I've seen you in a video on surveillance video. I got you on video. We really need to know what happened, dude. We need to stop the BS, man. I know you were there, dude. They got camera angles everywhere. >> This is 17-year-old Quintavius Walker, currently realizing that he was caught on camera as he took the life of 19-year-old Angelique Bowman and her boyfriend. A crime that Quint, with his two brain cells, is about [music] to accidentally admit to. >> How do you learn from them? been supposed to be bail I mean his battery I just say murder >> but this is only a tiny glimpse into the mind of this double murderer because in this never seen before interrogation we have for you today police will unravel one of the worst career criminals they have ever seen >> I don't know what to tell you but it's ugly >> what's wrong charging with murder >> how it's on camera >> on January 26th 2016, police in Norquit, Georgia discovered a haunting scene. In the backyard of a random home, they located the body of 18-year-old Jacquel Thomas. Just a few feet away. In a parked car, laid the body of his girlfriend, 19-year-old Angelique Bowman. Both had been shot in cold blood, and police were at a total loss. The two didn't have any known enemies, and they had no apparent connection to the homes they were discovered near. Desperate for answers, police released this surveillance footage. Taken just moments before shots were heard going off. The footage showed Jacquel walking to his death with his likely shooter following right behind him. Immediately, calls came flooding in telling police that the man in the footage was none other than 17-year-old Quintavius Walker, a known criminal in high school dropout. And police were in luck because they already had a warrant for his arrest for another crime, which allowed them to take him into custody for questioning. They expected they'd get some answers out of Quintavius. They just didn't realize how fast it would be. >> Okay. You doing all right, man? What the hell happened today? What they say? How'd you get dirty? running from them? Why you running from them? >> They locked me up for I mean battery in school. I went to the school. >> How did you say? >> What you talking about? I already know. You already told. >> Who's that? The the big guy, big white dude. >> Yeah. How many times I've been in trouble? Yes. I told him my puppy recent battery charge. >> I got you. Whose puppy is that from the cab or is >> that baby? >> Yes, you heard that right. The bigrained criminal mastermind here just said outright that he was wanted for murder despite the fact that he was arrested for a battery on a school teacher a few weeks previous. That sets a record for fastest and biggest slip up in Red Thread history. And though he tries to explain it away by saying the arresting cop told him he was going to be questioned about murder, police aren't buying it. And somehow Quintavius's choices and slip ups only get worse from here. >> Okay, man. Well, I want to I'm sure you you've been in trouble before, I guess, with that battery. I guess a teacher and all that stuff. Uh I just want to ask you some questions, but obviously you're wanted because of that battery that happened and I think >> I don't understand. Look, this one I don't understand about that. The battery char, right? I went to the school. >> Hold on. Before we talk, just let me get this let me get this off my chest and then we can talk. You can let me know cuz you were telling me before that you were talking to someone or something. >> I'm talking to officer. >> Mhm. Hold up. >> Just like I said, because of that, you you can't leave. So, I have to have Okay. himself. >> At the ripe old age of 17, Quintavius has been in and out of juvie for battery, theft, and resisting arrest. And those are just the things he's been charged with. Because, as he's soon about to learn, police know of additional crimes he's committed. After all, it wasn't just the murder that was caught on surveillance, but a string of other crimes that he had the nerve to commit in front of dozens of cameras. >> You said you understand I know what's going on there. I tell you, I know what's going on. >> This petty like that was petty. I'm telling you. >> So, yeah. What the hell you said you were? So, you already talked to officers. >> Officer told me these carers now. I said >> big guy. >> Big guy. I came to the school and this like my right hand man like he know he know me personally like like I told y me and detective be cool like I mean offic like >> brotherly love and brother good people. We get along very well. >> All right. So look, I come to the school for my, you know, you get a hearing and stuff after you do stupid stuff in school and the war, I can show y'all the warrant like it's still in my phone when I'm showing him. They've been active since December 9th, right? >> And I'm telling him like officer from like what I'm supposed to do about this. He say the folks ain't came and got you yet. Then I don't know tell you cuz this is a school one. I'm saying hire is a school one. That's this is the state. It says Gett County. school and he was like well I'm see it was two officers he just hid at the school and he was trying to see what they was trying to do but they didn't say nothing they lock me up in my head I'm telling you this on camera I didn't get locked up in my hearing or nothing I was like bro it don't make sense no type >> and he was like man I all kept saying I want to tell you when they catch you call me and tell me what happened this don't make sense that's not that's not no battery one bro I'm like it's just really like this shorty the teacher she went out there and trying to get she really just trying to get some That's what it did. I'm telling you cuz if y'all see that video, she did not That fight is not I ain't even touch like >> I haven't got I did talk to officer Thompson about it. >> Yeah. >> Um he told me there was video but he said he >> I got to see that. I'm telling you if you that even if the judge see that he like >> this is a group of like just this being realistic. You see a group of boys fighting I don't care who you I'm not going to play Billy come out here and try to save the world. You don't do that. You feel me? I don't care if you police or not, bro. These folk got animosity. That's man. This boy had animosity. I was in the streets. Like this man threat my life. He texting me. This my phone was on. He say if I if I don't come up to that school and get on for my he going to hit my sister. I was like come up to school right now. Bro, I came to the school. I was talking. I'm wrong for that That >> this is a teacher. >> No, this is a student. I got I told a girl like bro I came up to the school. I ain't doing no talking. I beat him. Did what I had to do. So the the teacher right that the battery charge right this this lady come out a full gym a full gym after school practice a basketball a whole basketball she got a whole basketball team in that come out to school come jump on my back grab my hair no you don't do I'm like you know me that's I'm thinking like this try I hit this lady I ain't going to lie this I don't know what the abuse to it was I don't know I ain't going to do it I find out so she grabbed me so when she grabbed me all I'm thinking like I don't seen my mama get abused I ain't going to She she fighting me like literally trying to fight but my partner I ain't me not being lame the who really did her smiling over the cart I ain't doing no lane like chill had this bro that come up here bro they got this bro I'm not going to fight this you can look on camera I want to fight she coming there standing up like and literally in front of the door we not going nowhere I'm like bro come on bro we not even stand you just made this dick for no reason I ain't touch you I'm not coming here horning you nothing like she had she had all 15 minutes of fame I would try to hurt that lady Like I won't that my intention to come out there and hit no ladies. That don't even make sense. Why I never make an email like you did all this and then she call my mama trying to blackmail her like she cuz she was supposed to be a stripper or whatever. She told my mom I can't go to work. I can't do this. Can you help me pay my car all type? I'm like y'all want to do that. We really could reverse the situation. I can call the police and you feel me doing the lame you doing. But I ain't do that. I'm like all right see what what the police and talking about cuz I'm telling like this man irritate me. I feel like I'm this is a petty ass for making me mad for I kept telling my mom what the I'm going to hide it for and she like the lady keep calling me she can't work my mama going I'm telling you get my mama on the phone y'all like the case going to be cold like when you go in court the lady been text my mama her real number I'm like this on it don't make sense to me like what do you want from me >> in case you couldn't understand Quent's rambling explanation if you can even call it that let's break it down he went to his former high school, the one that he was understandably kicked out of in order to fight a student. In the middle of the fight, a teacher tried to break them up, fearing that they had weapons. In response, Quint attacked the teacher, and in true Quint fashion, despite the entire attack being on camera, he insists that he never laid a hand on her and it wasn't his fault. But clearly, he's no stranger to hurting people. When police ask about his former friends, he spirals into a violent rant. One that he evidently thinks is all fun and games. >> What's up? You're talking about all these burglaries you mention. >> Them over there. They were telling about that and some Yo, like what I was telling I be the been striking and trying to put my name in. I like bro all right y'all get caught up with that and I'm shoot on me, bro. Don't play on me like that. >> Why the hell you shoot? Cuz they be you do petty. These stay around the area. This is just dumb I used to do break in my neighbor's house. Done like that. That's dumb. >> You got a gun for your protection? >> I ain't got no gun. I'm just saying I get one. I ain't going to lie. I ain't I need to go get a gun out right now. >> Where the hell you get? I like to get a gun for 50 bucks. >> You ain't going to get nothing clean. >> Ain't going to be clean. >> I was telling you like >> what's your favorite specialty if you had to get a gun? >> You got your >> I like a 9 mil, but >> I want a co 45. It's a big round for you to shoot. You can shoot that good or no? >> You just a spray. >> He He's short, but He got my boot. >> Looks like a spray and spray. I don't know. You just >> my only got one a 911. My favorite gun. >> You go shooting a lot like practice target shooting or no, you know, a lot. Yeah, but there's you can shoot on people's land and stuff like that. You know what I'm saying? It been a lot going on. That why I've been staying away from that cuz they not like if you get if you put them in here right now they going to come in here and you going to catch all that dumb some young bro about to beat they ass. They do stupid bro. >> Let me ask you a question. I heard he's one of your boys. I don't know if he is or not. I'm just You know a dude named Slug? >> Slug? They don't partner. They're my brother. >> That's your brother. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> You know what happened though? >> Yeah. They sh They're my brother. Like my brother brother. How long you know him for? Me and M. They like I met him through my move. Tyreek. >> I don't know if it's government. Tyreek. >> Yeah, this is government. >> Yeah, he got South Carolina. Like my brother like my brother. I was just with Slug. Well, he passed like a week ago. >> Well, how how long you know Tyreek for? I know uh Moo. >> Moo. I'm sorry. Me and me and Moo. Uh Moo. I met Slug through Moo. >> Yeah. How long you know Moo? When you meet Moo Moo, man. out here about to say uh M has been standing here a long time. I met him through old jangles. >> How the hell you guys get these names? So you met through Bojangles. How long you know Moo for? >> That say it been a minute. He been he been I've been out here for a year and a half. So I met Moot last summer. >> Last summer >> right here. Yeah. >> And when did you when did you meet uh >> same time slug? But like we all I'm telling you me moot and slug with right hand like we was all on the same you feel me all of us my brother bro the whole time >> and when was the last time you said you saw slug >> I ain't seen slug in like three four months >> it's been pass for a little bit so >> three four months I know I've been through this filming everything >> so you haven't you literally have not seen him three or four months before he passed I've been like I was with them. Me and M and Slug like I'm telling you it been like it probably even know three or four months. >> Just be just >> I'm telling you like I'm telling you we just did like I don't know how long me and Slug just did something and we dropped Muk off on Scenic Highway down like I mean Slug about a month. >> What did you What did you guys do? We was on stealing for stupid in Que >> Stealing stereoss or some >> No, he be doing that's what he do. go peeling cars and like we do. I I do I'm of that hot wire that crank up. That's what I do. >> Maybe they be on that stealing new car. Me a car like that. >> I got you. So when you guys out doing that yourself >> like two months like a month before he passed, a couple weeks before he passed. We've been I'm telling you a long I ain't going to kick it like you feel me. I a my brother like all these folk every day with the move is you feel me? And I've been beefing some funny though about move now. >> Like they ain't been wanting me They been want me around and >> You've been watching the news and that? >> Yeah. >> You see that video that got released? >> Yeah. >> What do you think about that video? >> Y'all think it's me? >> You think it's you? >> No. That's what I'm telling you. I went to that whoop last week. I just show my face. I'm like, "Bro, y'all kill me. Go ahead and do that bro." >> You feel me? I'm not going to hide, bro. You feel me? You feel me? What the Everything I got, you feel me? Y'all go check my shoe box right now. I got good money. What the he got that I won't? >> Oh, we listen. First off, no one's saying that. >> No, I know. No, I know. But >> But I I do pretty much know you in that video. >> Is it your twin brother or something? >> My twin. >> Yeah, it wasn't his twin. It was him. Though police only released this footage to the public, they have dozens of other shots of Quintavius walking to and from the crime scene with Slug, which is the street name for his victim, Jacquel. >> I ain't going to play with you. Tell me being that's playing with you. I'm not going to play. >> I believe you. Where were you where you were that day? >> Was it Sunday night? >> Yeah, I'm about >> 24th of January. >> 465 Engle Drive. >> What's that? >> 465 Engle Drive. >> Eagle. >> Engle. E N G L E. >> Where's that at? >> In my neighborhood. >> Yeah. Who's who's whose house is that? >> My partner got a studio down there. Hakeim. >> Actually, I think the guy is Kareem Akbar Abdul Hake. >> Yeah, actually, man. >> He's a lot older. I mean, he's shitty. 28. >> Yeah. So he does the music. >> Yeah. >> He an engineer. >> So you remember exactly where you were on January 24th, Sunday night? >> Yes sir. I'm not this my brother. Like they want y'all don't even understand. I've been out here my mama bro going hard like this man. That y'all don't understand. I'm not going to play about this. Like this really blowing me like he got played off street and some like that bro. And I know what he's on cuz he me and him was on the same me him was on the same bro. Like we we was too money hungry. I ain't gonna lie. We was on some money hungry I promise you. We ain't never promise you. You don't even believe I got more money than M and Schl and I'm younger than both of them. >> You have a lot more money than both of us in your >> show. I'll show you right now. Want to see how much money I got? >> You got the card. This work more than everything. >> You You know what? I'll give you this card. I bet you can't even get a Big Mac off. There ain't on here. >> But I'm just telling you though, that's my brother though. I ain't even going to lie to you. >> Me, me and Moot and Snug, we all on the same bro. I don't care what y'all say. >> Well, first off, don't we're not out here. We're not out here accusing you >> of any, you know, any of that stuff. Uh I mean, we got some I ain't going to lie, dude. That that video is probably the worst quality video that we released. We got some good video and I mean we got pretty much have your face. You know what I'm saying? I mean, you have very unique features. I get I can we agree to that that you got unique features. You know what I'm saying? >> You don't understand like if I if I were to do something like that, that is out of my what? Jesse Carter, that's out of my territory. >> Well, again, we're not saying you did anything. I believe you were a whiff slug and something obviously went down. I don't know if another dude freaking did it or what the meeting was about or you know what I'm saying. I mean that's I just kind of want to know what happened. I mean I got the got the mom. >> This my brother what I'm telling you slug he wouldn't even put me in no situ if I if I was to do something slug put like this slug was our our big homie. >> Well I don't think slug meant to put anyone in situation. >> No I'm telling you like I know what you said hold >> cuz he brought his girl there. You know what I'm saying? So, I mean, if if you guys were there, I don't think he meant anyone to do any harm. You know what I'm saying? I mean, I don't know if you're just getting rid of something or buying something. >> I'm telling you, I don't even know their neighborhood like that to do something stupid like that. >> How do you not know that neighborhood? That shit's right next door. >> Quintavius and Jacquel or Slug were close friends. Not close enough for Quintavius to not try to rob him, of course. As you're about to see, his own street name is a pretty good reflection of his character. And my street name is baby slime. If they do want something >> maybe what? >> Baby slime. >> Slime. >> Yeah. >> Like >> smile like the slime. Like smile like the >> like you right there too, huh? >> Yeah. >> How long ago was that picture? >> I don't know Instagram. That's when we was out here in Law somewhere. >> Who Who are these dudes next to you? Who are these dude with the gold shoes? >> I know some of the old pictures. >> Yeah, I don't I could tell you like >> you know that that's Slug's car right there. That's the G. I'm tell I'm telling my like bro tell me to do something for this my brother. >> What was what was this picture around about? >> She got to show me the like exact picture cuz it show you the week everything. I don't want to lie. I'm trying to get exact if I start stuttering like I don't want to lie to you for nothing. You work I'm going to work with you. I don't got nothing to lie. They're my brother. I'm going give you my all by him. I promise you bro my brother. >> I thought I was hyper dude. This dude makes me look like I'm my qua loose. >> You're my brother, bro. This crazy. I'm telling you, whatever happened, bro, he he ain't want to tell nobody cuz look, he he called me like a month ago. He was like, >> "What he call you? How'd he call you?" >> Yeah. You keep saying like I'm telling you like this is what I'm telling you. Like them don't they don't call me on no you feel me on no I don't got no number. It be apps. It be goddamn they'll pull up to know saying anything that happened. If Moo didn't feel like I did something, leave my bed at, bro. Like, I don't got nothing to hide. Like, where can I hide? >> Why is Moo even Why is Moo saying you did this >> No, cuz he asked me. He was like, >> "If you guys are that tight, >> what I'm saying?" He said he wouldn't put it past me, but that was coming to a situation like, you know, you feel me? Cuz I know them over there. The streets don't understand. >> Listen, listen to me, man. You got Moo. You I mean, you've said it over and over again, dude. We're tight. We're brothers. >> They're my brother. I'm telling you. >> Okay. Hold. >> They feeling like they don't know. >> And I was going to need a cup of coffee, too. If you had coffee, you'll be off the charts, huh? >> No. >> So, M, you guys are all tight. Real tight. You know what I'm saying? >> And Moo's basically saying, >> "No, he ain't never accused me." Like, first like, "Hey, you did that shit." >> Well, I'm I'm telling you, he's been he's he's talking. >> Well, he was that, bro. >> And he knows you better than I know you. I just met you now. I've seen you in a video on surveillance video, but I just met you right now. You know what I'm saying? So, he knows you better. So, we really we really need to know what happened, dude. Cuz I we need to stop the BS, man. I I know you were there, dude. You're on there's there's cameras at the pool house, bro. >> We got cameras on pretty much it's it's a mainly Asian community. I don't know if you know that or not. All these They don't trust anyone, dude. They got camera angles everywhere. You know what I'm saying? I mean, I know it's you. I personally, cuz you guys are tight. I don't think you freaking kill anybody. I don't think you got it in you, dude. You know what I'm saying? But I know you guys were were there and I know something went down. I've already talked to, you know, a dude named Brim Major. No, that was his real name. >> Benji. >> No, I'll get back to that. But I've been talking to, you know, some people pretty much the last the last dude who called Slug. the last dude pretty much before that incident happened. He told me why I was there. So I think you you guys were just there either buying something, getting rid of something and >> old boy Slug was using you for protection cuz >> So what was it? >> And Slug he I'm I'm just going to kill with y'all. >> Thank you. >> Slug he had a robbery went wrong. He tried to rob his folks and bro I'm just going to kill him. >> So were you were down? You were there. Did you? I went I'm telling you like supposed to kill that he wanted me to come out the cut and kill. I didn't know that was his right hand. Like M. >> Well, let's back up, dude. Obviously, we got you and Slug. >> We walk we walking to where >> Okay, so we we let's back let's back up a little bit to where when Slug rolled into into that pool. >> This when that's when he off his phone. Y'all got to get his phone. Just when he text, we supposed to go meet in the back, right? >> You know, a nickname for >> I don't I don't want to lie to y'all, but I don't know, bro. >> So, do you live on wandering? >> Yeah, he stayed out there. Where SL was laid at, he stayed out there. I promise you. >> You know where I at? >> Right when we was in the middle of the houses. Where the middle of the houses at? Bro, that's that's what went wrong. I'm going go ahead and tell y'all. Look, I gave Slug, you remember I walking down the street with the pistol? I gave Slug my pistol when we got down there. So I'm telling Schlug, "Bro, you trust this?" Schlug got a hot point on him. He like, "Man, just give me 350 something, bro. If the trust, I'm kill." And he told me, he I had a nine in his car. A nine tar. I'm like, "Oh I used to sit at the pool house, bro. We going to rob the like she supposed to be driving." You feel me? Supposed to be a robbery, bro. >> Bro, the was not going for this bro. I'm telling you. Slug tried to shoot at me. I ran behind the houses and then I I seen all the cameras and by the pool houses. I'm like, "Oh your brother got he done got hit other folk, you feel me?" A little boot. You probably know Buddha and Kais Kais Patrick that was at the car waiting with his girl and them told me if I didn't give everything up, they were going to kill me. >> Rapidly faced with the surveillance, Quintavius's story changes. Unfortunately for him, he's not smart enough to come up with a story that makes any sense whatsoever given the evidence that police have. That includes footage of Quintavius walking Jacquel to where the shots were heard with a gun in his hand and then walking away from the scene of the murder alone with a gun still in his hand. >> So, okay. So, Slug comes pick you up at the house 5785. Old girl in the passenger. Slug's driving. You're sitting behind him. He's telling you he wants to get rid of this high point. Yeah. >> So, now what do you guys do? We pull up to on gym. >> But you you grab his 357 >> at my house >> to use as protection to get rid of it >> to get rid of the high point. >> Yeah. To get rid of the high point. >> So that's why you in the video had that. >> But I'm tell man. >> All right. So he got the 357 back. When we got down there, when we got down there, he was like, "Bro, we was way out there not even five 10 minutes." And Slug Schlug wanted he like from Chicago up north. Like if he feel something funny, he gonna automatic act off that. And that he was to trade with from uh New Orleans, he weren't going for that He won. I'm going to keep it real with you cuz he was looking at me the whole time and he was looking at me like I was going to try something. The man that we sold his strap to show the strap to he was looking at me like like I ain't going to put it. I was praying everything. I was like, "Man, I'm going to die tonight. I ain't >> Did you guys roll up on um on Jimmy Carter Boulevard or what?" Now we going to Ashford where we went. I don't know the name. Yo, that's >> So you guys pull into this where that >> How do you guys pull in the pool house? You pull in. >> Bro told us he texting. That one say got to get the phone. He telling bro where to meet us at. Bro asking where to meet us at. We go back there and meet him and >> Okay. So how do you how do you roll in the pool house? >> What you mean? Like slug pulling like I ain't going to play. I'm so li into the I don't even care how go down. All I know is whatever happened we f to die, bro. Me and died. That's how I felt like that. I swear to God. Like, >> why are you f to die if you I mean, you're just sitting in a pool house. There's nobody there yet, right? >> No. This what I'm telling you. Like, it was funny. He told us to come and slug left his girl in the car. I'm like, man, tell this is this how you know I do this This robber. >> I'm like, bro, this your girl, you feel me? I'm like, "Why you going to leave your girl in a pool house?" >> You feel me? And me and you going to go to the back of a neighborhood, bro. >> And he like, "Man, I ain't, you know, slow." All right. No more. You can't. He older than me. Everything I said there is irrelevant, bro. >> Right. >> So, he's kind of running this. >> How'd you know the cat was from New Orleans? >> He was They was talking like, "Bro was telling like that's how a was." He was telling like, "Shit, y" and You hear me? Like, it just felt funny. I was like, "Bro, whatever going to go down to go down right now." >> Were you in the same house? Were you in the garage? >> He told SL to come in the backyard. He told me, "Wait in the front yard for um till he get back." >> Okay. >> And I'm like, "All right, no more." And SL didn't come back out. I was like to them like, >> "Did you hear a struggle or anything like that?" You didn't I didn't hear no scream. I didn't hear no. I I You feel me? Somehow these guys got the gun away from Slug. >> Draw it down. Tell him to get it up and clap him with his own gun. >> He already had his guns out when it I mean going to die tonight. >> Think about it. If it's three and this is this is right here where this at this supposed to be the trap. So you don't know what kind of artillery in there putting out ARs and on. >> What kind of what kind of cars they got over the trap? >> I don't know. They want no cars in the driveway. >> None. >> None. And what I'm telling you like whoever whoever on Jimmy, bro, they know, bro. I don't know what I'm telling you. I don't want y'all to feel like I'm lying to y'all, but whoever he with on Jimmy knows something, bro. >> I already talked to Officer Thomas about you. Okay. Bruce had gotten so much of their information. Okay. So, >> what I'm saying, everyone around the school, I talk about I know what you're trying to say. They've been going to my sister with that. They've been threatening my sister to shoot. They're out. They're out. >> Okay. This group is coming at us. Okay. And I can see that you are upset by this. I can see that. Okay. But you have to understand that there's not a person in this entire building that wouldn't have listened to what you had to say. Okay? But today is February 24th. We're almost exactly a month from the day it happened. Okay? Exactly a month. Do you know how this looks to us when we have this whole squad? These people don't like the police >> and and they're coming to us. >> I'm telling they do. They don't want to keep it in the street. I came to them like, "Bro, they go get scary." They scared me. >> Okay. >> They have these people that they don't like the police. They're telling some fake names from all these people. Okay. But they're coming out here and saying you did this >> They trying to That's scary. This my brother. This is my brother. Like, bro, this is what I'm saying. If I know who did it, why hide it? That what them don't understand. If if what you're telling >> if what you're telling us is true, you do know who did it, but you haven't told a single >> in 30 goddamn days who did it. You didn't tell nobody. You said you ain't >> I told my mama, she know if I tell if I go tell if I run to them scary. I done ran to them before me man. >> Oh, you ain't scared nobody. >> No, I'm telling me did it, bro. We done got out the way and we running to these bro. What we going to do? We going to call the hood area, bro. They not They not like me and SL with the big dog on my >> You talking about shooting some people over and you're scared of these people. >> Who? >> I'm not scared of them. >> We know you ain't scared of >> scary. Like that's why I know that they going they going to throw somebody under the bus cuz they don't know who to run to. Like let me tell you what been going on this whole month. Like I've been getting calls. >> You've been doing burglaries. I got you on video doing a burglary last week, bro. True. >> I've been slipping. >> You know that you had a wheelbarrow. We own a wheelbarrow. >> But listen, you stole a TV. I got you on video. >> That's what I'm talking about. >> A wheelbarrow. I I do want to know that. That's probably a wheelbarrow. >> A wheelbarrow. >> What? It looks like a wheelbarrow on surveillance video. >> I think they call it a yard cart now. >> I don't know that. >> Yeah, [clears throat] >> that's scary though. Like out of everybody, slug the one getting active out of them. >> What does that mean? Like they not going to do They going to come down here to y'all and Slug he gonna go killarted and give the police a fake name for real. Moose now they they don't know what to do. They think oh cute he crazy and Little little crazy. Little salon crazy. You feel me? All type like that. They don't know me though. Like me and Moo and Slug Moo know me. I don't even know why you playing with me. Like they say >> you literally just said in one sentence that you and Mo are tight brothers. He doesn't know you. He's not trying you. He is trying you. He's blaming you. You literally said >> cuz it's like how y'all kidding to me like trying me like my bro. If he trying me like that then >> he's not the only person who's freaking trying you right now. >> No, I know. I'm telling I've been hearing around school. >> And not only that, when we first started talking to you today, bro, you were lying telling me that wasn't even you when I knew it was you. You've been lying the whole time in this room, bro. And that's what I told you. What did I tell you right from the start? I need to know what happened there. I need to know what happened. >> Tell you what happened, bro. I ain't even going to lie to you. If you get back over there to find out who that is, we going to find out. >> I don't know his name. I don't want to get no. All right, boo. I don't want to do them like that. That's mine. >> So, if I bring you over there, you know exactly what house it is. It ain't going to be some Asian folks living in that house. >> That what I want to say. Like, you got to show me. >> I almost bet on that side of the house some Asian folks. There's some brothers on the other side where you were standing. That's what I'm saying. >> Cuz you said you want to cross the street, >> bro. Just take me over there, bro. I don't want to lie to you cuz y'all trying to pressure me to make >> First off, don't don't try me like not try pressing you at all. >> Though police very clearly haven't tried to pressure Quintavius in 2021. He used that as an excuse to try to appeal his case. He claimed that he was forcibly coerced into a confession by the police who didn't make sure he understood his rights and kept questioning him in spite of him asking for a lawyer. And while Quentavius is happy to lie, this footage of the interrogation doesn't. >> So you were there when they shot Aisha. >> Yeah. >> If you yall show me now, they shot two people >> and they let you go. >> He didn't he didn't want to. I gave everything up. Charlie didn't they would whatever they had going they were being devil. But I ain't gonna I ain't play hard or nothing. You have no phone. You can't have no money. All type of Bro, >> I'm I'm gonna throw this in your head right now too. In the pool house when you ran by the pool house like you had a gun in your hand. >> I tell I'm telling you. >> I know what going on. >> You know what I'm saying? He's already explained to you about the video, right? >> Okay. Well, listen. There's one other problem that you have with your story about how you walk down the street, you were in front of them. We know that you're carrying the damn handcco cannon. We know that it's on video. You get there, you go behind or he goes behind the house. There's other people that hear the gunshot cuz you're in a neighborhood and it's early as hell. Nobody's [clears throat] asleep. They look out the window and they see one person. That's it. You know what they describe? >> Yes. I'm telling you >> and to the and to the point >> and to the point of you're on on the phone. >> Oh, hell no. I got my you see my phone bro. >> But you already said that you walked down there with them. >> I did. >> They only see one person. >> And they see that person come from in between the houses. Well, we found your boy. Then they describe the same person that's in the videos that we have. >> And you say you don't have a gun, which we know is not true >> because you already admitted that's you on the video at the pool house, right? >> And that guy's holding the gun, >> bro. We know Slug was up to no good, dude. You know what I'm saying? I know that. >> I know. You know his mom, right? >> He was mod didn't blow me up. I don't I don't get along with a lot to be quite honest. You know what I'm saying? She's a very hyper woman. She's more hyper than you are. >> And all the stuff that I got slug doing, you know what I'm saying? On Instagram, on his kick account, all that dude. The dude's selling guns. Obviously, he's part of the 64 click, part of a blood. I know that. Which I'm not I don't give a about that. I know damn well he's selling. You know what I'm saying? I know he was up to no good. And I know he pissed some some dudes off. So, if this dude was flexing up on you, I need to know cuz I don't think you're no killer. You see what I'm saying? >> I'm telling you, I'm like they crashed on me. They not going to tell me no real information. They just going to tell me when to go with this I They not going to tell me if they got to smoke, they got beef, this >> you know damn well if he's flexing up on me, dude. Whoever flex up on me, I >> But my intention is that I'm riding for him. I would never look at it like that. >> But let's go back to the video. Why is it that you're the only one on the videos and there's other people there? >> Y'all going to do it. Y'all going to do anything y'all need to do to find out that was me kill or not. Bro, this my I'm telling you I take this to my grave, bro. I'm not going to go for that That I'm not going for that I didn't do that. >> I'm not saying you kill something happened though. You know what I'm saying? >> I'm telling you either either he he robbed and the went wrong. Robbed him and it went wrong. >> Boy flexed up on you and you basically were sticking up for yourself. >> You know what it was going back. He tried to rob me. >> Who robbed you? Who robbed you? >> Slug. >> Slug was trying to rob you >> for the 357. >> For the 357. How did this go down, bro? We need details, man. >> I told you I don't got no phone. He He know I was holding in my house for right and he been trying to get it. He been seeing it for it. Like been feing it for he been hot like he been getting caught on burgers and stuff. And then he came to me like he pulled up in my house. Like that's when I told you about me the that's supposed to be over here by the strap for me and and that's where we went and broke this >> So how did if you guys met at the pool house? How did y'all walk? >> I was supposed to be a get left behind. >> Oh so you think slug was going to drop you? >> He did. Why he put me and him was like what going on? Who going to shoot first? >> Oh that's how I went. >> Oh exactly like that. So, how did you and if you had the 357 showed up, how did you get there? >> How did I get there? I was in the car with him. >> So, why would y'all go there to do this deal if he was already in the car? >> Look, he he wasn't going to he he tried to make it a no face, no case. You feel me? Don't them find me down the street somewhere dead and y'all don't know what going on. That's all I'm 17. Nobody going to care about me. You feel me? Exactly how you look. >> So, you go back there, y'all tussling. You get you fire off first >> and then you just casually walk back up the street. Now, what happens when you get back to the poop house? What happened with the girls? >> Firstly, there is absolutely no evidence that Jacquel tried to rob Quintavius. His parents, unlike Quintavius's, state that their son wasn't the one to try robbing anyone. In reality, police believe that it was Quintavius who tried to rob Jacquel and that when Jacquel grabbed his own gun to fight back, Quentavius shot him. Then, not wanting to leave witnesses, he went to the car for 19-year-old Aisha. Did she flex up on you and start screaming, "Hey, where's >> where's slug? Where's slug?" Or what? >> And then you just dropped her too. What' you shoot her with? >> So you shot both of them with 357. So where's that at now? >> Gone where? >> What now? >> You took it and dropped it off to somebody. You sold it. What happened? >> I just told my cousin a different way. >> Who's your cousin? >> Peanut. >> But how do we get in touch with Peanut? >> I'm telling you like like get it. It's gone now. Like >> what else did you take out of the car? >> No. >> You didn't take nothing out of the car? >> I didn't take I don't need nothing. >> You didn't get a cell phone? No. Nothing. >> Nothing. >> What' you have in your hands in that pool house? Not a gun. >> No. phone >> cuz you had your I know you were carrying a phone cuz it's in the video and you had a gun. >> Mhm. >> Cuz it's in the video. >> You got witnesses seeing you on the phone. So that's >> all right. Now, how many times did you shoot slow? >> I didn't. >> Okay. Who were you texting when you were walking by the street? >> I went I was being Tom. >> Okay. You know how many times you shot a girl? I was even trying to do that. >> Do you remember where you shot one? At least can we go? Do you remember? >> I ain't lie to you. I just remember he was like this and I was like this and he said, "What you?" And I said, "What you mean?" And he should, you know, hop, you know, he got to pull his side. He pull. I heard a big click. I was like, >> "Why' you let that behind you though?" >> I trusted him. Like I >> What did he tell you what you were going to do? He told me, "Bro, I just went right here. You feel me? Folks come get it and you just be patient. You feel me? How about me trusting him? I'm being young and dog thinking crossing. Is that what happened? >> No, I'm going to ask you this and you probably going to go. We're going to go around the corner. Go around the block before you come out. We found Slug. He's laying behind the two houses. He's got his hands in his coat pocket. His hand is on his gun. He never got his gun out of his pocket. >> He did. >> No, he didn't. No, he didn't. >> I promise you. >> You never let him got his gun out of his body. >> You know what? But I'm trying when I when I shot him, he he put his hand he reached for his stomach like he was trying. >> So he just happened to put the gun back into his body. >> He didn't whatever he had going on. He was pump faking, bro. Whatever he supposed to do, he supposed to do right then and there when he was doing all this behind me and stuff on camera. You supposed to leave me dead right there. That's why I pulled the gun out cuz I'm like, "Bro, we defend defense." Whatever. We can't pull it down. Now you're holding the >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I already I'm like whatever to happen to happen. You feel me? So that about to happen. He was hesitating. He was about to scam me right now on camera. You feel me? So I don't know. That why I'm saying whatever he had going on, he had me in the cut. But when cameras over that bro. Like it is. >> Well, I feel you on that, dude. But I'm confused about and I think Sar Mil's confused, man. >> No, I'm I'm over that, dude. I'm just curious with the with the girl, man. What did you think that she was going? She knew who she who I mean obviously if you guys rode together. >> Well, just could you just hear me for two seconds and let me replay replay the story and I'll let you talk to your mom. Okay. I'll bring you right by my desk. You can use my phone. Okay. So, basically, no phone call basically was made, but oh boy, Slug just picked you up at your house. Does your mom You think your mom remember him picking you up or you never told her? No. Like, >> no. But did she say, "Yeah, you left the house." Or she won't even remember. Did you say bye, Mom? Or anything? >> No. >> Okay. So, you just walked out of the house and you sat behind Slug? >> Yes. >> And then did you guys talk about selling this this gun? >> The whole time? >> Okay. >> That was my plan on getting the car. >> So, when did Slug give you the 357? >> That night. He we got it that night for some on Lawrenceville. >> Okay. Did he give it to you in the back seat behind him or what? Like >> Yeah. Like hold that. You feel me? Legit transaction. >> Okay. What's What sort of transaction he tell you? Selling pills. >> Sell the gun. >> Selling the gun. So we're still on that. >> You walk. >> That's the story. I promise you it's not going to change. >> Okay. You walk in you walk down the street >> with him behind me trusting this with my life. And then you go, you both you guys fo That's when he cut across the street. I don't want to get up. It's all right, man. He get he cut across the street. Boom. That's when he get in the yard, right? So when he in the yard, I told you like if like at night time, you can see the street light, but you can see it get dark like spread out to that when we get in that yard. >> Pretend Okay, pretend I'm You get in the yard. >> Um when I get out yard, it's already to my head. So he >> So I got him. >> He got I but he he do this. So I'm like, "Oh shit." >> Yeah. But I'm like, "Oh, you feel me?" Then my brother run that He for real though. Stop playing. I'm not taking him serious. So what you want to do? He playing, you feel me? I'm like do still playing. So I'm like, "Bro, he dropped the click the dang I shot him in the stomach." >> Okay. So that went down. Now did you run behind that house and then out back? >> Okay. You shot him in the stomach. What happens next? I could I clear that again and walked off. >> Did you shoot him when he was down? >> I'm trying my mind black out like I shot him. Truth be told I will be dead. >> Okay, >> that's all. >> So he's down and now you take off. >> I started telling myself how to get past. >> Are you running behind that house or what? >> Behind the house. >> I'm cold hard bro. Like in my life, bro. >> Those footsteps. I didn't know if he was got to the street and took off. >> Yeah, I know. I walked the whole way on. I was mad like I got killed from wandering away to goddamn 5785 and call me. Yeah. >> So y 50 years that y do huh? >> Well listen we don't our job is to when people are found dead keep it real. I'm keeping it real. We We don't We don't We don't do the numbers. We don't do the numbers. Our job is to find >> this generation. I ain't coming home. >> You going Don't lie to me, bro. >> Bro, you're going to Okay, we can't make any promises, okay? But you're not going home tonight. No, >> I'm not. Period. Don't >> you going to be in prison for freaking thousands of years, bro? You're 17 years old. >> Oh, 30 years. I'm going go ahead and die >> Listen, he's been doing homicides a lot longer than I have, dude. You You never know, brother. >> I mean, jail and being free, two different freedoms. You're 17 years old, bro. Say you get out at 40. Say you get out at 50. >> They don't care about that. The court don't care about that. I can't go in there and be like, "Hey, man. I'm self-defense." They don't want to really hear that. Now watch over keeping it real with me. I'm not going to keep you. >> Here's the problem that you're going to have with that. I I'll keep it real with you. Here's the problem you're going to have with that. You could probably say self-defense or slow, >> but the girl, what what what she have to do with her? I was scared, bro. I knew she was going to go out there and I can't explain that. You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> That's life. >> Your mom loves this >> I'm not I I'm not no robber. I feel a drug. I'm not going to lie to you. I'm not the I'm not the robber. I see. I hang with them cuz they the hot boy. You feel me? Like they going to bust on all that I'm the blood out of the I'm the young blood. Like I have money. All that >> Let me give you that phone, bro. I'll let you call your mom. Okay. My phone work. >> That was That was like >> That was you in that video for the burger, right? >> Come on, man. >> You're worried right now. >> It's the least that you worried. I'm just trying to That's a question, dude. Did something happen to your leg? Are you just bowlegged? You don't have a limp or anything? Your leg didn't get busted from football or something? >> No. >> Let me get you that phone call. >> I promise you some more water. When you going to bring it back? He's going to see right now. We'll come back with his second. >> Police returned to provide Quintavius with a phone so he can contact his mother. Faced with the surveillance footage, there's really no way out of the crimes he's committed. Now it's time to face the music. And his mom's reaction is, well, see for yourself. >> Hello. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> Hey. Where you at? >> Oh, I'm in. What's going on? >> Oh, this is I don't know what to tell you, but it's ugly. >> What's wrong? >> Them folks are charging me with murder. >> Huh? >> They charging me with murder. >> How? >> They got They say they got more than 10 people coming down here and saying that to me. >> Well, you It's not. >> No, I kept saying that. You ain't going for it. You say >> Okay. Well, you guilty. You I mean, you have to proven guilty. It's not you. >> He said it's on camera. >> Okay. Well, I mean, this is your channel. >> Yeah. I ain't I never admit it, but he said they got to charge me, you know, 100% of me. >> Huh? >> He said he got to charge me, you know. 100%. That's me. >> Yeah. Where is he at now? >> I don't know. But I was telling you, do this. Go ahead. Go ahead. Call that. Go ahead and try to pull me out for this battery before they try to put that murder on me. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> Cuz look, >> can I do that, >> man? Don't want to go ahead and do that because he already left. I think he put the murder one out now. >> Oh, okay. Well, then I mean that mean come back to try to teach again. >> I don't know, bro. I don't know what to do. >> Yeah, this thing's quiet. >> I am. I'm not even talking. I I kept saying that he he got to he noticed me. >> Okay. It's not. It's not. >> So what I mean so I mean what they going to call me or >> think to come see me home. I'm big with that. >> Okay. Where you at now? >> They down here at the headquarters. >> Okay. All right. Well, just stay calm and stay quiet and just play with her. This is the time that you need to be playing. But that's that's okay. we'll get through this and just pray and um just tell them that um if you don't remember nothing now just tell them that you know why >> I already said it I done did all that he say bro he got more than 30 people the officers >> he got officer he got officer Thomasson officer Thomasson at school saying it to me >> okay well that's fine that's all I'm saying it's fine I'm call when I get booked I love you tell everybody I love you >> I love you I love you too. And call your officer just so that you know you can have somebody speak to you on a crown. >> Nobody. >> Okay. Well, just call me once you get in there and get and I'll be down by you. >> All right. Love you. >> I love you, too, and I'm by your side. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. >> That was not the voice of a woman who was surprised at all by her son's actions. And likely she wasn't surprised by the verdict. In October of 2018, Quintavius Walker was tried as an adult and convicted of [clears throat] two counts each of malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault, earning himself two life sentences. In 2021, his appeal was denied. As of today, he remains behind bars where he belongs. Our thoughts are with the victims, Jacquel Thomas and Angelique Bowman, as well as their families and loved ones.
