In today's video, every case starts with something as simple as theft. >> I got a report that you guys left the dollar store without paying for some items. [music] >> I love to pay for these items, but they would not let me. >> Yeah, because it's cut offs. You can't. >> No, it's not. It was It was No, it was not. It could all be over something as small as a single item. But with the suspect's craziness, chaos unfolds. >> No, I will not. SIR, >> let's go put her in the car. >> Watch today's video to catch every moment. The most psycho shoplifterss ever caught on body cam. Starting gently with this woman. One energy drink led the officer to uncover a secret in her name through the system. >> I'll be honest with you. It's right here and not even drink out of it yet. >> All right, Ashley. So, you got a warrant out of gentry you're going to go to jail on. Okay. >> Two county. >> Yes, ma'am. >> On the 22nd of July 2025, police [snorts] received a call from Dollar General reporting a woman who had stolen an energy drink without paying for it. [snorts] But what stood out was that the employees there seemed quite familiar with the suspect. >> Hi. >> Hey. So, this is the first time she's come in here and done this. I got you. So, um, our officer's out with her over at Casey's. >> Her name's Ashley or whatever. >> Mhm. Um, I guess she's willing to come back and pay. Is that the route you always want to go? Do you want to go charges every time she comes in here? >> Okay. >> Yeah. We've been watching her for a while and it >> Yes, ma'am. >> Uh, we just want to know trespass. Let me let me call Christa and see what for sure what she wants to do. >> But this is every time she comes in here. >> Sorry. Can you repeat? What do you want to do with her? >> She want She wants to come in here and pay for what she um >> prosecute. >> Mhm. Okay. >> She says have a confirmed 0.9 >> and no trespass. >> Okay. All right. >> Although the item was worth very little, the store still decided to press charges. The store even provided surveillance footage to help police with the case. You can see where she puts it in her purse. But in here, she's very sneaky about it. You know how to Okay. Heat. Uh, and then could I get over like a canceled receipt for um >> those things? >> Yeah, at least those two things. Um, >> I'm assuming you guys have different sized monsters, so we can't really say which one she probably took on that. But >> police quickly found the woman in a nearby parking lot, but surprisingly, she didn't seem at all shocked when she heard the accusation against her. >> I'm officer J Police Department. I got a report that you guys left the dollar store without paying for some items. Did you pay for that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What we're going to do is we're going to hang out here and my partner's going to the dollar store to check. Okay. >> I didn't pay for an energy drink. >> Okay. >> I'll be honest with you. It's right here. And not even drink out of it yet. >> Okay. Now, here's the deal. Do you want to go back and pay for it? >> Yeah, I can. >> And we'll see if that's what they want to do. If they want to press charges, they want to press charges, you know. So, and >> then I'm going to jail. Yep. So, it's up to the dollar store at this point. >> You can have this. >> I don't want it. Do you have money to pay for it? >> I can get money to pay for it. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Why you slumped over? What's going on? >> I'm sorry. >> You need EMS? >> You know, you okay? >> Yeah. Both the suspect and her female driver friend knew what they had done was wrong, but neither seemed to feel guilty about it. She even proudly admitted that she was already dealing with another case. >> Well, I'm glad I went to court today. >> What'd you go to court for? >> I had I got sided out last week and I So they >> Where at the jail? >> Oh, they signed you up. Okay. >> Yeah. And they had my court dates told me not to come today and go to the 18th of August. And I said, "No, I'm not going to do that. I'm just going to >> Ashley, got your ID on you?" >> Yeah. >> Oh god. Not really. Again. >> Well, just just hope that the dollar store is willing to work that out for you. 907 switching B. >> I better not have a damn warrant again cuz I just got out of county. >> 907. I got one ring my number. >> 911 704. >> She seemed annoyed when the officer asked for her ID, just like during her previous encounters, but she had no idea that police were about to uncover a secret from that ID. >> Pressing charges on you. What's this entail? >> We're going to see. So, you have a you have a warrant out of our department. >> How? I just got out of jail. >> It hasn't been entered yet. >> From when? >> I don't know. That's what he's going to find out right now. >> I'd appreciate it cuz I honestly would like to know. >> Yeah, he's going to go figure it out. >> Cuz I don't need I'm trying to get it all taken care of. I went to jail. They told me everything was taken care of but Tony Town. >> Well, you try to go get it taken care of when you steal from the dollar store. >> It's stupid. So, is it the thing from the dollar store jail or >> you're you got to get booked today. I don't know if I'm taking you to jail or taking you to the PD to fingerprint you and book you and release you. >> I specifically asked them to please call Gentry cuz I couldn't remember. >> Yeah. So, the war hasn't been entered yet. So, that's why he's going he's going to go see. >> I mean, they're not going to do nothing. Probably I'll probably end up going to Big County. At least I wasn't driving this time. >> I'm trying to get it all taken care of. The judge in Gentry or Sylon's trying this. I hope it just can finger pretty. I can get it all on the same date. She accepted responsibility without showing any shame, seemingly unconcerned about the seriousness of the situation. Police then proceeded to place her in handcuffs. >> All right, Ashley. So, you got a warrant out of gentry. You're going to go to jail on. Okay. >> Two county. >> Yes, ma'am. Go ahead and turn around for me. This officer is going to put you in handcuffs. Let's go to my car. >> And see, I literally told them to call you guys when I was in jail last week, and they said nothing was confirmed. Okay. Can you get my phone from her? >> Yeah, we'll get we'll get it from here in a second. >> Yeah, they call you. >> Nope. >> Cuz I just got out of Ben County and they said they called and nothing was even in on the record. So, >> the total bond's 6,510. So, it looks like it was an FDA out of Decator and then an FDA out of >> So, does that mean I'm staying or being held? >> That's up to the jail. I can't tell you on that. Um >> because they said if last time that if there was a hold that was what would stop it. Do I have to see a bond here and that's what >> No, there's already a bond on the warrant. So you want a faster side or >> can you get my phone and tell her to come to the jail? >> See I knew I knew they should have called you guys. >> Okay. Is there any way he can double cuff me? I've had a stroke and this arm just does not work. It's up to you if you want me double cuffed. >> In the end, Ashley Tilman was charged with theft and she was taken into custody on outstanding [music] failure to appear warrants with a combined bond of $6,510. A minor [snorts] theft can become far more serious when someone already has unresolved warrants. Cooperating with officers may not erase the consequences, but creating more problems can make an already difficult situation much worse. Even worse, [music] each of these suspects made the situation worse in their own way. >> I don't tell you again. Step out of the car. Okay. Step out of the car. >> Okay. >> Get out of the car. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. >> GET. WHAT DID I TELL YOU? >> On the 5th of September 2025, police received a report of a theft that had taken place at a sporting goods store. The suspects were reportedly two women and a minor who were walking around the store acting suspiciously. Here is what happened. According to the footage captured by the cameras Heat Police then approached the two suspects as they were just trying to leave the parking lot. It seemed the theft had been planned in advance as both women remained fairly calm when confronted. >> Know it. I ain't catch you in there for >> I got I ain't got [ __ ] My bad. I ain't >> I get it. How old was that little guy? >> He's six. >> Six. He didn't have school today, huh? What you looking for, dear? >> My keys. >> Your keys? >> Not me. I guess >> no. This is not your car. >> Oh, okay. For my husband. >> Okay. Do me a favor. >> Yeah. Let's just stop doing that. >> Yeah. You don't need your keys right now. Not until you get home. Whose car is this? >> How's it going? >> Did they take anything or >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. That So that black that big black bag she has >> that is full of stuff. >> It's full of stuff. >> Yeah. She did not walk in with that bag. That's what we we verified that she didn't have the bag. That's when we >> Do you guys know what all she took or anything like with that or >> we we didn't see her actually conceal. We just saw her with the bag full of merchandise. We checked camera to see if she walked in with it. It's She didn't walk in with it. So, she know we know she got it here. >> Yeah. >> So, that guy on that red hat, he's walking towards him. >> Okay. >> He was in here carrying around a bunch of shoes. We were watching him too. The guy in the red hat. >> Did he take anything or >> We don't think he took him anything. gave us back everything back. >> There's two of them, right? Two black females. >> There there's two black females. Yeah, >> there's one like a denim jacket. >> So, there was still another suspect, a man in a red shirt standing farther away. While police were trying to question the woman further, he slowly approached the vehicle as if he were trying to do something. >> Okay, so this is You do not take this bag, right? You took the bag inside. >> Yeah, he's trying to say I took the bag, but I did say >> Okay. You mind if you I'm good if I look in here? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> Okay, I'm going to put it right on the microphone in there. One is mine. Is there anything else in there? >> No, sir. >> Nothing. >> I promise. >> Okay. So, I have a picture of you. >> Uh, walking in without a bag. >> So, bag stolen. >> You'll get off the scene. >> You know this guy. >> Yeah. >> Stay back there. >> Stay back there. >> You just got to d me. >> No, you won't. You'll get off the scene. Go back. Go back there. Go to jail then. Either way is fine with me. You're just getting too close, man. It's all right. It's >> I understand. You're just getting too close to what we're doing here. Hey, he ain't got nothing on him. That's my brother. >> I know, but I need him to stay back. We're >> just step over there so they can do that investigation on him. >> I know. I know. It's fine. We're not saying you did anything. I just need you to stay back. >> I just need you to stay off the scene. >> All I need you stay away. >> How you going to say she was acting as me and by >> I'm still trying to We're still trying to investigate all this though. I just showed up. >> Hey. Hey. The two women continued to act innocent, even accusing the store employees and bringing up unrelated things, but they had no idea that their actions had been captured on camera, giving the officers enough evidence to make a decision. >> You have any like you got a >> Bro, I just told you I'm warning for y'all and I'm telling the truth. >> I'm I believe you. I just We're not getting anything back. You got you got a credit card or anything? I just got to confirm it's you. >> You going to let me go? >> It depends. It depends on what the warrant is. >> Hey, we got PC. Let's just do it. Come on out for me. Come on out. I got to get in my car. >> You're good. You come on out anyway. Come on out. Who? Who? The SJ birthday. >> Right. So, >> put your cigarette on. Turn around for >> Man, I ain't even lied about my [ __ ] name. I just my name and my birthday and told you the truth to get handcuffed is crazy. >> Who you talking about? >> I don't [ __ ] know my baby is crying. He ain't never gave him my name and my birthday. He told him the [ __ ] truth. You're good. Hold on. >> So, listen. >> I appreciate you being cooperative with me. Your truck is over $400. That's a felony. >> I know it is over here. >> So, you've done this before, right? >> Yeah. I'm being honest with you, though. I can get a citation. >> I understand that. And I I appreciate you being honest with me. You understand the severity of this, but I got a couple more things. You saw me turn my lights on. I saw you going out. You didn't stop >> because I was trying to park and my baby and I and I was trying to figure I was trying to figure out to call somebody for my baby cuz I knew I had these wounds. I wasn't going to run. If I was going to run, I would have just sped off. I wasn't running. >> When When are the wounds from you know >> Glen Corbett is that is Glen Corbin and Fairview Heights? >> In Fairview Heights. >> Yeah. Yeah. These two out here in Illinois. >> You got any other tattoos? >> Where? >> So I'm trying to confirm this is you got >> Yeah, they on my arm. >> Okay. Nothing else on your You got the one that There's one right here. It looks at my baby name. >> Okay. All right. Just hang tight for me. Okay. Watch your foot. >> The woman did not seem willing to accept this outcome easily. But the other woman went even further as police had to pull her out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Okay. Get out of the car. God dang. You hear what we're saying to you? >> You've been Yeah. Go ahead and sue us. >> I am. I just snatched you out the car like that. We >> asked you to get out of the car. >> Ask you twice to get out of the car. You're telling me no. >> Your hand. >> I'm not arguing. >> I'm not arguing with you. Telling you get out of the car. >> Shut up. Pick my up. Cracker. >> Telling you. Whoa. >> You got anything on you? >> Pick my up. >> What you saying to us now? >> This is mine. This I I have nothing in my bag. I did. You see me go in there and grab anything? Touch anything? No, you do not. I have nothing. >> Exactly. I'm slowing the out of them. Watch. I ain't I ain't got to say nothing. Watch. Just make it easier on yourself, please. >> No, cuz y'all doing too much. >> We are not doing anything. >> Oh my god. Y'all y'all straight doing too much. >> It seemed the suspects had finally been taken into custody, but the man did not seem willing to be forgotten. He repeatedly ignored the officer's commands, which would soon leave him regretting his actions. >> What's she got to get off the car? She a pastor. Anything peaceful to her. That's my sister. He didn't do anything fixable to her. We going to get real active. >> I think she was stealing. >> We f to give I don't give what's going on. Y'all do anything. >> Oh, you loving up to you, bud. >> I ain't coming up on [ __ ] >> Turn around. Do it. Do it. Taser. Taser. Taser. YOU WHAT DID I TELL YOU? >> HUH? WHAT DID I TELL YOU? YOU TALKED YOUR WAY INTO THAT, DIDN'T YOU? >> Talk your way into that, bud. Come out here and just mild to us. We're going to find out who you are real quick. >> Find out real quick. >> Yeah, go ahead. We're going to find out real quick. What does that mean? >> Keep expecting that one. >> Hell yeah. I've had enough of it. >> They're mouthing off to us. >> That [ __ ] ain't doing. >> You came up trying to pick a fight with us. Why >> do [ __ ] >> Why? >> That ain't doing [ __ ] That ain't doing [ __ ] >> I ain't do [ __ ] you know. I mean, you went do it. >> No, I did. I pulled Didn't I pull a drink on some [ __ ] >> right? [ __ ] man. >> Yeah. All right. on your body. >> In the end, the suspects were charged with retail theft, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice. The lesson: ignoring police commands can quickly turn a theft investigation into additional charges. Once officers have evidence of the crime, resisting or obstructing them only makes the situation worse. Next, this woman made everything worse over the pizza. >> I had to pay for these items, but they would not let me. >> Yeah, because it's cut off. Stand up. HEAD UP. >> Stand up. >> On the 12th of August, 2025, deputies unexpectedly received a 911 call at 1:00 a.m. reporting a theft involving nothing more than pizza. The suspect was reportedly a woman who tried to shove pizza into her own mouth. When deputies arrived at the scene, the employee also gave them a more detailed account of what had happened. >> What'd she do? >> She the alcohol and the stuff in the bag that she has out there, she took and just walked out the store with it. Uh when I well she originally she took one bottle and two slices of pizza. When I asked her if she paid for any of it, she told me that she did. When I checked the cameras, she did not. So I went out there, I took the wine bottle back, put it back on the shelf, told her she had to pay for the pizza. She tried to put the pizza in my mouth. So I told her to back off away from me, came inside, went to go call non-emergency, and then she came back in, took more alcohol, and then walked out the store with it. So I called my mom. >> Okay. And it's in her bag right now. >> Sorry. >> And it's in her bag right now? >> Uh I haven't taken any crime. The woman was reportedly still behind the store waiting in hopes of being allowed to pay for the merchandise, but it may have already been too late. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> I might be able to pay for these items, but they would not let me. >> Yeah, because it's cut off. You can't >> No, it's not. It was It was No, it was not checked cameras. It was way before. >> Okay. But even still, even still, if they they can refuse to sell you items. >> Yeah, but they're No, no. Can you just please please please pay for this? >> If he listen if he was refusing to let you sell these things, >> he just wanted to press charges. >> Oh, yes. Trespass. >> No. >> No. No. No. Not trespass. Press charges. >> No. I want Oh my goodness. That's >> So you didn't pay for those? >> I [clears throat] So no, I would like to pay for these things. Do >> you have your ID on you? So you guys didn't want to sell her the >> Well, she tried to steal it. So I told her that I wasn't going to sell it to her after multiple times. >> Then he brought it out there when I asked him to pay for it. He >> tried and then when I he went back inside and checked my cameras, you did not pay for it. Whoa. So many credit cards. >> She showed no signs of guilt or willingness to take responsibility and her cooperation quickly faded as she began to escalate the situation. >> How about I find those your your ID for you in just a second. >> What's your name? >> Uh, no. I have my ID. >> What? >> I have my ID, sir. >> In the meantime, put your hands on your back. >> No. >> Yes. This is not happening again. No, Mr. Lincoln. >> 1 2 3/4. Absolutely not. >> Put your hand back, >> Phil. I don't want these items. Do not do that. >> Put your hand BACK NOW. >> NO, I WILL NOT. SIR, SIR. PHIL. PHIL. SIR. SIR. SIR. OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS. >> PUT THE HANDS ON YOUR BACK RIGHT NOW. I'M [screaming] NOT PLAYING WITH YOU. >> OKAY. >> ROLL OVER ON YOUR STOMACH. >> NO. OKAY. NO. OKAY. I will. BUT I AM. PHIL. PHIL. OKAY. NO. Hold on. >> 1 2 3. Of course. She's ready. >> 1 2 3. SIR, WHAT'S THE SIR? I'M NOT SHOWING YOU RIGHT NOW. >> Give me your other hand right now. >> No, sir. >> GIVE ME YOUR HAND NOW, >> SIR. >> I WILL TASE YOU, >> SIR. Oh my gosh. PHIL. SIR. MR. MR. LINCOLN. OH MY GOSH. MR. LINCOLN. >> OKAY. Please >> give me your hands. >> What do I do? >> WHAT DO YOU DO? >> DO I DO I BE HERE? DO I Sir, do I >> No. >> No. Phil, what is it? >> Continue resisting. You're catch another charge. >> No, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> GET THE BACK RIGHT NOW. >> OKAY, >> BILL. PHIL, PLEASE. HOW? THIS IS WEIRD. >> This is ridiculous. >> GIVE ME ANOTHER HAND. >> WHAT IS THISING MAGIC WORD? >> The woman was clearly the unreasonable one, resisting while insisting that she had done nothing wrong. Even after backup officers arrived, she still showed no sign of stopping. >> THIS IS REALLY WEIRD. >> STAND UP. STAND UP. [screaming] STAND UP. BREAK. >> Don'ting grab my chest. Go. Stop. Let's go. Watch the glass. Grab the glass. >> Fight us. >> My car's here. >> Let's go. >> No. >> Yep. My car's here. >> THIS IS WEIRD. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS? >> NO. NO. OKAY. WHAT IS IT, GUYS? >> YOU'RE [laughter] UNDER ARREST. >> YOU DIDN'T READ ME ANY RIGHTS. >> THAT'S NOT HOW this works. >> You did not read ANY RIGHTS. >> STOP. >> WHAT IS IT? [screaming] GUYS, THIS IS SO WEIRD. >> NO, I'm serious. Please, please look at me. Look at me. >> PLEASE. Get in THE CAR. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> I'M SCARED. >> Get in the car. >> Wipe your face. WIPE YOUR FACE. [screaming] DISORDERLY. What'd you do? >> Soul >> drunk sortly >> a little bit. >> No use force. >> When she pulled away, I kind of was there. >> Did you strike her or was she? >> Uh, not. She's not injured to my knowledge. No, I did not strike her. >> Her condition made the officers question whether she was fully in control of herself. [music] So, a man named Phil, who was reportedly a relative of hers, was also questioned to find out more. >> Is she high on drugs? [snorts] >> Brother, I got a phone call. I need to get here. That's that I'm glad I could drive. I I'm not trying to break the law to my name. Your name is uh God Jessica right now. >> Do you have your ID? >> Yeah. You asking me for my name or her name? >> Both. >> Okay. Uh my name is Phillip. >> Phillip. What? >> So, Phillip. She called you here because why? >> So, are you trying to make me change my story? >> No, I'm trying to get the story. >> All right. She called me cuz you needed a ride. >> Oh. To give you a ride. The issue we have is we're just trying to get to the the reason why she was acting out the way she is cuz that's odd. >> I just got a message. Come pick me up at racetrack. >> Okay. >> And I got here 2 minutes too late. She's got a lot going on at self-destruction. Of course, man. >> Is she your girlfriend? >> Friend. >> Friend. >> And this is your car, Phil? >> No, it's Julie. >> All right. So, a friend of a friend? I'm not my good. >> All right, hang tight with her. >> Returning to [music] the suspect, she showed no shame at all. Instead, she became increasingly arrogant, even making disrespectful remarks toward the officers. >> Relax. >> I'm not going inside. >> Do you say anything? No, no, we're not doing this. I'm sorry, but you guys are not. First of all, me, please, because no one reading my arrives before they put me on. >> So, you got to wait. It's pending. We're pending investigation right now. Okay. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, listen. Let us get everything together and then we'll explain it to you. >> What is there? You're under arrest. We're not asking No one read me why. No one told me why. >> We haven't asked any questions. >> But you said I'm under arrest. You haven't asked me. We don't need to ask question. They're still investigating. That is >> All right. So, we're going to check you for weapons. Let her down real quick. No. No. Hold on. That because I want Exactly. That's why I'm willing. If would you guys be more angry? >> We're not angry. Needles, knives, anything like that. >> Are you just drunk? >> I am not drunk. I want >> Why you acting out like that? >> All right. >> Jessica, let's get through one step at a time. Okay. >> Nobody's laughing or something. Nobody's laughing. >> It's not I'm not laughing, but I'm Did you guys ma'am? >> You guys are like not you. No one. [laughter] >> So, we're not asking you any incriminating information right now. We need to do a pat search and then we're going to explain everything to you. We're going to read through Miranda. So, listen to my partner. >> Do you have any contra? I'm >> not going to ask you any questions. >> What? No, that doesn't make any sense. I I don't know what >> I'm going to shake your bra up. Okay. >> Okay. Just nothing in there? >> No. >> Okay. Have a seat in the car. >> No, please. >> My partner is going to talk to you. He's going to read you Miranda and then we're going to go from there. You're going to have a seat. >> Have a seat. Hold on. Hold on. Please pause. >> I have to pause. This is sit. >> I'm really freaking me out. Car sit so we can talk to you. >> You can sit and then we'll talk to you. Okay. >> What do I say? GUYS, YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TEACH ME. I'm not trying. >> Okay. Don't sit in the car. You guys ARE SUPPOSED TO TEACH ME. I DON'T SIT. >> I DON'T. WHAT IF I'VE NEVER read the Can you grab our cuffs, >> PLEASE? OH MY GOD. DON'T DO THAT. DON'T DO THAT. >> SO, SIT IN THE CAR. >> I don't know. >> There you go. >> Turn your feet. >> Turn your feet. And then let me put the seat belt on. Oh my god. No belts. >> Leave her without a seat belt. Shoulder in there. >> In the end, Jessica was charged with petty theft, resisting arrest, [music] and possession of someone else's identity documents. Denying wrongdoing while actively resisting only makes a simple theft situation much worse. Once officers are trying to take someone into custody, continued resistance can lead to additional charges and consequences far beyond the original offense. Next, this woman seemed almost cheerful as she tried to escape from Walmart. You won't abuse me. You might do it to everybody else, but you will not. >> You're going to do what I tell you. >> Let me Oh, you saw the face. >> Yeah. >> She got so excited. >> Yeah. >> No, I didn't. If you see what I'm doing, I'm licking my lips. >> Okay. >> On the 26th of May, 2024, officers were dispatched to a Walmart after a report of a woman trying to push a shopping cart full of merchandise through the garden center gate without paying. After being spotted by an employee, she abandoned the merchandise and turned back only to encounter an officer waiting for her. >> Pull away from me. >> Do not. I need my bag. >> Don't. I had surgery on my shoulder. Let me go. >> Then walk. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Then walk on your own. >> You don't want me to cuss at you? You will not cuss at me. >> Yes. Please keep on because I've got an officer that's in my family that's on his way. >> Cool. >> And I he can tell you that he won't talk to me like that >> and you're not going to keep swinging me around. >> Then walk. >> I'm walking. >> You're pinching my arm. >> I'm not touching her. >> There's some glasses rather. She's so happy. >> Where are you taking me? >> I'm not going to. >> That's funny. >> Let my stuff go. >> You're under arrest. >> It was astonishing that the woman who had just done something wrong could now portray herself as the victim. And her attitude only made things increasingly difficult for the officer. >> Teaching me. >> Sit down. >> If you don't abuse ME, YOU MIGHT DO IT TO EVERYBODY ELSE. Say you are not. >> You're going to do what Iing told you. >> Let me you mother. >> Do what I TELL YOU. >> CALL MY HUSBAND NOW. >> STOP. >> CALL MY HUSBAND. >> Let's go put her in the car. >> Call my husband. Let me go. >> Let me go. >> You are going to jail. >> You cannot hit me like that. Stop. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Let me go. >> No, you're going. >> Yes or no? >> I'm not going anywhere until I talk to my hotel. >> Let me go. >> Get in the car. >> Take a seat. Kick your feet down. >> I need my stuff. >> I can't. >> Nope. You get it after. >> You can't take me to jail for not I was not leaving it. Okay, we'll get you tended to in the jail. >> Y'all can't take me for something that I didn't do. My kids are unattended. >> You're kept kids here? >> My kids are unattended. >> Where? >> At the store. >> How old are they? How old are your children? >> Where are your kids at? >> Where are your kids at? >> I'm not sure. >> How old are they? >> You want to sit out here and get some air? How old are your children? >> She tried to use her family situation to distract the officers, but in reality, no one was waiting for her there. The only thing she carried with her was the wrongdoing that the loss prevention employee had clearly pointed out. >> Did you guys see her come into the store? >> We did. We did not. We picked her up when she was shopping on an aisle. We watched her come from the back of the store all the way up through Garden Center, tried the garden center gate, which was locked. Then she looked and saw the uh east emergency uh access out the side. So she goes up to it, drives the bar, looks around, reposition some of the stuff she had, pushed through that bar, and that's when Kevin got to the gates, held it. Uh and then we had a female witness come up. At no time did I see any children. Okay. >> I'm going to look and see if I can >> All right. Yeah. She's saying she has some juvenile children here, and I don't want to leave them. That's fine. I just want to check. I don't want to leave them here. >> No, I understand. Yeah, I understand. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> can I please sit in my office and calm down and talk? >> If you'll be calm and do what I tell you to do. >> I was upset because I was not shoplifting. >> Okay. >> I don't understand how they consider it shoplifting. >> You tried to push a huge shopping cart full of items out of a closed >> pulled the gentleman that was in there pulled the buggy out. I had a gift card for over $200. Why would I steal it? All right. But when I tell you you're going to jail and you tell me we're not going to jail, >> I'm sorry. >> And when I ask you to sit down and you don't sit down and then you like bucket me like, you see what I'm saying? Like that's not the best way to handle this. Okay. >> If you if we come in here and you sit down and you be calm, >> we're going to come inside. Are you going to be calm? >> After she calmed down, the officers brought her back to the loss prevention office where she would have to face the fact that they had discovered this was not her first time doing this. Have you been stopped here before? >> If you want to have a seat, stop for shoplifting. You guys want to have a seat? >> Um, I had a situation like 5 years ago where I had some people with me and we came in this room right here, but it was sort of >> Oh, yes, ma'am. I knew that name was familiar. You dealt with me last time as well. You've lost a lot of weight since then. >> Yeah, but it was it was um >> almost a felony. >> No, it stopped her. have been prosecuted. >> I understand, but it was it was thrown out. I didn't have to go to jail or anything like that because of the circumstances. If you remember correctly, there was a group of people with me and the older lady that was in that was in here was able to prove that it was the um three um younger adults with him. Back then we had to go to court and if I believe I remember correctly he never showed up. >> No gear and handcuffs. Where else are you? >> Could you hand me my face, please? >> No. So EMS just pulled up. They're going to come in and check on you and make sure you're okay. Okay. >> What made things worse was that when the employee stopped her from escaping through the employee exit, it became even harder for her to deny what she had done. Especially with the surveillance footage capturing the entire incident. I was actually looking for her. Matt, wait. >> All right. This is She tried the gate first. Gate's locked. >> All right. That's the camera. >> Okay. >> I don't I'm not sure how what happened with the camera. So, I'm going to do that separate. >> Yeah, I didn't. >> No, I didn't. >> That's her. >> Oh, she's the camera lady. That was good. I was trying to say that the serial number the wrong was the wrong camera. >> I didn't say that. The worker said though, >> then she goes to this fire door over here. >> Okay. >> I bought the candle. >> Mhm. >> I still have the receipt. >> So, first she pushes the lever in and she stands in for a minute. >> Oh, you saw the face. >> Yeah. >> She got so excited. >> Yeah. >> No, I didn't. If you see what I'm doing, I'm licking my lips. >> Okay. >> I went to the tanning bed and my lips are chapped. And then she swapped over the rug so that she can get the cart through the door. But if you pay attention, I just pulled the car there. >> The door open till pulls the car. >> Pro the door open. >> That's when Kevin intercept. >> What were you going to do after that? >> I seen him right there. >> If he wouldn't have come, what were you going to do? >> I was going to go right to the front and pay. I have, if you look at my wallet right now, I have the money to pay for it. >> But she said that she didn't pull the card out the door at all. She gets the card fully out the door before he approaches her. We're under arrest for felony, shoplifting, and obstruction. Okay. >> Look, >> you lied to me. You tried to argue with me. You tried to fight everybody here. You you you didn't try and fight me physically, granted, but you argued with me the whole time. >> Why you recorded me? >> No, he took he took a picture or left. Um, >> returning to the issue of her family member, the officers were only trying to make sure no one had been left behind in the store, but she seemed to seize the opportunity to turn the accusation back on the officer. >> I don't know. She's already left. >> Okay. But she has her own car and she can't find [clears throat] you. She's adult enough to get in her car and drive to wherever she's going to go. It's not a juvenile child. I don't want to leave like a 10-year-old here. >> No, but they are unattended tonight. >> So, do you have younger children other than the 16-year-old at home? >> Uh-huh. >> What's your address? 9:25 >> 9:25 What? If you don't tell me the address, I'm going to charge you the children cuz I got to make sure your children are okay. >> Alan, but her sister's with her. My daughter's >> So, there is people to take care of her. >> Well, the 16year-old, but by Madison County guidelines. >> Okay. So, what's the address that they are at or going to be at tonight? Cuz you're not going to be out of jail until Tuesday. >> So, how are we going to take care of your children until Tuesday? >> My husband will be home. So, there will be somebody home to take care of your children. >> Yes, he'll he'll come home >> tonight. >> Yes. >> Okay. How many kids you got at the house? >> And what time will he be home? >> Two >> in the morning. >> Oh, two kids. Sorry. Sorry. >> No, he'll be home tomorrow. >> Okay. So, they're going to be okay at home with the 16-year-old until Well, hang on a second. How old's the second child? Not the 16-year-old. >> She's 14. >> So, the 14-year-old was at home alone? No, the uh the 16-year-old is there with her and she was supposed to go by and pick up her older sister. >> You just said the 16-year-old was here. >> I said she drove here and remember I just said I don't know if she's still here. >> I didn't I didn't see her car. >> All right. >> Is there any way I can say one more thing to Samantha? >> Miss Samantha wants to talk to you. And um gentleman is he your coworker colleague? >> Um he works for me. >> He works for you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> 601. >> I just like for you to understand >> that I was upset and I apologize. >> In the end, the woman was charged with felony shoplifting and obstruction. Trying to turn yourself into the victim does not erase clear evidence of wrongdoing. Once the evidence is on camera, arguing, changing your Next, the man pulled out a $24 salad and started complaining to the officer about it. >> A salad cost 24 mothering dollars >> just for a salad. >> He's in here. >> Yo, come here. >> On the 13th of October 2023, police received a report of a suspected theft at a shopping mall. The suspect was reportedly a man who had been going back and forth between multiple stores. Upon arriving at the scene, the officers had to split into several groups to locate him. >> The guy just came in, grabbed the jackets. >> Okay. Do you guys have a footage of him? >> She's actually >> They're following us. >> Yeah. >> All right. Can you pull a video? >> Ask her where she is. >> Just pull a video. We We're tracking it right now. He's in here. >> Is he walking? >> He's in here. >> Police finally found the man they were looking for. By coincidence, he was carrying out another criminal act, and the approach soon turned into a tense struggle. Get him down. Get him down. Get him down. He's being combed. Turn around, bro. Oh, you want to come here? >> Be patient, man. >> All right, we got him in custody. Thank you. One in custody. uh like automatic search. >> What's going on, man? >> Chilling, man. >> What' you show me? You good? >> Huh? I was just trying to show you something, man. >> What are you trying to show me? >> Huh? That switch weight in your pocket or what? >> Something light, man. They trying to pay for it, man. Don't worry about it. >> He had been restrained, but he still did not seem ready for things to end there. Even as the police prepared to take him away, what he said next made the situation even more confusing. >> Chilling, man. What am I being arrested for now? >> Covering me, huh? Assaulting me. >> Oh, I was just doing an investigation, man. I'm trying to get you [ __ ] making an issue. Huh? >> You're being recorded video and audio. Okay. >> What do you mean? You're being recorded by a body camera. Listen, I don't understand what you're talking about. What's your name, bro? Huh? What's your name? What do you mean? What's your person? My name is Jesus. They came to [ __ ] save you today. Okay. >> You got my phone? Yeah. [ __ ] Listen, let me read your rights. >> I'm going to leave you to read the rest. >> I have to I'll read my rights. You have the right to remain sign. Anything you say will anything you say? Listen to me. Okay. Listen. Listen, man. Let me tell you something. No more right. They got to come pay. I'm going raise your rights. Okay. They got to come pay. All right. Hey, come on, man. I'm getting the door for you guys. I got to go, though. You go first, man. >> Cut it out. >> It's your world, man. >> Cut out. Let him go first. No, you go first, bro. Cut it out. >> Hey, brother. What's your name? They call me G. Here's why. >> Put me in the trunk yourself. I ain't going there. >> Man, you guys you guys trying to get me all comfortable and I'm not trying to be comfortable. I'm just trying to serve. >> All right. You want to search again? >> Yeah, definitely. He strangely acted as if he were completely innocent and naive. But this was only the first strange part because the officer suddenly realized he was not a complete stranger to them. >> Hey, hold on. >> Hold on. >> Close that door. Hey, Richard. Calm down, man. >> I ain't going against you, bro. All right. >> It is what it is. Doing my job. You get that? >> Hold on, Richard. You remember me? >> Huh? >> Yo, you remember me, bro? >> What What job are you doing? >> What's up? >> What job are you doing? >> Hold on. Let me talk to him real quick. Richard, >> how how long how long you been studying, >> Richard? >> Richard? Yo, Richard, you remember me? We were at the hospital together. >> Listen, man. Why am I here? Why am I locked up? Did you just take something from the store, bro? >> Listen, I'm going to read your >> Somebody's about to come pay for it. >> I'm going to read your rights to get you walk out with it, man. >> Huh? >> Are you Did you Did you get any help with your medications or anything like that? >> What are you talking about? Somebody's about to come pay for it. That's what I'm trying to tell you. >> What are you talking about? Medication. There's no medication. Somebody's about to come pay for it. >> You know how much money these [ __ ] got? >> You know what I'm saying? >> A salad cost $24 >> just for a salad. I was looking at a mother salad. All right. >> That's all I was trying to eat was a salad >> before I got interrupted. >> Okay, Rich. >> He kept talking and trying to distract the officer from looking deeper into his case. He even became more stubborn, denying his actions in a way that did nothing to help him. >> There's no middle ground. There's never any middle ground. You understand? I had no belief. I told you somebody's coming to pay the check and you think I'm [ __ ] lying about that [ __ ] You think I'm lying? >> No. No. Nobody said anything about you lying. You're not locked up for assaulting me. That's it. You didn't a >> I didn't I didn't assault you. I didn't assault you. I didn't see myself assaulting you. I was teaching myself, showing you something. >> Oh, you're showing me, >> huh? >> I was showing you something. There's different techniques that's needed. >> Take mushroom. You know what? I'm going to give you these because at the end of the day, you take them off. All right. Listen, you ain't got to put him back on. I'm going to give it to you because at the at the end of the day, you need it more than I do. >> It's a sacrifice. [clears throat] I'll uh bring it back up. >> Hey, just you know, I'm on camera and I'm rolling. This is the same guy that uh punched Luke at the standard. Yeah, Richard. He's uh I don't think he found his meds. I was trying to talk to him cuz I took him to the hospital last time. So, he seems like he's going to be an EDP again. >> In the end, Richard was charged with robbery, aggravated assault, and resisting arrest. [music] Denying what happened does not make the evidence disappear. When officers already have evidence and are investigating the incident, continued resistance and excuses can only make the situation worse. Even more astonishingly, this woman was still able to cause such a scene despite claiming to be a CIA agent herself. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> You guys are doing all this cuz with the stuff inside. >> I worked with Marian County Sheriff's Department. Like um um you at some point you got to trust us cuz you would have just gotten the shop with me, which is >> On the 16th of April 2022, police stopped a vehicle that was leaving the Walmart parking lot after it was suspected of being involved in a theft at the store. But it seemed the suspect already had plenty of excuses to explain herself. Here's what happened. Hey, get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Yeah, get out of the car. >> I came in with the stuff and you can ask the people at the front >> right now. You was back in my car. So, just pull it in, park it, and get out of the car. >> Okay. >> We'll figure that out. Okay. >> Okay. There's two ladies at the front. >> Pull it in and park it. We'll figure it out. >> Okay. I'm in with the stuff. >> Okay. Pull it in and park it and figure it out. >> Okay. My son's in surgery right now and I have to go. >> That's great. Pull it in and park it. We'll figure it out. >> Okay. the Orlando Surgery Center. >> That's okay. Pull your car in and park it. We'll figure it out. >> I came in with You can even ask the auto. I came in with the >> I'm sending phone. >> We'll figure it out between me and you and the law officer right now. All right. >> Okay. Well, everything was left there. I was coming out my wallet. We'll figure it out. >> I promise we'll figure it out. >> Time >> right now. We're making time. The CJ said you shoplifted. I didn't shop with you, but I came right here. >> I put this stuff right here in the door. >> It wasn't even passport in the sale. >> He will figure it out. I haven't got his story yet. >> I have to hear your story. I have to hear his right now. He's saying you commit. >> My number. >> No, >> please. >> No. Park your car. Get out of your car. >> I have to get to my son, sir. Or ma'am. >> From the woman's tone, it was clear that she did not seem to be in that much of a hurry. With loss prevention also present, the officers once again explained why she could not leave. >> You could be detained. >> Because I'm detaining you. >> How? >> Because he's accusing you of a crime and you left. >> I'm not arguing with you. I'm being nice. >> He just the auto guy said I came in bag. >> He just confirmed that. >> Okay. >> Merchandise in the other book bag also that's on merchandise. And you left the last one. >> No. No. No. No. We're not We're not We're NOT ARGUING. WE'RE NOT ARGUING. >> I'm being nice and not putting you in handcuffs right now. >> Right. >> So, kindly turn your vehicle off. >> Uh-huh. >> And we'll figure it out. I will talk to him. I will talk to you. But right now, he's saying a crime with a crime committed. So, you're detained by me based on his statement to us and to the 911 operator. >> But how am I being detained if I left my stuff right there? I was getting ready to get an oil change. That's not an argument I'm going to make. Okay. I need you to turn your vehicle off. Come out with me. We'll go inside and we'll figure it out. And if it is just a misunderstanding, you'll be good to go. Okay. >> So, how long is this going to take? >> As long as it takes. I'll get it done as soon as I can. >> The female officer calmly tried to convince the suspect to cooperate, but the woman showed no sign of getting out of the vehicle. That only raised further suspicion about her involvement. At this point, a male officer arrived and became much more firm in ordering her to get out. >> The car. >> Get out of the car. Unlock the car and get out of the car right now. >> Okay. But they just >> turn off the car. Unlock the door and get out of the car right now. You are under arrest. >> How am I under arrest? >> For stealing. >> For stealing. >> Shoplifting. >> I stopped with the stuff right there to come. >> That is past all points of sale. Get out of the vehicle right now. >> How is that point? >> I'm done arguing with you right there. >> I'm done arguing with you. Turn off the car and get out of the vehicle now. >> You are under arrest. >> I have my son who just had surgery. >> Okay. >> I just had my son who had surgery. >> Turn off. >> Don't Don't stop resisting. >> Stop. I'm not resisting. >> You are resisting. Get out of the vehicle right now. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm not resisting. >> Out of the car now. Let's go. >> You're going to catch a charge if you just just get out of the car. >> I don't understand why. We're not talking about it anymore. Get out of the car. Get out. >> I'm rolling my window up. That's it. I'm just rolling. >> We will do that for you in a minute. >> I'm rolling my window up. That's it. >> Take the key out of the ignition. >> I'm just rolling my window up. Roll the window up for me. >> Get out of the car. We will get out of the car. Nope. >> Just roll the window up for me. That's all I want. Roll it up. I will roll it up. I promise. >> Okay. Roll it up now. Get out of the car. Stop out the car. We'll roll it up. >> Okay. Roll it up now. Please. >> Get out of the car. >> Okay. That's all I'm asking is to roll up the window. >> Please. Jesus Christ. Face the vehicle. Face the vehicle. Face the face the vehicle. >> It seemed like stepping out of the vehicle would be the beginning of her cooperation. But unexpectedly, everything she did afterward contradicted what she had been saying. >> Don't resist. >> I'm not resisting, but come on now. This is ridiculous. >> 302. We're fighting one. Stop. Stop. I didn't even glue anything. All the merchandise is right there. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> My son. >> You want to get tased? >> My son is Can I call? >> No. We're past that. >> Please. Please. >> Please. Can I call? Please. >> No. Can I call? Please. Can I call please? >> Can I call myself? >> No, you cannot. >> Please. >> He just got out of surgery. Please. That's all I'm asking. Please >> stop res. We will call. But you need to stop resisting. >> You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. >> I'm not resisting. But can you please call my son? >> She calmly pleaded with the officers and promised she would not resist. But her actions told a very different story. In the end, it was her own resistance that led to her being taken to the ground. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You guys are doing all this cuz with the stuff inside. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Why are you doing this? Put your hands >> because you are under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. >> Why am I under arrest? >> For shoplifting. Put your hands >> I didn't shoplift. >> Put your hands behind your back now or I'm going to tase you. >> I did not shoplift. I did not shoplift. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Can I get up now? >> Nope. We're still figuring this out. You got to do it this way. Don't scratch me. Stop moving. >> You have a leg up. >> All right. Are you going to cooperate now? >> Yes. >> I just want to call my son. He needs >> surgeon. Please >> sit up. >> I can't sit up. Can you help me out? >> Bend your knee. >> Roll this way. Bend your knee. >> And then roll backwards. >> This way. >> Now tuck this hand up. >> The woman was eventually taken into custody. But strangely, after all the trouble she had caused, she now acted completely innocent. Almost as if she had no idea why any of this was happening. >> I I can't help you that you don't understand. >> I've explained it to you several times. You're under arrest for shoplifting. You're going to jail. >> You're also being charged with resisting. >> All right. >> So, I'm done explaining that to you. You are going to the Semino County Jail. >> I'm not resisting. >> You were? >> I'm resisting because You made several lawful orders and you did not obey any of them. >> And I left everything at the door transport so I can just get paperwork. >> Yeah, I can do that. >> Yeah, let's do that. >> Can I please call my son? >> No. >> Hey, take that out of your hand. >> My son is four years old. >> That's too bad. >> Call him from the jail. >> Yeah, that's too bad. And call him from the jail. They give free calls there. >> We're going to stand you up. Count of three. One, two, three. >> Maybe if you didn't fight them, they probably would have given you that call. Oh, we tried. >> I wasn't trying. Please, just call this number for me. See my son. >> Need a discussion. Not right now. >> Follow me. Let's go. >> No, we'll get your shoes later. We'll get your shoes later. >> Can I It's that. >> Can I get my purse? >> Not right now. >> Now, let me tell you something. If you resist Officer Johnson while she's searching you, I'm going to charge with two counts of battery LEO. Do you understand? You can put >> We already got two counts, right? We're going for free. >> Spread your >> feet. Get your feet up on the car. Spread your feet. >> My feet are hot right now. >> Spread your feet. >> How do I get two counts of arrest? >> Even after receiving medical treatment, the woman still showed no sign of recognizing her own wrongdoing. But what you may not believe is that despite everything she had done, she actually had a profession that should have given her a clear understanding of right and wrong. >> You know just as well as I do. I said like 15 times, just pull it in. We'll call it. We'll figure it out. And then it came to the point where you weren't listening to us. >> I work with Marian County Sheriff's Department like um you at some point you got to trust us cuz you would have just gotten the shop with me which is I mean an issue cuz you got like 15 of them >> but it wouldn't be it wouldn't be these assault charges on Leo and stuff like that. Like you took it from one place and took it to another one. All right. So like the point what's done is done. You just got to move forward past that. I mean, >> please don't put those on me. >> That's not my decision. The other option that's with me is my boss. He decides what charges get filed. >> I was not I thought you guys tasered me. I was not even resisting. Like you guys had me on the floor. My hands were already being on my back. >> I'm not I'm not going to argue with you about it. It is what it is. >> That's We got the point, but you're not listening to us. That's what happened. Okay, I'll ask him about your phone call. Hope we get back call just to let them know where you are so your son's taking care of. Okay. >> I mean, I watched I watched the video. It looked like you were walking straight out the door with all the appliances. >> No, stop. >> In the end, the woman was charged with grand theft and resisting without violence. She later pleaded no contest to both charges and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. Refusing to cooperate can quickly turn a theft investigation into additional charges. Even when someone believes they have an explanation, ignoring lawful orders. C. What do you think about cases like this? You're most likely going to be going to the county jail. >> All right. >> All right. >> Huh? >> I wish Elton stayed. I wish him all this. On the 13th of November 2024, police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a shoplifting incident. The female suspect had reportedly returned the merchandise after failing to take it out of the store. So, when officers approached her, she acted innocent. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Cop. You're detained. Okay. >> Okay. How you doing? You have your ID? >> Yeah. >> You don't talk? Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. It's right here. I'll put it all back. >> Jackson. Yeah. >> Come on. Yeah. >> He never said the cart. >> Hope they put my car in. Stop. >> Huh? Yes. >> I'm not talking to you. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> I'm talking to you. >> While this woman was being arrested, another older woman remained outside in a car. After watching her friend get arrested, she immediately began apologizing when an officer approached her. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm I'm having a hard time. Can't get my phone to work. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm on a call right now. >> All right. You have to go park in a parking spot. >> Okay. Where do you need to go? >> Um one minute. >> All right. Listen, I'm going to get somebody. >> Can you start a couple roadies to the Walmart South, please? This lady on the sidewalk. She's got a bunch. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Cool. >> I saw the top. But is it or miss? >> No matter. Yeah. >> Any uh two? >> She has two. Yeah, she has two. It's right there. We go. I'll figure out the rest of that headquarters. It says right there. >> Yeah, we'll take her stage. Figure it out. You're going to be under arrest for retail stuff. Okay. female subject that comes in here and I watch you got arrested for cocaine recent. >> Yeah, but it wasn't in my possession. >> No, I got you. No, that's why >> that was her. >> She got arrested for the >> license. Yes. And in the following day, she got arrested for >> Are you homeless or you live out northwest night? >> I live on the hurricane in the back. >> Because she had nothing to verify her identity, officers took her to her car before transporting her to the police station to continue the investigation. You have anything on you? Oh, >> everything's going to check you. >> Okay. Okay. >> Thank you. >> You like it? >> Yes. I like it when I got a job. >> Why don't Why don't you go get another one? >> I I so aggravated. What do you get? >> So long, you know, but to come back, answer, answer, I go, I go, and then they said, "We'll call you. We'll call you." That type of thing. >> All these retail stores are going to be hiring for the holiday season. >> Oh, yeah. I know. I heard that. I heard that yesterday. >> From >> Oh, my partner should have, but we just got hit with like a bunch more theft. So, we're in the process of just doing all this right now. >> Okay. in their advising. There's almost a >> Andy, >> is that a female or nah? >> No. >> Okay, don't worry. >> Oh, you got one there? >> Yeah. Yeah, don't worry. Thank you, bro. >> She claims she was unemployed, unable to find a job, and was actively looking for work. But judging by her appearance and the jewelry she had to remove at the police station, she hardly looked as desperate as she claimed. >> I'm going to uh take all that jewelry off, please. I wish Elton stayed. I would give him all this. I just take it off. >> Beautiful jewelry. >> That's it. >> That's it. >> No anklets. Yeah. Ankles. >> You want the one sock? >> Huh? >> You want the sock? >> Sock. Yeah. It just It just You want me to take off for you? >> No, you I just Yeah. >> Yeah. Just shake. >> Shake. >> You're good. Put it on. >> Call posell. >> Just to confirm. Calling yellow. >> The officer then verified her identity and found that her record showed she had prior convictions. >> Probably. But the thing, the reason why you're owning the county and not getting released is cuz from what I can see right off the bat, you have two prior retail theft convictions of guilty. Two or more retail thefts. So guilty, you go to jail. And what right when I pulled up pulled up pulled it up, they had cheese. I had last year in 2022. >> You aware of those cases. Where' you go from 22? >> Yeah. 2022. >> Where have you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Where? Walmart. >> Yeah. Um, >> I got you. >> I know it's cold. I don't have nothing. >> What jackets? >> Put on these old. >> I wish. I'm sorry. I don't >> I'm quick with the paperwork. All right. >> So, I'm quick with the paperwork. You You can hold me to it. I'm very quick. So once my partner gets here and searches you, I'll knock this out in 20 minutes max. I just got to wait for a supervisor to sign. Okay. My paperwork's quick. This is a very simple thing. You passed all points of sale. LP saw you sworn statement. Match description given. You know exactly why we were there. You have prior convictions. That's all it's going to read. >> She was arrested for retail theft after officers discovered she had two prior retail theft convictions. Her attempt to appear innocent could not erase what her record already showed. When someone keeps repeating the same mistake, even a simple theft can lead to much more serious consequences. >> Resisting. And I'm telling you, >> how am I resisting? >> Can you double check it? That is my baby. >> But that's Don't >> I say that's my baby. >> On the 26th of September 2025, officers were dispatched to Walmart after receiving reports of three individuals who were caught skip [music] scanning several items at the selfch checkckout. One of the three suspects was seen casually walking away and hiding inside a nearby business, which also fully explained her uncooperative attitude when officers approached her. [clears throat] >> Hi, Hun. >> Hi. >> Do you mind coming with us, please? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Do you have anything in your uh book bed that I should be worried about? No. >> Do you mind if I check? >> No. Yes. >> Okay, then just follow us. Okay, hun. This is >> okay. Just follow us. Okay. >> Whiskey 683. >> You could have whiskey 654. Correction 754 that we're touching with the other party. Let's go over here. Come on. >> I don't want to be around. >> Let's go. Come on. >> I want to go around that guy. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Are you bringing me around? >> Yes, we are. So, let's go. >> All right. >> We're conducting investigation and you're acting funny. Okay, >> that guy was here. Did you see what that guy did to you? >> Uh, we're like I said, we're still conducting our investigation, so let us figure everything out. Okay, I just got here. >> He was messed up. >> Okay. >> Like really messed up. And then judging you over my tattoos. Like, no. >> Okay. >> I don't even want to hear me. >> Let me have your first name, honey. >> I I don't want to send you >> What's your first name, hun? What's your date of birth? >> What's your date of birth? >> Miss Amy, what's your date of birth? >> Do you have a warrant? >> No. Cuz you're acting like you you don't want to give us your information cuz you probably either have something on you or you have a warrant. >> You can look through my thing. >> Are you giving me permission? >> No, actually. No. >> Okay. So, >> meanwhile, the officers issued trespass warnings to the other two suspects. >> Cannot come back on this property. >> You're no longer welcome authorized invited on this premise. If you return to Walmart, you will go to jail. >> But let me ask you, is it? >> Nope. It's because they have you are along with a individual shoplifting. They have the right to trespass because they were with me. >> So even if you were just shopping here and they had absolutely no >> indefinitely for the rest of your lives it >> I hear you. >> Let me explain this. So a business >> are you going to let me talk? >> A business has the right to trespass you no matter what. No matter if you've committed a crime or not they can trespass you. >> Amy am I being >> Yes. You are being detained and you have to identify yourself because we're conducting investigation. >> Supervisor because >> you do not need a supervisor right now. >> A supervisor. >> Amy, >> I would like a supervisor. You don't know what that man did to me >> for what exactly? >> Look at the cameras. >> What did he do? Explain to me. >> For us to get your side of the story, we need to conduct our investigation. >> So, part of that is getting your name. >> Okay. Well, I have done nothing wrong. I'm on camera. You guys can see that for yourselves. >> And we will. We're not under arrest. You're being >> I know I'm not under arrest. I didn't do anything. And I know I want the supervisor and I won't say nothing until my attorney's here. >> My same thing. >> Well, okay. Well, when my when my attorney and the supervisor gets here and you guys look at those cameras and see what that man did to me, >> she used her right to request an attorney and tried to steer the officers in a different direction, which only made them more suspicious. She seemed willing to talk about anything except providing her own information. >> Miss Amy, you have to identify yourself cuz we're still conducting. >> I want the supervisor here. >> You need to leave. >> You got to go. >> Wait. No. They let this man do this to me and it's not fair and I'm not going to put it. I know my rights. I'm not I'm not to you guys. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> What? No. For >> Don't resist. >> Sarah, come here. Get my stuff. >> Can I grab your phone so it doesn't get dropped? >> I'm trying to help you. >> Yeah, I'm just >> All right. Let me play. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, you need to leave. If I tell you again, you're going to jail. Leave the property. >> You're resisting and I'm telling you. >> How am I resisting? >> Get out. Let go. Let go. I'm going to call you. >> What about you? >> All I have is >> Can you give her my please? >> Sarah realizing that he had a knife and is trying to signal. >> Amazingly, the stolen merchandise was worth only $3. At this point, the woman was taken to the loss prevention office to see the evidence of her theft firsthand. >> Okay, cool. So, let's let's stop the talking for a minute while we gather at all of our investigation and then we'll talk to you when we're ready to speak to you. Okay. Joan from the >> she scans that. She doesn't scan the other item. Puts it in there. There's items in her hand. Goes ahead and puts everything that's in her hand in the shirt in the bag. That item is not scanned and she puts both of them in a bag. >> Okay, >> that's the second time. I stopped them and all I told her when I found out how much it was, all I said was just don't pay for it. >> I gave him the option. I don't have to do that. >> You were up. >> I don't have to do that. >> And then she got aggressive. Oh, so >> but like what you call me. She said that I probably got my in high school and I was probably going to get my right now. >> So she was at register over here. Her friend's at register over here. >> They were at the same register. >> They were together. Okay. So she's scanning the items on her phone or with the scanner. >> She's scanning on the >> with the scan. Okay. So she's scanning items. She the one that we can confirm that she placed into the bag is the $3 perfume, the pink bottle. Correct. Okay. The other items she was aware of not being scanned, but the one she physically placed in the bag was a pink one. >> And then this is all the stuff that they gave up after, you know, I caught them under you. So this is $7 worth that they decided. >> That was not me that she decided to grab cuz you can see her right here and say we don't want that anymore >> in her hands. >> Okay. >> Despite the clear evidence of her actions, she continued to play innocent and began dodging the issue by bringing up her views on women's rights. You know, >> you know why? because he started her harassing me about my face because my face he started talking about. >> So you have a do you have ID in here? >> Um no I have money like so man that came out and like straight up started because I have a tattoo on my face. He started saying something. I said why are you so angry? They went to go pay him the money cuz we didn't even know that and he's just so angry about me cuz I was like you want to talk about women's face. >> All right. So what's your first thing? You definitely was seen on video stealing also. So you you were >> that was >> I >> I need to get your first name. That way we can uh >> That wasn't me. >> I need to get your first name. Amy. >> No, that's >> Are you going to give me your first name or no? It's going to be difficult. >> You're going to be booked under John Doe. You're going to get an additional charge for resisting. You've already got two. So >> you see I didn't do anything. >> Please provide your identification to this officer. >> But you said I have the right to remain silent. >> Okay, cool. >> Okay. >> Right. So >> we'll take her under John Doe and then we'll just >> go ahead and get up. >> I want to press charges on him. >> Okay. >> That's harrest. >> That's discrimination. >> Okie do. He wants to come at me because I had a tattoo on my face. And he was like, "Oh, nice ghetto tattoo. You you Oh, talking about how ghetto I am. I'm not ghetto. So, I should be treated like that." When there clearly there's some other girl doing that [ __ ] but he went after me cuz I had a tattoo on my face. >> I just watched you >> take this. >> Did you >> and not scan it and put it in the bag? >> Yes. >> So, you shoplift it? >> No, I didn't. >> Okay. >> I scanned both of them. I don't know what that if you look. I put both of them over the thing. Like I I don't care. That's not even my stuff. I don't wear that. I would not do that. I have four children. >> Her attempts to deny everything fell apart as she still refused to reveal her name. During the search, officers also found a bag of white powder on her, which they suspected was drugs, but you would never believe the excuse she was about to give. There's >> a a large bag of a powdered substance inside of your purse. >> Can you show me? >> You can lift it. Just trying to >> lift up the bag. Show her. >> Charlie. >> Can you come closer to me? >> I don't know what that's got drugs. >> Do you have any infants? Do >> you have an infant? >> No, I don't. >> Any baby that has formula or something like that? >> No, I don't. That's not drugs. There's no way that What is that? Go look at it. I swear I >> Okay, >> we'll we'll do our own. What is that? >> Oh, that's my ashes. That's my That's my baby's ashes. That's Those are cremation ashes. Please don't mess that up. >> That's not ashes. >> Please don't mess that up. >> Miss Amy, uh, why do you have Narcan? >> Narcan? I've always keep that on me. >> Why? >> Because I've had about like three friends die that are very close to me from high school. You don't know. I've made sure. I try to give that to >> precautionary. I I Okay. When I and officer Monttos made contact with you and he attempted to put you in handcuffs and you pulled away from him multiple Hold on. >> You pulled away from him. You tensed your arms and you made it difficult for him to secure you. That is resistance. >> You know what I was trying to give my sister >> two when I asked your name when I asked for your name and you told I guess initially at CeCe's at Cece's you told someone your name was Amy Foot. That's false identifying yourself. >> Amy Foot. >> That's what you told the officers at CeCe's. I thought she just said I didn't tell nobody my name. >> You said Amy Foot is what there is what officer outlaw said. Then when I asked you to provide your name, date of birth to me three times and officer Monttos twice. You said no I'm not. I don't have to. And you said I want supervisor. That's what you're being charged with. And depending on what that test >> I didn't try to but you guys saw what I was doing. I would never try. >> So over just $3 worth of stolen merchandise. The woman had managed to pile on several more charges. But instead of showing any remorse, her entitled attitude continued as officers explained what she was now facing. >> Just so you know, you have three warrants so far. So far this warrants for what? >> For false IDing and failure to appear. >> Failure to appear for what? >> This is heroin and fentanyl. >> But you're what? You're telling me I have heroin and fentanyl? You're going to tell me my baby's heroin and fentanyl? >> No. Wait a minute. Are you guys saying that my baby sashes are heroin and fentanyl? It's more like the revenue. >> There's no way in hell. >> That's what I'm saying. I'm going to do it again. >> That's my baby. >> Ma'am, I hope for your sake that is not. >> Go ahead and jot down whatever she says for >> you guys. Are you guys trying to charge my baby my my baby's asses with heroin and fentanyl? >> Switch with me. >> Is somebody trying to set me up? Like what is going on? >> Yes, ma'am. Go ahead. >> You think it's mixed? >> That is the I don't feel confident with the fentanyl kit. >> Can you double check it? That is my baby. The woman was arrested on multiple charges after a $3 theft led officers to uncover additional violations. A $3 theft was only the beginning because her refusal to cooperate and attempts to hide the truth turned a minor mistake into a much bigger downfall. >> I don't need anything else. I'm really supportive. My family will be upset if they knew what was going on. On the 22nd of December 2025, officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Kohl's after receiving a report of an organized shoplifting incident. The suspects were believed to be two women inside the store and another woman waiting in a car outside with stolen merchandise, including items taken from another store earlier. Here's what happened next. >> Step out the car. Turn around. Right here. >> I said turn. I just came up. >> What's your name? >> Sh. Okay. >> Can you make sure my in here? >> Just Just tell me all the stuff you grab. Is that stuff all right there? >> No, that's all. No, that didn't come from there. No, that didn't. I didn't bring >> You didn't get one shot at this. >> No, that's why I came back to the car. I didn't get one shot at it. That's why I came back to the car. >> You brought stuff out. That's why we're here. >> No, that's my bag right there. My black bag right there. I didn't get one shot of it. Not one. I'm going to tell you the truth. Not get one shot of it. >> Where your friends at >> there? Doing the same thing. >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> No, I came out. I didn't get not one shot of it. >> Okay. You had anything on here you shouldn't have? >> Uh, right here. You see my inherit? >> Okay. >> Put that right there. You don't need it right now, do you? >> No. There they are. You shouldn't have. Yeah. Okay. >> The woman tried to deny any involvement in the theft at Kohl's, but after officers searched her bag, it was clear she could still be linked to merchandise stolen from another store. >> Go ahead. >> They have amazing video on that. >> Okay. >> Okay. Just officer. >> I'm just saying I tell you what I only took one thing, but it went from this store from about 511. >> Okay. I have nothing in my bag. That's the only thing I had in my bag. That came from Five Below. That's the only thing I had. >> This came from Five Below. >> Yep. Five Below. >> And I'm sure you didn't pay for that either, did you? >> Yes, I did. Somebody else paid for it for me. >> Okay. Well, all these clothes you didn't pay for. >> I didn't take none of them clothes. So, >> yeah, you did. >> Okay. >> All in the black bag. It's all on video. So, now you're just going to go to jail for it. So, get a notice to appear. >> I'm going to get a notice to appear. >> Well, you weren't going to name since you don't want to be honest with me. I'm >> No, I'll be honest. I'll be honest. Please. Can I be honest? >> You already tried. You already tried. You already tried to be honest with you. >> And you said no. >> So please my grandson's birthday. >> I tried helping you out twice now and you still just want to lie to me. >> I understand. Please do. >> It's my grandson's birthday. I can tell you what came through the story and what didn't, but I didn't do it. >> Okay. >> So I promise you I didn't. Please. My name is Kiki Williams. >> Okay. Have you got an ID on a tiki? >> No, I don't. >> What? How do you spell this for me? >> T I K I >> T I K I >> William. >> Williams. >> I can't hear you. >> Phone number. >> I don't have a phone. >> I got your phone in my pocket. >> Yeah, it doesn't work. >> Okay. Is this your car? >> No. >> Whose car is it? >> It's my car. >> It's your signs. >> My phone. >> She inside? >> Yeah. >> Where she goes? >> She >> She drove here. >> She did. >> Did she drive here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We're going to put you in this car. >> How you doing, man? >> What's up, man? Hey, we're going to put her in night. >> Shortly afterward, the other two suspects walked outside completely unaware that officers were already there. They immediately denied everything as if they had already planned exactly what they were going to say. >> You guys belong to this car, right? >> Yeah, that's why I was looking for my father's phone. >> Yeah. Well, >> we're looking for T. >> Yeah. Well, she's in custody. >> What she doing? >> With all the stuff that you guys handed to her, she walked out and stolen. So, she >> I didn't tell you what they told me. I don't know anything. >> Okay, let's go back here. receipt and my stuff right now got this. >> That's me. >> Uhhuh. >> I didn't drop that. >> No, we didn't have that. We didn't had that. >> We go back and look at the camera. >> Yeah. So, right here. You guys end up going over there. >> No, I No, it probably fell out that cart somewhere. But we I promise >> that cart that I just had. >> That cart? >> Yeah. But I promise you. >> Here go my receipt. I can't >> ask you. Did you? >> No, that's not. You said it just came out that cart, huh? >> Huh? Yeah. >> You got here to say that nothing was in that. >> No, I didn't say that cart. I said I had a car it must have came out of. >> That ain't paid for. This ain't paid for. >> I'm sorry. Sorry. I'm going to go back and change. >> That's not paid for. >> Look at my receipt. >> What' you buy? >> This right here. There's my receipt. >> Okay. You going to go through it all here in a minute. >> Okay. >> You just sit tight. All right. >> He's Yeah. He about to pull off. So, >> I just started making a pile on the ground. >> These ain't paid for. Come here. You ain't going nowhere. >> I'm not. >> So, what did you pay for? Let's just be honest. >> I'm going be honest with you. I paid for this, though. I didn't know she was coming and do what she was doing. >> But you didn't pay for all this. >> This is my purse right here. >> I understand you. This came out. >> Officers escorted the two women back to the loss prevention office for questioning. They asked about their connection to the first woman, but as expected, she denied knowing her. >> And the lady that was outside, what's her name? >> I don't know her. I I She's just a strangler off the street I've just picked up. All right. She go by scanning that. That's all I know her. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Cuz it say $12.99, but he couldn't find the lineup. [clears throat] So, I'm like, I know she scanned it. >> We just didn't know what it was. >> So, I'm going to jail. >> Hold on. That's all I'm saying. All right. >> Oh my god. >> That don't touch anything else on there. Okay. >> That purse was left in that car. I didn't take that purse. >> And why was it on the ground when we walked up? >> I told you it was that left in that car. I didn't take that, sir. You can look. The guy pushed that cart away in the cart. It end up in the cart to on the ground. >> It must have I I didn't take that. I didn't You can It's going to show on the cameras. I didn't take that. It was already in the bottom of the car, sir. I wouldn't lie to you about that. >> But it was on the ground. It wasn't in the cart. It was on the ground. >> Officers kept questioning her to see whether she was finally telling the truth. But after all the lies she had already told, her desperate pleas for sympathy were hard to believe. >> Sorry for this make your job. >> I'm sorry. I know better than this. I have I have two little girls. I know better than this. You will never have to see my face again. Right. I learned my lesson. I'm so sorry. >> So, it looks like one of you two on the ground. >> I did. I'm sorry. Sorry. >> You did it. You threw it on the ground. >> I just I'm sorry. >> Okay. Like I said, they got cameras, man. >> Yeah. I'm not I'm I'm sorry. >> Calm yourself down. [clears throat] Remember what we said about truth. >> I'm telling you the truth. >> Okay. >> I didn't sniff that. I didn't put nothing in the [ __ ] start none of that. >> Ma'am, you you are free to leave. If you want to go right now, you [cough and laughter] want to take that. >> I'm I'm calling now. >> Just make sure he don't come out here. Okay. >> Okay. All right. All right. >> So, it's going to jail. >> I won't pay for their dad on the phone. I don't need anything else. I'm really supportive. My family will be upset if they knew what was going on. LIKE I WOULD HAVE LIED TO YOU GUYS AND MY ADDRESS is there. Y'all could go to TJ Maxx and come to my house. I'm not like I didn't touch nothing at TJ Maxx. >> All right. Since you uh have been pretty cooperative, I'm going to cut you loose when notice to appear. But you you're going to have a mandatory court date. [laughter] >> Okay. >> You understand? >> You don't go to court day. You should arrest one. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I agree. >> Back with the first woman, officers confirmed that she had given them a false name and they confronted her about it. While Shawanda Walker was transported to jail and charged with retail theft and obstructing justice after officers discovered she had given a false name to hide an active no bond warrant for retail theft. A lie may seem like an easy way out, but it often makes the consequences far worse. [music] Telling the truth from the start can prevent a bad situation from turning into multiple criminal charges. Next, this man also played the victim just as convincingly. >> Guy trying to get the step. He pushes him or something and then he smacks him. >> Does he have no repercussions for slapping me across the face >> because you walked up to him? >> On the 30th of September 2025, officers were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a battery. The suspect was accused of tearing up another man's petition paperwork while he was collecting signatures. To better understand what happened, let's hear the victim's account of the incident. >> Hello, sir. Robert, >> hello. >> Would you mind coming talk to me over around the corner real quick? >> So, I was petitioning right here and I had a gentleman actually signing. So, while I was signing, I pitched that guy that's in there. So, he came, grabbed my board, >> tore up all my paperwork in front of me, and then I was like, "Dude, what are you doing?" So, I went and said, "Hey, what are you doing?" So, he pushed my hand and that's when I pushed him. So, then he said he I assaulted him. So I'm like, "Bro, how you how assaulted you if you coming over here and you're tearing up my paperwork?" >> Okay. >> Yeah. So I mean I'm like, "I don't know what's going on with this." >> Do you want to go try to contact the RP? Do you have your ID on you? Is that for me? >> What does that guy look like? >> He's sitting right there. >> The officer then contacted the suspect who remained completely calm and claimed that he was actually the victim. >> Hello, Officer. >> Good. How are you? Sure. >> He's going to explain to you. >> Yeah. So, I'm not sure why this guy hasn't been trespassed off the property and Walmart told me that they tried to get him picked off three times. >> Okay. What happened today? >> So, I went up and uh he handed me a petition and I ripped one of the pages and then he came up and slapped me across the face. >> All right. So, he came from behind the table, walked around and slapped you. >> No, no. I came up to the table like on this on the short side of the table right there. >> Okay. >> Like exiting? Yeah, exit today. >> Okay. >> The suspect accused the victim of assaulting him instead. Officers then confronted the victim about the allegation. And once again, the two accounts of what had happened were completely different. >> I pitched him. I said, "We're trying to stop boys from getting in girls sports. What he did was he took my boys, split it, and then pushed it in front of me." >> Okay? >> And that's when I retaliated. There was a guy standing right here. The dude said, "Dude, what are you doing? If you didn't agree with it, you didn't have to tear up the paperwork." >> He was like, "Oh, yeah. Well, if you want to if you want to hit me again, I'll call the police. I said, "You know what? Call the police." Cuz he said, "Oh, you just assaulted me. Go ahead and call the police because this doesn't make any sense." >> So, when you say you retaliated, what do you mean by that? >> So, when he he pushed the uh the board to me and that's when I pushed him back. >> Okay. So, just like pushed him to get away. >> Yeah, cuz he was he was literally in my face. I'm I was standing right here. You were standing like literally right here in my face. So, >> look at the cameras real quick. Yeah, >> cuz he's saying that he slapped him in the face. >> Yeah. No, I did. I I But that's after he pushed me. That's after he pushed me in my boards. >> Okay. >> So, it's just in retaliation. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> Simply listening to the statements from those involved was not enough. The officers asked Walmart's loss prevention team for assistance and reviewed the surveillance footage of what had happened. >> You can't really see cuz they're in a weird spot. This is, but you can see this is him. starts ripping it up right there. Guy trying to get the stuff, he pushes him or something and then he smacks me. >> The officers had a clear understanding of what had happened and shortly afterward, they explained their decision to both parties. >> Um, but we're also going to give him a trespass, so we're going to make sure that he leaves the property up. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz I'm I'm going leave. I'mma leave, too. Cuz I I had too many people calling like, "Yo, are you okay?" I'm like, "Yeah, I'm okay. Yeah, I'm not sugar or nothing. It's just like, bro, I was like way out of >> No, I got I'm like, man. >> All right, you want to talk to this guy? >> All right, David, there's your ID back. So, what's going to happen today is the first thing is they are going to have you trespass. They want you to come back onto Walmart property. So, this is a trespass notice that's valid for 3 years from today's date. If you come back, you risk being arrested. Uh, I'm not. Yeah, it's just this one. >> All right. So, I'll have you sign that real quick. >> Is he going to be trespassed? >> Nope. >> What's going to happen? >> I'll explain that here in your copy. This is going to be a criminal citation for you for malicious mischief. All right. So, on the top here, you're going to have a court date. All right. >> Do you have any other questions? >> The officer's decision did not seem to satisfy the man. He questioned the officers, insisting that he wanted the victim to face punishment just as he did. >> I I want to know why he can slap me across the face and have no repercussions. >> Why does he have no repercussions for slapping me across the face? >> Because you walked up to him, >> took his property, ripped it, and then pushed him, and he was defending himself. >> I did not push him. >> Okay. The video shows otherwise. And you damage his property. >> I did not push him. Okay. Well, you damaged his property and there was some kind of altercation prior to >> Yeah. He was slapping me across the face. >> Can I tell you something? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. You can exercise this right at any time. >> Do you want to keep talking? >> He slapped me across the face. >> Okay. Okay. Why did you whip up the documents right in front of him? The signatures. And why did you shove it right into his chest forceful motion? >> That's what it looks to be in the video. So, why did you do that? >> I was I'm I'm not going to answer. >> Okay. You don't have to. >> But you do have to leave the property. >> I just >> I just want to know why he's not being like >> he just gets away with it. >> No, he doesn't get away with it. But you are trespassing. >> I would like to speak to a sergeant. >> That's not going to happen today. You can call. >> You have to leave the >> If you refuse to leave, we're going to arrest you. >> This is ridiculous.
