They left and came back, and he had a kid with him, a baby. >> Mhm. >> Just now I heard another one. That was the fourth one. >> Just now? >> Before y'all came. And I heard this guy screaming about his kid. >> Was it inside or outside? And or like >> at this point. >> Do you know which >> This vicinity. >> [laughter] >> That's all I can tell you. But there was a 100% three of them back-to-back. I mean, there was no engine revving. >> Mhm. >> There was none of that. I mean, I hunt. I fish. I'm very familiar with guns. So >> Uh like >> were from >> No, no, I'm talking about like are you third floor, second floor? >> I'm first floor. I'm literally right here. >> And then you heard it it sounded like it was coming from this area. >> It sounded like you Yeah. I would say from y'all's cars out to the left here, probably no more than this building. That's where it came from. >> Um all right, well we'll walk around and see if there is like any casings or anything like that. All right, give us 1 second, okay? Wait, what is that? >> It looks like it's a It's a fragment. >> Hey, we also found a fragment um going up the stairs on the second section of the staircase. >> The trace led officers to a room inside the apartment with a firearm and blood involved. They know they got to approach this with extreme caution. >> Put your Put your gun up. Put your gun up. I'm going to I'm going to hold on. I want you to pay attention to the shield, okay? Cuz I know it gets heavy with one hand. >> Let me SEE YOUR HANDS. HANDS, COME OUT HERE NOW. NOW, COME OUT HERE. NOW. >> COME HERE. SHE STABBED ME. SHE STABBED ME. >> OKAY, OKAY, where is she? Where is she? Hold up. Hold up. >> This is my kid. >> Where's your kid? Is that the baby? Let them know. Let them know what's on the radio. Come here, baby. I know. I know, baby. I know. I know. It's okay. I know. >> Mason, you got this. Hey, get the kid down. Somebody take the kid. Take Take kid. Hey. You all right, take this. You all right, go take the kid over here. Okay, I see you. >> I didn't do nothing. I'm the one that called y'all. >> Hey. Hey, stay sensitive with him. >> I called y'all, bro. I I'm the one that got hurt. >> Hey, stop. >> Is there anyone else in there? >> Take him down. Take him down. >> She ran out and she stabbed me. >> All right, police department, if you're in there, MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN. ALL RIGHT, POLICE DEPARTMENT, if you're in there, make yourself known. Come out with your hands up. >> All right, what we're going to do, we're going to go straight and then we want you guys to hold to here, okay? Ready? Go. >> Police department, if you're in here, make yourself known. >> This way. This way. >> Yeah. So, it it looks like it comes in. He it touches like the door and then it goes in all the way into the bathroom. >> The bullet? >> No, not the bullet, but the um >> I said there was a bullet. >> Oh, I didn't see that. And then he probably shot cuz that's where he said. He said he thought the report he thought he heard it outside. >> Yeah, go go downstairs. >> It's It's the first floor. >> Yeah. Is he saying he shot her? >> Of the staff. >> Just he only noticed his feet out. >> Oh, my daughter said my phone is ringing. My phone died as I'm calling y'all. >> So that happened after that incident? >> looks like a gun went off. Man, bullet hit you. >> No, listen. Listen. >> Right. >> That happened after you made the first time on the floor. >> Yes. >> After asking the man some questions, the cops then would search the complex for the suspect, when suddenly she appears out of nowhere and the cops detain her for further investigation. >> 725 and 10.722 What happened? >> What do you mean what happened? I'm I'm a walking >> 3154 >> Okay. What what What what am I being detained by the police for? >> Because I'm trying to make sure that you're safe, though. >> Okay, no problem. >> Okay, they're not in trouble then. I I don't know. We're going to put cuffs on you real quick. You're being detained, okay? We're trying to figure out what's going on. >> Detained? >> Yeah, you're not under arrest. >> Detained? >> Not arrested. >> Okay. >> Okay, I just I'm listen I'm I'm cooperative. >> I know you are. I know you are. >> I just want >> me? I was with you not so long ago. >> I don't I'm sorry. >> You're okay. You're okay. You good? >> I I wish I could. >> Well, go over here, all right? Okay. >> Okay. Is she like injured or anything like that? >> I don't know. It's my lip gloss and my >> She's got blood on her a little bit. >> Blood, I don't think that's makeup. >> That's not makeup. >> Okay, it might be blood. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on real quick. You have to listen to me, please. >> Okay. >> Are you hurt anywhere? Do you need Do you need me to ask you any questions? I need to know if you're hurt. >> No, I I do have a I I struggle with bipolar depression, so I do self-harm. >> Okay. Have you hurt yourself today? >> Yeah, I did. >> Good. >> Earlier today. It's on my wrist. >> It's on your wrist? >> Yeah, it was bleeding earlier. I had this outfit on all day long, but I put a Band-Aid on it and everything. So I'm I'm kind of okay right now, but it was early. I just suffered from depression. >> Okay. Okay. Unique, right? >> Yes. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Can you Can somebody tell me what's going on? Why are my kids in a police car? >> I just have them secured cuz I'm trying to show they're safe and warm. That's all. They're okay. >> But why are they in a police car? Are they not going I self-I I have the I have bipolar depression. I self-harm. Inside pain feels worse than outside pain. So, when I'm going through outside when I'm going through inside stuff, I cut myself. So, if you feel like I'm sorry. Like, I don't know how else to explain it. I'm I'm not To be honest, I just I walked out from the 7-Eleven. I just walked to 7-Eleven. I don't have no car. I just walked from 7-Eleven and I can I know my son's I know my son's cries. So, when I hear my >> Miss Unique, you Miss Give me 1 second, okay? Give me 1 second. I'm going to read you something real quick, okay? >> Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you can say will be used against you in a court of law. You have the No, this is >> After reading her rights, the cops then began to question her about what happened. >> Do you understand each of these rights? >> Yeah. >> Yeah? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. But you want to talk to us, right? You want to continue to talk to us about You You know your rights and you want to speak to us? Yeah? >> I know my rights. >> Okay. And do you want to speak to us? >> I just want to know why my kids are in a police car. >> Well, because Okay. So, So, So, okay. There was a 911 call, right? Someone dialed 911 with your phone number then hung up. >> My phone number? >> Yeah. >> Can't be my phone. >> Okay. Okay. What What is your What is your phone number? So, someone called 911. >> Okay. So, who Can you tell me specifically who? >> The num- It's a unknown with that number that you just provided. >> How is it unknown if that's the number I called? >> didn't they didn't provide a name. >> call so I don't have >> Miss You Can you listen You're arguing with me. You're not listening to me. >> I'm telling you, ma'am. I don't have a >> Okay. Miss Unique, Miss Unique >> I have a phone on me. I don't >> Ma'am, she's trying to explain to you the situation right now and why we're here and why we're here. >> we're here and then why your kids are okay, right? So, while we're Someone came up to me and they heard some like shots being fired, like pop pop pop, at least four of them. I'm like, all right, cool, we're going to circulate and make sure that everything's okay. So, while we're doing that, we're walking up the stairs and we see what? Blood. All right, droplets going straight to >> I self-harmed. >> Which is fine, okay? >> Is it fine? Is it Is I supposed to be >> no, no, it's not it's not I didn't mean it in that manner whatsoever. No, miss Unique. >> No, but what you said you just said it's fine. >> Miss Unique. >> told you I self-harmed and I I struggle with bipolar depression. I'm diagnosed I receive a social security check for being >> need. >> But but you just told me you just told me that's okay. >> But you're just interrupting me, you're not listening to me. You're just You're not You're reacting right now, okay? But you said you self-harmed which is not okay, okay? Then we're stressed, we're worried, we don't know if anyone's in the building, in the apartment hurt, all right? Then we make contact with a black male, Austin. >> My baby daddy, he's in the house. >> Okay. >> And are in the house. >> Miss Unique, and then he has a laceration on his arm, like he's been stabbed. >> Okay. >> Okay? >> What does that have to do with me? >> So, we want to get what happened. Were you here when this all happened? >> All right, I literally just said yeah, I walked to 7-Eleven and I just came back. When I walked up you seen me when I walked up, okay? And all I did was look around and I can hear like a mother knows her child's cries. I can tell that that's my child. And mind you, can somebody please send up that car because my son is a 2-year-old, please. That's a 2-year-old and my son and my other son is on the spectrum. You don't have to hold me. I'm I'm okay, I'm not going >> It's per policy, all right? >> Okay, per policy. But like I said, like I said, I don't I I walked to 7-Eleven. I just walked to 7-Eleven. Whatever happened Can you tell me what happened with my baby daddy so we the reason why my son is there in the car? >> So, he obviously got stabbed. We don't know if he hurt someone, he hurt you or he or you hurt him. So, and then that's why they were detained and the babies were inside. So, we wanted them to remove them out of the You wanted to take them out of the house because there was blood everywhere. So, that was like we were like Yes, there's there's literally blood everywhere. >> the house there was no blood everywhere. >> What time did you leave the house? >> I probably what I don't I don't have my phone. >> It's 4:51 right now. >> 4:00 4:00 in the 4:00 in the morning? >> Yes, yes. >> I want to say I probably left the house around Can you say 11:00? >> 11:00, okay. >> 12:00 maybe. >> Okay. >> I don't remember but 11:00 12:00 around that time. >> She went for a walk to 7-Eleven for 5 hours. Kind of sounds a little strange if you ask us. >> So, you're telling me the time that you've been gone for 5 6 hours, okay? >> No, no, no, no, I was I was >> You said you've been gone since 11:00 11:00 p.m. >> Yeah, yeah, like and I walked I walked to 7-Eleven. >> It's almost 5:00 now. >> Yeah, I I hung out at the store. I I chilled at the store. I I vibe with some people cuz like I said I got a I got a hard day, you know. I mean, I'm I'm not going to tell you guys my personal business. It has nothing to do with my dad passed away. It's a really tough time for me right now. I'm going through a lot. I don't have any family out here. >> I get it but unfortunately some personal business is kind of related to this case. >> Okay, so so what do you want to So, what Okay, so what do you want to know? >> Like I said, we want to know everything. So, if you're saying you left when when you came back to the You're saying you left at 11:00, okay? Said you walked up to the 7-Eleven. You said you were hanging out there for like what 5 hours? >> Yeah, I was just chilling. I was hanging out. But you guys can somebody like can you get somebody to get a mo >> Miss Unique, I need I need you to cooperate with us so that way we can help you out, okay? I understand. I get it. I get it. Yeah. So, let let's let's get your timeline. >> okay, so I left around 11:00 12:00 whatever the case may be with 11 hour whatever. So, I hung out at the store for a little bit just chilling because like I said I had a difficult day. >> You got any friends up there who saw you? >> No, actually I'm I'm actually from Miami. I'm not even from here. I have literally no friends. It's probably why I'm going through what I'm going through right now like what I'm going through right now like feeling lonely and just going through what I'm going through 7-Eleven, have any family. My dad passed away, and my stepmom passed away. I don't have anybody. >> Okay, so we're going to go check cameras up there. We're going to see you there for those 5 hours. >> I mean, if you want to, go check. >> Honestly, everything she said so far sounds like excuses and lies. I mean, if she did really self-harm because of bipolarism, it would leave some kind of physical wounds, but she kind of looks fine to me. And her husband is messed up. Also, the 5-hour 7-Eleven walk sounds like crap. >> Come over here. >> If you're going to like at this point, if you're going to like at this point, I don't even Just put me in the car, cuz at this point, nobody believes what I'm >> Stay Stay right here. >> Don't You see you don't believe me. >> Do not. >> What What What I'm I'm I'm being as honest as I can be with you people. >> you keep If you keep trying to pull away, you will go to the ground. >> I I I keep trying to pull away. >> You try to pull >> honestly say that I keep trying to pull I At this whole entire ordeal, I've tried to pull away, but no, you said you keep Keep means you're persistent. Keep means you constantly try to. So, for you to say keep, that's not No, I'm paying attention to you right now, because you said keep. So, I keep trying to pull away from you? I've never once pulled away from you. So, how can you say that to me? How can you say that to Can you apologize for saying keep? Because at the end of the day, I've never once pulled away from you. >> pay attention to him, clearly, all right? I apologize for him, okay? >> No, I want him to apologize to me, because I never once pulled away from you. >> Okay. >> Not once did I >> I'm sorry. >> Thank you. >> He's very sorry, okay? >> Thank you. >> All right. So, long story short, >> Yes. >> I just got some news. >> Okay. >> The father of your child, >> Yes. >> he's the one who identified He said that you stabbed him. >> Okay. So, say it isn't so. >> Is that true or not? >> No, it's not true. So, if you if he feels like I stabbed him, and he wants to send me to jail, then send me to jail. >> Why did he say that? >> Maybe because he's mad at me, because I Maybe because he's mad at me. Go ask him. I don't know. If you're going to take me to jail, take me to jail. >> Okay. Do you have anything else to tell us? >> No. >> Okay, so you deny stabbing him, correct? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay, good. >> Thank you. >> I thank you for your time today. >> Okay. >> Best of luck to you. >> Thank you. >> What car do It doesn't matter. Over there. >> All right, just because I'm I'm not searching in the car, okay? I just have to check you, okay? All right. All right, just watch out with your step. Are you cold? I can I can turn on the heat if you want to. Okay. >> After placing her in the squad car, she somehow slipped through the cuffs, opened the door, and ran. >> What? What the What THE HELL? TASER! STOP, YOU LITTLE STOP! GET IN THE CAR. >> YOU GOT TO SHOOT ME. >> Give us a second, we're behind. >> You got to shoot me. >> Move! Move! Move! YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! >> YOU DON'T HAVE MY SHOES. >> MY SON DID NOT HURT. >> STOP! STOP! >> NO. >> STOP! >> NO. >> STOP! >> I'VE GONE through so You think I'm going >> Taser! Taser! Move! Hey! Hey! Stop! GET OFF! >> GET ON THE RADIO! >> GET [screaming] OFF! >> STOP! GET ON THE RADIO! >> I CAN'T. >> MY GUN! GET OFF! GET OFF! My gun! Get off! Get off! I got it. I'm on your back. >> She has it. She's cuffed. >> Get off! Get I got her. I GOT I GOT HER ARM. I GOT HER ARM. I GOT HER ARM. [screaming] I GOT HER ARM. I GOT HER ARM. I GOT IT. I GOT IT RIGHT HERE. I GOT IT. I got it. I got her arm. Sit her on. Sit her on. >> Okay, get off. Get off. Get off. >> Grab cuffs. Grab I got both of you. >> Get on the radio and let them know. >> Well, that was stupid. She's lucky that a few punches and zaps are all she gets for grabbing the cop's gun like that. Either way, after getting her back in cuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> How did she How did she get out? >> It doesn't matter. >> Get her leg. All right, open the door. Open the door. Hold that foot. All right, put her on the other side. >> Pull her foot up. Pull her foot up. Roll her. Roll her. Roll her. >> Roll her. There we go. Hold this leg. Hold this leg. I got you. >> I mean, are we doing this way or you got actual wrist? How are you? >> Yes. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> And then on the other side, I grab I have her legs. >> You have legs? All right, I got it. >> Yeah, I'm I'm trying to put um Sit her up. Flip her over if you need to. Flip her. Roll her over. >> Roll her. >> And then sit her up as much as possible. >> Hey, she flexed out the window. >> Let it go, Janique. Hold on. She's going to keep slipping out of these. Roll her over. Okay, we're good. Close the door, cool. Good job this time. >> In the end, she's charged with domestic battery, escape, two counts of battery on a Leo, two counts of resisting with violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and four counts of resisting without violence. Detectives later determined that the husband was in his new car adjusting the stereo when his wife approached him over a diaper change. This all escalated inside the apartment when he accidentally woke their other child, causing her to stab him with a knife. And as he tried to leave, she fired a gun into the floor. They struggled over that weapon in the hallway, causing it to discharge accidentally. After that, he was able to secure the gun, and she left the scene. Wow. Moving on to this case now where we have firearms and stupidity, the worst combination ever. It's October 10th, 2024, and cops head to this residence for another hang-up 911 call. But this time it was in Georgia instead of Florida. Oh well, here's what happened when the cops get to the residence for the second time that night. >> [snorts] >> Man, is she just waving her gun in front of the cop? And more strangely, why did the cop not react to this? Is it a normal thing in Georgia? Okay. Well, why did you call 911 again? Because I'm trying to get up out of here. >> Okay. What does that got to do with 911? >> I'm saying I don't feel safe. Okay, just can you page your deputy or somebody? You got that, Tim? >> I am the deputy. >> Well, I need another one, then. >> No, no, you got me. That's how it's going to work. >> you. I don't believe you. Please. Huh? Cut me. I'm trying. >> Listen, you maybe try explaining what's going on. >> What county are you in? >> Uh Jones County, ma'am. >> Jones County. >> Mhm. >> Deputy Humphreys. >> Mhm. You called 911 a while ago, and now you called again, so What's [clears throat] going on? >> Why don't you ask them what's going on? >> Ask them? >> If Kaylee's calling call this department. >> Ask them? Why? Talk to him. I don't see either of them right there. >> Paul. >> What? >> Quit playing [ __ ] games. I want a higher-up. I want somebody else to talk to. And no, don't go ahead and shoot her, dammit. >> Well, you got the supervisor on the shift, ma'am. So, tell me what you got going on. >> Hey, if I drop down right now, you know what address to put, right? >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm nervous as [ __ ] And I don't think you're >> Why? >> I mean, why? Why would >> That's why I'm here. I'm trying to ask trying to find out what you got going on. >> now, please. >> Whoa, now it's even stranger. The cop did notice her tweaking out hard with a gun, and he still didn't address it. Maybe he didn't see it. I don't know. We got to keep watching. >> Put in motion it for somebody to come out, too. I'll see what you're doing. Call somebody now. >> I am the higher-up, ma'am. >> Please do it. Tim call now. >> Ma'am, I'm the chief of supervisor. I'm the supervisor on the shift. >> right here. Put the gun down. >> I will call you. >> please. Jasmine, Jasmine, listen. Ma'am, there's nobody to call, okay? >> Tim, listen. >> Okay, listen to me, please. >> If you wave a gun around and talk to him, you're going to get shot the [ __ ] out, right? >> Listen, quit. >> Now. >> Jasmine, quit it. Now, you're going to get in trouble. I'm telling you. Look, Jasmine. Put the gun down. I'm telling you. Jasmine, he's going to He's going to shoot you if you don't, okay? >> Back the [ __ ] up. Go. >> Don't. >> Go. >> Tim, tell her to put that [ __ ] gun down. >> I want out of here now. >> I'm going to take you so that you can talk. >> Talk to me, okay? >> I'll get you back. >> Jasmine, Jasmine, I'm trying to save your life, okay? Listen to me. >> to save you. >> Listen to me. I've never lied to you. Put the gun down and he'll come talk. >> Tim, call somebody now. >> Put the [ __ ] gun down. Put it down on the table. I'm not playing. Put the gun down now, Jasmine. I'm trying to save your damn life, you idiot. You're acting like a fool. Now, you want to come talk to him? I'm going to I'm going to go out there and work on the car. Let me talk to him. Jasmine, put the [ __ ] gun down. I ain't [ __ ] [snorts] playing with you. All right. >> That man just saved her ass from being ventilated with 9 mm holes, and she's also lucky the cop didn't react too strongly to the firearm. I mean, she's lucky in many ways. >> What are you doing? >> I ain't doing nothing. >> All right. Well, tell me what you got going on. >> I'm going to put it in the box. >> Box of tape. >> Hey, uh-uh.
