for a while. Please show Charles over 05. Hello. How are you doing? What's going on? I'm doing all right. Sir, you mind if we talk to you for a second? Car turning it off. 374. Thanks, man. Do you mind opening the door? Hello. What you got? How's he doing? Hey, man. Hey, can you open the door? No. Why not? What are you doing? Did you accidentally hit the car? Did you accidentally hit the pole? [Music] [Applause] 151. There's some dark. Hey, man. Can you come out of the vehicle? I mean, it looks like you hit the pole here, so I'm I'm concerned about you. What's that? Okay. But your car your car definitely hit the pole. I just want to make sure you're okay, man. Pulling back here and just walking this truck right here. No, I don't I don't know, man. Can I call EMS? Can I call the ambulance to come look at you? I think you should let me have the paramedics can take a look. Can I open your door? I'm going to open your door. Okay. Dispatch. [Music] Okay. What's that? What's that? I didn't hear you. Hi. Can you tell me what's going on tonight? Can you get that flashlight out of my face, please? Of course, man. Sorry. I didn't mean to bother anything like that. Put it in your face. Can you roll this window down a little more? No. Does the window not work? 91. When you pull in here, can you just pull to the west? No. Hey, hey, don't turn the car on, man. Okay, that's fine. He took the keys out of the ignition. Hey, hey, hey. What are you reaching for? He's reaching you reaching my back. Hey, what the [ __ ] do I am? Because there's something relaxing in your vehicle. Relax your arms. Relax your arms. Relax your arm. There's some paraphernalia. We're just kind of worried about a couple things, man. You're just relax. Just relax. Just being entertain. Where did you put those? Uh, it looks like you put them on the seat next to him. You got anything on you that's going to poke me? You got any knives or weapons on you? No. Sorry. Not answering. Um, hey, actually you want to go hang out for a second? Yeah. Yeah. Well, we'll search right now. Heat. Heat. Huh? Why you grab my groceries? 1074. You want to grab my dick? Hey, why you why you pissing me? Are you any more crazy? No, I'm not. I really am not looking. What's wrong with you? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Your leg up. My right. My right. I think that's fine. Not looking under a car. Yep. Oh, sorry. I wasn't paying attention. Get in. What's your head? Hey, get in the vehicle. Can I Can I get Can Why are you pushing me? Put your feet up. better. Hey, look at just stop process there. Like I'm saying like play cool before we like try to really start hammering down the car because I don't want him like I didn't want to pull the handle. I didn't want to force anything because that will just force him to probably do something stupid. And that's my initiate. I was like don't stand by the car. Don't do anything like crazy. They were going to force anything. Wait till we get some cars here to block him in that way. Make sure it's secure. Um, so what I'm seeing is what looked like a little crack rock there and then he's got the paraphernelia with the torn up I was talking about. And then he's got this crack rock here right when I open the doors. So if you want to just start taking some pictures of that. Okay. Uh, doors locked. I believe this guy's still inside. If it's the one that usually works tonight, he will not have camera access until tomorrow. Do you mind seeing if he wants you to isolate? I don't care [Music] about anybody here. [Music] Um, one thing I also want to keep track of is that I mean you've seen excited before, right? Yeah. So, I think that this is kind of putting off just a little bit of that. So, call EMS. Don't start. You see a little crack rock there on that. Oh, there's the brillow. I didn't see you. [Music] Yeah. I don't know if you guys uh he reached behind his back. So I was I was sitting right here and then he does this. He reaches behind his back. So when anyone say next That's what that was. Uh, he is in there, but I use live view only. No access to the cameras. He said if the building's not damaged, he doesn't care about it. No. Um, do you I'm going to call Sarge just for a potential use of course. Do you mind going through with him of collecting that little crack and then the little one and then testing? I have some gloves in the bag. Yeah, fresh gloves and then some bags. when you left resisting. So, okay. What have you done so far? Are you taking pictures? Yeah. Yeah, I took pictures of took a picture of this right here. Just like that right there. And then the brillow and the uh looks like a little small rock right there. And then I took a picture just as the just the cab as a whole. And then I took a picture of his ID. Sweet. There's another stem right here. You want to take a picture of that as well? Another what? Stems on. Oh, there we go. There we go. Little glass. Those little glass [Music] pipes. There you [Music] go. I'm out of focus. That's probably just pull it out a little bit. camera back a little [Music] bit. So, everybody's different. I package stuff separately. If it's like paraphernalia versus like physical narcotics, if there's narcotics within paraphernalia, like say this pipe was loaded with a rock in it, I would keep that together. But for this, I would do um So, get a get a second bag for the rocks. Yep. I would do you can typically get away with paraphernalia in paper. Um so any of the brillo this the crack pipe you know you can do that in paper. Um and then any of the actual physical narcotics I would do in plastic like so um there's like this and then you can see there's little fragments on the seat. Yeah. Which is consistent with that. So like I can say based on my training experience that's obviously something that you'll build on but those that little rock and this big rock are the same substance. So what I would do is we can save that for now. But when you test you really want to preserve as much as you possibly can of the actual narcotic. So whether that's using a knife like we talked about last time. Um, I know you've probably done stuff since I was gone on vacation, but you know, using a sanitized knife to break off a piece of that or just testing that little rock right there. If it's a consistent substance, if it's something completely different, obviously that changes things, but those are clearly both uh pieces of crackane. So, go ahead and just I'll let you look through before you pull anything. Just point it out to me. I'm going to go to the other side. Okay. Yeah, you might need to just come up here. I'm sorry. Well, we threw this guy in the box truck. What's this? Oh, there's the bag is pull right there. Yep. So you can grab that whole bag and just see what else is in it. [Music] Brill. So in the future, it's not super important for this case right here, but you can like do you know what that stuff is supposed to be used for? Yeah. Like it grinds up it grinds into a like a like smaller bits or a powder so they can put the pipe and smoke in. Yeah. But like you could say if he was buying that to use it to clean dishes or scrubs, then it clearly wouldn't look like that. Ripping pieces off of it, like the way that it's stranded off like that, like you can articulate because you have the pipe as well. Like you can say that he was pulling and and there's there's fragments of brillow like in the pipe. Yeah. And it's all over the car. So like that's going to be an indicator and something that you can articulate if it's a paraphernalia case. You know, if you're in the car because of paraphernalia, like this is a different scenario. But yeah, so I would grab that fragment right there. That little string of brillows is not because of your steel. So I don't think it's the dirt pile going through. [Music] Oh man. C 0. All right. So, we can get under the seat to finish search. Do you have a separate bag for personal effects? Yeah. Uh, personal effects. No, I can grab another bag. That's his wallet right there. Why don't you just take this money? We can do that. If you want to grab your bag, you put it in the door. No, I was waiting to collect everything and then do I need to change gloves before I grab this kind of stuff? No. It's a good mindset though. [Music] Oh yeah, probably push the other side in anyway. should be on it. Should I put the the lighter in the sandbag? Yeah. Uh the brilliant here too. Yep. Heat. Heat. [Music] 6 minutes. Okay. There's probably three, four like fragments of so the one that was in the format was a shelf. The one that was right here was a little fragment right there on the seat fragment in the center and then a little left the uh in the bag as well that was pulled apart. I remember what we were talking about of like brillow pads. Yep. I mean, it's it's all literally tied together. He pulls the brillow out to shove it into a pipe that was in the door, right, to smoke crack or molly or fentanyl rocks, whatever it is, whatever type of rock he wants to smoke. And that's exactly why nobody has brillo. And he literally had like dollar bills. Like he probably just walked around the corner here and paid for crack, walked over here and did whatever. So I don't know if you heard about before we leave I would I would like to talk about that though cuz I just would like Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know if he's a priority. I I did mine. So no. All right. We'll mute or turn off roads here. Ending to talk about case. We'll resume in a second. ending to talk about if we need
