They want you to leave, so we can't. [music] >> And I [ __ ] this place up as much as I could because I felt mad. >> Okay. >> I was mad. >> You was mad. >> She died of alcohol poisoning. I love that. [music] Okay, >> we've seen thieves lie and run to escape the police. But some were far worse. [music] Assaulting employees and destroying property to get what they wanted. Their endings were never going to be easy. These suspects appear in today's video. The most disturbing shoplifterss ever caught in Walmart body cam. We're here to show the footage of justice, [music] not to humiliate anyone. Don't forget to like and subscribe. Starting with this woman, she caused chaos and then blamed her pregnancy instead of herself. >> Now walk backwards. Now walk backwards. >> Keep your hands on top of your head. >> Hormonal pregnancy. These people had me waiting for a long time for my food. So when I ordered it, I asked for it to be fresh. >> On July 3rd, 2023, police were quickly dispatched to a KFC after reports of a disturbance at the restaurant where a female suspect allegedly threatened an employee with a firearm during a drive-through dispute. The moment they arrived, the scene instantly erupted into chaos. >> Put your hands in the steering wheel. Can I fart? >> Put your hands in the wheel. >> Stop the car. >> Now open the door. Watch your hands. >> High stop. Copy the tag. It's going to be Florida. >> Put your hands UP. KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. >> HANDS UP. Give face away from me. Face away. Give >> commands. Face away. Put your hands on your head. Both of your hands and face away from me. Now walk backwards. Now walk back. >> Keep your hands on top of your head. >> Left. >> Move to the left. >> Move to the left. >> Move to the left. Come back. >> Look forward. Keep moving back. Keep moving back. >> Keep moving back. >> Keep coming. >> All right. Keep moving. Keep moving. >> Back. Back. Back. Keep coming. >> Keep moving. Secure the back. Why are y'all treating me like a criminal? >> Secure. >> The woman initially appeared to comply with police commands, but everything shifted once she was handcuffed. Her tone grew tense, and she even brought up her children to complicate the situation. >> Didn't I just say I was pregnant? >> Stop pulling me. >> You still walk while you're pregnant, right? >> You're pulling me. I can walk, but you're pulling me. Don't do that. >> You're not going to go in the back of my car. >> Can I see? I want to see what they're doing with my kids, please. >> Your kids are going to be fine, but you got to get everybody out the vehicle. >> They're underage. >> Okay. >> What do you mean? Okay. >> Does it matter? >> Yes, it Yes, it matters. They're little kids. >> Okay. >> And y'all have guns drawn. >> How do we know that? >> What do you mean? How do you know that? I'm telling you. That's how >> I know what I believe. You still >> I don't give a what you believe. I don't care what you're saying either. >> Hey, listen. Y'all is doing too much. Y'all don't want to get sued. I'm telling you. Hey. I should have put my damn dashboard camera. Excuse me, sir. >> And then he told me to stand by the front. So why would you pull me all the way out of the reach of my kid? Out of the visual of my kids. >> I'm trying to see. >> There's nothing to see. >> THEY'RE MY KIDS. WHAT DO YOU MEAN THERE'S nothing to see? Y'all telling them to get out of the car and they don't know what's going on. >> Okay. Nothing's going to happen to your kids. You got to make sure there's no weapons and nothing and get everybody out the vehicle. >> At this point, officers entered the store to gather what had happened through employee statements, suggesting that the chaos may have been sparked simply by the long wait. >> She wanted >> So, we told her we would have to pull her so we could drop her fries fresh, but I guess we were taking too long to give her her fries. So, she came back through the drive-thru. We passed her her fries and then she said she wanted her money back. Okay, we're short staff. I said, "Okay, give me a second and we're going to get you your refund." She goes and goes and goes. So, one of my employees then states, "Give us a second. We're we'll get with you. Just give us one second." And she just goes to cussing and she was like, >> um basically going back and forth, shut up and all this other stuff. So, when I got to the window, she was still going. I said, "Ma'am, how may I help you? How may I help you?" She kept going. Whoever was like telling her, "Shut up." >> Hey, make sure we run. >> Say one more word. She pul she grabbed her purse. She reached in there. I just seen the handle of it and I just the rest of us just got away from the window and went towards the back of the building where there's no windows. So that's when she sat there then she drove around. She come on inside. I said, "Give me a second. I'm going to get you your refund, but you're not allowed in the building." It was her and the guy at this point. She didn't have her bag on her. >> Not sure if she had in her bra or if he had on him. I said, "Give me a second. You're not allowed in the building." So, at this point, I'm on the phone with you guys and I'm locking the doors and she drives back around and she's like laying on the horn. I'm not going to go to that window. I know you have a firearm. So, >> you never saw In fact, you never saw a physical handle. >> I seen the handle. >> So, what you think might have? >> Well, we can say that. Yes. >> So, the alleged use of a firearm was only a suspicion from the employees perspective. But even without that, the female suspect still engaged in multiple shocking and reckless actions. Oh, she she told her she'll um beat her ass. She was coming in to beat her ass. >> She said she was beat. >> And was that after the doors were locked? >> After the doors were locked, I was locking the doors, but she got to the front door before I could get out there to lock the doors. >> Hey, let 54 for assault. >> This a disagreement happened. She went into her purse to what you felt looked like maybe was a weapon. Correct. At that point, you closed the windows, locked everything down, and but she never actually presented any weapon. >> Correct. >> At you, specifically, anybody in here. Correct. And the only threats that she made was beat somebody up. Was that while the door all these doors are locked? >> It was while at the window. >> So, in her car? >> It was in the car at the window. >> That's that's that's the totality of the story, right? >> Oh, well, she spat on me before she >> she spit on you. >> Yeah. >> Did it actually land on you? >> Yeah. She was trying to spit on her, but I'm literally at the window trying to >> at the window and then she spit on you. >> Yes. I was trying to diffuse the situation like, "Ma'am, how can I help you?" She wasn't focused on me. She was focused on her behind me. And when she spit, it landed on me because I'm at the window. >> Back to the woman, police asked her the reason for her actions. Naturally, she refused to admit any wrongdoing and instead blamed her behavior on being pregnant. They >> said, "You want to tell me what happened today?" hormonal pregnancy. These people had me waiting for a long time for my food. So when I ordered it, I asked for it to be fresh. So I came back around because it wasn't fresh. They told me to pull to the front to wait. I was waiting for 10 minutes. I pulled back around. I said, "I just don't want the food no more. They can keep it. Just give me a refund." And the girl started talking to me. So then the manager came. She was telling me I had to come inside. I was like, "I'm pregnant. I'm tired. I'm not trying to come. I would have been through the drivethrough. Why you just can't process refund through the drive-thru?" So then the manager came. She said she was going to process the refund. Everything would have been fine. But the other little baldhead girl started calling me and talking >> and she pissed me off. >> What happened between you and I guess the manager at the window? >> At the window or the door? >> The window first. >> Yes. I was going to be in India. I need everybody to go over there and take over for Kilo, please. >> At any point did you open your door? Yes, I opened my door because they locked the window and I was banging on the window and beep beeping my horn and telling them just give me my money so that I can go. >> But she was trying to pull the other lady to the back so to stop our altercation. >> Even with the spitting incident, she admitted to it, but still tried to tweak some details, speaking as if she had the right to do it and that they deserved it. >> I didn't spit on her. I spit on my car. I spit out the window and it got on my car. So, I know it didn't land on her. My mouth was already dry from yellow. I didn't spit on that. You spat but >> I did at the car. But I didn't get on my on my car. Get on my driver's side. The spit is on going down the window. >> Yeah, I saw the video. That's what I'm asking. >> Yeah, >> I didn't spit on her. It got on her 19. >> Oh, I didn't even spit on her >> cuz when I looked at the video, you directed your spit towards her. >> No, not the manager with the blue shirt. >> No, the >> the other girl. That's what I'm saying. It didn't touch her or the manager. It got on my car on the on my driver's side. >> Okay. And when you was reaching in your purse, what was >> I was so already so pissed off, but I didn't I I wasn't trying to spit on that lady cuz she didn't do nothing to me. I can't even say she did. She was literally the calmst one saying she was going to process my refund. It was the other lady talking that made me mad. >> Okay. And what was what were you looking for in your purse when you was reaching in your purse? >> I didn't reach in my purse. >> I did not reach in my purse. I brought the whole purse. I didn't reach in my purse cuz I already saw what I saw. >> Okay. But what did you see? >> I'm asking you what were you reaching for in the purse. What's in my purse? Y'all searched my purse. >> But I didn't pull it out. I didn't threaten nobody. I didn't even >> I got a bunch of my purse and it was all the way at the bottom. >> I don't want to go through that. I'm not dumb. I would never put my child's life in jeopardy about $20 or a ghetto ass at KFC. >> All right. Well, you'll see. I don't know if anybody told you the charges are battery against her. So, that's what we're going to jail for. >> For what? >> Battery. He's fat. >> In the end, the woman was charged with battery. A few seconds of anger can ruin everything. Stay in control before a bad reaction turns into a criminal mistake. Next, the woman believed that her actions were entirely justified. >> So, I did smack her. I broke my phone with it, but I I I'm not going to lie to you. I did. On July 30th, 2024, police responded to a report from a hair salon about a stylist causing a disturbance. The suspect had even acted violently toward staff. Upon arrival, both the suspect and the salon owner recounted the chaos they had experienced. >> I own this. >> Okay. >> Okay. Here. >> I have gave you my ID. >> Yeah. What's going on? >> I'm the one that's in the situation with the hair stylist. >> Okay. What's going on? >> So, I paid her 225 fry. I know y'all can't give me no money back, but I paid her $225 on Friday. I come from Miami. I drove up here today cuz we rescheduled. I was supposed to come yesterday. I rescheduled with She said, "Come today at 4:00. I've been here since 4:00." As I'm driving up here, she's like, "Um, can we reschedu till 5:30?" But I'm like, "Hey, I'm already on the way." She's like, "Okay, well, I'll be done around 5:30." So, I said, "Okay, that's fine. I'll wait." And she's been sitting here for 3 hours. The issue escalated when the hair wasn't the right color. So, come to find out, the hair that I purchased, it wasn't dyed to my actual hair color. It's black. So, I'm looking at her like, "Hey, like I have to drive an hour back to Miami. Like, clearly this is not going to happen today." You know what I'm saying? So, I was like, "Can I just please get my refund so I can go about my day and I got to figure out what I got to do cuz I have work to go to later on." She basically told me, "No, I'm not giving a refund because I bought two." I sure did because she ran up to me. So, I was defending myself. I'm not a liar. She ran up to me, tried to grab me, and I punched her in her. Don't run up to me. I don't even know what you have in your hand. So, I did smack her and broke my phone with it, but I I I'm not going to lie to you. I did. >> At that time, police also approached the stylist who had worked on her hair, gathering information from both sides simultaneously, revealing that the story was unfolding in two very different directions. >> Um, she booked a service. She has to pay half of the money for her service. >> Are you the employee or the are you >> I drug her hair? Yes. Now she calling y'all talking about I do drugs and off I'm off pills or some No, I do absolutely none of that. I'm a military brat. Like come on, be for real. And a mother. She mad. She's right. So that's basically what happened. They were all here. They all witnessed it. >> Do you see my face? >> Hey, can you keep telling me the story, please? >> I said, um, do you want to come back tomorrow? I'm going to repurchase the bundles for you and I'm going to dye it. I'm not going to have an insistent dye. I'm going to dye the hair properly. She starts to get all aggressive and screaming and all this extra stuff when I was just trying to solve her problem. I can't offer her a refund on something she purchased already. You can go ask me. She came up to me, tried to grab me and I hit her in her [ __ ] cuz she went inside her suite, came out and tried to approach me like, "Why are you I don't even know what you have in your hand. There's scissors in there. There's all kinds of It's my first time meeting you. I don't know who who you are." So imagine somebody going somewhere, coming back and coming up to you. you're going to feel threatened, especially if you're already arguing with somebody. So, I defended myself. I hit her one time, she backed up and left me alone. I said, "Call the cops." >> All right. >> She hit She took my bag and I tried to reach for my passport and she punched me in my face and I have all of it on surveillance. >> Let's go look at that. >> This way. Many of the suspect woman's actions made it clear she was in the wrong at that moment, including punching the employee in the face, rifling through her purse, and even tearing up her ID. >> Uh, excuse me. So, you have ID on you? >> She ripped it up. >> She ripped it up? >> Yep. >> Okay. You have any other form of identification? >> No, I have my credit card. >> That's fine. Um, let me grab your >> You can have a seat. There's no picture on the credit card. >> Just give him your name, that's all. So, why did you come all the way from Miami to >> Because mutual friends >> recommended her? >> Yes. And it was crazy because when I sat here and I'm sitting here for like 2 hours, literally sitting here, I'm like, "Hey, when are you done? X Y and Z." Like literally her text messages. She's like, "Oh, the girl changed the hair." The girl that walks out is my friend. And I was like, "Um, I was like, "Oh, you lucky you're my friend." Cuz what? And she drove from Miami. So, as I'm messaging her, she was like, "Girl, the hair I have in my head, it's already falling. I don't like it." She's like, "The hair is basically like store package hair." And she already told me that I'm thinking like, "You're getting extensions sewn in. >> I'm getting extensions sewn into my head." So, she was telling me already like her hair is trash. >> You have like like natural straight hair, too. >> Yes. Well, curly. She blow dried it out. So, as she's telling me this, she was like basically saying, "What is black?" >> It's like a cap >> so our hair doesn't get ruined. >> Police were also shown surveillance footage capturing the entire incident, which revealed that the sequence began when she deliberately rifled through the employees purse. And when confronted, she immediately attacked instead of defending herself. >> Yeah. >> So, did you see it? >> Did you see it? >> Yeah, it happens right here. >> So, that and then >> after like right here happens again. >> There's nothing wrong with her eye. >> I'm just so for me to determine, >> right? >> Turn back around right here. That's it. >> Hold on. That happens right here. >> Oh, yeah. >> That's my color. Okay. So, so look >> this color >> right here. >> 292. >> So, I don't know. Can you like save the the clips of the videos and then send it to me or how does this >> No, I think you have to screen record it. >> I was on live recording her when she walked up to me. That's good. >> Literally, I was like this. Walked up to me. I got scared. >> I'm like, girl, she you just left the suite. What are you walking up to me with? I don't know. You know these hairstylists are crazy. >> All right, stop screen recording. >> Outside, the woman remained completely unfazed upon learning she was being taken in. Even managing to maintain her image, trying to appear righteous in front of her friends. >> I look I need like a Thug's Life like glasses. Y'all know the meme, the thugs life with the drop the Dre beat. >> I'm very familiar with that. >> Yes, that's what I look like. I just need glasses cuz this is insane. Say, so should I take this out and just do >> I don't know, friend. I just want to be stressed for you. >> No, I'm okay. I need to tell my mom. >> No. Okay. I never been arrested, but this is so crazy. >> My real hair looks like this. A natural little bob. >> You know, this looks like I just >> Yeah. >> She's out here. She's getting arrested for all her stuff. >> Oh, she >> um Hey, you want her number? Do you know? >> Yeah, I need her number. Just sit her in there for now >> so we can tell sir what we have. >> The woman was charged with assault and robbery related offenses. The lesson is clear. Staying calm and resolving conflicts peacefully prevents legal trouble and protects your reputation. Next, a woman chose to take a reckless action after failing to get what she wanted. Hey, you better get yourself first. >> On February 10th, 2023, police were dispatched to Walmart after a report of a woman causing a disturbance at the pharmacy. She unleashed her anger on the staff and as soon as officers approached, they were immediately met with her fury. >> Security. So, the farmer says they want you to leave so we can't have you. Hey, turn back. >> You better get yourself first. Touching me. You touching me. You just breath. You just touch my breath. Man, >> try to get my medication. They won't give me >> my stupid. >> You know, I'm running with your police. I'm calm my ass down. But you're fired, by the way. You're fired. >> You are fired. You are fired. >> Roll over on your butt. She was immediately escorted to the loss prevention office. But instead of cooperating to resolve the issue, the woman continued to display her anger and hostility. That's it. >> Yeah. >> Touching my breast. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I'm trying to get my medication. This going on >> my insurance company. I was on the phone with them trying to get to talk to somebody cuz they said it' be clear tomorrow. I ended up getting I don't need to explain everything. >> I got somebody just saw this on there. >> They need a real tech. >> I mean, I wouldn't mess around. I would >> Yeah. >> Why are you touching me? >> Why are you touching me? Don't touch me. >> Why is he touching me? >> Cuz you're in custody now. It's over. You don't have to touch me. >> You don't have to. >> He does not need I don't have >> Okay, that's right. You don't have >> No, you don't. Okay. >> You going to find out? Ask the other police officers. >> Okay. >> Oh, they probably bus drivers now. >> I get locked up. There's a ride y'all. That's >> is your driver's license. >> That's where That's the last time I had my mask right there. I'm >> looking for it. They won't give me my medication. I think they have a personal issue. I think there's something else going on behind there. I'm trying it. They need to be figured out. >> Where are you living? >> No. I was throwing a fit because my INSURANCE THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY BED. I WAS TRYING TO BE on the phone. Oh, >> there they go with the lie. All right. >> The incident happened only because the woman was angry with her insurance over getting her medication. But everything she did left her with no way to deny responsibility. >> Here video of something else. >> Minding her own business. >> Next thing I hear and by the time I start out >> I walked away. >> I walked away. >> Yeah. Yes, >> I just kicked the door. That didn't mean I was going to go in there. >> Did she physically try and go behind the counter? >> No, I did not. I'm not going behind the counter. >> My god. I was on the phone. My insurance company. I had the number from the person that I talked to yesterday saying that it was go through today and this probably has a personal problem said that it's not going through. So, I was trying to call my insurance to get my medication, >> my my mental medication. K191. >> Okay. Thank you. >> At this point, the officers reviewed the events that had occurred, realizing that her behavior went beyond mere defiance as she had caused injury to them. >> What caused that? We're fighting. She she uh either bit me or scratched me. This is definitely a scratch. >> Okay. All right. >> Scratch it. Okay. >> Do you know did you ask her anything about her? Like what more? >> I didn't get into that to you guys. >> Okay. All right. Um, >> fish are right back. >> Okay. >> Um, so just based on she may not tell us the truth or anything like that. Um, but either way, we we always recommend going to the hospital and getting a blood panel done. So they have a whole protocol for um sticks and stuff just cuz it was a mouth too. >> Scratches. I had her I had her show me your teeth. Did it look too rough in there? Wasn't bleeding or anything like that. So >> yeah, >> there's so there's limited things that can be transferred via saliva, but there are >> I know. I've been through it. >> Yeah. You know, so >> are you wanting to go down with Sunstart today? No. >> No. >> If I go, I'll just go north. >> Okay. Yeah. >> And what we'll do is when I do my action table, we'll go ahead and pull a warning. >> Okay. >> And pull her pull her blood. >> Perfect. There you go. >> The woman was convicted of battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly [music] conduct. Letting emotions take over can lead to serious legal consequences, including assault charges. [music] And that calm, cooperative behavior is the only way to protect yourself and resolve conflicts safely. Even worse, this girl caused massive damage simply out of boredom. >> Let's just go. I'm not worried about people. Are they out? I don't know. >> Dude, I'm sorry. I really wasn't thinking. I won't take my meds today and I'm impulsive. >> Okay. Where's the light at? On December 26th, 2023, police received an alarm about a massive fire at a Walmart in Wisconsin. The moment they arrived, officers rushed inside to assess the situation and check if anyone was still trapped. A preliminary cause had already been identified. >> We got heavy smoke. Let's just go. I'm not worried about people. Are they out? >> I don't know. Walking the sprinklers here. Ethan. >> Ethan. >> Oh, Jesus. >> You're all right. Let's just sleep and make a little bit of huh >> everybody out. >> I think everybody Yeah. Okay. Get out. >> Just get out. >> Yes, sir. >> Just let it go. >> Yeah. >> I'll grab this section. >> I'm going to go down and I'll go that way. >> Yeah. >> All right. That's the slightest clue what started it. We'll probably want to pull footage and make sure no one kids are doing something stupid in there. I guess >> we definitely will. We know like where it's like where it like busted the most was like where where we have artificial coral. It's really bustable. Yeah. My fear is that some some kids did something stupid, you know, kind of worst case. But yeah, impossible. It's all right. After confirming the situation with store management and reviewing the evidence, police were certain that a 19-year-old girl was behind it all. She had set fire to a fake tree, then calmly walked away. That very same day, officers showed up at her home, and the moment she appeared, she knew something was terribly wrong. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Can you come down and chat with us for a second? >> Yeah. >> You want to have a seat? I'm Detective Brad. This is Sergeant Lotus. Were you Were you at Walmart today? >> Mhm. >> Okay. What did you go to Walmart for? >> Oatmeal and mayo. >> Oatmeal and mayo. Okay. Did you go with anybody? >> No. You seem a little nervous. What's going on? >> Because it scared me genuinely. And >> she did come home in a panic. >> What? What scared you? >> The fire. >> Okay. Where were you at when you saw it? >> I was walking. I was ready to go check out and I was in the ladies bra section and then someone was saying, "Oh, there's a fire." And then I saw it. It started breaching the ceiling and then I said, "Everyone move away. Fire, fire, fire." I have a video if you want to see. >> Okay. >> Well, Walmart has a lot of video cameras there. >> A lot of them that pretty much cover the entire store. >> But some people >> Okay. So, did you get your oatmeal in mail? So >> I got them from >> Hansen. So why were you over in the bras if you went there to get oatmeal [music] mayo? >> Because when I was going to check out and >> did you have oatmeal and mayo in your hands? >> And then I set it down right where the refrigerator was in the selfch checkckout aisle. >> The girl showed clear hesitation and nervousness when answering the officer's questions. She denied her actions, even presenting the video she filmed as proof of innocence. >> And then I was going to walk away. And then I went in the fabric section to the socks and the bras. And then that's when someone said, "Oh my god, look, there's a fire." And that's when I turned around. And I made the stupid decision to just stay and videotape it instead of leaving. And I watched it over multiple times. And it's pretty clear to me that it was in that section. >> Okay. >> Did you see anybody else in the section where fabrics were and stuff like that? >> No, nobody else was in there. >> There was an old lady, >> I think, with her family and they were near it. And then this other person that I was standing near was saying, "Everyone move from the area." And then I started shouting that, too. And you can see it in the video. >> Do you have the video? >> Mhm. You still have it? [clears throat] >> Mhm. >> Can I come with you? >> Sure. >> So, she's on camera walking out of the aisle like moments before the fire starts. And >> nobody else is in the aisle. >> Not that we can see. And nobody exits the aisle from either side. And her demeanor coming in and leaving are very different. What the >> Everybody Everyone move from the area. >> That's me shouting that. >> Everyone moved from the area. >> There was nobody else in the aisle with the fabrics and stuff when you were down there except for an old lady >> and her family I would presume and then everyone that's when everyone started walking out the door. >> But with what the investigation had uncovered, nothing could slip past the police. >> Okay, there's lots of footage. You're clearly in a panic right now. So, what did you start? >> This the the state crime inspectors are coming to check the fire and they're going to be able to tell us exactly how it happened. >> Like, not like it maybe happened this way or it maybe happened that way. >> What did you say? >> My lighter. >> What? Where's the lighter at now? >> It's in >> Where's the lighter at now, >> Emma? Where's the lighter at? It's in the kitchen where >> I don't want you to touch it. I want you to tell me where it's at. >> What's going to happen to me? Please tell me. >> Tell me where the lighter is. >> I just I Emma, this is a felony. That's That's the >> short stick of it. >> I didn't mean to do it. I'm sorry. I really wasn't thinking. I didn't take my meds today and I'm impulsive. >> Okay. >> Where's the lighter at? >> It's in the kitchen. When you walk in, there's like a cabinet right here. There's a garbage to the refrigerator first. >> Okay. I'm going to walk you over there and I want you to show me where it's at. Okay? I don't want you to touch it. >> Okay? So, let's go grab it. Don't touch it. Just show me where it's at. Which one is it? >> Green. >> The green one. >> Is she going to get arrested for this? >> I'm going to go to jail. Please be honest with me. >> Come back over here. We're not done yet. >> So, what what did you start? >> H >> what what did you start on fire? >> I just >> What did you like? I lit one of the leaves of the fake plants and I just I really didn't mean to. >> What do you mean? Explain that to me. Help me understand >> because I wasn't thinking about anything that could have happened at the end. I didn't even think about that. I was and I feel really guilty. >> So under the officer's persistence, the girl admitted her actions. Surely she had to learn a lesson after this incident. We know when the bond is too much for loveless. >> Holy. I could have been at my hat. Please. >> I love you. Breathe. I'm sorry. I don't mean to be this way. I really hate myself for this. >> Remember, it's just stuff. Okay, >> breathe. I really wasn't thinking when I did it. I swear. I love you, but you need to breathe. Okay, breathe. It's >> going to be okay. >> I hope. I mean, >> after all this, I mean. >> Okay, I'm ready. >> This is a lesson learned. >> Yes, it is. >> Oh, Jesus. God. >> Ra, you want to snap a couple pictures of the car before you go? >> Oh, Jesus. Oh, God. >> And just breathe, okay? Like your mom said, >> in the end, she was officially charged with arson and reckless endangerment. accused of causing millions of dollars in damage and putting countless lives at risk. One careless spark can burn down not just a store, but your entire future. Next, this thief, because of fleeing, was willing to damage the store. On March 29th, 2023, police were dispatched to Target after reports of an active theft in progress. The suspects arrived in a vehicle that was also believed to be stolen. Realizing how practiced and professional these offenders were, officers approached with extreme caution. >> Hey, get out of the car. Get out the car. Come over here. This is a stolen car. Keep your hands out of your pockets. Have a seat on the sidewalk here. Have a seat on the curb. You're not free to leave. Is anybody else in the car? >> Don't reach for anything in your bag. Okay. Are you pregnant? >> No. Okay. Now, you're not free to go. Sit down on the curb. Sit down on the curb. Do not reach in your pockets and do not run. You understand? You're not free to go. You're being investigated for vehicle trespass right now. >> Just make sure because you're probably going to end up in handcuffs here in a minute. >> Why? >> 26. I have another uh complaintant outside of the vehicle with me. Where's your buddy at? I know there's one more inside the store. He's got a car pool all this you walking past me. Is he your boyfriend? Is he just a friend? Is he both? >> You're going to be detained in handcuffs. Thank you for being cool. Two suspects had already been captured, but the case was far from over. A lookout had been posted outside. Another waited in the car with the engine ready, and one more suspect was still inside the store. But the moment officers closed in, that last suspect made an unexpected move. >> Hey man, you're not free to leave. GO. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. >> I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. >> You should have done that, man. >> Never done that. I know. >> You know I was going to catch you. >> I know. >> So much fun. I don't know. >> By the way, >> do you have any weapons on you? >> Corp4. We have fire for two. >> I'm going to turn you side. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> You're not one. No problems. >> Are you injured? >> Yeah. >> He was ready to topple an entire display rack just to block the officer's path. And if they hadn't fired the taser in time, a second shelf would have come crashing down. Meanwhile, another team outside was already interrogating the remaining suspects, peeling back the layers of their chaotic scheme. >> What's their name? >> We're talking to him inside. So, I'm just seeing if you're actually Tell me. >> What is it? >> It's Pat. >> Pat. Okay. Does Pat have a job? >> I think he's supposed to work cuz I don't really see enough. >> So, why is he out here stealing stuff from Target then? >> I know he was stealing. >> So, what were you doing? Why were you hanging on the car? >> Uh, just talking. >> Typically, right? You know how this works. One or two stay in the car and watch out while the other one goes inside and they call like, "Oh, cops are coming." Like, let's not BS me, right? And insult our intelligence cuz I don't really like being fed lines. You know what I mean? So, what? >> I was on watch. >> Yes. Okay. Okay. But he told you he was going to go steal. >> He just told me you were on watch, dude. >> Yeah, I know. or no after you show up. Just that's Mando, you know, it's like a street. >> Yeah, let's go with instruction. >> What? >> Hold on. Put you in the back here and read your rights. Okay. >> I didn't hear you. I ain't do nothing alone. I thought >> Yeah. When I realized you guys were there for me, I panic. >> That's what you're saying. >> I didn't, you know, I had no intention of running. I just kicked the roof over there. >> Kick what roof? What are you talking about? >> Thank you guys for your service. >> I kicked the roof. >> Yes. He was pulled out of the car thinking only he had been caught while his girlfriend explained the stolen car situation. He was surprised to learn the other suspects had also been arrested. >> Your rights. Okay. >> Is that my girl? >> Probably. >> Who's Patrick? Who's the guy over there? The dude with the ponytail and stuff. >> Um I don't know. >> Okay. So, when you say a bill of sale for the vehicle, >> Yeah. She gifted it to him. She gift just gave him this car. >> Yeah. >> To who? To Patrick. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> How much do you think that car is worth? >> Uh, not as much as you think it is. >> Okay. >> It's got a lot of issues. A lot. >> Okay. How many cars have you been given in your life? >> Um, a couple. >> A couple? >> Yeah. >> Really? You must have very nice friends. >> So, the thing is like like she owes him money, first of all. Second of all, that that bees a lot of issues that she can't get fixed. She doesn't have the money or the resources to get things. >> Hey, uh, Mr. Thomas. Sir, >> who's the owner of the vehicle? >> Carla. >> Carla. Cuz she's saying Carla gifted the vehicle and she has a bill of sale. >> Okay. So, I was flagged down. The reason I was I was flagged down because they believe you're going to shop. Okay. >> I don't do that. No, I don't. >> Well, they suspected you belong to, right? So, that's why I was flagged down. But what can you tell me? What can you tell me about this car? Who does this car belong to? >> Carlos. my my girlfriend. >> Carla, is that who was in the vehicle? >> Yeah, it was not Carla I spoke with that was in the car. That's why she's mad. >> Oh, because you're talking to this girl. >> Yeah. >> Although numerous excuses claimed the car had been gifted, the system clearly flagged it as stolen. Even when asked for proof, the woman took a long time to produce it. >> Because you're in a stolen vehicle. >> That's not stolen. >> Okay. Can you show me the >> Well, then why would somebody call and report it still? Then why are you dealing with him? >> I I don't I I try not to. I've been telling Patrick not to there for a long time. >> Are you dating Patrick? >> We've been off and on for like 3 or 4 years. >> Well, Patrick went in there and loaded up a shopping cart full of stuff and he was going to steal it. >> We had a good part. No, no, we aren't going to steal it. We're going to get everything. >> I don't believe that's accurate. And so if we're looking over here, who's this in the gray hoodie that's still handcuffed? Joel, >> that's Joel. And he was not the driver. Patrick earlier. >> That's not that cold. You got a jacket on. I know. >> It's little. >> That's not much of a jacket. >> I know, right? I need Wi-Fi. >> I can't help you with that. >> Can I walk over towards Target? >> You can do whatever you want. Oh, wait, wait. Actually, no. You cannot. Uh cuz I believe they want you trespass from Target for life. >> Okay. >> So, that means don't go into the store. Don't go in front of the store. >> Okay. Okay. >> Right. Um, >> if you do, you can get charged with a crime. If you go in and shoplift it, it's considered a burglary. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you can go wherever you want to try and do that. And I'll make a note that you said that you saw a bill of sale. >> He actually has a bill of sale at his house. >> Well, that'd be a great thing to bring to court. >> Okay. >> In the end, Patrick was charged with shoplifting and obstruction. The other two were charged with trespassing, while the woman was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle without legal ownership. Trying to steal, making excuses, or fleeing only leads to more charges and broken trust. Every reckless decision carries serious consequences. Next up, the next woman destroyed the store because of her own sad story. >> And I [ __ ] this place up as much as I could because I felt mad. Okay. >> I was mad. Get through it. >> She died of alcohol poisoning. >> On July 23rd, 2024, police received a call from a liquor store reporting a woman named Lisa Blackwell. She wasn't there to shop. We got one. >> What you said your name was >> overwhelmed by grief for her friend, she chose to drown her sorrow and alcohol and lash out rather than cope with the pain. The damage she caused was extensive. Three entire aisles had to be cleaned up. Sorry. Please stop. Please. Sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't mean it. >> Grab a phone. Let me have your phone. >> I didn't mean it. I'm sorry. >> It's all right. It's okay. We'll get through it. >> She died of alcohol poisoning. I miss her. >> I miss her so much. >> I miss her so much. >> Sorry. >> Anything else on you? >> No, >> we got 115. >> Lisa, >> watch your feet, too. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. >> SHE DIED. SHE DIED OF ALCOHOL POISONING. >> CLEARLY, this was an unwanted situation and her actions were completely unreasonable. A moment of emotional outburst escalated from personal anguish into criminal behavior. >> It's all right. >> She died. She died of alcohol poisoning. My best friend, I'm so sorry. >> I didn't go smashing stuff in the liquor store. >> I know. I'm sorry. I didn't take it very well. Oh, she was my best friend. >> She was my best friend. >> We're just going to get your blood pressure and check your blood sugar. >> Okay. >> Open your finger. >> Your finger, honey. Good. >> I'm so sorry. I love her so much. Excuse me, my friend. >> I'm so sorry. 33 90°. >> Am I going to jail? Yeah, you're going to >> Okay. >> Probably consumed by thoughts of her friend, she seemed indifferent to everything else. Even when taken into custody, she accepted it calmly without any hint of shame. >> All the right to remain silent, >> of course. But right now, I'm not trying to get any information, just your name and all that. >> Lisa Blackwell. >> Yeah. >> Is that Lisa? L I S A. >> Yes. What's your middle initial? >> P. >> What's your last name? >> Blackwell. >> Is that B L A C K W E L E? >> L L. >> Oh, W E L L. Right. Yes. Okay. And then your date of birth, please. >> Okay.
