She puts it under her phone >> and me. >> Cameras are often the clearest evidence officers can use to confront thieves with their actions. Yet some still refuse to feel ashamed and continue with their own tricks. >> When I walked in, hold on. When I walked in, tell him >> they were pretty positive that the male who was working with her in whatever silver car pushed out a cart full of stuff and then left. I swear to God I won't come back. I won't. >> I did take it, but I never made out the door with it. I never did. >> IT IS 2025. I AM BLACK. CAN'T HAVE A PIECE OF MONEY. >> Here are the times when shoplifterss think they pulled off a flawless walk out. Starting with the woman who thought she could outsmart the cops only to end up disappointed. So, obviously you're trying to buy someone the gift card. What's the receipt for the other? >> That's when I got the gift card. >> Oh, I'm convincing that [music] you have all those cards in there. >> Yep. >> I don't I'm not stealing anything from anybody. >> On the 29th of March 2026, police received a call from Kohl's after reports of a woman allegedly shoplifting from the store. According to the store, she had attempted to use gift cards to pay, but the problem appeared to be with the cards themselves. First, here's what happened when the officer approached her. >> I'm Sergeant Angel with the police department. The store inside was calling about some suspicious activity. Mentioned a lady with a large shoulder bag like yours is on the phone. I was about to walk out of the store and they thought you may have taken something. >> No, I just got on the phone because they just tried to do my card and they said that there's nothing on it, but there is something on the card. I just got it on the fifth. So, he said I needed to call them. He just told me to call the people. >> Okay. So, it's a gift card. >> Yes. He just told me to call them. So, that's why I'm on the phone. Got >> I'm on the phone trying to talk to them now. >> Okay. All right. You might want me to walk back inside and talk to them together, try to figure out what's going on. >> There's nothing going on and I'm not going back inside because I didn't do anything. I was just at the counter. I was just at the counter and he just told me to call these people and I'm just walking out the door. So, how am I having a suspicious activity when I just tried to purchase something? >> Well, that's what I'm trying to figure out. The store called us, right? I wasn't here so I don't know for sure, but they called and said it appeared that you and some other people who were the guard that's over there by the Wendy's were working together to try to distract them and steal some stuff. >> I'm not I'm gonna >> That's fine. That's why I was just asking if you would mind walking with us just to talk with everyone together or anything, but I did not do anything and I don't feel like I'm being targeted for something that I didn't do. I'm in there trying to purchase a shirt and some shoes. The one right out here. >> That's her. >> Yep. >> What did she take? >> She had the bag. She had She was with a male who walked out a bunch of stuff. >> Yeah. >> The bag itself. She took >> No, no, no. She walked in with that. >> Okay. >> She walked in. >> So, did she take anything? >> I don't know. I I told the operator there. I could not I can't verify she took anything. >> They were together though. So, she's with a guy and the guy walked out with a full card. >> Do you know exactly what he took? >> I approximately like shoes. He got a bunch of different stuff, but shoes. I get video and pulled >> and they said I can't use my card. >> Okay. So, that's the only thing I'm trying to do. So, I don't feel like I did anything wrong. There's no reason to even have have to go through all this. >> Okay. Is it a receipt for the gift card or something else? >> Receipt for the gift card because that's what I was trying to purchase the shoes with. >> Did he give you like a reason why it wasn't working? >> No, because he said he said once they do the thing, he said once he's on, I have to call the energy number. He said because they show the shoes that look on the >> woman spoke quickly and repeatedly made the same points, showing signs of anxiety that only raised more suspicion. But at this point, the store employee had a very different story to tell. >> Um, skinny African-American. I believe it was a white shirt. Very thin white beard. >> A white beard. >> Yeah, like a thin white beard. >> Okay. And was there just two people? >> They just came in together. I don't There was I believe there was a third waiting in the car out there. So, there probably is two in the car cuz when I went when I went to get a cart earlier, I saw a guy waiting by the car which is on that side. So that's I'm guessing that was another person. >> The lady who's outside right now with a big shoulder bag is Do we know for sure that she didn't? >> I I cannot confirm it, but she is one of our habitual ones that we have. I So I don't know for sure. >> Do you know her name? >> I don't. >> Okay. >> I think the other she was in the other day if I remember correctly. >> She was saying something about trying to use a gift card tonight. >> She tried. >> Okay. What was she trying to buy? >> Um pair of shoes. >> Okay. But she didn't We don't know that she walked out with anything or did anything. Right. No, but I the bag was less full when she came in and full when she came in. Full when she beep going out and then she looked at me and I said from the Yeah, the thing. >> It looked as though it's another male out there and it looks I don't know for sure. >> Okay. >> The employee accused the woman of working with another man involved in the incident, raising suspicions that this could be a coordinated shoplifting scheme. But watch how she reacted when confronted with the accusation. >> So the issues kind of clarified a little bit. Again, he believes that you were working in concert with these people that are over there in that car, >> whether you were or not. >> Uh, also though, he mentioned as you walked out that the anti- theft device that's there in those little columns that detect stuff with tags on it from the store went off as you walked out and your bag appears fuller now than it was when you first came in the store. >> That was full when I came in. >> Okay. be as it may based on everything he's telling us here. It appears that you stole something today because there's no other reason that alarm would go off. >> No, I did not. And I walked in the thing. >> I need your bag so we can search what I have because my bag this this is my personal stuff. I can't >> miss based on everything we have here. I got problem calls to search your bag. >> Then you're going to be arrested for resisting and then we'll search the bag after. Is that what you want to do? >> When I walked in, hold on. When I walked in, tell him please I was telling you to act around it. Don't arrest me. >> Don't arrest me. Please. >> It's too late, man. >> Please, sir. Please, sir. Please don't arrest me. Please don't arrest me. >> Go that reverse. Yep. >> Please don't arrest me. Please don't arrest me. >> Please don't arrest me, sir. >> I get his hands. >> I want you to ask him what I came in with. I came in with Sir, sir. I came in with stuff. >> I came in with stuff. Sir, can you please not me? >> I was going to give you I was going to I was going to give you the bag, but I was telling you to ask him. No, I was going to I was texting you to ask him if it came in. >> Okay, I'll do the car. >> You're under arrest. Walk to the car before it gets worse. >> I'll do that. I'll do anything to get >> We're walking. We can talk about all that in a second. >> Looking back, the woman never stopped holding her phone, either pretending to call someone or possibly speaking to an accomplice. And when [snorts] officers checked her bag, they found more merchandise, suggesting she may have experience with this kind of theft. Is Seven Side still by himself? But they were pretty positive that the male who was working with her in whatever silver car, pushed out a cart full of stuff and then left. Apparently, I know what car she showed up in. We find a wallet at all ID or anything on the back or something or something. >> Who did you come here with tonight? >> I came here with my friend. >> Okay. What's your friend's name? >> Friend's name is um Jaylen. >> Jaylen? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is Jaylen the guy who was driving or is he a passenger? >> There's a couple people in the car besides you, right? Jaylen and someone else. >> Yeah. >> Who else was in there besides you and Jaylen? >> Um me and Andre. >> Okay. And uh what do they look like? Who's who? Who had the white beard? >> Who is the white beard or goatee? Yeah. >> Is that Jayen or is that Andre? >> Which white beard? >> Do they both have white beards? >> No. Um, well, Andre's uh he has he has salt and pepper. >> Okay, close enough. Sorry. What' you say, coach? >> Uh, you have anything in your bra? >> No, I don't. >> As much as you ask carefully if you can try. >> I'm going to do a quick flesh underneath your breast. All right. Back to hand everything. >> The woman then admitted that her male friend matched the employees description, causing the pieces to slowly come together. Now she had to explain the suspicious merchandise found inside her bag. >> So all that stuff in there that's brand new and and pristine. No dirt, no nothing, no lint from the bag. It's it's all stuff on the fifth. >> Okay. >> So you just bought that all on the 5th. >> On the 5th. >> Did you buy it here? >> Yes. >> Okay. What'd you pay with? >> I paid cash. >> Gotcha. What time are you here? [clears throat] >> Before we answer, let me ask you this cuz obviously they have video footage. Every customer is here all day long. So on the 5th when we check, is it really going to show you buying that stuff? >> You'll show me. Yeah. >> Is it going to show you at the register paying for all that stuff that's in your bag? >> Show you. >> Okay. Somehow I doubt that. >> And then you don't want to leave me. You know what I'm saying? >> Why would you buy it all and then two days later come back to return it? >> It's the wrong size. Oh, >> okay. Who'd you buy it for? >> My cousin. >> Gotcha. And is there a reason your cousin just buy it for you or buy it for herself? >> Excuse me. >> Is there a reason your cousin didn't just come and buy it for herself? It was supposed to be a gift. It was a gift, sir. >> Oh, okay. >> So, put your feet in there. >> Whose car were you guys in tonight? Jaylen's or Andre's? >> I I don't know. >> What kind of car is it? >> I can't I don't know exactly what kind of car. >> All right. >> I know. >> You have Jaylen Andre's phone number. Um >> Andre doesn't have a phone. >> Okay. But Jaylen does? >> Yes. Okay. >> Can we get his number out of your phone? Um >> we'll do it with you. Well, This is not I'm going to do putting somebody else in jail or something. You know what I mean? If anything I mean it's not helping me get out of these cuffs. Really not helping me. I mean I mean I can say I'll do anything I have to do to get out of cuff. >> Yeah. >> You know what it's like. >> What's Jaylen Andre's last names? >> Uh I don't know. I don't >> sure but I mean that's what say but if I can help you know like get them to you or something. I mean it's going to help me. I'll do that. >> Well honesty would help a lot. I'm I'm telling you honestly I am. >> Sir, I'm looking at you and you're >> How long have you known Jaylen and Andre? >> Um Jaylen I just met him not too long ago um when I uh when I got out of prison and uh Andre I met him at the same time. >> But if you're wondering where the receipts the woman showed the officer came from. Investigators already had their own theory. The details only deepen suspicions that she may have been part of a more organized theft operation. >> Yeah. I'd like to ask him cuz again she's claiming she, you know, bought it and stuff. She claims that she came and bought all the stuff that was stolen tonight on this date and that's when uh also coincidentally she got the gift card, but of course she doesn't mention doing any returns then. She claims the only time she's been down here recently was to buy this stuff that was stolen tonight on the 5th, but obviously she had other stuff that she's already returned, which means she would have had to been here in the past. And I'm sure that stuff was also probably stolen probably a little bit before that and then you know she came back and returned it again. So the hard part is like without having them go back and watch all that video footage as well to to see like whenever this stuff was taken which again all we know is when she returned it. We don't even know when she may have taken the shirts and all that. So it's hard to say right now. >> I would say be because of the history and everything that's going on here. Just take it and log it as evidence. If she can prove that she legally got it, she can have it back. But for now, I have all this evidence just to kind of show like this is the stuff it seems like she's doing and most likely she's probably going to do the same with all this. She'll probably come back and would have returned it later if we didn't catch you tonight. So, appears you're not being honest. >> I'm being very honest with you, sir. I'm being very honest with you. >> Okay. So, let me ask you. When you came here on the 5th, right, two days ago, what all did you get? >> I got um underwear. I um I brought back some uh some shorts. No, I brought back two pairs of pants. That's how I got the thing. And I got um bras, underwear, I got socks. I got I got a couple things. >> Okay. But you said earlier that the fifth was the only time you've been down here since you got out of prison. >> The fifth was the only time. >> But how did you get the shirts or whatever that you returned if you hadn't been down here previously? >> Because they were given to him. >> Given who? >> They were given as a gift. He had them he had them for work and then he when I bought them back I bought them back to return them cuz I was coming down here. >> So you were pants. >> You didn't even purchase them. >> No, they were male pants. No, they were they were guy pants. >> Gotcha. And then I was coming here and then he asked if I could take and return him and I said, "Okay, no problem." And I got and I I got him and returned him. >> Finally, the woman was charged with felony petite theft [music] and resisting an officer without violence. This case shows how quickly a shoplifting investigation can become more serious when the evidence points to a larger pattern. Once the story, the merchandise, and the transactions begin to [music] conflict, trying to explain them away can make the situation even harder to defend. Next, these girls had stolen so much that one couldn't even remember which store she stole from. >> How are you guys? >> Yeah. And I have this. I don't know what store it is. >> So, you walked out of that. >> On the 3rd of July, 2026, police were dispatched to a store near a pier in New Jersey after reports of two teenage girls allegedly shoplifting. Here's what happened when officers arrived at the store. >> Yeah. Um, they're not back yet, though. They're just still looking around for the shop. >> Oh, they're out there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Did somebody already come in and talk to you guys about >> Yeah. Can I get some information real quick? Just like, do you guys know what they stole all that stuff? >> You guys have the security footage back here or is that all going to be up there? >> No, she can pull it up. So she grabs it right there >> and she puts it under >> me. >> The officer then approached the two girls involved. Both admitted to shoplifting, but seemed confused about which store had reported them. Okay, that's fine. >> Can they search their backpacks? >> Um, >> I I wouldn't right now. >> Search all the time. >> All right. Do you want to [music] go? If they want to let you go through it, you go ahead. But we're not going to do that. >> Um, so what exactly happened? She walked out with it. >> Yeah. >> Is that what happened? Well, who walked you walked out with it? >> We both Yeah, we both >> You both took one and walked out with it. >> Yeah. >> Is that all you guys took? >> Yeah. And I have this from I don't know which store it is. >> So, you walked out of that with that from another store? >> Yeah, this one. >> Okay. How old are you guys? >> I'm 19. I'm 18. >> Let's go over here and then we can finish chatting. the uh >> I just need the price for that. >> I'll come back and I'll you guys taking over there? >> Yeah, let's just let's just go talk over here. >> Did he Did he call me? Oh, my officer is going over there. >> The officers then made their decision along with explaining what the two girls would have to face for their actions. >> So, you guys are going to be placed under arrest for shoplifting. Okay. >> So, basically, we're just going to take you down to the station and get fingerprinted and you'll be released within like an hour, hour and a half with the summons. You just have to uh go to court for that. We'll explain it more as we go down, but you guys did confess to shoplifting. You guys walked out of the store. Whether it's something small or bigger, it's not really hard call to make. >> Actually, take these off. We're going to put you in a push. >> You want to give me that? >> You turn around. Put your hands right back. Yeah, I'll take this. >> It's not too tight, right? >> Yeah, I'll take my feet. two shotters in custody. >> From their attitude, neither girl seemed remorseful even after being arrested. And it appeared this wasn't the only store they had stolen from. As one of them was carrying a ring, she couldn't remember where she had taken it from. >> So, you don't know from which store you grabbed the ring, right? >> You guys um were they in our store or >> No, that's not stains. It was It was somewhere else because our guy just said that they docked into our story and then you guys intercepted. I just wanted to make sure that everything was okay. >> Yeah, we're all good. >> Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> And Delusia. >> Yeah. >> She took Where the [ __ ] did he get? >> Spread your legs a little bit. Spread your legs. >> A little bit more. >> Anything sharp on you? >> So, she said it's prior to her being arrested, but she took us from the store. He doesn't know what's from. >> Okay. All right. We'll just hold on to it as evidence then. >> Okay. >> Here. I can't. >> Yeah. Hopefully there's nothing else in here. >> Yeah. Search search that. >> I don't want to touch all that. >> I see. That looks like that might be that one uh place for the cast. You know how they have like this? >> But it didn't stop there. Police searched their bags and discovered even more items whose origins were unclear. All good. Okay. Search the bag yet. >> Not the me sensor. >> You might as well. We can just leave that material. All good. Okay. You guys search the mag. Here, Mr. Saler. You might as well. We can just leave them to one of them two. Go back for processing. Either him or Logan. >> Smig's up there. You want to have Smidig go with him? You two pick whoever wants to go do processing. You or Raph. >> Ariel. One of them two. Go back for processing. >> I'm going to have you go with either Raph or Lara for processing. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, I got all the information, video footage from inside the store. So, >> perfect. >> Oh, both our transports are here. >> We're going to bounce. >> In the end, the two girls were charged with shoplifting. Their [snorts] actions show that admitting to one theft does not necessarily end the investigation, especially when other items may raise more questions. Once police begin checking the evidence, [music] seemingly minor theft can quickly lead to additional consequences. Next, this woman kept denying her wrongdoing without showing any shame. >> That's not my hair. She put that on me, man. I'M LIKE, GRANDMA, THAT'S NOT MY ASS. On the 21st of February, 2024, police received a report from a Dillard store about a woman suspected of shoplifting who had been detained in the store's [music] loss prevention office. As soon as the officers arrived, they immediately placed her under arrest. >> Right there, cuz if I got to chase you, I'M [ __ ] RIGHT THERE. >> TAKE IT. >> HOLD ON. I can't take nothing. HELLO. >> Stop resisting. >> Let me just ask you something. I can ask you a question. >> I will dump you on the ground if you do not stop. >> Mr. Ask a question, please. >> Can I ask a question? I'm act >> too late for that. >> I didn't do nothing. No, ma'am. I can't take nothing. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am, just let him do what he got. >> Do not make me use force. >> Nothing. >> Don't make me use force. >> Okay. Can I put my phone in my pocket? >> Nope. Put your hands behind your back. Can I put my phone in my pocket? >> Put your hands behind your back. Look at my my stop. my phone. >> Ma'am, okay. >> The woman was then brought back to the loss prevention office along with the stolen items they had found. However, she immediately began denying that they belong to her. >> So, that's not mad. And I'm not getting that mad number. >> Okay. >> I thought I did touch. >> I hear you. >> I don't even know what you're referring to, but Okay. >> Yes, it is. I saw what she called you. She called the number. I said, "Should you call? You want to call? I don't want nothing. So she said that's mine. Be honest. Huh? That's not mine. She put that on me, man. ON MY GRANDMA. THAT'S NOT MY ASS. That's not mine, man. On my kids. That's not mine. I swear to God, that's not my hand. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you on the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer. Have him question. If you cannot afford a if you cannot afford a hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question. >> That's not my stuff right there. No matter at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions, >> please don't do this. I swear TO GOD, THAT'S NOT MY RIGHT. And I read you. >> No, I don't jacket. You to see all that stuff fell out of you. I DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT. I read you. >> No, [screaming] you understand your rights. >> [laughter] >> That's not my stuff. >> All right. Well, do you understand your rights? >> No. >> Okay. Well, guess what? I can't talk to you now. >> By constantly giving inconsistent denials, the woman was only making herself less believable, even avoiding questions about her own information. >> Can you give me your first name? >> I'm getting locked up. >> Can you spell your first name for me? >> I'm getting locked up. Let me ask you that. I give you spelling your first name for me. >> Can you lose it? >> Can you lose it? >> I'll loose it up for you, man. It's >> actually very loose. So, I'm not going to >> I ain't dropping nothing outside. I didn't take the clothes outside. I told him I picked up no clothes outside, man. I get my phone. My phone down there. He wouldn't let me stop to talk to her. >> Well, right now, while you're in custody, he can't give you your phone. >> Okay. I'm saying without being in trouble. He say I wouldn't be in charge with that right now. >> Her pants it's like hurting. >> So I'm not going to run but I'm in here now. >> They're not made for comfort. But the way he put them on, they're still pretty loose. So they are and that's how they fit. >> I think I'm getting char. I didn't have that. >> I have no idea what he's doing or what he's talking about. I'm just because he called for us. >> What he was saying? He just called for us to come. Can >> I just go get my mama, please? >> Oh, no, ma'am. Not yet. Now, while you're in our custody, while you're in your custody, you have to wait and see what the officer is going to. >> Her denials were clearly not being believed, and she seemed to realize it. She eventually admitted what she had done while offering excuses to lessen the blame. >> I don't want to lose everything. I did the clothes, but I never made it out the door. After I seen her calling your number on the inter, I threw it on the side by the thing. I never made it out. I already knew she was calling me on the intercom. She called some type of numbers and I said, "Oh." And I threw it under a little thing. I'm not I walked down. You seeing me, I was already scared and I ran back and I'm being honest. When you seen me, I ain't had no bumpy clothes or no person like that. I swear to God I didn't. >> I'm being honest to you and I apologize for running. Can you ban me? I'll never come back. Please. I got a lot to lose. Please give me another chance. Please. I swear to God I won't come back. I won't. I did take it, but I never made out the door with it. I never did. I was coming down the little steps part. I heard her call a cold. I said, "Oh, she I take my mouse and she called the police >> and I threw it to the side." >> Don't tell him. >> I'm I'm just I'm talking to I'm sorry. It's >> nice Polo. Baby Coloss. >> My grandbaby. Mhm. I never made out the door with it though. From claiming she never took the merchandise out of the store to asking to be banned, her words suggested she may have dealt with a similar arrest before and knew how to handle the situation. Even then, she showed no shame, continuing to beg for another chance. >> Can I just get one more chance, please? >> No, ma'am. >> Can I call Can I call my mom? >> No, ma'am. You can call when you get to the jail. >> You work here? >> I do. >> You a secret shop tomorrow? >> No. >> Oh, I can ask a question, but I ain't let it out the door, though. You still made the attempt. You passed the point of sale. >> I mean, I had I was right there. It's still a register right there. >> You still made the attempt to walk out the store, >> but I never made out the door after he >> But you made the attempt and like officer Wright said that's all you need to say. >> But I'm saying I never like heard of that. I never >> I'm saying excuse me. I can never mind. I can't even talk. I let y'all talk. What? What you have to say? >> What I'm saying? >> I'm listen. I'mma listen to what you have to say before I go upstairs. Go. >> I'm saying when I had came out, >> I did. I dropped it right there. I never had left the store, though. I never left the store. >> What did the officer tell you in the state of Georgia? >> How much um how much it came up to? >> Oh, I don't know. >> Yeah, I don't I feel like that's my fault. I didn't leave the store. I was not in the store with the merchandise. >> What's not fair to your items? You want to talk? >> The more she showed her attitude, the more she appeared to show no remorse. She seemed to keep changing who she was asking, hoping someone would give her another chance. >> Please just give another chance, please. >> No, ma'am. That is not my choice. >> Please. >> No, ma'am. >> Well, you think I'll lose everything I got? >> I don't know what your situation is, ma'am. Your incident has been updated. >> So y'all got to Y'all got me to walk out the door with it. >> I tell you what I do have. I have you over there in the kids section concealing that merchandise. >> I told you. Of course. I picked up >> and attempting to leave the store. >> Yeah. But when after she turned when she turned the little numbers on the intercom, I scraped dropped it. >> Okay. And that right there is intent to shop which in the state of Georgia. This pen belongs to the store. I take this pen put in my pocket. I shop. >> So you've been made aware of what's going on. I never left the store with the stuff. How I'm being locked up. >> So shoplifting is concealing. So did you conceal? >> Yeah, but I stopped at the back. >> Go ahead and stand up for me. I'm going to search you. You got anything on you? >> What is this? What are you doing? You trying to get out of your handcuffs? >> Oh, it was too tight. >> It was too tight. If it was too tight, >> if it was too tight, how'd you get out of it? >> My phone. She going to tell me, "Can you give me my phone, please?" >> Finally, Chantel was charged with shoplifting. Denying the evidence or making excuses will not erase the consequences of the crime. when the evidence is already clear. Taking responsibility and cooperating is a better choice than continuing to argue or beg for another chance. Next, this man had to give up his flight because of his theft. >> But he took the St. Lauron class, which is probably around like 450 before we have >> Somebody's telling us one thing and you're telling us something else. So, we're just we just want to [laughter] make sure. >> Okay, I have it on me, but maybe I take this one on me. On the 4th of May 2026, officers were dispatched to DFW airport after a store reported that a pair of Street Laurent sunglasses worth $445 had been stolen. To get a clearer picture of what happened, they listened to the store employees account. >> This is the Are those the type that he's that he took or >> No. So, he took the St. Laurent. He I don't >> Okay. Well, show me what he took. Let's let's let's take a look. I don't know anything about glasses other than I buy cheap Chinese ones. So, >> and he took a St. Non. I believe it was a one that's originally 500 just cuz they're made in Italy. And then he was over in the fossil area, right? That's why whenever he was in the fossil area, I counted them before he was over here. And then he grabbed the pair. He brings it over here and he switches them out. So it looks like all we're missing is like we're not missing anything from here. But he took a St. Laurent glass which is probably around like 450 before we have >> So we don't know exactly. Can you look? Can you find out exactly what it is? >> Yeah, I'll do a brief little inventory and find out exactly. >> Okay. >> Since the male suspect was reportedly already gone, officers reviewed the surveillance footage to determine his direction of travel. >> Like he went over to the right >> here. Where is it? >> Um, he was over here. >> This is like the best angle I have for the outside. But he was over here. If he exited, he had to go right. >> No, that doesn't. >> By this time, he's gone. >> What time was that? Was there a time stamp on that one? >> Yeah, this is like 6:14. He was already out of here by like 6:10. >> Okay, thank you. >> The officers later found the man in line to board his flight. He seemed to think he had gotten away, but the officer's arrival quickly wiped that smile off his face. >> Sir, I need you to step out here with me real quick. >> Let's step over here. Actually, let's go this direction over here. >> Are you traveling by yourself or you traveling with somebody? >> Uh, I'm going by myself. >> By yourself? Okay. Did you go into the sunglass store over here? >> Yeah, I bought a sunglasses. >> You bought some sunglasses. You have the receipt? Uh, I just gave it to her. >> Gave it to who? >> Uh, the store who's working actually. >> Okay, let's go over here and talk to her. >> Cuz I don't think that they have a record of your transactions. Go this way. >> We don't have record of transactions. >> Yeah, >> I'm about to board my flight. Maybe three. >> We're gonna We have to go over here to Sunglass Steel and just clear something up. Yeah, I actually bought sunglasses for >> I actually bought the sunglasses. I gave it back to her. >> So, do you have a record of his transaction or no? >> Uh, I can't do anything with the record. I need the Sar. >> I'm so sorry. I need the right on the seat belongs to that. >> I don't have anything. >> He claimed he had a receipt for the purchase, but then insisted he had nothing. Clearly contradicting himself. He then checked his belongings himself, causing his story to change yet again. >> I'm just looking around. I just I don't have anything on me. I you saw my you saw my transaction just >> if you return them we can drop the charges. It's just I really need those boxes back there. >> So these are what? >> Yes. check. >> I don't have any on me. If I grabbed something by mistake, I'm not sure. >> I'm hoping it's a misunderstanding, but we're we're dealing with somebody's telling us one thing and you're telling us something else. So, we're just >> we just want to make sure. >> Okay, I have it on me, but maybe I take this one on me. side does it but for us it's >> I just wanted I think >> is these the to >> okay how did he get the how did he get the the tag off >> he just took it off you can still see the res >> right now right now you need to understand you're not free to leave Okay, we're conducting investigation and this officer right here needs to get some information from you. So, let her do it. Okay. >> All right. You're probably not going to make that flight. >> Yes, sir. >> You're probably not going to make that flight either way. Okay. You just need to understand that we got to conduct our business here. All right. So, where is this transaction? Where you have proof of this transaction at? >> It's on my >> Why don't you look for that while you're answering her questions? >> What's your first name? >> Unique. And what's your last name is? >> We'll be ready. >> At this point, the officers made their decision, making it clear that the man would be missing his flight because of what he had done that day. >> If you guys one of you guys wants to go ahead and take it, >> you're going to be placed under arrest, okay, for theft. All right. So, they're going to take you down to the jail and you'll talk to the jail sergeant down there and they'll figure out from there what's going to go on. Okay. >> You You said you were traveling by yourself, >> David. Okay. So, uh, this stuff is going to end up having to go with you. Okay. So, but if you end up going to one of the other jails, you're probably going to have to have somebody come pick it up. Okay. This is the receipt that he or the bank transaction that that he pointed to that he bought. >> So, and I'm I'm not I'm not suggesting that he did or did not. What I'm saying is is if he did bought them, I mean, >> he did not buy those. He bought Ray. >> Okay. That's what I'm saying. If you can print up the receipt for the Ray-B bands, that would be great. >> And then that way I can show. And I also need like something. If you can print out something that tells me how much these are worth, that would be easier than me. >> I can do a checklist. It's just she's on break right now, so I can't find the exact pricing, but if you give me like within 20 minutes, I think. >> Okay. As he was escorted to the vehicle, the man repeatedly showed remorse and worry about what would happen to him. His reaction seemed to suggest that stealing may have been intentional from the start rather than simply a mistake. >> You actually do time in the kid. >> Do you realize the con there's consequences for what you did or you think you could just steal whatever you want and we'll just let you go? >> So you you didn't realize that there's going to be consequences for stealing? If you didn't realize there's going to be consequences for stealing, you're facing them now. Well, I didn't realize I made >> Well, ceiling is a climb. You know that, right? Whether it's in India or here. >> I made a mistake. >> It's not a mistake. That was a bad >> That was a well well-known decision. It was a decision. >> It's a validation, too. >> Okay. For defeat, >> what do the next step? >> She told you like three times, dude. They're going to go talk to a judge. Judge will whatever happens after that, that's up to the judge, not us. >> Will it be? >> It'll be tomorrow morning. >> Is there anything for first charge or first mistake? >> Nope. >> Just make your case on the judge. That's all. We don't we just all uphold the law and that's it. You sold something, we take you to jail. Simple as that. You want to listen? Our jail staff, they're nice people. If you're cool with us, you're cool with them. They'll give you a chance to call your people. Okay. >> Yep. >> They have a free phone. You can call whoever you want there. >> No, I have to make it international. All right. So, >> okay. Well, that's not our problem. So, >> could I do it through my phone or >> I have to do it through. >> Is there any way I can leave it? right now just to let them know >> just to not make a flight and then my parents will be scared. >> Okay, I'm sure they will be scared that their son likes to steal sunglasses, right? >> I know it's not I know I made a mistake, but not something they tried to do. >> In the end, the man was charged with theft. A quick decision to steal can lead to consequences far beyond the value of the item. Once caught, excuses and changing stories cannot erase what happened or the consequences that follow. One bad decision can cost you much more than you ever expected. Next, these women seem to think that being pregnant could help them get away with the crime. >> I'm pregnant. >> I don't care. >> I'm pregnant. >> I will throw you in the >> Okay, YOU GOING TO JAIL. >> I'm not scared. I'm not calling home. On the 11th of March 2022, police received a call about a theft involving thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, reportedly including Yankee Candles. Officers soon located the suspects and moved in to make an arrest, but things quickly became chaotic. >> Ain't saying you're pregnant, but relax. >> I know I'm wrong for stealing baby, but damn. >> You need to relax. >> You made me lose my first child. You >> sweetheart, >> this is my first baby. >> You did what you did, man. >> I ain't run from you at all. Monte, bro. >> Like that's aggravating as >> 7105. Check with 7104 if he's cure you. I got one in custody. He goes after the other one. >> I'm not lying about being s. >> Okay. All right. Just relax. >> She put it right there in >> I know what she did. Same thing you were doing. >> I did this. Sir, this is what I got. >> No, it's all full. >> What happened? >> Hell no. Get this back. Please relax me. I'm pregnant. >> I don't care. >> I'M PREGNANT. >> I WILL throw you in the >> Okay, YOU GOING TO JAIL. >> I'M PREGNANT, SON. I'M >> YOU GOING to make me lose my baby? >> OH MY GOD. >> TELL YOU I'm pregnant. Please don't do >> on the ground. >> On the ground. I'm on camera, so don't worry. Everything you're doing, we're on camera. >> That about that. I'm talking about this hard ass phone. >> Okay. Well, then just relax. >> Okay. >> The woman repeatedly used her pregnancy to pressure the officers into treating her more gently, even though she was reportedly confirmed to have fled when she saw them. Even her admission to the crime showed little sign of remorse. >> My female is pregnant. You want to check it out? >> I was stealing this. That's in my bag, right? But I'm pregnant. All I asked for was could I stand up so my >> I'm getting fire rescue to check you out. >> I'm not Bro, I'm pregnant and I don't got to lie. >> What I told HIM WAS I DID STEAL this stuff. >> Huh? >> I couldn't hear you at large. >> Got the other one in the airport. >> I stole this. You get what I'm saying? I took this. I know I was wrong, but I'm still pregnant. BUT YOU WANT YOUR wife on the right regardless of what? You got to know how to deal with me. I didn't run at all, sir. I had this right here. I didn't try to run. >> Sweetheart, like I told you, I push a talking to me. I'm talking to him nicely. I >> But when I told you, put your hands behind your back. You didn't want to see. >> It's real simple. Sweetheart, I GOT CAMERA. RUN IT BACK. >> IT'S on camera right now. WE'RE LIVE. >> I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO PUT MY hands behind my back. Stop lying. >> All right. >> Stop lying. Watch yourself. I'm going to cut the bag. So, I go let go for you. Let go of this bag. >> The woman admitted to taking 10 candles, but when officers checked, they appeared to have found more than that. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I got 10 candles. Ain't no hit. That's not a hit. >> Yeah, they got a bunch more there. >> So, you say you only took 10 candles? >> No, I'm saying that's not a hit. Like, >> no. You both You both took more than 10 candles. You understand that, right? Both of you, you understand that, right, >> sir? >> Okay. >> How if if I if I listen give me a second to give me a second. Give me a second. I'm trying to help you out. >> Relax. If I get what you saying, baby. That's right. >> Go, go, go, go, go, go, Bobby. Thank you. >> Thanks. I'm trying to help you out. Give me a second. >> You're going to get whatever you got. >> The officers later confirmed that the merchandise totaled $3,700 for 100 candles found from both suspects. At that amount, they were facing a grand theft charge under Florida Statute Section 812.014. But that did not seem to concern either of them even after they were taken to the police station. >> I'll be listen to go to the bathroom anymore because you already went. >> Okay. The cup is loosened. >> It's cooler in here. >> Those are all your complaints, right? >> Yes, ma'am. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Okay. >> Your seizures. Do you still need your medication? >> I need my medicine. >> Okay. He's here. If you feel some We cannot give you any medications while you're in custody. Do you understand that? That is the law. We can't do that. If you feel something's going to happen to you, let him know. They're going to call fire rescue. Fire rescue is next door. Okay. Other than that, you're calm down. >> Can you tell when I make the call like I was going to tell you right now? >> I calm down. >> Yes. >> Okay. You start working with us. We start working with you. >> I got you, ma'am. I got you. >> After calming down, the two women talked to each other, but their conversation gradually revealed more about their plan to steal and what had actually happened. All I'm thinking about is the [ __ ] girl didn't tell me don't go. It's like sister I don't know. I knew it. It's like I just felt like I have. So it's like I was just and and then that's what and that's what I'm thinking like that's the only thing I'm screaming. I'm like damn >> if you would have said okay sister you got 10 candles 10. I I I would have said, "All right, >> uh uh that you see right there on that table." Uhuh. At all. At all. Cuz then don't use that against me in court at all. No. No. No. No. No. No. Just the only reason I said just let me do that and then we gone. >> Yeah. So, I'm trying to walk down. Don't try walking. I want you to throw it out. But I walked to the front to get back to actually throw it out. I was going to take the back to the front for just like why you got your That's what [snorts] that what my intention was when I seen it looking like okay pop that what made me pop like the way I did like >> [ __ ] I was I seen I seen that [ __ ] when you said you need 10 candles and I just kept see But if you had it, you all you had to say is s you getting 10 off rip. I got 10 for you. I would have left it. You see, I only went for 10. I ain't go for 30, 40. I ain't doing that, sister. You get what I'm saying? I just knew what I needed to do today. This wasn't something I just said, "Oh, >> but it have to be that cuz if you never got to count, I still would have gave you $150 still." >> Right. So that's what I'm saying. I wasn't going to charge you. >> It was just It was like this. It was like >> I just wanted to You heard what I said. I said, "Sister, I ain't going to even lie. I don't do it." Like I said, I'mma just make sure. >> The two women were charged with grand theft, principal liability, and resisting an officer without violence. Stealing can quickly turn into a much more serious offense when the value of the merchandise reaches felony level. The biggest lesson is that talking after the arrest can reveal more about what happened and make the situation even harder to defend. Before moving on to the next shoplifter, let's take a look at this woman who caused a scene at the bank. >> It's 2025. I can't even GET $5,000. >> BREAK MY LEGS. >> I don't want to break your legs. >> Just Just Why are you Why are you taking me out of my >> On the 14th of June 2025, officers were dispatched to a bank after receiving a report about a woman who had been denied a $5,000 withdrawal due to the bank's security measures. She was the one who asked them to call the police, hoping they would take her side. But things quickly escalated. >> Give me my damn money. >> Hey. Hey, calm down. Let's go down. >> We're trying to get money out. >> All I want is $5,000. IT'S 2025. I CAN'T EVEN get $5,000. [screaming] SHUT UP AND MAD NOW. >> CALM DOWN WITH ME. >> I don't give a damn about you. >> Okay. ALL RIGHT. LISTEN. >> I DON'T WANT MY MONEY, BUT YOU GOT TO BE ON THE >> OKAY. WHO ARE YOU, SIR? >> HER WIFE. Her husband. Watch out of the way. Watch out of the way. Watch. MOVE OUT OF MY WAY. >> WE'RE GOING TO STEP OVER HERE. >> WE'RE GOING TO STEP OVER HERE. We're going to go in cuffs right now until you calm down. Okay. >> Sir, move out of the way. >> Babe, just calm down. >> We're going on cuffs right now. Just calm. >> Boy, Adam, >> Adam. >> We're going in cuff. So, you call >> Adam. She's not under. >> Oh, yes, sir. >> We're just trying to get her money. She's calming down. She's got older. >> Get a picture, PLEASE. >> SHE'S GOT ALL I LOVE. >> She's got all her. Come on. Let's step over here. >> Come on. LET'S GO. PLEASE. >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> A Saturday MORNING FOR >> ALL I WANT IS $5,000 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. CASH MONEY. >> LET'S GO. >> WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? >> Let's go. >> This is >> She's detained right now. I'm going to sit her in the back of the car to calm down. She's just screaming. Let's go. >> The woman was only being detained temporarily so officers could investigate more easily and there was still no formal arrest. But with her increasingly confrontational attitude, things still seemed to be getting more difficult. Go ahead and sit. Go ahead and sit. I'm not doing this. Sit down. Sit. Do you want another charge? >> You can charge me whatever you want to. >> Sit in the car. >> At this point, you can charge me whatever you want. >> Do you want Listen, THE CHOICE IS >> TRY the bank. Sit down. >> Black trying to bank. That's what I am. >> That is nothing. Sit down. >> Black trying to bank. >> Sit. I'm going to give you >> Black. >> I'm going to give you ONE MORE CHANCE HERE. >> BANK. >> CHASE. >> I'M going to give you one more chance. All right. Sit. >> Get in the car. >> Another officer was also dispatched to the scene and approached the man accompanying the suspect. Based on what had happened, he also seemed to have a reaction that was difficult to accept. >> As you can get in a valid TCW per >> I have no idea. I'm trying to find out what's wrong with my wife. >> Hey, stop walking away from me. I'm trying to talk to you. >> I'm trying to find out what's going on with my wife. >> Well, I'm trying to hold on. Hey, >> stop moving. Stop moving. I'm trying to talk to you. >> What happened inside? >> I don't know. I walked in. I was I was sitting in the car. >> Okay. Okay. >> I'm waiting and waiting. I know she went in to get money. >> Okay. >> Okay. She left her phone with all her accounts and stuff information on it, but she gets questioned for all these IDs. >> Okay. >> Okay. We got the money in account. I'm sitting here wondering why we can't get it. She I >> She's talking to you. Now, talk to >> Okay. But I walk in I walked in. See what's taking so long. >> Mhm. >> She's standing there. She's saying she can't get her money. She gave her the two IDs that she wanted. >> Okay. But she didn't have her pin number because her phone's in the car. >> Okay. >> And now I'm walking and like, "What's going on?" She said, "They won't give me my money." >> Okay. Yeah. They called us saying that she was Hold on. Let me let me let me >> I got it. I I'm I'm sure she's hot. >> Okay. >> We've never had issue with nothing like this. >> They I think, you know, were worried that >> I get it. I know in this day and age, we have to deal with it. >> I've been black all my life and I have to deal with it. But I mean, >> but we're trying to get money honestly out of our own account. >> They they said that they were that she was trying to get all the money out of the accounts. So, they were just concerned about her identity being valid. So, whatever she was producing wasn't sufficient for them. So, I don't know what >> this account. >> Yeah. I don't know what she was producing, >> but I'm going to go find out. >> The officer then spoke with the bank employee, making it clearer why her withdrawal had been denied and who was actually at fault. So, she wanted to take out 5,000. She had her debit card and her credit card. So, our system kind of has some like security measures in place when it's a large amount. And I asked for either the debit card with PIN, which she said she didn't have. >> Or her phone number to send a passcode >> and she didn't. She said she didn't have it. She wasn't going to go get it. >> Okay. >> So, the system places, >> she had her ID with her. >> She had her ID. she had her credit card. >> Okay. So, she gave you ID and a credit card, but your system has secondary measures because it's a large amount. >> Yes. And with fraud being really bad. >> So, why did she want us called? What did she say? >> Because she wants you to make me give you more money. [laughter] >> I see. >> So, was that all the money in their account? That's what we were told. >> They had more than >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. All right. Thanks. clear in the car with his debit card. >> Yeah, the whole thing. >> Yeah, but she was being difficult about it. Okay. All right. >> It turned out that all the woman was missing was the security verification code from her own phone, which she kept in her hand even as she continued arguing with the officer. >> What's there to talk about? I just want to try and talk through what happened. >> There ain't nothing to talk about. I came in here asked for $5,000. She asked me for ID, which I gave her to BEFORE I EVEN ASKED FOR THE DAMN MONEY. CAN WE? >> THEN SHE WANTED ANOTHER ID. I GAVE IT TO HER. >> SHE SLIPPED HER SLICK. >> All right, we're going to have to put these on. Stop slipping. >> Whatever the want at this point. I'm soing tired of this. >> Listen. >> What's your damn name? >> Amber. >> Amber D. >> Listen. >> Why aren't you at the parade? Oh, you got to man everything, right? >> What parade? >> Your leaders parade. >> I don't have a leader parade. >> Oh, you got plenty of leaders. >> Step on up. >> Turn around. $5,000. >> Turn around. >> $5,000. >> I'M BEHIND. I'M I'M LOCKED UP. THE MONEY. >> You're under arrest at this point. >> I don't give a damn. >> You're under arrest. >> At this point, I really don't give a damn. >> Stop resisting. >> This is so stupid. >> I had I had them call your butt. >> We know. >> I was trying to talk to you about all this, but you won't listen. >> I'm talking. >> Huh? >> What else you want to talk about? >> I don't want that. >> I asked for 5,000. She's already flexible enough. I mean, Leon. >> At this point, the officer once again tried to explain why she was being arrested, but with her sense of entitlement, she continued arguing and seemed determined to prove that she was the one in the right. >> This is so stupid. >> WHY ARE YOU BEHAVING? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> WHY ARE YOU BEHAVING LIKE A CHILD? >> A SATURDAY MORNING, all I wanted to DO IS GET ABOUT MY DAY AND NOW I'M BEHIND WITH SOME HANDCUFFS FOR WANTING $5,000 OUT OF A BANK ACCOUNT. YOU THINK YOU WOULD ACCEPT? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> YOU THINK YOU WOULD ACCEPT THIS BEHAVIOR? >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WORKED AT A BANK. >> Do you think you would accept this? >> I WAS A HEAD TELLER. >> I GAVE HER ALL THE ID SHE REQUESTED. >> IT IS 2025. I AM BLACK. CAN'T HAVE A PIECE OF MONEY. AIN'T ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW IT. >> Are you serious? >> If you'd let me talk to you. >> I'm not making sense. Are you That's not what I SAID. >> HONESTLY, I'M NOT MAKING SENSE. >> I didn't say that. >> I'm black. I come to the bank. What? ID. I hand her my ID. Asked for $5,000 out of my account. >> Okay. >> She asked for additional piece of it. >> I gave it to her. >> She says she that you didn't give. >> You would need it. >> I GAVE HER MY CHASE CREDIT CARD. >> ARE YOU GOING TO LET ME TALK? I'm trying to tell you. >> You just told me. She said I didn't give it to you to to her when I did. I gave her a second. >> I'm trying to finish my sentence. >> Go ahead. >> You're only getting a partial sentence. >> Go ahead. So, she says that you gave your ID and the Chase card, but that their system requires a PIN number, which you didn't have. Or >> she didn't ask for a pin number. >> Let me finish. >> She did not ask me for a pen. >> Let me finish. >> She never asked me for a pin number. She asked me for my debit card. >> Do you want to hear what's going on or do you want to go have it on me? Then she asked for a cell phone. >> I don't want to take you to jail. >> I Please do. >> That's apparently what you want. >> Please do. It don't even make >> At this point, I'm behind here. I got handcuffs on ON A SATURDAY MORNING. 61 years going on. >> But why ARE YOU >> AND I GOT HANDCUFFS. I AIN'T NEVER BEEN IN NO HANDCUFFS. OVER TRYING TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL. Are you serious? >> Stella Gray was charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct. Refusing to follow reasonable instructions can quickly turn a simple disagreement into a criminal charge. Even when you believe you are in the right, escalating the situation and resisting officers can make the consequences far more serious. You know this, you know. >> On the 8th of April 2024, police were dispatched to a liquor store after receiving reports of a disorderly woman causing a disturbance. She was reportedly intoxicated and refused to leave the property. Here's what happened next. >> Honestly, I I don't feel comfortable until I'm told I can put my arms on. >> Put your arms on? >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. What are you doing? I want to test. >> We'll be in there in a second. Man, what are you doing? >> He was doing a lot of drugs. >> Other people were doing bad things. >> Who? >> And him and other people. >> I've been trying to save my my fellow employees. >> Do you work here at the Jiffy Mart? >> I work at the um at uh Beesbats. Bebacks. >> Okay. So, >> so the late night employee handle of whoever you can. So, so what's going on in the store today? >> Explanation. >> I am I don't feel comfortable putting an explanation out because there are bbacks and everything else. >> I don't care about Backs. What's going on in the store in this Jiffy Mart? >> It wasn't here. It was It was outside of the store. >> All right. So, what's going on outside the store? >> This was a chase to the store. >> Call somebody to come pick you up. >> What family? >> I don't care. >> He said somebody, not family. >> Somebody. >> You can't be here. Okay. >> I don't give a [ __ ] who it is. Just call somebody. One of you guys, >> huh? >> Someone cuz you guys are my family. >> No, we're not. Call someone. Do you have a phone? >> Where's your phone at? >> You have a phone? >> If I had one. >> The woman's unstable condition became immediately apparent. Even moments later, she began rapidly shifting between emotions, speaking in a confused and disorganized manner. >> Never mind. I don't want I just hope my daughter's okay. Can I at least call for my dog? >> Huh? >> Can I Can I please call for my dog? >> Yeah. Where's your phone at? >> Check your pockets. Do you have a phone? [laughter] >> Do you have a phone in your pockets? >> You know, DJ. >> Yeah. You don't. >> Who can come pick you up? >> I want answers to the people that want to pick you. Uh, >> what are you even saying? Who can come pick you up? I'm trying to get you to somewhere safe. >> No, you're not. >> Do you have any? >> Do you have anyone that can come help you? >> Didn't want you or him to answer. >> Believe me, we don't want to be here any more than you don't want us to be here. >> So, who called you? >> Who can come pick you up? >> So, who denied him to come? Do you have a phone in your pocket? >> Are you celebrating the eclipse? >> The solar eclipse today? It's a big deal. >> You guys deciding this because I'm a wicked. >> Huh? No. No. There's an eclipse today. >> I don't care. >> We're not mind readers. We don't know that. >> No. I I hate that this is the biggest day that y'all had the worst. >> All we want to do is get you home or get you to somewhere safe. Well, >> I don't care. It doesn't matter to me. >> Do you have somebody come pick you up? no answer. >> She paid no attention to the officer's repeated suggestions to call a family member or someone she knew to pick her up. Instead, the officers changed their approach, encouraging her to stand up and leave the area so she would no longer disturb the liquor store. >> Let's practice walking. Can you stand up and walk this way? See how you >> I got hit by a motorcycle the other day. Can I at least get a step to stand up? >> Sure. >> I don't care how, but can I get a step to stand up? Yeah. Do you mean to help you up or you >> I don't want them to laugh out. >> It's not about you stand the bed is >> walk that way. >> How? >> Just walk straight. >> Put one foot in front. >> I just want to see you walk. You don't have to do anything special. >> So, where can we get you to? Can we give you a courtesy ride somewhere? It's safe. >> Uh, I'm sorry. Who did he say something? >> Asking you about here if you have >> But you also stopped. >> So, >> can we get you somewhere safe? Can we give you a surprise? Get video with >> Hold on. So, I mean, y'all want to try this? >> You want to sit back down or else she'll fall over? >> Why? So I can calm down. >> No, I want you to sit down so you don't fall over. Not calm down. It was clear that she could barely stand and it certainly wasn't safe for her to leave on her own. Despite that, she tried to walk away anyway, forcing the officers to stop her. What happened next quickly descended into chaos. >> You need to relax. You need to stay still. Have a seat. >> Come on. Just don't don't make it worse. We're trying to get you some help before we have to take it to the hospital. Okay. Come have a seat. Come have a seat. We're going to figure it out. >> Sit down. >> Come on. Have a SEAT RIGHT THERE. JUST >> ALL RIGHT. HELP! [screaming] HELP! HELP! THE POLICE ARE BEING WOR and then we're going to help you back up with the handcuffs on nothing. [screaming] >> HELP! HELP! HELP! THEY'RE KILLING ME. [screaming] HELP! PLEASE HELP! PLEASE HELP! PLEASE [screaming] HELP! She immediately portrayed herself as the victim. But what was even more striking was that her anger seemed directed entirely at the officers, as though she resented them simply for showing up. >> That's not nice. Neither were you narrow. >> Yeah. >> Y >> and hey you and don't with us. No, I see you. >> I see you. >> I know you. >> What are you doing? [clears throat] >> You What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing agreeing with these [ __ ] >> You didn't your daughter. >> Why are you fighting this? >> Hey. Oh no. >> No. You know you hate you hate doing this. >> I'm going to get off your legs. Okay. >> NO. I KNOW YOU HATE doing this though. That's why you're doing it. Calm down. >> I know you hate this. Do not get up. Okay. If you if you >> I'm not wrong. Am I? >> If you get up, I'm going to I'm going to put you back down. >> Am I wrong? >> I'm not fighting. I'll keep rolling around. Am I wrong? >> Nope. >> How do you go home to your girls after this? >> We're going to go. We're going to give you >> How do you go HOME TO YOUR GIRLS after this? >> You don't. You don't. YOUR GIRLS HATE YOU. YOUR GIRLS HATE YOU BECAUSE YOU KNOW this is wrong because I'm going to be raped. She repeatedly hurled insults at the officers and even targeted their family members despite them having nothing to do with the situation. And it didn't stop there. She continued [music] provoking the officers even after being placed inside the patrol car. >> You know, you know, and everything I will not. You know this. YOU KNOW. >> SO WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO DO YOUR JOB TO FIGHT US? WE ARE YOUR FAMILY, YOU PIECE OF [ __ ] I'm sorry. Your job pays for your family more. That's why you can't look at because it hurts you. >> Hey, is there room by your >> No. That's why it hurts you. >> It hurts you. >> Stop. Put your feet in there. >> You already know I broke the helmets for a reason. >> Yeah. Put your feet in there, please. Get through the eye. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You want to fight me? >> No, I don't want to fight you all. Okay. I know you don't because you want to talk about the family after. >> You're going to lose. >> Yeah. You're not going to You're not going to be a stepdaddy after. You're not going to BE A DADDY TO ANY OF THE KIDS after this. You you grab me some gloves. >> I don't give. Please break my leg. I'm not letting go. You're letting go of the their dad mom or me. I'm done. I'm done. >> It's not wrapped around. No, I'm [ __ ] to >> get my gloves on real quick and I'll I'll help you. I go it. >> Let's ask Uncle Owen how this goes. How do we go home for him to ask us right? >> The the drug addict. >> Yes, I know you guys are going to get back. >> Her behavior only made the situation worse, forcing the officers to use a higher level of force to restrain her. Yet she showed no awareness of how serious the situation had become. >> No, you [laughter] laugh at >> pull her chest on. >> That's where this >> That's where you do it. >> Wonder what daddy's going to say after. What is mom going to say in the grave? >> Yeah. Wonder what Gwyn's going to say in the grave. Daddy. >> Yeah. Daddy. >> What's today's date? Cuz you let me know what it is. >> What year is it? >> You rolled your eyes over the answer. Who had that on camera? >> All of them. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> Why? >> Well, they're saying you're not acting correctly. So, we just want to make sure that you don't need medical attention. >> I have to ask you questions you can ask. >> Grace rider mying answer. >> So, once we get her in here, me and you'll pick her up. >> Oh, yeah. I will love when my porn star rookies get that on camera. know I I I do get this on camera. >> Okay. >> Where do you live at? >> You also know us. >> I'm a fireman. I don't know where you live. >> Too bad you suck at your job. >> She was charged with battery on a law enforcement [music] officer or firefighter and resisting an officer with violence. Losing control of your emotions and responding with violence toward law enforcement will only escalate the situation and lead to far more serious criminal charges. Staying calm and cooperating is always the better path, even during a stressful encounter. >> And then can I have the wrapper? >> Thank you. And >> why are you stealing food? You said that your EBT doesn't come in on February 14th. So, you're doing it cuz you're hungry. Okay. >> Yeah. >> On the 10th of February, 2025, police received a report of a vehicle break-in that had occurred in the parking lot of a dental clinic. But the situation became more complicated when they arrived and employees provided more serious details about the incident. >> So pretty much if you want to come in here. >> Okay. >> So pretty much um earlier today the owner our hygienist got broken into her car. >> Okay. And then um the owner, the manager from next door, GNC, later on told us that the people that kind of have gone around trying to open our doors, they were outside right at that moment. >> And that was so the next door neighbor said that they were seeing these people pulling on. >> They'd have seen it before, but they were outside again. And then one of our assistants went and kind of confronted them like, "Hey, did you guys see anyone breaking shoes?" They got really nervous and they started walking away. What time was that at? >> Just like right now. >> Yeah. >> Oh. >> And they didn't tell you guys anything. >> They didn't. No, they just One of them just said that her husband got shot at Walmart two days ago. >> Who lives people outside? >> Yeah. >> Like I haven't heard anything about >> Yeah, definitely not. >> This girl, she's like really thin. She was wearing a black hoodie. She went across the street to Walmart and then just right now like 2 seconds before you got here, >> he saw you and he started running that way. >> And so he's wearing like shorts and a pants. >> Shorts. Black hoodie. >> A black hoodie. >> Short shorts. Black hoodie. Backpack. >> Yeah. And then the female you said went over there. She's wearing the pink and the what? >> Well, no. It was just like a black hoodie, black jeans. She's like really good. >> Okay. >> After that, officers found the woman inside Walmart and brought her to the loss prevention office where she clearly began to show signs of erratic behavior. >> You know, >> I don't. >> What's the address you're saying or used to say? >> I'm convinced. >> Okay. >> But did it happen or did it happen? >> What are you asking about? Well, 3 days ago they killed two people in front of Walmart. >> No, it didn't happen. >> No, it didn't happen. >> You guys weren't even here. >> Yeah, we were. But okay, >> you guys were not. >> Were you here? >> Yeah, I was here. >> You were? >> I was. >> Okay. Were you with the other guy on the other side of the street? >> The guy with >> Yeah, I was with him. But that's not the point. [laughter] >> So, with Edgar, right? >> Some of the guys that they killed, one of them was my husband, but he's from Mexico. >> Okay. Did you did you have contact with the other cat? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I got his 49. He was clear 29. >> And then she confirmed uh that his name's Edgar. So, >> she kept telling an unrelated story, seemingly trying to avoid the investigation. But things took a different turn when a search of her bag revealed something else. >> So, Chuck, can you do you take all the stuff out of your pockets, put it on the bed? >> Oh, this is the same one. You guys want to get a price donut? >> She's also trespassed. We caught her. Yeah, we caught her the other day. >> Yeah, >> that's all the stuff you have in your pocket. >> Trespassing. Yeah. >> You guys good? >> Yeah, we're good. Thank you. >> You guys have my other pocket. >> And then can I have the wrapper? Thank you. And then I'm going to take a picture of this. >> Where did go? >> He left you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's cool. I don't even know him like that, but thanks a lot. >> He left me. What do you mean he left me? >> Were you guys not here together walking around? >> No, we didn't get on the property together. >> Okay, cool. So then he left you to go walk somewhere else by himself. >> You started walking. He walked out. >> Yeah, I think he was going to tell me. I think everybody else's coming. >> And why you hanging out with him, >> bro? I was staying over there. >> Where you keep staying somewhere, but >> never mind. I guess I have to go. Even the cookie she was eating was reportedly something she had not paid for. But she still seemed unconcerned about whether she had done anything wrong. Instead, using her own unbelievable story to explain the situation. >> What's going on today? >> Nothing. I'm just trying to see who the um got killed here at the Walmart. >> Okay. But why'd you have all that stuff in your pockets? >> Just to see who got killed in front of Walmart. >> Yeah, but you have >> You guys are saying something didn't happen. It happened right in front of my basement. But >> notice I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about you putting those items in your pockets. I'm here because I'm trying to find out who got killed out in front of Walmart. >> Okay. >> You guys say did it happen. Obviously, you guys aren't here. It didn't happen. >> But I'm not talking about that incident. I'm talking about me, but all the videos. >> The reason why I'm here is because I'm trying to find out. >> Okay. But >> I mean, do you guys have the videos? >> Okay. >> Do you guys have the videos? >> I have I don't I'm not too sure what you're talking about. >> Okay. So, maybe you work with the cartel and [ __ ] >> Why? That doesn't make any sense. >> I know. >> The officers [snorts] clearly did not believe her story, but they had their own explanation of what happened. one that she ultimately seemed to agree with, all while showing no sign of shame. >> So, he's asking you why are you stealing food? You said that your EBT doesn't come in on February 14th, so you're doing it cuz you're hungry. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, then that's fine. That That's what our question was. >> And you know, you're trespassed from here. >> I didn't get a card. I didn't get a piece of paper. >> You were trespassed because they have it on file right here. So, that means the officer advised you. Okay. But >> I was just trying to sleep. Well, >> you can sleep anywhere else except the parking lot or the property. All right. They're kind of being slow today. >> Yeah, it's pretty busy. >> That's true, dude. I was on three. I was on what? I was up there and then I was like, you get my >> Yeah, I just parked right here in the co the coke. >> You just be right back. >> Do you take the bus to come over here or you live over here? >> Somebody dropped me off over here in my truck. You know, if you keep getting in trouble with the law, they they'll take your food stamps, right? >> Do they really? >> Yeah. >> If you get >> You know, I haven't had my for like 2 years. If it's been crossed around through people and [ __ ] like cuz >> And you know that's fraud, right? So then if they find out >> if they find out that you lent it out >> um >> that you lent it out, then they'll pursue charges against you. Yeah. >> So that that's why you got to call them. >> They killed my husband in front of Walmart. >> No. >> Yeah, they [ __ ] did. No, they didn't. >> Yeah, they did. >> Not this Walmart. In Los Cruuses. No, they didn't. >> I haven't left. The girl is nothing >> in Los Cruuses. You're talking about earlier this week. The only deaths we had were not on this side of town. >> Yeah. So, some people were killed this week, but they were not on this side of town. >> They killed >> and they were not out of >> They chopped them up and they put them in a box. >> But who? >> I couldn't see. I can't see at night. She could not provide any details to support her story, only making it seem even less credible. At this point, the officers had made their decision. >> You don't [snorts] have 15 trespass. >> All right, MO. Stand up. >> Yeah, I'm under arrest. >> Hey, can you guys get my stuff from the other side? >> What side is it on? >> Um, on this on the other side of the wall. >> [ __ ] man. >> Just you just point it out to us. Okay. >> Wait, do you want to take off this sweater? No, >> I'm cold. >> You want all of them? >> Yeah. All right. All right. Do you have anything in your pocket that's going to stick, focus, or cut us? >> No. >> Do you want me to do it in here or do it? >> You guys good? >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. >> Thank you. >> [ __ ] I know you're wearing three jackets. And then how many shirts are you wearing? Is it just a jacket? >> I'm fine. >> Yeah. Can you please get my stuff to go there? >> What was your stuff? Backpack or what? >> No, it's just like a >> The woman was charged with trespassing and theft. When the evidence contradicts your story, making up more excuses will not make the situation disappear. Cooperating and being honest can prevent a minor incident from becoming even more serious. >> I don't give a back. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You know what? >> WHERE'S THE GUN? >> ON THE 1ST of July 2026, officers were dispatched to a station after receiving a report about a vehicle occupying a handicap parking space. What seemed like a simple citation quickly turned into something much worse. Here's what happened next. my wife. >> Okay. So, your wife wants to be difficult over a simple question and now she wants to make an issue of it. So, the problem that I have is I was just ask I was being courteous by asking if it was hers and instead of rolling down the window just so I could ask her, she just kept pointing to it and now she just wants to play this game with me. So, technically, I could go write her $250 ticket and I can confiscate the handicap plea for her using it when she's not using it. >> And it was just going to be a simple conversation of, "Hey, just go park your car over there." And now she wants to turn into this. So, let's not do that. >> Let me get in the car. >> Sure. And I'm going to get her driver's license and I'm going to run it and I'm going to see if she has any other prior. >> This is ridiculous. Like, this doesn't have to be This is a simple yes or no question. >> That's She has a handy flat locker. I don't know what >> she put it up there after I was like, "Hey, do you have it?" And she put it up there. >> I I I need to go in the store. >> Well, no, but you're right now you're detained and you're staying with me. I'm just I don't just hang you don't want me pulled over >> for a violation of the handicap law. So right now I want your driver's license. >> I'm not violating anything. You don't have any lights on me. You don't have me pulled over. Sir, >> you are stopped. I am telling you in uniform that you are being stopped and detained right now. >> For what? >> For a violation of the handicap placard. >> You want to bother me for nothing, sir? I'm sitting here batting my business. I didn't bother you. I didn't say nothing. >> You're right. You're absolutely right. You're absolutely right. You want to bother me for nothing. Like I told your husband, I noticed the placard wasn't in the window. You don't have a handicap plate. I ask you about it. You hang it up there. I ask you if it's yours. You just keep pointing it to me. You won't answer any question. >> What you said, sir. My window is up. >> I asked you to roll the window down >> and I let it YOU LET IT DOWN. I SAID YES. And I'm driving. >> The officer explained the issue they needed to address, but the woman had no intention of cooperating from the start, causing the situation to escalate and becoming increasingly uncooperative. >> What does my license have to do with anything? because you're the occupant of the running vehicle with that handicap placard. So, I'm going to issue you >> then what? >> I'm going to issue you the citation. >> If I'm not in here then anymore, then what? Then what? >> You're going to issue me a citation for me to go to court for >> That's after the fact. >> You're you're not in violation. >> That's after the fact. I want your driver's license. >> What? >> Because I'm going to write you a citation for violating the handicap placard. I've explained it to you twice. >> I'm not violating. >> You're using a handicap spot that you're not using? So, it's very simple. I can get your driver's license and write you a petty ticket >> or I can arrest you. I really don't want to do that. I just want to write the ticket and go, but you want to be argumentative. So, here >> ticket to car. >> Here it is. >> Call your kids and come home. I'm >> Here it is. Driver's license or jail. The choice is yours. If you're going to run away, I'm going to go get a warrant for your arrest. >> Get out of the car. >> The woman's refusal to cooperate was putting her at risk of being charged with obstruction, something the officer had already warned her about. At this point, they had made it clear that she would not be allowed to simply leave. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. I'm going to break the window. >> Back off. Don't stand over there. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. You are UNDER ARREST. BACK UP. >> BACK OFF. >> Don't put your hands on me. >> I done put my hands on you. >> Get out of here now. Back up now. Back up. Get out now. >> Back up. Get out now. YOU'RE GOING TO BE UNDER ARREST, TOO. The man intervened in the situation, making himself part of the problem as well. From there, everything quickly escalated. >> Turn around back. >> You know what? >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. >> Get back. You're going to get too. >> Taser deployment. >> Sit down. >> What? Get out. >> Turn around. Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. I got the coffee. >> All right. >> You crazy. >> You crazy, [ __ ] >> I didn't do nothing. >> I ain't did nothing. >> You are under arrest. >> Did nothing. >> I just come from a funeral. >> You sitting up here. >> You [ __ ] ain't right. >> AIN'T NOBODY DID NOTHING. >> YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> For what? >> For obstructing. I've said it a 100 times now. >> Am I obstructing? >> You [ __ ] ain't right. >> Yeah. Well, too bad. >> Yeah. You ain't right. Y'all, hurry up for me. Get your daddy down on the ground and they trying to arrest me for nothing. >> My jewelry. >> Let me get my jewelry up. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Behind your back. >> Why? >> I've explained it to you. >> Sir, I stop. >> Put your hand behind your back. You're >> not under arrest. >> What? What do you mean? >> You are doing this to me. >> Just listen. Just listen. >> Stop doing this to me. Put your hand behind your back. >> Hey, ma'am. Ma'am, >> we don't >> just put your hands behind your back. I can't. That's fine. >> WHERE'S THE GUN? >> MY GOD. >> YOU JUST SAID YOU HAVE A GUN. >> Amid the intense struggle, neither showed any clear signs of being handicapped. Yet, the woman's main concern was changing her clothes, not the situation she was facing. >> You don't have anything on you? >> I got blood on me. >> Where do you have Where do you have blood? as I said on my bus. >> All right. Well, that's interesting. >> It's very interesting. I'm trying to get home to change myself. That's all I'm trying to do. Sitting here to change myself. TRYING TO GET HOME TO change myself. >> All right. We can go over here. >> For what? >> Uh you're being placed in the back of the squad car so we can figure out what's going on. >> Over on the uh >> yun. Just watch your head. Step. >> We'll get him over there. >> I ain't do nothing. I'm going to move you to another part from the man. >> All right. Do you want me to double lock them? >> Y'all took my phone and everything. >> Hey, can you can you just step out so I can double lock them so they don't cinch up on you in the car? >> What you mean? >> The handcuffs. I got to double lock them. >> So they don't get tighter on >> Yeah. So they don't get tighter on you. >> So I got to just adjust the fit so they're not too tight on you. All right. >> Buses. I ain't trying to move to the next part. Y'all broke my husband's chain and everything. Y'all basic. >> We did what? >> Y'all broke his chain and everything. Y'all vocal. Y'all vocals. Everybody done nothing. >> Some of us just showed up so we don't even know what what was going on. >> I ain't done nothing. I ain't done nothing. I'm sitting in my car. My husband come out and y'all do all of this. I'mma move to out the parking spot. Let me get out the parking spot. It's the problem. Let me get out the parking spot. >> You shouldn't park at a handicap spot then. >> Why can't I? If I'm handicapped. >> Are you handicapped? >> Yes, I am. >> Yes, I am. >> You have a car. >> Don't you see it in the car? >> It sounds like it went further than just the handicap. in the car. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Have a seat. >> In the end, both suspects were charged with invalid handicap permit, resisting arrest, battery on an officer, and obstructing justice. Refusing to cooperate can quickly turn a simple situation into a much more serious one. When officers give clear instructions, continuing to resist can only make the consequences worse. >> What happened? >> I'm sorry. >> Just fell asleep. >> Oh no. I got you. You okay? >> No, you don't. >> We are not doing this, >> man. I DON'T CARE. >> Y'ALL JUST ALL Y'ALL WANT. >> On the 9th of September 2021, police were dispatched to a Circle K convenience store after receiving a report of a woman who had fallen asleep there. Concerned that she might have been in distress, an employee called the police. When officers approached her, they quickly identified her. Morning. Okay. >> Hey, you okay? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right. What happened? >> I'm nothing. Sorry. >> You just fell asleep? >> I don't know. >> I got you. You okay? >> Yes, I am. >> Hey, you look like you were sleeping pretty good. Okay, ma'am. What's your name? >> Okay. What's your name, though? >> I don't know my name. >> I'm sorry. I can't hear you. Emily, what? Do you have your ID, ma'am? I just need to identify >> your birthday. >> My police. I didn't want that. I lost everything. I'm homeless here in Savannah State torture. I give you my name, number, social security card. >> I just need your name and birthday. How about that? >> B A T R E 10. >> Hey, George. I ain't even go home because my stupid ass. >> I paid for them damn checks. >> What y'all want doing? Y'all just want her gone? Y'all want her ced or whatever? What you want to do? >> The woman appeared to fall back asleep shortly afterward. Meanwhile, officers ran her information through the police database and what they found prompted them to immediately notify her. >> So, you do have a warrant for this early conduct. Okay. >> Cameler County. >> I know that it's just early cond. And I sat there and it's like this. I know I have a warrant, but they let me go when I left Tombs County. at the tombs county laid on me, kept me FOR A WEEK, GOT THE MATTER, GOT HERE. I DONE PAID FOR the civil suit checks. I should not be on probation here. >> I got you. Yes, ma'am. But you do you still do have that warrant that is active right now? >> You want to transport me? I'll take you. [ __ ] >> Yes, ma'am. That's what we're going to do. We're going to take you. We're going to go meet >> jail and sit there and then I'll be in prison >> cuz I'm going to kill County cuz they should have never revoked me. >> Yes, ma'am. But I ain't got to do anything. Gus, if y'all want to fight, we'll fight. >> No, ma'am. We're not going to do that. >> We're not supposed to help y'all. >> Ma'am, y'all going to stop me. Jackson, we need you to turn. I'm going to get to put my STUFF IN YOUR TRUCK AND WE GOING TO GO. >> YOU'RE GOING TO put your hands >> CUZ I CAN CALL MY MAMA. I CAN CALL MY DAD. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK FIRST. >> All right, Miss Jackson, you're going to put your hands behind your back first. >> I AIN'T GOT NO TIME. >> CAN you do nothing? I CAN TAKE OFF RUNNING. >> OKAY. WELL, WE'RE NOT GOING TO DO THAT. YEAH, WE GOING TO CHASE THE NIGHT IN THE RAIN. >> DEATH BULLET LAUNCHED. >> I'M NOT GOING TO MATTER AND SIT IN THE CELL FOR HOURS ON TOP OF HOURS WHEN I'VE BEEN DROPPED FROM THEM CHARGES. >> I GOT YOU. THAT'S SOMETHING YOU'RE GOING to have TO SPEAK WITH. >> THEY TRANSPORTED ME HERE. MAGISTRATE COURT SAID I COULD NOT COME BACK UNTIL I GO TO COURT. SO TELL ME ABOUT THAT. >> It was clear that the news instantly woke her up. Concerned by her increasingly tense attitude, the officers quickly decided to [music] take control of the situation before it could escalate. >> Y'all going to chase. >> We're not. >> We are not doing this. >> MAN, I DON'T CARE. >> Y'ALL CAN STOP THIS ALL Y'ALL WANT. >> Let go of the bag. >> NO, IT'S MY STUFF. >> LET GO OF >> FOR Y'ALL TO GO THROUGH IT AND WITH ME ALL THE TIME. I DON'T WANT Y'ALL TO have >> quit resisting. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. ALREADY DONE. I'M NOT GOING THERE. Y >> stop resisting. >> Stop resisting with me. [snorts] >> She behind step when y'all could just let me get in. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Now. >> Hell no. >> We're not asking. >> I don't care. got in. >> We tried to do this civily. >> Stop resisting. >> Jackson, >> I don't care. I ALREADY GOT THREE PROS IN HERE. [laughter] >> HEY, you can put them in the front, but you rather do the >> She showed absolutely no intention of cooperating. Instead, her behavior became even more erratic, forcing the [music] officers to take her to the ground in order to gain control of the situation. [laughter] Stop. [laughter] I got >> Man, I got this. I got this arm. I got this arm. I got the left arm. >> Got the left arm. We're good. >> Got it. >> Need another pair. >> No, we got No, we got that. >> All right. [laughter] >> We got your [ __ ] >> There you are. He going to get up. >> Hey, what had just happened made it clear that the woman had assaulted an officer, but she seemed completely unaware of the consequences her actions would bring. Even as she was transported to the police station, she continued screaming the entire time. Hey, come on out. >> Leave me the alone. >> Come on out. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. >> YOU'RE GETTING >> Leave me alone. FIGHTING FOR ME. >> Do we want to get tased? >> MOTHER, >> HUH? >> I don't give a damn t anyway. >> What? You up you 12 DON'T give a DAMN ABOUT YOUR SKINNY B in the house. Sheed up >> who's Mexican. >> You mean the one that you fool? I don't give a damn. >> She staying here. >> I whoop HER ASS WITH NO HANDCUFFS. ALL RIGHT. Come on. We're getting Come on. Go the other side. Push her. I got >> stand your big ass up. >> TWO COPS CAN'T TAKE DOWN ONE. SHOULD HAVE SUCKED MY best friend. >> Yeah, they should have sent me. >> Yeah, I would have been in the car with your god ass. >> I appreciate it. The woman was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and resisting arrest without violence. Arguing with officers never changes an active warrant, but choosing to resist and assault an officer only adds more serious criminal charges. Cooperating with police and resolving legal issues through the court is always the better option. What do you think about cases like this?
