Hello, Mesa. I'm excited to share with you [music] today how we together, our officers and our community members work together to make [music] Mesa safer in 2025. Stolen vehicles dropped to their lowest level since 2020, including a significant decline since the peak in 2023. [music] Vehicle burglaries continued to steady multi-year decrease, down more than 50% [music] since 2021. Theft of motor vehicle parts also dropped sharply and remains on a strong downward trend. One [music] of our biggest concerns is the increase in thefts involving electric bikes and scooters, which we are actively addressing. [music] As a progressive policing organization, we're always looking at different strategies to continue the reduction of these crime types. However, we can use your help. [music] Please ensure that you lock your vehicles. Any valuables inside of them should be taken out when you [music] leave your vehicle. Also, parents, if you're buying your children ebikes or scooters, [music] when they're done using them, make sure that they're properly secured. Thank you.
