On October 18th, 2025, Fair Hope's No Kings rally drew a crowd along Greeno Road. 61-year-old Renea Gamble showed up in an inflatable costume while holding a criticizing political sign. Fair Hope Police Colonel Andrew Bab confronted her saying the outfit would not be tolerated in a town with values and raising concerns about children potentially seeing it. Now, if my kids had to come by and see this, I would like to hear how you would explain to my children what you're supposed to be. >> What a pine is. >> I No, I want you >> understand what a pine is. >> Let me get another unit over here. I want you to tell me. >> I want you to tell me why. If not, I'm going to go ahead and I'm telling you right now. I am telling you right now. >> Turn over. On your belly. On your belly. Walking away. >> On your belly. >> I told her to take it off. Give me your arm. Give me your arm. >> Going to take it off. >> Give me your arm. >> I want your arm now. I need somebody. This is a family town >> and I'm not going to have somebody out here dressed like this. You understand? >> This isn't abusive. >> Okay. >> Pull your feet out. >> Right here. >> Pull your feet out. >> Step out of the way. >> Pull your feet out. Shame on you. Shame on you. >> Oh, wait. What is that? >> My American flag shoes. What? I'm an American. >> I'm an American. Who knew? >> Hurry up. >> Who [screaming] knew? I have rights. Who knew? >> All right. No. No. Leave that there. We'll take it. Step. >> We'll grab it. All right. >> You're going to take my property. >> Put them all right. Hey, put them on the front. Put them on the front. They're on the front. >> Hands in the front. >> Fair hope. >> In fair hope, a single tax colony. The children have been cheering me on. I walked from school. >> No child's going to cheer you on dressed like a weird. >> Yes, they did. >> That's because they're children and they're as immature as you are. What up? >> What happened? >> Well, one dressed like a freaking wiener. Come up. She's wearing a big gigantic penis costume. And it's like, hey, look, you got to take that off. And she was like, "Take what off? My, you know, freedom of speech or what?" And I said, "That's not freedom of speech. She said, "Man, this is a family town." And I said, "And being dressed like that, it's not going to be tolerated." I said, "It's disorderly conduct." I said, "You're setting an example that doesn't need to be set." I said, "If my kids were to come by here and see that, what would they, you know, I said, how would you explain it to them?" And she said, "I'd explain to them that we don't have kings." And I said, "That's not what I'm talking about, and you know it." And I said, "I need you to take the outfit off." And she wanted to turn around, walk off. And I said, "No, ma'am." I said, "Come here. I need to talk to you." and she pulled away from me, so I grabbed her and put her on the ground. >> The arrest quickly became the bigger story. Gamble's attorneys argue the confrontation violated her First Amendment right to political expression and turned a peaceful protest into a disorderly conduct case. In this situation, it seems like many people did not agree with how that officer handled it. What do you think about it? And do you believe the arrest was justified? Leave a comment below. Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 officers searching a PBLO neighborhood were closing in on a suspect wanted for attempted homicide when routine surveillance suddenly turned volatile. The encounter escalated instantly after officers made contact and came under fire. Yeah. Hey man, I have an army v. I got a CLS bag. >> Okay. Is he shot? >> I just need your help. Help me out. Okay, >> I got you, man. >> Oh, where's he hit? Is he >> I got an army here with me right now. He's helping me. >> Yeah. See if we can get someone here. Unless we could No, I was going to say we could lift it off, but see how this is. See, this whole pole is holding it. Then that side, the hinges go up and down. We'd have to break kick the whole thing off there. >> Where' it come from? >> I don't know. He's back here. >> I can't tell. We got a drone coming or anything? >> Get him over to that gas station. >> Get a ambulance over to that altar right away. 100 to the drone units. Did you see my flashlight going up in the sky? I hear >> Oh [ __ ] >> What do you think? Hey, call off the cops. Call the trail. Call the trail. There you go. Shots fired. 1221. 12:21. >> Move. parking lot off the roof. >> Push right. I push right here. >> Get out of the way. Get out of the way. >> Get down. Get down. >> Get down. >> Huh? >> Who's down there? >> Top of the roof. Top of the roof. >> I'm back. Where? >> See the garage right here? >> I don't have mine either. >> I got mine. Where's he at? Hold on. Wait. Hold on. >> Watch out. Watch out. Coming through. Coming through. Coming through. Watch. Uh there is believed to be a weapon in the car. We don't know if there are other people in the car. Uh but the fact that the the the the assumption and the belief uh the suspicion that there is a weapon in the car means they're not going to do a pit maneuver. They don't want an officer to get that close uh and put their lives in danger to actually put a pit maneuver on this vehicle. Uh it's an older model. looks like a Lexus sedan. Um, and it's a, you know, it's got some get up and go. Um, it's a mid2000 Lexus ES300 is what I'm being told by one of our our our directors here. Uh, >> I'm almost losing control. Here we go. Spinning out into the other side of the the Satakoy street there. Coming out the other side almost into that power pole and has now lost control. Now head-to-head with these LAPD units. Effectively what would have happened in a pit maneuver is now what they are dealing with. An armed suspect now face tof face with these officers. Smoke coming out from under the hood here after he lost control, swerved across the double yellow lines and is now again, as I mentioned, head-to-head with those officers. You can see the windshield wipers have been activated. The driver now moving around inside the vehicle. Coming towards us once again, westbound Wilshire Boulevard through Westwood here through the Wilshire corridor. LAPD with a full pursuit package behind the suspect with an airship overhead. However, they have pulled back ever so slightly because of the speeds here. So, he's got a wide open Williser Boulevard after a number of really close calls in very congested traffic. Now, he's encountering a little bit more pavement to play with here. He's using full uh use of those lanes. He's really all over. >> Um and you just hope nobody else gets injured. That's That's the number one. This will be the opportunity that LAPD has. Look at this. Is this an unmarked unit? This might be an unmarked unit that is now getting behind him. It's either an unmarked unit or a complete civilian, but somebody has just pulled up behind him. It does not look like an unmarked unit to be honest with you. Uh, can you pull in on the plate there really quick? Uh, somebody has just Yeah, that is a Florida license plate that has just pulled up behind the suspect. It is the suspect. He's running as fast as he can as he tries to keep his pants up. LAPD now in the alleyway with him with at least three units pulling in there. He's now going to try and jump on private property. He's not going to have a chance to jump that fence.
