You're a grown woman. Where am I going? >> Where? It's typically not someone's first time, especially when they don't have ID. We can't find any record of you in the Secretary of State system. Yeah. Okay. Unexpected encounters unfolded, but these were no ordinary meetings. They were deliberate interventions by the police. As shoplifters pushing entire carts full of unpaid items quickly realized that things would not end well for them. All of that would be featured in today's video. Cop surprise stop a shoplifter rolling out an entire cart full. We are This is Law. Don't forget to like and subscribe. First, let's begin with this deceitful woman. Can I just pay for it? If that's the case, I was in a You know, I was I I I don't understand why I am That's what I'm saying. I'm not lying to you. Who's Jen? On the 25th of February 2025, the police received a report from Walmart stating that they had detained a woman for shoplifting. When approached, she claimed it was all just a mistake, but what stood out was her complete lack of remorse. She said the sheriff knows me. I don't have a warrant on me. I'm always in here. This is the first time this ever happened. I've never been involved. Never been arrested. Sherry at the at the customer service knows me and and my little family that I come in here with. So, I mean, I've never had this happen. That's why I told him I was I was You have no identification on you? I I I just got out of the hospital a couple hours ago. Okay, but you have no identification. >> No, I don't. What were you in the hospital for? Uh female. Okay. Just I'm not trying to get personal. Um can you give me your first and last name for me? I don't really want to sit down. I Like I said, I just got I just got out of the hospital. >> Just don't know. If she has an active warrant or not. I do. Just on the trespass because unless you guys want to find out I mean I don't have He said I'm on camera so I have no reason to What exactly happened? What happened? She was walking around the store with her family and grabbed bags off of the shelf and steal went to the customer service to pay for two gift cards and then something that walked out. Okay, did she pay for those gift cards? She paid for the gift cards. How did she pay? I believe it was cash. I can search it up. I actually not I actually uh used my uh son's debit card. Your son's debit card? >> Yeah. That still doesn't help me. We're going to try this one more time. I'm going to tell him to call me. Although she wanted to resolve the situation quickly, she carried no form of identification on her which raised serious suspicion and led the officer to voice his doubts. How old are you? Um 43 years old. >> Okay. So that's what I was telling him. Listen listen listen to what I listen to what I'm going to say to you right now, okay? I didn't start doing this job yesterday. Maybe this is your first time. Maybe you're it isn't. Through experience through experience 28 years of doing this, it's typically not someone's first time especially when they don't have ID. We can't find any record of you in the Secretary of State system. There's a problem. I tell >> So here's here's here's what's going to happen. Okay, we're going to do one of two things. One, I'm going to ask you for your name and date of birth again. You're going to give me the correct name and date of birth and I'm and I'm going to find you. If I can't find you, you're going to have to come with me to the station. You are going to be under arrest. You are going to get fingerprinted. I have no reason to lie, sir. I don't have anything I I was with my son so I can say it. I used my you can actually You can drop a hundred names of people here that you hear all the time. >> I'm not trying to give you a tall story or anything. I I have a job to do and everything is on camera. That's why I didn't even give him any any any hassle. Okay, so is your married name Wilson or your married name Bilbro? >> is Wilson. It was Bilbro. He just asked me to give him what it was before then. Okay. Have you ever been arrested in Illinois? >> No, I have not. Never? And we just moved from downstate Illinois. Okay, you've always lived in Illinois? Uh before then, I was when I was a baby in California. >> Did you ever have a state ID or a driver's license in the state of Illinois? >> Yeah, yeah. I was telling you I had an ID and a driver's license. Okay, have you ever had a driver's license or a state ID from any other state? >> No, I have not. Okay. The investigation continued before taking the woman away, but she did not stay still, repeatedly interrupting as if she could change the outcome. If she's cashed checks here, would there be record of it? That's what I asked the front desk too and they said Only one. Well, I think So, I'm trying to see if I can I didn't pay a card or I paid he paid cash, I believe that. That was he was just I I didn't I didn't make the purchase, that was just for bought for my youngest son. I just have the receipt and he was like, "When was the last time you made a Walmart purchase?" And that was the last time I So. Okay. So, here's here's our options. I need that receipt back. You want you want to cut her? That's our deal. I cannot help you. I have no idea who she is. We've tried everything possible and that's just not her. Yeah, the only thing is that I really do stop And I said I I have no problem telling you Okay. And yeah I mean, you're going to have to come up with something. Please. Let's go. Yeah. Spell your name again. A S H L E I G H. Not you. A S H L E G C I S N E R S. Cisneros. I'll remember this one day. I promise. There's a lot of names in my head right now. Yeah. All right. Officer Martinez. Mhm. Can you please search? I don't have anything, officer. By this point, the woman realized that her words alone would change nothing, so she began turning to other tactics, even dragging her own family into it. Can I just pay for it? If that's the case? >> No. >> I was in a You know I was I just got out of the hospital. I was in a car with my son, my 10-year-old. That's what I was saying. That's a fill out for a gift card. That's a fill out for a gift card. >> Okay, well, I'm just looking. I mean, I wouldn't lie to you, sir. I just got out of the hospital. And like I said, you can ask Sherry at the >> Ma'am, I cannot identify you in any way, shape, or form. I have tried running your name a million different ways. Nothing comes up with you. >> That's what I'm saying. I I I don't understand why and that's what I'm saying, I'm not lying to you, sir. Who's Jer- Uh that's my uh sister. Okay. All I'm saying is Her name Her short is short for Jer- actually. Those are uh uh Am I going to find anything in here with your actual name on it? >> have I just got out of the hospital. That's what I'm saying. That's a medical card information. That's all that is, sir. From the DHS, that was just information that you can contact to get your medical card. That's all. That's what I'm saying. I have no reason Well, here's the thing. If I can identify you, I don't got to go through all this. I have no reason to lie to you. I'm giving you everything. But you're giving me every reason to not believe you. >> Okay. Okay. What's wrong, sir? I'm telling you I have no reason to lie. I've had I have no I haven't combatted with anyone. I have no reason to lie. During the search, officers discovered documents bearing another woman's name, and she seemed to fear something, immediately cutting in to speak. I just want to explain something. So, I showed him my wall- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to cut you off. I showed him my I wanted to tell him my wall- my little Texas exemption card is in there cuz you know I uh uh teach and so you can use the Texas exemption in the green and you bring your actual letter in with your name on it and they give you like a gray card and I laminated it, but you can see, it's on there. I have no reason to lie. There are There are many reasons to lie. What I'm trying to explain >> have anything. Ma'am, I can't even identify you. How can I tell you if you have warrants or not when I don't even know who you are? There's no way the state of Illinois wouldn't have some some record of you. That's a public storage receipt from my sister. She gave her a bunch of information about her sister. Well, the only reason only reason I got the information about my sister on the public storage receipt is I paid it yesterday for her. Well, she and the only reason those is actually just me calling DHS to get my medical information transferred while I was in the hospital. And that's it. Okay, so here's what's going to happen. We're going to go to the station. We're going to have to fingerprint you for identification. Once we can identify you Can I just pay the bail? Once No. No, once we identify you if it's not if it's your first time being arrested, you're going to get a citation and seen and be released. If you have priors if you have prior arrest it will be And who's he with? He's He's with the other adult, but that's what I'm Who's the other adult? >> My oldest son. That's what I'm saying. How old is your oldest son? He's 26. Okay. Well, then they they are more than welcome to come on down to the police station. That's what I'm saying. We'll We'll let them know. Even as she was escorted to the vehicle, the woman showed no sign of shame, continuing to do as she pleased and even saying whatever she could to try to manipulate the situation. Do you have my phone? Do you have my phone? Can you see if the mirror has my phone? Have a seat. If she does, I need to know. I don't have it. Okay. You have to go to meet me at the Go to the house and I'll call you when I get to the station. Have a seat. Can I call him when I going to the station? Hold this for me. You guys, I have my 10-year-old with me. Can we really not do this for this? I promise. Can I just pay for Sit back for me, please. Please. Please, sir. Can I just pay for I have my 10-year-old with me. I don't want to go to jail. >> you to sit back for me. I'm back. I'm back. It's It's strangling me. I'm back. >> I'm trying not to I can't sit too far back. I don't want to crush my hands on it. She had to put them tight cuz my waist a little. But I'm saying I have my 10-year-old with me. Can I please just pay for the day? He's with your grown son. He's 26 years old. >> He has seizures. She was charged with retail theft as she passed the last point of sale without paying for the concealed items and was taken into custody for identification through fingerprinting. Actions have consequences no matter how small the situation seems. Dishonesty and poor decisions can quickly escalate into serious legal trouble. Next, move on to the chaos caused by this very Walmart employee. Oh, you're digging it into my arm. Let go. Let You're digging it into my arm. No, chill. You're not forcing I promise you this is not going to go well for you. Sit in the car. You're going to gun club. Sit in the car. On November 20th, 2025, police were dispatched to Walmart after receiving reports of a raging outburst occurring inside and it was revealed that the cause came from one of their own employees. To understand what truly happened, listen to the testimony of this employee. What's going on? Um I'm the one that I'm the one that called it. Okay. I got an associate who I was just trying to like not even hold her accountable like this. Speak to her for Walmart our core values stick to the individual. Like you can't be cussing each other out in front of people like So Like just from there the the tension just went overboard and so we we called like a a lady team leader and a lady big boss coach and I went to talk to the lady in the in the the room whatever it was and she was not having it and then she got she like we use this little um pointy thing to like grab stuff off the shelf. Yeah, she started holding it in her hand like a weapon. Not really like a weapon, but she had it in her hand swinging it like talking on the phone with somebody like in her language or whatever. And when she was um like literally right after that um when the when the coach told her like you're being hostile right now like clock out and come back and talk to the store manager tomorrow if you want. Basically giving her a chance. Yeah, and then once she said you're being hostile, I guess she took that like she about to be fired or something. She like you playing with my money and my family. She dropped it and just started swinging on the coach. The lady coach and then right after that she started um I walked him outside talking to the officer. Additionally, regarding the woman's actions, several witnesses came forward and provided their statements showing that her behavior was completely abnormal. She attacked two coaches, myself and the officer. Do you want to press charges? She attacked us, yes. Yes. Okay, that's all I need to know. Okay. All right, so I'll get back with you. Okay. Uh what happened? She punch you, scratch you? I see you guys scratches on there. She She hit me in the face. She attacked him too. Hit me in the face. Okay. Then she went after the team leader and started hitting him. Then she came back and hit me in the face. Then she hit the team leader again in the face. Then she ran out here, attacked him, threw one of those glass flower things at him. He just took off running. So he saw him out there. Uh oh, that was outside. >> Okay. At the same time, other officers approached the woman who, after everything she had done, sat in a corner of the store, and it could be said this was the beginning of her lack of cooperation. What happened? I'm going to be good. I don't know. Let's talk outside though. My mother is here. Okay. How old are you? 28? Okay, we can talk outside. You just coughed in your hand. I'm sorry, I'm not going to do that. You can stand up. I'm 28. You stand up. You can stand up. You just had a whole outbreak. Let's come on, you can stand up. I can't go to leave. All right, that's fine. We'll stand you up. Wait, wait. There's no wait. I want my drink. Wait. I'm sorry. I want my She's going to jail, ma'am. You can go home. Thank you. No, ma'am. She's 28 years old. You can go home. It seemed to stop at mere non-cooperation, but soon after her mental state spiraled into panic once again, bringing with it a wave of chaos that stretched from inside the store to the outside. Where are you taking me? To jail. Which one? Ow, you're digging it into my arm. You're digging it into my arm. Ma'am, go home. You need to tell my mother where you're taking me. You're a grown woman. >> Where am I going? Where am I going? >> To jail. Where? Which one? You're digging it You're digging it into my Stop digging it into my arm. I told you I felt weak. You need to help I am You didn't seem weak after you started screaming like that. Because you were hurting. That's why I want to go Just your firearm down. Ain't no point in coming back. Where are you taking me? Which jail? Which one? Sit down and we'll tell you. Sit down. No, tell me. >> force I'm promising you this is not going to go well for you. Sit in the car. You're going to Gun Club. Sit in the car. Let me out, please. Sitting in Gun Club. Let me out, please. Ow. Let me out of the Gun Club. Jail. The woman appeared weak, but in reality her actions showed she was putting on an act and even after being arrested, a witness went as far as giving a sworn statement to firmly confirm the horrific thing she had done. I am the fashion coach here. Okay. So, I got called in to come speak to an associate by a coach back Mhm. Um, that's the other guy who she jumped on as well. So, when I went to the back room to speak to her, I said, "Hey, can we go and have a conversation me, you, and both guys?" And she said, "No, I don't want to talk to him." I said, "Do you mind talking to me?" She said, "We can talk right here." And I said, "That's not how we do things. We go behind closed doors what's going on. We don't need nobody else into it." She said, "No, whatever you can say, you can say right here." And I said, "No, we need to go behind closed doors." So, she said, "Well, I don't want to I don't want to talk about it. I don't want to talk to nobody." Just like that. So, I said, "Okay." So, I said, "Well, standing up behind me." And I said, "Well, I said she could come down and go home and then she could speak to the store manager on her next scheduled shift." So, I said, "Okay." So, I said, "You can go home when the store manager come on your next scheduled shift, you can talk to her." So, she ignored us and she picked up the phone and she started speaking to someone on the phone in Korean. Now, I know a little bit of Korean and basically what she was telling me what she was telling whoever on the phone was that not for work for work, but was basically telling them that she, um different coaches are telling her different thing. And the whole time she's doing it, she has a stick in her hand, a metal stick, and she's hitting it back and forth while she's talking to the person on the phone in Korean. So, once she finished talking, I said, "Hey, you can clock out and go home." Just like this, I got my hands in my pocket. I said, "Hey, you can clock out and go home." I was just standing behind her. She said, "Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my money. Girl, you ain't going to mess with my livelihood." Finally, she was ultimately charged with battery and trespassing. Actions driven by uncontrolled emotions can quickly spiral into serious consequences, proving that losing control in a critical moment can cost everything, including one's freedom and future. In the next case, this woman believed she could easily walk away with a heavily loaded backpack. That's why I did it. I'm I'm not I didn't want to bring the cops involved cuz I tried to deal with it myself. On October 30th, police received a call from Costco about a woman committing theft. Upon arriving at the scene, the suspect was attempting to flee, but was quickly stopped by the officers. Hey, where you going? I'm sorry. I'm trying to do it not out here, okay? You want to go inside? All right. You want to lead the way? Yeah, I will. Do you have ID with you? Yes. I'm sorry. I have a personal matter. It's not drugs or anything. My kids involved. That's why I did I don't want to sit there. I'm upset and Come on. Bring it to me. What's your first name? It was clear from the woman's state that she understood what was happening and using that the police quickly addressed the matter leading her to admit her actions. I know that they already confronted you from the store. Do you want to tell me anything about what's going on or anything like that? That's why I did it. I I'm not I didn't want to bring the cops involved cuz I just tried to do it with it myself. Because I didn't want them to do anything. Okay. All right. Um Both of you guys saw it? Yeah, I did. You want to open your bag? Is it all right if I do it? Don't care. Go ahead. At this point the police also searched the woman's bag and all evidence of her wrongdoing was revealed. My mom. Is it all right if I sit this here? Yeah. I lied to them. All right. So, I know I'm wrong but Shortly after, an employee arrived and gave a full statement of what he had witnessed, providing enough evidence to convict the woman. All right. Chris, raise your right hand for me. Swear everything you said is truthful to the best of your knowledge and truth. >> Yes. So, where were you at? What did you see? I was in uh the aisle of uh next aisle over from our office uh office supply stuff and I saw an inside the cart of water and next to the top of the water there was a bag bag on top of the water as well. I saw her put uh these flat steaks inside the backpack but it was the only item I saw her conceal from the store and nothing else. Okay. Uh once the concealment uh happened, I made my manager Don aware of what was happening. I received uh information from her to go and call law enforcement who put you guys on the route to make uh the make contact and we'll be out there shortly. Okay. And then you observed her all the way The entire process through. Uh she went through our um tools uh and hard hardware section, cut through our uh the cash registers, through the exit line and I was on the phone with Garden PD the entire time. As soon as she exited and she exited, my manager made contact and that's when you came out and saw me. Okay. Returning to the woman, she had heard the entire account herself and it seemed she could no longer deny anything at that point. All right. Anything I mean you just heard his story. He saw everything. Are you going to claim it from her? >> all I can say is I'm I'm telling y'all the truth so Okay. And that's a good address that you gave me? Who was there with you? My mom. Your mom? Okay. All right. Yeah, I think we can get a receipt Yes. uh print it up for that stuff. Yep. And we can go from there. You have a car here? How How'd you get here? I took the bus. Bus stop. Do you guys have a license or ID card in Florida? I have a but Right now I'm waiting for a place to help. We got plates. So, I'm in the program and all of that. I'm not on anything. I just did it for my kid cuz they keep harassing me and my kid. It's the same thing you have in your email. Really? You have that in your email? I have an email. Okay. Do you guys want a trespass? We can do an 18-month trespass warning. So, you won't be allowed back in Publix for 18 months, okay? If you do come back here we'll have Sorry. Costco, sorry. She was charged with shoplifting, issued a court summons, and was allowed to leave shortly after. Actions have consequences. Once a wrong choice is made, denying it only makes things worse. Facing the truth early can prevent a situation from escalating beyond control. Temporarily leaving the retail stores behind, we turn to the woman who indulged in crime over just $1. Or paper, and I wanted a plastic, and I just I know. Yeah, I wanted a plastic. Let's try again. Okay, you want to try? Yeah. On July 20th, 2025, police received a call from a restaurant reporting a woman attempting to steal a single dollar from the store. To clarify the situation, officers arrived at the restaurant, and here's what unfolded. The lady Uh-huh. asked me to give the bottle water Okay. and I say we sell the water for $1. Yeah. And she say I she don't have it and she steal. Where is she? She's still inside. I asked her to Do you want her trespass? Yeah, I want her to be Cuz you want to steal the money. Hi. What's going on? I was asking for like a free cup of water, but I had to wait for the owner. Okay, he was there maybe there was a miscommunication. He said that they sell the water for a dollar. There's no miscommunication. I just wanted a cup of water. Are you willing to provide her with a cup of water? No, we don't have we don't sell we don't have bottle water tap water. Okay, so they they don't give cups of water. So, they want you to leave. Well, it's paper and I wanted plastic and I just I know, yeah, I wanted a plastic cup, I guess. Okay. Or like a glass glass is nice. I really like it when it's glass. Okay, but they don't Although the issue was clearly explained, she deliberately pretended not to understand acting as if the store belonged to her. Even when the officers offered alternative solutions, she showed no intention of changing her mind. How much how much will give you water if you go in and ask? They have a fountain by the deli. Don't steal it, but if you go in and be like, "Hey." Okay. Okay? Right. All right. Thank you. You're welcome. So, are you going to get up and leave? Probably not. Okay, then you're going to be arrested for trespassing. Why would I be arrested? Sir, tell her that she's not allowed back here for a year if that's what you want. Yeah, I want I want her to leave. Okay. But why did you ask me He's asking you to leave. Are you going to leave? Will you tell me why? Ma'am, are you going to leave? Will you tell me why? Because he's refusing you service. Are you going to leave? I'd ask him to leave. He's refusing he's refusing to serve you. He's refusing to give you water. Are you going to leave? Yeah. She escalated the situation over a free cup of water, and as she remained uncooperative, the officers moved closer to her preparing to take decisive action. Stand up, you're under arrest. Stand up. Yeah. 221 750 white female. You get there 43. Thanks. No, actually I thought I'd just get either one of y'alls information like name you guys have like ID or anything? ID? Yeah, just someone who has ID. Yeah, fine. That's you or you're the store owner? Yes. Okay, perfect. You know What's a good phone number for you? It's private. She wanted the money. All the money. I should Did she take any of it or not? No, no, no. >> Because I think all of these shine right now. Got you. This is so dumb. Right? What do you want? Do you use drugs? I'm high. Yeah. This is a bad trip for you. Okay. Okay, what? Sit down, please. Where? >> Oops, in the back of this car. What car? This one. 827? Yep. Why? Look, Kel, there's a lot of space in there. Because you're under arrest. Why am I under arrest? Trespass after warning. It was clear that the woman was not in a normal state of mind and this became even more apparent through her deliberate attempts to make the situation difficult. A warning. Sit down, please. >> I'm not going. So you're pulling away from me? Yeah. Okay. Drumwright, come back out here. Stop. Stop what? Now you're Now you get a resisting charge. Congrats, you win. Okay. Drumwright, come back outside, please. Oh, seriously? Over and out. Oh, my goodness. What you do? Kicked yourself off and then pulled away and then It's too easy. Yeah, so now she gets obstruction. Yep. Oh. Let's try again. Okay, you want to try? Yeah. Yeah, actually Hold it right there. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Just hold Hold on. I got something else. Okay. Yep. All right, you good? Stop. This is so stupid. >> Stop what? After causing the chaos, the woman was placed in the patrol car, showing no remorse, and continuing to revel in the trouble she had created. You can give me your social. Whatever's easiest. You already know what it is. No, I don't. I have no clue who you are. Okay. So, which way are we going to do this? What do you mean? Are you going to give me your social or am I going to take a fingerprint scanner? >> Hold on, you said Britney? What's your name? Carley. Carley? Mhm. C a r l e y? Nope. How do you spell it? K a r l e K a r l e e? E to the Okay. All right, Carley. What's your last name? Bellisle? Figure it out. Carley, what's your middle name? Hey. What's your birthday? I'm trying to help you get away getting another charge. You already know what my birthday is. I really don't. I've never seen you before in my life. All right. What's your birthday? Come on now. Not Not going to give it to me? You're winning the staring contest, okay? I'm tired. I'll fully admit you're winning the staring contest, okay? Okay. Damn. you. The suspect was charged with trespassing and resisting an officer without violence. Refusing to comply with clear instructions from authorities only escalates the situation and leads to serious legal consequences. Next, this woman believes she could hide everything. We're charging you with resisting arrest. Can you just please give me my coat and my damn cigarette? We don't know. Just give me my coat and my cigarette. On January 11th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a Nordstrom store to apprehend a woman for shoplifting, and upon arrival, the scene outside quickly turned chaotic. I told this uh lady I tried to return all this stuff. All this stuff here. Yeah, separate. No, no, none of this stuff have no sensors on it. Hi. No, none of this stuff have no sensors. I didn't do this. The lady before me just did this. She said I got sensors on my stuff. Ain't none of this Ain't none of this stuff got no sensors on it. Sorry. Sir, can you just give me my coat? No, sir. Can you please? All right, we're going to go back inside with him, all right? >> I I can't I'm I'm not because my ride just left me, but I Ain't none of this stuff got no sensors on it. Sorry. Is there sensors on you? Huh? Can you just show me your driver's license? I don't know. You got to have a driver's license, ma'am. My ride she was being difficult. All this stuff is ours. No, I did No, I did not. >> not going to argue. Let me see your driver's license. He went somewhere. I don't know where he went. All right. All right. Are you [ __ ] serious? Yeah, apparently he is. So, she tried returning this. I did not try. Well, hold on. Let him Let him speak. Let him tell them what's going on. And we'll talk to you, all right? Yeah, the cashier just called us and she was like I wasn't trying to The stuff that I just tried to I was trying to I left the stuff up there. It was two pair of boots. Relax. Take a deep breath. Oh my god, this [ __ ] is crazy. I did walk in that store with that bag, sir. All right. We're not going to argue with you. I'm sorry. I'm trying to get you to agree with her saying you and I talk. I don't even What's your name? What's your first name, miss? Calissa. Calissa? Yeah. And what's your last name? Okay. Where's your license at? Even as officers tried to explain everything to her, she kept interrupting as if she simply did not care. I don't have anything on me. Listen, let me do my job. You are not cooperative. Just relax a little bit. You are grabbing me. Okay. Yanking Okay. me. Come on. I will tell you exactly I don't have anything on me that will hurt you. I have nothing on me. This is our job. Will you stop talking for one second? It's my car. I can show you my ID. Nothing is on me that will hurt you. it started up like this is because of your behavior. You understand that? No, just calm down. Is your ID in your purse? Are you okay with me getting it? Yes. Can I get your ID out of here? I got out of the car to a gunpoint. Yeah. My 3-year-old in the backseat. Like what are you talking? My ID is in my purse. Yes, and I can show you my registration and everything that's in the car as well. It's my car. So, now we're back to a calmer demeanor, but I don't know who you are. This is how I've been this entire time. No, you were You were standing there not listening to me. I simply said I said it I said come to me about 10 times and you then you started drifting this way. Like what are You haven't talked to me about the 3-year-old that's right there. I don't cuz I don't know who you are. Under the officer's persuasion, she calmed down slightly and a bit of information from her finally began to be revealed. >> Okay, so can you explain to me how this is a car registered to you? Yes, I can show you the registration. >> explain to me why it was reported stolen yesterday? >> I I've been having uh problems with the people I got it from, like the loan people. So when did When did you take Did you take the car back yesterday? >> No. How long have you had the car back? I've had this car since October since September. I've bought this car >> you say they tried to When they tried to repossess it >> tried So I made a payment on the car. They report They tried to repossess it from and then I They called the police >> Tell me about that when you say they tried to like how Did they actually take it? >> No, they tried to take it from me because they told me that I had they could repossession over insurance. So they reported to the police that they were going to repossess and everything. I called the police cuz I couldn't find it. I found it, it was in my lot. Now I took it. So then I'm like, I don't know what's going on. So I called the police. The police said that it was on the repossession list. I talked to the police in Glendale Heights. >> Is this at Is this at the address this is happening at? >> Yes. So then I called the The Glendale police actually called me and told me they could not do anything about it because it was a civil matter because they are talking about I didn't make a payment. I have proof of all the payments that I made. >> I'm confused. Why is Glendale Heights involved if you live in a I don't know. That's why I'm sitting here. >> buy this car in Glendale Heights? That's why I called you guys. Clearly her story was full of holes and even she could not explain it herself. In fact, officers had already suspected that the car had been placed on a repossession list in November and then mysteriously disappeared from the impound lot. >> You're didn't to me. You didn't take it out of the repo lot last night? No. All right. And now there was an issue right correct with the property or something. Then there's never been repo is what you're saying. No. How can I steal it out of the repo lot last night when it was in my I don't know. That's why I'm asking. I just I'm wondering why they would would have decided to put it into into our system as stolen just yesterday. You know, it's yesterday. That's why That's why you understand why the reason You understand the reason we came at you the way we did when it was when it stolen within 24 hours and then That's fine. That's That's totally fine. I've had this car for more than 24 I've had this car since September. Okay, well, I just want to give you a heads-up. I'm going to let I'm going to see what they want to do with this. It's stolen out of the Obviously, if they have a crime on their end and they They actually look at my I got Listen, I'm trying I'm trying to explain to you. If they say it's their case, right? I just happen to find you up here. If they say they got charges or something against you reference going to repo lot, then you're probably going to come with us, okay? And then There's no repo lot. Or the car at least is going to come with us and then they they might come interview you later on, but I'm waiting for a phone call from them, okay? Who is that to you? That's what we're getting is but Okay. Did Anyone get your kids name yet from here? No. Okay. Does JD Byrider sound familiar? Is that the place you leased your car from? I'm going to get you out of here now, okay? You're not going to jail. Just give me a second. Um just running past you. I called Long story short, car was repoed in November then a week later the car wasn't in the lot. They go interviewing her asking if she took the car out of the lot. She kind of plays dumb and says, "I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know where the car is." Civil issue JD Byrider who's the leasing company says, "Who cares? We don't have sign complaints. We're just going to go repo it again from her. So, they said they'll try and take it from her again in the future and they don't I'm like, "Well, I'm going to cut them now. I'm going to cut them both." And I'm like, "Well, obviously you're not in trouble. You can take her out of here in cuffs." In the end, officers only proceeded to repossess the vehicle and the woman was released at the scene. Nevertheless, she was still charged with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and obstruction of justice. Her actions showed that arguing and refusing to cooperate only made the situation worse and that when a legal dispute over a vehicle arises, honesty and cooperation with the police are the only ways to avoid turning a civil problem into criminal charges. Worse, this woman was not even normal at all. No, it's called there's laws. Are you diagnosed with anything? Schizophrenia? No. On July 3rd, 2025, officers were dispatched to a gas station store after receiving reports that a woman attempted to steal items and caused a disturbance there. To better understand her behavior, listen to this employee describe what happened. What you doing? She broke this coming here and just falling down and stealing the things and I was She's ready to get run over if she don't watch what she's doing. Plus she steal the things and at the morning one of the my customer is standing over at the counter and he she come and she ask her give the money. He just I don't have money. She comes in since morning to the store, takes our stuff, grab and run away. And we just tell her to leave or she doesn't go. And once she see you you guys or she see like somebody's coming or this I just calling, she goes out of the store. And we she's banned from our store. Who banned her? Tell her I don't know. Can you guys tell her or >> Yeah, I'll tell her. I'll The woman standing in the distance was the very suspect officers were looking for. She showed no sign of remorse, lingered around the area, and even seemed ready to escalate the situation further. Watch out, you got a car in there. No. Okay, let's get out of the street. Well, you can't go on the property. I can. Huh? You can't. You're banned. So, what's going on today? Well, hold on. You're not free to go. You're not free to go. You're not. Just let tell her I'm Hey, don't come back over here anymore. You come back here you're going to be arrested. Yes, you will. I see her four times. I've dealt with her I think one time before. I can't remember where, but Can't understand what you're saying. This is he works here. His owner said he don't want you here, so you're not allowed. I just talked to him on the phone. Do not come back on the property. It's as simple as that. Oh, okay. You want to step foot on the property? What? Don't step foot on the property. You'll be arrested. No, you don't. No, it's called there's laws. Can you get out of the street? Well, I see why she was in the hospital. It was clear her disruptive behavior needed no further explanation. Officers quickly moved in to arrest her, but she refused to make it easy. Put your hands on top your head. Yes. Would you like to get tased? I'll tase your ass. Put your hands on top of your head right now. All right, I'm done. No. No. You're under No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're about to go on the ground. Stop. No, you're not. Get her up. Put her down. I got it. What do you put after the crazy bud. This is ridiculous. Now you got a resisting charge. What [ __ ] charge? That's not a [ __ ] charge. >> You're going to jail. So stupid. Right after the handcuffs were secured, the woman calmed down slightly and she offered a brief explanation for her own instability. What? Why are you acting this way? Seriously. What do you mean? Why why did you have to do that? What do you mean? What did you just get out of the hospital for? To get some more meds. What do you need your meds for? Well, hallucination. What do you suffer from? Schizophrenia? Yeah. Jasmine, heart is racing. Jasmine, what are you doing this for? Where are you staying at right now? Down there, on Lovers Lane. Quit trying to pull the cuff off. You're going to hurt your wrist. So, what are you doing today in here after we told you not to come back? And you came right back. Come on, girl. Stand you up, okay? Ready? Ready? Yeah. Pull your legs up to you, like your feet. Ready? 24. Do you need EMS? Yeah. For what? Hallucinating. I have no meds. Do you have anything in your bra? No. Yeah, I know. That's what I said. What happened to your ear? I don't know. It's was bleeding. Yeah. Pretty bad. >> Yeah. My radio turned off. That's funny. What a spawn. Jeez. You ain't got to be doing all this. What did you go to the hospital for last time? Your meds? What did they give? Did they give you anything? What did they give you? Some oxygen. Some what? >> Some oxygen. Oxygen? Yeah. Okay. Hang on, let me crack these windows. After that, officers returned to the store to determine their course of action regarding the suspect's behavior. You just want her Do you want her Do you guys want to sign charges on her for trespassing or you just want her not to come back here? Not come back here. Everything Everything Everything Okay. We both We don't want to hold her here so we can't I got you. Yeah. Okay. Thanks, man. Hey, ma'am. How you Hi. My name is Sergeant Ford. I'm here to talk to you about what happened with you and the officers, okay? Okay, can you kind of run me through what happened? I didn't know I had a warrant and I don't. What happened, I mean, like with when you walked onto the property? I don't know. I was just talking to the cop. Did they tell you to leave? No. They never told you to leave? I don't know. I was in the store or I didn't steal. Did you speak with the officers at all? No. Did they put their hands on you? No. Okay, how did you Can you explain how you got in handcuffs for me? I was I was struggling. Can you tell me what that means? I was shaking. You were shaking? Yeah. Okay, did they tell you to put your hands behind your back or anything? No. Okay, did they grab you? Yeah. Did they tell you to stop? Yeah. And what did you do when that happened? Uh I tried to stop, but they didn't listen. They put handcuffs on me. Did they hit you or kick you? No. Did they take you to the ground or anything? Yeah. Are you diagnosed with anything? Schizophrenia. Schizophrenia? Yeah. In addition, while verifying her information, officers discovered she had outstanding offenses in her record. Disappointingly, she did not seem to care about that either. Oh. Where are we going? Going to jail. For what? For what? I told you you had two warrants out of Akron, and you just got two more charges today. You don't have anything on your body. No. Cuz you're going to go through a scanner, okay? Uh she was threatening me that she was going to shoot me, so I beat her out of her. I'll talk to you. I'll talk to you in a second. Yeah, she said, "Is it you? Is it you? Well, let me go get my gun." I was in the store. I was in the store, but they said their cameras didn't work. But she hit me for no reason. I was walking out. She was standing in front of the door like this, and I went to go around her. I don't know if she had something in her hand or something. They're on that corner up there, on the hood. Thanks, bro. So, I had I had to do this. So, um she hit me and um after that we just started fighting. Well, some dude came in there and helped her. Like, she's pulling my hair and he's grabbing You thought of you. You needed to report her to >> to so you can get her name and there. I want her charges on her and um they told me the only way I had to do it. Why did you go to jail? Because I pulled a gun. I went back to the dude grabbed me up and I pulled the gun out. I went back home. On the parent >> Oh, then you came back. Yeah. Finally, she was ultimately charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and battery on a police officer. Ignoring warnings, refusing accountability, and neglecting personal health only escalate problems. Taking responsibility early could prevent a difficult situation from turning into a life-altering mistake.
