Yeah, just walk away. >> You got to get >> Relax or you're going to go on the ground. >> You want to stand up or you want to sit on the ground? >> I like just chill out. Relax. Trying to help you. >> You're going to hurt your wrist. Stop moving. You're going to hurt your wrist. I'll move the cups to the front and be more comfortable. Okay, take a breath. You doing the back or the side? >> I have one on this side. >> Back. Okay, >> got it. Yeah, hold it. Oh my god. All right. Both way. >> Oh, thanks, sir. >> And she's charged with battery on a Leo. You know, she's quite lucky. Those cops were very nice. >> Sit down. >> Seriously, let go of me. >> Sit down. >> Seriously, >> if you don't sit down, we'll put you in cuffs. >> Seriously, let go of me. Turn around. >> STOP. STOP. STOP. THAT'S THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. >> HEY, you got your ID on you? >> Is it in that purse by chance? >> It is not. >> No, it is not. >> What's your uh first name? >> I'm not here to give out any. >> What's your first name? >> I'm not here to any s. >> Okay, you're talking just fine. Let's talk normal. What's your first name? >> My goodness. No, you're going to tell us your first name. >> We can do this easy way, hard way. That's up to you. >> We're trying to find out who >> what is your first name, my lady. >> We're trying to make sure you say find out who you are real quick. Okay. If you don't have any warrants or anything like that, then we're good. Why don't you get your first name, all that information? Okay. >> I'm just I just deep >> not interested in doing that. >> Understandable. Well, this ain't a bedroom. >> Oh, okay. I'm going to walk to my bedroom. >> Where's your bedroom? >> I'm not interested in right now. I just woke up from sleep. >> Uh-huh. >> What's your first name? >> What's that? >> She kept on speaking gibberish and refused to answer the most important question about her identification. And so, the officer started to give her warnings about what would happen if she refused to provide said identification. So let's begin with your first name because if so have you are you familiar what resisting is if you don't give me your information that is what we call resisting. >> Yes sir. >> So what is your first name young lady? >> I don't have >> open up your purse and give me your ID. >> I don't have one. >> H I don't have one. >> You don't have one? >> No. I actually need to get my ID back today. From where? >> My girlfriend's house. >> Okay. Then get my officer your first name. >> Nothing. >> Huh? >> No. Give him now or we're going to go in cuffs and we're going to walk downstairs and I'll find out who you are later. >> While one of these officers watched over her, the other one asked staff about her case number since she'd already been trespassed before. However, the girl decided to get all stupid and try to walk away. >> He said she's been trespassed before by officers and everything. You got the case number? >> Yes, sir. I was just contacting my supervisor and it looks like her, too. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> 602 dispatch. >> Okay. No, thank you, sir. >> Say what? >> Okay. No, thank you, sir. >> They had the skateboarding on and I fell asleep. I apologize. >> Now they're watching racing. >> We're just crying. I'll help you make sure you're okay. >> Can you please >> Huh? >> Can you please send over me like that? I'm I'm not trying to intimidate you or anything, but >> if you live here, why are you sleeping up here on the couch? >> I said I was watching and >> Oh, you're watching You're watching something. >> Oh, okay. >> Doesn't help. I can use >> Not yet. >> I really not right now. >> All right. Well, I'm going. >> No. No. No. Stop. >> Please don't touch me. >> Go. Go sit back over there. >> Go over here. Go sit back over there. Go sit back over there. >> You're not You're not free to go. Stop. Please don't touch me. >> Go sit back over there. >> Please don't touch me. >> Go sit back over there. You're not free to go. >> You're not free to touch me. >> Oh man, the irony, right? Her shirt proudly read, "No human is illegal." And she's right here actively committing crimes. And to top it off, she decided to rack up a few bonus charges by resisting the officers while they tried to detain her. >> Am I being detained? >> Yes, you are detained. You are detained for what? >> For investigation. Go sit down. >> What type of investigation? >> Let go of me. Sit down. >> Let go of me. Seriously, let go of me. >> Sit down. >> Seriously, >> if you don't sit down, we'll put you in cuffs. Seriously, let go of me. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Yeah. >> Stop resisting. Stop. >> Seriously, let go of me. >> No. >> I got you. >> Okay. Why? >> What did I do? >> Just ask use the restroom. >> I have to put a order on you. >> There you go. Sorry. >> Yep. Here throw room on this. Would you stop? >> Seriously? Let me guess. Can I please? >> You just kicked me. >> Can I pee? I'm scared of you. Sir, >> will you walk me through the restroom? >> You're under arrest. >> That's definitely not happening. >> So she doesn't try to slip on. >> Now you're going to jail for freaking battery on Ilio. >> Double up here. >> That way. >> STOP. [screaming] STOP. YOU'RE HURTING MY knee so bad. >> Stop kicking and stop squirming. >> I just want to use the restroom. >> 755 dispatch, we >> stop kicking the restroom. >> You will when you get to go to jail. Dude, please stop. Please get your hands off my ass. Please get your hands off of my ass. Please. [laughter] Please let go of me. Stop. Stop. Holy. Please stop. You're scaring me. Get off my back. >> STOP. >> STOP. [screaming] >> After detaining her, she's escorted to the squad car. >> Make sure you grab her by underneath her by her shoulders underneath him. >> Do not bite. You're not trying to bite him. >> No, you're under arrest. >> For what? >> Like >> for what? >> Go underneath her. >> What am I under arrest for is what I'm asking? >> On this side. >> For where this >> What am I trespassing? >> Underneath here. He's going to get in the legs. [clears throat] >> So gross. >> Yeah, that side. >> Yeah. >> Why are you doing this? >> Cuz you can't behave, right? >> Oh, I was supposed to go to the restroom. You guys can just >> Yeah. YOU'RE HURTING MY ANKLES. CAN I PLEASE WALK? >> SORRY. Why are you resting me like this? This hurts. What did I do? [laughter] >> My flashlight, too. >> Yeah, he's got a flashlight. Cool. >> Here. >> Can you carry me differently? Do you have any idea what you're doing to my body? >> Here, go down. >> Can you please carry me differently? Can you walk like? >> Yeah, I can walk. If he doesn't put me on spitting, you're not going to get a chance. You understand? >> Don't spit on him. Stop. >> Someone needs >> We got a mask for down there. >> Hey, STOP. Set her up. Set her up. Let her come down. Okay. Put your feet down. Put your feet down. >> There you go. >> Come on. There we go. There we go. There we go. Shut just a little bit. >> This girl is charged with trespassing, resisting an officer with violence and battery on an officer. >> And I'm sorry what if this is going to come out offensively. You're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger >> or not. >> How's it going? Hey. Hey. Y'all want to come in? Y'all, what y'all want to do? >> Can we stand out here and talk? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's fine. >> So, what's going on? >> So, uh, my girlfriend and I were cycling. Um, this happened only like 20 minutes ago. So, here comes this white Mercedes. I mean, hauling >> hauling. So, she's coming down. And so like I do my hands like you know slow down because we had just passed all kinds of old people walking. >> Yeah. >> On all the areas, right? >> So we're telling her to slow down. She screamed out if you throws me the bird up. You can still hear cussing as she's going by. She never let up. I mean she was going 40 plus easy. There was dust. There was dust coming from behind the car. >> So we just kept going minding our >> So yeah, we said you know and T said she's crazy and I said she's probably drunk. I just we don't know that you know but I just said that I said you know who does that and because we've all probably had somebody go to slow down you just do it and be done with it right >> so then back was in front of me and I was behind him on the bike I said watch out she's coming back around so about you know maybe a minute later I hear I hear the car and I go oh my god she's coming back around and I go get off the street and so I had pull off into another road cuz she was keeping she was coming in fast and >> you know would she I don't know but I wasn't going to take a chance cuz we didn't have her helmet so we were just you know tooling >> and um I said Adam she's coming get out of the way and so he jumps off >> with his bike mountain bike >> I get way over to the side she came up and cut me off and and came right off my front wheel >> like if I had if I had kept going she'd have hit me >> she didn't actually hit you hit me. So, I had to go up. >> She wanted to intimidated. >> She wanted to intimidate. >> And so, she was screaming out, "Uh, do you live on the street?" I said, "Ma'am, it doesn't live matter where we live. You shouldn't drive like that." >> And she's just letting out cuss words if you blah blah blah. You don't you don't live on this street. You can't tell me what to do. And I said, "That's fine. I'll just get you tagged, mama." >> And so, as soon as we said, >> she pulled into a driveway and then tried and then almost tried to hit us again as she was backing up and she tore off. Yeah, we moved down the way and she tore off on down the street. So, she >> I would think she lives somewhere down. >> Okay. >> You know, near the >> where the kind of confusion is is it said something about a a weapon was involved. >> No, we never seen anything. >> The car. >> Okay. >> A whip. >> Yeah. >> This might sound like a silly question, but I'm going to ask it cuz the house statue reads, "Were you scared she was going to try to hit you with that?" >> Absolutely. 100%. That's why you >> I know it sounded like a silly question. Um per the way statue breathes is you have to be like in genuine fear that 100%. >> Are you guys safe about it? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. Absolutely. >> Do you want to go get the paperwork on that? >> Two hours later after speaking to the victims, the cops head over to the suspect's home to get her side of the story. >> She says that she understood her rights and she agrees to answer our questions. Um, she claims to have no idea what I'm referring to except now she remembers that somebody gave her a bird, albeit for no reason. >> You asked me and I told you that someone shot me a bird. >> I did. Yes. >> On this road down here. >> Before that, I asked you if there was any type of altercation or incident with anybody in the neighborhood and you said no. Excuse me if I'm a little upset. I'm sorry, misconfused. Um, so feel free to ask for whatever you'd like to ask. >> So the person that is filing the complaint says that they were riding their bikes and got closer down to here. >> I live Yes. Yeah. And then they seen you flying down the road. They waved for you to slow down and then you sped by. Then they heard you turn back around. >> No. >> And then cut them off and try to hit them with >> Not true whatsoever. That is not true. >> Why are you so defensive? I'm just trying to explain to you what >> I'm trying to explain to you. I'm trying to talk. You're just trying to override me and take control of the situation. That's exactly what it sounds like. >> Well, I'm not doing that. >> So, let me explain. whenever you made the U-turn is what they said that you cut them off and almost hit them and then you started yelling obscenities at them and then they said that they'll just call the cops and give them your tag number in which time you pulled into another driveway and then as you went to back out you waited till they got closer and tried to run them over. >> Not true whatsoever >> and then sped off. >> But why would I mean that's a pretty that's a pretty exaggerate story for someone to just make up off the top of their head. So, >> did I come down this road? Yes, I did. Did I turn back around after he shot me a bird and I went back there? Yes, I did. Did I turn into a neighbor's driveway? Yes, I did. And then I came back. Did I try to run them over? No, I did not. I would never do anyone like that. >> Even if she actually didn't try to hit anyone, what on earth did she wish to accomplish by turning back when someone gave her a middle finger, which we highly doubt maybe hurt her fragile little ego and she had to retaliate? >> Sure. You drove by and they gave you the middle finger and you made a U-turn to go back. What was your intent? What were you What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> The same thing you would do. >> What would you do if someone did that? >> You're a cop, baby. >> Keep going in my mind because I'm an adult. >> And middle people giving me the middle finger don't hurt my feelings because if it did, I wouldn't have a job. People give me the middle finger five times a day. Somebody gave me the middle finger yesterday when they were driving by me. You know why? Because the side of my car says police. And I'll tell you something else. I'm a grown man. People giving me a finger on their hand that they were blessed with by the god does not offend me. [clears throat] It doesn't hurt my feelings. It doesn't evoke an emot emotional response from me. So I don't feel the need to turn around in someone's driveway to go back to try to accomplish something to prove that I'm a bigger man. I keep driving. I go on about my day. I do what I'm trained to do and live my life. And I'm sorry when if this is going to come out offensively, you're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger escapes me. I can't for the life of me think of why you would do that. And for you to assume that I'm just going to automatically take your side like, "Oh yeah, I would I'd make the same U-turn and go back and confront them." Also escapes me because that's not a reasonable response by anybody. That's not something that civilized people do. What does them giving you the middle finger affect your life? How does it ruin your day? How does it change the way that you're going to come home and enjoy your Sunday night? It doesn't. So, for someone to say that you did that and you've already admitted that you made a U-turn to confront them for some reason leads me to believe that you're not being truthful. Just like the fact that I asked you if something occurred and you said no and then all of a sudden you start adding pieces to the puzzle like >> I'm being very honest. I'm not being >> You're not You're not This is not my first day at work. And if you want to yell at me, I can yell at you, too. >> I'm not yelling at you. But you're not going to talk down to me when you when you were not here to know the exact story. I've been doing this for 8 years. I don't have to be here. I can piece it together. Correct. Yes. 8 years. I don't have to be here to piece together a story. And I am very good at knowing when people are not being honest with me. It would blow your mind how good I am at that. >> I just told him the truth of what happened. >> And you conveniently left all that out the first time I >> I didn't leave anything out for you. I told him because to me him I feel like I can relate to him. >> So because you were coming on to me a little bit strong, right? >> Yeah, you were. >> Okay. >> Ooh. getting schooled like a 12-year-old by this cop and it fumed her up. Also, this officer is awesome. >> Well, I'm not deceptive. I can promise you that. >> I disagree respectfully. Without trying to pass to try I don't know what you were trying to do there. What was your intent for making a U-turn to go back and confront them? What What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> Apparently nothing. Per you per you? Nothing. I shouldn't have done that. I should not have gone back to him. But when the man shot me a bird, it pissed me off. I mean, like I said, I I agree that what come on, be honest. Would make you mad at you. You could say as your police I don't care. >> It doesn't change my life at all. >> He's not paying my bills. He's not >> I need to start I need to start living my life like you though. >> I if if it keeps you out of trouble, then you probably should >> because >> cuz in the villages it's very it happens all the time. >> Well, you know, that's I think that's a choice that people make when they choose to live in an upscale community. That's that's that's on them. Listen, I grew up here. I'm not I'm not a Yankee that came here living here. I've lived here all my life. My mother has a gun shop in Wildwood since 1973. I'm not a new I'm not a new >> I never said that you were. >> I never said that you were. >> Never even you. This is an upscale neighborhood. People are a little, for lack of a better word, no offense intended, they're a little uptight. Stuff like that's going to happen. And like I said, I I don't think it's very far-fetched their story. They might be exaggerating a touch, but >> a touch they are. I can promise you I would never try to run anyone over. Believe me, >> like I said, you you still haven't given me a really solid reason as to what you were doing when you made a U-turn to go and confront them. You haven't given me a a thought process, what your intentions were or anything. >> I told you that probably was a wrong move. I shouldn't have done that. That's what I said. >> I agree. But that again, hindsight's 2020. So what what was your thought process at the time you were doing it? >> I don't have a thought process. I mean, it was wrong for me to go back when the man did what he did to me. That's why I went back. That's my only answer to you. >> So, did you say anything to him when he drove by? I mean, were you just I I don't I I'm just trying to genuinely understand. >> Whatever he said to you is what I said. >> I don't know what he said. I I hadn't talked to him. I'm asking you because I wasn't there >> when he threatened me and he said, >> "How did he threaten you?" Because you also left that part out of the story that's just now coming to life. >> YOU KNOW WHAT? I don't know. You're trying to pick and pick and pick and I don't like that. >> You This is the first time in the 15 minutes that you and I have been talking. >> Where are we going here with this? Just curious. >> We're still trying to get your side of the story because >> there's not a side of the story. Long story short, he chased me. He came here. He went that way. I went that way. And I He I pulled into my neighbor's driveway, went down the street who I know. And um he said, "I got your license pl." I said, "Good." He said whatever he said. aggressive like you. But he shot me a bird first. >> So he chased you. >> He didn't chase me. He was going on advice. That's what you just said. >> Those were your exact words. >> If sandpaper were a person, I mean, she could start a fight in an empty house if the house was flipping her the bird. >> Literally, >> he did not chase. >> You said he chased you on his bike. >> That's what you said. Those I promise you as sure as I stand here before you the exact words that came out of your mouth were that he chased you. You guys were going the same direction as >> he did not chase me. He was making the loop like he did that way and I was coming to my house here. >> Just so you know so you're aware. So you can't say that you weren't warned. This entire conversation has been recorded on my body camera and it's absolutely unequivocally going to say that you just said he chased you. >> He did not chase me. >> Then why would you say that? because I have my words mixed up. He didn't chase me. He came this way. He went around going back out of the loop. >> Okay. So, again, >> he did not chase me. >> Okay, understand. I We cleared that up. I'm just going to ask one more time because again, I still haven't really gotten an answer. What What were you doing when you made the U-turn to go drive by him again for the second time? for the when I came here to go back for I'm gonna call it the first time here to there was because he shot me a bird and that's why I went back that way. >> I understand why you did it. I don't understand what you were trying to accomplish when >> I apparently have nothing. Apparently apparently nothing. I I don't have an answer for you. You keep asking me the same >> because you haven't given me an answer. >> I don't have an answer apparently. >> Fair enough. >> Okay. After listening to enough of these lies, the cops then put her under arrest. >> I'm going back. >> Stop it. I'm standing on my flooring. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Stop it. >> I'm standing up. Do not come over here. >> I smell like [ __ ] Let me take a bath, please. >> No. >> Let's go. >> Go walk. Come on. >> What did that do? >> Let's go. >> Can't you have your phone, too? >> Let me check the tension on him. >> Well, you were under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Now you're >> I didn't >> Now you're under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer with >> what? >> Yeah. When I tell you to turn, put your hands behind your back and you take off running and try to fight us. That's a crime. So, >> I didn't try to I don't have anything on me. Hang >> here. I want to loosen this one up just a little bit. Lean up against right here. Lean, lean. There you go. >> A deadly weapon. I I I've never seen. Do you have anything in your pockets or on you? >> I don't No. >> Okay. Cuz we're going to have a female search you here shortly. Okay. >> I have nothing on me except [ __ ] And that's I'm embarrassed about that. >> Okay. Make sure you don't have >> I'm going to have to think. Okay. >> My news wet. Did she just crap on the officer? Well, that's indeed aggravated assault. >> What will they do when I get here? >> So, whenever we go in >> Yeah. >> Um hopefully they have a female cuz they're going to search you cuz I'm going to let them know that we didn't get to do a full full search of you cuz we didn't have a female with us and with us fighting on the ground with you. We didn't feel anything. Anyways, >> I would never fight anyone. I just had to go number two bad. I've been taking this medication for hemorrhoids. That's why I went inside. >> Hey, coming on. >> But here's the deal. As soon as we said you were under arrest, that was when you bolted. That's not a good way to start that conversation. >> I mean, she did say she had hemorrhoids, which is kind of surprising since she seemed like the perfect [ __ ] to me. >> Better step out of here. >> Please don't hold that against me. That's gruesome. >> I don't hold nothing against you. Okay. So, before we go in there, I'm going to ask you the same thing I asked everybody before I take them in there. You don't have anything on you in you? >> No, nothing. Nothing. >> I just asked because you if you bring contraband in there, they can they'll add another charge. So, >> no, I have nothing on me. >> Okay. >> In me except maybe a suppository. And that was way earlier this morning. >> Gotcha. >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> In the end, she's charged with resisting arrest and assault with a deadly weapon. Thank you so much for watching.
