We saw her fall from halfway down on the >> Okay. So, she was up to the top of that plate >> and then she came down about halfway and literally fell back. >> Do you want to take the test or do you not want to take the test? >> Do you want to know how intoxicated you are? You're four times the legal limit. >> You really could have hurt someone, including yourself. >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. You're really very accusatory and you're scaring me. I feel like I need to >> Your driving your driving pattern and you running a red light almost causing a wreck and you almost getting t-boned is a problem. >> Common sense clocked out. Alcohol takes over. What happens next is exactly why these people ended up on a body cam. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's cases of cops versus the dumbest women who have more alcohol than blood. Starting off with this woman who got that alcohol running through them veins. >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> Idiot. Listen to me. I'm trying to be perspective. Okay. >> Mhm. >> I work for the county. >> So you work for the actual county? >> Yes. >> Okay, that's great. I'm a mom, too. >> God [music] forbid you have a problem ever. >> It's February 7th, 2025 in Washington. Cops get reports of this driver slumped behind the wheel, blocking traffic. So, when they found her car, well, she attempted to drive away. Man, here's what happened next. >> Go all the way block and go really close to it. Can you turn your car off, please? Will you turn your car off? No. >> Yes. You're not free to go turn the car off. >> Turn it off. >> Will you go find out from what happened? >> So, you know, I'm on video recording. I'm officer with Olympia Police Department. Do you understand that? >> Okay. >> Don't be so violent. >> I'm not being violent. >> Calm down. >> Okay. So, what's going on today? >> Nope. You're not getting in the car. We're not turning the car back on. >> I literally turned it off for you. >> No, I just turned it off. You didn't turn it off. >> I literally turned it off for you. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink today? >> Idiot. >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> You're an idiot. >> Have you had anything to drink today? Any alcohol? >> No. >> Okay, then why do you smell like alcohol? >> I've had medicine. >> Okay. What kind of medicine have you had? Yeah, >> I'm not trying to be an [ __ ] here. I'm trying to be >> I mean, you came up here hot. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'm a mother of three. >> Okay, that's great. I'm a mom, too. >> Oh, baby. Driving drunk at 10:00 in the morning. Here we go. If that's not an alcoholic, I just don't know what is. >> Would you be willing to participate in voluntary field sobriety test since you saying >> Stop yelling at me. >> I'm not yelling. I'm talking. It's loud out here. >> Would you be willing to participate in voluntary field sobriety test? >> I wasn't going to let her go without taking vitals. >> Listen to me. I'm trying to be perspective. Okay. >> Mhm. >> It works the calendar. >> Okay. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, I'm trying to figure out what's going on today. >> I am too. >> What kind of medication do you take? I take a lot. I take uh the sad ones. They put me on so much. >> I literally went from treatment. So, I'm I'm >> I'm trying to get help. >> Okay. What are you trying to get help with? >> Okay. >> Being an alcoholic. >> Alcoholic. Okay, I understand. How long have you had an alcohol problem? >> Good question. 203. >> How much do you drink a day? >> Honestly, >> Shannon bottle. >> I don't know how to explain it. A half the bottle of wine. >> Half a bottle of wine. Did you drink today? >> No. >> I drank last night. >> Okay. What time? constantly. >> I mean, what time is it? >> So, right now it's like 10:30 or 11. >> A.M. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Oz is great. She had to ask if it was P.M. or A.M. What's going on? Where you at, lady? The North Pole. Look, at least she's trying to be respectful. >> So, the night before when I took a bath. >> And so, what time was that? >> 10:30 or >> Okay. And where were you going from there? Like, where were you going this morning then? What? What? What does your day look like this morning? >> What? >> No. >> Did you sleep in your car? I don't think you're a liar at all. >> No. >> So, you left this morning. You were at your house. You took a bath last night. You had a half a bottle of wine. And then where did you end up? >> Here. >> Here. Okay. How did you end up here? Do you know where you are? on the south side or the west side of Olympia. >> Okay. What side? The south side or the west side or the east side? Do you know what street you're on? >> Huh? >> It's terrible. >> It's terrible. >> So, not on my district. So, >> where were you going to >> right now? >> I was I was dropping stuff off at my work. >> Okay. And where do you work at? So you work for the actual county? >> Yes. >> Okay. What do you do there? >> I'm an administrative administrative assistant. >> Okay. For this county. >> I'm not I'm not a lawyer. >> I don't think you're a liar at all. How long you been doing that? >> For over two years. >> Okay. Okay. So, what is your first name? >> Shannon. >> Okay. My name is Sam. Okay. >> Okay. I'm I'm not a liar. >> I don't think you're a liar. So here here's where we're at. Okay? And I'll be honest with you, okay? Obviously, I can smell that you're intoxicated. You said that you drank last night. I Right. We have people that observe driving. It sounds like you drove across on the other side of the road and took some medication. >> I can. >> So this is my question. >> Walk home. >> Okay. Would you like to participate in voluntary field sobriety tests to show whether you're intox too intoxicated to drive or not? That is what it would show. >> They are voluntary. We can do them on the sidewalk over there. Will she take it? Of course not. And with her refusal came her arrest. >> I lost my job. No. >> Okay. Do you want to participate in the field soiety test or no? >> Sorry. Sorry. >> It's okay. I I I We all have problems. Okay. I I understand. I'm not judging you based off your alcohol problem. All I'm asking you right now is if you want to participate in voluntary field sobriety tests. We would do them on the sidewalk over there and it would show me if you're impaired to drive or not. >> No. >> Okay. This has nothing to do with your job right now. >> Okay. >> Do you want to do the voluntary field sobriety test or No. >> No. My husband can pick me up. >> Your husband's not here right now. So I'm Do you want to do the voluntary field sobriety test? No. Okay. J I'm going to have you step out of the car. Okay. You step by the car. So, you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. All right. Thank you. Step by the car. All right. Sh. Like I told you, you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. Anything you want out of your car. If your car gets towed, it's going to get it can get stolen. Do you want your phone, wallet, anything like that? >> No. You don't want your purse. >> You want me to call your husband to get your stuff, to get your car. Okay. Well, if you do that, we need your phone. Unless you know his phone number by heart. >> I can give you his phone number. >> Okay. So, you know it? >> Okay. Perfect. Let's go to my car right here. >> After securing the woman in handcuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> Hey, Shannon, would you be willing to blow into this voluntary field? Uh, I mean in this PBT. What this does is what? >> No. >> All right, perfect. Let's go to the car. Can we put on my side? >> Yeah. >> All right, Shannon, take a seat. >> And what's your husband's name? >> Charles. >> What's his phone number? >> Real quick, I'm going to call her husband. Hey, is this Charles? >> Yes. >> Hey, Charles is officer with Olympia Police. >> Hey, I just want to let you know I'm recording, just so you know. Okay. >> Okay. Um, so Shannon was taken into custody for DUI. >> Um, damage. >> Yeah. So I have we have her car. We have it. It's legally parked here on >> I can assume that's in Olympia. >> In Olympia. Yeah. We can leave the car here. It's legally parked. Um I don't know if you want to come get the keys um from us or at our station. I can leave them. Um, yeah. I just don't know where you're at or >> Yeah, I'm on work right now. So, okay. Um, it would take me probably a half hour, 20 minutes to get to wherever that's at. >> So, why don't I why don't you come you can meet me at the station. I can text or you have my number called. I unblock you. So, um I can just have her stuff at the station. She's going to end up getting booked into Nquali jail. Uh but it's going to be kind of a longer process. Um and so um yeah, but that way her car, we're not going to tow her car or anything >> at the station now. The cops then instructed her to do a breath test and um she made that really difficult for him. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Don't breathe. So see how you're breathing in like here. Hold on. Listen to me. You cannot breathe in. You cannot. It's one breath and keep blowing out. If you breathe in, you cannot breathe in. >> Why? >> Because I have to I have to replace a a new thing every time. >> Talking to me and then and then I want to acknowledge you. >> I won't talk to you then. Just keep blowing. Here we go. Go. >> I'll just shut up and then >> Perfect. Here we go. Go. Breathe in. Blow. Keep going. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep it in your mouth. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep. I can't breathe that much. Who does that? Who does? What are you alien? I'm not refusing. I'm literally an idiot. I'm sorry. All right. What's likely going to happen is I have to get a warrant. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you're going to go sit in the holding cell. We'll take you to the bathroom. Sit in the holding cell. I'll do a warrant. We're going to draw your blood. Then you'll go to jail. >> Why? >> I mean, there's no difference because you're not blowing into this. >> I'm not trying not to. >> Okay. See how you're breathing? Taking breaths. Don't do that. Can't do that. >> Give me this. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Keep going. Keep going. Do not take a breath out. Let go. Let go, please. Okay, let go. Last time and then >> it's not a refusal. Literally, I'm done. Okay, you know what? Okay, perfect. No problem. >> There's a camera. >> I'm done. >> No, it's not a refusal. >> It is a refusal cuz you're not bringing it in. You're playing games with your ass. >> I'm not playing games. >> All right. Well, you're learning. I'll let you know all of >> cuz it's not a refusal. >> It is a refusal. >> Should be nicer people. God, God forbid you have a problem ever. >> You blowing the thing right in my face trying to be aggressive with it where we draw the line. Correct. Exactly. >> I would not comply. I have 30-year-old son. I don't want to do this. >> Yeah, you you you might not be human in society, but I mean DUIs literally kill people. So, that's pretty serious. You can barely take the test and yeah, you were behind the wheel. So, this is, you know, pretty serious. Eventually, she was able to provide a breath sample which showed 27 and 28 BAC, which is 3.5 times over the legal limit. In the end, she was charged with DUI. Okay, sure. Three and a half times over the legal limit is kind of bad. But I'm going to tell you that this one's even worse. With a BAC, four times over. >> Do you want to know how intoxicated you are? You're four times the legal limit. You really could have hurt someone, including yourself tonight. Welcome to March 15th, 2025 Alcoholic Saturdays, cops on patrol noticed a woman nearly fall while walking through a store's parking lot. After insisting that she was fine, the cop then talked to the store employee who told him that she had just purchased some alcohol. Less than 5 minutes later, she's pulled over by the same officer. And here's what happened next. >> Roll the back window down. So the front window. >> Hi. Do you remember me from back there at the gas station? >> Yeah. So, I watched you back out and you struggle to do that and you've been struggling to maintain your line of travel. You crossed over the outside lane by an entire tire width and you're struggling to keep the car on the roadway. >> I'm sorry. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. >> Have you had any alcohol today? >> You had no alcohol today? I'm smelling alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. So, you've had none today whatsoever. Okay. I'm going to give you your envelope back. I don't need that. And then your uh insurance expired last year. I'll give you that back. You have a more insurance card. More something that's more up to date. >> Cuz this one shows 2025. Okay. Go ahead and put your car in park for me. Thank you, ma'am. Will you have turn your car off? >> Thank you. Can I see your keys, please? I'm going to put your keys right here in front of you on the hood. Okay. Hang [clears throat] out. I'll be right back. >> Well, after looking over her paperwork here, the captain asked her to just step out of the car. Would you come on out? Would you go ahead and come out of the car? I just want to have a quick chat with you. Okay. Step over here. Go. Go that way. Don't fall that way. Okay. [clears throat] We're going to go right. We're going to go right up by my police car. And if you would, please, ma'am, would you stand right there and face this direction? Okay. Um, go ahead and take your sunglasses off for me. Are they prescription or anything like that? >> Yes. >> Can I take your sunglasses, please, ma'am? >> Are they prescription? You have to see with them. Okay. Can you go ahead and hand me your sunglasses, please, ma'am? Thank you. I'm going to set them right here. Okay. Oh, these are just regular sunglasses. >> Oops. There goes the first lie. Let's see how many more she has to spew. >> Have you had any alcohol today? >> No. >> None whatsoever? >> Yesterday? Yes. >> Yesterday? Then Okay. So, in the car, I could smell alcohol coming from out of the car. Now, we're standing outside. >> I bought alcohol. >> That's fine. You're allowed. You can purchase whatever you want. You just can't consume it and be behind the wheel. >> I was not. >> Okay. So, standing here right now, I can smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from your breath as you're speaking. So, one more time, have you had any alcohol today whatsoever? >> Yesterday. >> Yesterday, but nothing today. >> Okay. Um, are you willing to take a standardized field sobriety test? Cuz I want to make sure you get home safely. >> My home is two streets away. >> Okay. So, are you willing to take a standardized field sobriety test? >> No. >> You're not >> at all. And even though I can smell the alcohol, >> I'm fine. >> You're not. I can smell a ton of alcohol admitting from your breath that you're speaking to me. So, I'm just trying to give you the option. I really want to work with you, but I want you to get home safe, but I do believe you are under the influence of alcohol. >> Okay. But I I would just like to get home safe. >> You're not going home right now. So, you have two choices. You can either try the field sobriety tests. I would like you to try them. If you don't want to, you have every right to refuse. >> Okay. >> So, do you want to try those field sobriety tests? >> Okay. >> Whatever. I I just want I want I want to make sure that you're okay. And if you're sober and everything's right and you pass these tests, you can go home. >> Well, I need to make sure you're okay to drive. I don't think you're okay to drive. >> Okay. I don't I if you don't want me to drive, I'm okay. >> Well, but here's the deal. In order for me to do that, I have to do some standardized field sobriety tests with you. >> Okay. >> Okay. Are you willing to do those? >> Despite being drunk as a skunk, she insisted on these lies that she hadn't been drinking anything this day. Just leave her alone, man. But she's agreeing to do a field sobriety test. So, she's going to prove this, right? Go ahead and put your feet together for me. >> You're going to take me to jail. >> Why would I take you to jail? >> I feel like that's what you want me to do. >> I can smell alcohol coming off your breath. So, I want you to be honest. >> That's from last night. >> So, do you think the alcohol would have lasted all the way from tonight in your system till right now? 24 hours. Do me a favor. Put your feet together for me. Okay. Put your hands down at your sides. With your eyes and your eyes only, I want you to follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? Mhm. >> Follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. >> Keep your head still. Follow my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. >> Done this. Okay. >> Okay. One more time. All right. Put your feet together. Take your right foot and place it in front of your left. Right in front of your left. Put your foot like mine. Look. See mine? Look down at my feet. >> I don't. Are you able to do that? >> I don't do that in the first place. >> Okay. >> Put your right foot in front of you like you're standing on an imaginary line. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Put that front foot. Do me a favor. Let's go ahead and start over. >> No, I'm nervous. >> Okay. Me out, dude. >> Okay. You need to listen to my instructions. Okay. I need you to pay attention right now. Put your feet together. Hands down to your side. Okay. Take a big deep breath. Keep your hands out of your pockets. Keep your hands down at your side. Okay. I want you to just take a big deep breath and try to relax for me. All right. You can fix your shirt and stuff if you need to. >> Okay. Hands down to your side. Take a big deep breath and just relax for me. Okay. >> Mhm. >> Are you better now? >> Okay. What I want you to do is imagine your left foot on an imaginary line right in front of you like I'm doing here. >> Right in front of >> Put your right in front of that left just like I'm doing. Nope. Stay right there. No, I didn't say start back. Put your feet back together. Put your right foot in front of your left. Okay. You stay in that position till you're told to move. Go ahead and go back. Stay in that position till you're told to move. >> God, >> are you not able to do that? >> No. I'm freaking out. >> You're freaking out. >> You're making me very, very nervous. >> You have to do these tests. If you don't want to, you have to let me know. Are you refusing to do the test? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Turn around for me. Turn around. Face that way. >> I know. >> Turn around for me. Place your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for driving while intoxicated. >> And with that, she's under arrest. After putting this woman in cuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> Would you like your sunglasses back, ma'am? >> Sam 342. >> Call my parents just to get my car. >> No, ma'am. Your car is getting towed. >> Come on. Let's be real, real careful. She'll get the door for you. Don't fall. Serena, I want to let you know right now, you are under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Okay. All right. This is the New Mexico Implied Consent Act. I have to tell you something very important, so please listen up. The New Mexico Implied Consent Act requires you to submit a breath test to determine the alcohol content of your blood. >> Okay. Do you agree to take the IR8000 test? The breath test? >> Um, no. >> No. We're going to go back to the office and that's where you'll you'll you'll blow into a machine. You'll give two breath samples into a machine. I'll walk you through the whole thing. But do you agree to take it? Yes or no? >> I don't have any. >> I'm going to keep reading, okay? So you can understand everything. I cannot force you to take our test, but if you refuse to, you will lose your New Mexico driver's license, non-resident operating privilege. >> Basically, in the state of New Mexico, along with most other states, a first offense DWI can result in a six-month license revocation for failing a chemical test and a one-year revocation for refusing one. >> No. >> Okay. You do not want to take the test? >> No, I do not understand. >> Okay. What do you not understand? >> So, I have to take the test or not? You have to choose if you want to take the test or not take the test. That's up to you. And if you don't, you can receive a greater sentence because you have to you do have to comply with this by the state of New Mexico. If you don't, I can't force you. Do you now do you agree to be tested? Yes or no? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Do you need me to read it again? >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Do you agree to take the IR test? Yes or no? I need an answer. Yes or no? >> I do not know. >> Okay. So, I'm going to ask you one more time. And if you say I don't know, I'm going to take that as a refusal. Do you want to take the IR9000 test for the full >> I don't want to lose my license. I I drive for work. >> Okay. So I you have to make a choice. Do you want to take the test or do you not want to take the test? >> I guess I >> I need a I need a yes or a no. >> Sure. >> Okay. So I'm going to take sure as a yes. Is that a yes? I need to hear you say yes or no. >> Yes. >> Okay. Hang tight. We'll be out here in just a minute. >> The captain then transported to the station and got a breath sample. Fire 9,000 machine. So, back there at the gas station when you almost fell off the curb. That's why I was checking on you. You said you were okay. And then when you backed out, you were having a difficult time backing out. When you drove off, you drove off the roadway and down the road a piece and you weren't maintaining your lane. Okay, ready? Take a big deep breath and blow into there for me. There you go. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blow hard. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Keep blowing. Okay, here. Take a deep breath. Let it out. Now take a big deep breath and blow in. Go. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. You're messing with the machine now. Don't put your tongue over it. Keep blowing. Keep blow harder. You got to blow harder. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Good job. Good job. You're good. Okay. Do you want to know how intoxicated you are? >> No. >> You're four times the legal limit. You really could have hurt someone, including yourself tonight. >> Yeah, buddy. Four times the limit. We don't even know how she was walking and talking, let alone driving, right? And just like our last one, this is another true alcoholic. We can only imagine what she would be like in rehab. >> I'm not going to be your priest or tell you how to judge or anything like that, but >> you already have. >> I want you to know you could have really hurt somebody tonight. It would be my recommendation that you go talk to someone. Okay. So, this is the New Mexico notice of revocation. Okay. What this means is you've been arrested for DWI and you no longer have a driver's license in the state of New Mexico. Read this really carefully so it benefits you. You told me earlier that you drive for work. You got to take care of this. >> I lost my job. >> Okay. >> Now I have no job. Thanks. >> You drove, you drank, not me. Level. It was honestly human being to human being. You could have killed somebody tonight or you could have died. >> But what I I'm going to ask is that she said to ask you >> Sure. >> Um Okay. And I um am I going to end up going to jail for like a long period of time? >> You're going to go to jail tonight and then you're going to show up to court, get an attorney. We'll work everything out. I always recommend tons and tons of therapy and counseling, that sort of stuff. So, if it's something that you're you're struggling with and the alcohol's help, you know, mess up. >> No, I was just it was honestly not >> a good decision. >> Yeah. Just take it as a lesson learned. Just make sure you show up to court. >> In the end, she was charged with aggravated DWI and a lane violation. Now, she plead guilty to the charges and was given probation along with community service, DWI school, and an ignition interlock requirement. We move on to this case now where a drunk girl thinks she's King Kong and King Kong and her ass up a building. >> We saw her fall from halfway down. So, she was up to that top of that pipe and then she came down the pathway and literally fell back first on her head. >> Okay. >> Our fall. >> Um, her key to her keys and fallen on top that building. >> Did you see what happened? >> Yeah, she crawled up here. We didn't see there must have been a flake before. >> No, we didn't. >> Oh, you didn't see it? But she started crawling up here. >> Yeah. >> Knocked off that little fell there. the window sill. She fell half maybe half the ground off threw her off. >> No, no, no. She climbed up on her own wheel. She tossed her stuff on top of the building. >> Um, and then I saw him filming her on his phone. >> So I came out and I just said I grabbed I said, "What are you doing? Are you filming them? Call an ambulance." Yeah. >> And he's like, "No, >> I'm the subject." >> So he's in the back of my squad. This is his car. All this [ __ ] We don't really know what happened here. >> So I guess she was getting beat up by him before. She was climbing up the thing. >> She was climbing up there and then she fell off. He threw from what they said is he threw keys and phone up into that window or something. >> One of you guys got a PBT to find out where she's at cuz she's obviously >> What's her name? >> Whoever told her. >> What's the first name again? >> Turn around. Face me for me. >> Now, this is the reason class why there are so many dumb warning stickers everywhere. After a while, the cops then were able to locate the girl. Let's see how great her behavior is. Put your hands behind your back, please. >> That's fine. Just sit still. It's just a bee. >> I'm allergic to be >> Okay, face me. >> Face me back. >> The card holder has to call. >> Sorry, I'm allergic to bees. >> Okay, no problem. >> You're under arrest for conduct and criminal damage to property. >> Are you serious? >> I'm very serious. >> What? >> I'm very serious. >> Are you serious? I just said I was serious. >> Why? >> Because you broke the car and all that stuff. >> He just threw me on the ground. He's punched me in the face. >> Did I tell you he's not getting arrested? Did I tell you that? >> He's going to get a written statement from you. Okay. >> I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm sorry. >> Every time I've dealt with you, you've been drunk and argue every single time. >> Every time. Excuse me. >> And that's the problem is you don't even remember. Can you please not treat me like I'm an idiot? I'm really going through it right now. I really would appreciate you talk to me. >> I mean, I am not treating you like a human being, >> but I'm just telling you I've actually dealt with you when you're sober and you're very nice. >> Okay. >> But when you're intoxicated, please don't talk to me. >> Go back. Back to the car. >> Think I'm stupid. Okay. >> Nothing up there. >> All right. Come on down then. >> Yes. >> What the hell, man? That is not >> What's your name? I'm going to close it up. Yeah, I don't know what I was expecting her to act like, but she in fact acted like someone who just fell off a building. >> Your hands on me. How can you charge me with what you're charging me with right now? You have no proof. I'm sorry, but you don't. >> Hello. >> I would like to know why what I'm being >> charged with right now. Disorderly conduct. >> Why? >> You climbed the side of that building. >> That's not Who was it? Who was I disordering >> besides myself? I [ __ ] myself up. I didn't disorder anybody else. >> I had to go to jail because I climbed inside a building and fell off and myself up. That's why I'm going to jail. >> Disorderly. Is this domestic correct? >> No, >> we don't believe there's any domestic criteria. >> I just wanted to make sure. >> Not yet until there's a DNA test. >> Okay. All right, good enough then. >> Oh, wait a minute. Yeah, I was going to say they >> No, it's an unborn child. You said you're pregnant, correct? >> I don't That's not going to be something that's used against me. I need to be 5 weeks. >> I'm not going to allow you guys to use that against me. I don't know what we've been talking about. >> Oh, great. She's pregnant. Okay, now let's back up a bit and listen to how this happened. >> Can you Can you tell me what happened? We still don't have a but I I don't know the background of >> we've been arguing um >> is there the dude I've been seeing >> recently we were have been arguing are arguing whatever we're in a good place um >> okay >> pregnant with his child u as of like today I just found out >> yeah telling him that and I wish I would died when I fell in the building. Back to the present. >> Your wallet in my old purse. It's in your purse. In my car. >> It's in the back seat. >> It's in the back. Okay. Would you let me? >> It should be. It's in my car. All right. >> If you're going to continue to yell at me, >> I'm trying to help you. >> I didn't DO ANYTHING WRONG. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU'RE GOING to >> Your purse. Your purse is in the back. You want your Well, okay. >> Let me get it then. Okay. Just Just sit back. >> While that's happening, another officer came to talk to the boyfriend about what had led to this. I didn't know where she went. So, she went on the other side of the semi. I went over there to try to talk to her. Yeah, but she's >> Give me Give me one second. >> Officer Hulcom, I need a 21. >> Thank you. I'm sorry. Go ahead. Keep one. Um, she was pretty wasted. So, like I didn't want her to drive. Um, I'll let get my phone real quick. It's right there. I'll show you a conversation on how it started. >> Okay, let's start with what happened here. So, you guys here, uh, she was drunk and um, I was out concerned. I was just out of concern. I know she was she was pissed and she was already like violent, right? But I didn't get out of my car. Like she she was here. She was trying to get into that business in the bottom there. >> Okay. >> Um like >> why was she trying to get in there? >> I don't know. I don't know none of that. >> Okay. >> But she was she parked there and she was trying to like look going around that building trying to get in. >> Did you toss her keys up there or anything? >> She tossed my keys that uh the keys I was that car was on. >> Okay. >> And she took the keys out. And then where's her phone? >> Up there. After she did all of that, I took her phone. I was like, "If I can't get my keys, you ain't getting your phone." And I threw it up there, too. >> Okay. So, her phone and her keys are up there. >> My keys. >> Right. Right. Sorry. Um so, there was an altercation between you guys. Both parties are saying there was an altercation. Explain the altercation to me. >> What do you mean? >> You told uh Detective Merc that there was an altercation between you two. And then she's saying there was an altercation between you two. So explain what the altercation is. >> I don't know that word though. >> Fight. Argument. >> Altercation. >> Altercation. Disagreement. >> Oh yeah. >> Argument. Well, well, I was talking I had her ex on the phone cuz he she was calling me and calling him and we've already spoken before. Okay. >> And um uh she got upset that I was I had him on the phone. >> Okay. >> So, she told me she was she was going to pick up my baby girl and uh and my baby mama and my baby mama and all of that. But I don't mind that's her drawing. Like I was >> just concerned for her to like >> So she showed up at your she showed up in your semi. >> Yes. >> And what happened at your semi? Like what happened inside your semi? >> Did anything happen inside your semi? >> No, she just went in and checked that I was there and then she went outside and uh kept drinking. >> Okay. So, how long were you guys at your semi this morning? >> I don't know. I was half asleep. >> Okay. Um, you don't know what time that was? >> No, >> this morning. If I could get my phone, I could get you a better timing. >> Don't worry about it. >> Cuz I have a lot of screenshots of the conversation of her >> saying I mean telling her you shouldn't be driving. >> You're bleeding. >> I know. I don't know. She She was throwing stuff like out of the car. >> Okay. All right. Um, >> I think like one of them bottles of cologne. >> Did you hit her at all or anything like that? >> I held her back. She she that's what she told she told me the same thing like God you don't need to hit me or whatever but I was holding like she's >> I haven't I haven't even talked to her yet. So >> she was like throwing stuff at me. So I'm trying her back. Can you explain that to me what that looked like? >> Like did you like distance? >> Okay. So you had your hands out like this. You did you grab her wrists or anything like that to hold her back? Did you push her back? Did you use one hand, two hands, close fist, open fist? >> Okay. Um, paint here. We're still obviously trying to figure everything out. This is a very chaotic scene. So, we're gonna we're gonna take care of everything and go from there. Is that your dash cam? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is that for your truck or for your semi? >> The truck. Cool. All right, man. Hang down here for me. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right, Lam. Come on out. No. >> With that being said, there's a lot of uncertainty in this case, and the man refused to provide a written statement. So, the officer decided to put him under arrest as well. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> At this point, you're just being arrested for disorderly conduct. Okay. >> But I wasn't screaming around. >> Clap your hands and move forward. unclasp >> situation under control. Why am I being detained or arrested for that? >> Because of the whole situation. >> But I didn't cause it. >> We tried to get a written statement. You have chosen not to. So you can explain yourself in court. Everything else we're getting. Come on. Everything else we're getting is Spectre your feet for me. Everything else we're getting is you were involved in a pushing match with her. Is it true that she's pregnant with your kid? That's what she's telling us. >> I've never heard that. >> Okay. Watch your knee. I'm going to shut this. Okay. >> Okay. >> Both these people are charged with disorderly conduct and any further charges were withheld. Moving on to this case where we got a wasted 60-year-old toddler acting like a victim during a DUI stop. >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. You're really very accusatory and you're scaring me. I feel like I need to >> You're driving your driving pattern and you running a red light almost causing a wreck and you almost getting t-boned is a problem. >> It is July 19th, 2026 in Florida. A cop conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running a red light and making an illegal U-turn. What's going on over here? >> I'm so sorry. I was trying to turn. >> Showing expired as of June of this year. >> I beg your pardon? I was trying to turn. I guess I didn't do it right. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> That's a great first question. Just skipping all the small talk, jumping straight into what we're all thinking. >> What's wrong? Do you not know how to drive? There's a red turn signal. >> A red arrow. >> There is a green light and a red arrow. And you're almost hitting people. How much have you had to drink? >> None. >> I'm sorry. >> Where's your driver's license? >> One more, please. >> Where are you coming from? >> To visit my family. So, where are you trying to get to? >> I'm going back to Pensacola. I'm going to go home to Mississippi tomorrow. >> Where are you staying in Pensacola? >> By the church, the big church. St. Paul's Church. >> You have registration? >> I'm not sure what registration means. I mean, I know what registration means, but I'm not sure. >> It's usually in your glove compartment, and it usually has the expiration tag number. It's a small white piece of paper. Wait a secure. Okay. I don't see it off hand. Can I please have a little bit more time to look for? I'm not sure. >> Are you on medication or something or >> No, sir. >> How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> None. >> Can you please um give me a little bit more time? So, registration? >> Well, I'm smelling a little odor of alcohol. You telling you telling me that's not you? No, it's not. >> Fast forward 12 minutes later, while the officers running in her info, she suddenly steps out of her vehicle all willy-nilly, uninstructed, waving paperwork. >> This is my car insurance. This is USAA and this is my driver's. Maybe this will be helpful. Maybe it will help to have my insurance. >> Okay. How much did you have to drink? >> None. >> You haven't had a sip of alcohol all day? >> No, I'm okay. 81 check. >> Just cuz you're okay doesn't mean you are okay. How much did you have to drink? >> None. You're really very accusatory and you're scaring me. I feel like I need to >> You're driving your driving pattern and you running a red light almost causing a wreck and you almost getting t-boned is a problem. >> Well, that was just trying to turn around like at the turn light. >> At a red light. >> I'm sorry. You're making me feel very very worried. Is there anywhere I can go? Like just out of the rain right now? Like is there something we >> I'm not comfortable with you driving away from here. >> Can I please go to the bathroom? I don't even I've already called my friend. She works for a lawyer. She's a parillegal. I'm just like so worried right now. I don't know what is going on. >> Uh lady, what's going on is that you're driving drunk and almost hit people. Stop acting like you're getting harassed by police and take the responsibility. Okay. >> You are operating a motor vehicle in an unsafe manner. You are not okay to drive. >> All right. I can leave this car here and just get an >> No, we're past that point. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety task? >> I'm not doing anything right now because I don't understand this. I'm sorry. I just need to go to the bathroom. Can I please go to the restroom? >> No. Are you you need to answer my question. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety tasks? >> No, because I don't I don't understand what that means and I don't know you. >> There's a series of tasks that I need to perform or need you to perform to prove to me whether you're under the influence of alcohol or not. >> I just need to sit down for a minute and like really compose my thoughts. You're making me feel very very worried. No, this is this is nothing to be worried about. >> It is worrisome because you're bigger than I am and I'm afraid of you. >> Okay, I am not threatening you at all. >> You are very threatening. You're scaring me half to death. >> Okay, listen. You are detained for operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it. Okay. So, we're only here because of you. I want you to understand that part. Do you understand that? >> We're here because of you. >> No. No. We're here because of you. Cuz you almost hurt somebody >> by your driving. >> Oh my lord. Yes, I know. >> I'm just trying to get you off of the roadway. >> I'm off the roadway. >> Luckily, we are now, >> but now I have an investigation to conduct. >> Oh my gosh. >> For you being under the influence of alcohol. >> Really? >> Yeah. We had two incidents yesterday where people were drunk and driving and hurt somebody. Well, that explains why his patience was razor thin with her. If she keeps that victim crap up and refuses to cooperate, she's going to go to jail. Well, I'm not doing any of those things. I just need to park the car, go to the restroom, call my friend, and let her know it's going to be a little bit more time before I get there because of this. So, >> okay, I need you to give me a yes or a no. >> Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety task? >> You're scaring me to death. No. I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid of you. I'm afraid of a setup. I'm afraid of you. >> Hey 12, I need another unit. Uh 806 if you're available. >> May now please see my paperwork. >> N uh I'm going to hold on. >> No. Let it go. This is my paperwork. This is my insurance paperwork. Really? What are you doing? But either way, she's handcuffed and her demeanor doesn't stop here. >> Oh my lord. >> You are causing these problems right now. >> Oh my lord. >> Come on. >> No. Stop. Stay back here. >> Please stop. >> You're going to stop resisting me at this point. >> Cuz now you are in handcuffs >> because of your actions. >> No. Because of you taking advantage of a lady. >> This has nothing to do with you being a lady. This has everything to do with you operating a motor vehicle in the manner that you were operating it and you acting like you were just acting right there. Okay. So now I want you to sit in the back of my car. >> No, I'm afraid of you. You're scaring me. I'm very afraid of you. >> I have not hurt you. I have not hit you. These handcuffs are hurting me. They are very on too tightly and I'm very afraid of you. You're scaring me. >> You need to have a seat. >> No. No. No. No. No. You're kidnapping me. I'm afraid of you. Please stop. Please stop. You're scaring me. >> Sit down. >> I'm very [clears throat] afraid of you. Please stop. >> You are. >> How old are you? >> I'm 60. >> Exactly. You need to sit inside this vehicle. >> No. Please stop trying to apprehend and force me. >> You are detained and you are going to sit in the back of my car. Please stop trying to manhandle me. If you would please let me go, I would feel less threatened. I'm feeling very threatened right now. >> Please stop threatening me. >> You are resisting me. >> It's because you're scaring me. >> Look who I have here. A female officer. Is she scaring you? >> I'm very scared of him. Would you please, please? >> We're going to take you to her car. >> We're going to come to my car. >> You're going to sit in a car. Do you understand that? >> I get it. >> Okay. Watch your knees. >> After a while, the sergeant arrives on scene talking to the woman and she continues to use fear as an excuse for her behavior. >> Yeah, ma'am. I'm starting bank. So, Officer Hart needs to talk to you. >> Ma'am, please step out of the car. >> Nope. I need you to sit right there and just listen for me. Okay. >> Can you please let these handcuffs loose? >> We'll adjust those. We'll adjust those. Just give me a second. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, listen to Officer Hart for me. >> Okay. Are you willing to do standardized field sobriety test? >> Yes. >> I've asked you that before. >> So, yes, you will. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> What's your name, young lady? >> Angie. >> Angie. All right. Miss Angie, are you are you volunteering to do standardized field sobriety test? Let me finish. On your own free will, not being coerced or being forced to do that? >> I definitely feel forced and coerced. >> Okay. So, then we will not do standardized field sobriety tests. >> He's very much scaring me to death. >> Okay. We can't have you do it if you feel like you're coerced. He's just going to have to base his uh arrest off of his interaction with you in the totality of circumstances. Okay. So, go ahead and let her know. >> Okay. You're under arrest for DUI. >> I'm scared of you. >> Okay. Um >> ask provide a breath sample. >> Are you willing to provide a sample of your breath to determine its alcohol content? >> I No, I don't even know what that means. >> Man, even after being placed under arrest, she continues playing games. By figning ignorance to the breath test, she triggers an automatic refusal. >> Refuse to submit to the test. I requested. >> Yeah. I I don't want to do anything without my attorney here. Should I get my purse? >> We'll get We'll grab that for you. >> We'll get that in your phone. >> My keys and everything. >> You got her license? >> Uh, yes. Okay. >> It's an out of state license. You want me to keep it? >> Yep. Oh, yeah. Still a DUI. In the end, she's charged with DUI, refusal to submit to testing, careless driving, and failure to stop at a steady red light. Her bond was set at $1,000, which she later posted. Moving on to the next case, where a girl on her way to rehab had maybe one too much of a last drink. >> Hey, you good? >> Hey, are you good? >> Hey, we need you to stay awake, okay? It's April 8th, 2026, and airport officers respond to this gate regarding a drunk passenger who had just been denied boarding. Tell his oldest classic. >> I'm sorry. I don't mean to laugh about it, but like it's >> I mean I get it. I I understand. It's not the first time I play. It won't be the last time. >> It's a great thing she's admitting that she has a problem and is going to rehab. But uh I guess since it's the last time, you know, she went a little overboard. It's okay. We get it. really hope that she does get the help she needs. >> How about this? Um, why don't we cuz you seem a little unsteady on your >> hotel. I'm not going to show you. So, my friends both Okay. >> Well, okay. >> So, what would you like to do? You can either try to book for another hotel and arrange your transport, preferably on your own. There's several hotels just off airport property for you to try to book for. If you can't do that or you don't want to do that, you're going to jail. >> Okay. Well, I have two questions. >> What are your two questions? >> Okay.
