What I'm saying is this. >> Greed had always existed in human nature, and everyone had made mistakes because of it at some point. But at least most people never ended up in jail because of it. These shoplifterss, however, paid the price for their greed. >> I'm not under arrest. You cannot. >> WHAT ARE YOU NEED? YOU NEED A BAG. >> You need a Y doing that for them. >> These were the moments when shoplifterss thought their full cart theft [music] had gone smoothly. We are This is Law. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Starting with this woman. Deceitful, shameless, and utterly brazen. >> She paid for [snorts] something. Starts walking around the store. And >> yeah, she only paid for one shirt. >> No. >> You're nervous. >> You're like a pro at this. You've done this like five times. >> I'm nervous. On the 1st of June 2023, officers received a report from a department store about a woman caught shoplifting. The suspect allegedly concealed multiple items inside her bag before attempting to leave the store. To better understand what happened, let's hear the employees statement from the scene. >> What's up? >> So, >> so >> she stole. >> No, >> that's it. >> That one over here. >> Yeah, D. [laughter] >> Say less. All right. >> Matching outfit. >> But there's a thing though. So she has some stuff >> from other stores. >> No. >> So she So she came first >> from us. She left, dropped it off in the car, came back. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> This fragrance box. >> How much you looking at? >> 972. >> 972. >> Girl 972. >> And she's a defend for us. >> I just don't know if I we've made a police report before. >> What happened? I was there because when she came out the merchandise was gone, but she didn't she wasn't feel sure about it. So, I was like, "Okay, let's just let her be." That's why she put it inside the bag. >> She's just putting in her bag. >> Yeah, she put it all in the pink bag. >> The red one. >> Oh, yeah. >> Did she buy something, too? >> Yeah. So, she paid for a couple of things and then >> where the merchandise >> check and she takes that one, puts it in the bag. >> She paid for something, starts walking around the store and >> Yeah, she only paid for one shirt. >> That's it. >> And then she has it and then she can steal it. >> The surveillance footage had already made the evidence crystal clear. Officers then approached the woman, but the most disappointing part was her cheerful admission of guilt. >> So, what happened? >> Just take away the perfume. I love perfume. >> Mhm. >> Stupid decision. Only >> and why not? Sometime I buy and sometime I take them. >> So, you've done this before. Yeah, in the store. Yeah, >> that's what Yeah, just take them and spread them. >> In fact, although she had already admitted to the theft, the stolen items had still not been recovered. She showed no intention of mentioning them until officers specifically asked about them. >> Do you have keys? >> You care about look? >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Emergency North. Emergency. >> They have you on video surveillance putting other children's clothes into the car. >> They left. Yeah. >> They left. Okay. Whose car is that? >> That was my car. >> That was your auntie's car. My panc. >> So what happened with all these other things that you took? >> The shirts, some pants. >> Oh, they're left with it. >> They already took that with them. Can they come come bring it back? >> Otherwise, what's going to happen is they're going to be accessories after the fact. >> No, I got that. I paid for that. >> Okay. And what about all these other things? >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Can they bring that stuff back? Can you tell them to come bring it back? >> We have to bring it back. >> Yes. Did you buy it? >> No. >> Otherwise, they're going to catch felony charges. You don't want that. >> Really making this harder and harder on yourself. >> We asked you earlier where the keys are. And what did you say? >> I don't have any keys. Okay. So, where >> where are your keys? >> Where the key? >> I'm not a bus. >> Okay. No more. Where's the key? >> Officers soon found the key that she had insisted she did not have. Any trust they had in the woman immediately collapsed, prompting them to make a swift decision. >> Nice. You just lost all the trust. LET ME DROP the key. >> [ __ ] up. You're nervous. >> I'm nervous. >> You're like a pro at this. You've done this LIKE FIVE TIMES. >> STAND UP. Stand up. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> That was close. >> You're good. You lost it. They're in the back seat behind the driver's seat, right? >> Yeah. >> Put your hand facing in. >> That's fine. >> Nope. No more subtle. >> We were cool. We were nice. You lost it. Come on. Where's the Where was the fun? >> He's putting your big purse in there. So, >> I didn't want to bring it back. >> Yep. I'm just going to bring it right back. He's stuck. >> You're kidding. >> Here. Widening your stance. >> Widen your stance. >> Do you have anything else on you? >> No. >> All right. If you do and you go in the jail, you're just going to get in trouble. And this >> means >> Yep. I'm They won't [music] I'm saying they won't tow over the my car. Um, we're not going to tell it. If the mall wants to, they can. But >> that's what I'm saying. Can you just search your computer now? >> Once we get to the jail and once you get booked in, you can call. >> But it's not going to be too late. >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> I do not know. >> She was charged with theft. A lie may seem like a way out in the moment, but once trust is lost, every word that follows becomes harder to believe. Next, these shoplifterss [music] took the chaos to an even higher level. Give me the follow. You're going to obstruct me. YOU NEED A BADGE. You need a badge. >> You need a >> On the 20th of October 2025, police were dispatched to Macy's after receiving reports of a theft involving two women who allegedly took jewelry without any intention of paying for it. What are you talking about? >> Like, what the >> Stop resisting. >> Okay, come on. Can y'all let me? >> Yes, please. shoulder. >> The red-haired woman seemed to think resisting was a good idea, showing no remorse for what she had done. While the other woman did nothing to make the situation any easier, you're going to obstruct me. Put my hand. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Stop. >> Hand behind your back now. Stop resisting on behind your back. I'm not trying to hear behind your back. >> Can I stand up? >> Yes. IT'S THREE [ __ ] >> I KNOW. >> BRO, BABY, turn around. >> I can't. Say you going to break my arm. Stop trying to break my arm. >> It was clear that the chaos showed no signs of slowing down. But even after the police brought the situation under control, the crimes they had committed still seemed to be the last thing on their minds. >> Can you get my other nail, please? That one, too. >> And there's one behind you. >> There's one behind you. >> Manager on the phone. >> We're not taking >> We're not We're not taking the nails, please. [ __ ] >> Stop. >> Well, you keep pulling him. And you know he doing me. >> Stop. Pick me up then. Hello. >> Officers often jokingly refer to the walk to the patrol car as the suspect's walk of shame, but in this case, it was the complete opposite. Not only did they show no remorse, they even insulted the officers escorting them. >> Weird as hell. BEND MY ARM. Y lame. How old are you? >> You are lame. You are lame. It don't matter. Lame. Lame ass officer. YOU ARE LAME. YOU ARE LAME. YOU NEED A BAG. YOU NEED A [ __ ] >> YOU NEED a >> Y doing that for them. >> Oh, yeah. Few females in custody. >> I know. Don't move. I got a heart problem. >> I got a heart problem. >> Um, >> the other woman appeared to use her medical condition as an excuse to hinder the officers. Yet moments later, she seemed fine and continued arguing with them. >> Without hurting you. >> We have to do without hurting you. >> You do it the most. So, if you want No, I can go 100% on you and throw you to the ground, but do that and I'm going sue you. >> No, I'm not doing that. >> I know you're not going to do it cuz I'mma sue you. >> Why would you? We can pull one. >> Did she have keys on her at all? >> Okay. >> What are you doing? Trying to hurt my arm. That's why upcoming. >> Oh my god. >> Jana Brown was charged with retail theft and resisting a peace officer after stealing jewelry from Macy's and fighting against arrest. Porsche Johnson was also arrested for obstructing officers by interfering with the arrest and attempting to recover the stolen merchandise. Resisting arrest and interfering with police only turn a minor crime into a much more serious situation with greater consequences. Next, another theft case, but this time a woman was caught stealing someone else's dog. >> How can you stories about people taking your dog and stuff like that before? This is not going to >> No, no, this is real. >> You're under arrest. >> Turn around. Face that way >> for theft. >> On the 13th of August 2025, police received a report from a victim claiming that her neighbor had taken her dog. When officers arrived at the scene, the situation quickly became more serious as it appeared this was not the first time the suspect had been involved in an incident like this. >> Uh the girl that lives >> 3A, >> they already knew. I don't know her name, but she came up like weeks ago saying it claiming it was her pup that jumped out of the window and I was like, "No, I got this dog from Mayfield 2 hours away." And now she finally made her move and I knew she was going to do it. Okay. >> And they they seemed a little upset about >> they brought her on camera. So >> she drove off with her. So I don't know where she >> Let me give you a statement form and I'll have you fill it out right back with you. >> And she was scared of her. >> The dog was scared of it. Shortly afterward, officers approached the suspect as she attempted to park her car, and they laid out exactly how the situation would be handled. >> Step on out for me. >> Can I roll? Can I park my car? >> Not just yet. What? Step on out for me. Put the dog back in there and put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Okay. >> Turn around. Face that way. >> For theft. >> Oh, what? Sir, >> the dog. >> That was my dog. >> No, it wasn't your dog. >> Yes, I have I No, I have >> I'm not arguing that. You walked up to the lady's place, got you on video, and you stole the dog. It's that simple. >> No, honey. That was my dog before that. >> No, it wasn't your dog before that. You're mistaken. >> No, no. I swear to God. You're mistaken. >> But I had I had postings all over >> 11 transport. >> I had postings all over the front office. >> Okay. >> And slash I had her as a baby. I had her dog. >> She had that dog way before you had she had the dog. It was her dog. >> I had her on my email. >> Doesn't matter. >> Okay. You You've come up with these cockami stories about people taking your dog and stuff like that before. This is not >> No, no. This is real. Like like they have it on video. >> Yeah. They've got you on video stealing her dog. >> But when I applied for the place, >> it snuck out of my car. >> Yeah, that was >> and it and it walked down here. >> Different dog. >> It's the same dog. I can show you the picture. >> Things quickly became tense as she denied everything, but the situation did not stop there moments later. She admitted that there were still several other dogs inside her vehicle. >> Transported to Sling County Detention Center. Uh you'll have a hearing on Friday afternoon. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, can we call my friend Bob cuz he needs to take like my dog? >> Like I need to make a friend. >> Where'd you put the dog that you took from there? >> I have dogs like at my other residence. >> Okay. >> And I have >> No, we're not going to call your friend Bob. We're not going to play games like that. >> Is that fine? It's just that I need like there's a poodle in that car. >> Yeah. >> And I need to make sure it's okay. >> Well, these people need their dog back, too. But you've obviously gone past that now. Well, I needed my dog back originally >> and they never reported it. They never like everybody in the office that >> they just now reported it. They reported you stole their dog and I watched you on video come up pick the dog up and take off with the dog. So, I'm not going to argue with you. It's a cut and dried case. We're not worried about that. They didn't take your dog. They had that dog in the first place. They got in Kentucky and and it's not your dog. So, here we are. Well, now you know it's not hard lesson maybe, I guess. I don't know. >> Well, I have a picture. >> H >> I have a picture and where I got it from on Craigslist. >> I don't have anything to compare the picture to now, do I? >> Well, the dog is not here, though. So, >> okay. >> All right. Go with this officer here. He's going to take you up to the jail. >> It was clear that she showed no concern for the dog she claimed was hers when she took it. But once inside the patrol car, she began expressing concern for it, though, without any real sense of worry. You >> in there? All right. >> Yeah. >> Is that my little dog? >> Oh, I think it is. >> Yeah. I really need like my dog to be somewhere safe. >> I don't want to hit her. >> Like she's going to follow us forever cuz like that dog will like run like wild from >> They can't catch it, honey. Like they will never be able to catch it. It was running wild in Marion for 3 days. Like can we just bring it to animal control right now? Like right around the corner? or drop it off at my friend Bob's, please. >> No, I can't do all that. >> Can we just put it somewhere safe or we'll die? >> Chasing your car >> cuz they did this little girl up here to get it. I didn't want to run over. >> Um, are you sure they're going to make it to animal control? My dog. >> There he goes. They got him. >> Are you sure they're going to Victims have identified the dog that's in the carrier in this vehicle as being theirs. >> Where's documented? Turn back over. >> Where's my dog? >> That's a little one. >> Oh, yeah. Your dog will be all right. >> You promise? >> The woman was arrested and charged with felony theft. [music] Assuming something belongs to you does not give you the right to take it. Disputes over ownership should be handled through proper legal channels, not by taking matters into your own hands. Next. This shoplifter continued to play innocent despite the mountain of evidence. >> What? Can I talk? >> I did. I did it. You got me. I did it. What I'm saying is >> for the shoplifting today, CDS today. Oh, burglary tools as well. So, yeah. And I'm going to I'm going to make sure that >> on the 20th of December 2025, police approached a man connected to a shoplifting incident at Kohl's. Not only that, he was also suspected of being responsible for several previous thefts. But when officers confronted him, he acted completely shocked. >> All the other instances my guy. Yeah. 100 times. You're the guy >> for four separate guys. I got you, dude. >> From what? From where? >> We'll talk about when we get back to headquarters. >> From where though? That's why >> I haven't been here for >> I haven't even been here for years, my guy. >> I'll show you the camera if you want. >> I haven't been here for years. Sorry that my key that's provided to you today I'm sure you have your address I'm not talking >> that's the one that uh here no problem you you'll have your day I'm here for now >> confirmed on that vehicle because you were >> you can say whatever that is in the past he's saying you came in with this bag I'm not leaving your personal property here if it's yours Yes. >> Make sense? >> Yes. >> Is any of this yours? >> Is any of this yours? >> None of this mine. >> Okay. >> What about the one that you're not pointing to? >> Which one? >> The one that you distinctly didn't put your foot towards. >> None of this is mine. >> That's yours. >> This bag. This this this thing right here. >> That's yours. >> This right here. The I had a receipt for it in my bag. You picked my receipt up. >> But it's yours. >> Yes. >> Okay. We'll take it. >> Pick the receipt up from No problem. >> I got a receipt. see change and everything in there. That's fine. >> The items found inside the fitting room came from multiple different stores. He stubbornly denied everything, but each denial only raised even more suspicion. >> The sensors that are underneath these >> I'm Listen, I'm going to give you an opportunity to be a man about it. >> Yes. >> And you have pliers on it. I heard my partner. >> Yes. >> Did we cut these? Did we cut these off? >> I swear to you, I didn't. They don't got that here. >> Okay. >> They don't have that here. >> No problem. I'm saying this the jackets. >> Ain't nothing cut off them. >> The centers right on the bottom. >> If you look at the jackets, no, it's nothing cut off them. That's not mine. Nothing cut off them off them jackets. >> Nothing. There's one right there on the arm. There's one on the arm. Nothing cut off jacket or something. What are we doing? >> I just came I swear I just >> I just walked in here. I just talked to that man. Asking for the Nothing is I drove with my brother. My brother dropped me over here. It's a Honda. >> That's not mine. I didn't cut nothing in here. >> You didn't come in a white Kia? >> No. No white. >> I apologize. I'm just >> I swear to you, I didn't took him in a Honda. >> I swear to you, I didn't. >> All right. Come on. Walk them out. Those are the same style jackets as the >> other same tags. >> Yeah. >> Broken off. Put them off. >> He's under. >> He was clearly identified as being connected to previous theft incidents. His relentless attempts to act innocent even forced the officers to explain exactly why he had become a suspect, >> which is whether you debated or not a similar mo to what was done by the suspect prior. They see you stealing jackets in the past and going into a dressing room with three jackets. >> Is it fair to assume he might be doing it again? >> Is it fair to assume that? >> So, let me be clear. >> We are not doing any of this. We were called here for service. >> Absolutely. I understand. >> It was eight. Eight bottles. That's all my brother. 1 2 3 4 5 6 >> I don't I don't I don't sell these. I don't have that on my check my jacket. That's cuz I was with my brother. He was dropping me. I said I got to get a jacket. It's Christmas. That's all. >> Yeah. I see school X in a minute. >> I know that. >> Oh, there's A. [music] >> It's only I know that for a fact that was a cuz he just told me that. >> What? >> Old school X, bro. I haven't seen that in a minute. Right. [music] What happened? >> The man even tried to shift the blame onto another man who was with him. In reality, he showed no signs of being able to afford the items himself. And what the officers pointed out afterward only reinforced that fact. >> I just you could you could keep saying whatever you want to say, man. You can keep you can keep uh >> you have no wallet. You have four bucks to your name. You have no credit card. You have nothing on. >> I have my phone. Where's your phone? >> He has my phone. Okay. He has my phone. that Google Pad just did it on if you can see on my receipt 30 minutes ago. >> When When's that receipt up? >> What time? >> 20 minutes ago. >> Yeah. Okay. >> What time is it? >> An hour ago. >> Where's the CD? [ __ ] >> Do I got to have the dog go through the parking lot? Do you have a car here? >> I swear I don't have a car here. >> I don't I don't have a car key. >> Is your brother in the lot? >> That I don't know. You guys walked in here. >> What kind of What kind of car is kind of car? >> Did you set the green? You use? >> No, I do not. >> Don't take it as an insult. I just need to know to go through withdrawal. >> Lift your feet. See the bottom of your feet? I have nothing on here. >> All right, we go. We got about to move in a minute. >> At this point, the officers laid out the charges he was facing. But instead of showing any remorse, he only escalated the situation, making things even more tense for himself. Well, >> for the shoplifting today, CVS today, oh, burglary tools as well. So, yeah. And I'm going to I'm going to make sure that I'm going to put in into the into um in the county for detention. >> Come on. >> Are you serious, bro? >> Come on. >> I told you last time I gave you a huge break. I mean, oh man. >> I think the last >> I got you on camera >> like a couple days ago. >> In the end, the suspect was charged with multiple counts of shoplifting connected to five separate incidents at Kohl's, as well as possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, burglar tools, and an active outstanding warrant. His repeated thefts, constant denials, and decision to return to the same store despite previous warnings only led to more charges and harsher consequences. Ignoring past mistakes often turns a manageable problem into a much bigger one. Next, this employee stole over $20,000 and showed absolutely no remorse. >> We also saw her doing that live life live surveillance. >> Okay. On Thursday night, >> do you want to talk? Do you want to explain now? >> No, thank you. Okay. Your leg. Um, and from there, she's supposed to also have simultaneously a green cash bag with her that's already got a pre-counted amount, which was $150. >> Yes, sir. >> And that money goes into the register for the next day. >> Yes. >> So, the acred money in the red bag is supposed to go straight from her hand or from the register straight to the floor safe in the cash office. >> Yes. >> Um, typical procedure with that for our employees is there's a cart, a secured cart that you explained to me. They're supposed to take that out of the cash office that's got the money bags all secure with lock and key. Not only for security purposes from the employees, but from any just random customer grabbing a cash bag and walking out. >> Correct. >> In fact, the store had already confronted the employee about the incident. But based on their statements, the suspect was far from willing to admit to the theft. And in that case, which she denied um any dishonest activity um stated that she's going through a hardship with family. Her dad is ill. However, um refused to admit to um taking any cash from Target um or stealing anything. Um insisted that um she's only made mistakes one or two times, but it's never been to take money. um acknowledged that she did not follow best practice and utilized the cash card um due to it being noisy and annoying and heavy um and that's why she wasn't following the best practice. Um went into detail around the covert camera um and the footage in which she still denied um and filled out an admission statement stating um you can do what you need to do. Uh let me see $27,663 which is as to date last week Friday when which was your last shift right? >> Yes sir. >> Yes. >> Um and over the weekend you guys obviously didn't have any losses from reported from corporate. >> Nope. >> Nope. >> Okay. These losses were only taking place the corporates noticed and notated on significant losses. And when I say significant, anything over $50, something like that, where there's ones on that list from dating back to September 8th, um in the amount of $1,000 a day, >> correct? >> Okay. Um as representatives of Target, you guys do desire prosecution pro and press a charge against her? >> Yes. Yes. >> Okay. >> So, that was the store's final decision. Moments later, officers approached the woman and her demeanor made it seem as though she had already prepared herself for what was about to happen. Can I go with you guys? >> Yeah. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Can I bring my bag and we not handcuff me until we're outside, please? >> Uh, no. We have to handcuff you. >> Unfortunately, we're going to go up to the the LP office real quick. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Just getting my bag. Get your hands off the Take this off the shoulder before we put those on because it'll not be comfortable. >> Do you have a handcuff key? >> Yes, I do. >> Beautiful. All right. So, I'm going to double lock these so these don't tighten up on me. We're going to go in the LP officer. >> The woman remained completely calm throughout the ordeal, showing no sign of embarrassment or remorse. Even when officers attempted to gather more information, she had no intention of saying anything further. >> You are currently under arrest. >> Mhm. >> For grand theft over $20,000 and organized. Um, Target has provided us with more than an abundance of surveillance video um, and receipt of days you worked and cash drawers came up missing >> and surveillance video of you placing money from those cash bags on your person before you deposit them. >> Okay. So, they I know they brought you in and did their internal thing. >> Yeah. Um, but they have enough. Um, so do you want to talk? Do you want to explain? No, >> no, thank you. >> Okay. Your leg, what's up with your your >> I have plasciitis. >> Okay. Um, is this something you get checked out regularly or that I >> just had to start getting it? Yeah, cuz it's really bad. So, I'm just waiting to get with the podiatrist. >> Okay. Um, do you have anything else on your person? I know your phone's in your purse. right here. >> Okay. Um, anything illegal in your burst? >> No. >> Um, we're going to go take you over to the Lake Park substation real quick. I got some paperwork and send you off to the job. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have any questions? >> No. >> Very cool. Stand up. I'm just going to put her on the back. >> Hey, you got you? >> Yeah. Uh you know, the former Target manager was charged with grand theft over $20,000 in organized theft. A position of trust can provide opportunity, but abusing that trust for personal gain often leads to far greater consequences than the temporary benefit is worth. Integrity matters most when no one seems to be watching. Before we get to the next shoplifter, let's change the mood with this chaotic incident. >> I'm not talking about you. Look at Look at how he's looking at you. What you're doing is illegal. YOU GUYS CANNOT DO THIS. THIS IS ILLEGAL. LIKE WHAT THE on the >> on the 1st of May 2025, officers responded to a cannabis dispensary after reports of a disturbance. The suspect, a woman who claimed she had been discriminated against, immediately denied causing any trouble when police arrived at the scene. >> Hi, I wasn't being dis distrusted at all. She checked me in, came in, gave her my ID. I went in there. When I went in, my hood happened to be up like this a little bit when I when I was out here. It was fine. What's the problem? I went in there. That lady right there with the hat on, she she was like, "You need to take your hood off." I was like, "Okay, why do I need to take my hood off? If I have a ID, you just check my ID and you know who I am. What's the reason for me taking my hood off?" So, I'm like, "Okay, I'll take my hood off." And I was like, "But if I take my hood off, shouldn't you have to take your hood off?" And she was like, "Then this lady came out. She started talking to She started talking to me crazy. >> Let's talk outside so they can do business." This lady came out and started talking to me all types of crazy. >> Hold on, hold on, hold on. [clears throat] >> This lady came out talking talking to me all types of crazy crazy talking about, "Okay, well, we're just not going to help you." Who? I just paid $20 for a Uber to come up here. I spent hundreds of dollars in here. Like, literally, they're just I I don't know what it was. What it is. Discrimination is the fact that I got a hijab on my head and I got tattoos and Arabic tattoos. I don't know what it is. The white ladies doing >> That's a hijab, >> huh? this. Yes. It's just tied over my head differently. >> Okay. >> I'm Lebanese. >> Okay. >> I literally didn't do anything to them. And then they got to the point where they was going to let me buy my weed and then the that that bigger lady that was just standing right there, she came and snatched the tablet out of the lady's hand and she was like, "Nope, you know what? We're not going to serve her." >> Her behavior only seemed to reinforce the allegations against her. Although the dispensary simply wanted her to leave, she came up with a shocking excuse to refuse doing so. I just paid $20 to come up here. The only the only thing that I was trying to get resolved was for me to buy my weed at least. >> And you know there's other places to buy weed, right? >> I just paid $20 to bring up here. >> Why you have that? >> I don't have the problem with you. Okay. >> You're Are you not understanding what the issue is? >> Yeah, I being an issue in there. >> I wasn't. I was standing in line and she came up and started with me. Okay. >> I wasn't talking to nobody. I wasn't doing anything. I was standing in line waiting. >> What's your last name? >> Why does my last name matter? >> Okay, if you want to leave, go ahead. If you want to leave, go ahead and just walk away. Okay. You you you you have to leave, actually, because they don't they don't want you here. >> I'm not understanding why they just can't serve. Okay. >> They're not going to serve you anything. It's their house, their rules. >> Okay. Then then I get to be reimbured for them. >> Nobody's going to reimburse them. You can complain to just just call >> that they refuse to name because they treat people like this all the time. >> But you can call in. You know the number here, right? Just Google the number and and ask for a manager. That's all you got to do. That's all you got to do. >> Because the woman had been trespassed from the dispensary. Officers needed her information in case she returned in the future. But she made everything even more tense. >> Yeah. You got to provide your information. They want you trespass now. So, you can't come back here. Your last name, please. You can't You can't walk away. >> You can't >> I'm going to arrest you. My >> You can't arrest me. I didn't do anything. >> Your ID. They're going to ban you. And that's >> Okay. So, ban me. They have my information in there. I just gave it to them. >> You want Do I have to detain you? It's not that hard. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't make me put my hands on you. It's not that hard. I need your ID, please. Okay. >> They have my ID. They They never >> You pulled it out? >> No, I didn't. I I pulled out my cash app for card. >> They still have your ID? >> Yes, they still have my ID. >> Okay. You're not free to leave. Okay. >> I am free to leave. I'm not under arrest. I didn't do I didn't break any law. >> You want me to detain you then? >> You cannot detain me if I did not break a law. >> They want you banned. So, I have to >> So, they can ban me? >> Yes, we are. We're going to >> They have my information. We got to give you your notice and then you're free to leave. Until now, you're not free to leave. >> Yes, I am. >> No, you're not. Yes, I am. No, you're not. Yes, I am. That's not how this works. >> How do you know? >> Because I've been in this situation before. That's not how this works. >> What she said was essentially an admission that she had been involved in situations like this before. Worse still, her refusal to cooperate only pushed the encounter further into chaos. >> But yeah, you're not free to leave. Okay. >> Don't touch. >> She's not free to leave. I'm not going to touch you. You're not free to leave. I'm not under arrest. YOU CANNOT WHAT? >> You don't You don't touch me. >> What do you mean? This is You're You're >> Can you see this? >> Get off of me. Get off of me. >> You're under arrest now. >> Call the police. >> We I am. >> I'm not talking about you. Look at Look at how he's looking at you. What you're doing is illegal. This is police brutality. >> Get off here. She's under arrest. >> Get off of me. How am I under arrest? >> You don't move my hand. Get off of ME BECAUSE YOU CANNOT TOUCH ME IF I AM NOT BEING ARRESTED. GET off of me. Get off of me, sir. Get him off of me. >> All right, we're pulling her out. >> Sir, get him off OF ME. HE JUST ATTACKED ME. HE JUST TRIED TO CHOKE ME. >> You guys cannot do this. THIS IS ILLEGAL. LEG. WHAT THE >> MON? You're breaking your phone. >> My leg. >> SHE'S DOING A SPLIT. >> NO. WHAT the >> What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting from us. >> STOP. >> GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> STOP. CAN YOU CALL SOMEBODY TO HELP ME, PLEASE? >> I WAS TRYING TO HELP YOU. YOU [screaming] >> I said you were just GETTING A BAN NOTICE. >> THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT her own refusal to cooperate had led to. But even after officers placed her in handcuffs, the tension showed no SIGNS OF EASING. >> I HAVE a >> Put your foot in. I'm going to grab it. >> You did not arrest me. >> I wasn't going to arrest you until you touched me and MOVED MY HAND. GOT YOU. I PUT YOUR LEG IN THE DOOR. YOU'RE A LIAR. >> I'm going to close your foot in the door. >> Yeah, I'm going to close the door. >> Okay. Sorry about that. >> Are you hurt or anything? >> Yes, I am. >> What's wrong? What do you mean? You bent my leg the complete opposite direction of what it was supposed to go. My head is busted open. I need to go to the hospital. >> Okay. >> Are you going to are Are you going to be You want somebody else? >> How am I so I HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS? WHAT DO YOU MEAN? >> You're you're you're still have to go to the jail though. Okay. >> No, I have to go to the hospital. What do you mean? >> But after that, you'll go to the jail. Okay. >> The woman was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. Cooperating calmly with lawful instructions can prevent a minor dispute from turning into criminal charges and a much worse outcome. What do you think about cases like this? Even more brazen, the man denied everything while sitting on the stolen property. >> Where's your receipt? >> I was >> Where's your receipt? >> I don't listen, ma'am. >> I didn't try to steal nothing. On June 1st, 2024, police were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of a theft that had occurred at Walmart. And upon arrival, officers immediately saw him sitting on a motorized cart belonging to Walmart. >> Are you the manager? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Perfect. >> I'm sorry. I'm handic I'm handicapping. I bought the stuff and it's too heavy for me to carry. That's the only reason why I took it. I'll bring it back. I'll bring it back. >> Okay. Okay. We'll figure that out. Do you have your ID with you? Sir, >> don't go anywhere. >> Yeah, I'll catch you. >> The biggest problem is I got no way to get this thing back to the store. >> The question was raised as to how he had even made his way to Walmart when he claimed to be disabled. And in reality, aside from the cart, it appeared he had taken other items without paying. >> What all did you buy from Walmart? >> Hey. Yes. >> What all did you purchase from Walmart? I didn't purchase nothing from you. >> Was this all stuff that you got from Walmart or stuff you had? >> No, it's I I I got off um airport highway. >> Uh-huh. >> I barely made it to Walmart and I saw the card. It was way out front by the highway and I >> So this is the only thing you took? >> This is the only thing I took. >> Okay. So this is all his personal property. He said he didn't even enter the store. >> That's not true. Where's your receipt? You did. I'm with loss prevention. I remember seeing you in there. Okay. That's how you're on our cart. Where's your receipt? >> I was >> Where's your receipt? >> I don't Listen, ma'am. >> I went into Walmart, but I didn't purchase nothing cuz I went to Wells Fargo. >> Where is your receipt, sir? >> I went to Wells Fargo. >> Sir, I went to I went >> Look, >> there's no Wells Fargo, sir. >> Not Wells Fargo. Uh, >> we'll just We'll wait for the footage. I'll read them. >> Western Union, ma'am. My brother's on the phone. I was telling them I needed a code number for Western Union. I went to the service desk. I had all this stuff with me. This cart was out front by by the by the bus stop and the gentleman had all his stuff in from Walmart. And I asked him, "Are are you done with the cart?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Can I use it?" >> He let me put my stuff. He took his stuff out. >> All right. >> And I just went up to Walmart. >> Where's your receipt for that? >> For this? >> Yeah. Where's your receipt for that? >> It was $5.90. >> Where's your receipt for that? >> I threw it away. I didn't This is my I don't believe you. The man showed a brazen attitude, making excuses and denying all responsibility. And despite heavy pressure from both store employees and police, [music] he had no intention of admitting his actions. >> This lady is is tough. She's trying to get me arrested for some reason. I don't I've never met the woman. I never >> You did steal a cart. >> I didn't mean to steal it, sir. I >> You already told me you took it without asking. You don't have to ask. >> I didn't mean to steal that. >> I just I had I I heard one >> just wanted to get home. >> Hey, real quick. I'm going to read you your rights just before I talk to you. Ask any incriminating questions. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used as evidence against you. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her with you now or anytime during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. If anytime you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questioning will be stopped at your request. >> Good. Do you understand these rights? With these rights in line, are you going to talk to me? >> No. I've said everything I had to say. I already if you didn't pay for items that are in this cart and you want to give them back to them, >> it's up to you. If not, then we can go that route. So, I'm not going to ask you any more questions related to the crime, but I'll just sit >> I'll make my decision based off of what they want to do. >> Rick, did you hear all that? What should I do? >> I've just been incarcerated. I don't want to go back to jail. >> You should stole the cart. Are you guys wanting to shoot charges for the cart? >> They do. Yes, >> they do. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> At this point, police had confirmed everything with the store and they immediately decided to take action in response to the man's wrongdoing. >> Go ahead and uh get off the car for me. Stand up. Place your hands behind your back. >> I copy that. Available mainland. >> I'm going to remove this. It's going to go in your property. Same with this. I'll leave that one on. You looks a little tight. Walk over my car. They don't have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me? No. What's this? Well, down in here. >> He said that the cart's worth about $3,500. >> Holy cow. I I wasn't trying to steal this. I wasn't trying to steal it. I wasn't trying to steal nothing. >> After successfully arresting the man, the items were also recovered by police. >> This right here, I can't tell you right now. I'm scared. >> There might be more stuff in there. I went through it a little bit, but it looks all like >> That's mine, too. But I'm going to prove it to you. That's probably mine, too. I love those right now. I bet you that. That's mine. 24.88. That's mine. 10. Because if it's not mine, he won't give me a price. Seven. >> That's mine, too. >> Yeah. 17. They should be four or three or four on the package. >> But I don't know. There's no >> That's probably mine, but he doesn't have nothing. I cannot steal that. But Yeah, the rest is mine. >> The suspect was charged with grand theft. Repeated excuses and denial could not erase clear evidence, and attempting to justify wrongdoing only led to harsher consequences. Before moving on to the next theft, change the mood with this chaos. >> You have no reason to touch me. >> NO, I'M A PASSENGER. LET ME GO. >> NO, >> YOU'RE NOT, J. STOP. STOP. STOP. >> ON the 19th of March 2026, the police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after the woman inside was involved in a traffic violation. But from the very first moments, she showed no intention of cooperating. >> Hello, buddy. >> How's it going today? I'm >> all right. What's the problem? >> Good. I was pulling you over for not wearing seat belts. All >> was on, buddy. It >> was not on. >> We got 4K cameras. It was 100% not on. I was watching. >> All right, buddy. >> All right. Got your uh license with you? >> Right there. really going to tell me it wasn't on? >> I'm not going to be a gift. Okay. >> A seat belt. >> Yeah. >> You can you can think it's petty if you want, but still saying don't need a lie. Uh you still live in that? >> I am. >> Perfect. >> Can I go then? Because I live down the street and I want to >> No, but when we're done, you can go. >> Dude, I'm not the driver and I'm wearing my seat belt. >> I'm telling you can't leave. So, no. Sum it up. >> All right. Uh do you have insurance on the car, sir? >> What's that? >> Do you have insurance on the car? >> It's in there, isn't it? attitude for no reason. >> I don't feel good and I want to go home. I feel in the back. >> Okay. Sorry, your driver wasn't wearing your seat belt. That's our fault. >> That's not my fault either, though. >> No, it's not. But you're involved in the trap stop. >> No, I'm just got to get up with a lot of people. >> I just got a ride from the food pantry. My food's in the >> Okay, then call your supervisor. Ask him the rules because I'm still >> The rules are the law. >> I'm not doing anything. I'm at pass. >> And you're not free to leave on a traffic stop right now. Okay. >> Call this daytime supervisor on the shift. >> Well, no. You wanted a supervisor. So, I'm getting her a supervisor. >> I'm talking to him now. So, >> I know. I'm just letting you know. He said he didn't want problems. So, >> I'm still on duty and you want me hooked up. >> Can you roll your window up real quick, ma? >> Oh, no. It's hot. >> Okay. We're going to run the dog. So, you're going to roll the window up. >> It's It's a risk. >> I demand a supervisor. >> And a supervisor is on the way. >> From requesting a supervisor to placing her foot on the vehicle door while speaking with the officer, she clearly demonstrated that she was in a position of power. She even knew how to put herself into a victim position. >> You will not >> Huh? >> touch me. >> What? >> You will not touch me. >> You're going to be searched. >> Why would I BE SEARCHED? I'M A PASSENGER. CALL I WANT AN AMBULANCE. THEN YOU HAVE NO REASON to touch me. >> NO. I'M A PASSENGER. LET ME GO. >> NO. Let I need I have Parkinson's disease and I WANT TO GO HOME. HE GAVE ME A RIDE FOR THE FOOD PANTRY. YOU WON'T TOUCH ME. YOU WON'T TOUCH ME. NO. NO. NO. YOU'RE TAKING demands of me. IT'S NOT FAIR. >> NO, we're not taking attorney. I can't hear you. I'm sick. Literally, I'm sick. Please. No. I'm not listening. >> Come on. >> Thank you. Where's my heart? My hat. >> Okay. So, you're going to come back here with him. >> My shirt. I'm leaving. I'm going home. >> No, you're not. You're not. Or else you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Okay. Stand over here. >> You can see that the officers treated her carefully and in a relatively calm manner, but she responded in the opposite way. The situation escalated to its peak when her resistance during handcuffing turned everything into chaos. Your first hand, [screaming] CALL THE AMBULANCE. NO, I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. [screaming] >> WE HAVE RESISTING VIDEO. [screaming] >> NO. Do you WANT TO KICK ME? CALM DOWN BEFORE YOU hurt yourself. Calm down before you hurt yourself. Before you hurt yourself, sorry. Stand up. PUT YOUR HAND [screaming] ON YOUR BACK. WILDFIRE. >> THE officers struggled to handcuff the woman while the male driver also showed suspicious behavior. Fearing that he might interfere, the officers were forced to issue a clear warning. You can lean against car and record all you want, but first off, she's instructed to get out. And obviously you told her what she was before you approached her. So you guys, you guys actually promote that with your knowledge of how you handle your public. >> It's your fault. Yes. >> It's all our fault. Okay. Uh we lean against my car like we're told you. >> Yeah. >> I'm only going to tell you one more time. No, you're already you're still the one that my car cuz I car You're still the one that's pulled over. >> You're still the one that's obviously being searched for narcotics to pay your guys. >> Okay, just turn off the chains way back. >> What have I done? I'm talking to you sitting on the car and you're arguing with me. What have I done to you? >> This is simple. I'm tired of telling you what to do. >> I'm sitting on a do this. Well, we're going to figure that out here in just a minute. >> You don't listen. That's the problem. >> Sitting on your car literally. >> No, you're not. You're the one that's on the traffic, right? >> 15year-old daughter. You remember that? >> Okay. I don't really care which man. Turn on. Spread your feet. >> I just three frames. Now we're back. >> That's okay. >> Yeah, I know. [laughter] So, let me get this right. Were you the one pulled over? >> Yeah. >> Correct. Were you on a trap stop? Correct. And were you the one sitting here just running back and forth like you think you on the show? >> No. You're going to hear about this when they come up to the car having a problem and I backed off the car. >> Well, how about you be helpful instead of sitting there being the problem all the time? I didn't. >> No, you're not. You're going back and forth in here trying to talk. >> It's ridiculous. >> I've done nothing wrong with you. >> Okay, >> I want to adjust your legs. >> I don't want you in this position. >> It might have seemed like handcuffing her would calm the situation down, but it didn't. Instead, she continued to make things more difficult and escalated the situation further, even engaging in more ERRATIC BEHAVIOR. >> I DON'T THAT WAY. I DON'T. >> THIS IS THE NORMAL WAY AT LAKE. >> MA'AM. MA'AM, >> we're trying to stop you from hurting yourself. All right. >> These are backwards. These are backwards. >> See? How far is this place? >> We're trying to help you, but you're not listening. >> I DON'T HAVE THE wrong one. There we go. >> Perfect. >> Come over here, please. >> My glasses. Give you just give random people rides or how do you even know her? I've known her for quite a while, buddy. She's sick. >> Do you think she intentionally injured herself to try to present herself more as a victim? Of course, the body camera footage will serve as evidence against that claim. Meanwhile, the process of getting her into the patrol vehicle was also made increasingly difficult by her resistance. >> I can't. >> Ma'am, >> I'm going. I'M TRYING. I >> ALL RIGHT, THEN. WE'LL GET IN, MAMA. HERE. >> LET'S go and get up. I CAN'T GET MY LEG. IT'S THIS ONE. IT'S THIS ONE. I CAN'T DO IT. I CAN'T DO IT. YOU'RE FEELING I can't. >> Okay. I left work with tumble. >> You should know who you're giving a right to. >> A FRIEND WHO SMOKES METHAMPHETAMINE. >> BEFORE. OH, WHAT? >> The woman was charged with possession [music] of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and obstructing law enforcement. Resistance during a traffic stop only escalates the situation. What starts as a minor violation can quickly turn into serious criminal charges if a person refuses lawful instructions or continues to argue with officers. Cooperation and calm behavior are what prevent the [music] situation from getting worse. In the next case, this woman actually believed everyone would fall for her foolish lies. criminal charge you arrested for. >> Well, we was in the store and something happened and they arrested me and a couple people around me. >> Eduardo is your friend? >> Yeah. >> And you don't know his last name. >> On October 21st, 2025, police were dispatched to a bank after receiving a report of suspected fraud as the account had already been flagged by another bank and the suspect was informed of this at the scene. >> Wow. >> But how she said that? Both suspects were identified as Zudi and Yasiel and both were charged with felony uttering forged instruments. This case showed that lies and forged documents only made the situation worse as contradictions quickly exposed the truth and led both suspects straight to felony charges. >> Are you kidding me? >> Hey, don't play games. >> I'm not just some little stuff that I shouldn't have even that was stupid to do. >> On the 17th of January 2025, officers responded to a Walmart after the store reported detaining a suspected shoplifter. But the moment they approached her, she aggressively denied everything with an irritated attitude, acting as if she had done absolutely nothing wrong. >> So, right now, you're beyond the rest of what we talked about. >> I paid for everything. >> You do? >> We're going to follow them. Okay. >> I I had to pay for my Are you kidding me? >> Hey, don't play games. >> I'm not. >> Okay. So, we're going to follow them to the asset protection office. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. I did a couple. >> I had several. >> You also need the receipt you grabbed off of the register you walked. >> Oh, that's fine. I just grab grabbed that for fetch cuz I use a fetch point. She still held receipts trying to prove she paid for everything. >> These this is not belong here. This is >> We were just paying for the dog food, the oil change, the candles, and then there was other stuff. >> This is the stalker before. Oh, >> I'm not sure if I have three of those actually. One, I wasn't going to say that. I didn't do that, but he had no part of it. He didn't even know what was going on. >> He was with you the entire time. >> No, he wasn't. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. >> But really, he had nothing. She had no idea. I promise. >> It was true that she paid, but she paid using switched price tags. Her arrogant attitude quickly turned into embarrassment. Yet she still found ways to make excuses instead of fully admitting fault. >> Oh, that one I honestly totally never forget. Sorry. >> I got this. All right. >> You got 11 out of 14. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I apologize. I really didn't. I scanned my brush. >> I scanned those. >> Is that your Dodge truck out there, sir? >> Yeah, it's mine. >> Okay. I just I'm make sure. I just bought it. >> Yes, we just got it literally a day ago. Actually, no, it was later today. It was last night. We're not going to be able to get the place tomorrow. >> Why are we tax switching today? >> I'm not paying for everything. >> I honestly some of this I really did forget. I really didn't mean to take. I will be 100%. The tax switch I honestly did do. >> Okay. >> And I am sorry for it, but I >> do. We have the money to pay for everything. >> Yeah, I can take care of it. I was trying to pay for it whenever you told me to worry later. >> No, I know that the rest of that stuff, but the other I do. I can pay for it. >> If you'd like me to pay for it, I'll pay for it right now. >> I was just I'm just curious. Um we have you have cash or credit cards to pay? >> I have my card. >> Well, Nate has my cards. >> Yep. Okay. Um so, but why tag switch? Is it a fix? Is it >> It was honestly it was I wanted to get a couple of things I needed. I shouldn't have. I was wrong anyway. >> What were you tag switching? just some little stuff that I shouldn't have even >> that was stupid to do 110%. >> It turned out there was no real remorse or guilt at all. She immediately leaned on the fact that she had paid for some items, using it as an excuse to reduce responsibility for what she did. >> Before you try to say I was doing a felony amount, can you please double check back there with what they were eat? >> Thank you. Yeah. No, I'm just saying you charge me with the phone. Like it was back. There was stuff being scanned back there cuz that was $156. I had a hundred of it paid already and then the stuff got stopped. The perfume and stuff in there is my Bath and Body Works. That was truly not a mistake. I meant to pay for that one. >> But that was truly a like I didn't mean to. >> That's >> I meant to pay for it. >> Truly. I got a system. >> Um, >> I tax I paid for some of it. Right. >> They're only going to charge you for the things you did not pay for and the things you taxed. >> Okay. Thank you. That's my email. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I appreciate it. >> Have you ever been convicted of a retail theft before? >> Um, I was putting those back and I bought a second of those receivers. >> Have you ever been convicted of a retail theft before? >> No. Wait, my job tried to say that I took 20 out of the restaurant. No, cuz they charred me for my own money. So, yeah. And I was put in Williamson with my own money, >> not arrest. >> In the end, the woman was charged with retail theft and tag switching. Paying for part of the items did not change the fact that she still chose to manipulate prices and steal.
