You got to listen. >> We've been doing >> walk out of the store. You're going TO JAIL. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> Looks like some people came with excuses, attitudes, and plenty of demands. Well, unfortunately for them, they ran into some cops who weren't interested in arguing and weren't about to bend those rules. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. These are the times when some nononsense cops lay down the law with dumb cars. Starting off with this dude who has a interesting way to protest against an anti-abortion demonstration. >> All right. Look it up. Nope. >> It's not legal. >> But it's $45. Sending it $45. I'll tell you 45 >> Plaza of the Americas. >> Yeah. Someone is currently stealing my property. >> My name is Ian. >> Oh, he's got a weapon. He's got a knife. He's got a knife. >> Back the up. >> You can't take >> Yeah. Hi. I'm at Turlington Plaza and someone's stealing my property and he has a knife. >> I prefer to break the law because it's not a egalitarian laws. or not lost. >> Freedom of speech. >> Um, >> yes, he is. >> I I'm just going to I'm just going to take this. >> I'm sorry. Y'all got a bunch. >> Um, no. But he does have the knife out. It looks like there might be blood on the knife in threatening anyone. I'm not trying to hurt anyone. I'm just taking >> I have He's He just put my property into his vehicle. >> I can give you a plate number if you want it. >> Thank you for the presser. >> Uh, he's wearing a red shirt and he's wearing blue jeans. >> Sure. Oh, the irony. Nothing says standing up against fascism and authoritarianism like trying to silence and use violence against the people you disagree with. >> Hey, officer. How are you? >> Good. Did you call? >> Yeah, I'm the only one. >> Are you injured at all? >> No. Yeah, we had a guy come through. Um, took one of our signs. Uh we're here with the anti group on display. Um he walked through here and took the sign and loaded it into his vehicle and then he kind of like followed from a little distance and then we turned around and he had a knife um hang out of his pocket. Looked like there was blood or I don't know strawberries used or something. >> Take the knife out. He threatened to >> He never took it out but it was fairly menacing looking. >> Yeah, it was like it's like a pocket knife but it was folded out. So the blade was like facing out so he could have grabbed it at some point. I have pictures and then obviously I have video of it too. >> Okay. All right. Save all that. Let me let me take a picture of it. >> Hi, my name is JJ. I'm part of the event support team. So, I'm here to work the event over there. We're part of a team that just helps to provide calm, purpose setting, making sure everybody has their first amendment rights available to them. We went to help provide support and offer the student, you know, options not to steal property. Um, I did try to remove the sign from him while he was talking to Jacob at one point. He did grab the sign back from me and try to hit me. um so did attempt violence, but I stepped back at that point and just I asked everybody to clear his car in case he used that, but we just let him. >> Yeah. Quick access to that or no >> possibly. I have the GoPro app. Sometimes it works on his other throw it on my computer. I got my computer over there. I can throw my micro SD card in my computer and you guys can watch it over there if you want to do that. >> Yeah, that might that might be helpful. >> We'll find you when we want you to come ride the skate. Thank you. >> He's the same guy that we are dealing with on Tuesday. No, Monday. That sounds like a skateboarder guy that ever dealt with one. >> I had a report the other day from the same group. >> What was the name of your skate? >> Sorry. >> The name of the skateboarder. Um, >> do you remember? Did you Did you see the skate? Yeah. You talked to the guy, right? >> Yeah. >> Was it this guy? Was that your skateboarder? >> That looks pretty close. >> Well, that's the guy whose car is registered to. >> What's that? >> Is that the guy who's >> Okay. But that's the skate that's the guy from yours from the other day, right? You're saying >> run his tag real quick. Apparently the guy's over at >> the guy drove over to Charlington. >> Yeah, I guess he's over there talking with people about his that >> apparently our suspect had a long history of causing problems. And this isn't the last either. Once again, he appears ready to cause even more trouble, but this time he drags another one with him. Stop this person being attacked. >> I'M DOING get off of him. YOU GOT INVOLVED. >> GET OFF YOU crazy mother. What the IS WRONG WITH YOU? OH MY GOD. Are you insane? Are you insane? >> Are you behind my back? >> Are you kidding me? These people are allowed to exist here. The student on this campus. >> It's a peaceful protest. >> It's a peaceful protest. We're allowed to exist. You're defending people who come here and harass people. It says actual [ __ ] students. Roll over this way. Insane. Insane. My car is right here. >> All right, we're going to walk towards this car. Okay. You >> all right? They arrested me. I don't know what for. I have not been mirandized, y'all. >> Haven't asked you any questions either yet. >> I hope you feel really proud of yourself. I hope you started the line. >> I hope you feel really awesome right now. >> Proud of you. >> Thank you. >> Where are they being? >> Literally protesting on campus. protesting people that aren't students that don't go here that are to show up on campus. We're not allowed to show up at signs on property that we own. We own this property. This is public property. Oh my god. >> I know duty and practices. Don't kill me. >> Do you have any weapons on >> I I think I have like a phone. Y'all can reach into my pockets. Just get whatever the you want. I don't care. Y'all are armed. I'm not. I I own like knives and stuff. I don't give you consent to get to hold on to that, but um or anything. I don't believe you consent to hold on to anything. >> Okay. Okay. Yes, sir. Whatever the >> I don't know. I'll stop. >> All right. Put your hand. >> Am I under arrest? Officer male. You need to answer me right now. Am I under arrest? Am I under arrest? >> You are under arrest. >> Under arrest >> for what? Tell me what I'm under arrest for. >> Battery on law enforcement. >> Battery on law enforcement officer for stopping you from harassing my friend. for illegally arresting a student on campus. >> He's doing a show. >> Yeah, he's got the Vict. >> So, he's the 32 suspect in the theft and then she battered him. >> Yeah, I he was trying to >> I battered him after he was trying to get him to walk ground. Is that what happened? >> Then he pulled away resisted getting in, jumped on. >> There's lots of videos of what happened. That's awesome evidence. >> Oh, good. Great. >> So, >> yes, sir. Can you loosen the cops? They're too sight. >> Yep. Step out real quick. Okay. Okay. My cop is stand right there probably no idea. >> Yeah, I battered you. >> Is that right? >> I don't know what Staten Island is. >> You're not even in badge. How the am I supposed to know if you're a officer, idiot? >> I was a witness. He started. >> Thank you. >> Contact the wage and hour division for all the crimes here, too. >> You don't know. Can you mirandize me? Do you know your job? >> No, they don't. >> They just show up and harass students. Protect crystal fascists. Can you mirandize me? I've been arrested. Do it. You have to do it. I can't sue you for it. That's illegal. >> You said you're taking both of them, right? >> If the the show is confirmed with >> He confirmed it, >> then yes. >> Okay. >> He's He is the 32. She is the 29 on me. And I'm going to put the 29 on him because he put me in the headline. So, >> can you turn around for me, please? You got anything in your pock pockets that are sharp? No. Officer, why are my friends in danger when that man isn't? >> Because these love to harass people for no >> This girl apparently is the president of the labor union. The abortion sign that the dude stole was from Created Equal, a nonprofit anti-abortion organization, which was valued at around $120. Uh, speaking of the dude, I >> be Mirandized. What am I under arrest for? I don't know. Should Should I be silent? Do I have the right to mail remain silent? Can anything that I say be used against me? I'll not know the four prongs. I didn't do none. What the you arresting me for? I don't even know. >> Um, what is being charged for? >> The trouble with battery of an officer. >> What are they charging for? >> Um, I don't think they said yet. I think they're disposing it illegally. Oh, yeah. Definitely going. Do >> you need your stuff? >> Um, just take my stuff on the other car. >> Watch your head going in. Go pee first. >> Well, hold on. [music] >> Cuz it's her property. It has to go with her. >> That officer that she wants her to take it. >> Yeah, she gave it off to me. >> That officer was right there. >> Let me confirm it with her. >> All right. >> Um, very quickly, do you know what the uh the white male is being arrested for? >> Uh, I have to confirm something with Tesla. >> Could you confirm it, please? >> All right. >> Does she say that? Okay. >> The phone. >> Do I have a rights here? Can Can someone explain to me my rights? Can I have a lawyer? I'd love a LAWYER RIGHT NOW. LAWYER. [screaming] LAWYER. I WANT A LAWYER AND THEY'RE NOT GIVING ME A LAWYER. I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD BE SILENT CUZ I'M a fool and I'm just an average person that you're supposed to. I don't What THE SILENT? WHAT'S A SILENT? Are y'all going to tase me for speaking? I don't know. Can you talk to me? Let's play a game. Oh, hey, Mr. Computer. That's probably recording. Hey, Mr. Computer. Oh, hey, sir. Hey, future judge. What the going on? I haven't been mirandized. I don't know what I'm under arrest for. >> Well, that checked out. He is a fool. And that girl also a fool. He stole property and harassed people he disagreed with. She interfered with police work and assaulted him. And now both want to act like some victims. You got to love the entitlement. >> So, what happened when you tried to date? >> So, I went up to him and uh I was like, "Hey, man." Cuz he was turning around cuz he was holding this big black sign. >> I was like, "Hey, man." and and he turns around and I'm like uh I grabbed his arm and I pulled my shirt up and I'm like detective with the University of Florida and then he uh goes away. He's like, "I don't believe you." And I was like, "Look right here. I got a gun and badge." And then he starts pulling away. He's like, "No, that's a fake badge. I don't believe you." I was like, "Okay, well, if you come with me, I'll be able to show all your cred all my credentials and verify who I am." Um and he's like, "No." Pulls away from me. I grab one. That's when she comes up, grabs me, pulls me around. I'm showing her my badge and don't touch me on fire and then the whole thing escalated from there. That's when you really >> So you asked me earlier. So your your male friend is theft. >> Theft? >> Yes. He committed a crime over there >> and then I guess he came back here which is why the plane closed officer went to speak to him about it and then that's when that happened. >> Okay. >> Um and then for the female it would be >> battery on Leo on police law enforcement. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. I think you all have followed proper procedure in my arrest. Can I be mirandized? Can you explain what I'm under arrest for? Can I have a lawyer? >> Request. Okay. So, you are under arrest. >> Okay. >> Let me figure this out and I will explain everything to you. Okay. >> Can I >> Sir, are you state, local, or federal? >> You're state. >> Okay. State. Okay. Okay. That's good. That's good. Good. So, I can know I can appeal to federal. Okay. >> Someone stole a sign last week, too. So, figured and it was the same guy. He said he even said it was said I did this last week. I was like, "But does it make it okay?" I >> I think the other officer is actually primary on the call >> cuz this guy was on a skateboard last week. And it was the same guy that took the sign he wrote on a skateboard down uh uh stadium right down here and then they stopped him and he did it back. >> Um why are you turning off the computer? I don't want you to turn off the computer. >> I don't want you to turn off the computer. I'd like this to be recorded. >> This doesn't control the recording. >> Okay. So, am I being recorded? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He just kept trying to give us money. We just kept being like, "I'll figure the $25 for like the like the misdemeanor text." He's like, "I think it's worth 39." I was like, "They don't want money. They want their sign back. Just give them their sign. This is" And he was like, "I'll give you money." And I was like, "Who wants money? Give us the sign." So he and that's when I was like, he was talking to to Jacob at one point. I just went to get it. And that's when he like went for me. And I was like, "All right, you're not going to see reason. >> I'm going to sit back." >> Yeah. I've been a first responder before, so I kind of know when people are in crisis and when they're making choices. So, it's not a person choice. >> Yes. >> This dude is charged with felony robbery and resisting with violence. And the girl was charged with felony aggravated battery on a Leo, resisting with violence and resisting also without violence. He pled no contest to the charges and got 24 months of probation. However, just 7 months later, he would violate that probation after failing a field sobriety test. And during that incident, he would also admit to consuming elicit narcotics. He later pled not guilty to the DUI charges and requested bond, but the judge denied his request. Moving on to this case now, where two women think they can just walk away after assaulting people. >> I JUST TOLD Y >> I TOLD y'all not to leave. Y'all don't listen till y'all GOING TO JAIL. >> WHY WE GOING TO JAIL? >> CUZ I JUST TOLD Y'ALL NOT TO LEAVE. WHAT'S wrong with y'all? Welcome to July 18th, 2025, and cops get to a nightclub on reports that two women attacked another customer and then stabbed her in the back with a high heel. Ow. God. Here's what happened next when the cops try to separate the victim from the two suspects. >> I'm not You took it out. You took it out. >> She hit me first. She hit me first. What the? My nails is broken. She hit me first. Why would you stop her? >> Listen, listen, listen, listen. Come here. Come here. >> YouTube, why did I stop? >> YouTube, get out the elevator. Get out the elevator. >> Why didn't you tell us? >> I never told you to come inside. >> YOU'RE BEING A BULLY FOR NO REASON. YOU STARTED FOR no reason. She's a bully for no reason. >> Bully for no reason. What a chaotic scene. There is just too much for this lone officer to handle. He needs some backup. And as he tries to control the scene, the two suspects try to leave through the stairwell. >> Stairwell elevator. >> She said that something happened to her. We're going to figure that out. Okay. >> For no reason. >> Bro, I'm a black woman. Why? >> It doesn't matter. >> I'm not getting out of your seat in a throw. Come back. >> Come back here. Come back. >> Go through the door. Go through the door. Go through the door. Yo, I'm fighting a girl. I HAVEN'T FOUND A GIRL in years. in years. I'm older. Yo, why? I'm fighting [ __ ] The girl picked on me for no reason. >> I told her to stay right here. Y'all don't want to listen. >> We're trying to get in the elevator. >> Okay, you guys are not free to leave. I already told y'all that. >> She attacked me first. >> Okay. And we're going to figure it out. >> Okay. >> I have two females walking away from me. The injured female is upstairs. She has like a superficial wound to her back. >> I got a hand. or what? >> Make sure them two don't leave black and pink. >> So, the cop leaves the backup to deal with the two women and returns to the club to check on the victim. >> Do you let them go? >> Did you really let them go, sir? >> You have any empty service? >> Yeah, they're coming. >> I'm going to one second. Did you let them go? >> No, I did not. You can hang up the phone now. >> Have a seat right here. Have a seat right here. >> Have a seat right here. >> Let me see. Lift up Lift up the Can I see it? >> Fueled by alcohol and stupidity, these two suspects decided the best way out of this situation was to make a run for it. >> I just told y >> y'all going to jail. Come on. >> WHY ARE WE GOING TO JAIL? >> I JUST TOLD Y'ALL NOT TO LEAVE. WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER? >> WHY? WHY WOULD they do anything? >> Cuz I told God not to leave. I don't listen. >> Why did you try to walk AWAY THOUGH WHEN I told you? >> Yeah, but I just told you that though. I just told you that. >> I'm going to jail for no reason. My mother to run. I told you that >> because she put her hands on me for no reason. >> Okay. And I told you was going to figure it out. >> It doesn't matter. We told you last week. Where the other girl? Tell the other girl. Come on. AK go to church everything. So what the >> okay girl put her hand up. >> You know what's funny? >> I I knew it was you really >> and I'm like, "Oh, it's Thursday. You got to be working. Look, stupid." >> With that all being done, the cops then returned to treat the injured woman. And after that, one officer comes upstairs to get statements from security guards. >> Me because I was sitting there. I feel the air. I know she could have killed me if she got my lung. >> We're worried about your injury right now. Not get the story in a little bit. >> The start attack me because I was seated at the chair and then I turned around and attacked me and I didn't want to hit him back. >> Are you guys Are you guys related to her? >> Okay. So, step over there. >> Well, I didn't physically see what happened, but it was over a seat. >> Over seat. Okay. But both push them first aggressive, but I just seen both of them together. >> It was mutual. Both of them squared [snorts] up and they got into a wine glass. She fell on top of a wine glass. >> They got tied up. She fell. They fell and drowned. >> You guys don't know what seat was seat. >> Are they assigned seats or >> No, it's assigned seat. So they can >> they don't know who was on the seat first. >> I have zero. >> As for the victim, she and another witness gave a really different story. They said it wasn't a wine glass, but instead would claim that she was stabbed with a high heel. >> No, she hit him with a heel. She >> That's not what they're saying up there. >> Yeah, they're not going to say that, but she has her heels off in her >> Yeah. Some girl stabbed us. >> You're good. You were telling me you wanted >> I told you we're trying to figure it out and you didn't want to stay. You decided to run away. I don't know where you thought you was running to. The lady's going to the hospital. I don't know what happened, but you didn't want to stay around and tell me. So now this is what we're dealing with. I never said you were going to jail. >> But you're saying that they hit you with a heel. Do you know who was holding the heel? >> The one with the shorter hair. >> Shorter hair. What was she wearing? You know, >> black. Not in a long dress. Not a long dress. study. >> Now, she's saying she isn't the instigator. While her friend is in the bathroom taking selfies, she would save her seat. But when the other woman sat down and told her the seat was taken, the woman responded, >> bonded. >> She's like, "I don't give a [ __ ] at my friend." And then once I got him to befriend my friend, she fell into something. I don't know if he was or what how else could she get? I understand your story, but this is why you're in the back of a police car. You started to run away. I still don't understand where you were running to. >> It's just It's not crazy. It's not crazy. Do you think it's crazy that someone's in the trauma unit right now? Do you think that's crazy? It's not crazy. That's very serious. >> You're 100% right about us. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's That's resisting. That's resisting without violence. >> I've never had my handcuffs in my life. I don't know what to do in these type of situations. What can I do? Are the handcuffs still on? >> Are you Jamaican? >> I'm not Jamaican. >> I have no idea. But do not pee in the car. Okay. >> Is busy. >> I don't even know how much. Do we have to say hiccups? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Until we figure out what's happening. Who is Matt to you guys? Your friend just invited us >> like a promoter or something. What is he? >> He's I don't know. He's just our friend that invited us to come. You have the same pink the pink phone. >> Yeah. >> And now the >> After reviewing security footage, the cop found out that the victim didn't fall onto a wine glass nor get struck with a high heel. Looks like it was a martini glass. >> It wasn't a wine glass. It was like that martini. >> Okay. A martini glass. >> You'll see right here in the corner. This is the one that hit this grill here. We definitely see that she's leading without a doubt. >> That's him. >> Oh, Matt is that guy. >> Yes. Matt money is what he goes by. He knows a lot of people. I cleaned up the mess and the piece of glass that felt like it kind of showed you. >> Oh, look. >> You have some blood. >> Does that look good to you? That looks red. >> I mean, I couldn't tell you like which girl or girls, but I like saw like the glass in the hand and her like >> miss. >> Yeah. But it happened like really fast. Well, it was um but there's video and on the video all you see is your friend attacking her. >> Girls fell on the floor. >> Okay. >> So, when she was on the floor, she must have got punched. >> Maybe you don't remember, but in the video >> I remember. I'm perfectly safe. >> You do try to go back for your friend, but you also throw punches. >> But I'm grabbing my friend. >> But you're throwing punches at the same time. >> Just here to let you know you're getting arrested. You're getting charged for that, which is battery. And you're getting charged for leaving after locking you to stand by and sit down there. Okay. It's >> not us. We didn't do this. Yeah. If I said she told you she want to stay home, you say, "Hey, no, let's go out." Sometimes you got to listen to that. >> The girl in black is charged with aggravated battery and resisting arrest, while the girl in pink got some battery and resisting arrest. Moving on to this case now, where a woman thinks she can just walk away after crashing into a store. What about put your backpack on, man? You almost killed that homeless lady. >> Where did What did she [laughter] look? Who's the driver? >> Is it A IT'S A GIRL. >> IT'S A GIRL, but she jumped in with a >> She jumped in. What car? >> Some dude was trying to She >> Which way did she go? >> This guy told the city. Where did she go? >> She car and this guy told the city. >> What car did she get into? >> This guy. She went through this car. Yeah, I got it. >> Hey, I'll tell you this. I seen a line 100. >> Hey, she left in a vehicle >> through my window. I thought I'm watching the vehicle. >> She crashed into the plant. She keep going. >> It's a male driver, right? >> There's [snorts] a homeless lady here just one minute ago. >> One guy with a black eye >> over there. Like I was trying to get a picture and he was like, "What the is you doing?" And I was like, you know, but this guy got the the tag. >> Okay. We just jump in the car and come up with a >> suit, but the girl was >> wearing a dress. >> Hey, you know the sad part? I mean, the lucky part, the lady just slept there one minute ago. I thought she was still here sleeping, screaming there. There's a homeless lady under there. Her wheel was rubbing. I thought the lady died. She's still rubbing her wheel. I'm screaming, "Get out the I literally I'm the one that got out of the car thing, guys." Yelling, "Okay, crazy up." She's going to reverse and pull out. and she hit the tree. That's when she knows she ain't going. >> After talking with witnesses, the cops quickly located the suspects. >> How you doing? >> What's up, guys? How you doing? >> Good. How you doing, brother? >> Good. Good. Got your driver license insurance? >> You guys got your IDs? Got your ID with you, man? >> I have my >> Okay, that's perfect. Just put your hands Put your hands right there on the dashboard. Okay. Everybody put their hands on the on the steering wheel. Okay. A little bit. I'm going to ask you to step out. Just kind of step with your hands up and I'll remove it for you. Okay. The passenger has a firearm is and it's in his white ra. I'm going to take him out real quick. Okay. >> The cops instructed them to step out of the car. Step out. You might want to take your seat belt off your seat. Leave all that in there. Take your foot back off. >> Keep my hands right. >> I know. I'm opening it for you. Okay. >> Just step out. Step out. >> Can you reach out? Can you reach over to get my seat belt >> for right here? >> Oh, yeah. My fire's right there. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Can you reach over and get my seat belt? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> No, sir. Do you have anything? >> After securing all the occupants in this car, the cop began the investigation. The other guy, the guy in the white, he went helped her with her stuff out of the car and told her to go to his car and let her in. So, he should go. Did they give a description of her clothing or anything? >> No, I think all they said was like that way to go that way and just put her on the ground. >> Yeah. >> Is that her? >> Um, it's a white Oh, if Oh, yeah, that is her. Yes, it is. Yes, that's definitely 100% her. That's the girl in the dress. Oh my god, that's so sad. >> All right, stand up real quick. Back. We'll let you know everything that's going on now. Okay, you're a big boy, so I'll put two of these on you. Okay. I mean, you sure have more or less of an idea, right? >> No, I don't know. I know. Look, we just this girl for a ride. I seen the accident. We was like, are you the person that had this accident? She told her that the guy she was driving would have accident. So, she told me to give her a ride toward you knew she was involved in an accident. Why would you you know like [laughter] you know you putting yourself in a position you know in a very bad position on that man you know she told you I was involved in an accident you [clears throat] know >> she look she never told her that she was in an accident except when she was all right >> so my stuff is in that car >> stuff is in that car? >> Yeah. Do you want to >> I just met them today and then I also have like a luggage. >> You got all of that in that car? >> Yeah, cuz I was transferring to another hotel. >> Oh, okay. >> I just met them today. So, I don't know. Like, I don't really trust them that >> you trust them not to be driving around. >> I mean, I called an Uber, but they were like, "Oh, we can drive you." >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. Right. Let's jump into a stranger's car after causing an accident. What's the worst thing that could happen? The police might have just saved her from a really dangerous situation. >> Why don't you take your pocket? I'm going to do a complete complete search on you. Okay. >> No problem. >> You got no weapon, nothing like that. Right. Sure. No. No, no baggies, nothing crazy, right? >> No, sir. >> All right, man. Look, listen. Unfortunately, this chick was involved in an accident. He fled the scene of a of a of an accident that caused a lot of damage. Dude, I'm sure you saw the accident. >> But but bro, >> I'm sure you saw the accident. >> Yeah, sir. I don't got nothing to do with me though. >> I know what I'm saying. >> I've asked you. Okay. I asked you. Is there anything on you that be honest with me, man? And now you're with me. So now we're going to have a different conversation. >> Yes, sir. >> So now I'm going ask you again. Is there anything else? >> No, sir. >> So you're willing to risk everything for this little [ __ ] For that little bit of freaking >> No, sir. >> Now I'm going to ask you again. Is there anything else? >> No, sir. >> You sure? >> Well, you think I was going to find it? That's how you sweating. You nervous? >> Let me ask you this, sir. Would you let my friend Dominique bring the car? Unfortunately not. Since it's a it's a rental car and you are under the rental agreement before I wanted you gave her a ride. You knew she was in an accident. You told me. >> No. She She told me she wasn't in. >> You just told me like 5 seconds ago, dude. Come on. >> Exactly what I told you, son. She told me. >> You sure you got nothing in your crotch? You know I let you know when we get over there. It's a felony. You know that, right? >> I'm fine. I don't have anything. >> So you didn't know she got into an accident? >> No. She told me that someone was driving. freaking gloves. >> She didn't I didn't know she had an accident at all. >> Hey, Nick, hurry up and bail me out right now, bro. >> This is crazy. >> All right. >> How you doing, Mr. T? >> How you doing, man? Dominic. >> Yeah. Give me a good >> You guys are not going to jail, so don't don't worry. You guys ain't going to be putting handcuffs at the after. >> They're involved in a crime, so they're going to go to jail. They're going to be at TGK. >> All right. Your boy and the female. Um the firearm, we're going to impound it at a police station. It comes back clean. It doesn't come back stolen, nothing of that sort. We're going to impound it. Um, and he can get it tomorrow morning. Okay. Simple as that. All right. You okay with that? >> Yeah. >> You know, he knows what he did. He's a big boy and so and so is the girl, man. Don't go now. He's not going to be there now. Go like at like 3:00 4 in the morning cuz that's probably when he'll be there. >> To be honest, man, it's just better to run to the jail and give him the cash. >> He's not going to go straight to the jail now, though. That's the thing. So, you're going to be wasting your time if you try to do that. I'm going to give you the case number, right? >> The crash caused an estimated $5,000 in damage. In the end, she was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, while this man got charged with felony accessory after the fact. Moving on to this case now, where an entitled duo gets humbled by cops. >> Get out of the store. We didn't do anything. >> Walk out of the store, you're going to jail. Last warning. >> SHE LET US IN. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? IT IS MARCH 8TH, 2026, and cops get to a Papa John's after two customers cause some problems after placing an order 2 minutes before closing time. Douchebags. Here's what happened next. >> Get out of the store. >> We didn't do anything. >> Walk out of the store. You're going to jail. Last warning. >> Out of the store. >> It's open. LOOK AT THE WALK OUT. LOOK AT THE WALK OUT. YEAH. Walk out. SHE LET US IN. >> LET ME IN. >> SHE LET US IN. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? GET OFF. GET OFF. BRO, SHE LET ME IN. Give me the channel. >> She literally let me in. >> She let me in. >> Bro, bro, what? On the ground, bro. >> Stay with them. Stay with them. >> What are you doing? >> Lay on your stomach, bro. What are you, Bro? Get on your >> Bro, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> REASON. >> BRO, >> did you get off on this? >> Bro, you're going to jail. Dude, going to jail. >> No, I'm not. I DIDN'T DO [ __ ] >> BRO. STAY. SEE, >> BRO. If you don't put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. >> STOP. >> I CAN'T BEND THAT WAY. >> STAY WITH THEM. >> Who's with you? >> Nobody. >> Just keep on. >> You know, we feel sorry for the workers and police officers who have to deal with these dirt bags. Everybody who's been in this business knows what kind of attitude you're getting when you place an order right at closing time. and their behavior toward the cops was like totally unacceptable. Sadly for them though, they're dealing with a nononsense officer. >> Stay with me. >> Stop. You're hurting me. >> Well, you shouldn't resist. >> I'm not resisting. You're hurting me. >> Well, I told you put your HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> STOP TALKING OVER ME. >> I CAN'T BEND THAT WAY. >> I didn't even do anything. >> Hey, just chill. >> You're hurting. Sorry. >> You're hurting me. >> Hey, go inside. Go inside with >> Stop talking. >> Why am I STOP TALKING IF I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING? >> WELL, figure it out. >> I'M TELLING YOU WHAT. >> HEY, >> I DON'T CARE. >> You're in. Quiet. >> You don't care. BUT YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, RIGHT? >> Can I talk to an officer that cares? There. There's two of them in there. Garrett's got him. >> You got multiple car, >> bro. I'm telling you what happened. >> I I gave you THE OPPORTUNITY TO WALK OUT. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. >> I TOLD YOU. >> Get up against the car. >> Bro, can I tell y'all what happened? >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Relax. >> Do you have anything on you? If you have anything on you, it's an extra charge and you go to the jail. It's a first-degree felony. >> For what? >> For what? >> Got any punishment? >> You have to tell me. For what? >> Going to jail for jail for trespassing and resisting. That's right. >> Take a seat. >> Y'all are wrong. >> Take a seat in the club. >> Y'all are wrong. Y'all are >> all the way in. Or you going in disorderly? She's going >> She's going disorderly anyways. >> How can she tell me I can't be in there? But I order food. >> All right. >> How can she tell me I can't be in there? >> I order food. >> It's a business. They can tell you where they want. >> That's true. Under Florida law, remaining on property after being warranted to leave can constitute trespassing, which is generally a first-degree misdemeanor. >> You okay? >> We just have a serious legal issue here that we have called and whatnot. I'm the only person here right now. >> Whose vehicle is this? >> It's mine and my husband's right. >> Who's your husband? >> Okay. Well, he's going to jail for resisting and trespassing. Yeah, I told him to leave the property. He told me no. It doesn't matter. When, listen to me. When a private business asks somebody to leave, I show up, tell him to leave, and he tells me no, he goes to jail. I try to take him to jail, then he wants to fight. So, now he's going to jail for two charges. Okay? So, you need to figure out a way to get home. A person can't go into the store and order a pizza and she lets me in and now I'm in handcuffs. >> Going to jail for trespassing and resist. >> I didn't trespass anything. She didn't trespass me, sir. >> I did. >> You did not. You did not. You did not. >> You did not. >> He threw me on the ground. I didn't even get to speak. I didn't get to speak. And he threw me on the ground. I didn't even get to speak. just step over. >> As that's happening, a cop inside is talking to an employee about what had happened. >> They had called my store at about 1 12:58 a.m. asking me, "Can we place an order?" And I said, "Unfortunately, I am about to close and I am already backed up. I'm not allowed to take your order." And before I had even been able to hang up the phone, it had hung up on its own. And as soon as that happened, they came walking up to the door. I thought that they were just here to pick up another order. So, I let them in. And as soon as they let them in, the first thing they said was, "Oh, so you're going to hang up on them. >> You can't trespass a person that you willingly let in the store. >> I can give you this card to come back tomorrow for the inconvenience, but as of right now, there is nothing I can do for you. >> Why am I getting arrested for getting a pizza? >> Have no idea." >> That's when they started getting really loud and they were like just trying to convince me. A lot of what they were saying is alert. >> But how am I trespassing if I never got witnessed with any trespassing notice? >> If they were if you were told to leave and you didn't >> They didn't tell me to leave. They didn't tell me to leave. >> Did you ask them to leave at all? >> Uh yes, multiple times. >> I've estimated how many times? Like did you say please leave? >> At least 20 times. >> You're supposed to care about the citizens. >> You literally just said it's away from here. >> I'm not the one charging you. I'm literally just giving you a ride. I am your Uber. >> But you're not my Uber. >> You're not. You're more than an Uber. You're supposed to stand for the law. >> And what I'm telling you is not standing for the law. And you're still going for it. >> I'm going to tell you right now, if you don't chill the hell out, you're going to end up going disorderly. And that's going to be worse. >> Disorderly. How? For speaking my peace. For speaking my mind, I'm going to go for disorderly. For freedom of speech, I'm going to go for disorderly. Please tell me I'm going for disorderly for speaking my mind. Please tell me that because I will get my lawyer in here real quick. Please tell me I'm getting in trouble for speaking my mind. Please tell me that. Please tell me that. >> Well, it turns out his lawyer is actually a public defender >> because I will get my lawyer. I know his number by heart. So, please tell me I'm getting in trouble for speaking my mind. Please tell me that. Please tell me that. Pretty sure yelling at the back of the squad car counts as disorderly conduct in Florida. But IDK, the term for that in Florida is quite broad. I'm so disappointed at the justice system right now. I'm I'm so disappointed, bro. You guys are arresting a person for getting his food at 12:00 at night. What did I do wrong? >> What did I do wrong? Tell me what I did wrong. Please tell me what I did wrong. Welcome to the real world. >> No, it's not the real world. You get offered into a pizza place to order pizza and they get told it's closed. >> Why are you leaving and you don't? And then >> but when you get led in, what's the reason of getting led in if I can't order? >> It's irrelevant. Doesn't matter. Jail. Well, welcome to jail. >> It's human decency. >> Welcome to jail. >> It's human decency. >> I hope you enjoy your stay. >> They were both charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. Moving on to this case now where a man learns a very hard lesson after threatening a police officer. >> Back off. I don't trust you. I want >> Well, I mean, but I was struggling. >> Okay, then I'll have 10 more officers to show up. >> Well, I could shove it down to pull the trigger. But >> you see all these officers? You still want to fight me? >> It is March 27th, 2026 in Washington. Cops get a disturbance call to this local bar after a drunk customer harassed people passing by and refused to leave. What is going on? >> Hello, sir. >> How's it going? >> I'm officer Hong. >> Yes. >> H like what? Like a word? >> Just Just Hong >> H. Hong Kong. >> Yes, that's my last name. >> I like Hong. >> Oh, thank you. >> I got friends. >> What's going on today? >> Oh, I was meeting my son. My dad just took out cuz he were coming. >> Oh, okay. >> Stupid girl. So this is her private property and I think it sounds like they've asked her to leave. >> Well, she doesn't own the bar so she can't. >> This is their property. >> Yeah. But >> so they're asking you to leave. >> So >> I think for Nell, they just want you to leave, but if you continue to refuse, they're going to trespass you and at that point for trespassing. >> Well, yeah, but I know the guy works here. >> Well, that's not the point right now. >> Well, I mean, what if it's my boss? >> If you know him, then you can give him a call personally. He's in there >> later on. >> I just had a conversation. She gave me syrup. >> Okay. So, you need to leave. >> Well, I want to understand why. >> If they decide to trespass you and if you still refuse to leave, I'm going to take you to jail. >> Well, you can't until >> Yes, I can. >> Why? >> Well, no, you can't. >> Looks like I can. >> Well, you can try. >> That's what the law says. >> Well, I mean, but I was strong. >> Okay, then I'll have 10 more officers to show up. >> Well, I could shove it down sugar. >> Is that a threat? That's just a >> uh this subject is threatening to uh take my gun and [ __ ] me in the throat. Can I get more officers here? >> I've just said it. I didn't threat. >> Some people really work their asses off to get their way into jail. That's one of the most aggressive threats I've ever heard on a body cam. And he still thinks it's not a threat. What a silly guy. >> So, sounds like you're getting trespassed. I'm giving you the trespass notice now. >> Okay. >> So, now you can go. >> I will. >> No. Meaning now. Grab your stuff and go. >> Okay. >> I don't trust you. >> No. No. I want you over there. >> Nope. >> That's not gonna happen. >> That's not going to happen. >> Respect my wishes. >> Please grab your stuff and go. >> I want respect. I'm a commanding officer. I own this full town. I'm the mayor. >> I'm Charles. >> You don't have problems in this town. If I can have I can have I can actually kill you and everybody here. this. >> What's your name? >> I don't hang out with morons. >> What is your name? >> I don't have to tell you. >> You know what's funny? Notice how he immediately began packing his things after hearing the sirens. If he's so afraid of getting arrested, he should have left from the beginning. But who knows? Just Baker him after all. Or wait, no. This is Washington, not Florida. >> I'm the richest man in the world. >> Okay. Just letting you know if you ever come back on this property, you won't go to jail. >> Why would I come back? Okay. >> I mean, it sounds more like good place. She likes Chinese. >> Oh, okay. So, we're playing that retail game though, huh? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Cuz in the military, I used to just stack six men. >> You see all these officers? You still want to fight me? >> No, I didn't want to. >> That's what I thought. >> You wanted to play with me. Maybe he hit you. >> No. No. >> Oh, I totally hit him over there. What did he say? >> He's going to drop my gun. shove me in the throat and shoot me if I >> He's going to go to jail. >> If I put hands on him >> over on your stomach now. >> Roll over on your stomach. >> Okay, I got it. Hold up. Let's get this back. My back. Can you cut it? Hey, scissors. >> No, don't cut my back. That's what's going to happen. Just take it off. >> Hold on. Let me take it off. Don't cut my backpack. My grandfather is from Mount Everest. >> Here's your chance. Take it off. >> It's my grandfather from Mount Everest. All right. Let go of my arm so I can take it off. >> I'll not hurt you. Don't worry. >> I wouldn't hurt you. Let go. >> You're resisting. >> No, I'm not. I'm not resisting at all. Don't cut it. What are you doing? I can't replace that. >> Get on your belly. Start giving me your arm. >> Give him your hand. >> No. >> Give him the other arm. >> Give me the other arm. >> Try to get it to him. Stop breaking my hand. >> You keep resisting me. Did she want her dog to be hurt? People like this shouldn't have dogs. >> Don't do not do that. Do not bring your cuffs around the front. >> I'm just trying to like >> Don't They're not supposed to be comfortable. >> But they're not going to be comfortable anyway. >> Correct. >> Um >> Yeah. So, we need to keep the dog as calm as possible cuz the dog has to get in the car. Okay. [groaning] >> Does that make sense? >> No. None of this makes sense. >> Okay. I'm sorry you're not understanding, but I can't explain it any differently than that. You're going to jail. The dog has to leave this airport. And now because you told us no one's coming. >> You don't know. You don't know. You know what? You know what? It was nothing too serious. >> You just pulled. >> She called. >> Okay, stay right here. >> I am. >> Uh despite what she claimed, a witness who saw the entire incident unfold on a video call said otherwise. I'm on the phone with her and she's in the background just yelling and screaming and oh I you up and hold this and all this you know she's just yelling and screaming all through all on in the background or whatever. She's like well just get out if you want to get out get out you know I allowed you to stay here you supposed to be my friend and you're doing all this extra stuff like just get out if you want to get out. So she goes in room and starts snatching stuff and they don't know I'm on the phone I was on the phone. So, we end up video calling and as I'm we're video calling, >> I see her start swinging on her. >> Okay. >> I don't know if she had anything in her hand, but she did start swinging on her. >> Okay. And on the video in the video, you saw her. You saw her hit her? >> Yes, I saw her start hitting her and then she's in there yelling. >> Ma'am, stay over there for me, please. >> She's in there yelling. >> I'm conducting my investigation. >> If I can go inside to my residence, why can't I go? So I'm on my way. I'm going to call the police cuz this is ridiculous. Okay. >> After speaking to the witness, the officer returned to the woman to give her a chance to explain her side of the story. >> Let me do what happened again. >> Okay. So my room is where she stays at. So it's a suitcase and a red suitcase. I took the suitcase out my room cuz I can't sleep. >> Uhhuh. >> The suitcase that's in the next room is on the ground. >> Okay. >> I put I was starting to put my stuff and she starts smashing the stuff out suitcase. She like, "Bitch, you have to take this. You're not supposed to take that." So I pull the suitcase in my room. >> Okay. >> I'm standing in the middle of the door. I'm saying like, "You're not going to I'm standing right here. I'm saying you're not going to push me out door. Don't touch me." >> Mhm. So I'm at that door right there. I'm walking back and she pushed me in close door. So that's what I did. Got them big ass jugs of water. I call the police. I'm leaving. >> Okay. So I did the same thing with her when I was asking the question. Be more specific. Okay. >> I'm going to read this to you. Doesn't mean you're under arrest or anything right now.
