You're calling 911. I'm right here. >> Do you call 911 then? >> Yes. I have a police officer in my face saying I'm being trespass trying to bully me. >> Can you stand up for me, please? >> I CAN'T DO THAT. >> YOUR BACK. >> I called the police. >> No, she keeps hurting me. >> Oh, get back. Get back. Get back. Get back. It's wild how some Karens are so convinced they're the victim that they end up calling 911 on themselves without even realizing it. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for some wild cases and cops versus the dumbest Karens who dialed 911 on themselves. Starting with this Florida woman who called 911 for help and uh somehow talked her way into jail. I could put on a uniform and say stupid to people to just make them pop off if that's what's needed. Well, I'm being held for something for nothing. Really? >> Turn around. >> NO, I am not. I >> promise you the next call that you have to come to my house, it's going to be because I'm going to chop them up in pieces. >> I already told you calling 911 doesn't save you from going to jail. >> It's April 12th, 2026 in Florida. Cops get to this residence when a woman called 911 after an argument with her housemate. As they arrived at the scene, they saw the caller standing outside and agitated. Here's what happened next. >> They don't all need to be here if they're only going to be here to stand and shake their heads or say stupid [ __ ] to me because I could do that, too. I could put on a uniform and say stupid [ __ ] to people to just make them pop off if that's what's needed. >> All right. What happened? >> Last night when we left, when we came in the house, the car locked and I said, "You're going to have to get my keys out of the car." Like, you sat there and did something. The car locked. He said, "I could get the keys out of the car in the morning." So then this morning I wake up and I said, "Hey, get the keys out of the car." He says, "You could call the insurance." I said, "I can't call the insurance. The insurance stuff is in the car." I So I said, "You need to get the keys out of the car or call the locksman." He jumps up and he starts hollering and yelling. And I'm of course going to scream at holler back because I'm just a loud person and everybody knows that. So I scream at holler for a second. Then I was like, "You know what? This I went in the house and I locked all the doors all the way around." He yanked this door back open. And when he yanked it open, I push him back out of my room and he knocks me down onto the towel floor. When he comes out here, I reach like this to grab something from him and he says, "That's what you get. You stupid. You You're stupid. You always And I'm not always doing anything. I don't always lock my keys in my car." He did that. >> Okay. Where's he at? >> I don't know. >> So, he came inside. You pushed him back out. >> Yes. >> All right. Then you guys came outside arguing. Arguing. You tried to grab something. He pushed you to the ground. >> Yes. >> All right. Will you fill out an affidav? >> No, I will not. I just want him to stop being stupid. Like that's stupid to keep doing stupid to me. >> And you're not willing to write it on a piece of paper. Correct. >> No, cuz don't nobody want to press charges on him so he could be like it's your fault that I don't have anything. Like no. >> I would like to talk to him if he come back. >> He hung up on me. >> Can you call him back? >> He's not going to answer. He's just going to keep doing the same. >> Please leave your message for >> Can you just give me a cigarette? Oh my god. Like, >> I don't have a cigarette. >> Can you open my car so I could just have a cigarette? >> All right. He's not answering me >> until he does go and do stupid [ __ ] like this. He'll go and disappear. So, I guess it's my fault. >> For some reason, maybe out of frustration or something, she actually demands that the officers take her to jail. >> Take me to jail. >> Well, I would like to talk to him. >> If he was standing here, he could hear that I've told the whole truth. I p I told you I pushed him and then he knocked me down. Please take your message. >> Can you please just open the car so I can have a cigarette? >> Okay. I'm getting ready to get in the other car and drive off if you can't hear me. I need a cigarette. >> You're not free to leave. >> Well, can you open my car so I can have a cigarette? >> No. >> I I'm going to leave too then. He can leave. I can leave. I need a cigarette. >> I want a cigarette. >> So, this is how this is going to work. I'm not obligated to open your car. >> I don't I don't care. I just want a cigarette. >> The entitlement is strong with this one. She basically calls 911 to get a free locksmith service. And that attitude awful. >> You're not getting it right now. >> Well, I'm being held for something for nothing. Really? This is stupid to constantly be told that I'm doing something or causing. But now you're standing here making me cause something cuz I just want to say it. >> Okay. Well, I'm not obligated to open your car right now. >> And I'm not obligated to have to stand here. I haven't done anything. I called for help. >> You just told me you pushed him. Whatever >> because he opened his door. >> No, he didn't open his door. He opened my door. >> And you left the keys in the car. >> Okay. How often does he stay here? >> She explained that the victim lives in the same home, but she didn't want him inside. And that's definitely wrong. So, the officer informs her that the man has a right to enter his own residence. >> No, we cannot. If I if the locks are on the door, you cannot do that. You can't break a door more than what it's already broken. That's so stupid to say. >> All right. Well, you cannot go anywhere. >> Officer Howard, can you please just help me have a cigarette so I don't have to have anything to say back then? >> I do have a piece of candy. >> I don't want that. I need a cigarette. >> You got a cigarette on. >> He's just sitting here with me just to bother me. I just need a cigarette. So then I won't have anything to say to the officer to make me do something and me be doing something wrong. Now, instead of blaming the roommate for her actions, she shifts the blame to the police. >> So, just leave me alone then. If y'all can't help me open the car, just leave me alone. >> Well, I can't do that cuz you told me that you pushed him. Try and call him. >> You I gave you his number. He's not answering. >> Go straight to voicemail. Why is it right now I only have your side of the story and you told me you pushed him? >> Okay, Officer Howard, I didn't push him. I pushed the door open. I pushed the door. There's towels on my door. So, I pushed the door back closed. their towel was at the top of the deal. >> And now she changed the story when a new officer arrived. Sadly for her, this ain't going to change the fact that she already admitted to assaulting the victim several times. After a while, the officer was able to contact the victim to ask him about what had happened. >> She wants you to answer the phone because as of right now, they can't leave me alone because I told them the truth that I pushed you as you're pushing into my room. >> I didn't do anything. >> Hey, it's Deputy Savage with the sheriff's office. You're not in any trouble, man. She told me that she pushed you. Okay. I just need to talk to you so that I can figure out what happened because as of right now, I only have her side of the story. >> I just got out of there because once you get like that, I didn't. All I wanted to do, all I did was go in there to get my phone. But when I tried to go in there to get my phone, like I pushed through the uh the door to get my phone and she came to get my phone. He was started to rush me and start to push me, bite me, and all kind of stuff. And I all I did was grab the phone and she was stalling the door and all that herself. I didn't rush at her. I didn't go towards her. All I did was try to get my phone and leave out. When I left out of the door, I closed the door behind me. She pushed the door back open and she tried to rush and tried to take my phone out. So when knocked my phone on the on the ground, I grabbed my phone >> and then he tripped over that scooter that you see right there head. >> You hit your head or you you said you tripped. >> He's lying. He did not hit his head. I [laughter] >> silly woman just admitted she fell on her own, which is totally different from what she told the other cop earlier that the victim had pushed her. >> And then after that, I just >> Oh, she tripped is what you said. >> Yeah, she tripped over a scooter that and then I I got my phone. I just I I got out of there. >> So, after getting enough statements from the victim, the officer returns to the woman to put her under arrest for domestic battery. >> You have my phone? Yeah, but turn around. >> I'm not Howard. I'm not. >> YOU ARE. >> NO, I AM NOT. >> YES, you are. >> No, I'm not. Officer Howard. >> No, I am not. >> I'm not going to taste Jake. I'm not. >> I am not. That's not fair. No. >> Relax. Let go. Where is giving me cigarettes first? I You are No. DON'T TALK TO ME. >> GET OFF. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT. GET OFF OF ME. >> Give me your hand. >> I cannot. You're on my Can you please get off my chest? >> Give me your hand. >> You're hurting me. Give me your hand. >> You're hurting me. >> Give me your hand. >> Get off of me. >> No. Give me your hand. >> Bring it back. >> Stop. He's on my back. >> STOP. Let me get the dirt off of me. >> Nope. It's too late for that. >> Nope. >> You want to get a wristing card? >> I'm not resisting. Need to stop. >> And if you kicked me, you would get you. You're on my ankle. That's swollen. Clearly, there's a bracelet that Can you take the bracelet off? That hurts. Can you take this off? Ow. >> What if you quit? >> No, you quit. You're not hearing you. >> Roll towards me. >> No. Take this off with your idiot. I told them the truth. >> I mean, the first thing she said to the cop was that she admitted her crime. Maybe she ain't that smart enough to give a coherent lie. >> WHY? >> WHY? WHY? BECAUSE YOU'RE LYING. I asked him to give me my phone. He won't give me my phone. >> What? >> I didn't mean anything to you. Don't lie. Y That's stupid. You going to move yourself. I mean that you're going to make up because you're with him. >> Stop. >> You stop. Can you please take this off of me? >> No. >> I was leaning against the >> I DON'T HAVE A BRA or anything on. >> Okay. And I don't know that. >> You do know that. You can see my grand for real. >> You stop. GET THE OFF OF ME. You're pulling my pants down. >> Stop. >> If you hit one of >> YOU'RE PULLING MY PANTS DOWN. >> IT'S not going to go well. >> I don't give A [ __ ] GET OFF of me. >> Get in a car. >> STOP. YOU DON'T HAVE TO JERK ANYBODY AROUND. Y'ALL CAN DRAG ME AROUND. GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME. >> Get in the car. >> I HAND WHEN I'M DONE. IF YOU TOUCH ME, I'm going to kick her. Let go of me. >> Why you SO DIFFICULT? >> BECAUSE I JUST NEED I'm not kicking her. >> So you can lie if you want to. >> Move your leg or I'm breaking it. >> If you break my leg, I'm going to charge you. >> Go ahead. >> Y'all you stupid piece of [ __ ] That's [ __ ] YOU KNOW THAT. YOU'RE NOT TALKING TO ME. THAT'S [ __ ] I AM IN CHARGE. YOU DIDN'T ASK ME IF I NEED TO GO TO EMS. MY HEAD WAS BUSTED ON CEMENT ANTILE. YOU DIDN'T ASK ME THAT. YOU DIDN'T ASK ME THAT. WHEN YOU CAME UP, THERE WAS DIRT DOWN MY BACK. YOU DIDN'T ASK ME. YOU DIDN'T ASK ME THAT. >> GET IN the car. >> Give me my phone. I need to unlock it. >> You want me to bring her mom over here? >> SHE CAN'T WALK. SHE'S GOT NO FEET. CAN YOU please just let me do the phone? TAKE THE PASSWORD OFF SO SHE CAN OPEN IT. >> NO, you don't get a phone call to take it. >> I'M NOT ASKING YOU FOR A PHONE CALL. I SAID TAKE THE PASSWORD OFF SO SHE CAN OPEN IT. >> How do I do that? >> I HAVE TO TOUCH IT. YOU [ __ ] idiot. >> Well, if you keep talking to me like that, I'm just going to >> WELL, WHY ARE YOU SITTING LOOKING AT ME LIKE YOU'RE CONFUSED? IF YOU'RE CONFUSED AS A DAMN CHILD, YOU SHOULDN'T BE WEARING A BADGE. IF I CAN'T USE MY HAND, HOW AM I GOING TO OPEN THE PHONE? >> I don't know. How are you? >> Get the out of my face. >> Move your leg. >> GET THE OUT OF MY FACE. >> Move your leg. >> You're idiot. YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT. YOU LOOK LIKE a child, [ __ ] >> Charming. I can see why her housemate leaves the house and doesn't want to answer his phone. >> After I asked for EMS ON THE PHONE, THEY ASKED ME THAT. And you DIDN'T ASK ME [ __ ] NOR DID THEY COME. >> IF you asked on the phone, they would have been here. >> I DID ASK ON THE PHONE. I WANT THE EMF. I WAS PUSHED AND SHOVED ON MY HEAD TWICE. I HIT MY HEAD ON CEMENT AND CONCRETE and that scooter that didn't. >> Okay. >> Can you please turn the air on? >> What? YOUR HEAD'S HURTING YOU? >> YES. I NEED THE AIR ON. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO YOU OTHER THAN EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASKED ME TO DO. TURN THE AIR ON. THIS TIME I'MMA SUE FRU, Y'ALL. You and >> this time I'll get a lawyer because this time it is wrong. I should have went on and let y'all tase me again. Then I would have really had wrong. But you can go ahead and make the wrong call. Stupid piece of you. I tried to go back. You can't go anywhere. Now you put me in handcuffs. You are full of [ __ ] Do you have kids? Mother, do you want right done by your kids or family? I push him to get him out. I pushed him off of me. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD YOU. I PUSHED HIM OFF OF ME. Take me to jail so I can get done. >> I thought you wanted EMS. >> I do, but they could do it there. I am hot. This is not comfortable. Get me WHERE I NEED TO GO TO. >> NOPE. I'm waiting on the ambulance >> and then I'm not getting back in the car with you. I will request for somebody else. >> Okay, whatever you say. As EMS checks on her, she's just as entitled and rude to them as she was with the police. Eventually, she lets him transport her to the hospital. After getting cleared, she's taken to jail. And on the way, she continues yapping non-stop. >> Are you listening to me? >> I am, but I'm I'm not going to speak to you anymore. >> So, why why can't you answer me? Why am I going to jail? Don't tell her. I'm hurting. I called and now I'm arrested. >> Calling 911 doesn't save you from going to jail. >> I told you what I did. I pushed it TO PROTECT MYSELF. I GUESS it was just easier for you to jump on my back instead of go. So what the was the purpose of taking me there? >> You asked to go there >> and then they you told me that they don't have to do anything for me. So what was the purpose? Y'all, it's not right to people bad days. You could have had you could have let me go back to also to put on a shirt. >> Don't do that. >> Stop. All I asked for was a cigarette. >> IF YOU BREAK THAT >> ALL I asked for was a CIGARETTE. >> STOP. >> ALL I ASKED FOR WAS a cigarette. >> Well, you're not getting one. >> STOP. >> ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A CIGARETTE AND CALLED FOR HELP. AND THIS IS WHAT I GET. >> If you spit on me, >> I didn't spit on you. >> Well, you just spit. >> I didn't spit on you. SO, STOP LYING. I DIDN'T SPIT ON YOU. YOU COULD go ahead make it another charge. I'M GOING TO MAKE IT ANOTHER CHURCH CUZ THAT'S WHAT I COULD DO. I COULD SIT AND [ __ ] PEOPLE AND ADD CHARGE AFTER AD CHURCH AFTER ADD CHURCH AFTER THEY JUST CALLED FORING OUT. YOU CAN STILL hear me. >> I know I can't, but you can't spit on me anymore. >> I DIDN'T SPIT ON YOU THE FIRST TIME. >> I DIDN'T SAY YOU DID. >> YES, you did. If you're saying you can't spit on me anymore, that means that it's happened prior. Everybody, >> you did just spit. It's right there on my part. >> I didn't spit on you. How am I being arrested because I pushed him off of me? I'm asking you a question so I know the proper law that this is a situation arising. You can't explain to me the proper the proper law and you here you are with me and handcuffs ruining my life overing call to help me. I was the caller. I was the one in need of help. >> I already told you calling 911 doesn't save you from going to jail. I >> promise you the next call that you have to come to my house it's going to be because okay I'm going to kill him. I'mma chop them up into pieces and then you can come get them. >> Well, I never worked that area so they probably never see me again. >> Can you hurry up so that somebody can give me some Tylenol or something for my >> Well, if you quit screaming probably >> I'm not screaming. I'm talking [ __ ] ass [ __ ] You only do that because you have handcuffs on >> 67. Have you been here before? >> You know damn well I've been here before. >> Just asking cuz Jill staff's going to ask. In the end, she's charged with simple domestic battery, resisting without violence, battery on a Leo, and threats to Leos. Her bond was set at 4,000, which she later posted. She initially plead not guilty to all charges. The court later granted a defense motion modifying her bond condition to allow nonviolent contact with the victim. Let's move on to this case where a woman called the cops on the cops. >> You're calling 911. I'm right here. >> Do you call 911 then? Yes, I have a police officer in my face saying I'm being trespassed. I think he's trying to bully me. >> Welcome to April 8th, 2026. Cops get a call about a woman loitering outside a bookstore. After getting trespass warnings from the police, she allegedly peed on the public sidewalk as she walked away. And half an hour later, the responding officer spotted her at a nearby gas station, which she'd also trespassed upon. And here's what happened next. Ma'am, >> you can't be here. >> It's the same thing as the other time. You're sitting here loitering in front of the store. Okay. >> You just urinated on the sidewalk. >> So, based on those actions, you're going to be trespassed from here. >> Sir, can you call upon me officer? >> Ma'am, I am trespassing you from the property. >> I'm record. >> You have to leave the property or you're going to be on Earth. You are annoying. >> Okay, you just peed on the sidewalk in front of everyone. >> Which one? >> It's all on camera. >> As the officer is talking to her, she decides the best thing to do is to call 911. That's what we call a stable genius. But hey, I mean, she beat on the sidewalk. What are you expecting? >> You're calling 911. I'm right here. >> If you call 911, >> Bravo 5 just 14. The female outlet's calling 911 in case you receive a call. You're calling 911 for no reason. What are you calling 911 for? Call the sheriff officers right now >> cuz now you're resisting arrest too. So you're going to get another charge if you don't stop. Stop pulling away. >> I got you. >> Call the sheriffs. You're not even a boy beach. Police skinny >> lady. Any police station would do the same thing if you kept acting like that. Anyway, she demanded the supervisor. So the cop humored her by calling one. >> Call a sheriff. We're not calling the sheriff's. Okay, ma'am. I've told you that multiple times. >> I told you four times that you were trespassing. You urinated on this. I gave you a warning. I let you go after urinating. Okay. You'll you'll see the cell in a little bit. >> Is it? Look, let me tell you one thing. >> Call the sheriff's office. >> All right. And then you can pray for me. >> Don't spin on it. >> A supervisor. Okay. >> Do you want to talk to a supervisor? All right. Keep your mother hands off me before I blow your flag. Crackhead. >> After a while, the sergeant gets here to speak to her just like she wanted. But we all know her only intention is to waste their time. >> How can I help you, ma'am? Who are you? >> You requested a supervisor, right? >> And where are you from? Mo Beach. >> Beach police. >> Yes. I'd like to speak with the sheriff office. >> We're not the sheriff's office. You're dealing with Beach Police Department. >> Okay. So, they asked for me to leave from Barnes & Noble. >> Okay. >> I left from Barnes & Noble and I came over here to charge my phone. Okay. And then for whatevering reason they were over here and they didn't even ask me to leave. They were asking me about drugs. >> Are you sure about that? >> I'm not. >> You're not what? >> I'm not sure about drugs cuz I don't use drugs. >> I didn't ask about drugs. Are you sure that they didn't ask you to leave multiple times? >> No, they didn't not ask me from leave from the premises. >> You understand that everything that we do is recorded, right? >> Premises. What are you booking me for? >> Trespassing. >> Trespassing where? >> On the property that I trust. >> What property? >> Trespassing. >> Boy Beach is not a premise. Are you slow or are you on crack? Is it you are a running joke? Like Boon Beach is not a premise. You don't even have an address to trespass and you still had to call the sheriff. Boy Beach does not have a jail. So like what the [cough] you don't have a premise. Actually, you do have a phone. >> Where? >> You don't even have a phone. You have nowhere to contact Britney. Oh, lordy. You don't have 24 hours. What's his name? Drago from Is that your [ __ ] That's not even you. That's weird. That's Are you fly? No. What the is he going to take me to the Boy Beach Police cell? >> In the end, she's charged with trespassing after warning, misuse of 911, and criminal mischief. Moving on to this case where an ex-girlfriend called the cops to play victim. WHAT I DO? CAN >> YOU STAND UP FOR ME, PLEASE? I CAN'T DO THAT. HANDS behind your back. >> I'm on my way. I'm all >> I called the police. >> It's January 19th, 2022. Cops get to this residence regarding a woman who claims that she'd been assaulted. Here's what happened next. >> Hi, ma'am. He had a come house to try to clean and stuff. The lady drunk and high off >> and stuff. I'm on the phone talking to my sister on the phone cuz she called me wishing me happy birthday. She's not on the phone now. That was the police. So the lady comes in the room going like this >> with the freaking blade. She walking out the house still trying to attack me with a knife. So I call the police trying to follow her, but the girlfriend, his daughter told her to get into her boyfriend's vehicle and that go vehicle right there. >> Where? >> Is that Is that the police or >> That's us. >> Huh? >> That's us. >> That's her. >> That's us. >> Oh, okay. >> Ma'am, do you know who that was? >> Huh? >> Do you know who this person was? >> What? >> Do you know who this was? >> Do I know her address? >> No. Do you know who it was? I've seen her plenty of times coming to buy him and the lady pushed the bedroom door open and she was like, "I'll kill you. I'll kill you." And I was like, "You're going to jail. I'm calling the police." >> Do not do that. That's >> so like she >> whatever. You wasn't here, sir. >> You were in the house. >> I live here. >> Okay, don't worry about it. Let's Let's just hear you with him. >> Norm, let's just talk. >> Whatever. Y'all can be against me here all y'all want to. I was trying to be I was about to be attacked by a freaking box her freaking hair. >> Ain't nobody saying nothing to you. Oh my god. >> Who wasn't here? >> With the woman yelling at the man instead of talking to the officer, there's no way the cops can take her statement. So, they try to direct her attention back toward him. >> Okay, listen. They're not handling this. You're talking to us. All right, you understand? They weren't here when it happened either. And if he wasn't here, we'll get to that. Do you understand you're here to talk to us? Cuz if you're not going to talk to us, we'll leave. Okay. Talk to us. Not him. >> How far was she from you? >> She was like >> as far as I am from you. >> She was like She was like right here. Okay. >> And I'm right here by the window, but she's going like this. >> Okay. What prevented her from hitting you? >> Huh? >> What prevented her from hitting you? Um I when I got off the phone calling the police the night. >> So she was threatening you. She didn't actually try to hit swinging at me. >> Okay. But she never actually tried to hit you. >> No, she never she never even touched me. >> She could have hit you if she wanted to. Right. >> What? >> She could have hit you with the knife. >> You have to, right? She could have hit you, >> but she didn't. >> No, I didn't video it. >> Huh? >> Did you think she was actually going to cut you? >> Of course. THE THE LADY'S DRUNK and >> Okay. You were in fear? >> Yes. >> Okay. You didn't get any videos? Yeah. I don't There's no cameras. >> I just have a old video of her boyfriend being up. >> No, no, it's not. It has nothing to do with this. We're talking about what happened today. There's no video cameras inside the house. No. >> No. Okay. All right. Well, just give us a minute. Okay. >> If it didn't happen. >> No. Yeah. If you could just stand over there. >> Just stand over there in the shade for me for a couple minutes. >> So, the woman thinks she gave quite a solid story, but uh her boyfriend, however, said otherwise. What he's about to reveal will turn this case into a really complicated one. very blatant argument is very she's been here since when she moved in here she moved in just for temporary papa because her sister stayed here she kicked out she came over here I said well I your police for temporary she cannot send your mail here cuz I know how people play my people mad at me >> I I filed an injunction then when I did file an injunction >> against her >> yeah the cops didn't come >> how long was that >> right here >> and it wasn't served >> it was never served here because she wasn't never here. >> Do you know the lady that came in? >> That's what I got. That's corrupted lady. >> No, that's my my god sister Tiffany. >> The one that was here. >> She said she did something man. You see her mean you she voice that she don't have no phone on her body. >> Is that who she's referring? >> Yeah. Tiff. She better. She's not kid. >> You see? Look. You see? She's like she >> come really and all that somebody got a knife. She me >> that's why I hit them from why she can't tell you a knife right now because they all hit. >> Oh, so Tiffany didn't leave with your daughter. >> No, she didn't leave with her daughter too. >> And how long has she lived with you? >> Who? Huh? >> Yes. >> About 2 months and a half on and off because she's been vapor at it. You getting rid of her and she coming back on. She been a damn sight about about a month. The only reason why I felt bad about her because when she left she left normal. >> Mhm. Then when she came at you mess >> okay >> she was up and she didn't have nobody to help her. So my only my heart my heart miss so my only heart was to open the door for her to let her back in to try to help her get back stay because I did call to get get some help for her and that that wasn't the type of help I was looking for her to get. >> How did you guys meet? >> We had spoke together and that was it. She was her friend I talked to with her boo. Now she come back over here. She moved in [ __ ] She get a address mail here from cash app then that's how she stay. She's smart. She's smart to do some dumb [ __ ] like that. But you know, I told her not to do this. I found out this had the first time she did this. She did this several times other different times and occasions. >> As the cops are speaking to this man, the woman keeps on yelling at the conversation and despite warnings, she refuses. >> Ignore. >> She's not. She obviously doesn't understand what I'm telling her. So, which isn't isn't voting. >> Ma'am, he ain't register. >> Ma'am, stand over there. >> I don't care. Do you understand me? I don't care. Did I already tell you to sit down and mind your business? Did there was there something you did not stop talking? I don't care. Stop talking. Is there something you not understand about the fact I said, "Let me come and talk to you when we're ready." I don't care. >> You see it? It won't be stop. >> That same thing she doing at >> Yeah, I know. >> Okay. He might attack me and I >> No, listen. He might have thought everything that was coming out of your mouth was a lie. We're going to hear your stuff. We're going to hear his side. We'll make our decision. Do you understand me? Do you Everything is being recorded. Do you understand? >> She's talking to another guy in my bedroom. In my bed. >> Have you guys had any relationship at all? >> No. I hid a couple times, you know. But like that ain't nothing. >> So you So you weren't here for anybody any any knives, any swinging, anything. You don't know anything about that, right? >> I was here. There was no >> But there was none. All right. Cool. The reason for that because she know that's her ammo and that's what we if she was a grabbing knife or something she know we're going to tell her and her usually time it'd be her the one grabbing knives. >> So the cops later ran a background check and found that the injunction he'd filed against her had been dropped because he failed to attend that Zoom hearing. However, they also find out the woman was under a strict no contact order with this man and that was enough for the officers to take her into custody. Ma'am, please. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Can you stand up for me, PLEASE? >> WHAT DID I DO? >> CAN YOU STAND UP FOR ME, PLEASE? >> I DIDN'T DO THAT. >> Hands behind your back. >> I'm going to make my own. >> Ma'am, your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU'RE NOT PUT YOUR HANDS BACK. >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. I WAS ABOUT TO BE [screaming] SPRAYING. Do you want me to spray? Put your hand. >> No. Stop it. No, we're not doing this. We're not doing this. Do not bring your Bring your hand your hands out. I'm going to spray you. Just bring your hands out. Bring your hands out. >> Don't wear bite. >> Back off and I will explain everything later. >> Back up. >> I'm back up. But I need to see the phone. >> I called the police. >> You got my sister on. >> Stop resisting us. Stop resisting us. Get her hands. Get her hand. >> Thank you. Get her. I didn't do that. >> Stand up. >> After getting her in handcuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car and took her to the station. >> I'll put the AC on. >> Get in. >> I didn't do this. >> Get in. >> Get in the car. I'll turn the AC on. >> Listen. >> Take us in. Get in. >> Just sit down. You're going to make this easier on everybody. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do nothing. We're going to do this event. >> You promise to tell your sister what you're being arrested for? >> You want me to tell her? >> I called her. >> I called my sister. I was on the phone with my sister when THAT LADY TRIED TO ATTACK ME. >> She's not I'm asking. She's not wanting me to tell you why she's being arrested. So, >> you'll have to look up Look out for booking stuff. Okay. >> What did she do? >> Get her to the station. We'll meet you there. >> Wow. God don't like ugly. It's my birthday and I got to go through this. Only God knows. I'm not lying. Only he knows. He knows what's good and what's bad. And he knows I'm a good person and he's a evil spirited nasty controlling using man. [laughter] >> We're going to arrest you for pre-trial release. violation of pre-trial release. Okay. >> No, I was on probation violation. I I I got bonded out for my probation violation violation. >> I don't know what that is about, but this is a different charge. [clears throat] >> Okay. You start that again. I'm going to pepper spray you. >> I don't care about that. >> You will. It sucks. I've had it done straight in my eyes. It's horrible. Now, please stop. Please don't [clears throat] do that. Don't hit your head [screaming] for no reason. >> So, while on the way there, the woman gets all overwhelmed with stress and confusion, slowly getting more and more distressed until 311 out. I'll be pulling over on the exit 25. Hey, get me rescue 1018, please. She seems I saw that. Let's see if we can get her out on the route around. coming up. Hey, hang on. We got you. We're here. We're here. Relax. That's real, >> huh? >> It's real. >> Yeah. Step it up. >> She's got a pulse. >> Yep. Still see you breathing. I see her pulse on her neck. >> Yeah. >> Very threat. Can I get the AED out just in case? >> Hey. Wow. That's the first time someone actually has a seizure instead of faking it. Holy moly. >> She sees it again. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Let me roll it back down. I can just breathe the handcuffs right now. >> Yeah, cuz at least the handcuffs are keeping her arms still here. >> Right here. Right here. >> Right here. >> It's okay. >> Second round. Start seizing again. At least the handcuffs are keep arms flailing around. You okay? >> I got a pulse. >> Okay. Can we go left side recovery? >> Yeah. It's on the hang cover if we can. Got it. >> Yeah. Go again. >> Just get one off. >> That's one. All right. Cool. Roll her back over there. >> We still got that. >> Okay. Now, let's Anytime we roll her on our side, she starts seizing. >> All right. Arms tens up. Yep. Here comes another one. I lost going nuts in the back. >> Yagal breathing. >> I got pulse. I got it. You got it. You got it. >> Left side. Left side. >> Let's get this on. >> It is safe to touch the if needed. Again, CPR for help with CPR. Press the flash. >> Hey, there you are. Hey, >> we got medical on the way. Hey, open your eyes and look at me. I see 15 seconds analysis will resume. >> Another seizure. >> Was this four? >> Three or four? >> I think we're up to five now. >> We're right here. paramedics >> and a video paramedics. >> So, the no contact order originated from a felony battery she'd committed against the man. And during her arrest, she also bit one of the officers middle fingers. Fortunately, it didn't cause any serious injuries. After getting medically cleared, she was taken to jail and charged with battery on a Leo, resisting without violence, violation of pre-trial release, probation violation, and violation of a pre-trial release condition for domestic violence. Let's move on to this case where police get kicked in the face by the one who called 911. >> No, she [ __ ] hurt in the car. >> Oh, get back. Get back. Get back. Get back. On June 15th, 2022, cops respond to a 911 from a woman distraught over a custody battle for her son. Now, here's what happened next. >> Worse, I'm >> not trying to. This is [ __ ] up. It's okay. And it's okay. >> But I don't need this [ __ ] right now. am I am for a reason. >> What is your name? >> Hold on. >> The woman goes in the house and then back outside and then slams the door again. And since she keeps on going back inside the house, the cops prevent her now from doing so. >> Do you need another eye to open up so you can see? >> Yeah. >> Can you be wearing some special stuff? I just need to like I'm not >> That's a charming woman. Can't imagine why she doesn't have custody of her kid. Who's hurting you? >> He just did over here. >> Him. >> You pushed me hard. I'm talking to you. >> Back up and you won't get pushed again. Back up. >> I'm talking to Don't talk to me like that. And don't talk to me again. Oh, cuz you have authority. Cuz you have eyelashes. Let's go talk about your backup. Let's go find who you are and your name is Deputy Deleó with the Indian River County Sheriff's Office. That is exactly who I am. >> Thank you. Okay. And if you run up on me one more time, you're going to get pushed a lot harder. Do you understand? >> I never touched you. >> By the way, you want to figure out what's going on with your son or notice you need help figuring out what's going on? >> Do you understand? >> Do you need help? >> BACK UP YOUR [ __ ] RIGHT NOW. I I saw it. >> Okay, I'm okay. >> You okay? You sure >> now? You just caught a felony >> for what? >> For kicking her in the face. >> I never kick her in the face. >> You did? >> You okay? >> I watched you do it. >> It's all on video. >> It's all on video. >> We wear cameras. Do you want to get it checked out? >> Huh? >> So, do you want to get it checked out? >> No. >> You sure? >> Yeah. You turn around and say, "Hey, your name is what?" I have a position. I can't even breathe upon my I can't breathe upon my chest. I have not seen my son. I told everybody and guess what? Ask your copy and I'm not a [ __ ] cop. Let's see every time that you're missing what they did. Let's see. >> This woman's charged with battery on an officer. Moving on to this case now where an HOA calls 911 on her new neighbor and gets arrested instead. >> The big issue we have here is number one, why would you go into somebody's home and confront them like that? >> Number two, >> wasn't thinking straight. >> And number two, do you think it is all right to grab somebody in their in their own home on her deck like that? It's September 27th, 2025. Cops get to suburbia after an HOA Karen illegally enters her neighbor's house and it grabs the owner's arm. Wow. What happened next? >> Let me Let me tell you real quick. You want to get there? >> That won't allow me to >> What's that? Hey, ma'am. Come here. I got to >> Hold on. I got to We got to talk to you. So, you can't take a walk over here. Come here, ma'am. Ma'am, I'm talking to you. Come here. I'm telling you. Just sit tight here for a second. Okay. Can you tell me what's going on? Why are we here? >> Because they're provoking me. That's >> what What does that mean? What does provoking mean? >> Hold on. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> You're make they want to make me the bad guy. >> I'm So I'm I'm talking to you and you are not free to leave. Okay. So, you can't walk away from me when I'm trying to investigate if a crime occurred in my house. >> No, we are here right now. So, you chose to walk over here. >> Mhm. I am now addressing you out here. Okay. >> Okay. Fine. >> So, can you tell me what happened? >> Right. >> Last Sunday between 4:30 and 5:30, they were making this obnoxious noise. As you can see, my deck is straight earsh. >> Where do you Where do you live? >> I live right there. >> What's What number? What house number? >> 56. >> So 56. And they live over here. So, a couple hundred feet away, >> I guess. I don't know. >> Sure. Okay. So, what happened on Sunday? I came over and told them that there were some rules in the association about making that noise. They said, "You're new here. You don't know what you're talking about. We've been here 30 years." Basically, they could do whatever they wanted. They continued. >> Okay. >> Sounds like a typical HOA who overestimated her fake authority. Let's see what else she has to say. >> I even with my windows closed, I could hear that machine. >> Sure. This is all on Sunday. Sunday night, >> right? [snorts] Dinner time. Can't be out on the deck. >> Okay. >> Continued all day Monday, even as late as 7:00. >> Part of the day Tuesday. On Tuesday, we had a board meeting. I spoke to the president of our board. Told him about this. I asked him, "What could I do >> on a Sunday evening like that?" He said, "Call the police." Well, that was not something I wanted to do. Okay. So when they started up again Sunday at 5. Now does that sound like they were intentionally trying to aggravate me? I think so. I came over to talk to her. She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Let's slow down. So what do you mean when you came over? You talked to her. >> She was on her deck. >> Okay. >> Making noise. >> Where did you go? >> On this side of the deck fence. >> Okay. >> I said, "Can you turn that off? Can I talk to you?" >> Did you go inside her house? >> No, not at that point. I was trying to talk to her. >> So you you were talking essentially outside where we were originally. Okay. Then what happened after? >> She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Okay. >> She completely ignored me. Pretended I wasn't there. >> I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine. >> What do you mean you went onto the deck? How did you get into the deck? >> There's an opening right in front of those. >> So there's a door to the to the unit. >> No, there's How You ask your companion how he got on the deck. There's a gate in front of the door to the house. Okay. There's a gate onto the deck. I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine to get her to stop and listen to me. >> She started yelling, "Don't touch me. Don't touch me." >> Mhm. >> The dog was barking at the door. The inside door was open. I knocked knock. There was somebody sitting in there. She saw me. I knocked knock again. She ignored me. I opened the door. I don't remember if I walked in. I said, "Can I talk to you?" Something like that. And then she started screaming at me. So, I came out and I called you folks. And I went over there to tell them I'm so upset. I went over there to tell them that the president of the association told me I should call the police and I did not want to do that. Okay, that's why I went over there. But here we are anyway. >> When you're grabbing the leaf blower. >> Ah, so the machine she's talking about is a leaf blower being used as late as 700 p.m. Madness. An HOA Karen. Really? Nothing better to do than piss people off. Did you just grab the leaf blower? Did you grab her? >> I had no idea. I was so annoyed and aggravated. >> So you were grabbing something? >> I was trying to get her. >> Do you remember if you grabbed anything though? Like did you physically hang on to something? >> I touched something. I didn't. >> So, you did grasp at something is is what you're saying. You grab >> I tried to. I don't think I actually grabbed anything though. >> Do you remember grabbing her arm at all to prevent her from trying to blow >> the leaf blower? >> She was pointing it at me. So, I may have done that. >> She was starting to point it at me. >> Well, there is a mark on her arm. >> Okay, then I guess I grabbed her arm. >> So, you grabbed her arm. Okay. >> With my finger. The big issue we have here is number one, why would you go into somebody's home and confront them like that? >> Number two, >> she wasn't thinking straight. >> And number two, do you think it is all right to grab somebody in their in their own home on her deck like that? >> As I said, I wasn't thinking straight. >> I'm I'm just asking. Do you think that's okay? >> I think if somebody's ignoring >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Do you think it's okay? >> I did not go over there with the intention of grabbing her. >> But you came over there to confront her about the leaf blowing. You You didn't >> I went over to tell them I didn't want to call the police. >> Okay. And then what happened? But you said after she ignored you, >> stop and listen to me. >> But then you went onto her deck onto her private property. I did. >> So does that kind of does that make that okay? Where are we going? Where are we going? We aren't going anywhere. I am stopping to talk to you and I said you cannot leave because we are past the point here right now. >> I confess. I confess. I went up on her deck. I tried to grab something to get her to stop making noise and listen to me. If I grabbed her arm, I grabbed her arm. >> You can't do that. >> Okay. I can't do it. >> You absolutely cannot do that. >> Fine. I agree. I can't do it. >> Absolutely. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. I'm going to need your basic information. Okay. The 95. >> It's a good cop. Takes control of someone who thinks they're in control. Doesn't let her talk in circles. Does a phenomenal job respecting rights, investigating, gathering evidence. And with enough evidence, he's going to arrest her. >> Let me get her info first. Okay. >> So, I did have a conversation. Not right now. >> How do you spell your last name? Um, after talking to her, she did admit to going onto her property and attempting to stop her. She did say that she grabbed onto something and she did acknowledge that she obviously entered her property without that consent. So, you do understand that you can't do that regardless, right? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, you committed a battery. Okay. >> And criminal trespass. >> And criminal trespass to you cannot grab somebody. >> Okay. Fine. >> And you can't touch anybody. >> I got it. >> You do got that. Okay. >> If your hands behind your back, you are under arrest. Okay, >> for heaven's sakes, >> we are past this point, ma'am. Okay, >> well, they must be loving this. >> Okay, >> will just a moment. My husband has >> Is he home? >> Okay. Is he home? >> He is home. >> You won't be gone very long regardless cuz you're going to have to come back. We're not You're not being held in jail, okay? You're going to get your charges, your documentation, and then you're going to go to your court date. I can walk better if you both want to go. >> That's fine. I'm just guiding you, ma'am. >> Thank you. >> I'm glad to see you're making light of all this, especially when we're trying to reiterate what you did is obviously not okay. You should call 911 regardless of what's going on. You aren't the police.
