But when the officers stepped in, their rage collapsed into panic and tears of regret. Here are times when unhinged Karens think they're untouchable, ends badly. Support us with a like and subscribe. More shocking cases are coming. Starting with this woman who thought arguing with cops was a luxury sport. >> Now, what the get out of the car? >> What's up? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> WHAT VEHICLE is it? It's my It's my vehicle. >> On September 20th, Florida patrol officers witnessed a Dodge Challenger suddenly swerve, nearly causing a highway collision. The driver ignored orders to stop, forcing police into a brief pursuit. Here's what happened next. >> Hey, what? >> See your driver's license, please. >> Yeah. Can you come by the other side? >> No, ma'am. >> Huh? >> Can see your driver's license, please. >> Okay. This is not my This is the driver's side. I gave my ID. >> When approached, the female driver started making every excuse possible to stall for time, complicate the stop, and shift the blame onto the officers. >> Oh, by the way, >> you're by my curse. I'm not I'm scared you're going to rob me. That's what I'm trying to say. How how's it going to make a difference if I rob you from that side or this side? >> This side is better. You can't reach my purse. You can My purse is right here. >> Ma'am, I need to see your driver's license or I will take you to jail. >> Yes. Fine. A poor attempt to hide the liquor bottle beside it, but she picked the coldest cop to play her little drama with. Further, open the door. >> Ma'am, you're you're against the law now. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Nobody trusts you because you're Hey, bro. Stop. >> I will bust this window, >> bro. Move your arm. >> No, ma'am. Step out of the car. >> Step out. He's asking me questions. >> It's not relevant. >> Asking you a question. >> You're not even paying my bills. Can I get the man that's paying my bills on the phone? >> Is he going to tell us your name? >> Yeah. >> Why? You can't tell. You can't tell your name. >> Yeah, he is. Now, can you go get my phone? >> Can you tell him your name, please? >> Can you go get my phone? >> Can you tell him your name? >> He's going to tell you my name. >> Even in handcuffs, she kept shouting her innocence, switching identities, flaunting her wealth, and threatening to sue the cops as if money could rewrite what just happened. >> I need to get your name. >> I just told you my name. >> What's your name? >> Laura. Like I don't get >> Ur. >> Yes, Laura. Like regular Laura. >> Okay. What's your birthday? >> Get my phone cuz I don't feel safe with y'all around me. Like seriously. >> Okay. What's your What's your date of birth, M? >> Seriously crazy. >> What's your date of birth, M? >> You over here. >> What is your birthday? >> Give me MY PHONE. I DON'T TRUST YOU. >> I've already I've already explained that, man. >> We already explained you that. You hear that? >> You made a right turn from the left turn lane. How I fit in California? >> Florida. >> Florida. Okay. Whose vehicle is it? It's my It's my vehicle. >> Okay. You live Well, you have a California TAG AND YOU'RE TOLD >> I CAME FROM CALIFORNIA. I JUST MOVED HERE TWO DAYS AGO. >> Are you kidding me? I'm over here driving the Publix. What the >> I can't wait to get this little war on y'all. I I love kids. >> This is my supervisor. The supervisor. >> Let's go. >> Absolutely. >> No. >> Ignoring her insults and threats of lawsuits, officers searched the car and quickly uncovered exactly what she'd been desperately trying to hide. Dude, don't you close door me. >> Hey, uh, >> it's open. Okay. >> I thought I got a whiff. >> I thought so, too. >> When putting her in the in the car, >> it didn't quite tell you when he >> No, I'm I'm I'm clear. >> I mean, I don't know if that's >> that's a part of her outburst. I really don't want to pull her out, uncuff her given her condition, but at the very least she got open container. >> In the end, the woman was identified as Sarah Vincent. She was charged with resisting an officer, improper turn, failure to show a driver's license, open container, and illegal window tint. This case reminded us arrogance always ends the same way with handcuffs, shame, and a hard lesson learned. Next, watch how a mother-daughter duo turned a simple refund into absolute chaos. PUT JAMES BACK. >> WHY? THEY'RE NOT ARRESTING ME. MOMMY, MOM. WHOA. HEY. >> On March 13th, 2025, police were called to investigate a hit-and- run accident after a woman reportedly fled the scene of a crash. Both the suspect and the victim contacted authorities, but what happened next shocked everyone. stuff. >> He cuts through the gas station, pulls out the other side, goes by my friend the wool's house. They're outside in the front yard. I'm yelling, "Hit and run, hit and run." They're like, "Oh, great." Had I not seen him, he would he would have crushed me. >> He was behind you or on the side of you. Trying to think. Is that too late? >> It's too late. I was actually here when he fed in. I hammered the brakes and went back up on the curb. So, he goes like that. >> I don't know. I'd like to see the other guy's car. They called in as well. They're wondering why they were being chased by a truck. >> Yeah, cuz he cut me off. >> But that's why I want to see the other truck. All right. So, let me uh let me do some uh digging. Get the telephone number. They are their party. See where they're where they live and where they're at. Yeah. >> The witness said the woman's truck cut across the gas station, caused a crash, and quickly fled the scene. When officers arrived at her home, she immediately offered a series of conflicting excuses. >> Came out of I came out of advanced auto part um uh whatchamacallit and then I came back into the gas station. So, I was literally making like a U-turn into the gas station and he was in the far >> lane right here and the light was red. So, >> I see that's that's crazy nonsense. All right. So, he's saying this side of the car is what struck his car. I don't see where this side of the car >> I hit his car. >> That's what he's saying. >> I was behind He was behind me. >> There's no damage on this side of the car. He's saying that you >> No, he definitely hit me. I just talked to him. >> He did say you did pull into the gas station and he bounced out the other side and then he was like, "What?" And then >> Well, because he was still following me. I thought he was going to stop. You know what I'm saying? And then he and then he was coming and I was like, >> "I don't know what's going on." You know what I'm saying? I got my baby in the car. So, >> So, you're saying you where? >> I'm not sure. He I just talked to him at the um gas station. >> The only thing that I would notice is this right here. The woman insisted she had been hit from behind, repeatedly changing her story and blaming the other driver. She confidently claimed that the camera would prove her innocence. However, when officers reviewed the gas station footage, the truth was completely the opposite. >> Reviewed the video with you? >> No, she didn't. It was just me. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So, I was just telling her like, >> "Okay. All right." But how do you know she went into the other lane? >> I mean, like is on the camera now. She turned into And I told her like, "Hey, it looks like you turned into his lane." She said she came out of her. You went to the other lane and came back in. >> You come to us. >> You can't do that, boss. You can't go out to that lane then come back in. All day long, you know. >> You got to be a happy camper. >> Thanks, boss. Appreciate it. >> On the camera, you know, she said she came out of you went to the other lane and came back in. >> I looked at the video. >> Uh-huh. >> It's not It's not benefiting you. >> Why not? He hit me from behind if he hit me. >> Ma'am, you're in the other lane. You crossed in front of him. Okay. So, you can't do that. >> Uhhuh. >> All right. So, what I need is your license and insurance to the vehicle >> from for him hitting me from behind. >> I need your information. Now, you left the scene of a crash. >> We're not going to go down this leaving the scene of a crash. >> Are you being serious right now? >> Being serious? >> Okay. Give me a second. >> I'm going to shut this door. I have somebody in here. >> I I need >> Okay. Yeah. >> Uhhuh. >> Yep. When asked to provide her documents, the suspect became evasive and refused to cooperate, then played the call my mom card, trying to turn the incident into a simple misunderstanding. >> Look at this. Look at the video. Look, look, LOOK. HE WOULD HAVE HIT ME FROM THE BACK, BRO. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Are you serious? >> Mom, listen. >> Tell her to come home. >> Talk to this man because >> you're going to end up going to jail. >> He's trying to put it on me. >> Videos don't lie, ma'am. You know, >> trying to make it easy, ma'am. >> You're the one making it. You're the one. Videos don't lie. >> YOU KNOW I AM. YOU KNOW I AM. I'VE NEVER VIDEOS DON'T LIE. NOBODY SAY YOU'RE IN TROUBLE. DON'T DO THAT. >> DON'T MAKE THIS MORE THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. >> YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I MEAN. >> GO MAKE IT MORE THAN SPEAK. >> YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I go get your children. Come on back. Go get your children. Come on back. >> No. You going to come talk to this? >> Yeah. Tell your mom. She can show up. She can look at the video. >> I'm not even talking to you. [Music] Even with clear evidence and witnesses against her, she kept shouting that she was innocent and being discriminated against. Officers patiently allowed her to pick up her children, but the situation quickly escalated afterward. >> I'm calm, but this is not going to get turned around on me. I can't be scared of a white man in in America because I don't like and then he comes and he tries to turn this around on me like >> Miss, please come here. YOU JUST SAID TO GET MY IDENTIFICATION, didn't you? >> Okay. >> I You said you didn't have it. So, I >> I was talking to my mom. She said the insurance. >> Okay. >> Okay. Is it still farm? Ask your mom if it's still farm. >> Do you want me to get it or not? >> Insurance information. >> Listen, now that Bro, I can't stand, bro. I swear to God. >> Police tried explaining over and over, but the woman just screamed, argued, and dragged things out until they had no choice but to step in. And that's when everything truly spiraled out of control. All right, let's let's go. Let's do this. >> That's what I'm saying. PUT YOUR BODY BACK. >> WHY? NO. ARRESTING ME. MOM. MOM. MOM. MOM. ARRESTING ME FOR NO REASON. >> NO. NO. NO. PLEASE. >> WHY? NO. THEY'RE ARRESTING ME. MOM. WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. My mom, bro. >> He's back. Leo, >> GET ON MY MOM. BRO, >> PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO ME. I didn't even do anything, bro. I won't. Please. You don't have to hold me. You don't have to hold me, dog. You don't have to hold me. Just relax. You don't have to hold. Don't do this in front of my kids, dog. I didn't even do anything. Ma'am, how many times did we give you enough? >> Get my phone. >> Get my phone and call Granny. >> GRANDMA'S ALREADY on the phone. >> OW. GET OFF OF ME, DUDE. >> For real. Get off me. >> The chaotic struggle erupted right in front of the young children inside the house. Both mother and son were restrained. Their refusal to calm down, forcing officers to struggle as they escorted them to the car. I I didn't charge at you, bro. >> Why you pushing me, dog? >> In the car with you, bro. >> GET IN THE CAR. HEY, >> I'm not going to play GAMES WITH YOU, DUDE. >> MOMMY, >> STAY IN THE CAR. >> PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. I didn't. PLEASE. >> VERY SIMPLE. TRIED TO COOPERATE. I don't >> tried to cooperate. I do. >> JESUS. >> OH MY GOD. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU'RE MAKING THIS worse than what it is. You've made this worse. You just pulled me. You made it worse. >> I DID THAT ALL THE WAY AROUND. >> I'M NOT EVEN FIGHTING YOU. >> GET IN. >> GET IN. HAVE A SEAT. >> Oh my god. Did you break my to >> You made this worse than that needed. >> You pushed me. >> You pushed me, bro. >> Nobody pushed you. She fell on the ground. >> Police later showed the grandmother the video evidence, confirming that both her daughter and grandson were at fault. Their late remorse could no longer undo the charges they had brought upon themselves. >> I'm going to show you the video. Okay. I was trying to be very cordial and polite. You're on the phone the whole time. You heard it. I gave her plenty opportunities. All right. I wasn't trying to take it down the path of leaving the scene of a crash, which your daughter did. All right. I was trying to keep it simple as a simple short form crash. She couldn't accept that she was at fault. Okay. Now, when I talked to her, I told her the other party was claiming that she hit him. Okay. That turned out to be the truth. All right. So, I'm going to show you the video so you can see what went on. And I'm I'm being very very very cooperative and very courteous and give you the whole ent. All right. So, and then once we went to take her and cuss it cuz she was continuing playing games with us. I don't have all time. Your grandson come running out and charging us. >> Charging at us. >> All right. He didn't know. >> He actually runs into the other officer. >> Runs into the officer. >> Stand right there. >> Stay right there, buddy. In the end, the woman was charged with two counts, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage and resisting an officer. Her son was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. What seemed like a minor traffic incident turned into a heartbreaking family tragedy. A bitter reminder that running from responsibility only makes things worse. Next, meet the woman who confidently claims someone else's property in the most unlawful way. Stolen vehicle break. >> On July 27th, 2024, De Moine police responded after a man found his stolen truck at a McDonald's lot. Moments later, the woman behind the wheel walked out, unaware the trap had already closed in. It's >> police department. Please come out of the bathroom. >> Hey, how you doing? Come on out. >> Come on out. >> For what? >> Come on up. You're in the >> stolen vehicle. >> You're in the stolen vehicle. >> I didn't settle down. You're going to break my glass. >> Stop resisting. >> We're not resisting. >> I'm [ __ ] confused. Y'all being arrested. >> You're being a result. >> Relax. Relax. Take a deep breath. Stop. >> We'll talk. Okay. >> Please stop doing this [ __ ] Stop around. >> I'm not [ __ ] around. >> The suspect was taken into custody immediately. She appeared shocked and confused at first, but quickly turned defiant, yelling and insisting she was being falsely accused. >> Any guns or knives? >> That truck. That truck. >> We're going to read your >> truck is my cousin's. Why can't I drive it? >> No. Hold on. I'm confused. My That truck is my >> Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. Slow down. We're going to read your rights and then we'll chat a little bit more. Okay. And then we'll chat >> so I can read this to you. >> All right. You have the right to >> I was confused as far as my cousins. Why arrested? >> Okay. I got to read you this first, then we'll get to that. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. After reading that, do you understand what I've just read to you? >> Just car my cousins. I'm confused. >> Do you understand what I've just read to you? >> No, cuz I'm I don't know what the merciful. >> Okay. You're not arrested. You are detained >> for >> Do you understand what I just read to you? Yes or no? The only way we can talk about that is that if you understand the rights that I just read to you, it's yes or no. >> Yes. >> Yes. Yes or no? You got to say it verbally. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, what am I reading or something? >> You're in a stolen vehicle now. >> I didn't It's my cousin, though. I >> Okay. Well, that's a that's a bummer. Your cousin's using a stolen vehicle. >> How is that my fault? I didn't know. >> That's not up to >> unaware. >> Okay. And what is it that you believe being unaware will do in this circumstance? You were in a stolen car. >> Cool. >> So, I'm confused. >> Okay. There's nothing to be confused about. You were in a stolen vehicle. You've been asked to identify yourself. You've identified yourself as India Benson. No date of birth. If you continue to fail to identify yourself when required by law enforcement, you may be issued an additional charge and arrested solely on that. Do you understand? >> I don't even know. You have the you have the vehicle. >> The woman claimed the truck was a gift from her cousin and grew irritated at being misunderstood. She identified herself as India Benson, but fingerprint data later revealed the name was completely fake. >> Well, it's going to read your fingerprints. >> Relax. >> So, just relax and you have to identify. You're under arrest. >> Okay. your finger. >> Ma'am, >> if you fail to participate in this process again, we'll just book you as Jane Doe and you'll go to jail on the new charge of obstruction. >> I just told you. What do you mean? >> You're under arrest. >> I was in the [ __ ] bathroom. >> So now you're under arrest. >> Under arrest for what? >> Obstruction. >> Yep. >> For what? Get out of my butt. Get out of my butt. There's nothing. You can obviously see there's nothing in my pocket. >> You got You got something on your left side front pocket. >> You can obviously see there's nothing in my pocket. So get off my butt. Like you're like you're weird. That's harassment. >> And there's nothing in my pockets. You can obviously see. So get off me. You're weird. Like get the off. >> As she kept pleading her innocence, officers turned to witnesses. And within minutes, the truth crushed every excuse she tried to make. >> Okay. So do you know how she got your keys? >> The key was uh I'm a truck driver. I'm just move this truck to a little bit and I'm just parked my truck. She she or another person I didn't know. >> You didn't see him? >> Yeah. Took them my truck to run. >> Okay. >> It was yesterday actually. >> Yesterday night around >> he truck the truck >> like 3 like 3:00 in the morning this morning. >> Uh what time? >> 10:00. >> 10:00 last night. >> Last night. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Do you have camera video? Can I look at it? Why can you see her arriving in the truck? FYI, I'm recording still. >> So that side where the truck is at, I'm trying to see if we can get video of her arriving in it. >> And she was taking long time the bathroom. So we thought that she just came to change or take a shower because some people, you know, that was coming, they took a shower and make a mess. >> Oh, shower with the sink. >> So it was weird for me. She was taking loan and I told her I knocked the door for her and I told her, "Hey, you need to leave because you have been here a long time. We only need to let the customers come in the bathroom." And she said, "I'm leaving. I'm leaving." And she was brushing her hair when I saw her on the bathroom. >> All the way to the station, she kept running her mouth with arrogant confidence, mocking the officers and acting untouchable, convinced nothing could keep her behind bars. >> Recorded. >> Just pull her through. Let's go. Here we go. >> What? What? And we're just going to give him the keys like that. Um, no, you can't do that cuz that's my cousin's car. So now they're off. And then again, we're going to file something against you cuz you JUST GAVE A 15,000 CARD TO A STRANGER FOR FREE. And this [ __ ] become A LORD, TOO. I'M MY MAMA, BRO. What's your number, bro? I remember you're a redhead. I remember faces, bro. I remember faces. I swear to God, bro. Like, I swear to [ __ ] God. You guys are going to look soing dumb. And the way you're touching my ass and all up on me. Yep. All of them. Y'all don't know. All you cops are getting fired slowly and slowly. All you cops are getting fired slowly and slowly. You are going to be next. You are going to be fired next. You are going to be fired next. I promise you that. I really promise you that. >> Yeah, you're good. >> In the end, police confirmed her real identity as Leila Hassan. She was charged with obstruction of justice, providing false information, assaulting an officer, and possession of a stolen vehicle. This case reminded us responsibility and honesty will always cost less than any clever trick. The law doesn't care about emotions, only evidence. And now let's watch how a welfare check turned into felony. >> Shut the idiot. Get the my house. >> Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> For what? Are you in my house? >> Yes. On April 7th, 2024, officers conducted an emergency welfare check at an apartment on Boulevard East, New Jersey after neighbors reported yelling and strange noises, fearing someone might be in danger. Upon arrival, the resident refused to cooperate, barricading herself inside and locking the door, escalating the situation quickly. >> She thought she's not going to answer anymore. She She's like, "No, >> I'll make her dog bark until Open the door. We're going to take it down. >> Okay. >> Police, open up. >> Do you hear her? >> She not She locked She just locked the door. >> She just locked the door. >> After multiple warnings and requests to cooperate, the suspect's mother finally opened the door. But as officers stepped inside, they were immediately met with the daughter's arrogance and hostility. Okay. >> Come on, pooch. >> Who's in here? >> You're not allowed to go in the house. Get the out of this house. >> Hold on a second. >> GET THE OUT. >> WE GOT WE GOT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SAFE HERE. >> GET THE OUT OF THIS HOUSE RIGHT NOW. GET the house. Get out of my house. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. No. No. No. MOMMY. What are you looking for? For what? For what? >> We got calls that there was guys here trying to break in. NO. NO. NO. >> OH MY GOD. Look at them. >> Officers tried to explain they were only conducting a safety check after reports of a possible break-in, but the woman completely lost control, hurling insults and openly challenging law enforcement. Get the my house right now. Get the house. >> I'm going to ask I don't care. >> I'm going to ask you my house. >> No, I'm not. What the doing here? >> Get the idiot. Get the my house. >> Let us explain to you. >> I know you got the my house right now. >> Instead of cooperating, the 31-year-old chose to put her hands on an officer. A foolish decision that would soon cost her dearly. >> Thing is something something definitely happened. >> Okay. So, look for it. No, I'm not. >> Look for it so I could sue all you [ __ ] Do it. >> We're not doing anything wrong. >> Look for it. Look for it for I No, actually you're not going in my house. >> We have to touch >> I don't care. >> Is there somebody in there or No. >> No. No. >> Turn around. >> Take your hands off. Take your hands off. You're not touching. You'll be UNDER ARREST FOR TOUCHING. THAT'S IT. All right. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. For what? Are you in my house? Stop. >> No. >> I thought I No. Yo, get her down. Just You got her already. >> Yeah, she able. >> I will. I will. Able. I am able. Step on me again. >> Step on me again. Step on me again. Step on me again. Step on me again. >> She didn't step on you. >> Yes, she did. >> You kicked her. Yes, she did. You kicked her. She didn't step on me. She didn't step on me. Now, ma'am, look. Listen. Breathe. We're going to help you. >> Get the out of my house. >> We are going to help YOU GET >> IN MY HOUSE. >> Even after being restrained and handcuffed, she kept thrashing and cursing, forcing officers to use stronger measures to pull her out of the apartment. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. All right. What's up? >> I'm not getting enough. >> Mommy, >> wait. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. >> WHY YOU OPEN THE DOOR? YOU >> WHY YOU TOLD HER TO OPEN THE DOOR? YOU'RE DEAD. >> NO, YOU JUST LISTEN to You have to listen. >> I don't give a >> She put her hands on what door. >> They were in my house. They're in my house. >> Can you guys stop, please? >> She's not She's not responding. >> Can you just listen? Listen. >> She's under arrest right now. >> Ma'am, right now you're you're impeding our arrest. >> You're going to be under arrest, too, if you stay. >> A family member tried to intervene, but was warned they could also be arrested for obstruction. Things could have ended peacefully. The officers gave her every chance, but her relentless defiance finally pushed their patience to the limit. >> No, she wants to get dragged on the floor. Dragged on the floor. But you guys >> stop kicking me. >> Oh, look at look at me. >> That's what they do, right? >> Get the elevator. Jonathan, the elevator. >> Can you JUST STOP BEING AGGRESSIVE? OKAY, that's it. That's it. WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> Why am I under arrest? TYLER, >> why am I under arrest? >> Tyler, have her sit up. >> SHUT THE UP. WHY AM I UNDER RUSH? WHY AM I UNDER THE ARREST? >> CLOSE THAT DOOR. >> IT'S fair to say the officers had to put in serious effort just to get her back to the station while the woman stayed fully in character, playing the bullied victim the entire way. >> Drag me, please. >> Do you want to act like that? >> I don't got Who's getting a breath? You >> look stand up. >> You already been dragging me. Get the out of here. >> No, because you're making this harder for us. >> No. Who's making hard anything? >> Go work for doing your Yo, go work for your [ __ ] >> Going up out of nowhere. Why don't you call him? >> Call him. >> Yo, you're such a liar. >> You're going to get me fired. You know that, right? >> I'm not trying to get you fired. >> Yeah, you're going to get No. Who is Why? Why? Why would I get fired? You're going to get fired. >> I don't know. I'm probably dying. >> In the end, the woman was charged with third and fourthderee assault on a police officer as well as obstruction of law enforcement. What began as a simple welfare check spiraled into a chaotic nightmare. All because of ego and senseless defiance. And she ultimately paid the price for her own actions. Next, not every customer is always right, especially when it comes to those who can't STOP CAUSING TROUBLE. >> TELL HIM TO LET ME GO. JUST THE WHOLE THE OUT OF ME. >> On June 3rd, 2025, airport officers were dispatched to a gate after reports of a passenger behaving aggressively toward Delta staff. When police arrived, they quickly realized this young woman was not going to be an easy one to handle. >> I should like talk to you guys. Really aggressive with her talking snatches. We're um kind of person. Um the passengers are hearing her say she's going to come up and throw hot food on us. >> All right. One passenger came up here. I just want to let y'all know she's threatening to come up and throw hot food on me. I'm just looking out so I can see it. >> Okay. >> At first, officers thought it was just a minor customer service dispute. But when the woman began cursing and threatening to throw hot food at the Delta staff and police moved in to confront the iate passenger immediately. >> What you got to call you? >> Because for what? Because this gay ass don't want to let me on a flight and he checking up for his best friend. I don't even care no more. Shut up talking to me. I don't even want him including just I don't give a out of here. I'm tired of Nashville. I'm tired of Tennessee. I'm tired of talking about what we don't need to. I'm tired of people following after me. Like I feel like I'm the Look at this. I'm the only white I'm the only black person and they all looking at me disgusting. I never seen a black person. >> Hey, stop it. Stop it. Stop talking. Walk this way. >> Well, keep walking this way. >> That was me. So, stop talking to him. I like him more than you. >> I don't care. Walk this way. Talk with him now, too. >> I don't You don't have that choice. Walk. >> Thank you. >> I do have a choice. The woman completely lost her composure, mocking the staff, belittling the officers, and when asked to leave, she acted irritated and deliberately dragged things out. >> Stop talking to me. >> As long as you get out of here, I already know. >> I am walking. >> Don't fight me. I can walk. >> Get away. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING. I'M NOT GOING TO get away. >> No, cuz he he intentionally wants to stop dragging me. We officially >> We told you numerous times to stop yelling. All right, we're done with that now. >> Okay, take it. >> OH MY GOD, I DON'T WANT THE FOOD. >> Why are you acting like that? >> You're acting like I'm doing something. I'm not. You're being loud. Police behind me talking to YOU AND I'M NOT. >> You're being loud to you already. Why do I need to talk TO THREE OF Y'ALL? >> WHY are you yelling? >> WHY DO I NEED TO talk to three of y'all? >> Why are you yelling? Why? Why yelling and cussing? It wouldn't take long before the fiery young woman learned that screaming at cops isn't exactly a winning life strategy. Wait, what the I do not resist me. I'M STUPID on the ground. Y'all cannot wait. Y'all cannot wait. Y'all cannot wait. Y'all cannot over the top. Y'all cannot wait. Wait. So ready for it. Stop resisting. You're doing fine. >> I'm not resisting. >> I know you're doing fine. Whatever. >> Okay. Are you good? Take a deep breath. It's okay. Take a deep breath in. Irritated. I'm irritated. >> I know you're irritated, but we're going to you up. >> Irritated. AND THIS IS WHAT THE I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH. >> WE'RE GOING TO SIT you up. Okay. >> When officers moved in to restrain her, she was crying, denying everything, and twisting around like it was her personal stage in the middle of a crowded airport. >> The my arms back. I'm not my arms me. Hey, DO YOU WANT TO GIVE A HEY, you want TO LET ME GET HOME TO MY MOM? I hate you guys. I WAS CALM. I WAS CALM. I WAS CALM. I WAS CUZ Y'ALL JUST STARTED DOING THIS and now YOU'RE SAYING I'M NOT CALM. WELL, TAKE me out. >> Stop acting like take me out. YOU DON'T HAVE TO TOUCH ME AND I'M NOT going to stop me. >> I'M NOT TELL HIM TO LET ME GO THE OUT OF ME. >> You're acting like >> Let's go. >> I didn't do >> Yes, you did. >> QUIT TOUCHING. >> I'MING IT. CHILL OUT. On the way out, the woman kept screaming non-stop and claiming she was the real victim. >> Don't fight. Calm down. I know you're home. Where's >> Calm down? I'm not doing none of that [ __ ] You're not me. >> Let's stand up. Let's stand up. Who did it? >> [ __ ] you. I hate you. >> We're going to go to the hospital. >> Listen to me. >> We're go to the hospital. Okay. >> What's your name? >> I already told you that. Okay. Okay. So, again, >> Officer Sims. Okay. So, I'm going to I'm going to take Cool. I'm going to take you to the hospital. >> You have kids. >> Do you have kids? >> Well, we're going to take you to the hospital and make sure you're okay. Okay. We're going to get you cleared. >> We're going to get you. Okay. And then we're going to go to jail. All right. That's the plan. >> Finally, the woman was charged with three counts of assault along with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. a bitter ending to her outburst where her mouth ran faster than her mind, turning anger into a full-blown crime in a crowded airport. Next came the embarrassing moment when they were caught red-handed by the police and got a serious scolding. >> What's up? The people in thinking you all took some stuff or something like that. >> Never mind. literally saved me like right there my camera man. >> On April 12th, 2025, the police responded to a retail theft at Zara Beachwood Place Mall. After investigating, they discovered that this group's crimes went far beyond petty theft, involving multiple more serious offenses. Here's how it unfolded. >> How are you? Good. Good. What's up? Somebody took some stuff, it sounds like. Yeah, >> they got out there looking to see if we can find but I just need to know he's going to sign a promo charges and uh All right. I'm going to go off and look at them. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. I have this I everything that they stole. >> Oh, okay. >> You were just able to tell on camera or something like that. >> Um so we have a device that tells us every time something leaves our store, >> it gives us the pictures of what it is and the time. >> Okay. So, if you want, you can take a picture. It's these items. I think I just had somebody steal two items just a second ago. >> Oh, no kidding. Wow. >> Yeah, but I missed them. >> Okay. Yeah. Let me take a picture of it. Yep. >> Oh, no kidding. Okay. >> So, it might help you if you like >> All right. And it was a what? Blonde wig. Two black females. One had a blonde wig. >> Mhm. And there was how many um black males? >> Two. >> Okay. All right. You can't find them. >> Okay. Zara employees confirmed that two female suspects, one wearing a blonde wig along with two men, had stolen merchandise. The store had evidence and the officer began tracking the area, locating the suspects within minutes. >> Wonder what's up. The people in Zara think you all stuff or something like that. >> They're like they're like real mad about it. If you got anything behind you, that's their >> from Zara. We didn't say [ __ ] >> We didn't tell you what they're talking about. I guess they got this device that knows like when someone leaves out what property >> cuz you have anything that looks like that. >> Oh no. >> Uh-uh. >> Okay. You mind if we double chase it in there? You mind? >> No, we put everything back. I will go in there and show you. >> What? >> I didn't take No, we didn't take nothing, sir. >> I tend to believe honest people. I'm trying to figure out why they're trying to say. >> I don't know. We'll show you. >> Would you go back to Zar? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Actually, you did not. I didn't even get yours. They're lucky. >> Yeah, they were pretty mad at me. Yeah, that's what they said. >> I just met I don't know. >> No, really? >> No, I put it back. I don't know. >> I never touched nothing. I was on a phone. >> Okay. So, you were messing with this product and you put it back on. >> No. No. I'm being honest. >> Okay. >> Of course, no one admitted to stealing. The female suspect and her accompllices acted calm, but the more they tried to defend themselves, the more criminal mistakes they revealed. >> Do you mind if we look in there and see if there's a real >> Well, if if they're alleging it, then we have probable cause to search your bag. I mean, we >> Sorry. >> I mean, you're telling us you didn't. >> How old are you? >> 17. >> This is from the car. Yeah. Okay. That's it. You got any idea? >> No, I don't have ID. >> You say you're 17? >> Yeah. >> Like 100%? >> Yes. Okay. >> See what they want to do? >> Where Where's the rest of >> I don't That's all I have. So, I'll be honest. >> All right. Whoever's got the rest of the stuff, we're trying to give it all back. Like for real. Like, >> okay. I'm just trying to like avoid them doing too much with like if we give it back, they might be like, "Oh, yeah." >> Yeah. So if there's like literally anything on on you >> anything in your bag there you might we look in there might be trying to do that is that right there. >> The police suspected the suspects were lying. The deeper they investigated, the more evidence emerged. Yet the suspects kept making excuses, turning this into far more than a simple arrest. >> How old are you? I'm 31. And you're 17. >> You got a piece of paper right now. My pad on the car. You have no idea. What's your social security number? I don't know my social. What's your first name? Joseph. >> And this is 100% like everything. Yeah, I'm Ohio. >> Okay. I just want to go back. >> What's your birthday? >> May 24th, 1994. >> Ever have an ID card in Ohio or driver's license? >> No. >> Nothing in Ohio? >> No. >> You ever been arrested? >> No. >> What about you? You >> The suspects kept giving conflicting info on their names, ages, and social security numbers. Some had prior warrants and carried stolen items, forcing police to handcuff them immediately. >> All right. All right. You're being detained. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. Okay. Put Put your cell phone away. >> Yeah. I I can tell you who my name is. >> I've asked you several times and you're playing games. >> You have warrants for your arrest? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. That's not him. I've got him in my cuffs. What are you What are you reaching for? >> God damn. >> What is this? >> My AirPods. What the [ __ ] >> Oh my god. house. Listen, man. You got two points for your arrest and you're lying about who you are. Okay. Greg's going to win. >> You got two. Greg's going to win. But you're going to get You have charges with us. >> Okay. That's nothing else. That's a knife. That's Why do you keep That's not a knife. You get to get out of my pocket. >> Yeah. It's my key ring. >> You turn. You know what I mean? You turn. >> I'm sorry. >> What is that? >> It's my It's my No, this a bottle of beer opener. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. >> Yeah. For >> the feel of it, too. >> No, this could be one of those. Uh uh take the for beer. Look at the top of it. That's for beer. >> Well, I would have magnets on it. >> That's But that's where I bought it from. Stand right over here. >> The suspects kept lying and police found more stolen tools in a sharp object showing their calculated preparation. >> Cleveland, you don't they don't want you. >> Yeah. So they said video exists. We can't look at it though until they like loss prevention sends it to sounds like falsification at a minimum. Is that what happened? >> Okay. And they're 100% willing to to prosecute it. Okay. Uh he's got warrants. >> Oh tools here. >> Oh yeah. You take the magnet. This is a magnet. This is uh this hook here and that magnet is right here. >> So there will be video. One of the employees when the system went off when the system went off looked up and saw that they were exiting at that time and these are the two that had the property on their person. Uh >> we haven't identified her but she back anyway. Right. >> Yeah. Good job. How you feeling? >> Be right there. My camera, man. Stop my phone. >> You got my phone. >> Where's my phone? I need my phone. >> All right. Can I put my phone? >> No. Where's my phone? >> In there. After a thorough investigation, the suspects were arrested for theft, falsifying information, and possession of criminal tools. They now face jail time, fines, and restitution for the stolen items. No excuses or tricks can bypass the law. Everyone is held accountable. Let's move to this woman. She was overpaid in her wages, but chose the wrong solution. >> We will give it because her mother sent most of it to Argentina. Are you kidding me right now? >> I didn't want to do this in front of your daughter. If I was being icy, would you say no? >> On April 11th, 2025, investigators reopened a shocking payroll error from 2022 to 2023. A vet clinic receptionist had quietly pocketed $416,000 meant for a doctor. For 10 months, no one noticed until the truth finally surfaced, leaving one burning question. Where's the money now? >> And obviously, I mean, you're still looking at >> 2004. >> Yeah. And it's 2025 and this was 2023. We haven't got it. So, um, >> and I don't think we will get it because her mother sent most of it to Argentina. >> There was 200,000 that went to Argentina. >> Okay, understood. Um, and that I think her mother, if anybody should be charged, it's her mother. >> Because her mother was in collusion. She know them. She knew the money was stolen. It wasn't her. She moved it all offshore into Argentina. >> It was a mistake that the money ended up in her account or >> Yes, it was an error on the PEO. management admitted the mistake came from the system. Police then questioned the doctor who said she noticed the issue and later got her wages back to um to change some things and I just happened to note um that there were some funds missing. Um my production check generally goes in around October um and that hadn't gone in. And >> what's a production check? >> Um I work on production. I'm not salaried. So, I make a percentage of what I earn for the clinic. >> Okay. If you can recall from 2022 >> Mhm. >> what was that bi-weekly? >> Uh, generally runs somewhere between $8 to $10,000. Okay. >> By month. >> Yep. >> Bi-weekly. >> Bi-weekly. >> Bi-weekly. Twice a month. >> Bi-weekly or twice a month? By >> month. By weekly. Okay. So 26 paychecks and then there's that production check. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So it would be essentially 27 paychecks you get from >> Yeah. So that's when I went back and noted that the last one I had received had been in February, I believe, or January 2022. >> And what happened after you noticed that? >> Uh I alerted the office staff here. >> Okay. How soon after were you reimbursed? Um, she reimbursed me, sorry, Jessica. >> Okay. >> Um, paid the clinic half of the amount that she had pretty quickly, like four or five weeks after and then um I want to say 2 and 1/2 to 3 months by May, the pet vet had reimbursed me the remainder. But despite that, Jessica's transfer of funds overseas left her facing criminal charges. Just two months into the investigation, police showed up at her home. >> Okay, you're under arrest. >> What a bunch of stuff. So, here's the deal. So, >> what's going on? Is anybody like your [ __ ] >> What's going on? >> What? >> Stay right here. Stay right here. >> Okay. >> Stay right here. Let me do something. >> Just give us a second to get this all situated and then we'll handle that. >> You've been working today or not? >> Yeah. When did >> you get home from work? >> Like maybe like 2 hours ago. Yeah. I don't know. >> I don't know if they have arrest. Can you guys have [Music] >> with the um >> Are you kidding me right now? >> I didn't want to do this in front of your daughter, but you said no. >> No, I said I didn't say that. I didn't want to like I don't want to do front of my daughter. >> He said no. He said >> so we're going to get him back down here to take the jewelry off. Okay, cuz you're going to >> At the station, the woman confessed everything, insisting she had simply believed it was generous treatment from the company. She showed regret, but little did she know her actions had already sealed the outcome she feared most. Oh, I mean I tried my hardest to give him the money back, but a lot of it has sent Argentina to build the house and you know, but cuz I never thought it was like it was somebody else's money. I just thought it was bonuses that they were giving me and it went on for a year and in a year they never sent anything. >> Okay. And was there ever a significant one that came through? >> Yeah, September. Okay. >> Like $200,000, but I thought it was like retroactic of like deba and then how make it end up like almost like an end of a year thing, you know, like I I never thought it was like it was they were giving me somebody else's money into my account cuz if I would have known, I would have most definitely returned it. At this point, when you're saying you realized it was a mistake, would you ever thought of it about calling the police to kind of just mediate on scene with him getting hostile? Are you willing to turn it over? >> I was kind of was really afraid at that time. My daughter was like 2 years old. Mhm. >> When he called me into the office, he's like, "I'm going to make that like tight years in jail. Give your puppets for a little girl." And that was really free. In the end, Jessica was charged with grand theft of over $100,000 and money laundering of more than $100,000. Clearly, that easy money always comes with a price. Dishonesty will eventually destroy everything you try to gain. Next, let's watch this romantic couple turn Christmas into their own shoplifting holiday special. >> Hey, sir. How you doing? Do me a favor. Put your hands behind your back. You're being detained. >> What? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Food items. I'm going to throw it out. Okay. >> On December 17th, 2022, Athens police were dispatched to a local Walmart after a couple was caught on security cameras shoplifting inside the store. Here, what's happened next? >> Hey. >> Hey. Come on. >> All right. >> Hold on. We got officers. >> Hey, sir. How you doing? Do me a favor. Put your hands behind your back. You're being detained. What? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You're being detained. close. >> You got him. >> Good. >> The man was arrested on the spot while his female accomplice tried to run but was quickly stopped at the exit. Both were soon escorted to the security office. Come here. >> Talk to him. >> What I do? >> She's in up here. All right, I got him. >> Come on over here. >> Hold on. >> The reason we're stopping you is for suspected shoplifting. So, let's go over here. >> Okay. >> This is all I got. >> We already got on camera. >> Yeah. >> Me? >> Y. >> Yes, you. Let's go right. Let's go up here. I'm going to the front. >> What are you talking about? >> He's already been detained by an officer. >> Mr. Smith. Anything that's going to pick me >> not that I was walking around >> involved. 100% correct. >> Video homeless and hungry. >> Even in handcuffs, the man kept arguing he was just wandering around and hungry. Yet, officers found his clothes stuffed with stolen goods. A poor excuse that only made him look guiltier. He's >> right here. Yeah, there's a buggy around the corner. >> What's that? >> It's against skin. You're going to want to keep your gloves on. >> Yeah. >> You got anything on you? That's this. >> Like I said, >> I know you lift your shirt up. I just want to make sure. How do you go down? >> What are you carrying on about? Closer tummy. You probably just feel tight cuz you have all in your back. >> You're pregnant. >> Yes, sir. Police recovered a pile of stolen goods hidden on the man while his partner tried using a pregnancy excuse to avoid arrest. But with hundreds of dollars in stolen items, there was no sympathy left. >> I'm having these rights of mind. Do you wish to talk to us now? >> I'm saying can't I have it empty? >> Okay. Well, I just need a yes or no if you want to talk. >> You want to talk about them? >> Is that a yes? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So obviously we're out here for, you know, a call for report of shoplifting because I understand. I hear what you're saying, but you know, there's a difference between you just being present in the store and cooperating with him. Okay. At any point, uh, did you all come up here to shoplift? >> He has food stamps. He supposed to be coming up here to get some water stuff cuz the medicine asthma. I can have water. >> Mhm. >> We're on the urge of moving cuz she's going to his mom house. Y'all already searched no lights on. >> I have not touched that yet. >> While officers were filing the report, a strange woman walked in with a dog, causing chaos and forcing police to deal with yet another problem. Surveillance later showed she'd hidden items under her coat and her dog had attacked the guard. >> How many convictions? >> Do you know if Robin guard from here? About >> four. >> Yeah. Cherokee. >> Okay. Hey, you don't know if Rob from here. >> Wish she was, but I haven't had a good reason to yet again. >> Fair enough. >> All right. She's >> participating in business. That's fine. >> I should have had her barred when we took our one yard across the street, but >> they didn't do it that lobster tail. She >> pays for her stuff. So, as long as she pays for stuff and feeds her mouth shut, I don't care. >> I had to tell her she can't bring her dog in here anymore cuz she can't control it. >> She usually has a dog with her, but he barks and snaps at everybody who walks by her. So, >> I don't know what she's done with her. >> Had two dogs at the beginning of the year. They what I understood they're dead. >> Probably just put them under her coat. Came in here with a dog. >> Yeah. I hate her. We've had words many times. >> Okay. >> So, just waiting for her to snap one more time. We'll have her barely. >> You're right. She had it hidden under her jacket. >> I should listen. Jesus. >> That's fine. Uh >> yeah, I don't need you got to finish. You got to finish all No, I got to go out here to red. We're right. Okay. >> After nearly 20 minutes, as the couple showed signs of being high, police gathered enough evidence with hundreds of dollars in stolen goods, leaving them no room to argue. >> You mean like you fight? Say you saying you never got caught, saying you never >> No, you said no. I went in jail. >> I asked you how many shopies you had. You said I'm fight like, [Music] >> huh? Was that you? >> The >> Yeah, >> he got it. But he had that pack. He said it was cigarettes. >> There's something else. >> Let's get you all on to the jail. You're being arrested for shoplifting. Okay. Is this his wallet? >> Anything else? >> Yeah, there's >> lawyers. >> No. So that that's actually against county policy and uh none of us are getting fired for your convenience, ma'am. >> I'm going to throw it out. Okay. >> The couple was caught with hundreds in stolen goods, resisting arrest, and a long criminal history. Felony charges in a storeb serve as a harsh lesson for reckless greed. Next, this woman showed how 8 years of trust collapsed because of her foolish actions. >> I trusted you and guess what? You robbed me for over and over and over. I have >> Please help me handle this without actually arresting me. I've done so much for you, too. >> On May 31st, 2023, police investigated a longtime Subway employee accused of a shocking side hustle. one that cost the store up to $21,000 and left her speechless when the owner stepped in. >> How you doing? >> Are you okay? What's going on with your face? >> Yeah, I have some kind of skin thing. >> Do you know I have a daughter? >> Please send me to jail. >> Anna, >> you can get rid of >> I'm not saying nothing. >> Give me Give me a few minutes. Yes, we have evidence for 3 years. >> 3 years? No. Are you out of your mind? >> So, right now, um, you are going to get arrested. Okay. I need to speak to you because this has been going on for a while. Completely up to you if you want to speak to me or not. >> Okay. But I I >> Hold on. Let me finish. If you do want to speak to me and you have an explanation for whatever it is that you may have done, I'm going to read your rights and we'll go from there. Just to get kind of like a baseline if this is kind of like your chance that you get to explain before you go. >> Okay. >> Can I just ask please? I don't know how to listen to >> my daughter after school. She kept acting naive, dodging questions as if she realized the problem but was desperately trying to avoid it. This only pushed her boss past his limit, forcing him to spell out the truth. >> We will talk about that later too. >> You have been told for last year I reminded you corporate on the watch. Before that I explained you corporate is on the watch. Please do not do one minute cion. I have evidence and piles and piles and piles and piles of evidence with detailed note and corporate is this is me right now. Corporate is coming after me for you. >> Okay. >> That's all I have to say. >> Can you not send me to jail for my daughter? >> I have you've been told before nobody else. >> I Excuse me. I told you you had a past record. I worked my I worked hard for 6 years to drag you out of that. You had all whatever drugs felonies you have. You did not listen. I gave you my store keys. I trusted you. And guess what? You robbed me for over and over and over. I have >> He's You've been recorded now. >> Enough. Enough. Enough. >> Faced with her boss's anger, she acted unfazed. She even insisted she never meant to do anything wrong, claiming it all happened for a reason. Yet her excuse was almost impossible to accept. >> Question. You are privileged to remain silent. Do you understand your rights? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Do you want to speak to me? >> I have never like intentionally done anything wrong to hurt you. You know, >> Mr. Vansa, I need you to step out, please. We cannot do this back and forth thing. If you're gonna keep doing this, then I cannot do an interview. >> I I I don't know what he's talking about like for three years and stuff. >> Okay. >> No, I I've >> How long How long? To the best of your >> stealing I don't feel like I've been stealing. >> You don't feel like you've been So what exactly you feel like? >> He treats us very unfairly. >> Okay. And I've been here a long time. And I I know I don't mean to sound come off, you know, like as excuses and anything, but he's a hard man to work for, >> right? And I've never I never like intentionally meant to like I never like in my mind like stole anything. >> Okay. >> I just feel like we're all treated so unfairly. And >> so what >> every step of her actions was confirmed by police. Though she admitted to it, she claimed the amount wasn't really much. But even if it hadn't been, it still could never justify Sha would justify why she did it. Whenever there is a cash transaction, you don't ring up the cash transactions, you either ring it up, you cancel it, you don't ring it up, you leave, you put the money in, provide change, you split that amount into the tip jar, you take some cash then or a combination of both or later on you come back and take cash. So, it's a lot. Maybe I didn't realize I I don't mean I I didn't think I was doing it though. >> It's been every day for the past at least for the past month. >> It's only It hasn't been that much. Not that it makes a difference, but it I mean I don't take a lot at a time and I I know that doesn't make >> So a day over time. >> How much do you take a day? $10. It's >> $10. >> Yeah. I don't want to lose this place in my purse. >> Finally, the woman was convicted of grand theft after evidence proved she had stolen nearly $21,000 from her workplace. Greed disguised as compensation never justifies wrongdoing. Small choices can snowball into life-changing consequences. So, think twice before sacrificing integrity for short-term gain. Starting with a robbery that outraged the community, the suspect showed no regard for the life of an elderly victim. >> Just can't believe it. She's being so nice and welcome. >> Just because she white and I'm black, I got to go to jail. She was willing to give it to me and then she just was like, "Give me my purse." I'm like, >> on July 6th, 2023, Edund police responded to a Walmart emergency call. An 83year-old woman was brutally knocked down when a thief snatched her purse, leaving her with a severe injury. Cute. >> Okay. >> She opened the truck door. >> So, she opened the truck door and then grabbed your purse. Okay. >> At the hospital, the victim stated that an employee who appeared very friendly had helped her to the car, but suddenly opened the door, grabbed her purse, and ran away. Shortly after, police reviewed camera footage showing the suspect struggling with the elderly woman, causing her to fall to the ground. >> I didn't rob nobody, >> sir. Can I call Can I call my lawyer or somebody? >> When you get to jail, you can't separate insurance. Put your thumbs up towards the sky. Okay. Robert like this is crazy. She took my phone. She took my phone. >> Relax. Don't Don't move. >> I'm sorry. I just can't believe like nothing over. SHE TOOK MY PHONE underneath there. Relax. Relax. Relax. Police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Walmart worker Latrea Johnson. Handcuffed within seconds, the suspect immediately played the victim, claiming innocence and insisting she was being racially discriminated against. >> My god. Oh my god. I didn't do anything. She said my >> Do you listen? Do you have anything illegal on you? Any kind of drugs, any contraband weapons, anything like that? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> What do you have on you? >> Just marijuana. Just marijuana. Do you just not have a card for it? >> It's a home. I don't have it on me. >> But you do have a card. >> Okay. Anything else like any kind of needles or meth? Anything like that? >> Where's Where's the marijuana? Just so I can >> put this in my bag. Yeah. I'm sorry. Can I please call somebody like >> Yeah. Whenever you get to the station, they'll give you some. >> Sir, is this right? Like she can literally put I She took my my cell phone, my cellular device. 11. >> Is this even >> Well, you'll get to whenever they get to the station, you'll get you'll get you'll have an opportunity to tell an officer everything you want to say. >> This is crazy, Joe. Just because she white and I'm black, I got to go to jail. >> That has no >> I got to go to jail. This exactly what it looks like. Like I She took my phone from me. She took my phone. >> Oh my god, bro. The suspect appeared panicked, crying uncontrollably as she admitted possessing marijuana. At the police station, she began crafting a seemingly convincing story, claiming the elderly victim was actually the one to blame. >> It tells you, you know, if when your phone goes a certain distance, you know, it rings beats or whatever. So, I'm like, it's still in the bathroom. So, I'm looking for it. And as I get up, you know, as I'm checking, I'm like, um, you know, I'm I'm not asking her. I'm just looking and I'm like talking to her, stalling >> cuz I just know she we help. We going all around like find her car, find her car. And I'm like, "Ma'am, my money's not in my thing." I'm like, "Um, I mean, I don't mind buying your items or whatever, but I'm literally homeless. I was just going to help you. You said you didn't want it no more, so can I just have my money back?" First, she was going to give it to me, then she said she wasn't. So me being me, I hug. Well, we hugged and I grabbed her purse. I'm like, "This is I just need my money. Can I get my money?" She first she was going like she was willing to give it to me and then she just was like, "Give me my purse. I'm not giving you my money. I'm this my money." She just kept saying, "This my money. I'm not giving you a [ __ ] a [ __ ] thing." And this and I'm like, "Ma'am, this is I just I see my money in the back of your wallet right there. That's my money." It was like $60 something dollars. I'm like, "This is my money right here, ma'am. I'm homeless. I was trying to help you out. Like, can I just get my money back?" She didn't want to give it back. So, I took it back and I had my phone already, you know, and it fell out. So, I'm like, "Yeah, I it fell out and she fell." That's what happened. She fell out. It fell. Everything fell out and it we tussling like kind of, you know, over the wallet. I mean, over the purse and she fell. And I helped her up. I'm like, "Ma'am, get up. Come on. get up. I'm going to call the police on you. She like, no, no, just give me my purse. So, I'm like, ma'am, get up. She like, no, just get in my purse. Just get in my purse. And I'm like, I'm going to just call the police. So, instead of me calling, well, I wasn't on the phone with the police. I was telling her I'm going to call the police. So, I'm as I'm m I'm mad by this time. So, I threw her purse. Okay. Johnson tried to defend herself with a tangled story, claiming the elderly victim took her phone and money. But could an old woman really do what she described? >> This is your chance to tell me the truth. >> A right hand, >> so I see you going out the lawn and garden. Okay. And I see you go out the fire exit and I see you walk behind her. She's got her purse strapped around her shoulder. I see you guys walk through through the um the parking lot to the truck. Yes, sir. >> Okay. We see all that. Okay. >> We were talking about all the holes, >> right? I see that. Okay. Then I see you get to the truck. Here's my issue. >> Yes, sir. >> When I see you walk back, >> I was running >> and you have her purse. >> Yes, I did. Yes, I I know. I said that. I said I had a >> No, you didn't. I just asked you if you just took your belongings. You took her purse. >> Well, well, I said in the middle of before you asked me that, I said I took her purse. I took my Well, I took my belongings. threw her purse everywhere. >> Okay. And where'd you throw her purse at? >> I just threw it. I was mad. I honestly don't know. I was just throwing stuff. I was just throwing stuff. I don't know. >> So, I see you throw it into a trash can. >> Yes. >> Okay. She's got She has got a pretty big size wound at the back of her head. >> I know. >> Okay. And And you And you left and you throw her purse into a trash. Okay. With her phone in it. Yeah. >> Okay. So, let's let's get real. >> I SWEAR TO GOD. >> LET'S get real. >> I swear to God. >> When pressed for details, she kept changing her story, admitting, denying, then blaming the elderly victim. Even after officers confirmed they had seen the evidence. >> So, I'm helping her find her car. When I help her find her car, we get to the car, I'm looking like we still try like being nice to each other. We She tell me about her interiors, her car, all that. And I'm letting her. And at the end of the discussion, I'm like, "Ma'am, can I can I get my can I get my money back? Like, we can hug about it." We even hugged and everything. I'm like, "We can hug about it. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna, you know, hold, you know, be accountable. I know you kind of elderly, all that." So, she laughing and she's smiling. And then I got my money back. I I shouldn't have grabbed it out of We shouldn't have been touching like that. I shouldn't have made her fall, but I got my money back. And I was mad cuz she got said nick dis all type. She got the cust cussing me out. So instead of me giving her a purse back, I just ran off with it and I just threw everything everywhere or not through what's the name of the trash. >> In desperation, the excuse of racism became the only thing Johnson could cling to, only deepening her shame. In the end, Johnson was charged with first-degree robbery, aggravate, and possession of a controlled substance after officers found nearly 23 in her bag. No excuse can justify cruelty.
