panic attack just another day where a simple ticket turns into an Oscar worthy drama hello officer fed police ni stop to you a 59 and a 45 do you have your registration and insurance with you I don't know what it is pardon me that one's expired as September I don't know pardon me I don't know okay well the requirement is that you provide and I'm giving you an opportunity to do so so if you want to refuse to give me one that's okay but I'm giving you the opportunity why are you being a jerk I have't I'm not you are You' stated three times I don't know sarcastically okay I requested something that you're required to give me okay and I'm giving you the opportunity to sarcastic with you I have been nice to you what I'm trying to explain to you is I'm giving the opportunity to look for it oh my gosh you're the first one who asked for this what's your name my name is Officer fer with the Edgewater Police Department spell your name for me let it'll be on the bottom of the citation you're an who's your direct supervisor Sergeant Anthony BS what's his phone number ma'am would you please provide me your uh proof of insurance please what's his phone number will you provide me with your proof of insurance please what's his phone number how hard was that pardon me how hard was that meet Michelle the queen of calm Under Pressure well until she's asked for her registration she actually calls the cop on the cop it's like complaining to the chef while you're still sitting at the table except this Chef has handcuffs and backup you such an [ __ ] since when was I don't call anytime I've been registration he said that he was giving me a chance to give it to him or else I was going to be in trouble then he said he was going to take me to jail all that's on cameraone of that happen I you can make your phone call in a minute take a seat in the car put your foot in the car he'll talk to you in a second copy this is the kind of person who can hurl 75 curse words at someone's face then gets offended when they get one raised voice in return the officer was so nice he gently closed the door like he was tucking her in for a timeout instead of an arrest with me she's been rude from the start okay I've been mad professional uhhuh pulled her over her speed and she just run in her mouth run in her mouth wanted to talk with you she tried to call 911 I said you call 911 you're going to go to jail for missusa 911 okay so then she called dispatch said I want to talk to a supervisor asked me for my name I gave her everything so I went back called you got the CIT went to go give her a citation she started screaming at me again she just give me my ticket and I'm like I'm trying to but you're screaming at me I don't and she I don't you've kept me here too long okay well calm down I'm going to give you the ticket she goes to call 911 again okay I said don't call 911 you're going to go to jail she throws the phone down says this threw it in drive while my hand was in the car and started driving away with me my hand on the car so what are you going what are you going to get it with fing and loting okay just take your time time and uh review everything that you want we can look over it but yeah good job you okay yeah I mean I'm fine my arm was luckily she ended up stopping you're okay though nothing's wrong fine yeah11 no no everything's been recorded on body camera so everything you've done today has been come to come out please I'm I'm begging you well what you you did this I didn't do anything I come on now I saw you take off because you could ran over his foot can you please Hur me you could have injured him handcuffs are not meant to be comfortable I wasn't trying to injure yeah but what if you ran over his foot or did something hit him if you stay if you stay calm we'll talk to you the only thing real quick I don't know if I broke her car or not cuz yeah so when she pulled off my arm was like this she pulled off with it and I grabbed here to keep from going down with it and and it looks like it's kind of popped out I felt that when it was doing it when I tried to open the door all right so when did she do when was she trying to drive off before I even gave her the ticket so she was just being she was screaming at me and I told her I'm trying to give you the ticket and she began to scream and scream and scream F you and I said you need to lower your voice and I will give you the ticket and then she went to call 911 and I said you there's no need to call 911 that's Miss 911 you can go to you'll go to jail for that and then so that's when she threw the phone down she looked down threw it in drive I said don't drive away you're going to go to jail and she did she drove away he witnessed the whole thing okay she nearly ran over a cop and still had the nerve to say I didn't do anything like her foot just slipped on the gas while the universe conspired against her guess it's hard to see reality when you're flooring it in denial stop I'm having a panic attack this is like the worst fear of my life I heard you being rude to him I was at the end because I wanted I heard you screaming at him because I want he wouldn't give me my ticket sir all I wanted to do was leave and he wasn't giving it to me to me I'm sure he was trying to just explain it to you no he wasn't he was taking a sweet time will you at least take my watch off just hang on a second you're a female I can't search you and finish it we're just letting you hang out and chill out for a second okay you understand what you did pulling off like that it's unappropriate right yes I was sitting there I witnessed the whole thing you could have ran over his foot he had his hand in your vehicle it's totally inappropriate he told you not to leave he gave you a direct order not to leave bero okay so he's like can I'm I'm begging you can you please at least take my watch off this is killing me what what is killing you exactly the the handcuffs handcuffs are on one arm or how many on they're both like hard cutting me I'm going to take a look okay if I can fit my fingers in between the Handcuff and your wrists I can't loosen them I can take the watch off I'm just going to take a look please I have panic attack ma'am I'm going to let you know something right now you are in this car for a reason please don't take me to okay please yeah see I'm not going to open the door if you're if you're going to you're going to start escalating okay if you're asking me to to to remove the watch I can do that but I'm letting you know right now going to do anything you I don't know I really didn't know and he was saying I was being a smartass about it but I really wasn't I don't know I took the sticker and put it on and I didn't know what I did with it so I was looking for it he's like well I'm going to give you one more chance to give you I to get your registration I was looking for it yeah and he was being mean and then he said um that I was going to go to jail and that um I was going to go to jail and that um that I needed my insurance and I had to pull it up on my phone and that took a while and then I asked for his um his supervisor's name and I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to call 911 even if the car was behind go take me for the gel for that if I didn't hang up I hung up I did what I was told what was the reason you were calling 911 because he was being a jerk I just wanted in another car so that was after you had requested me and I was on the way no that was before and then I just simply wanted my ticket I asked him nicely for my ticket and he wouldn't give it to me give me my ticket so I can go please don't take me to jail I'll do whatever asking nicely hauh if that's her version of Nice I'd hate to see her on a bad day she's got a real sense of humor too bad the punchline was give me my ticket or else maybe she's AUD iing for the role of most sarcastic traffic stop ever no but here's the thing is you decided to put the car and drive and try to take off because I asked with my with my officer's arm still inside wasn't his arm wasn't on my car sir where was it it he was standing by my car okay and that's why I want have taken off of this but if he told you not to go and you but then I stopped how exactly did it happen he told me he told me um I I was yelling cuz he won't he wouldn't get my eye nicely several times for my ticket and you won't give it to me and then I got that's when I got mad I got to get home to my kid you know I'm the only one that he has and um he went give me my ticket so I started yelling and then he says and so I I went to drive off he goes don't drive off and so I stopped when he said that okay that's how I remember it I'm having a panic attack so I have two officers saying differently though I wasn't trying to hurt him I wasn't I understand but for that reason that is the that's the reason why you're in the back of the vehicle I'm sorry I will apologize I will never do it again I swear I am a good person I've never went to jail I've never done anything I'm going to put this back in the car I'm going to have a word with one of the other officers and I'll be right back okay I thought she was going to run over your foot dude you had your hands in the car yes and she trying to the stop I held on luckily I didn't go down cuz look yeah yes sir are you down on the vehicle and you were close to the vehicle yeah she get it for aggravated battery for freaking hitting me with the car I mean you wonder like you're trying to explain the citation she's screaming at you yeah I was attempting to handle it civil she didn't want to talk to you so she threw it in drive I don't know if she had it in Drive ready and she took off dude no she threw it in drive and she had a taser ready there ready to rock taser yeah the center console oh the pink thing yeah rip you were here for this the whole thing here yeah okay um I mean it was pretty cut dry she was he was explaining she was screaming at him mhm he was trying to issue the citation explain to her but she's screaming and he had his hand in the car his right here she freaking he told her to stop cuz he knew what he was about to do and she threw in driving dude she fled and luckily she just stopped and then we able to pull her logic is next level she nearly runs over a cop then once the Cuffs are on she's all I'm sorry I promise I'll never do it again oh great because nothing says lesson learned like almost committing vehicular manslaughter and asking for a doover ma'am unfortunately you're going you're going to be going to jail today okay please don't after what I after after what I just heard you could have seriously injured you could have seriously injured him I wasn't trying to please I know that you weren't trying to I've I've had a really hard time please I was I I was seeing a psychiatrist and St please I am begging you I'm sorry maam this is not going to be this this is not going to be something that's going to take 74 years okay I I I I I don't have money for Bell how am I supposed to get out please I'm begging you don't take me to jail I swear I will do anything I promise fleeing and eluding attempting to drive away during the traffic stop while the officer's hand was still inside the vehicle resisting arrest failing to comply with the officer's orders and escalating the situation misuse of 911 calling 911 without a valid emergency to report which is illegal in many jurisdictions tampering with physical evidence her eluding charge was later modified to this likely due to her actions during the stop these charges resulted in 18 months of probation 50 hours of community service an apology letter to the officer a driving improvement course and a mental health evaluation let us jump on to the next case a routine traffic stop takes a wild turn when officers discover expired plates a warrant and a car packed with excuses expired plates and four dogs oh and a surprise gun who knew a simple balloon release could lead to a different kind of release back to jail hello name off M Park Police Department on you know your license place expired by in May no this my auntie car is it uhhuh okay yeah they expired in May she stayed right around the corner though she just let me come up here cuz they about to have a balloon release for my friend who just killed they they right over there everybody pulling up right there I was just on a jail CL so I pull it over here okay um I mean but I I could call her and um I could just take it right back around the corner that's fine just uh sit tight for me really quick is there any weapons or drugs or anything like that in the car no I mean I had this um I had bought a four pack of wine for my friend who was about to come up here with the balloon release but that's about it okay uh it's not open though yeah uh my her sister had one already I don't know if she put it back in there or not okay if uh if you don't mind if I have you step out my partner's canine Officer he's going to walk his dog around the car okay um I was going to do a something of nasty too I was talking nasty on the phone you was talking nasty what you in jail call yeah yeah sure well hey that's your business meet Bonita a woman out on bond for a murder charge whose routine traffic stop quickly spirals into an unexpected series of surprises Bonita casually mentioned she was about to say something nasty on a jail call because you know nothing says romance like chatting dirty from behind bars talk about a captive audience don't give me what than [Music] you got to give me one second okay I'm just going standing right over by my car real quick while he does that there's nothing you say your aunt's car though Ohio it's illegal to park a vehicle with expired tags on public roads or in public parking lots regardless of whether the car is in use when Bonita was pulled over with expired plates this violation came into play even though she claimed it was her aunt's car the law still applied contributing to the list of issues that led to her arrest during the traffic stop don't break my don't break her that door doesn't even go to that car she broke no she does not she broke the car and then she had to get the door replaced how do he know that's dog scatches uh I don't know not a canine Officer so I don't know if he knows just how it looks you're a licensed suspended out of Valaria January of 19 this is from a a dog scratching it yeah my Auntie has four dogs this is her other car she has and then it was one way bigger than your dog she had one of them dogs about up here ever had drugs in the vehicle before that you know do she let people drive the car have you had drugs in the vehicle I don't she does let other people drive the car she let drive the car I got cousins male cousins that drive the car my dog was pretty convinced that there's something in the vehicle or there with something in thanks to whoever conveniently left that gun in Bonita's car according to her it was probably her boyfriend because nothing says true love like leaving a loaded firearm under the seat as a Parting it's a for that's off the old car because somebody hit my other car so I had to scrap it because the engine and the transmission they backed up into it broke it completely so I ended up my mother ended up giving me that before she passed away so I had a PID $400 from for it to come from New York to up here since my birthday just passed I'm like for a birthday present I'm going to get myself in the car so I'm like boom I I would I would get rid of your name off this car if they're going to be but those kind of people in the car cuz uh no it's it's about it's about to sit because I still got a title on on yeah right and oh jeez and got rid of it okay well you're lucky being cool cuz this is supposed to go supposed to be towed and um yeah cuz my S called me and she was like pulled me over they just found a gun underneath the the seink she told me that she had her friend with her but he done um can I show you something too yeah all right the officer showed her the replacement C Door and to be honest it took me like a year to notice there was a door that had been replaced cuz looks at it can you spot the difference hey we're behind you see it this is a dog this is a Kine this is this isn't from my dog this is from another police dog and here's where my dog hit my dog hit from here back to here okay so you could see the scratches someone who's ever driving this car is carrying drugs so that's how you know when a police dog alerts they start scratching this wasn't even my dog this was another dog when my dog got here I looked and I'm like what the hell and he literally jumped but she said you got dogs that are scratching the car yeah I got dogs okay these dogs are just scratching right here that's a that's a police dog that's not a that's about your dogs there's no other scratches anywhere on this car I know so there there's somebody driving around this guy's driving around in your car with drug I'm am I to have at least my house keys in my phone house yeah I can give you that right now um I don't know if you guys want to hang out for a little bit uh just until I get some more stuff confirmed with this just cuz it's in the process right now we got to do some more confirming confirming on what you said you you're still in the court process right yeah yeah okay what court was it out of ayia AIA okay um so I got to go ahead and call the courthouse and make sure that I wasn't released on no bonds no restrictions no ho no nothing like did you how did you stay there I stay where at ATA jail okay um how long were you there about 2 years two years okay like this [ __ ] dumb as like why would you do that and they still haven't given you like a disposition like no I'm not my lawyer is handling everything I had a set trial the trial got that got cancelled my next court dat in until December 6 and I'm still waiting on a trial okay D Man okay um yeah if you want to hang out that's fine the even she was in charge with Weapons Under Disability Bonita was charged with Weapons Under Disability for possessing a firearm while under indictment for a serious offense specifically her ongoing murder trial expired plates Bonita also received a
