And who was he? >> Uh boyfriend. >> Boyfriend. Friend. >> Something like that. >> Something like that. >> Was she fighting somebody? >> She was trying to hit her boyfriend. >> Boyfriend. The the brother was trying to leave and the boyfriend was trying to um calm her down and get her back in the car. And as they're trying to get her down, she starts like trying to sling and tries to hit on the boyfriend. And then the brother comes over here like screaming, yelling, "Get in the car, get in the car. Stop acting like this." And then she starts yelling, screaming. She tries like pulling on my vest. She start open my car door to try and quit getting in there. And she just causing a huge scene up here. Okay. I make sure you like interview all these people. Then as much information as you can have to really stick home and disorderly int cuz it's not an easy one. It's not as easy as like she's drunk in public. >> A little bit more than that, right? So the more information you can get about her behavior and what she was doing even before you got her and then you saw what she was doing, you can put that together. It's a really strong case. So I would interview as many people as you can to include the boyfriend. >> The officers then came to speak to her family about what had happened. >> You're the brother. >> Can I talk to you over here real quick? >> What's your name? Do you have an ID on you or anything like that? >> I don't know. I do not, my friend. >> What's What's going on with her? Why is she acting the way she's acting? Why didn't she want to go? Is she in the car? >> She had too much to drink in there. drinking her and [clears throat] I guess I don't know what the got going on. >> Is she kind of is she fighting with you right now? You guys kind of arguing and stuff like they got into an argument. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> But I told her I want to be in it and they just kept going. >> Was she supposed to leave with you? >> Yeah. I was trying to make her leave with us, but she didn't want to leave. >> Okay. Why is Why is >> Hold on one second. >> Can you stand over there for me, please? >> Can you stand there with the ball? >> Okay. Why is it why was she not wanting to go? >> Where was she trying to go to? >> I don't know. She was just intoxicated. She started talking about oh talking to one sec about people are fake this that and the third like straight. >> So just a lot of straight >> being drunk stuff. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You guys were in there basically all hanging out. That's drinking having a good time. She got drunk too much. >> And then you guys get back outside here. They start to get into like a verbal argument, right? Mhm. Okay. [snorts] Was she in the car at that point? No, cuz I saw her as I was coming up. She was walking over. >> I thought we was going to get into the car. We were actually fighting with her to get her into the car. >> Okay. And she wasn't going in the car. >> No point in time. She wanted to go into the car. >> Okay. Can you tell me what they were arguing about or anything like that? Can you translate? >> No idea. >> Can you ask him? And >> no actual argument. I guess she was just feeling some type of way and like >> drinks got to her and she decided to fight him, I guess. >> How much do you think she drank? >> Oh, she >> she's been drinking a lot. >> Mhm. >> So, she seems really really intoxicated. >> Yeah. >> Like bad intoxicated. >> Almost to the point where if she was to come out right now and go with you guys, she's going to start hitting you while someone's driving. She's going to cause an accident or something like that. >> Yeah. She needs to stay in jail until she soers up. Also probably stay away from alcohol too cuz your behavior is out of control. [laughter] Hey, just [laughter] >> listen. Can you talk to me without yelling and screaming? >> Can you look at me without yelling and screaming? >> I get it. You had way too much to drink. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> What? >> Look at me. Just look at me now. You know why? Look at me. >> I don't know what you're trying to say. >> I'm letting you know what I'm trying to say. You know why? Man, look at me. Man, I ain't [ __ ] You know why? I lasted with 12 years. You know what? The man with the white guy actually just like you. I built him. He became >> It's okay. >> Okay. >> After finishing everything, the cops then took her to the station. And on the way, she continues to scream her lungs out at the officer. >> You going to take me? >> Yes. >> Why? May I know why I'm allowed to know why? >> 2024. >> Yeah, my rights are no to know why >> you guys are not [ __ ] You know why you white people are [ __ ] You know why? I was married with you guys. I was married with a white guy for 12 mother If you knew what listen to me, mother >> I made him. I made it who he was. You know why? Cuz I'm not a mothering alien. I'm not a mothering immigrant mother. And I even though even though I made and became [ __ ] I would have never ever ever would have gone against him. You know why? Because I love that mother and because of him, I would have gave my life. And because of my kids, I'm a single mom with three kids. LOOK AT ME, [ __ ] [laughter] Look at me. I was pregnant with not mother cheated on me. I was pregnant. If I die, I leave my three kids with what? With nobody. You know why? Because a drunk driver took over my mom. You know why? [gasps] Because a drunk has decided to drive while he was drunk. And that shit's still in trial. You know why? Because the take care of all these mother immigrants but not take care of who really has to be taken care of, right? [laughter] What is the irony alive, right? You're [ __ ] All you think about is about you >> and nobody else. >> You think I'm drunk? I'm talking to you with the truth. Just let me [screaming] go. [laughter] I'm so open. Do you really care? You would understand. I have nothing. My kids are alone. My mom got killed by a drunk driver. A white mother driver. She's charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting without violence. And I got my hospital band on, man. And my leg is broke, man. Look at that car, man. They coming all through the grass, abusing my baby mama house for no reason. Apparent reason, sir. No apparent reason. All I call They didn't been calling. They've been riding past doing [ __ ] for long. >> Can you step over here with them, please? >> Yes, sir. They pulled me out the house. >> Grab your crutch. Get over here. >> Cuz we got called about some disturbance here earlier. >> That's them. >> That's them. Okay. >> They steady. Uh I left some clothes and stuff at her house because I moved over here something at the hospital. They've been drinking and driving or whatever, sir. And they've been um they beat up my 18. They didn't been on the street with like beating up family members and stuff. These two. >> Who is she to the driver? >> They're both of my sisters, bro. >> They're your sisters. Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. Now they they [ __ ] like that because they've been throwing [ __ ] at each other. They fighting my baby. My baby to kick the door down, bro. I'm trying to hold the door. I'm [ __ ] bro. I can barely move. I can't fight no world. I can't fight at all. They know I'm crippled. They know I just got uh >> You live right over here, don't you? >> No, I stay right here. I spend the night right here. >> Okay. >> Everything they saying is a lie in a facade. >> Oh, I don't know what they >> I was happy. I was so happy when I seen her. >> I'm the one that told them to call the police while I was pinning them down because she got >> Who called the police? >> My girlfriend called the police. >> Who's in the house with >> Yeah. I told her to call the police because they snatched me out the house on my hair and dragged me through the uh mud and I had to lay on top of her cuz I'm a little stronger on the upper body and told my baby mama to call the police so she they can't get up and stunt me and kick me cuz they would get me so dirty out here. >> I'm going to just shine a flashlight at you to look >> Yeah, man. >> They dragged me off through the mud. >> You know what I'm saying? I got shot in my leg, man. >> You get what I'm saying? I got uh metal rod in my leg, bro. I can't even move. >> You get what I'm saying? I had no, you know, I'm not lying about getting shot, man. >> Man, if that's true, this whole thing's messed up. Dragging their crippled brother out of his house, attacking his girlfriend. And even more disturbing, right in front of the kids. >> What happened is they came over. This not no shooting. They This has happened tonight. They did this today. This is what they've been doing to this house. Throwing [ __ ] at this house and breaking the window. Look at the glass. >> Okay, >> you get what I'm saying? They've been doing this. They Look at her car. Look at where her car Why is her car right where it's at? >> I I'm not saying that they didn't drive through the yard. I'm just trying to figure out the totality of the circumstances. How how when I showed up there, were you laying on top of someone? >> Yeah. I I'm holding her down. Told my bay mama to call the police. You get what I'm saying? Cuz they dragged me out the house. >> Kelsey's in there. >> I'm crippled. They dragged me out the house, man. >> You get what I'm saying? They dragged me out the house. They didn't came to my baby mama house. >> Why? Why do they have beef with your baby mama? >> They had I don't know. Like that's what that's where it started. >> Or is this beef with you? >> No, it's it's beef with me and her for no reason. They drunk. They they this is what they do when they get drunk and and they ride with kids in the car when they drunk. Throw [ __ ] at people house. They just did this to my auntie Virginia Howard and jumped on her at the store. My auntie Virginia put an order of protection on them. By me being their big brother, I'm not knowing that this is how they doing people until they just came over here and jumped on me. >> Okay. What about all the stuff that's laying in the yard? Did >> someone This is This is the [ __ ] that they've been doing >> like the the taco sauce back there. >> Yeah, we cooking tacos in here. >> So, did you or your baby mama or Yeah, your baby mama throw that girlfriend or did they throw that? They've been thrown. This is who we had when I was cooking. It was already We in here cooking tacos. I was making my plate and she kicked the door down and that's how everything started. She Oh, the little one got out the car. She said she had a gun at first. She do got her foil car. So, I'm scared. I'm like, you know what I'm saying? What is they up to? Well, they got kids in the car. She kicked in this door right here. They kicked in the door while I'm making tacos. Grab me by my hair. >> This is inside. >> Yes. They came in. I'm opening the door. They got out the car after they've been throwing [ __ ] at the house and now they bog their way in the house cuz they laughing at me. They like, "Your crippled ass can't do [ __ ] Your crippled ass can't do [ __ ] They know I'm crippled." And they my babe mama, she in there scared. She like, "Man, get your sisters, man." I'm like, "Just call the police." By the time I tell her to call the police, the little one is snatched me by my hair and like pull me pull me cuz the only reason she got me like that is cuz I'm crippled. I can't do [ __ ] You get what I'm saying? So, I'm trying to hold on to her. The other one get out the car and they all they both pulling me to the out here to the grass. They so crippled they didn't drag me all the way to the grass. Only how I can stop them from beating my ass is holding them down because I I'm like paralyzed ways to hell. >> So I'm yelling I'm telling terror, terror, call the police. Terror. You get what I'm saying? They trying to hurry up and leave me before y'all get here. You get what I'm saying? I'm telling Terry, they going to go to jail, man. Just call the police. We in the right. Everything in the right. thing speaks for itself. These are my little baby sisters. I'm not out here looking for trouble. I'm here cooking tacos with my family, bro. >> So, it looks like we got two versions of this story here. And the cop came to speak to a nearby neighbor who just witnessed everything. And what he told him determined who they were going to arrest next. >> Do you see anything, man? >> Unfortunately. >> Huh? >> Unfortunately. Yeah. >> Yeah. He's telling the truth, bro. These chicks are they were driving up and down the street honking, driving through his yard. Like they pushed in the door and dragged his ass out. Like he's not lying. I I don't know like about the gun [ __ ] and all that [ __ ] but they've been I mean they left. They're coming back doing donuts, [music] throwing [ __ ] at his house. They're throwing [ __ ] back at him. Like so I they're the aggressors in the situation from what I saw. Yeah. I wasn't going to call the cops until I She's like, "Get out the car." And the little kids come out the car and start picking stuff up and hitting the guy with it. Like I don't know what started the whole fight, but from what I can see, they're definitely Yeah, it was the people in the car definitely were the aggressors and he was just trying to get >> So the two sisters really broke into their crippled brother's house, dragged him out by his hair, attacked him with the kids involved and all this time they dare to play the victim. H they need to go to jail for a long time. >> Okay. >> May I please press on him? Listen, everything's going to be documented in a report. But what we're going to do, like I said, is we're going to cuff you in the front because you're going to hold pressure on that eye until it gets checked out by the hospital. You understand? Okay. And then after that, you're going to the county jail. >> Both of these sisters are taken to the hospital for some medical clearance before they're taken to jail for domestic battery. Moving on to this case now, where a crazy woman attacks her aunt with a rock while demanding money. >> Okay. So, she wanted to hit your mom. >> Yes. >> And I got in the middle of it and she hit me with a rock. It's my house, so I am not trespassing. I lived here for more than 5 years, so I can come and get my mail whenever I want. >> Yeah, cuz she did um threaten me that she was going to kill me with a >> I always carry a rock in my bag because she has me outside. >> It's September 27th, 2025, and cops get a call from a distressed mother after one of her family members tried to barge into her home with a rock. Wow, what is happening here? >> She just hit me with >> Okay, we'll figure this out. Give me just a second. >> Okay, stand over here. Hold on. Stand over here. Stand over there. STAND OVER THERE. I am not going to have this argument. Do you understand? >> SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. >> WELL, figure this out. >> He's telling you to sit down. >> Talking to you. No, you stop. >> Okay. >> Focus on me. >> Okay. She hit me WITH A POTATO WHEN WE WERE DOWN. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Are you listening to what I'm saying? >> Not right now. Because you're not going to tell me how to do my investigation. >> I'm saying She hit me with the potato. Hit me on the cement. >> Please get my bag. That's my bag. >> Walk over here. I will get it. >> You're not going to tell me how to do my job. >> You lied about something. >> Get inside. >> That's what happened. >> So, I want to report her for prostitution. >> Yeah, that's the crazy one right there. But just wait. You haven't seen crazy yet. >> Were you involved in the fight? >> She hit me with a rock. >> Okay, we'll figure that out. So, I just want you to take a deep breath. Okay. >> All right. Just do me a favor. Just go ahead and sit down on the curb over here. Okay. >> Just sit down on the curb. Okay. >> Okay. Just stay standing. I'm not going to do nothing. >> No, just sit down on the curb for me. If you're chill with me, I'm not going to put you in cuffs and detain you. Okay. >> Okay. What's going on today? >> Okay. So, >> just take a deep breath first. >> Just Just focus on me. Okay. Um, she came to my house. She's been Okay. She's my niece. Mhm. >> And she hasn't been mentally there for like years. >> Okay. >> So, she said we owe her money, but she came in my house and she already hit my mom and when I went outside, she hit me. >> Is that your mom that was standing over there? >> Yes. She hit me with a rock and I have the big old bump to prove it. >> Okay. >> So, she she came into your house. >> Yeah. She hit me with like a rock. >> Hey, just just deep breath for me. Okay. Just deep breath. We can we can talk as adults. Like I said, I'm trying to figure things out. Okay. So, she came into your house and hit your mom. She's your niece. You said she's not mentally stable or anything like that. >> She's saying crazy stuff like crazy. She's talking about witchcraft and stuff. >> Okay. So, she wanted to hit your mom >> and I got in the middle of it and she hit me with a rock. >> So, like they were verbally fighting and then you got in the middle and you were like, "Hey, get lost." Or >> So, I'm going to tell you the real argument about this, >> please. Yeah. >> Okay. So, her father raised me as his own. Okay. We're originally from Michigan. We've been here like about almost 15 years ago. >> Okay. >> And um she um she had an abortion when she was about like 20 something and after that she like went completely crazy. >> Okay. >> So, he left money on her behalf. He left money for everybody. >> Your dad did. >> Well, he was like my dad. Yeah. Who was it? >> She wasted her money and went back to Michigan and God knows what she did. >> The niece did. >> My niece. >> Your niece. Okay. >> So, now that she's out of money and she didn't buy a house, she didn't buy nothing. I came to New Mexico. I bought this house with the money that my brother left me. >> Mhm. >> And of course, I put it under my mom's name and under mine. >> Okay. >> And now that she doesn't have money, she like But after the abortion, she like something mentally just like >> Okay. >> switch up. And I mean, my brother died. >> I don't mean to interrupt you on this, right? I I understand that she said, >> but I'm giving you that. And so she comes okay >> out of nowhere and right now she just said she was going to me and she did have a rock and of course she's going to hit my mother. I'm going to approach. I'm not I'm going to get in front with the rock. >> So where did she grab the rock from? Did she knock on the door? >> She had it. No, >> I know. That's what I'm trying to figure out. Did she barge barge into the house? Like where did she outside of the door? >> Okay. So here, just to give you a second, I'm just going to grab your information for you first, okay? Just so that way you can breathe. Kind of catch your breath. >> See, I told you she was crazy. But that's not all because what she said to the officers is even crazier. Now, first, let's hear the story from the son who had witnessed the entire thing. >> Young man, >> will you talk with me, please? >> Thank you, bud. I appreciate it. What's your first name? >> Santiago. >> Santiago. Can we just talk right here, >> sir? >> Thank you. How old are you, young man? >> I'm 13. >> You're 13? Holy smokes. You're a big 13-year-old. >> Yes, my dad came from Europe. >> Oh, okay, >> sir. So what happened? >> So I was just in my room, right? And I was hearing some banging on my doors and I was like >> I was like there ain't no way. So I came out, right? Cuz >> there isn't no like father or anything here. >> I'm sorry. >> Yeah, it's okay. So I come out cuz in a way I'm like the man of the house. So I came out. Okay. >> And I just see. So I'm like, "Oh." So I go back inside cuz I want to get my siblings like in the room so they don't witness nothing. And then I hear my little brother yell at me cuz I made sure my little sister was okay cuz she's barely three. My little brother, he's old enough. >> I don't think it'll affect me, but >> I just made Yeah, I he'll be he should be good then. >> Okay. >> He's He's a strong little kid. >> So, who is this girl? >> The >> the one that I put in my police car with the dark hair that was fighting with this young lady. >> Oh, yeah. That was my mom right there. >> With your mom? Who Who's that girl that was fighting with your mom? She's some like she's a my cousin, but she's some crazy. >> She's a cousin. >> Yeah, but she's crazy. She thinks this house is hers just cuz it was paid with her uh my uncle, my dead uncle's money when it's not hers. It went this the money that was paid for it was my grandma's and my mom's. >> The family's money. >> Yeah, basically that he left to them. >> Okay, real quick. Cuz when I got here, you took off to the side real quick and everything else. You don't have any weapons on you, right? >> Uh no, sir. I was just making sure my little siblings were out there cuz I heard like >> like they came to the side. You thought maybe? >> Yeah, that's why I went running. I was like, I hope they're not out here. >> So, did you see who punched who or what? Like who was >> the girl and you having the cop car, but I know hit my mom with the rock. >> No, my little brother saw me. >> Okay. >> But I don't want to get him involved in this and my grandma even said that. >> Do me a favor, Mr. Garcia. I appreciate you talking with me. I need to figure out what else I'm dealing with. >> I appreciate it. Can you just hang out with your siblings inside unless I something else comes up? And again, thank you for for talking with me. Okay. >> After speaking with the son, the cops then came to speak to the grandma. No, no, no. Uh no her daughter wants her trespass, but we want to make sure she wants her trespass. >> That's what she's saying cuz she have that one right there and she's saying that it actually is hurting. I already took pictures of it and she's saying that actually like she got scratched from her but she doesn't want to press charges either. She wants her trespass. But he's saying that that they already did it and didn't work before. So I'm not sure if she's being trespassed or not. >> Well, we will put a warrant on her so she doesn't come around the property know the legal. We already called the cops before because she continuously comes like I explained to him. >> Yeah. >> She honestly mentally she's not there. >> Gotcha. >> So she says like really crazy stuff. So that's why I kind of don't want to do nothing. But I mean if she's going to she tried she had a rock and I wasn't going to let her to hit my and she hit me in my head. >> But I mean I mean come on now. If it's your mother, you're gonna let them know. Whether they have a gun or a head, you're gonna get in them. >> Yeah. >> You know, and I don't want to hit my knees. But >> what what is your It's Ashley. What is her last name? >> Okay. Finally, after speaking with this family, the cops then turned their attention to this crazy sister niece. >> All right. So, what is your version of events that occurred today? >> Okay. So, first of all, that house, she bought it with my money. >> Let's start there. It's not her house. It's my house. So, I am not trespassing. I lived here for more than 5 years, so I can come and get my mail whenever I want. She tried to trespass me. You cannot. I never signed paperwork, so I am not considered a trespasser. Second of all, she's lying to that criteria, which is my baby cousin, Santiago. He's getting older now. He's hitting puberty, but I took care of him as a kid, and I have videos to prove that. I came up to her to ask her, "Hey, Ma, they're saying a lot of horrible things about you. They're saying that you're incestral with my brother low key, and I think we should talk about it. like I'm not mad and stuff because when I was four years old I was touched by a cousin and she knows that and I was hit and my dad knows that. Um so I tried talking to her about it and instead she rushed at me. >> She rushed at me and started hitting me and then my grandma comes outside and while she throws me on the floor hits my head super hard on the floor. Um she tried to say that I hit her with the rock. I don't even know if I hit her with the rock or not. I don't remember. But I always carry a rock in my bag because >> she has me outside where I can get where there's bugs, where there's tarantulas. >> She threw me on the floor and it was either my grandma or it was my little cousin that hit my rib >> very, very hard. >> Super hard to the point I almost cried. And then she just keeps rushing at me. She keeps rushing at me, trying to hit me. And she says, "My grandma hits me again." And she says, "Stupid bitch." She starts slapping me while I'm on the floor. And then she shows me her veins. I guess she just got operated. And I was like, "How come they didn't tell me that you just got operated?" And she's like, "What's wrong with you? You're the one that's not right in the head. You're my family." And all this other stuff. Okay, Mida. So, if I'm your family, why did you leave me in the street? Why did you leave me in the street before there was all these claims, all this other stuff? You have me overthinking your life. You have me overthinking you, my dad, everything. But you left me in the street to get. You know that me and this other friend of mine have been getting into it every once in a while and that he has punched my mouth and not once did you come to help me find my car. Not once have you helped me with anything. She's like you [ __ ] I'm not helping you and I'm not giving you none of your money. Get the out of my house. It's my property. And I said, you know what? It's not your property, Maida. You paid that that house with me, my brother, and my sister's money. So guess what? It's not just your house. And you best believe that there's going to >> Yeah, nothing she said made any sense at all. And since there's some mental health stuff involved here, uh, the cop then tried to confirm her state of mind. >> Okay. So, a couple of simple questions. I'm not trying to be rude or ugly or anything of that nature. I just want to make sure that I'm covering all my bases. Okay. Okay. >> First off, what city are you in right now? >> West, New Mexico. >> Who's the president of the United States? Even if you do not like who it is. >> Um, what is his name? He's white. Copy. >> It's um he's a funny one. Uh I forgot how to say his name. It's um is the name with the D or something like that. It's a he talks like that. I forgot his his name, but yeah. >> Okay. What colors are the United States flag? >> It's red, white, um dark blue. Yeah. >> Red, white, dark blue. >> Stars and lines. Red, white, red, white are the lines. Dark, blue flag, white stars. She But are you going to arrest her? >> Uh, for what crime? >> Okay, I'm still taking you to court, dude. >> Did you not just hear what I just said? She rushed at me. She hit me. My grandma kicked my rib. My cousin hit me. And so did my grandma at the same time. They need to be arrested. >> Okay. So, I will also tell you that there's cameras here on the property. >> And I don't give a [ __ ] I was hit. >> Will you let me talk? Cuz >> you talking over me? That's fine. Please do. Okay. Mr. Baker, what is your name? Mr. Reynolds. >> Reynolds and Porus. Okay. >> Okay. >> If they don't take you to court, I'm going to take you to court. That's all I know. >> Okay. And it's just a citation. >> After listening to enough of this yapping, the cop then came into the house to check out the CCTV footage of the situation. >> You sure? >> Okay. There you go. There you go. There she is. >> Just knocking. >> I don't see the >> Well, she's knocking, but she hit me around with the rock right there. >> Okay. So, she didn't have the rock at the beginning. Um, I honestly do think she had a rock. >> Yeah, I should mention that she usually have a rock with her all the time. So, >> you don't have her on the other camera though. >> Let me see. I mean, it it'll come. >> What? Baby, >> can I have another cookie? >> Yeah, baby. >> So, I can see her. Oh, yeah. She have the the rock in there. >> Yeah. And of course, I was going to get into >> Okay. Yes. Gotcha. >> Got >> She have the rock on the hand. Got it. >> Okay. That's not That's not >> Oh my god. They don't even know her. Santiago, >> you got scared. >> So you saw me run out there. something. >> Okay. My son Yeah, she's claiming that. So that that's the part that she wants to press charges in it, too. >> What? My son hitting him. >> Yeah. >> I mean, he's 13, but >> I know. Um, keep keep going. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz I'm recording this. >> And that's when I let her get up and then she starts trying to hit me again. >> Okay. Yeah. >> And that's when you guys came cuz I was running after her. >> Yeah. All righty. So, I got everything on here. Um, if you can get me like the time frame, you know, cuz I didn't have it on this one. And then if you can see, >> it was about um 6:30. >> 630. And if you can if you can just um >> a little bit longer. >> See the water camera just to get a better angle. >> I did. It didn't it didn't get >> After getting everything they needed, the cops then officially put her under arrest and transported her to the station. We're just going to a different unit. Okay. >> Um, actually, I was wondering if you can send me to an ambulance because >> what for? >> My rib hurts. She really just if anything they have the nursing out there, you know, at the DC and the detention center. >> Yeah. But it feels like it's fractured. >> A little bit fractured. >> Okay. Well, I'm not that doctor. So, just give me one second. >> I want you just go ahead lean back for me. Can we call the ambulance, please? Cuz I just told you that I was punched on my on my rib and it's fractured. >> Just lean back for me. >> And then I want you to look >> the most that I go, dude. >> Okay. Just put your seat belt on. Okay. >> So, how is the battery? I don't live here. >> So, definition of a household member isn't you live in the house. It's a family member. Okay. So, >> everything's going to be on your Everything's going to be on your charging paperwork. And if you want to argue it, you can argue it. >> She was charged with criminal trespassing and aggravated battery. Also, unfortunately, the 13-year-old young man will have to go to juvie for kicking the woman while she was down. Moving on to this case now, where a very drunk girl tried to frame her sister for her DUI. >> Now, we have making false statements to police officers, identity theft on top of the DUI because she's trying to use your name to get out of the DUI. >> It's December 12th, 2025 in Washington. Cops respond to a welfare check after a transit worker reported a vehicle blocking the roadway with a woman passed out behind the wheel. Okay, here's what happened next. >> Oh yeah. >> Well, that would explain the smell. >> What does it like? >> Oh, there's an open bottle of tequila and some there's some stuff on the floor mat. >> Okay. And >> Hi, nice to meet you. >> Um, just so you know, my camera is on, so everything is being audio video recorded. Oh, where are you coming from today? >> I'm coming from Tacoma. >> Tacoma. Okay. Where are you heading to? >> I'm heading towards uh Sorry, I'm also recording. >> 30 minutes away. >> 30 minutes away. Okay. Are you able to step out of the car for me? >> Yeah, I am. >> Excuse me. >> You don't like them? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license, insurance, any of that? Here's this. And then I have my uh license in here. >> When did you get the car? >> I literally just got it. I'm just annoyed because like I was taking a nap and they're over here like, "Oh my god, you're so drunk." If I feel like I'm being cautious. Yeah, I did drink with my friend yesterday. >> And I'm sitting here and I'm just waiting for this to wear off. I don't think that's a problem. You know, >> you realize you're in the middle of a road, correct? >> No, but I was on the side. >> Okay. You're not on the side right now, though. >> Yeah, right now. Because of what is going on. But I am I'm I'm Okay. I'm not trying to drive right now. >> Okay. You are in the middle of a road though. >> Yeah, of course. Right now. >> Okay. So, you can't stop in the middle of a road cuz you're going to cause a collision. I'm not stopping in the middle of the road. >> Let's step out of the car. >> After getting her out of the car, the cops then try to get some information. >> We're going to walk back here. >> Um, what's going on with my car, though? >> Well, we're going to work through that. Okay. >> No. Do I need to call my dad or somebody to come get my car? >> Possibly. Yeah. Okay. >> Nope. Come on. Let's get out of the car. We're going to go down here. All righty. What's your last name? It's It's hyphenated. First name Elizabeth. >> Hold on. >> Yeah. First name Elizabeth >> and date of birth. >> Uh zero tired. >> It's all right. >> I'm literally tired. I thought I was like November 2nd, 2007. whatever goes. But I'm literally like was sleeping on the like I was trying to literally like pull towards the side of the road. I was trying. >> Okay. >> You know. >> Okay. >> How old are you? >> I'm 22. >> 22? >> Mhm. >> What year were you born? >> 2007. So yeah, 2020. >> You were born in 2007. I'm just trying to literally like >> But you're 22 years old. That doesn't make sense. >> Okay. Well, I don't >> How old are you really? >> Literally 2002. No, 2001. >> What year were you born in? >> 2001. So, I'm I don't even know. I don't care. I'm just tired. Okay. I'm just literally trying to drive by right here and park so I can like get up somebody to come pick me up. Yeah, that would have been a good idea before you ended up in the middle of the roadway. >> Well, it wasn't me being in the middle of the road. >> How much did you have to drink last night? >> I didn't even drink. >> You didn't drink at all? >> No, >> I'm just tired. >> Okay. >> How is that not drinking? Speech impediment. You're confusing your own birthday. Maybe even lying about it. And you passed out behind the wheel in the middle of the road. You are absolutely wasted. >> What about the empty bottle of tequila in the back seat? >> You can check me. My god. No, I'm just I'm just asking you questions right now >> and I'm telling you. >> I know. >> I don't know if my partner told you, but every time you're around police, your audio and video recorder right now >> and I understand that, but you don't need to sit here and like say that to me because that's not what it is. I'm literally telling you what's going on and you're continuously telling me, "Oh, what about the doesn't matter >> cuz I'm concerned that you're impaired." >> Okay. Well, you don't need to be concerned. >> Do you feel like your consumption of alcohol impaired your ability to drive? I don't need to talk to you. >> Okay. What year were you born again? >> Cuz we are going to have to identify you. We aren't going to call anybody right now. So, don't don't make a phone call or I'm going to put you in handcuffs. I said do not make a phone call right now. >> Why? >> I said do not make a phone call. >> Because you're detained and I have the ability to not let you make a phone call. because I don't know if you're going to tell your dad to come shoot it out with police to get you out of here because you're in trouble right now. Obviously, >> I'm not because I didn't do anything. >> Okay, we'll figure that out. But right now, you're detained for investigation of physical control of a motor vehicle in a roadway and or DUI. I don't know if fire department said it was turning on and turning off, which puts me at probably >> car is messed up right now. >> Nope, we're not grabbing. >> Okay, I'm not grabbing it. Can you lie? >> No, just leave it. What year were you born? >> 2003. >> 2003. >> Okay. What month? >> October. >> October. So, how old are you? >> 23 >> 22. >> Is that a question? >> I mean, I don't know. I don't really pay attention. >> You don't pay attention to how old you are? >> No. >> Okay. You don't have any ID on you? >> I do, but it's in my car. >> Okay. >> After checking her name in the system, and it returned nothing, the cop then asked her again to provide some information. >> Will you spell your first name for me? >> It's E L I N O. >> Okay. And do you have an ID in the car? Yeah, >> it's in your purse. So, if I bring you your purse, you'll be able to find me an ID. >> Okay. Do I have permission to go in your car to find get your purse? >> Um, yeah. >> Okay. >> No guns, bombs, bazookas in here. >> Oh, okay. >> I left at my dad's house. It was supposed to be in here. I always leave it in here. Like the little one that I carry. >> Okay. So, I'm not finding you in our system. So, I just want to verify. So, your last name is >> is hyphenated. I do have a second last name >> dash it's a Z. >> Yeah. The middle initial is G. Yep. And date of birth is Mhm. Okay. So, with that being done, the captain asked for a field sobriety test, which uh she refused. >> Elizabeth, would you be willing to participate in voluntary standardized field sobriety tests to determine whether or not you're impaired this morning? >> Can you just leave me alone? >> That's I It's a yes or no question. >> I said no. Like, I'm I'm like, you are pissing me off. >> Okay. >> I'm literally so like you're like I'm already having a bad day. >> Okay. You don't you don't need to think that I'm already having a bad day. You don't know what somebody goes through. >> Okay. So just so I'm understanding completely, you do not want to participate in voluntary standardized business. >> I don't want to do anything right now >> except get my car somewhere that's safe because obviously you are on a different level than me. >> I'm not doing I'm not even doing [ __ ] to you. It's not called sobriety. It's not called sobriety. No, it's not cuz I'm already having a bad day. >> What's your What's your address? >> Stop talking to me. >> Can I talk to you? >> What's your address? >> No. >> Stop. Sit down. Perfect. Sit down. >> Can you get away from me? >> Nope. >> Define fields. >> What? >> Define fields. >> Fields. >> Yep. Okay. >> So, I'm going to have you stand up. >> Can you stop touching me? No. >> You don't need to touch me. You're >> under arrest. That's fine. >> You're under arrest. >> He doesn't need to touch me like that. >> He's assisting me taking you into custody. >> Okay. So, can I call somebody for my car? >> Do you have someone that's close by? >> Yes, I do. >> Where? >> Close. >> Where? >> Can you stop? >> Nope. I can't cuz I have to make sure your card go to gets towed. >> Yeah. >> Or not get >> Do you have someone close by that can pick up your car that's sober? >> I did. >> What's their phone number? >> Can I see my phone? >> You can take a seat and then you can direct me on how to get the phone number out of you. >> Did you? Yeah. So the number is Can you call dad? >> So phone number. >> What's dad's name? >> Francisco. >> Who? >> I don't understand why I'm arrested. >> So there's open bottles of alcohol in there. >> But I'm not drunk. >> Okay. The sound of your voice, the slur speech, everything like that. You barely able to walk. He parked in the middle of a road. I have >> It's the fact that he did that. >> Listen. Who did that? Drove your car over there. No. >> No. He He's over here. >> Okay. Whatever. >> So, let me let me explain this. Okay. >> Give me the phone to my dad right now. >> You're not talking to your dad. Okay. So, I'm going to read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. >> Oh, you're going to you're going to read me my randa rights while he's over here acting weird as >> Okay. I have to release you. Okay. So, just give me a minute. That's weird as bro. As a woman, that's weird as we have one investor. >> You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make >> Give me the phone to my dad. >> Okay. >> Do you understand each of these rights? I've just >> having these rights in mind, you still wish still wish to speak with me. >> Not you. >> Not me. >> Okay. >> After this, the cops then put her into the squad car. >> So, we're going to walk over here. Stop touching me. >> Get up. Stop touching me. Why are you touching me? Why are you guys touching me? Why are you guys touching me? >> I'm not touching. >> I don't care. Why are you touching me? >> Is my dad coming the clock? >> Oh, you're going to be aggressive, too. >> Oh, and then you're going to hit me in the face. >> Nobody seat belt. >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> What's your name again? I'm officer drop. >> So, all I'm asking right now is if you want your purse and your phone to go with you or do you want it to stay in the car? >> Go to jail. >> Huh? >> I don't want to go to jail >> right now. We're not going to jail. We're going to my police department so I can run you through some tests. >> But for what? >> For DUI. >> Why? >> You weren't in the driver's seat of a car. Turn the ignition on and you're in the middle of the road. You're driving. >> I'm not talking to you, sir. Thank you. I appreciate you talking, but I'm not talking to you. >> She's super. >> She was about as cooper. It's all unlocked, too. >> Yeah, I know. I can't search it, though. >> You want me to take pictures for you? >> No, I can do it from the outside. >> Taken straight to the station's BAC room. And she wasted no time in spewing out defenses and excuses. >> I am the sergeant. I'm in charge of the cops that are working today. I understand that you've been arrested. They believe you might be DUI. So, we're going to ask you to provide two valid breath samples. >> I wasn't driving. >> Yes, ma'am. Did you get rid of your rights? >> Yeah, but I wasn't driving. >> So, well, >> regardless, I wasn't driving. I was trying to park. >> So, regardless, I wasn't driving. >> Okay. Can may I explain something to you that a lot of folks don't understand to be completely honest. I used to be a traffic cop and did this every single day. So in the state of Washington, they don't care if you're actually literally driving down the road >> or if you're >> I wasn't even driving >> or if you are in a motor vehicle in the driver's seat, keys in the ignition. >> I wasn't >> on the road. >> I wasn't. >> Would you like to exercise your rights? No, I don't about my rights because you guys don't care about my rights. >> I wasn't even driving. >> So, even if you're not driving, >> I wasn't driving, >> Elizabeth. >> Why am I getting pulled over if I wasn't driving? >> Can I explain it to you? >> I wasn't driving. >> Okay. Can I explain it to you? >> No, I wasn't driving. >> But I'm not going to bother explaining it to you. >> There is. >> You're bitter. You're bitter. Well, I I'm actually >> I'm not talking to you. >> We're trying to work with you. [laughter] >> I'm not talking to you either. >> Well, who do you want to talk to? >> I'm not talking to you. >> You have to talk to somebody. >> I'm not talking to you. >> So, I'm trying to explain to you why you're nervous. >> I'm bitter as [ __ ] It's bitter as that I have to go to jail because you guys have nothing else to do during the day when I was doing absolutely nothing. >> Do you want me to do this or you want me to do a warrant? Just go that way. Anyways, >> I'll do this. >> Cool. >> No, you can do it. I I would prefer if you did it, actually. Well, you don't need to tell us. >> Well, I'm not talking to you. >> Well, >> we still got to go through this process, so you have the right to that. Okay. >> Before this starts, because once the machine starts processing and things, there's a time limit to provide breaths to it. If that's not done, it's a refusal. Do you need to use the restroom now? Cuz if so, we want to take care of that now. >> I want to talk to my dad. >> We're not allowed to do that. Yep. So, I'll explain the process to you, right? So, because you're under arrest for an impaired driving offense, >> which I wasn't. >> No, but that's why you're under arrest. It's either DUI or it's physical control of motor vehicle. Those are both impaired driving offenses, which means we have to go through this process. >> Okay, I understand that. But is there any way you can call it? >> We'll get you phone calls when we finish up this whole process. We can't do it before >> before we start this process, which is going to take 10 or 15 minutes. Do you have to go to the bathroom? Okay, let's get that taken care of. >> To no one's surprise, her BAC was30, which is like almost four times the legal limit. >> Because your blood alcohol content is so high, I have to offer you a second test. Would you like to take a second test after a 30-minute wait? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What's that even? >> Do you know what the legal limit is for? Have you ever heard of 0.08? >> Okay, so 0.08 is the legal limit for your blood alcohol content. The per se legal limit >> for when you're driving. [clears throat] You're like almost four times higher than that. You're a 30. Put it this way. I've had probably like 60 or 70 DUIs in my career. This is probably in the top five for how how high your BAC is. Damn, >> it's not a good thing. >> Meanwhile, in the lobby, an officer had met the father who finally revealed her real identity. >> Um, so from what my sergeant was saying, we Who is at home? >> It's Elizabeth. >> Elizabeth is at home. >> Yeah. >> This is why much. >> Okay. So, who's who do we have? >> Ebeth. >> Ebeth. >> She's trying to use I think the sister. a picture on the phone. >> I got a picture of Elizabeth. >> You got a picture of Elizabeth? >> And then so is the last name the same? >> The saying? Yes. The same? Yes. >> So spell the last name for me. >> The last name. Uh >> um >> and then spell the first name for me. >> Uh I bet I B E T H. And what is her date of birth? >> Um, >> okay. Has she are do they look similar? >> No. >> No. >> Who's this on the phone? >> Can you can you talk talk? >> Hi. Um, my dad had called me saying that one of my sisters got arrested. My sister's actually with me. Elizabeth. No, I'm actually Elizabeth. I'm her. I'm not the one in jail. My name is Okay. And what's your date of birth? >> It's going to be >> Okay. Do you know where your sister was last night? >> Absolutely not. And I have no idea why she's using my name or my social. >> Okay. Has she done this before in the past? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Now, we have making false statements to police officers, identity theft on top of the DUI because she's trying to use your name to get out of the DUI. So there's multiple things. So I can't guarantee you that she's going to get released today and maybe go with dad. I can't guarantee you that because right now her odds of that does not look very good. >> So I appreciate you guys calling >> at that point you guys. I just even meant >> Yeah. cuz if you are trying to get into law enforcement and stuff like that, that's going to mess the whole system up. >> Okay. So, I'm going to give phone back to your dad. >> Over at the Holio Police Department, her two sisters, one of them is the true Elizabeth, would come into the station to set the record straight with an officer about dragging Elizabeth's name through the mud to save her own skin. >> Uh name is Jacqueline. What was your name? >> I'm Corey. >> Corey. Nice to meet you, Corey. Um we are new to Holio. We have been here. >> Um, we got a call today. We are from Seattle. We got a call today from my dad and my little brother stating that my sister, >> her name is Cory. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. >> Um, we got a call from my dad today 2 hours ago saying that my sister, this one standing, is in jail right now, currently has a DUI and is going to be in prison. I had no clue what was going on cuz she is asleep right next to me. And I was like, what are we talking about? >> My older sister, she's 22. My older sister is 24. Her name is Ibe. >> Mhm. >> She's using identity fraud. She used my sister's socials, her name, her last name, her birth, >> and stated that that was her when the police were trying to identify her because she doesn't have ID, was drunk, driving, intoxicated, no registration. >> This is not the first time she's >> But the car is under her name. So, the person that sold the car to her did it somehow through the back end. We talked to the police and they said, "You guys are going to have to go to court up here. So, you guys are going to have to come back." Yeah. >> Where are you guys right now? We said Colorado Holy Oak and they said >> you need to get a new ID >> of Colorado >> and you need to change your socials because she is using your identity and it's not the first time it's happened. We don't know what's on her record at this point because there's been multiple incidents, but this is the first one where she's been in trouble and then used her [clears throat] identity to get out of it. >> So, your sister was arrested in Washington under your name, correct? Yes. >> Okay. Do you have do you have an ID on you? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> And we want to press charges and everything because it's >> I do want to press charges because I know this is not the first time but I don't want you know this is going to be the last time for sure. >> Okay. >> And um I spoke to my sister as well the phone and I told her like I just asked her and I have the recording as well and I was like why did you you like why did you using my name? Why did you do it? And she all she had to say was they already caught me. It doesn't matter. and then continues to say, "Oh, [ __ ] up, bitch." And I I recorded it all and I was just like, "Okay." >> Okay. So, here in Colorado, when you use somebody else's identity for um for a benefit to yourself, which means to get out of >> trouble, >> trouble. Um it's a felony charge. Here in Colorado, it's called a criminal impersonation. If they are charging her with that charge, I can't charge her for the same charge for the same incident. So, I will >> as long as someone is charging her with that, then I >> um I will give the liquid police a call and let them know that you contacted me. Um >> the [clears throat] ID, they do need proof of identific. They need proof that we're here, >> but we've only been here for a week. Everything's digital these days and I can send the Lakewood police a report on this and also my body cam footage to prove that she is here and uh they should be able to charge her. In the end, she is charged with seconddegree identity theft, DUI, thirdderee driving while license suspended, and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. Class, we move on to this case now where an evil sister thinks attacking her family and fighting the police won't have any consequences. You're detaining me for what? >> Yeah, for me. No, you're not kidding me. Stop. What? TELL ME WHY YOU'RE DETAINING ME. >> I DON'T. >> YES, you do. What's going on? Please. >> Here's a ride on. >> I don't get that. >> So, we got in a fight last night, like 12 a.m. 1:00 a.m. And I didn't call, but I just left. And when I left, I guess that she threw all my stuff out and let some man steal all my shoes. >> Okay. Who did you get into a fight with? >> My sister. >> Your sister. >> And she's on the lease here. >> Okay. and she just called the cops trying to kick me out like literally a few days ago and then we made up and then >> what's your sister's name? >> My J. >> Well, she's called a couple times. >> Uh, who's Nathaniel? >> No, not Nathaniel. I guess it's a new guy named Nate that I've never met, but my other sister knows, but they don't know where he lives. He dates a girl that she knows all his information, but I don't know where to find him. But I guess that's me, and that took the stuff. >> Okay. And I'm bruised. I have pictures of what she did to me last night. She messed up my room, and all my clothes are dirty. I literally have no clothes. Like this. I left my friend came to pick me up late at night. I have nothing. So, oh my god. Is she still in there? I She might be, >> but I accidentally left my key at my friend's house, so I can't get in. >> So, how did the physical part of this happen? >> I told her we have an elderly dad. We were adopted. I told her we need to have other resources to help us get where we need to go cuz she has a lot of court stuff going on. My other sister, she's pregnant. A lot of court stuff. She needs an ankle monitor, right? And we all depend on him. He's like a single dad. I was like, we need more resources and help other than him. She's like, "No, he'll do anything for me. He'll take me anywhere." I'm like, "Maj, I get that, but like, you know, when he's doing something, he has a life, too. Everyone has lives." That's why the fight started. >> Okay. So, like, >> so what happened after that? Like, how did >> attacked me? Okay. >> Physically attacked me. And then we both went to our rooms. We were both yelling, and then she kicked open my door, ran on me on the bed, the bed moved, the TV broke, we fell, just attacked me. >> So, like she was punching. >> Yeah. Yeah. I have bruises, lumps on my legs. No, but she and she threw me on the um the kitchen floor. She's probably 50 lbs bigger than me. Like I'm not that big. So yeah, I was hurting. I went back and took some medicine and then left. But I want to press charges on that and what do I do about the stealing? After speaking with this victim, the cop then came to deal with her sister. >> 13. >> Yes. Hello. All right. 10. And she came to the back door. >> Can you explain what happened last night? >> Why you guys just now? >> We just got >> from today. >> Me and my sister got into argument, a petty argument. We started fighting. >> She doesn't. >> Did you? >> She's not supposed to live. >> Some guy. >> Sorry. Check out >> like sell all of her stuff. >> No, that's her stuff right there. All her shoes are gone though. >> All her shoes are gone. Yes. Her shoes got stolen. >> Her shoes got stolen. Okay. Do you know by who? I know two pair got stolen by somebody, but just today her shoes were outside and then there was one. >> Okay. Where does she typically stay if she doesn't stay here? >> Her friend's house. >> You know where that is? Who else stays here? Do you Are you the only one who lives here? >> Okay. Why would she stay in here? >> Cuz she has nowhere to go. My dad My dad has a whole house with three with four bedrooms and he doesn't want nobody living with him. >> Okay. But she's been staying You said with Marissa was it? >> No, but with me. But now she's sing with us. So yeah, >> she admitted to having an argument with her sister, but there's still more to that. So the cop then decided to detain her and that's when things got a little bit sour. >> Well, she's alleging a little bit more happened and because of that, okay, I'm just going to have to detain you for right now. Me? >> Yeah. >> You're detaining me for what? >> Yeah, for me. No, you're not. Stop. What? Tell me why you're detaining me. >> I don't. >> Yes, you do. Behind your back. >> Why are you hit me? We both hit each other. Why are you playing? >> Oh my god. 3 on your stomach. Stop. Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, Mr. D too much. Mr. Do too much. Big guy. Aren't you big guy? Aren't you put your hands? >> NO. FOR WHAT? WE NOT GETTING PAID FOR. >> She hit me. >> 05. Besides that on there. >> Hey, why am I being arrested? Not her. She hit me first. Ridiculous. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Back down. [ __ ] your arm. Back up. Get on your side. >> Who needs enemies when you got family like this man? She is nasty boy. But don't worry, it gets worse. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Shut up. You being a cop. You think you're tough. You're not tough. You got a whole man helping me. You're a weak. You just boost your ego. You're a big girl, aren't you? Like, shut the you white. Ain't nobody tough. You're not tough. Give me my shoe. >> Give me my shoe. You know what? >> Keep her there. I'm going to keep driving. >> Get the off. >> Stop. Get the off me like this. >> No. You're going to break my arms. >> You're I'm not. You need to cooperate. >> For what? >> You're under arrest right now. >> For what? >> Well, no. more than missed violence. But >> resisting arrest >> right now. Yeah. >> Can you please get off my arm like that? >> Are you going to cooperate? >> Yes. >> Then get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. >> I can't when you're doing that ugly ass ugly. You look like aing frog. Ug. >> Ugly ass. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. How about to stand up? You think this shit's funny? You're ugly as too. White man. Ugly ass white man. >> You about to arrest black people for no >> relax. >> Shut the up. Don't tell me what to do. You don't know what the happened last night. I'm getting arrested for domestic violence. She put her hands on me first. >> I only know. >> She calls 9:00. >> Yeah, I don't either. So, you can't arrest me without telling me what's happening. The does that make sense? >> Can I have my shoes? >> Yeah, I'll get them before you go anywhere. >> And my phone. >> After securing her in the squad car, the cop then returned to the sister to inform her about what would happen to the woman before anything else. >> So, a little more happened in there. Um, she's under arrest now for multiple things. >> I'm ready to go to the station. Are you cool with sitting over there for a minute? >> Uh, yeah. Will I be after like this calms down? Can I go in and like see my stuff and get my stuff? >> Yeah, if you I'll come over and let you know. >> Thank you. >> I'll be around to California. >> I don't know why I'm being arrested. >> Are you injured? >> Uh I don't know the whole story. So, I'm going to tell you what I what I'm typing here is you're being arrested because you got in a physical fight with your sister caused injuries and then you resisted arrest with us. Which >> show you the picture of what she did to me? You need you need you should have just showed that to the officer before you got all wild and stuff. But yeah, I mean >> being detained. How I'm going to show them I'm being detained. >> I think the problem was and again I wasn't in there but you started backing off and >> Yeah, cuz you want to be arrested for not knowing what they did. That's all illegal. >> I understand. >> Tell me why I'm being arrested. >> Yeah. >> You're being detained for what? Detaining and start to arrest. >> Detain. We are allowed to detain people for an investigation. Yes. And that doesn't necessarily mean you're going to go to jail, but when you do something like that, I mean, you kind of push force our hand a little bit. >> I got scratches. >> Okay, I can get those on my video before we're done here. >> This woman is charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. Moving on to this case now, where a crazy sister had learned a hard lesson after attacking her parents and HER DISABLED BROTHER. AT [screaming] YOU. >> YOU DON'T WANT TO RUN YOUR MOUTH. COPS are [laughter] me. >> NO. WHY? >> On January 24th, 2024, cops get to this residence after a call for domestic battery between a young girl and her family. And here's what happened next. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> WHY? >> What's going on, GUYS? >> LEAVE ME ALONE. [screaming] HERE. >> HEY GUYS, >> what's going on? >> IT'S A PSYCHOTIC ASS PUTTING A MENTAL HOSPITAL. YOU'RE >> RIGHT. Nothing's going on. >> Okay. >> Who's doing what? >> I did it all. >> I don't want TO DEAL WITH Y'ALL. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH Y'ALL. THIS IS THE SAME ASS REPEATED ASS. >> AIN'T NOTHING GOING TO CHANGE. EVERY TIME Y'ALL LEAVE THIS AIN'T nothing new. >> But you won't let you you come back. YOU THREW A TIP >> BECAUSE Y'ALL [screaming] WOULDN'T RUN YOUR ASS. >> PLEASE, step back here so we can talk. Okay. >> Step back here so we can talk. >> BRING THE PROBLEM OUT. >> ALL RIGHT. I'M NOT GOING TO ASK AGAIN. STEP BACK HERE so we can talk. Please. Thank you. >> WHERE'S MY [ __ ] AT? >> A minute in. And I already hate that one. I Let's see what else she has in store for us. >> What's your name? >> First of all, Doesn't matter. None of it matters. >> It matters. >> It doesn't. It really don't. >> You're not. >> How did she get the marks on her? >> Huh? >> How'd she get all the marks and scratches and stuff on her? >> Her beating her. [laughter] >> Her and her brother got into a physical fight down here on the floor. >> Her and her dad. >> She's really old. I'M TIRED. HER DAD GAVE HER A HUG to try TO CALM AND RESTRAIN. Calm and restrain and then that to them to go. >> This isn't me. It's not me. I JUST WANT MY SON. But the problem is if she doesn't like something he says, >> she snaps and she flips. She won't seek mental help. Anytime you guys come ME >> anytime you guys bring me, >> IT'S ALWAYS MY FAULT. NO, SHE'S AN ADULT NOW. SO, I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. >> Who helps? >> So, when her and brother [laughter] got into a fight in >> So, apparently this all started when the girl got into this fight with her brother and then her father tried to restrain her and just calm her down. >> I WANT TO GO. >> WHAT STARTED all of this? >> Him? >> Who is he? >> NO, IT'S HIM. >> IS IT [screaming] YOUR BROTHER? >> I'M TIRED OF THIS. IS HE YOUR BROTHER? IS HE YOUR DAD? IS HE THIS? AND BE THAT I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. >> BUT THE THING IS SHE GETS UPSET. >> And when she gets upset, this is the behavior that she does. >> SHE WANTS ME TO FIGHT IT. And this IS I'M DONE TALKING. I'M DONE EXPLAINING. Listen then. She's doing it pretty good. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'd rather have you. >> I called BECAUSE I AM TIRED. I'M I'm tired of it and I'm scared that it's going to get out of control. >> The only way we're able to help. >> It don't matter. It don't matter. >> It matters. >> So, somebody called the police. So, we're here. >> She wants us to stop fighting. That's why. >> You and your dad. >> Yeah. But maybe you should learn how to respect people. >> Whenever she gets triggered, she is at the point now to where she has no >> she has no coping mechanism. So, she instantly goes off the rails. >> THESE TWO HAVE A very dysfunctional history. and and she is at the point now she doesn't even want her reasons. She's just ready to to go and tell somebody where you live at. >> I say to my grandma I stay in her brother >> and her brother's autistic. Come on, man. No joke. I feel bad for him. This kind of stuff really affects people who are on that spectrum more than I guess a normal person. >> He can't handle this. >> No. And so he started acting out and throwing things and different stuff and that's when you got into the first [laughter] two. >> I assume that she probably bit you on the arm right there. >> Yeah, but you know it's all right. You have a way to get back to your house. >> Yeah, my car. I was trying. >> But I mean the last time you guys were here, not even >> Was that just when you were trying to pull it pull her off of it? >> I was giving her a >> aggressive hug. >> I gave her an aggressive hug trying to calm her down, but I was a little tied up. I didn't want to hurt her or nothing. >> And she bit me at school, but I don't know why she thinks that I'm going to hurt her as her parent. She's always did this. >> Mommy and daddy, calm down. She get me my balls, grab my nut sack, all kind of [ __ ] I'm just trying to >> Hey, the dominant parent calm her down. You know, I'm an abusive person. >> Let's just >> But she won't come unless she she was in her car to leave at one point in time and she could lost her phone cuz she couldn't FIND HER PHONE. >> WELL, MAYBE ABOUT US looking for it. >> You want to run YOUR MOUTH AND BLAME every thing on me and make me A [ __ ] PROBLEM. SO, I'M MAKING ME A REAL PROBLEM. You said that. This is my fault. That's my fault. I'M GOING MAKE IT MY FAULT. IT'S MY FAULT NOW. IT ALWAYS IS. CUZ YOU'LL MAKE IT MY FAULT. AND I GOING TO STOP CUZ Y'ALL RUN AND RUN AND RUN AND RUN, [gasps] some self. [screaming] >> WHY CAN I COME? >> I WANT MY STUFF. I DON'T WANT TO BE TRAPPED IN THIS ROOM. THIS ISN'T MY ROOM. >> UNDERSTAND? >> I DON'T WANT TO BE IN HERE. >> YOU'RE ACTING TOO ERRATIC to go back in the living space. I'm sorry. Okay. >> I JUST WANT MY STUFF. I'm looking FOR MY STUFF. I'VE BEEN TRYING to look for my stuff. CAN I FINISH LOOKING for my stuff? >> You cannot. You're going to stay in this room until they figure what's out. What's going on? Because I'm getting zero information from you. >> Go listen to them. >> I'm not going to do that. I'm going to sit here with you. >> I told you. >> I mean, she comes and goes and there's usually no problems. Run in his mouth and run in his mouth. Run in his mouth. Talk [ __ ] to keep me GOING UNTIL I'M THERE and he's GOT IT BECAUSE I'M ARGUING BACK CUZ WHY [ __ ] TALKING [ __ ] TO ME? BLAMING EVERYTHING ON ME. >> AND THEN MY LITTLE [ __ ] ASS BROTHER WANTS TO COME RUNNING AT ME, JUMPING ON ME, DOING [ __ ] D IS THE BIG BADASS. WHY DO YOU EVEN GOT THIS? YEAH, he comes running on me. >> While she kept on screaming like a banshee, the cops collected all the evidence they needed to take action. He's coming over here hitting me, pushing me, saying he's hugging me, trying to hug me. THAT'S WHAT HE DOES. I LOVE YOU. I love you. I love you. AND IT COMES AND THROWS ME. >> It's [ __ ] [ __ ] >> So, who hit you? >> They all did. >> They all hit you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How did they hit you? >> It's just coming, going, coming, going. >> NO. WHAT THE IS HAPPENING? WHAT THE IS HAPPENING? >> Put your arms up. >> What the is happening? What the is happening? >> You're under arrest for an extra battery. >> Why am I under arrest? Huh? >> Stop resisting. Just calm down. >> It's all going to be okay. >> What is happening TO ME? WHAT IS happening to me? >> What did I do? You're not giving me my reasons. I don't What? You did it. What is my reason? Where's my >> After slapping the cuffs on her, the cops escort her to the squad car. >> WHAT THE WHY ARE YOU GUYS? >> Give me my reasons. You didn't bring me or nothing. She's just under domestic battery at now. >> HE HIT ME. >> HE HIT ME. >> He hit me. >> He hit me. >> I [laughter] just walk INTO MY PHONE. I >> HE HIT ME. What the >> I didn't do anything. I [snorts] didn't do anything. He came to me. He grabbed me. >> Let's go to the second car. I didn't pat you down. >> I'm not pat me down. I'm not doing any of these. Can I have my shoes at least? It's [ __ ] cold. It's [ __ ] cold. I can't. It's cold. >> Ow. It'sing cold. Can you at least loosen this a little bit, please? I'm trying to cooperate with you guys. They're not tight. >> I don't I can't feel my wrist. >> They're not tight. >> I can't feel my wrist. >> Okay. >> Please. Can you >> if you calm down, >> put your legs that way, >> please? Can you just tighten it and loosen it a little bit? Why did you guys arrest me? >> I'll tell you in just a minute. >> No, because I see people getting arrested. You didn't say nothing to me. You didn't read nothing. You didn't tell me my reason. >> Now, are you going to let me loosen them or not? >> What the This is what I'm saying. >> How old are you? >> What the like? This is what I'm saying. You guys always blame me. >> How How old are you? She's 19. >> I'm 19. It's this one, sir. >> Okay. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. I was standing there and they came at me. >> Okay. >> He came at me. >> Okay. >> That's self-defense. >> It's not self-defense or you bite your DAD. I >> HE WAS ON TOP of me. HE HAD TO BE IN A RESTRAINT. I was biting and trying to GET HIM OFF OF ME. How am I supposed to? That's the only way I can get out is inviting me. >> The officers then try to talk some sense into her. >> What? [laughter] Don't put your foot. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just I'm confused. >> Okay. So, as >> I'm confused. >> Just Just listen and let me talk. [laughter] Okay. >> Why did you guys say >> Are you going to let me talk? >> I didn't. >> If you're not going to let me talk, then I'm not going to keep this door open. Okay. Okay. So, the reason that you were arrested is because obviously your brother is autistic. He has special needs. >> He jumped on top of me. I was just trying TO GET HIM OFF OF ME. >> As I said, if you're not going to let me talk, then Okay. Um, so your brother is autistic. He was throwing a fit because you were throwing a fit. Whatever happens, I don't know exactly. Just let me talk. If you interrupt me again, I'm not going to let you talk anymore. Okay. >> All right. So anyways, the reason you were arrested is because your dad was trying to restrain you cuz you were going bat crazy like you were and have been the whole time we've been here. You were going bat crazy and you bit your dad. Okay. So, as they don't want to pursue charges as officers, we have the right to deescalate the situation in domestic battery situations by arresting one party or both. Okay? So, you're being arrested for domestic battery because you need to be out of this house. This situation is only going to escalate if we leave you here. That's That's that. Okay. >> Can I talk now? >> Okay. Yes, you can. >> I I didn't I was standing there. I I told you guys. >> Your dad has a huge mark on his >> I can't I can't show you guys what he was doing. But I >> It sounds like he was restraining me. >> No, he didn't. He He does this thing. He says and says he's restraining me. That's what he tells you guys is that he's restraining me. But his restraint and his is his way of hurting me. He said to me, he's like, "I love you. I love you. I love you." Then he wrapped his hands around me and started squeezing me. And then he picked me up and drops me like through me because my mom seen that he had me. And my mom knows that whenever he starts doing that, I love you. I love you thing. He's really just trying to squeeze the [ __ ] out of me so I can't breathe and choke me out. And so that's why I was biting him and kicking him because as I had him bit, he had me in the middle of the air and dropped me. Okay. All right. So, they're going to keep talking. We're going to figure [snorts] it out. Okay. Right now, this is where you need to be because you couldn't calm down in there. >> In there. I was calm and then you guys just came. >> You were not calm at all. I wasn't doing anything. I was standing. >> I'm not going to do not put your foot in. In the end, she is charged with domestic battery. Thank you so much for watching and chilling with us today. Please don't ever forget to like, hype, and subscribe to the channel.
