There's no problem here. >> Go and get the shoes, please. >> I need white. White is white. >> Please go get shoes. She's asked for shoes. Let me lock these so they don't >> shut the warrant. Just shut the warrant. >> Will you listen to me? >> It was It's just for failure to appear on something. >> I'mma lock these so they don't get tighter on your wrist. Okay. >> Cussy with that Smith. >> We got our own charges. Confirm a warrant. >> They do need to find a warrant. Y'all lock me up. >> I'll show I'll show you the warrant when we get y'all. I >> pulled away. >> Oh my god. >> We're going to get you some shoes. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to stick me? Put me something you shouldn't have. >> The suspect fell silent and appeared annoyed while being handcuffed by the officers, but it only lasted briefly because she soon stirred the tension again. >> Wrong with y'all. Another What's wrong with >> Whose car this is here? >> God damn. >> Who the guy whose car this is, is he here? >> No. Colorado. >> We'll see. >> Your So, your warrant is from They signed it on the 10th day of October in 2023. Okay. >> And what is from? >> It's a failure to appear. It's original charge traffic. I can let you see it when we get to the car. Okay. >> I want to see it. My mom want to see it. >> Well, I don't have to show it to her. >> Why not show it to me before you take me into custody? >> You're already in custody. But >> she's not done giving me my stuff. >> Well, once she gets that, we'll go to the car. I'll search you and then I'll let you see it. Okay. What the wrong with you? There you go. Like mama like this is your I can't do all this [ __ ] >> All right. >> Like they ain't no mother. They talking about >> they talking about who car this. This is not no Jerry Rogers car. >> This one's registered to him. It is. >> I don't see no. >> But this is He's not in there. >> That's what is that? >> We're going to go ahead and go to that shirt. We're not I'm going go ahead and tell you I'm not taking you out of handcuffs cuz what happened over here. So what I can do >> come out here. >> Listen what I can do is I can slide this over you. I can slide this over you. >> Just don't know what I'm saying. You keep coming out once YOU AIN'T SHOWING NOBODY. >> [ __ ] him [ __ ] He ain't showing nobody [ __ ] I'm talking right the [ __ ] now. Stop it. Don't lie. >> Shut your mouth now. Beyond that, it became truly disappointing for this family when aside from the woman's wrongdoing, officers quickly discovered another family member who was also facing a separate arrest warrant. >> Jeremy Rogers, right? >> Yeah. >> No, you don't. You got to have a child. Put your hand. >> It's still showing active, my man. All right. You got cuffs on you. >> If they say they don't want you. If they say they don't want you. If they say they don't want you, we'll take care of it. But it is showing up as abandonment of a child. Honey, do you want me to call you? >> Thank you for cooperating, my man. >> They say if they say they don't want you, but it's in the system. It says abandonment of a child. >> I was here looking for her. I just thought I had the wrong address. So, I checked that tag and it showed you had a warrant, >> man. We will stay here. This too much attention. >> We'll get out of here as soon as we can. >> It's what? >> Come here. >> We're 10:26 with Rogers 88. The woman was charged with retail theft and obstruction. Repeating crimes and responding with hostility never made a situation better. Recognizing one's wrongdoing and choosing to change was always the only way to avoid deeper consequences. Next, this woman regretted it, but only because she got caught. >> Stop. Stop right now. Please stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> How are you? >> I'm good. How are you? >> I know. I'm just I'm sorry. >> I've never done this. It's not the end of the world. I know, but I just >> On January 15th, 2025, officers received a call from Meyer reporting a suspicious woman suspected of shoplifting. They quickly arrived at the scene and an unexpected encounter was created shortly after. >> Stop. Stop right now. Please stop. >> I'm stopping. I'm stopping. >> How are you? >> I'm good. How are you? >> I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. >> Put the phone down for me. >> I'm sorry. >> Stop. Don't reach in the back. I'm sorry. Put your hands behind your back. Please help me. >> What's your name, dear? Put your hands behind your back. Interlace your fingers for me. >> Interlace your fingers like you're praying. >> Just hang tight. You're being detained right now. Okay. >> Robert 21. I got one detain on the grocery side. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> Okay. Robert 21. >> I wasn't running. >> Okay. It looked like it for a minute. That's why. No worries. You said your name's Carissa. >> Okay. >> All right. Why don't you have a seat, Carissa? >> Everything's right in here. >> I figured it'd be easier to take her to the >> office. >> Her reaction after being caught red-handed showed that she understood exactly what was happening and admitted it, even expressing remorse and pleading. >> All right. Do you have anything in your pockets? >> No, sir. I have nothing on me. >> Can I search you? Do you even have pockets? >> No, I don't. I don't have pockets. >> Is this your phone? my thumb. >> I'm going to just I'm going to take that out. I'm going to put it in your bag. Okay. >> Can I pay for >> I'm going to use the back of my hand to check your uh >> I know that. I'm just >> sides. >> This bag is too, isn't it? >> No, that's my bag. >> That's my bag. I came in with that, sir. It's just an >> outfit. Was your ID in the purse? >> I don't have an ID. >> You don't have an ID? >> No. >> Before we go back there, let me get your information so we can we can give Brooks. No, sir. >> Have you been arrested for shoplifting before? >> No, sir. Never. I've never >> All right, let's go back with this these guys. >> This is hard. >> Are you with anyone today? >> No, I've never. >> How'd you get here? >> Um I I mean I rode with somebody. Yes. >> Where are they at? >> Uh I have no idea. They were shopping as well. >> She came in solo. We were outside. >> I did come in solo. Yeah. >> What kind of car is smoking when we were? >> Um I I don't know where he is. He I know he just wanted to grab a drink and come back. I don't know >> what kind of car is he in. >> I don't know what kind of car it is. It's a black I don't know. There's a male associated with her in a black car outside. If there's anyone sitting out there, >> please. I'm so sorry. I understand. >> Oh, I know. >> The suspect tried her best to beg for a way out. And at that moment, several other details about her background were also revealed. >> I know. I'm just I'm sorry. >> I've never done this. Stop lifting. It's not the end of the world. I know, but I just >> this is why I don't ever do this. >> Where are you living at? >> I'm homeless right now. I literally live in a tent right now, but I'm waiting on a bed at um um Estie. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> So, who's dude that you met? >> Um he's a really really good friend of mine. >> Okay. >> I've known him since like childhood. That's all. >> No, I wasn't going to steal it because I need >> If you notice none of that's in my my cart. >> Thank you, Brett. Those are just things I need. That's all. >> Needles. Is that what it says? >> No, this says needle and thread. >> Is there Are you a user? >> No, there's needle and thread in there. Is it needle and thread? >> All right. I'm not going to get poked by anything in here. >> What were you saying about a black car out here? Is there somebody else I should be looking for? >> Based on her information, the officer also discovered that this was not the first time she had faced the police. >> What have you been to the justice center for? Um I'm here along the long list of the concern I'm in. Um I've been struggling really for a long time, but um I'm in my own clinic. I've been in my place cuz I got out I got out in November and um I've been doing a little bit. I mean I just I'm just homeless and I just started working and >> I got Where are you working at? >> I'm working for a construction company and it's like under the table really. Um, but sucks because sometimes they're screwed and those nature of things, I guess. >> I got you. >> You guys have an affidavit back here? >> Yeah. >> I'll let you know in a second. Total is 107.97. Okay. >> What's that mean? >> That's the total amount that you stole. >> Can I pay it? >> Once you hit our doors, you can't. >> I know. No, I know. But I'm just saying like I will pay it back to you guys if I need to. >> The question was raised, if she could pay for it, why didn't she do it from the start? Everything was already too late. This was the consequence she faced under the store's policy. >> So, like I stated before, you are going to be trespassable. >> Is this for life? Um, as of right now, it's just for a year. >> Okay. >> When this goes to court, >> okay, >> and seeing how cooperative you are and everything, we're still going to ask for a stayway order. That's by book, but it will be up to my his discretion on how long. >> Okay. >> Well, my boss is out here. He's doing some of our paperwork to try to expedite this. And I don't know what his decision is going to be, honestly. So, >> we'll go from there. I don't I'm I'm not going to be like, "Oh, yeah, no." And then we have to go. So, I don't want to lie to you. >> I'm sorry. I don't want to lie to you if he says we got to go to the jail. >> You just really screwed up so much right now. >> I got you. >> Chriso, you got to go to jail. Shoplifting never leads to anything good. Admitting mistakes and choosing to change is always better than repeating the same wrongdoing. Let's head to a hotel and take a look at this baffling theft. >> Worries only. No trespassing >> right here. >> Why are you worrying about all the papers so much? Where did you know? On February 23rd, 2026, officers received a report from the Hyatt Hotel about a man attempting to steal food there. When they arrived at the scene, he remained completely calm, as if nothing serious had happened. >> All right. How you doing? >> I'm good. >> What's going on tonight? >> Doing what I do. >> You have an ID on you, sir? >> Yes. >> Where is it at? I perish back. >> You can uh Yeah, absolutely. You have any weapons on you, sir? No, sir. >> Okay. Get your ID out and you can put it in your back and zip your bag back up and you sit next to you. Okay. All right. >> Right after that, another officer approached the employee to find out exactly what had happened. >> I go in the kitchen. The man in the kitchen like I'm thinking he work here. I like hold up. Who are you? >> Mhm. >> He like who are you? I'm like, oh Lord have mercy. this man in there cooking. This this this what I took from him. They're like the black and white cook pants but they like real real dirty on. They're like some champ. >> We're out with the guy right here. >> Yeah. He he was Yeah, that was the guy right there. Okay. >> I can't see. >> That's a blue shirt. Backpack. >> Yeah, he got a black He got a backpack on with the docks. >> Yeah, >> with the dark upper body shirt. up a shirt. Could I walk over there cuz that's our property to >> do that yet. Uh so where is the place where he was at? My god. I'm like, man, drugs. Come on, get off the s. >> The officers were then led back to the kitchen where the employee described in detail what the man had done inside. >> He was way over here. This where I caught him at. He was way over here using warming up the food. like, "What the hell are you doing, bro?" Yeah, he in there. I'm like, "Man, what are you doing?" I'm thinking he work here for a second cuz the kind of pants he had on. Then I like, "Hold up. I ain't never seen you in my life. I've been there 22 years. I ain't never seen." >> So, you seen him warming food up in here? >> Yeah. He >> And then he What did he do? >> And then I took it from him and then he walking all through here. I'm trying to get him to leave. I ain't putting my hands on. I wish I could have, but I'm trying to get him to leave. >> He didn't do anything. >> So, >> and then when he told him to leave, he was like, "Oh." He went to walk in all and then he went he he walked got up out of here. I walked and follow him through the >> Mhm. >> through the way we just came and all that should be on camera cuz we got cameras and all that to see. See the >> You have access to that right now. >> Um let me see my front. >> So you went out through this door right here. >> I first came I came this way. >> Okay. >> And then I went cuz I do my rounds. I'm just walking through and then I got and I seen that door was still open. I said, "Hold up. They thought she was closed. >> Yeah. >> And then I walk in there. >> Yeah. There's a big no there no trespassing sign there. And you should know like employees only. >> No trespassing. >> Right here. Look. >> Returning to the suspect, he could hardly deny his actions. So the officers quickly took action. >> So here's what I need you to do. Go ahead and uh stand up. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. Don't fall over. All right. >> Yeah. Good. Get my bag. >> You got any anything illegal on you? >> You got no weapons or anything? >> Jars, noodles. Okay. So, you know, we go we go to the jail. If you introduce any drugs or anything like that, it's a felony. Any controvers? >> Okay. >> No, that's what I'm saying. I'm just letting you know for sure. So, it didn't stop there. Officers quickly discovered several things on the man that raised suspicions he might have been involved in other crimes as well. >> That are these fake? >> I don't know. Or he stole them. >> They got the same name. >> Oh, >> look at that. And they're all different. Look, they sound the same. >> That's very strange. toward. >> Well, I would hit him with uh possession of false uh fake IDs. It's a felony, right? >> Why you all the papers so much? He's doing right now. My [ __ ] up most likely. That's That looks like him. Who's this? >> I don't know who this is. James, >> I don't know. Maybe family member. >> Yeah. >> What do you want me to set this in your backpack? >> Yeah. The man was charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure after stealing two lobster tails, calamari, and two boiled eggs, with the total value estimated at $163. This case showed that crossing the line for even small gains could still lead to serious consequences, and repeating the same mistakes would only make the outcome worse. Next, these women even created a huge argument simply because of their ego. our kids that when we came our kids understand any of you guys >> we came into the store and we just apology apology but I don't come over to apologize I don't come over here >> on December 2nd 2025 officers responded to a gas station store after receiving a call about a disturbance at the gas station and upon arriving at the scene they immediately faced an intense argument that was still unfolding >> oh HE'LL DO >> THANK BACK, PLEASE. >> WE CAME INTO THE STORE with the candy that she got in her hand. The kids had the candy in their hand. >> All the kids, everybody, let's go outside to talk. Okay. I apologize. >> Our kids, but we came in any of you guys. We came into the store with this with our kids. Okay. Our kids had this when we came into the store. He said our kids stood right here, opened the candy, and ate it. >> THEY'RE BIG BEFORE. >> BUT THEY CAME IN with that. >> Okay. Okay. It's not that big of a deal. >> To him, it is cuz he DON'T EVEN CALL THE POLICE WHEN HE DON'T EVEN HAVE THE CANDY in here. >> But he needs to apologize to our kids trying to say that they stole the candy and that they opening that they ate it. >> AND WE SPENT CASH. AND THEN HE GOING TO SIT THERE AND TELL LIKE THAT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE EV, WE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE. We >> got cash. >> We'll get it figured out. We'll get it figured out. Okay, it's not that big of a deal. Let's just blow pop. >> The situation did not calm down, forcing the officers to ask them to step outside the store, which only made the women openly display their disrespectful attitude. >> We'll talk to you guys. >> If they DON'T LEAVE THE STORE, THEY DON'T LEAVE THE STORE. >> Don't leave the store. I'm going to arrest you for trespassing. >> That's why we like talking to women. do whatever you want. I don't GIVE A >> OKAY, SHUT UP. >> And we can handle everything outside like like adults. >> And then we can figure everything out instead of yelling and screaming. >> Shut up. >> I know. And then we're going to get through everything. I just need him to be able to check that. That guy needs to be able to leave. You know what I mean? Hey, relax now. Oh, you relax. We was coming because evidently you don't get where coming from. YOU RELAX. YOU RELAX. THAT HAS NOTHING to do with anything. You got your children. >> I DON'T DOUBT THAT. LISTEN, I don't doubt that. >> Take you to jail for disorderly conduct in about 30 seconds. You are. You're yelling and cussing. So, YOU'RE GOING TO HUST I'm going to go to jail. You walking up on her. >> You're going to go to jail. Now, here's the deal. I want to know everything that happened. I'm feeling threatened. I'll >> relax. I want to know everything that happened here. You got you got to show respect. >> I want to know everything that happened, but I'm not going to yell and scream in the store, but don't walk up at the beginning or y'all will feel threatened. >> The women claimed that the candy in question had been bought from another store and brought in. So, the officer immediately went to that store to verify it. >> Did they just buy some candy here from you? >> A little boy? >> Yeah. One little boy in a white t-shirt. >> Yeah, he bought this one. He bought a bubble gum. The little boy bought a bubble gum and he bought this candy. >> Perfect. Thank you. How many of those were bought? Do you know >> what? >> One of those was bought and then a bubble gum and then there was some little some other little kids with them, too. >> No. >> Okay. So, it was just that one. >> Perfect. Thank you, sir. >> All right. So, he said that they bought one of the bubble things and bubble gum. So, I just asked >> So, I'm just going to double check and make sure his camera doesn't show something different. And then we're going to move forward here and we'll get everybody out of here. >> Apologize. >> Well, I can't make him apologize to you. >> Shortly after, the officer updated the situation with the employee of the store involved who also had his own account that explained why he had become suspicious. >> The neighbor over here >> sold him candy. >> Yeah. >> No, that's fine. That that by that doesn't matter to me. >> Okay. >> I heard the candy that to so many. They're playing with their and try to walk with the some candy of that two and I stop it. Okay, please minor put it back. Okay. >> Whatever is your your ticket you buy two candy take two candy. Why I'm telling that that's the happened. >> Okay. >> After that the reason for not a candy because one lady she was my neighbor that next time on that that plaza she tried to fight with my wife on kids. One night I called for them and I leave this place because I can leave this environment the last year doesn't come by a store like openly like >> she came in today >> with this social making crowded that's the >> there's nothing wrong with the candy because it's very simple. WE APOLOGIZE. >> I don't come over here. So, we going to trespass cuz he accused us of stealing >> and we didn't steal. >> It's the disturbance and the candy and all. WE DIDN'T GO. LISTEN, HERE'S THE DEAL. >> Are you going to give me your names for a trespass warning? Okay, then you need to leave the property now. >> No candy. We went over there. We want you trespassed. Are you going to give me your name for the trespass warning or no? Then if you don't vacate the property, you're going to go to jail. >> It's supposed to serve and protect, right? >> If you don't leave the property, I appreciate your opinion. You're about to go to jail. >> You need to walk. That's fine. I'll be a bad corporal. >> All right. I'll suck today. >> I suck. Continuing to follow their personal pride, some of the women returned to the store demanding an apology, which soon led them to face an outcome they never expected. >> Stop. Come here. >> Wait, why you going to arrest her? You better LEAVE ME ALONE CUZ I AIN'T DO [ __ ] TO YOU. WHY YOU ARRESTING HER? >> WHY IS HE ARRESTING ME? Trespass after warning. >> I only got your information. I didn't trespass [ __ ] We were told to stay off the property. We came back onto the property. >> Arrest is pregnant. Why? She is pregnant. What's up? >> No, she was not. >> The woman was charged with trespassing after warning and resisting arrest. Even when someone had the chance to walk away freely, refusing to let go of ego and continuing to argue only led to worse consequences. Every careless word can expose guilt faster than any evidence. Sometimes trying to appear innocent only makes the truth impossible to hide. In the next case, the thief turned out to be an employee of the very store. >> Thank you. What did I take >> from here? >> What did I take? >> Cash got registered. He >> He's just trying to get rid of all of us because he's bringing in two of his people for what he has to pay. >> On the 23rd of May 2024, police received a report from a Circle K gas station about a woman accused of stealing on the premises. And shockingly, she turned out to be one of their own cashiers. To uncover the full details of what happened, keep watching as the story unfolded. >> Do it. Yes, sir. >> Get a call. >> She called. >> Okay. >> So, so you know we we we tried we we were getting short like almost every day. So we tried to see a track on it. So yesterday we found uh employee taking money from the register. >> Okay. Employee still employed by all. >> Yes. So she's still working. We didn't inform anything to her. >> So she going to be she coming back tomorrow at 3:00. >> Okay. >> But like my managers and everybody they're coming at 9:00. So like you know we can do at 9:00 >> and by the time we're going to have like a detailed report of total money how much she took. >> Okay. Okay. You got camera footage of her taking the money? >> Yeah. >> So this is the thing. She's the one. So what she did, she tried to buy a pack of cigarettes. So she put like a $2 inside. So she took the 20s out of it. >> Thank you. >> And after that, what she did, she made a drop, >> but she didn't put it in the safe. >> Did you ever um >> She didn't put it in the safe. She just made a drop. >> So our report, the Zay balance out, but the actual safe money didn't balance out because she didn't put it in. The suspect's scheme was uncovered by the store's security staff, and the surveillance footage only made it even more undeniable. >> And she got like, >> so they are the ones. I can see two ones. Okay. She put it in and she took like 20s. >> They're all 20. She took took it. with the pack of cigarette. >> She going to put it in her uh wallet right there. The purse I can show on the other camera. >> Yes, that'll be great. >> How much money did she take that time? >> So this time yesterday, she took a $60 320 $60. Okay. But like we we've been coming like almost like you know this is on 7th 60 sometime like 200 400 700 like that. So we have to see the match the drop and the actual things. This is all right. The purse with the singers. She did so smartly. He was there. So the way she did it trying to put on the big bill slot but then move it to the dollar slot and then taking the money from there taking like showing like she >> 7:53 a.m. >> Yes. She made a drop at 7 uh 56 for 200. So we didn't find that drop in the safe. So like you know the Z tape on the register is showing this much actual cash was dropped but on the safe it was showing 28.882. So 200 was show. The evidence was more than sufficient to move forward with an arrest. The next day, officers approached the woman, paying close attention to her attitude at that moment. >> Hey, Miss Carrie Little. >> Uhhuh. >> How are you doing? I lost arrest police department. >> Uh-huh. >> All right. I have a warrant for your arrest. Okay. >> That by taking >> from here. >> Where did I take register? >> No, sir. I did not. >> Well, the judge saw fit. If there's no bid, it's not a warrant. That's where we're at right now. You'll have your day in court. Right now, there is a warrant sign for your arrest. We'll let you finish your cigarette. Take good luck. >> Y'all got to be kidding. >> No, ma'am. There's no discussion about this year or now. It's been signed. So, you are going to jail. >> How much? >> Talk about that or jail. >> I'm kidding. >> No, ma'am. >> I'm sorry. >> It's got to look at it. >> I'm sorry, but >> can I can I do the rest? >> Can I call my husband? >> What's that? Got to call my husband. >> Like I said, we'll finish it off and we'll we'll put you in hand. >> Okay. Cuz my cell phone's in there. That's not >> Is my car going to be all right here? >> The woman refused to take responsibility for her actions, denied every allegation, and even leaned on her years of working there to defend her credibility. >> I'm I'm not understanding this. How much money was I supposed to lose? I've been here 3 and 1/2 years. This guy just took over. I've never stolen anything from you. I I might have took a drink out of the tour. I have never ever took you guys. I mean, 3 and 1/2 years I've been in this store. I mean, I I don't understand. All right. I want to get my phone, lock my car up, talk to my >> We'll we'll do that for you cuz like we said, we only figure out stuff after you know. >> Can I get my phone out of there? >> We'll get your phone but >> Can you put your hands together like you're praying? It's a lot more comfortable. >> Yeah. I need my cell phone. >> Get Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> I I don't know. My husband's >> That's fine. We can grab it for you. We're going to grab it. We're supposed to >> If you thought the excuses were over, well, they're not. >> Y'all wrong for >> Y'all wrong for this. We're not start. I'm just saying. Y'all wrong for this. I've been here 3 years, Miss Penny. I've been here 3 years. So long after this. On the way to the police station, she appeared anxious about the charge against her, but quickly covered it with another story, claiming she was simply being targeted by the store owner. >> This is a felony or a misdemeanor. >> Misdemeanor. >> It's It's misdemeanor. >> Are they saying how much money I was supposed to take? >> $60. >> $60? You got to be kidding me. Oh, I want to cry, but I'm too damn near to cry. He since he took over that store, he's done got rid of everybody in there. I Yes, I'm the highest paid person there. And he he's just trying to get rid of all of us cuz he's bringing in two of his people for what he has to pay one of us. >> That that little short boy that was in there, he works his butt off. He makes $9 an hour. I'm going to get out of bed for that. >> Yeah, I got it. I think >> the woman was charged with theft by taking as a misdemeanor. >> I'm not going >> You are trespassed from here. HOLD ON. >> It was clear that the woman was seated in her vehicle, moving around and arguing. She could have left calmly, but she chose not to. When she stepped out of the car, the situation quickly became more complicated. >> Uh 22. >> I need paperwork for that. >> I need paperwork. You're not going to take me? >> Yeah, you can send me a 45. >> I'm going sue your >> And now you're going to go to jail. You don't Hey, you don't leave. OH, the only thing I've asked you FOR IS YOUR BEST. >> I GOING TO CHARIZE YOU WITH RESISTANCE. >> I am not resisting you. >> She offered no physical resistance. She simply refused to comply with the officer's orders, making it difficult for them to act. Even at this point, she believed that her rights were being violated. >> Follow me. You're not supposed to do this to a woman. >> You are going to jail. >> You are not supposed to do this to a woman. >> You're going to jail. >> You're not supposed to do this. >> I gave you multiple warnings. >> You didn't give me warnings. >> THEY GIVE YOU WARNINGS. >> WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? >> Stop moving. >> Why are you hurting me? >> Stop moving. I promise you on all >> You can sue me all you want. I don't give a damn. There was absolutely no recognition of wrongdoing. The woman did nothing to improve the situation. In fact, she shamelessly yelled at those around her, portraying herself as the victim. >> Y'all cannot DO THIS TO A WOMAN. >> I'm going to put up to her car ID. >> I need I LISTEN I NEED MY ID. OKAY, good morning you guys. I have to work off booty. >> Let me just pull up to her car and get her ID. >> Boulevardong voicemail. >> I have worked too hard for this. I'mma roll it up. >> All efforts to calm the woman's outburst seemed to fail, forcing the officers to explain once again why the situation had escalated in the first place. Okay. Regardless of how you feel that it was given, okay, if he gives it to you verbal and you don't move at that point, it is trespass after warning. Regardless of if you feel or not that is correct, that is the law. Okay? You are in a private establishment. You could be trespassed for no reason whatsoever being on a private establishment. And if you refuse to leave or you don't leave on command, that is trespass after warning. Therefore, you are under arrest. Okay. I know this officer and women are it doesn't matter how you feel about how he talk to you. Okay, it unfortunately it is what it is. Okay, if you feel disrespect if you feel disrespected I'm I'm sorry for that. The the the part the part about yanking if you don't if you don't comply which I saw you weren't ma'am ma'am you were you were you were bracing yourself the whole time that officer had to basically drag you >> okay you're going to get it it's going to be on the it's going to be on the rest >> report you arrest me for asking you >> I can't answer those questions again because I came 5 minutes after the car >> and then then I'm telling him that I'm homeless and I have children and I worked really hard unfortunately that doesn't Remember we talked Remember we talked about >> Hey, remember we talked about I'm going to roll the windows back up. We're up here. Okay, we can talk normally. >> So, I understand you got five kids, but unfortunately it doesn't it that doesn't change the fact that you >> It was truly absurd using her children as an excuse to avoid consequences when this entire situation could have been avoided from the start. Moreover, it was clear that her visit to the store had never been a calm one. >> Like lawyering the parking lot, coming in to use our bathroom to like shower and stuff. So yesterday I made contact with her. She was super rude and nasty to me. She's like, "Why are you talking to me? It's my job." So she was super short with me. I advised her, "Hey, you can't bully her here. I'm not allowed to." So today, as I'm kicking everyone out like I always do when I work in the morning. >> Yeah. >> I see her car. So he's working all through. I'm like, "Hey, you mind coming over there? Help me out. Trust just verbally trespass her. Get her out of here." cuz she parked over super nasty right away with him cursing at him, calling him names and everything. And then she just wouldn't leave. Like told her like a 100 times, she's like, "Hurry up and just leave. Just leave." And then she just kept running her mouth, cursing everything. He's like, "If you don't leave, you're going to jail." And she's disrupting the business out of the parking lot. We got an event going on. So, she's refusing to leave. You have those press charges. Yeah. >> And then she didn't want to get out of the car. She was resisting him and everything. Was fighting with him. There you go. Did it for herself. >> Exactly. >> She was subsequently held overnight at the police station and even the next morning, her anger showed no signs of abating. >> Yo, you met me before. >> We got off on the wrong side. >> No, no, we didn't. No, we didn't. >> The woman was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest without violence. Stubbornness and refusal to follow lawful instructions only escalate conflict. Cooperating from the start is always the safer path to prevent chaos and legal consequences. >> Oh, look at that. Look at that. You're a freaking thief. You raise your voice to me again. You're going to handcuffs. Do you hear me? >> What you going to do, fool? >> You better watch yourself. >> You better watch yourself, huh? >> On the 24th of February, 2024, police received a call from an airline reporting that a man had delayed the aircraft under suspicion of stealing equipment from the plane. To understand what truly happened, listen to the employees statement. >> Okay, tell me what's going on. >> Um, I had a gentleman on my plane, >> okay, >> that he was actually supposed to be in 22 seat and we moved to the exit row. >> Okay, >> which was fine. It was empty. And he before the flight, he was like, "Can I get a drink?" And I said, "Make sure your car is on file." I came here. >> So then when I came to do my service, he said, "I want a peppermint at something." I'm like, "We don't even have that." Okay. >> So then I looked and I said, "What was your original seat?" >> He told me. >> I said, "Sir, your card is not on." Well, I want a drink. And I said, "I cannot serve you." And he's trying to give me his card. I think it was already a little >> Okay. >> Then the guy next to him when he left, he said he was messing with the the compartment that holds our emergency exit rope. >> Okay. for and I it was my little hook was there before the flight. It is now missing. >> Okay. >> I didn't see him take it, but the guy next to him said he was messing with it, >> but he also said he didn't see him take it, but he was messing with it. So, >> okay. Can you show me what I'm looking for? Cuz I have no idea what the heck I'm looking for. >> Next, the police were shown the equipment in question and were even given initial information about the suspect they suspected. So, I'll show you this one so you can see. >> This is the one that is See how it takes a hook with the hook. >> Oh, carabiner. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> A little hook, but okay. >> Okay. >> So, this one does not have >> Okay. >> And the plane has to have it. All right. It's not anywhere else possible before I go and search this guy in his bags and violate all his civil rights. >> Nope. >> Okay. And we know for sure it was here before you left. >> Yes. Like I said, I >> Are you guys able to give me uh names of passengers because the airlines won't give it to me without a search warrant or subpoena. >> So, if you guys can help me acquire that, I'd love it. >> Uhhuh. >> So, >> sorry. This is who >> the gentleman >> we believe sold it. Took it. >> Even the passenger seated next to him on the flight stepped forward as witnesses confirming what had happened. >> Okay. Uh tell me what happened. Um, we're on the plane. He kept fiddling with like a >> little emergency thing, pulling it out. I told him, "Put it back in, stop doing it." >> He continued to do it. >> Okay. >> Uh, pounding on it. >> They put it back in. >> Okay. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> Yeah. She actually has that real quick. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Somebody else has something to say. >> Yeah. I mean, so I sat in front of him. Um, it's the gentleman that's over there with the headphones on. >> Okay. And I mean he was just belligerent drunk. He was being absolutely rude to her which I mean isn't a crime. Um he was banging on the window and he I mean just just ignorant the entire time and and way too drunk to be flying. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then and then he had mentioned a comment. I mean obviously I think he was joking but he said something about only two people are making off this plane and it's either one of you and I want it to be you and said that. I think if that's the gentleman that was sitting next to him said that to him. I mean, just ignorant. >> Okay. >> Just just ignorant. So, >> and I don't know if I can I mean, I don't know if you guys receive complaints, but I would I would love to. >> The one in the black hat and the black shirt. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Two backpacks. >> Immediately afterward, the police approached the man at the baggage claim area and he became visibly flustered by their sudden appearance. >> Hey, how are you? >> Ready to watch some excitement? What do you think of my scan around real quick? >> Hi, sir. I need to see your ID, please. >> Come again. >> I need to see your ID, please. >> I got in my bag out in the truck. >> Where's your bag? Let's go find it real quick. >> It's out in the truck. >> Okay, let's go find it. >> I don't want to miss my bag, man. >> Somebody you It'll be here. You're not going to miss your bag. We pulled it off already. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, we pulled it off. We have it in the back. >> Why would you do that? >> Because we have to talk to you about some stuff. >> What I do? Well, that's what we're going to talk to you about. >> Okay. >> What do you need again? >> Your ID. ID. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Do you need my uh So, I have a couple of forms of ID. I have my digital ID. >> No, I want your real ID. >> Once they reached his truck, the officers bluntly laid out further accusations and his denial clearly stood no chance against their nononsense approach. >> Did I do something wrong? >> Yeah, probably. >> What I do? >> Hi, sir. Is he your employee? Yes, sir. He is. >> Okay. Uh, he took something off the plane that he wasn't supposed to take. So, we need to get it back before the plane can leave or else he's going to be arrested. >> Oh. >> Yo, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Give me your ID, dude. >> Oh, bro, I didn't take nothing off. >> You did. We saw you. >> Where's the carabiner you took from the plane? >> What's the carabiner? >> In that little door that you kept messing with. Give me your ID. >> Give me your ID. >> There's my ID. Okay. All right. Now, where's the carabiner you took? >> I didn't take no care. >> You did. We saw you. The plane can't leave until you give us the carabiner that you took. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. And here's the deal. It's going to be a federal offense. >> Okay, bro. You're finding bags that I took off the plane. I didn't take no carabiner. >> Empty your pockets for me. >> Go ahead and check them. >> Empty your pockets for me. >> There's that. >> Empty your pockets. >> Oh. this. >> Oh, look at that. Look at that. >> You're a thief. >> With the truth of his misconduct exposed, he showed no remorse whatsoever and even challenged the officers, only making the situation worse in another way. >> I asked you that. >> Okay. >> Said that. >> So, go have a seat. Go wait. >> I'm chilling, fool. I'm chilling right here. >> All right. >> Is this cool right here or is this not suit? >> You raise your voice to me again. You're going to handcuffs. Do you hear me? >> What you going to do, fool? You better watch your >> You better watch yourself. Huh? >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back. Turn around and put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest right now for for assault. >> I didn't do I didn't do, man. Listen, >> I didn't even do nothing to you, dog. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. TURN AROUND. >> Turn around. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> All right. Put your hands behind now. My hands are hurt. My eyes. >> He was charged with theft under the laws of the state of Idaho for taking safety equipment from the aircraft. The case was also referred to the FAA and Homeland Security for potential federal violations. He was additionally charged with felony assault. Small decisions made out of impulse or ego can spiral quickly.
