Go and put your hands while you're back. >> You're going to get tased. You hear? You're going to get tased. >> So, stop resisting. >> In today's video, we have a woman who thought she had the right to attack an employee. >> That's the difference. IN THE US, YOU [ __ ] don't explain. You don't tell me what the to do. Now she >> and another one got a taste of a taser. >> Are you happy? >> Are you happy? >> Get on the ground now. >> Are you happy? >> And many, many more. Here are the times psycho shoplifterss get tased during arrest [music] while fighting cops. Beginning with this woman. She thought she had the right to make a scene at Walmart. >> Saw me come in here and I said, "All of this stuff is mine. I bin bought everything. >> I got it." >> So scary. >> On the 18th of July, 2026, officers were dispatched to Walmart after receiving a report of a disturbance involving a woman who was allegedly carrying two carts filled with personal belongings suspected of being used to conceal merchandise. However, before she committed any offense, an officer approached her and asked her to leave the store. >> The cops brought me here. Thank you very much. >> Yes, it is. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> You know, I mean, >> okay, >> here's the receipt. >> Okay. >> I been came in here earlier and I had to tow all my stuff. A cop even came here and dropped me off because I couldn't carry all this stuff. I have over like I overheat a lot. >> Okay. So, who what cop? >> There was a cop earlier who dropped me off. >> Okay. >> But but that's besides the point. If I use the cart, it's no problem. I put my stuff. I let the lady know that it's my stuff already. He literally saw me cuz he saw me from the front. Obviously, he saw me come in here and I said, "All of this stuff is mine. >> I binge bought everything >> and this is my stuff." >> Well, regardless, uh they want you trespassed. Okay. That means you need to leave the store. Everything could have been simple because all she had to do was leave. But it was not that easy. Even though the officer calmly explained the situation, she continued to escalate things by claiming that she was being discriminated against. >> Why am I being trespassed? This is a hate crime. This is a hate crime. >> All right. So, >> you're not even recording. >> It is recording. You have two chances to leave the property without me. >> Does manager have a problem? Why am I being trespassed? >> Ma'am. Ma'am, I'm going to tell you all this stuff. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. take your stuff and get out right now or you're going to go to jail. Okay? You're being asked to leave nicely. I'm being nice to you. Okay? Regardless of your feelings with them, they're asking you to leave. Okay? Private property. >> Trespass for what? >> They can trespass you for any reason. It's private property. >> This is This is not a reason. This is a hate crime. >> I understand it doesn't seem like a reason to you. >> This is a hate crime. >> So, you have one more chance. >> This is a hate crime. >> Okay. You have one more chance. >> This is a hate crime. The situation became tense, but it did not stop there as things grew even more chaotic because of the woman's continued refusal to cooperate. >> All right, go ahead and place your hands behind your back. Don't touch me. >> Don't resist. >> I got it. >> Don't touch me. >> I said don't touch me. I got it. >> There. You can't resist. >> Stop resisting or you're going to get tased. Even after being taken to the ground, the woman still did not make things any easier, forcing the officer to warn her that further resistance would lead to additional consequences. >> You're going to get tased. You hear this? You're going to get, so stop resisting. >> Puffer, help that hand. And then I'll get the other one. >> Now take the other hand out from UNDERNEATH YOU. MY GOD, I CAN'T BREATHE. [laughter] >> GET YOUR MOTHER ON THE PHONE, YOU FREAKING CLEAR. >> GET your mother on the phone, you freaking annoyed bastard. >> Get your MOTHER ON THE PHONE SO I CAN [screaming] TALK TO HER AND TELL HER HOW DISRESPECTFUL YOU ARE. I'm homeless and I can't carry my stuff. >> I'm tired. >> Are we going to lift you up, man? >> Leave me alone. You take everything from me. >> Grab this side. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Freaking bastard. You're not even recording. >> You got two resisting charges. Keep it up. You'll get another one. >> After successfully arresting her, the officers spoke with the store employees to establish what had happened earlier, further confirming her behavior and the circumstances that led to her arrest. Yep. >> Did you get the She did have some receipts. >> I have no idea where her receipts would be. >> Okay then. Cuz um >> I'm here. She showed me to me and I looked the date and everything. But again, I told her I said, "You can't be pouring stuff in here." >> Yeah. >> She got this here and this sign here. That's for like uh what's that word called making money? Uh soliciting. >> Oh. >> I said I said, "You can't be doing that." And that's that's when she started getting loud, you know. I told her I said, "Calm down a little bit. Okay. Please." And she said, "No, you ask me. I'm black. You're race. I said I ain't raced. I said, I got more black friends. I got white friends. And then she started screaming around. I said, I'm about to call the cops. >> Yeah. >> And I'm going to call y'all. >> That's smart thing you did. >> Yeah. >> She not injured. >> I haven't asked yet. She doesn't like me very much. >> Okay. >> She's not She's not complaining about her injuries. >> She hasn't yet. She said she couldn't breathe while she was being detained, but Okay. >> Outside of that. Is >> she in your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, charges, >> um, resisting times two, >> trespassing after warning because I told her to leave multiple times and on the last chance I decided to go hands on, take her into custody. She ripped away, ran away. >> I don't really have any battery, so I'm just going to do without. >> She was just trying to get away from y'all, then battery. The other guy actually physically grabbed your arm and was fighting. >> Yeah. Yeah. Um, and he said she came into Walmart screaming, pulling her carts. I said, "You can't do that." um rude cursing at me and management. So, I'm going to enter this order. >> Disorderly. Yeah, that works. >> So, >> all right. >> Um >> the problem still remained as the carts were filled with merchandise, making it difficult for the officers to determine whether any of the items actually belong to Walmart rather than the woman. >> Are those the receipts? Is that what she has in her hand? >> The receipts. >> Yeah, we've been we were looking for those. I was looking in the car for them. >> Why are you looking for them? So, you can delete >> No, we have to verify receipts, dear. We have to verify what belongs to Walmart or what belongs to you. You have a lot of stuff on you. We're not going to trash anything. >> Look, you can see right here >> see. See, we can't let you have anything. >> Yes, it is. You see the camera symbol right there? >> While they're on Look at my Okay. >> Can I have my Bible, please? >> It cannot go with you. Okay. >> It has to go with me. It's just paper like my receipts. >> Okay. Will the jail take a Bible? >> The jail will take a Bible. >> I don't know, honestly. I'm not sure. We can We can request >> inside the Bible. check inside the Bible >> to see if there's any weapon. But I >> I'm not worried about weapons in your Bible. >> I need my Bible. >> Here's what I can do. I can try to turn it into jail. If they say no, it'll go with the rest of your items. Okay. I will try that for you, though. >> No, it's not. I'm about to walk right now. I need my Bible. First of all, it helps me with my mind grade. >> Okay. >> Can we pass my Bible, please? >> This just pushing a place. >> It just pushes. Yeah. Bible, please. In the end, the woman was charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and escaping restraints. The theoretical maximum was 2 years and 2 months in prison, and $3,000 in fines if the trespassing charge was first-degree and sentences ran consecutively. However, the actual sentence depended on the case and the court's decision. Refusing to leave when you are lawfully told to do so can quickly turn a simple situation into multiple charges. Cooperation is often the easiest way to keep a trespass warning from becoming an arrest. Worse still, the mother fabricated her story [music] and her daughter willingly backed her up. >> Explain. That's the difference in THE US. YOU [ __ ] DON'T EXPLAIN. >> Look at that. I Yeah. Yeah. Cuz you were up here like this. On the 26th of April, 2025, police received a call from a gas station reporting an argument between a woman, her adult daughter, and an employee. When the first officer arrived, he first heard the employees account of what had happened. >> She came, she told me, I need to get your reward for gums. Told her the fur reward, ma'am, is for the guys, not for gums. >> Gum. >> Gum. Yeah. >> Oh, okay. >> She start cursing me. My mom, man, I'm not giving you service. Leave the store, please. No, I'm not leaving the store. make me leave the store. Then she spit on me. She start hitting this. She all the signs. She start I have videos there on the floor. She threw it all on the floor. She took one bottle of water. She opened. >> Based on the employees account, it was clear that the mother was already highly agitated. Even when the officer arrived and simply greeted her, she seemed to take offense as if nothing he said could satisfy her. >> Okay. I mean, this looks like a mess. Yeah, man. Water y'all. Really? You already picking size? >> What? >> What? >> Yeah, cuz you said it look bad. I Yeah. Yeah. Cuz you were up here like this is such an emergency. Did somebody get killed? Did somebody get shot? You jumping all across the median. It's a officer already in there. They told us they waiting on somebody to pull up. When we trying to talk to you, YOU WALKING AND OUT TALKING ABOUT it's already a mess. Yeah, it's a mess. >> Then when I wanted to take picture of the car, her daughter came with her phone. The other girl, she come, she hit me with the phone right here. >> No, go ahead and do what you got to do. Go listen to them and me and my >> I got to talk to my partner. How's that? You want me to stand out here with you? I'll wait with you and I'll wait for my partner to stay right here. >> You calm down. Go. >> I was calm, wasn't I? >> Go talk. I'm still calm. I'm just raising MY VOICE CUZ YOU WON'T be able to hear me otherwise. >> Right. >> No, SIR. DON'T WALK. Can you go? Can you go? >> The woman believed that the officer speaking to the employee first meant they were taking [music] the store's side. With that mindset, she continued to be difficult as the officer tried to hear her side of the story. >> I said, I'll let it wait for my partner >> so he can explain what's going on to me for nothing. like this. She's so y don't talk about me by my because when she just >> I can't even hear you. She's so loud. >> That's aggravating. >> Very very >> I didn't say she aggravate. I said that's aggravated. >> So I was just going to come in and see what was going on. >> All of this if y'all could just talk to the people. >> You said it's a mess. >> That's a mess. >> Sir, you came. Is that not a mess? >> I'm acting just how he said you act. >> Yeah. But you know why he pissed ME OFF? YOU KNOW I AIN'T STARTING NOTHING. You know WHY HE PISSED ME OFF? BECAUSE HE kicked me out because he didn't want to hear about a about a fuel reward that I've been going through. >> How upset you are over fuel rewards? >> Yeah. About my dad. >> You were trying to buy gum, right? >> You were trying to buy gun. >> You can go the app right here. >> You were trying to buy gun. >> Here's the app right here. >> Don't answer a question. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I was trying to buy gun. >> I don't care. Give me your ID. >> Okay. And what's your name? I >> My name's Kira. >> Okay. What you going to listen to what we got to say? >> Oh, I'm trying. And all you do is screaming in my face. >> No. No, you didn't. You said I started this. You said I'm the best. What you need? I don't doubt it at all. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> I got it. But I can give you the information out for you. >> Like who threw these bottles? Is that any way to act? >> Yeah, I'm very HE KEEP WALKING BEHIND ME. >> HE KEEP WALKING BEHIND ME. WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE >> I'M MAD BECAUSE Y'ALL COME TALKING ABOUT I'M THE ISSUE. >> CHRIST, GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF. >> NO, I'M GOT TO GET A HOLD OF MYSELF CUZ WHEN I TRIED TO get a hold of myself, I told him to call y'all and he refused. >> Y'all, I want to talk to y'all. I know I got hit. If he was in the store, >> who hit him with the phone in the face? >> I did cuz he pushed me right now and I hit my head and my butt and I do have seizures. >> What do you need me to do? >> Clearly, their attitude was far from that of people seeking help. But can you believe that they were the ones who called the police in the first place only to act like this? >> My daughter know what I've been going through going to these different shells. I'm trying to ask you and you standing trying to tell me what to do. Explain, [ __ ] That's the difference in THE US. YOU [ __ ] DON'T EXPLAIN. YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT THE TO DO. YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO. >> And he also captured this. >> Get yourself ass back over there. Wrong with you. RECORD MY TAG, [ __ ] I AIN'T GOING NOWHERE. AND YOU AIN'T GOING TO DO [ __ ] TO ME. DON'T I'M COMING BACK. >> Are you threatening me? >> OKAY. >> YEAH. IF YOU THINK YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING TO ME, I'm coming back, [ __ ] >> And you did you did did you call? >> I called. >> So your your number is in the vlog. >> I called. >> Give me a second. >> And I And I hang out here. constantly ask him on the call. >> Back inside the store, the employee provided the officers with footage from the security cameras, revealing that the mother's accusations were completely different from what had actually happened. >> What do you mean? >> She number is not working. I told you wrong. I can't say that. I want to do it again. She do it again. >> He say it's invalid. I say it's not invalid. Okay. He I act like I started to be aggressive and I was a problem. >> That was going to be another customer. I'm not going to I I put it up there. I say, "Well, I want the gun." >> Okay. >> So, no, I'm not going to take you. >> Okay. >> Why you ain't going to take me? >> RIGHT. RIGHT. >> GET OUT THE STORE. WHY YOU KICKING ME OUT THE STORE? What did I say? Other than trying to get understand >> Oh, yeah. I said, "Well, I ain't getting out the store. You can call the cops." Call the cops. It's not funny. >> Then I say, "You so stupid. You stupid." >> And did you call the police or? >> Yeah, I called the police. >> It was 15 minutes after they >> I come I come I came outside. Then you start recording me. Why did you recording me? Leave me alone. >> You're out here. He comes out of the store. >> Out the store. She pushed the door back in. He sat in the store. She walked out here. He walked out here. >> He said, "My daughter say stop. Keep pushing him." Yes, I was upset. I took the water and I poured it out. I'm upset. Why the is you doing this? Why is you doing this to me? So, he's standing walking behind me. I'm telling him, sir, please stop walking from from behind me. Stop walking behind me. >> The way she told the story made it sound like she was the victim, but the employee showed the officer's footage from the parking lot, clearly revealing that he was actually the victim in the incident. No, you see she went on lock. No, she hit me >> right there. >> I didn't touch her. >> Yeah, she hit him with the phone before he she even fell. And she fell because he was going like this. >> I had the water and I was going to splash him with the water. Then my daughter was like, "Get out my mama face." He to She took the water for me and I guess apparently it got on him. He then pushed my daughter down. She got back up and she hit him. >> Okay. >> Ridiculous. >> I was a police officer in Israel. I was detective. >> So like if I'm going to hit her, she will not stand up. I know myself. I got you. >> And then you all up in her face. All I said is stop. She was going to throw the water. I grabbed it, but it was open. So I guess it >> I'm asking him, are you the manager? Are you If you the manager, what you would have did if you had an IRA customer called the cops. I'm thinking he calling the cops instead of running behind me. You said running behind me. Stop running behind me and don't put your hand. He better be glad she we didn't get on his ass. My daughter just she she didn't she didn't like to be pushed out and she hit his ass. You don't got no business putting your hand on no cuff. >> Right. Right. >> Like mother like daughter. The mother told a false story while her daughter defended her without a hint of shame. But it was all about to come to an end as the officers walked out of the store and made their decision. All right, man. You're under arrest. >> Me? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Battery. >> I didn't hit him. >> Spit at him and spit on him. And >> no, I was spitting from talking. >> I did not spit on him, sir. >> I got to call somebody to come and get me. >> Sir, I like your phone, please. Cuz I'm already going through. >> How much is my phone? >> Can she Can she open? >> How much? We don't her phone. I have one for fingerprint. >> We need here. >> You going to jail, too? >> Come here. Yeah. >> How much is that? >> Wait, sir. >> Sir, >> for him pushing her down. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> Can we press for him pushing her down? >> Just relax. >> There. It's not too tight. I can put a finger in there. I got a summoner. >> Where's your phone? >> Um, I don't know. [laughter] >> Trying to get you call somebody. >> Come over here. >> It's so tight. >> Come over here. >> In the end, the mother and daughter were charged with battery. Lying to the police and blindly backing someone else's story can only make a bad situation worse. When security footage tells a different story, the truth will eventually catch up with everyone involved. Next, over just $10, the man turned the entire situation into chaos. down. >> Drop whatever you have. >> On the 12th of January 2023, Ohio police received a report from a shopping store about a man armed with a knife who was destroying property and even threatening customers. Clearly, this was a dangerous situation. So, the officers quickly geared up and rushed to the store. >> OKAY, GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET OUT. >> Get on the ground. >> Drop whatever you have. >> 188. Got him at gunpoint. He's got a knife in his hand. >> Get on the ground. >> Are you happy? Are you happy? >> Get on the ground now. Are you happy that you told me and YOU GOT ME? IT WAS DIFFICULT. It took you three days, but you did it. You accused me of >> Get on the ground now. >> That's public and unlocked. And you know what? You knew that you're going to get a stick. Get you. You >> get on the ground. >> Get on the ground now. Get on the ground. >> Drop the knife. I'll you. Drop the knife or I WILL >> drop the knife. >> Drop the knife or I will >> drop it. >> Yes. Please drop it. I do not want to shoot you. >> Do you have a duty? Do you have a duty to shoot? >> I do not want to you. You need to get on the ground. Drop the knife. >> No, please drop it. >> Drop the knife now. >> Drop it. >> My cousin's coming. >> We do not want to You >> tell me. You let him in. >> I'll drop the knife. I ain't dropping this knife until you do that. You hear me? Because this was a public place, the officers had to be careful with every move they made. It might have looked like they were simply following behind him, but in reality, the officers had positioned themselves around him, preparing to approach him using a carefully planned tactic. >> 188p, we need to make an announcement in the store. Somehow get a hold of him and tell them >> Josh, get away. Josh, back up. >> Drop the knife now. Drop it. >> Drop it. >> Drop the knife. >> Drop it. >> Drop it. We will get you some water. >> [screaming] >> God, he's [ __ ] God. >> You got me. You got me. You got me. You got me. You got me. >> Okay. >> You got me. >> You're good, buddy. Okay. You're all right. [ __ ] >> you. You got me. I know that. You got me. You motherucking. GOD DAMN IT. >> [screaming] >> YOU GOT ME. YOU GOT ME. You got me 100%. >> Hey. Hey, man. Come here. >> Are you okay? Yep. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Grab your gun. >> No. Listen to me. >> No, that's all right. I got it. It's unsafe. >> Thank you. Thank you for grabbing that gun. Listen to me. Ask them. Ask them if they have their >> cameras on. They have cameras on them. They have a special name on They have a special name. Give me a second. >> Let's get a medic going. >> What's the name of the cameras? >> Cam. Ask them if they have the body cams on. You got me. >> They can open the air. I kill sound and mind and body. Dude, reject medical chaos. Okay, I got him, dude. You got me. You got me. That's just my dude. What the >> The man showed no sign of remorse. He immediately started cursing at the officers as if he were already used to being tased. >> Grab that probe, Jason, and drop it in. >> I refuse medical care. Pop it out. >> Still got a >> It's illegal to pop it the out. Pop it the probe in his >> Okay. >> In his chest. Pop the weapon at. Who recovered that? >> All right. Go ahead and wait for the medic. >> Hey, do you guys know who the king of America is? I think I think I've dealt with him before. >> Yeah, I know you dealt with me. >> I [music] saw you at the library. >> Yeah, that's where it was. >> Yeah, you could get hit me then, could you? >> You got me now, though. Congratulations. Honest to God, congratulations. I I thought I forgot. I forgot pages. You wouldn't have got me just up this way. You know it. You might not believe it, but he caused all of this simply because he was angry that the selfch checkout machine rejected his $10 bill somehow. He then started portraying himself as the victim. >> I'm the legal defender. >> 31. >> I believe I'm being charged with a crime. Yep. >> Well, I'm being charged with I want the body cams. >> Honest to God, >> I want all the body tight body t >> I know you guys know me, but seriously, I want the body paints. Nope. >> We going in the car. >> Don't touch my head. I'm serious. Don't touch my head. >> Don't touch my head. Don't touch my head. >> Just get in the car. Sit in the car. >> You know, >> we're going to have [music] a We're going to have a medic check you out. >> No. I I Jerry Bishop refused medical care. Don't give me We have to check you out. >> No, that's illegal. Cut. No criminal. >> No criminal. >> Okay. So, >> there's only a probe in his belt. There's not one in his chest. It's just the best popped out. >> I only got I only got half the charge. So, >> hey, I'm not allowed to have a belt in prison. You better take that off. >> Is this Jason's? >> Yes. >> Okay. The man was then taken to the patrol car. He appeared to have calmed down, so the officer began gathering information from him. >> And yeah, I need I don't know. And >> she's your cousin? >> Yeah, she's coming to help me out. I need to talk to her. >> Did you have my uh bean bag round? >> Yes. >> Wait a second. Did you just have bean blade rounds in your gun? >> No. >> Okay. I would not have rain from you if I known you just bean bags now. >> Jeremy, I got him from >> No. >> Can you spell that for me? >> O. >> And which? It's Jeremy. >> Jeremy. J E R E M Y. >> What's your S? >> Someone come close by. I'm not going to scream out my social security number. >> Over here. Okay. What's your date of birth? >> April 18th, 1993. God, >> do you have an address? >> Damn, dude. Can you take what? What the my head? >> Your hat. >> Oh, can you take it off? It's burning like a >> Okay, thank you. Holy >> Jeremy, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have to talk to a lawyer and have him be present with you while you're being questioned. >> You cannot afford to hire a lawyer. Want to be appointed to represent you for any questioning. If you wish, >> you can decide at any time. >> Be unreonstructed. >> For being reconstructed? >> Yes. That's literally what it is. >> Okay. >> You and I both know it is. >> Okay. What What was with the knife today? Why did you have to have the knife and waving that around? >> Cuz you got me. >> Okay. But >> you understand? What do you mean? We We weren't here and you had the knife and you were destroying things. >> Yeah. You >> Why were you doing that? >> You gave me Oh, somehow I don't know how the hell it happened. I ended up with a fake um >> Where did you get the knife from? >> I just I have a knife, man. >> Okay. In your backpack? >> No, I have a knife in my pocket all the time. It's a concealed carry state. I can carry a knife around. >> All right. Did you want to take a look at him now? >> Can somebody wipe my nose? Do you guys handcuffed me? >> Tas got EKG, but the past at the hospital made clearance before the county was >> Hey, >> is it legal to train me without my lawyer present? >> What? >> In the end, the man was charged with vandalism, inducing panic, and resisting arrest. [music] He pleaded no contest to inducing panic while the felony charges were dismissed. His anger over a rejected $10 bill quickly escalated into property damage, threats, and criminal charges. Next, this woman seemed to believe that her family gave her the right to do whatever she wanted. >> My son graduates from >> That's great. I don't care. >> I have two sons at the University of Florida. I am not a homeless person. I am not somebody to be pushed around. On the 15th of April 2026, police were dispatched to a McDonald's after receiving a report of a woman causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the restaurant after being trespassed by staff. When officers arrived at the scene, the situation was still completely tense. >> Let's step outside. >> Let's step outside. I have never been kicked out of any McDonald's. >> Come on. Let's go outside. Let's go outside. >> Let's go outside. >> Let's go outside. >> Why are you doing the white MAN'S BIDDING? >> LET'S GO. >> HUH? >> GATEKEEPER. GATEKEEPER. Why are you doing the white man's? Why are YOU DOING THE TELL HIM why are you doing the white man's bidding? >> Why are you doing the white MAN'S BIDDER? >> Calm down. >> Let me see your ID. The woman refused her final chance to walk away, so it was already too late for her to leave. But she chose to defy the officers anyway, causing the situation to escalate from there. >> No, that is not going to be the first. >> Let me see your ID. You are you are not going to leave right now. >> Okay. You're not going to put your hands on me. You're not going to put your hands on me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You're not going to put your hands behind. >> Stop resisting. I'm not resisting. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not resisting. Stop it. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I AM NOT RESISTING. STOP. STOP. PLEASE STOP. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> STOP. STOP. I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. STOP IT. STOP. I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> 94. Can I get anything? >> I haven't done anything. I haven't done anything. I haven't done anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Why are you doing this? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Drop your backpack. >> I haven't done anything. Drop your backpack and put your hands behind your back. >> I haven't done anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I haven't >> Let go anything. >> Let go. >> I'm innocent. I haven't done anything. >> Let go. >> Stop. I need my glasses. >> Let go. >> I haven't done anything. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> 25 seconds. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. I am a son of the University of Florida. I am not a homeless person. Do not >> I don't care. >> Stop. >> I don't care. >> Let go. >> Please don't let go. >> Do this. >> Let go. You're going to >> mother. I have done nothing wrong. I have done nothing wrong. >> Stop. Stop. >> Let go. >> Stop. I have done nothing wrong. Sir, I have done nothing wrong. Stop. I did nothing wrong. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I did nothing wrong. >> I've done nothing wrong. >> Behind your back. >> Stop. >> You're going to get tased. >> Stop. >> She showed no sign of backing down. And this was clearly the consequence of a choice she had made herself. At this point, she even tried to play the victim by bringing up her family to gain sympathy. >> My son graduates. >> That's great. I don't care. You failed identifiers to tell him you failed to leave after being asked. >> My son graduates from the University of Florida next month. Please, sir, stop. You don't need to do this. Why are you doing this? >> Please don't. >> You have to listen to the operation. >> I will give you my ID. >> You Well, you failed to give it the first three times I asked. No, that's too late for that. We're not doing that. >> I asked her three times. >> I need my glasses. Half of them are right here. >> Why did you excuse my glasses? >> Stand up. Stand up. >> I can't see without my glasses. >> I need my laptop. >> Need to walk. >> I need my laptop. >> I need my laptop. Please. Please get my laptop. >> Please get my laptop. >> Get your stuff. >> Please get my laptop. >> My dog is My dog is in the car. I'm going to turn off McDonald's. >> Come here. We're good for >> Please stop. >> You have anything on your porch? >> I don't. >> All right. >> Please stop. Please stop. >> Where is your >> buckle? >> Buckle for your fanny pack. >> What? >> Please stop. Please stop. >> All right. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Relax. >> I didn't do anything. Just relax. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Please stop. Please stop. Where is my >> Hey, Andrew. >> I need my >> Oh, never mind. >> I need my backpack. Please. >> Okay, hold on. >> What is it? Can you loosen them? >> Relax. >> Those are very tight. Please loosen them. >> They're not tight. I can fit my I can't Look, there's a whole finger in there. >> No, it's all tight. That's clearly her. >> Afterward, one of the officers returned to the restaurant to continue gathering statements from the employees about what had happened earlier. >> She failed to leave as trespassing. She also failed to identify herself. >> So, just can you just tell me what happened before I got here? >> Yeah, no problem. >> So, I came out the lobby. There was her sitting over there and then another guy that was sitting over there that was uh I guess he was homeless or something like that. >> And then there was a family over here. So, I do our rounds. Every 30 minutes we have to do our rounds. Let's go. Hey, good morning. Um you have a 30-minute time frame. consuming food and then you know you have to be off the property 30 minute time frame. >> She didn't even consume any food. She was just in sitting here using the Wi-Fi. And so she was like, "Who are you? The white gatekeeper, ma'am. Ma'am, this is not even a confrontational thing right now. I'm just letting you know the rules is 30 minutes." Well, I travel the world and blah blah blah. Okay, congratulations that you travel the world. I don't need to know all that. I just need you to know that there's a 30 minute time frame and that's it. That's all I'm coming here to do. And then that's when she's got all rage. She started calling me names. Ma'am, I don't have time for that. Oh, you hate your mother. Oh, you you need to go get some. >> What names was she calling me? >> She called me a black. And then she called me a black gay dude. Then she said, she just kept saying, you know, hateful things, you know, oh, you you here to um to control the white people. And ma'am, she was like, oh, you need to be in jail somewhere where all the black people is. You know, where they want you. I'm like, ma'am, I don't care about all that. I have a degree. I I just applied for law school. I'm just waiting for them to say, "Yeah, I'm just waiting for my acceptance letter. That's it." So, um, all that unnecessary stuff, man, >> I can't, you know, I can't engage in that. You know, there's ethical things that I have to, you know, maintain. I can't, you know, I can't do that. So, it's like the things that you're saying is very hateful and I really want to react, but in the back of my head, I'm thinking like, you're just applying for law school. So, you know, there's certain standards that you have to talk about. Um, then I just called 911 said, "Can you guys just come and remove the lady?" And by the time you got here, she was already back here trying to record me. And I'm like, "Ma'am, stop recording me. You don't have permission to record me. Stop recording me." Oh, I'm recording. And that's what happened. >> Okay. >> Back with the suspect, she still showed no awareness that her actions had been wrong. Instead, she continued to play innocent, giving an unbelievable excuse for her behavior. >> I have never been kicked out of a McDonald's and I've traveled this country 6 months. I'm a journalist. I'm not a nobody. I lived in Florida for 25 years. I have two sons at the University of Florida. I am not a homeless person. I am not somebody to be pushed around. I have a master's degree. I'm educated. I'm [laughter] This is I don't know why you're doing this to me. >> Well, I don't do I just got here, so I'm just making sure everything's >> These are super tight and they're really constricting. >> All right. So, I guess the issue was >> Why did he have to throw me down and break my glasses? Is my phone also broken? >> I don't know. I'll look into all that. I have to review everything. We have body cameras on throughout the entire counter. So, everything that happened, we'll see. Do you know why McDonald's called us about you? >> Because the for for days I have been working here. My >> work McDonald's. >> I'm a I'm a digital nomad. I'm a I'm a journalist. And I'm also here because my son graduates from the University of Florida in May next month. I came down. I also have another son, a freshman there as well. And I came down to be a mom and to take a little vacation. >> Okay. >> I have been through a lot. >> All right. >> I explained to the man that my mother was martyed. >> I have been taking a a journey to to deal with the grief of that. >> What's the connection to the US? Am I asking? My mother used to My grandmother used to be a court reporter here. >> Without realizing that she was the one who had caused the entire situation, she continued portraying herself as the victim, even turning around and accusing the officer instead. >> The body cam footage will tell everything. They went full force on me. >> It's not comfortable in here. [laughter] Do me a favor and kind of turn as much as you can and let me get some better pictures. Okay. >> They went full force on me and there was no need to do that to a 53 woman. A 50-year-old 53 woman. [laughter] How dare they? That is abuse. [laughter] [gasps] >> Okay. All right. You can face forward for me for one more second. >> Please loosen these so that they don't cut into my wrists. Please. Just a little bit. >> Okay. Keep your hands [laughter and gasps] together like you're praying. And they're they're real loose. Okay. >> They're not. They're they're driving into my wrist. Can you please give me water, please? Just give me a drink of water, please. [laughter and gasps] >> Is this Is this what you do? >> 81. 38781. >> So, sir, I'm a I'm a mother of two sons, 25 years living in Florida. >> [singing and music] >> And this is how you This is your big accomplishment of the day, is it? This is your big accomplishment of the day. A 53 woman brutalizing a 5-3 woman. Take sadistic pleasure in. >> In the end, the woman was charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. The lesson is simple. Refusing to leave when you've been trespassed can quickly turn a minor situation into an arrest. Fighting with officers and playing the victim only made the consequences worse. Next, the woman thought she could steal while the store was about to close. >> You've activated our inventory control system. Please return to your cashier. And >> I didn't I >> Stop. >> I didn't steal anything. >> On the 11th of December, 2022, police received a report from CVS Pharmacy about a woman who refused to leave even though the store was about to close. She was also quite familiar to the staff as she had previously come there to steal and it appeared that this time was no different. First, here's what happened when the officers arrived at the scene. >> That's her right there. >> Okay. >> And she has to [snorts] buy that stuff. >> Oh, how's it going? >> Good. So, sounds like the store doesn't want you here. So, you're going to have to >> always Okay. >> Why is every store cop? What's it? >> Hey, >> listen. >> Put your stuff down and you got to leave. >> Yes. Or else I'm going to escort you out. >> Oh my god. >> Put your stuff down. >> No, I don't want to. >> I didn't ask you. I'm telling you. Put your stuff down. >> Oh my. >> We're leaving. >> I'm telling you to do what I already told you to do. Grab. Give me this stuff. >> You have activated our inventory control system. Please return to your cashier. >> The store's alarm went off as the woman walked out. Clearly, this was not a good sign for the officers. At this point, there was little chance she would be able to leave so easily. >> I need your >> Come here. >> Come here. Does that mean she took something? Wait, I don't. >> No, I didn't steal anything. I didn't. >> I didn't. >> I stop. >> I didn't steal anything. >> Then why is your alarm system going off my bag? >> We are. We're going to >> Okay, but I didn't. >> That's all my I bought. >> Okay, >> but I left my purse in there. >> Okay, we can get that here in a second. >> What the are you doing? >> Stop. >> Don't you do that. >> Stop. You're going to be in cuffs. You're going to >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> What the? >> Stop. >> I will kill you. >> That's fine. >> Yeah, they ain't going to kill you anymore. >> What are you doing? >> No. >> Okay, we're done. >> Her resistance only suggested that she was trying to hide something, but that was not a major concern for the officers. They had already made up their minds and decided to take decisive action. >> Stop. Stop. >> What did I do? Knock it off. >> Knock it off. >> Stop resisting. >> Knock it off. I'm a disciple. I'm a disciple. Knock it off. >> Stop. Stop kicking me. >> Just stop. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Can we talk? >> No. >> Please. >> We are far past that. >> Guys, I'll kill you. >> Stop trying to scratch me. >> I'm begging you, >> guys. I'm begging you. Please. >> Stop trying to scratch me. >> Please talk to me. Please. >> Please talk to me. >> Guys, talk to me. Guys, you're going to search me. I promise. I need anything. You have to search me, dude. You can search everything. Okay, guys. >> Stop talking. >> I didn't steal anything. They're all watching. They're going to kill. He's coming up right now. He's coming up right now. Stop. >> He's coming up right now to kill you. Stop. Please. Stop. Stop kicking me. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That didn't stop. >> It's not that hard. >> The officers then escorted her to the patrol car and searched her bag. Everything they found inside seemed to confirm what had happened. >> I'm sorry. Guys, I'm sorry. Guys, I'm sorry. >> Hey, stop talking. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I really am. >> Think someone's done some math today? >> No, >> not at all. Why don't you act like that? So, there's this. >> That's what's your name? >> Adam. >> What's that? >> I'm a disciple. >> No, you're not. Okay. >> Look at my Look, take off my jacket. I'm a disciple. Look, I'm wearing it. I'm wearing a jacket. Take it off. Take Take this off. >> Okay. How do you spell your first name? >> I'm I'm in the game. I'm a disciple. by the jacket. >> Take it off. Take it. Take it. >> How do you spell your first name? >> ADA. >> Yep. >> I don't want you guys to die. They'll kill you for killing me. >> They will. My game. My game will murder you. [snorts] >> I wouldn't kill you guys. >> I got you guys back for life. >> ADA. >> What if you killed me? I got you. >> I care about you guys. That's why I don't want this. >> Okay. ADA. >> AD A L E. That's my government name. >> It is my legal government name. >> What's your last name? >> Never. AD A L E. That's my real name. Yes, sir. >> So hard to tell like what stolen and >> right. >> Did you find an ID? >> I have zero idea what she's even calling me for her full name. >> Natalie something. >> I'm in a gang. I'm a disciple. Perfect. I care about you. >> I don't want you to die. >> What's your first name? >> My gang would kill you. That's why I told you we got to stop. >> What's your first name? >> I will protect you. >> What's your first name? >> What is it? >> Adalie. >> Adalie. I don't want you. I hear >> I found her. Yeah. >> That's what me. >> Yeah. She's losing weight. She's a disciple. It's just you. >> She's not going to hurt. She better gang. >> The officers then returned the merchandise to the store employees who provided statements that gave them more information about what had happened earlier involving the suspect. rolling around on the floor there just pulling in and asking, "You got to go." I go, "We're going to lunch. We're locking up." >> Um, and I I'm going to call an officer. And she's like, it didn't matter. >> Mhm. >> So, you going to arrest her or what? >> Yeah. >> Yep. She's going to jail. So, >> I promise you I'm not lying. I was going to buy out something. And what is my bag? I'm not. >> Is she from around here, do you think, or >> uh she was listed at homeless animal? So, I'm assuming that looks like we've dealt with her before. So, >> she's been in here before. And >> yeah, >> the same >> same thing. >> That's like That's like two grand right there. >> Oh, yeah. >> The cosmetics are not cheap. No, they are not. So, all right. Yeah, let us know if you guys just come across >> No. Um, just let us know if you come across anything else that she had some other stuff in there that looked like um it had at least been opened and like used. So, and like just like used like one time. So, if you come across anything that >> That's fine. We're good. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Good. Thank you. >> You bet. Um, all that stuff was theirs. So, retail >> um, ma'am, I see that you you scratched your chin a little bit. Uh, do you need to go to the hospital or get medical attention? Okay. Are you injured at all? >> Yeah, I am, but >> How are you injured? >> Finally, Adalie was charged with two counts of felony threat to a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor retail theft, and resisting an officer. She was released on a $1,000 signature bond, but later failed to appear in court and was arrested again for retail theft. Since then, she has been arrested seven more times, bringing her total to nine active cases. Poor decisions can quickly turn a manageable situation into a much bigger problem. When faced with consequences, staying calm, being honest, and taking responsibility is often the best way to prevent things from getting worse. Refusing to accept reality only creates more problems that could have been avoided. In the next case, this could easily be called a clash between two Karens. >> No, you're not. Not with the Not with teeth like that. Not with teeth like that. >> He complains all the time at Walmart. What he did was he was parked in >> on the 29th of April, 2025. A male victim went to the police station to report an incident that had occurred in a Walmart parking lot. The suspect was reportedly a woman who threatened him after he parked in a space reserved for law enforcement. She even claimed to be a police officer and had a badge to back it up. To get the full details, let's hear directly from the victim. >> So, hi, Dad. How are you? >> Hey, were you the one that called about the Walmart incident? >> Yeah. What's going on with that? >> You want to see this? >> Yeah, sure. So, I before this is just something I'll always do. It's no offense to you, but you just have to understand my stance on it. I'm a first amendment auditor. >> Okay. And you were a detective. >> I record I record I record everything. >> Okay. Yeah, no problem. So, I parked where it says reserved for law enforcement. >> Okay. >> Partners. >> Do they have that at the neighborhood Walmart? Okay. I knew they had it at the >> I parked there sometimes. I have a bone foot today. So I was like I'm just going to run. I had I literally had to run. >> That's just a courtesy. There's no law against it or anything. >> Well, thank you. >> Yeah. And you're telling me that somebody said something. So >> So this is the >> Here I'll hold it. >> The note >> that I came out. >> Somebody left this on your car. >> I Well, I have her I have her on camera, too. >> Okay. She's flashed a badge at me >> and she So I went into Walmart to ask them about the note and about the parking. Can I get towed for parking there? They said absolutely not. >> I guess she I guess the person o the person who wrote this note >> overheard. So I was walking I was like whatever. I'm walking back out to my car to go home >> and I found this. Well, I found that first and when I was walking back from Walmart the second time, she comes out, flashes her badge. >> She's wearing um I think white shorts, Croc. >> To support his statement, the man also provided the footage he had recorded during the incident. >> There's no statue. No, there's not. Show me the statue. >> Is there a You're the police officer. Why don't you look it up? >> But why don't you look it up? >> But you should already know it. Good. Tell me what this statute. Tell me what the statute is. >> Does it say anything about the car would be towed? >> You're not a police officer. >> No, you're not. Not with the Not with teeth like that. Not with teeth like that. >> Excuse me. Excuse me, ma'am. >> She's flashing a badge around like she's a police officer, and she's not. She's not a police officer. >> You leave it alone, sir. Just leave it alone. >> But are you guys going to tow my car? >> No. Thank you. See, you heard what she said. The cars can't be towed. You're not a police officer. >> Why are you flashing a badge at me telling me you're a police officer and you're not? You're going to be in trouble for that. >> Where would I get a badge from? You buy it off. >> Do you just carry your badge around when you're off duty? >> I'm not off duty. How do you know what I'm doing? >> You're You're on duty with Crocs on. >> Do you know what I'm doing right now? >> I don't care what you're doing. >> I don't care what you're doing. You broke a rule. That's not a rule. There's difference between rules and laws, ma'am. >> That's a rule. >> You did not get a ticket kick. >> You can't give me a ticket. >> Give me a ticket. I'm going to stay. I'll be right out here. Please give me a ticket. I'm asking you to please >> officer. >> Assaulting an officer. [laughter] Nobody saw me assault her. >> The footage he recorded clearly showed that the man was determined to press charges against the woman. He later questioned the officer about her actions and even used his phone to record the interaction. >> Not sure what would you think we should do? How would you think I should handle? I mean, you're to the officer, you're the sergeant. >> You know, obviously if if I can if this Belleview police has this person here, I'm going to address and probably talk with their and let them know >> what she's doing over here. Obviously, she's one out of jurisdiction to even enforce anything, but two, she's trying to enforce something that's not enforceable, >> right? And impersonating a police officer >> if Well, yeah. Yeah. If if she's actually not a police officer. Yeah. Now we need to find this person cuz >> to see if she is a police officer and if she is is she out of line being out of her way out of her jersey. >> Yeah. Yeah. So obviously we address that. Then if she's not then we have a whole separate thing of potentially IDing who this person actually is and it might be a resident here in Port Orange that we need to locate and investigate for impersonating a police officer. >> She lives here. >> Yeah. Yeah. And I doubt you would live here and work in Belleview. I mean, you're drive, you're not going to drive. >> Now, can I give you my phone number? Can I give you my email? >> That would be I mean, >> any way that you want me to contact you is fine. However you want me to follow up with you, >> sign out. This guy was a very professional gentleman. >> Yes, sir. >> Uh, Fort Orange Police Department. He's going to handle this for us. >> See you. >> Later that afternoon, police located the woman at a residential area. Let's see how she reacted to their arrival. Come on. >> No, no worries. I I wasn't like too worried about it. Are you uh Alexis? >> I am. >> All right. You want to go back inside and talk? You want to talk out here? >> Yeah, we'll talk out here. My dad's inside. >> Is it about the situation just happened at Walmart? >> Um, so yeah, it's something with the DCF. They call they called us just to come out and do like an investigation. >> This guy is a jerk. He complains all the time at Walmart. What he did was he was parked in the law enforcement parking spot. So, I left a note on his car that said, "You've been warned. This is for law enforcement. What if there was an emergency?" >> Okay. I don't think that's what I'm here for. >> What? >> What you talking about? All right. Sorry. Just continue. I I think you might be explaining a different story, but I I >> That's the only What's DCF? Uh, Department of Child and um >> Oh, I don't know anything. What's What's that about? >> So, uh, you work with uh J. >> He's a retired police. >> Yeah, but you you help uh >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Uh, so so you you work with him, right? >> Yeah. But my dad was just You want to go inside my Yeah. Come on in. Cuz this does have to do with that. I thought this was that [ __ ] at Walmart that I >> No. No. I don't know anything about that. If if they called, we didn't do anything about it cuz >> Yeah. Come on in, officer coach. My son's asleep, so >> yeah, we'll we'll try to keep it down. >> Based on the woman's own statement, she did not deny identifying herself as an officer or using the badge. So just a few days later, officers returned and took her into custody. >> Do you want me to get into it with him? So um the day officer Coats came by earlier that day, she had a confrontation with a gentleman over at the Walmart market here. Um while um she had a concern, a fair enough concern about an individual parking in a law enforcement only spot there. Um while addressing that with them, she identified herself as an officer and actually wrote a note on there like this is a warning from the Port Orange Police. Um ended up showing them this badge here and and saying she's an officer. So, um, unfortunately of a serious incident itself never really turned into anything serious. They ended up going their separate ways, things like that. But in general, something like this could be very serious. Somebody impersonating [snorts] officer, whether it be with a badge or blue and red lights on their vehicle. >> We have that badge or you keeping it. >> It's going to go into evidence for right now. But >> is this Jim's badge? >> Yeah. No, I know it it'll it'll be returned to him. Um, but I'm not just going to leave it here to, you know, I don't know where it ends up. So, we'll make sure it gets back to him. He's got another one. We actually seen another one at his house while we were over there. Um but yeah, obviously it's something that we want him to have, but just back on the fact of just the potential seriousness of the incident itself in its nature. Um we are going to make an arrest on it today. Um she is going to go down to the the Val County Jail. Um she will have a bond if that's something you want to work out. So she's not staying there tonight. >> How severe is this thing? >> Uh it is a a thirdderee felony. So, it's it's a felony. Uh the lowest level of a felony, but it is a felony charge. Yeah. >> Under Florida law for impersonating a law enforcement officer and unlawful use of a police badge, she could theoretically face up to 6 years in prison and $6,000 in fines. But in the end, she was arrested and booked into the Valuchia County Jail on charges including false person of a law enforcement officer and unlawful use of badges of authority with bail set at $3,000. Pretending to be a police officer may seem like a way to gain authority, but it can quickly turn into serious criminal charges. Using a police badge only makes the situation worse and can lead to years behind bars. >> But I need to discipline my child and he knows how to act in society and not the way that he has been doing. >> Did you see her like physically like hit the kid? >> Hear it. You heard it. You could hear that's pretty far. On the 6th of February 2025, officers were dispatched to Walmart following reports of an altercation. The suspect was believed to be a mother trying to discipline her son, but in an inappropriate way. When officers arrived, tensions were still high. >> Hello. Hi, my name's Officer Mitchell with the Farmington Police Department. Do you guys want to finish or do you want to wait till you get outside? >> Can I ask what this is about, officer? >> Yeah. So, do you want to do this outside or right now? >> I mean, I can scan and do this. Like, >> okay. >> I don't know what they told you. I don't know what you saw, but yes, I did discipline my son by smacking him in the mouth because he's being really disrespectful right now. >> Mhm. >> And as I told the other guy that we're just, you know, almost done and we're going to go home, >> okay? >> Because he's been real mouthy and real disrespectful throughout the whole time we were in here. So, that was just only the one time. And like I told him, he's fine. We're okay. I'm just getting the stuff that we need so we can go home and make dinner cuz this one needs to be in bed by 8:00 so he can wake up early for school tomorrow. >> All right. So, do you want to finish that? We'll talk outside. >> Am I being in the same area? >> You are. Yep. You are. >> May I reach into my purse and get my cell phone? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> He'll be here soon. He's over at Define Fitness. >> Okay. >> And he's going to pick him up and take him home. >> Okay. >> Can I ask if this is going to be a 24-hour hold or anything like that? The reason why I asked is cuz I work at the casino and I have to let him know if I'm being detained. >> Mhm. >> So, so what I'm going to do is I just want to get your statement and get his statement. Okay. >> All right. So, right now, you're just detained. I'm not going to put you in handcuffs for now. If you can save that video footage for us cuz we we'll look at it after we get their statements. Um, then it'll go. >> Her family member barely got a chance to speak as she repeatedly talked over him. [music] Once outside, she explained what happened and insisted that what she had done was simply educating. >> Normal. Mhm. >> Everything was fine up until we got into the back. Um, when we got into the back, um, I had gotten after him for saying, "What the?" And he was going to cuss at the end. >> Mhm. And so I told him, "No, we don't do that." And it just progressed from there and I took the card. So since he was very upset that I took the card, he um was like, "Well, it's not fair. It's not fair. Give me the card. You said I could push it." And I'm like, "No, we're done. We're we're just getting what we need." And so then um started crying. I was like, "You need to stop. You need to stop crying." >> And I was like, "You're 10 years old. Go over there. Go over there. Go cry over there." And he just kept crying. Follow me. Which, you know, all kids do, right? And so I was like, "Okay, well, you need to I was like, Demi, you need to stop." And I was getting pretty frustrated. So I was trying to separate. Then he started talking back saying, "I'm a bad mom. I hate you." And I'm like, you know, the normal kid stuff. >> So let me just advise you of your rights cuz I have to ask you specific questions. It doesn't mean you're going to jail or you're in trouble. I just have to ask some questions that pertain to mental health. She fully believed in her way of raising her family member even though it made her relative burst into tears. She later admitted that it had happened. >> He was trying to push the cart. Yeah, he was trying to push the cart and I told him no because he was already getting when he gets upset he starts ramming things, start kicking it, which he already did also kick you when we were in the bacon aisle and I was like that's enough. >> He kicked the what? >> He kicked the cart. Okay. >> And I was like that's enough now because he does it when I'm not looking and I'm like now that I'm not looking at you now that I'm looking at you do it again. >> Mhm. and just to kind of like you need to stop that. And so it's like okay. And then so we went to the meat aisle and I was like we need to go get some meat. You need to stop. You're 10 years old. You shouldn't be crying like this. And so then that's when um the manager came and he claimed that that a guest or not guest a customer was also doing. I was like I got frustrated cuz I was like I know what you mean. I was like you mean customer or do you mean back or not? >> Do you mean customer or do you mean employee? And he's like well it doesn't matter. So then I was already frustrated from him. So I was keeping everything monotoned and I was like, I understand your frustration. I appreciate it, but I need to discipline my child and that way he knows how to act in society and not the way that he has been doing. >> Okay. Where was he at when you smacked him? >> We were at the milk area where the employee was standing at. >> Okay. >> Because that's when he started talking back to me and then just literally right in the mouth. >> Was it close or kind of like with >> kind of far away? >> The back of your thumb or the thumb? >> Just just the tip of my finger. >> Okay. Except your fingers. Okay. You know, I've heard parents doing that to their kids, but it was only of them either cussing or just acting a fool. Right. Was he saying any like cussed words or anything like that? >> Uh he was about ready to cuz he's got a cousin that does that. She says what the what the and stuff like that. And so I'm trying to break him out of that habit. He only hung out with her once yesterday and that was for like 3 hours. And so he repicked it back up. All the other times that I've disciplined him before, it's like, "Okay, we're taking away your tablet. taking away your TV. You know, the gentle parenting stuff. >> The loss prevention office then provided the surveillance footage and witness statements detailing what they had seen during the incident. >> They walk over here. You can see her swing. >> Yeah, she did say it happened in Kyle. >> Do it again. >> Yeah, it's very very grateful. She she stopped swinging. >> Yeah, it took me a few times to get it. the person that called it in. Did we talk to them yet and see like um what kind of gay be kind of saw it? >> Like what kind of hit was this? Like was it like a smack or was it like >> it was close? >> Close fist. >> Multiple people. >> When I spoke to her, she said she just did that. But from what I see now, it looks like a kind of looks like she kind of went all the way across. She kind of like >> she swings at him. >> So keep doing it until >> What did she say? >> She said the kid was pushing the cart and he was like bad melding at her. He's not even going to buy the cart, though. >> Yeah. No, when I And you played it from the beginning. He wasn't pushing the cart. But I guess she was trying he was trying to ask her like, "Let me push the cart." And she said, "No, I'm going to go talk with the RP. I might take this one." >> It turned out the boy was not as troublesome as his mother had claimed. And an employee also gave a clear statement confirming her use of force. >> Tell me what happened. So, I kind of heard her yelling at him over by the milk area, and she was just like, "Get in my face, my dairy. Just get in my face." I don't know what they were arguing about, but all I kept hearing him saying was, "I just want the cart. I just want the cart or go to the car somewhere like that." And then she passed by me and stood right by where the eggs originally are. And then I heard like I was pretending like I was scanning cuz I felt like I needed to like pay attention to what was happening. >> And then next thing you know, I just heard this big like whack. I don't know if we like it was a punch. I don't know if it was a slap. I just know she hated me. >> Okay. I stood there and I looked at her and she's like, "You have a problem? What's your issue?" And I said, "No, ma'am. I'm just making sure he's okay." And she's like, "Well, clearly he is." And I said, "Yes, ma'am. He sure is." But I was trying to like see where where she went through the store. >> So, it didn't make it noticeable, but I was following her. >> Sorry, I'm like like nervous. >> So, did you you heard it, but did you see >> I didn't actually see the hit, but I just heard the the voice of >> How far do you think you were approximately where you heard? So when she hit him, it was probably like from here to there. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened? >> Okay. So I was um so like the butter would be right here and I was walking towards the milk. >> Okay. >> I heard somebody yelling and so I happened to look up just as she full on hit him right in the eye. >> You're her right. >> Mhm. >> Where was he standing at? >> Like right here. So it would have just been like that. >> Okay. >> And she was kind of like she was like this but kind of sideways and he was facing her. and there was a Walmart employee like right behind them and she was doing something. She looked at her and she was like, "What's your problem?" or something. Started yelling at her and I've never ever I mean I have four children and I've never seen a kid get hit like that. So I like panicked. So I called 911. I tried to follow her around the store. I ended up finding her up by the meat. The little boy was yelling at her and he was like, "You do not get to hit me in the face like you're a bad mom." And I was just trying to get somebody in here. Like I said, I've never ever ever seen a kid get hit like that. Do you think the mother's method could really be considered education when some of the people at the scene who were mothers themselves showed no sympathy for what she had done? >> Did you see her like physically like hit the kid? >> You could hear it. >> You heard it. >> You could hear it. >> That's a pretty far distance. Right. >> Yeah, it was loud. Honestly, I went home after here and I was like just sick to my stomach. Like I just started praying home cuz I was like this this is very >> Yeah. After that, the kid kind of just was like, "I don't want to be here. I don't want to I'm just gonna walk behind you. I don't want to be seen with you. I just don't want to be around you." Which is very understandable. But his face was red. He was just sniffling and crying. >> Was he crying or anything? >> I took a picture and that's his little face. >> I was like, >> Back with the mother, officers confronted her with all the witness statements, [music] making it clear that she had to face the truth. be honest with me. I've seen the camera footage, witnesses in the area. It wasn't just a little tap on the mouth. >> Well, to me it was cuz I literally just went like I wasn't watching cuz to me I just felt it on the tips of my fingers. That's literally all I felt. So that's why I said tip of my fingers. >> I'm going to be honest with you. All right. So you're going to go to jail tonight for what happened? That's why we're having dad take the kiddo away cuz I don't like doing that in front of kids. You know, it's a hard situation. Does he have like a special Is he He's autistic with ADHD and epilepsy. We've been managing it for a while now. And I understand that his autism is what's causing this, too. He does take medication. So, that's what's going to happen tonight. Uh there's just there's just a lot of witnesses. I understand that, but this is my kid. I mean, small loss of judgment. I just I like I >> So I do understand if if you kind of like just went over and kind of tapped him on the mouth and nobody heard it, but there's a lot of people that heard you smack him. >> I don't know if it was because like literally I behind and smacked cuz I don't know if that sound came from his mouth like if it was open or anything but literally I just >> He's good. >> Okay. So just go ahead and turn around. >> It's not Friday so you'll see a judge. We'll let dad know about it. Okay. >> Okay. But the reason why I need my phone is >> the mother was charged with child abuse. A parent should never let frustration turn into physical violence. When trying to correct a child's behavior, staying calm and using appropriate consequences can prevent a situation from escalating into something far more serious. >> You see what he wanted, so he knows Pokemon. >> He didn't take anything else from that side. >> I'm so stupid. >> Yeah, it was pretty dumb. On the 21st of May 2026, deputies were dispatched to the store after receiving a report of a theft that had taken place. The suspect was believed to have broken in overnight and stolen approximately $12,000 worth of Pokémon cards. For more details, listen to the store owner's account when deputies arrived at the scene. >> All right. Thanks so much. Bye-bye. >> It's not him, bro. It's not him. >> How you doing? All right. >> I'm well. >> Said that you have to come like this. 3 3:00. >> Okay. >> Had like a chainsaw or a jigsaw. Started going through it cuz it's impact glass. >> Yeah. >> Started working his way in there and then went back. Looked like he went around there. I don't have cameras on that side. So that's a blind spot. >> Okay. >> Came back with like a like a hammer. Did the rest. >> Small hole. Got himself in like Spider-Man. >> Does some sort of barrel roll and just starts doing doing some damage. Thank god we do put a lot of stuff in the back. >> Okay. >> So, there's a lot of stuff that they didn't grab, you know. >> Um, >> but they did. >> They did a good enough job. >> Really? A lot of things. >> I see. I know you. >> What's up? >> We're trying to like >> I mean, I don't think it's crazy. It's probably 10 to 15 grand worth of stuff. >> Really? Okay. >> You know, but and thank God like, hey, we're gonna do >> same thing. Same window. >> Okay. Yeah. I mean, he tried to do his job, you know, try to cover it up, but it's real small. Uh, there is some blood on the glass, which is a good thing. >> Okay. So, I don't know. You know, >> where is that? >> It's uh See, >> Joe, did you cover the blood up or is it down there? Additionally, the store owner noticed that the suspect did not take items at random. He appeared to understand the value of the Pokémon cards. >> That's how [snorts] I knew it wasn't just a hammer. And then when I went back, I saw him literally with a jigsaw. Hey, >> hi. What's up? >> Thank you for coming. >> And he did 10 to 15,000. Did he know what he was going for or was you think he was just looking at the stickers? >> Uh, no. He definitely didn't look at any stickers. He didn't have time. came back here, uh, grabbed a couple of things. Like, he did look to see what he wanted. So, he knows Pokemon. >> He didn't take anything else from that side, which is other stuff. He knew, but these were in the back. This like $1,000 that was locked up. We put tags on the stuff that was in the back. >> And then maybe you grab one of these. I'm not 100%. Maybe grab one of these. And then he just came here and took these trays that were full with cards like that and just dumped them into like kind of like one of those Aldi type bags, you know, like those uh environment free kind of bags. He had two little shopping bags. >> Did his thing went through here. Weird thing is I talked to ADT about it. I mean, I know if that's a glass sensor, it won't go off cuz they're impact windows. They're not the shatter ones. But if it's a motion that should have went off and then I have a motion over there, but he never went as far as here. >> After reviewing the surveillance footage, officers identified the suspect's vehicle, tracked it to an address, and went there to search the home. >> How are you? >> Fine. >> We're just making sure your dogs are not aggressive before we came and knocked on the door. >> One of them is. >> Oh, they are. Okay. >> Yeah. Well, the the big one. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um, >> but they're in the house. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Do you need to come in or >> Yeah, if we could. >> Sure. >> Can they come out the dog door? >> No. No. No. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Come on in. >> So, I'm Detective Remington County Sheriff's Office. >> Yeah. >> This is my partner, Detective Mace. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> You are Miss Dolly. >> Yes. >> You Might Clayton? >> Yeah. Give me a favor. Take your hand into his pockets. >> Is that a knife in his front right >> or a gun? >> Is it a gun or a knife? >> It's a knife. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Um, you're being detained right now. >> Okay. Just relax. We have a search warrant for your house. >> Okay. >> We're going to explain everything. >> Yeah, we'll explain everything to you to get things situated. >> Clayton, the suspect behind the crime, was detained. Officers then explained everything that had happened to his mother, who appeared to be the most shocked and confused at the moment. >> Um, in which Clayton broke into a business this morning at 3:00 a.m. >> Okay, >> that that's my son. Um, he used a chainsaw to cut through a hurricane proof window >> using the Jeep that you own. >> Oh. >> To get there and from. And he stole a bunch of Pokemon cards. >> Oh [ __ ] >> So, >> oh my god. >> Um, we do have a search warrant for the house. He cut himself up badly going through the window. So, we have a search warrant for his DNA as well. >> Okay. But um we're just trying to do everything as safe as possible so the dogs don't have no harm or anything like that. >> Right. >> Um you said your husband's the only one other one inside. >> Yeah, he's Yeah. Um you guys are welcome to come in. >> Okay. Um if I >> get us >> Yeah. If I if I return everything and um >> I don't know. >> Okay. I don't know. That's a question for the bald man. >> The bald man? >> Yeah. Can I He's in trouble. Well, let's let him talk to mom and then uh >> Can I talk to him? >> Yeah. Give him a second. Let Let him talk to mom and explain what's going on cuz she's a little nervous. So, >> yeah. I'm so stupid. >> Yeah, it was pretty dumb. >> He appeared remorseful, but not necessarily because he understood that what he did was wrong. Instead, he seemed to believe that returning the stolen property might be enough to earn forgiveness. >> Okay. >> So, we're uh like I said, that's what we're trying to get as majority of the property back. >> Okay. Um I can um I can give you all the property back. >> Okay. >> And um I can tell you where the chainsaw is. I can um give you my clothes. Okay. >> Everything. I just want to, you know, I don't know if I need a lawyer or if >> it's it's entirely your right. >> I can make a deal. >> Unfortunately, we don't make deals. We can't make a deal right here right now. Um, we have what we have. >> Mhm. >> And there's, like I said, an abundance of evidence in regards to what we have and why we're here right now. >> Right. >> Um, it is entirely your right to an attorney as he read you your rights. Um, so that is entirely your choice. Whether you want to tell us more or not, it's up to you. Like I said, we're we got a search warrant and we're going to go looking for everything regardless. >> Afterward, his mother admitted that she had noticed his injuries. She also persuaded him to reveal where he had hidden the saw. >> He was washing his hands and and he said, "I cut myself." And I didn't see his hands, but he was telling me that. And and I'm like, "How'd you do that?" And he said, "Oh, the fish aquarium, the glass on top of the fish >> broke." Um, >> so we'll be in and out of your hair real quick. >> Um, I'm just waiting up. My partner's going to go >> grab uh his computer so we can do a little inventory, too. >> I'm going turn the AC on and you tell me where we're going. All right. >> Okay. >> So, it's like it's a dumpster or is it like someone's house? >> It's someone's house. Okay. >> It's just a a dump garbage can that I saw out. >> All right. Do you know the person or No. >> No. >> Okay. All right. We'll head on out. >> Was one of these trash cans is what we're >> uh Yeah. >> Come on up. Just walk this. These were full. >> Is it the one without in that one? Pretty sure this totally full. >> All right, let me go back. >> Was just a chainsaw. That was it. >> Yeah, just the chainsaw. Okay. >> All right. >> Clayton was charged with burglary of a dwelling or structure causing more than $1,000 in damage and grand theft of property valued between $10,000 and $20,000. Returning stolen property after getting caught does not erase [music] the crime. By then, the evidence and consequences were already in motion. Your day's >> right here. >> Why you stick the your hand inside the tip jar? >> It's against her tip jar. I certainly didn't take her money. >> On the 16th of June 2024, officers responded to a local coffee shop after receiving a report that a woman had allegedly taken around $20 from the tip jar. To understand exactly what happened, let's hear the employees account of the incident. >> I can help you. >> Ah, so here's what's happened. The one lady, she stole our money, like our tips. >> Mhm. >> And we have video and picture how she got her hand and our money. I don't know. Also, >> it was today. >> Yeah, it was like maybe 20 minutes ago. I don't know why I can be I don't know if you can ours. >> Do you know how much it was that she took? >> So it for sure it was around the 20 bucks. Like of course it's not too much but still was $10, $5. >> Yeah, of course. like around the corner. And we have the other um video, the next one. >> And today, >> what's that? >> Are you watching here? >> The next one. >> Uh this next one's different way like the other camera. First we put her in 10 and one. >> So she went in there twice. Perhaps >> do you want to press charges or do you want her to go to jail for it? What is that you want? >> I will call to my boss and I don't know like uh I have her name probably if it's her card. I don't know this is her name. It's up to you. I mean, if you want to call him to find out what he wants to do, we can either trespass her from the property. >> Huh? >> No, I'm joking. Maybe jail. >> Since the stolen money was allegedly tip money belonging to the employee, she had the authority to decide whether to press charges rather than needing her manager's approval. Let's see what decision she made. >> But really, y'all are the victim. >> Yes. >> So, do you want to press charges? Do you want her trespass? What is it you want me to do? >> It's up to you. boss. >> She'll be here so soon. I don't know. Maybe she will explain you more like >> But you're you're the victim. >> Yeah. >> It's not up to your boss. >> Yeah. But she I mean I don't want to >> if it was like if if it was like merchandise or anything like that. Yes. Cuz the boss is your boss would be the victim. >> But if it was a tip jar, the tip jar is for you. >> So you're you're the victim. >> You're the boss. I can go look for her. I can tell never to come back here again or I can arrest her for that. >> For how long she can be arrest? >> That's not up to me. That's up to a judge. And I have nothing. >> But for how for a few hours for sure, right now? >> Uh it's a case. It'll be a case that she's going to have to go to jail and bond out, let go, and then has to go to court and deal with the judge for the crime. >> Would like to she had some record because we record her like >> record her. >> No, record record her like maybe she did something somewhere else like place around her area. Maybe she installed somewhere else. >> So So you >> like I I don't know. I really don't know. I didn't wonder if it was like really bad job for you. I don't know what's best. The employee hesitated about pressing charges. So, the officer left his contact information in case she decided to follow up or the woman returned. >> That's going to be the case number, my name, um >> contact name, >> my badge number. >> Thank you so if she comes back and you see her calls right away. Okay. >> I'm gonna go look for her >> because the our realtor who who's here all the time, we said he's she's probably local because I mean be probably. So, but she may come and steal something. You don't know. >> Yeah. You never know. >> No, thank you. Well, now it's not here. >> Yeah. No problem at all. >> Thank you. >> And you think about $20 she took. >> Yeah, it was for sure $10. It was $5. And you order the ones >> the ones >> cuz then it was like five. Zion gave you five the >> $10 from >> 15 or 20 bucks. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> She said $2. >> And her daughter said, "How much? How much is around? $2 was around $20." >> So it's like $17. >> One 1015 and two ones. >> I don't know how many ones, but there for sure was 105 and it was around 20 bucks. No, I mean her daughter, she asked me if she stole $2. No, it was $20 and >> they which >> uh they went and turn on the left and went after probably their >> Okay, thank you. >> Less than 15 minutes later, officers located the suspect. Let's see whether the woman understood exactly why the officers had found her. Let's go this way. Go on the stage so I can talk to you. Okay. You can stay over here this side. How you doing? >> I'm officer Key West Police Department. Okay. Before I speak to you, I'm going to give you your rights. to talk to me. >> Yes. I don't know what you're talking about. >> Okay. So, I got called to a coffee place at y'all work. >> Yeah. >> And do you want to talk to me about what took place there? >> Yeah. We stopped in, we ordered coffee, paid for it. Then I went back to the counter and I bought a a gift card, which I have the receipt for. >> Okay. We were sitting there drinking our coffee and then that the girl with the dark hair came over and started speaking in whatever her native language is and like she never really said anything. From the woman's appearance to her attitude, it was hard to believe she could have been involved in theft. But as officers [snorts] began dropping a few hints, she immediately started to figure out what they were talking about. >> Something about money, right? money taken from somewhere. >> I I guess she's talking about her tip thing on the countertop, >> correct? >> I didn't touch her tip thing. I She was there the whole time. >> Okay. You understand there's videos there, right? >> Yeah. >> So, do you want to think about this whole thing? Cuz everything was filmed. >> You didn't touch any You didn't touch any of the tip jar. >> No. Why would I? She's standing right there and her her coworker was right there. >> Okay. Are you being honest right now? >> Yes, sir, I am. >> So, the cameras are lying when they saw you going into the tip jar twice. >> I didn't take her tip anything from her tip jar. I have my receipt from the purchase of the card and this is my money. And it's not her money. This is my money. >> Okay. You have your ID with you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, like I said, there's video of you taking the money. and you went into the tip jar and went twice and grabbed the tip jar from the money from the tip jar. >> The money. >> Okay. >> Her confusion may have been nothing more than an act because she had previously claimed she never touched the tip jar. Yet, her story had now started to change. >> So, why you stick the your hand inside the tip jar? >> Why do you put my hand in the tip jar? >> And if I bumped against her tip jar, I certainly didn't take her money. What do you call that? >> I can't even see it. >> Look again. Taking the cash out. Money coming out. Okay. It's like I'm telling you there's cameras and you're a very dishonest person cuz I'm giving you the chance to tell me what really happened. >> I told you what happened. >> Okay. So, I'm gonna need you to turn around. You're gonna go to jail for theft. >> Jail? >> Yes. >> You back up. Please back up. >> That's my daughter. >> Give that to your daughter if you want the wallet. >> What do you call that? >> Look again. Taking the cash out. Money coming out. Okay. Look, I'm telling you, there's cameras and you're a very dishonest person cuz I'm giving you the chance to tell me what really happened. I told you. >> Okay. So, I'm going to need you to turn around. You're going to go to jail for theft. >> Jail? >> Yes. >> Please back up. Please back up. >> That's my daughter. >> Give that to your daughter if you want the wallet. >> Yes. We're not playing games. Ma'am, >> please let go of the purse. >> I can't. I'm trying to close it. >> Okay. Let's go this way. >> Can I go back and give her $20? >> She showed no shame after lying and being handcuffed in front of her daughter, blatantly begging for another chance. As the officer explained what would happen next, she began to worry about what was happening. >> She's going out to Monroe County Detention Center on Stock Island. >> So if you look, there's Okay, listen. There's only one jail here. She's going to have to spend the night. She'll go to first appearance tomorrow and she'll talk to the judge. The judge will decide whether or not she can uh bond out and then you can uh figure out some way to to uh get that taken care of. Okay. My suggestion right now is that you go back to the hotel room. I don't know what transpired. I don't know what happened. >> I didn't do anything. >> But whatever you guys did, >> I trust my mom. I didn't do anything. >> I mean, apparently you did, ma'am, because >> I didn't. >> We We don't just get called for no reason. >> You were aware. Okay. >> I wasn't. >> So, listen. We don't get called for no reason. >> I wasn't aware. >> If they're alleging that you stole something, why would you like take off running from the place? >> That's not a normal reaction. Okay. >> Normal reaction. You tell me, "Hey, I'm not stealing. Call the cops. If you want, you wait for the cops. You don't take off running when you're confronted about stealing cash. >> Running though. People walking around. >> Okay, you walked away, ma'am. We're not going to argue this. You walked away. >> Yeah, because I was scared and it was insulting. >> That That doesn't >> Elaine a Earlywine was charged with misdemeanor theft.
