Are we recorded right now? Yes. >> Why did you pull us over? >> Because both owners of the vehicle have suspended license. >> What was the reason you >> You're being detained. >> Get out. I'm coming out. >> I'm coming out, man. I'm coming outside. >> You can't arrest me when they're going to be here in 5 minutes. >> Watch me. >> Are you an adult? You want to watch? >> Can you please stop? >> You want to watch? Last chance. >> Stop your power. >> Move out of the way. >> I'm coming down. My car's back down. >> Turn around. What am I getting for? >> Hit him with a vehicle. >> I did not hit him with a vehicle. >> Bring me TO MOTHER JAIL CUZ I PROMISE ONCE I GET OUT THIS MOTHER, >> MOTHER, YOU TRYING TO SLAM ME? >> It started with a simple problem on the road. Then these couples decided to turn it into a full-blown arrest. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Here are times when dumb couples cause a scene on the road. Starting off with this lovely drunk duo who learned a hard lesson about obeying police instructions. >> 80 is still faster than 55. Correct. >> Yes. >> For once. Just get in the car. For what? >> Get in the vehicle. Get in the car. >> I don't need to listen to you. No. No. >> Welcome to April 2nd, 2023, and cops conducted a traffic stop on this vehicle for extreme speeding. What is happening here? Get out. >> I probably >> step out. >> What's your deal? >> What do you know the speed limit is on that road? >> On what road? On 113. Mhm. Uh 55. >> Okay. And how fast do you think you were going? >> 55. >> No, not 55 miles per hour. >> Walk in front of my car and stay there. >> My car says everything. >> Okay, you can stand right there. When you pass me, when you were going eastbound, you were already speeding. And then you went even faster and I was going over 100 miles per hour to catch up with you. You weren't going 55 miles per hour. You were going 100 mph. >> I was not going 100 mph. I want to see it on the clock. I want to see it. >> I want you to know >> I did not go 100 miles hour. I've never gone that fast in my car in my life. I've never gone that fast. I swear to God. I've never done that. >> From Morris. Where are you coming from? Uh the Morris steakhouse. I can't remember. the chop house. Okay. I have never gone that fast in my life. You can check my record. I don't have any speeding tickets. I've never gone that >> When you go that fast, it's on my body cam. Okay. I just want you to know that. >> I've never gone that fast. >> I have never driven that fast in my life. I swear on everything. I've never driven 100. I was not doing 100 at all. Not even close. >> Okay. Right. >> Maybe 80. >> Okay. down there when 80 is still faster than 55. Correct. >> Yes. Okay. >> Oh my my the anglash. Droven. Droven. The heck is droven? That's droven me crazier than it should be. >> So, I'll be honest with you, okay? Driving fast like that. I catch up to you, okay? And now I can smell alcohol coming off you. So, just be honest with me on how much you've had to drink. >> I haven't had any. I had a drink like 4 hours ago. I'm the designated driver. >> That's So if you had a drink four hours ago, okay, that's the >> But that's what I just need to know. If you had a drink 4 hours ago, okay, you just had one drink. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Just >> I'm the designated driver. I know I wasn't driving 100. I want to see that. >> But you said maybe 80. Okay. This is this is what I want to see that you see that because I >> Stay IN THE CAR. >> STAY in the car. This is what I want to tell you. Everything is on body cam. >> I know. I want to see. >> So that's fine. Okay. Listen, >> I can smell >> I wasn't driving 80. >> Did you have just one like a beer or a wine or something four hours ago? >> Yeah. Like at like 6:00. >> At 6:00. Okay. So that's What time is it now? >> Midnight. >> Okay. So that was a while ago and that's the last time you had a drink. Okay. Okay. Well, here's the thing. Okay. >> You've had something. I know I wasn't. I know I will. >> You want to start heading this way? >> Um, >> I promise. I know I will. >> I have to do my due diligence to make sure you're safe to get home. >> So, I am one block over. >> Okay, that's still a block that I >> once I release you from this, I'm responsible for you now. So, I need to make sure you're okay to drive. Okay. So, I am going to run you through field sobriety testing. Okay. And that's and you said that you've had one drink. So, that's that's as much you to prove to me that you're not. Okay. You said that you're okay driving. Putting the field sobriety test aside for a bit, the officer has to deal with this disorderly male passenger first. >> Am I NOT >> YOU WANT TO GET ARRESTED? Then get car right now. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU? THAT'S A DIRECT TO STAY IN THE CAR BECAUSE I SAID SO. Stay in the vehicle. Get in the vehicle now. >> From who? >> Me. Get in the vehicle and stay in the vehicle. >> What am I doing? I don't know what you're doing when you're getting in. What am I doing wrong? >> GET IN THE VEHICLE. IT'S FOR MY SAFETY. GET IN THE VEHICLE. I DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT YOU WHEN I'M WORRYING ABOUT HER. GET IN THE VEHICLE. >> For your safety, why? Cuz I don't know what >> I'm going to tell you one more time. I'm going to tell you one more time and then you're going to go in handcuffs. >> What am I doing? >> One more time. Get in the vehicle or you're going in handcuffs. >> We've told you to stay in the car. >> I'm not doing anything. I don't care. Stay in the car. I'm not doing anything. >> You're not listening. >> Get in the car. >> Listening to who? For once. Just get in the car. For what? >> Stay in the vehicle. >> Stay in the car. >> I don't need to listen to you. What do I No. No. Wait. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. You're not listening. >> Wa. I need to wait. Wait a wait. Wait a minute. >> Are you kidding me right now? No, we're not. You don't want to listen. >> Are you stay over there? Like I'm telling you right now. >> You were given a lawful order to stay in the vehicle. >> And all lawful. Say it. Lawful. >> Well, that was dumb. Getting arrested for such a stupid reason. How empty-headed can you be that you can't even understand when a cop gives you a lawful order? You got to follow that immediately, man. You see, when your mind is swimming in alcohol, there's only so much space for I did nothing wrong. >> This is not true. This is not true. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. >> This is your >> I did nothing wrong. >> Multiple times you were told to stay in the vehicle. This is my traffic stop. You stay in the vehicle. You were told multiple times by numerous officer. You guys are trying to separate us. You're trying to keep us separated from one another. >> I'm talking to her. She's the driver, not you. >> She's the driver. And I'm trying to tell you guys like you're telling her. >> You're not telling me 100 miles an hour. And she wasn't doing 100 miles. >> Well, she said 80. >> She wasn't. >> She said 80. So that's still It wasn't 100, was it? >> That's still faster than 55. >> It was 100. Come back for now. Let's go. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. >> Listen, I did nothing wrong. I did zero wrong. I did zero wrong here, sir. >> I did zero wrong. >> I didn't do anything wrong. What did I do wrong? >> In your car for now. >> Uh, I didn't do anything wrong here. I did nothing wrong. You didn't listen. >> Listen to what? >> You can stay in the car. What do you mean stay in the car? >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> You have a problem with listening and that's why you're going in the back of this car. >> I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. Zero. I did zero wrong. That's not true. >> With a man out of the way here, the officer comes back to deal with the woman. >> So, here's the problem. When we give him an order to stay in the car, it's for everybody's sake. >> I got it. >> My turn to him. I don't know what he's coming at me with. Okay, >> I got it. That's why I feel like we're on the same page. That's why I'm driving. Let's just >> You don't seem shocked at this behavior. >> No, I'm not. Okay. >> I'm not. >> Okay. All right. Well, >> he can tell you because he was just at my house a couple months ago. >> Okay. Well, I don't know you. I have no idea who you are. I just I have a job to do. I hope you understand that. >> I got it. >> And let's go through this and then we'll figure whatever that is out. Okay. So, step up to me. Okay. >> One glass of wine. 6 p.m. X amount of hours ago. Okay. >> And you understand that I just have a job to make sure you're open. All right. >> After a series of sobriety tests, the cop determined that she wasn't that drunk and let her go. 4 5 6 7 8 9. Sorry. >> You're okay. You can turn around and face me again. Ma'am, >> that's his problem. And you don't understand that right now. So >> I could take him to be honest. >> So you >> So this is Yeah. And she's been she's been drinking. I knew she was close, but I mean she's Nestagnus is barely there, so she's under, I'm sure. Um, but he got out right away. I said before anybody was here I said get back in the car get back in the car I told him multiple times then he keeps getting out city officer he told him and then he still finally we had to go over there still wouldn't I said one more time get back in the car wouldn't do it this when he went in cuffs so and she he's not shocked at all this is they get domestics with them all the time they're [snorts] >> like >> yeah I am serious you don't >> very serious >> I'm a freaking taxpaying >> okay >> citizen I I work hard. I got nothing illegal on me. I'm not doing anything illegal. >> Yeah, you are. >> I don't want to listen. I I didn't >> That's all you had to do. >> You said she was doing 100 miles an hour. She wasn't. >> She said she was going 80. >> Okay. Well, that wasn't 100. It wasn't 100. Okay, >> that's fine. We'll take it to court. It's all good. >> That's fine. >> Okay. You got nothing else on you? >> No. Have a seat. >> Get in the car. >> In the end, this man is charged with obstruction and resisting arrest while the woman was cited for speeding. Moving on to the next case here where a simple traffic stop turned into an arrest >> recorded right now. Yes. Why did you pull us over? >> Because both owners of the vehicle have suspended license. Hold on. What was the reason you >> You're being detained. >> I'm going to get out. I'm coming out. >> I'm coming out, man. I'm coming outside. >> It's September 17th, 2025. We got an officer on patrol here with a traffic stop on a driver with a suspended license. All right. Simple stuff. What happened next? >> Hello. Hi, what's police? How are you? >> We can pull you over. I'm doing well. Thank you for asking. Sorry. >> I just to let you know you've been video recorded. Okay. I show both registered owners of this vehicle to have suspended driver's license. >> Suspended. Okay. Okay. Do you have your ID? >> Yeah. I'm just waiting for the new one. That's my driver. I'm waiting for the new one to >> You're suspended. I just checked. >> Where? >> Department license has you suspended? Probably from unpaid tickets. So, >> what was I I'll double check again. >> Yeah. And I if it's suspended, I didn't know the day was suspended. And how come I got pulled over? That's a good idea. >> Because the registered owners are suspended. >> Do you have insurance information? >> No, I don't. >> No insurance. Okay. Be back. >> You have a big ticket. >> Can be. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Come on. I'm going through [ __ ] already. >> Okay. What happens if you get into a collision? >> I pay it. >> You pay it. You won't pay insurance, but you'll pay for the collision. Okay. Be back with you. >> No license, no insurance. Okay. Sounds like somebody needs to get their car towed. But the driver isn't going to be the only problem the officer has to deal with. >> Okay. So, do you have your ID with you, sir? >> You don't? Okay. So, are you you go by Junior or Fetuli? >> Is that right? >> Okay. So, there's a no contact order between >> It's already dismissed. >> Okay. We we'll we'll confirm it. Okay. So, you're just going to you're just going to be detained until we confirm the order. Okay. >> So, just cooperate with these officers over here. Okay. So, >> what did I do? What? What was >> there? No contact. >> But what was the purpose of you pulling us over? >> I already explained that. >> You already explained that you are we recorded right now? Yes. >> Why did you pull us over? >> Because both >> Because what? >> Owners of the vehicle have suspended. >> Hold on. What was the reason you being detained? >> So, just go ahead and unhook your seat belt. >> I'm going to come outside. Back up so I can get out your seat belt so you can get out. All right. I listen. I'm going to come outside. You I'm going get out. I'm coming out. I'm coming out, man. I'm coming outside. Let's start with the Listen, >> don't back up. I'm going to come outside. >> I'm not You think I'm going to run or something? >> We have procedure. Just cooperate with us. >> You're being detained. Okay. >> Charge of destruction. If you don't cooperate, >> we don't confirm the order in the >> We're here today. Okay. >> No, I'm I'm No, there's no You guys are all like up on me like that. No, I'm got a bad apple. Don't throw me up. >> My elbow's bad, man. I got a fat apple. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Go ahead. Lock me up. What the [ __ ] Look, I'm here. Go ahead. [ __ ] >> Stay back. >> Sit in your arms, sir. >> I'm right here. You got You need two cups. Listen, you don't have to be >> I need two cups on me. >> We will give you two cups. >> We'll give you two cups. >> No, I'm not doing nothing. >> Hold up, man. I need some more experience or something. [ __ ] I need I need massage here. Please. I need two cups. >> They're going to give you two cups. >> Turn me off for no reason. I ain't doing nothing at all. >> What the is wrong with you, mother? >> Don't step on mying, man. >> Calm down, man. You're under arrest for resisting. >> No, I'm not doing nothing. I need to start. >> All right. Look at me. Yeah. Calm down. >> Don't treat me. I'm I'm right here. I'm not going nowhere. >> I know. We put step on my toe. We put in two cups. No worries. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. >> No worries, bro. >> That's I am. >> Don't come at me like that, man. Everything's been explained to you. >> No, you go sit down in the >> I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. >> Thanks, bro. >> Come on. Come down. >> Come on, man. You're pushing on my arm. >> Yeah, I got right here. Right here. >> Pushing on my >> Don't worry, bro. >> While that man's being placed in the back of the squad car, the woman continues running her mouth, arguing with the cops. >> How was he resisting? And he wasn't resisting. He was telling me he resisted the whole time. Bad elbow. I recorded everything. He wasn't >> We recorded everything, too. Okay. >> He wasn't resisting. >> He resisted arrest. >> You guys should have You're the petitioner. No, he needs to do what we say. He needs to cooperate. He doesn't We didn't treat him like anything. I explained to him. >> Why are you being our command? So, I'm saying if you guys would have came and said, "Hey, you're under arrest. Come, can you please step out the vehicle?" Step out the vehicle. But you guys just come there and try to manhandle him. >> Do you want me to explain how things work or not? Yeah, go ahead. Yes. So, I can understand because I that was horrible >> through the course of this traffic stop. I've been very cordial and very nice. >> Yes, you have. Okay. >> Yes. >> So, there's a no contact order with him and you. Okay. That means you're not supposed to have contact. It's been confirmed already. Okay. >> All right. >> So, he shows to be a violent felon. >> He shows how is he showing >> he's a convicted felon. He has a history of possessing firearms and he's violent. >> So, you guys have to >> There's procedures. Okay. Then explain that. You know that >> you don't explain that during the course of it. Okay. >> We are the authority. He needs to cooperate. He doesn't get to. >> He questioned everything. Fine. I explained it to him again. The reason for the stuff then it's done. You're detained. He needs to cooperate. >> Okay. >> Why'd you step on his foot? >> So that he can't kick me. >> He He tried to kick you. >> No, he didn't. But he could have. Right. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> there's procedures for everything. As for the car, pretty sure it's going to get impounded because she also has no insurance. >> Listen, you have no insurance in a suspended license. Okay. >> Car is probably going to be impounded. >> Okay. What? Why? I need sir. Can I listen? Can I say something? >> Let's back up. Let's back up. We got a lot going on here. Okay. Let's back up. >> You're the victim. >> Okay. And a no contact order violation. Domestic violence. Okay. It's a mandatory arrest. It's a mandatory booking in a jail. Okay. Okay. >> I understand it for his >> Do you want to provide any kind of statement regarding your contact with him? >> Yes. >> Okay. We'll have an officer take a statement for me. >> Hey, sir. Can I say something? >> Sure. >> I picked him up. Me and my kids, we're we're getting evicted right now. All our stuff is out on the street. I went to go pick him up to come and help me take all our stuff. If you impound the car, I won't have transportation and I won't have nowhere to take the kids. >> You're telling me right now that you want to drive with a suspended license? >> No, no, no. I didn't I didn't know that I had a suspended license. I just I handed it to you with the with the freaking whatever paper I didn't know that it was suspended for unpaid tickets. Okay. No insurance. Okay. It >> It doesn't matter that you didn't know. >> But yeah, but don't say that that I'm driving a knowingly without a license. >> Did I say that? No. I'm saying >> if I don't impound the car, you're talking about driving it around. >> I can call somebody to come and come and drive us. >> If you want to call somebody before the tow gets here and they have val license and insurance. >> Yes. >> Before the toe gets here. >> Can you slow down with the toe? cuz she didn't yet. >> Don't you want to call him yet? >> So, the main the main problem here is him. >> Okay. >> You guys are taking him already now. I'm looking what else I need to do for them kids that are waiting outside that we got evicted and I just I need the vehicle. >> Yeah, >> but so if you could just please not call him right now. I'm calling my sister right now. She lives right here. Right here in camp. >> Okay. Like I said, I am planning on towing the vehicle. Okay. But if a licensed driver with insurance gets here before the tow, >> I'll probably let it go with them. Okay. So, just stay right here with this officer. I'm going to inventory the vehicle really quick. >> Oh, she's lucky the officer gave her some leeway here. No license and no insurance. Man, others would have had theirs towed right away. >> So, just to be clear, the the one of the reasons now that we're looking at is because of this order. As far as we can see, this order is still in place. So, I don't want you right now like yelling at her or anything like that because if it is in place, that might be something else that we're dealing with on top of everything else. Okay. >> All right. So, that's what that's what we're investigating right now. We're also investigating the possible obstruction. >> You can't. Hey, you can't touch the truck. >> Omie, >> who's it registered to? >> That's both of us. >> Oh, you can't let him search the truck. If there is a no contact order right now, then that's another violation. >> No, it's not. You can't see. >> I'm shutting the door. >> Hey, move your knee in. >> You can't You need I need I need to speak with the sergeant. I know my rights. Trust me. Hey, >> I need to speak with the No, call the charge. I need the sergeant. >> Please. I need the >> I'm shutting this door. >> He tell us to go to jail. That doesn't mean that the charges will stick. That That's between the prosecutor. That's not us. Our job is once somebody's been arrested or or we confirm an order, we have to arrest mandatory. But that doesn't mean that once it goes to the prosecutor, it's going to stick. So that's why you need to work on the piece that we talked about. Take a breath. Breathe. Okay. Can you breathe? Can you breathe for me? Yeah. Okay. Okay. But now you have a solution, right? So I want you to take some breaths. Okay. >> And I will go talk to him if he promises that you will just take some breaths. Okay. >> He was doing so well. That was my freaking phone. one freaking tears. I can see >> it's no fault. >> Well, when we don't know something, we don't know, right? So, I'm going to go talk to him, but you need to take a breath. Okay. >> After a while, a sergeant arrives to speak to the man. >> Okay, Junior, just to explain kind of what's going on now is you're going to be going to jail on the order violation. Okay. >> What? >> Cuz as everything we have, we we contact the courts and everything about that is that we see that this order is still in place. I'm not saying that it's impossible that that this thing, but that's going to have to be something that's figured out later cuz from the steps that we take to determine this, it looks like everything's still in place and that this order is still in place and that you couldn't be there with her. Okay. >> So, I I can't let you guys speak to each other, but she did want me to let you know that all your charges were dismissed with prejudice. However, they did not drop the order. That's something that's going to have to be petitioned to the court if they even allow for it. So, the order is still in place, but the charges haven't been dropped. So, I just just so you understand fully what's going on. Hi. >> Thank you. >> So, one thing like I I just want to tell you, man, >> can I talk to that officer right there? >> Which one? >> I just want to tell you one thing I want to talk with you. >> Oh, we're about to leave. All right. >> Yeah. No, I want to just tell you I'm dead. >> Okay. I just like what I want to explain, right? It's like I know that this isn't your first interaction with police cuz cuz we know that you've got phone status, everything like that, right? >> Um Oh, >> no. No. And I'm not saying I'm not saying that you're a bad guy or anything like that, right? I'm just saying like, hey, like we're we're not doing things just to do it. >> But look, I've been doing it. I understand that. But I don't know what type of people y'all dealt with before, but I'm not that person. You know what I mean? I got that. >> I I It's just >> But where happened? >> And it happens with everywhere. It's not just with you. But when we run into these issues when you're like, "Hey, you're being detained. We're trying to get you out of the car." >> Yeah. But I'm It's not like I'm freaking just trying to, you know what I mean? Trying to get get away from you guys or anything like that. >> I I understand what you're saying. And like, hey, in like normal human interactions, I get it, right? Like where like people shouldn't just force the issue, but when it's the police, this is the things that we have to do, right? Understand? So, so like when we're telling you you're detained, get out of the car. We want you to get out of the car so we can detain you. >> So, you guys yanked me out the car. Get me out of the car. I know. I know. But the thing is you weren't getting out. You were saying, "Hey, why did you pull me over?" You were making these arguments. That's not the time to That's not the time to >> understand that. He pulled us over for no reason. >> Okay. >> Right. >> So, the reason the reason you guys got pulled over is cuz you guys are both suspended. Both you both you and >> Okay. What's the reason to run our plates? >> We can run any plate we want. There's been court decisions about that. >> No, he saw I had my hand out tattoos out my my the window. He figured it was some gangster. >> And you can bring up those arguments, man. But I'm telling you, we have the right for anybody we want. >> He there was two of them and then he's the one that slow back. He got right on my ass. >> Okay. >> For no reason. We were going to the speed limit. >> You know what I'm saying? No, you understand where we're coming from. moving forward. I just >> cuz I understand where you're coming from, too. And in like a normal interaction, if it's not a police interaction with somebody, like there's that respect, right? It's like, let's talk before we do things. But when it comes to the police giving you a lawful order, that's when you just need you can make the arguments later, but you need to comply first. >> Yeah. But you can't you can't do that because you don't know if I'm that person. You see what I'm saying? >> So, that's why we were detaining you on reasonable suspicion. That's what it was going off of. Okay. >> You don't have a you don't have a you know, I mean, you're not positive. You're not, you know what I'm saying? You You don't know for sure if >> And you weren't under arrest at that point, but you were being detained at that point. >> But y'all pull me out the car like I It's not like I had a gun. Like I just robbed somebody or beat somebody's ass. >> But we don't know what you have. >> I didn't have that. I had my hands tied up. I know. >> I know my rights. Trust me. I've been locked up all my life. >> I know how. The reason I'm bringing that up is because there there is going to be an additional charge for the fact that that you were obstructing there. Okay. >> I didn't know. How's that an extra charge? >> Because you weren't complying with our to pull you out of there. You see how calm the the islander the officer came and I I He talked to me nicely, politely, and I did everything that he asked me to do. >> Right. Am I right? >> Yeah. >> Are you recording this? >> Yep. >> It's all recorded. >> In the end, this man is charged with violating a protection order and resisting arrest. >> Moving on to the next case here where the police surprised a D and Dash couple after skipping about $400 worth of bills from two restaurants. It's May 26th, 2025. Cops get reports of a couple leaving multiple restaurants without paying their tab. Woo! Fun times. Let's see what happens to them. >> I mean, they had been coming in and out all night, >> right? >> And they would both come out and they would smoke and they would go back in and they would both come out and smoke and go back in. And then they ordered dessert and they would both go to the bathroom. So, them both getting up at the same time wasn't that normal cuz they've been doing it all night. Then they ordered dessert and he came back. She walked out. He came back and sat down and then he left and then they were never to be seen again. >> So after they ordered dessert, that's when they just kept going back and forth. >> No, they went back throughout the whole day. Throughout the whole >> Then after they got dessert, that's when they both >> He walked out. He came back from the bathroom, sat down for about 30 seconds, and then dipped out as well. >> Well, there's loads of it. If you can give me the tab. >> Yeah, I'll go get it right now. >> Yeah. >> Did they give any any type of name? >> Uh, no. So, they were a walk-in right when we opened at 5:00. Um, cuz normally we are primarily like, as you can see, we're primarily reservation only. We have most of the people, we have their name and phone number, but when they're a walk-in like that, we don't take their information. We just keep them. >> KCNA72. >> So, those are two bottles. >> Yep. >> Florentinez is an appetizer. appetizers. >> But they had two bottles of wine. >> Okay. >> All right. So, next question. Would you like to press charges? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I went down to the brewery and I let I said, "Please let me know if this ratchet ass couple comes in here. She's got a white shirt on that says 1994 across the neck and they just look like they fall out of the gutter." >> Okay. >> Um but that's the only place that I could go. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I'll just do my investigation. I'll just go around a mile trying to see if they do pop up. >> Yeah. I mean, I know not. It's unlikely, but that's what chef wanted to me. >> You You never know. >> After speaking to the restaurant, the cop then tracked down the suspected vehicle and pulled him over for a tail light infraction. >> Hi. >> Good. How are you? >> I'm better. Thank you. >> 613 code for Can I have your driver's license, registration, check for the 86 mile marker? >> Thank you. Is that her driver's license? Is that her ID? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. Where are you guys headed? Uh, Fort Lauderdale. >> You have where? >> Fort Lauderdale. >> To Fort Lauderdale. Okay. Is this a rental vehicle? >> Okay. Do you have the renters's agreement for it? >> Yeah. Your tail lights partially out back there. >> Oh, >> yeah. It's okay. It happens. >> All right. Give me one second. Okay. Oh, jeez. Almost ran me over. Do you mind stepping out of the car for me, sir? I just want to talk to you real quick. All right, we're going to go right back there. Okay. Woo, that's super bright. Um, it's just really dark outside. So, >> uh, we do want to talk to you, but in order for us to talk to you, we do have to read you something first. >> Okay. >> And I did something wrong. >> We'll explain that to you in a minute. Let me just read that to you. Okay. All right. So, before I ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me? >> Okay. All right. So, where are you from? >> Uh, you mean >> where are you from? Are you from here? Are you from Florida? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. Where in Florida? >> In Bokeh. >> Bokeh. Okay. You lived in Bokeh? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long have you lived there? >> Two and a half years. >> Two and a half years. Okay. And who is she? >> She's my girlfriend. >> Your girlfriend. Okay. How long have you guys been together? >> Six and three. >> 9 months. >> One second. >> 9 months. >> 9 months. Okay. As the man stepped out of the car, the officer began investigating the dine and dash situation. >> Did you guys do anything today? >> Just in Okay. >> Beach. >> Okay. >> You see I have some >> sunburn. >> Yeah. >> Do you have breakfast today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where'd you go? >> Uh so we had breakfast. We stopped for like >> Okay. at the 24/7 bakery. >> Okay. I >> think and then we went to the restaurant, I think. >> Okay. What was it called? Do you remember? >> No. Do you remember where it was? >> Somewhere here. >> Okay. >> So, I'm not sure. >> Maybe marker 88. Sound familiar? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I think we stop at the marker 88. >> Okay. All right. Um, what did you have at marker 88 to eat? >> I don't remember. some fish, some tacos. >> Okay. And she ate too as well, >> I think. So, yeah, we ate >> together. Makes sense. >> Yeah. Okay. And at any point in time, did you fail to pay for your tab? >> Uh, no. Not really. >> Okay. So, you paid for your your tab? >> I think so. Yeah. >> Okay. Did you pay cash? >> Yeah. You paid >> I think we left cash. Yeah. >> You left cash? Okay. Or did you pay with a card? >> No, I think we paid cash. >> Okay. Cash. Which one of you paid? I paid cash. >> You paid cash? >> Yeah, I left cash. >> Okay. How much was your tab? Do you remember? >> Roughly like 200 20 something. >> 20 or 40? >> 240 220 something. >> Okay. And you paid cash? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> 230. >> So where where did you go for dinner? some other fish place. I don't remember. >> Chef Michaels. Very fancy. >> Low lighting. >> Big fish. >> Big fish on it. >> Uh it was like 5 minutes away from here. >> Okay. And did you also fail to pay them too? >> No. No. >> Okay. So, how did you pay? With a card? Uh >> no, with a cash. >> With cash. Okay. And how much was your tub? Not really the best liar, is he? >> I'm not going to lie to you. >> You did not pay for either of those. Okay, we know that you did not. >> Sir, we know that you did not. We got two reports from both of the restaurants saying that you did not pay. I have you on camera with that shirt on at marker 88. >> So, >> so what? I left the cash. >> Okay. You did not pay, sir. You did not >> the table. >> You did not pay for your tab. That's why they called us. They don't call us for no reason. >> No, I understand, but >> Okay. >> I left cash and we left. >> Okay. Well, I'm letting you know. Go ahead. >> Like my sergeant said. Okay. How about the second restaurant? >> Which one? Sorry, just confusing me. >> Okay. She said it. She was talking about the lunch spot. Mhm. >> All right. Then she asked you about dinner. You said you paid cash at both. >> Yep. >> All right. We know you didn't pay at that one and we know you didn't pay at that one. Let me ask you just just just confirm. How do you know that? Have you been there? >> Yes, we actually have the receipts and everything from both places. >> We got camera footage at both places. >> So, no it if it was a mistake. That's fine. And we can talk to them and we can explain that. >> No, no, I don't want to. No, no, that's fine. >> I just want like paid and then like just randomly like someone pull me over and saying that I'm not I didn't pay. >> Okay. You didn't pay either of those. Was >> just confusing me. >> Okay. Was there a misunderstanding at marker 88? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. >> We're trying to help you out here. Okay. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> I know that I know right now that you are lying to me and I >> I'm not lying. >> Sir, I know that you're lying to me. I can tell by your body language. I can tell by your >> standing in front of me like I'm just very naked almost. Yeah. I'm >> You're wearing clothes. I mean, I'm tank tank top you like guys fully loaded. Like I don't know what I've done. >> This is our job. It's our job. >> I know. I know. But I don't know what I've done wrong. >> Okay. You did not pay at the restaurant there and you did not pay at the restaurant here, which is why they reported your vehicle. >> Okay. >> A blue Volkswagen with the two of you inside that you left and you did not pay. So, if there was a misunderstanding, just let us know that. We'll tell the restaurant that and we'll talk to them, okay? That way you're not in trouble and you guys can be on your way. Okay. >> But listen me out. Like >> what if I paid >> Mhm. >> and now someone tell me like you didn't pay. Like what if >> Well, it's kind of a coincidence that at both restaurants >> I understand. I understand. >> You know what I mean? >> I understand that. But >> it's kind of kind of farfetched. >> I understand that. But as far as I remember in the morning, we left the place cuz we we've been like um a little bit arguing in rush and just left the place. I left some cash on the table. >> So, you guys were in an argument and you left. >> Yeah, we just left. And I left I left cash on the table. >> Okay. >> Uh with extra tips, but I didn't count how how much tips I left there, >> but I left it under the plate. So, >> that's what I usually do. Like I usually leave the Sorry for my English. >> It's okay. >> I usually leave like cash under the the plate and I just go. >> Okay. Well, I think it's a little strange that both restaurants are reporting that you didn't pay and you just left. Okay. >> Okay. For me to help you. >> So, what should I do? >> Okay. For me to help you, you have to tell me the truth. So, I can >> That's true. I I I left cash. I left cash. >> Uh I'm not going to argue with you. >> I hear you. And I don't I don't want to argue with you either. I want to help you. >> I really want to help you. >> If you would like to write an apology to to the restaurant or something and we could talk to them, we can do that. Yeah, whatever, bro. There is no way the left money at the table excuse works with any kind of officer. Also, nobody in their right mind would leave $400 under a plate. So, now we go to the wife to see if maybe she has a better excuse. >> We're going to ask you some questions. All right, but we're going to I'm going to read this to you. >> All right. Before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right with these rights in mind. Do you want to talk to us? Yeah. >> Yeah, >> of course. >> Where are you from? >> I originally like from Russia. >> From Russia. >> Yeah. I used to live in New York like 11 years. >> Mhm. >> And now I came to my boyfriend. >> You came here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Tell me what you guys did today. >> Nothing. Just have a dinner. >> Barbecue. >> What' you eat for breakfast? >> What' you guys have for breakfast today? Place some something there. >> Huh? >> Place something there. I don't know. >> Okay. How about for lunch? >> Nowhere. >> Nowhere for lunch? >> No. Okay. How about for dinner? >> Uh the place somewhere here too. I don't know. >> What's it look like? >> Some place fish. >> With the fish. >> Yeah. >> It has a big picture of a fish. I >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> No. Okay. She says she doesn't know where she went to lunch. >> It's a It's a like restaurant. >> Okay. What does it look like? >> Restaurant. >> Okay. What did you eat? >> Fish. >> Okay. So, >> like fish. >> Does marker 88 sound familiar? >> Marker 88. >> Yes. Yes. That day. >> Okay. All right. How about >> that? That was for lunch. >> What? >> That was for lunch. >> No, that's for dinner. >> That was for dinner. >> Yeah. Okay. >> How about Chef Michaels? Sound familiar? With a big fish on it? >> Yes. Yes. >> Yes. Okay. So, what if I told you that I have you on video at both places and you did not pay when you left? >> Okay. >> Okay. Did you pay for your meal before you left at both restaurants? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. You either did or you didn't. You can't leave the restaurant until you pay. That's kind of >> I have a husband. >> Okay. Well, I pay for my own meals. >> No, I'm not. Never. >> No, you didn't pay. >> No, never. >> Okay. Did you see your husband pay? No. >> No, you didn't see him pay >> like my mom told me and we're I just left. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you didn't see him pay either at the restaurant. >> I I'm not looking at this. Never. >> Okay. How does he normally pay for things? With his credit card? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. With his credit card. Okay. Every time. >> Like for my card or his card. Every time. >> Does he carry like a large sum of cash on him? Ever? >> Ever? >> Never. >> No. Ever. >> Okay. Wow. >> Every time. Every time it's card. >> Every time it's card. >> Every time. Card and cash. >> Card and cash. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You said he he changes every time. >> He's covered cash sometimes. Like once once like sometimes. >> Okay. >> Just as dumb as the husband. There is no hope for some people. >> So, you know, you both didn't pay. >> Really? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, you both didn't pay and the restaurants both called to let us know that. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, and what I was trying to explain to your husband is if he was being honest with me, >> I have a card. I can like >> hear me out. If he was being honest with me, I can help you guys and hopefully talk to the restaurant. Okay. >> Please. >> Could I do that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. But I need him to be honest with me so that we can take care of it and I can speak to the restaurant. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Would either of you like to write like an apology letter to the restaurant or something? That way I can send it to them. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Can you grab a statement form? >> I like this female officer. What she basically did was elicit a written confession from him. >> Okay. He's going to grab a statement form so you can write it out and then I'm going to talk to your husband one more time and see if he can tell me the truth and be honest with me. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> I don't know what's like happened like we didn't pay. We can fix. Okay. Okay. No, I'll talk to your husband again. Okay. And then we'll clear everything up. We'll talk to the restaurant like how like >> Yeah. However, however you write a apology letter >> like I'm sorry I have like something like that. >> Yeah. >> Really? >> Yeah. Seriously. >> I'm serious. >> You're not. >> Okay. Okay. >> Can Can you come out of the car for me? >> If you would feel like that's >> I'm pulling out of foundation. >> If you would pay like >> Yeah, I hear you. >> 200 bucks. >> Yeah. Yeah. Maybe they said you shorted it just because of that reason >> and the waiter took it and >> now they're upset. I understand. Might be the case. No, I hear you. Might be the case >> cuz I haven't seen the the the actual build at the end. I was just assuming there was amount >> and at the end I just left the money and we left. >> I mean, yeah, >> I'll be honest with you. I'll be really honest with you. I have a goosebumps right now. >> Okay. Yeah. No, I see. >> We We've been arguing like twice today. >> Okay. >> 30 miles. >> Nothing I can do. >> Sorry. We have to cuz we can't see anything and we don't want nobody to hit us. >> No, no. If you guys could stand here for me. Just stand here for me. because we've been we've been arguing like twice and twice I had to leave like emergency like like right now. >> Is that is that accurate? >> Yeah. >> You guys have been arguing. >> I left some cash. I'll be honest with you. My my was not enough. Might >> Okay. >> But you have to understand me too. Like I'm okay to pay but I really feel bad to pay twice even like >> with something that you already paid for. >> I'm okay to send the money right now. Like it's not an issue. Okay. >> The issue that someone telling you you didn't pay at all. >> It's it's up to the restaurant. It's up to the victim on what they want to do. Okay. >> But you didn't steal anything like >> food. If you don't pay for your food, >> you understand in basic world. Yes, I understand. But you you might it's same thing. >> It's it's not like it's proven. >> To double check their identity, the officer initiated a show up with the manager. So, we're going to do right now in a couple of minutes, we're going to do a show up. Okay. So, I'm going to read you these instructions and then you're going to go ahead and and sign. Okay. >> Okay. >> In a moment, you're going to have the opportunity to view a person or persons who have may or may or may not be the person who committed the crime being investigated. >> You should not guess or feel like you have to make identification. It is just as important to exclude innocent persons as it is to identify the person who committed the crime. >> Hold on one second. One second. Hello, Airm. And how like percentage? She asked her for a percentage. >> 110 210 310%. >> Okay, perfect. Um, and she is 100% sure that there was no money left on the table, under a plate, under anything, >> ma'am. >> Sure. >> So, when they left the table, was there any money on the table? Not even a credit card? And there was nothing. >> No. >> And you were the server? >> I wasn't the server. The time the manager came to me. >> Okay. So, >> he was like, I just went outside. I looked for their car. They're gone. And he cuz he thought he was going to have to pay for the bill. So he was like, "What the?" I was like, >> "So there was no money." >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> With that being done, the cops put them both under arrest. >> Okay. >> All right. So you guys are going to jail. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Okay. Keep your hands here. Okay. >> 472. You guys cannot leave a restaurant and not pay for your tab. Whatever. Whatever you want to tell a judge or an attorney, whatever the case, you guys can do that. Okay, let's go this way. 6103 myself and 611's going to have one. >> All right, this is the time. >> Okay, we'll check it for you. Okay, let me just take this off of you. Put this here. Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick me, poke me, anything like that? Okay. >> Okay. You're going to lean against the car for me. Just right there. Tell me if it's too hot. All right. Just making sure you don't have nothing here. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. And you don't have anything in your shirt. Lean forward like that. Okay. Central. >> Take a seat. There's nothing in there. They're mine now. >> They look a lot like mine. >> They were They were on the car. >> So now we're >> I'm not doing it. >> Why are you running? >> Hey, get off my property. >> Off my property. >> Can we do >> I think he has my eyeglasses and you just threw them in there. >> You gave them to me. >> They were sitting off my property. >> They were sitting on the car. >> On my car and you told me to get them. >> ARE THOSE ARE THOSE MY OFFICERS glasses or not? Do you want to be charged with theft, Chester? Okay, fine. You want your glasses? >> Yeah. After you threw them, if they're damaged, you're going to get charged with criminal mis up. Calm down. Where do they even go? >> You threw them in here somewhere. >> You want to? >> No. No. They're brand new. Good to go. Officer Nick, >> are those yours or hers? >> Yours. >> Those are mine. >> Thank you. In the end, this girl is charged with resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case here where this road raging couple thought they could get away with running over a pedestrian. >> Turn around. >> I did not hit him with a vehicle. BRING ME TO MOTHER JAIL CUZ I PROMISE ONCE I GET OUT THIS MOTHER you trying to slam me. >> Whatever happened happened. So then so so we back up hit a U-turn. So, so whenever we go to hit a U-turn, one of one of one of the ladies told had jumped out of her car, told us to block the road, said slow down. 15 17 mph is not fast. I mean, I can see how that's a little faster than what's supposed to be on this road. I understand that. But 15 to 17 mph wasn't fast to us. And I'm looking at this >> slower than the actual speed limit. >> Is it really? >> Yeah. 25 on this road. >> Oh, don't want to go 25. >> Right. Right. 7 6 minutes of them cussing us out. We're like, "Shut the up. We have to leave. we have places to be. So, we just went around them and went about our business. So, we come back, hit the U-turn, we go this way. This 4x4 had followed us all the way down to her friend's house. All the way down to her friend's house. We're at way we are at her friend's house for maybe 30 for 30 to 40 for 30 to 40 minutes. That's a long time to sit out somebody's house waiting for them to come out. >> And that's the passenger in the car who hit the pedestrian. Now, let's hear from the victim. >> I don't know. You might have witnesses all over the place. I don't know. >> This lady that lives here, too, she come out. I don't know just how much she seen, but she was standing here during the episode after the episode. >> But I'm bleeding physical proof. >> You want EMS or >> No, no press charges for sure. >> And you're no? >> I'm no relation to them. I got my brother lives in here and my sister here and my dad lives in here. So, I was just going to my sister's house to do some paper house >> and I pulled in and this car come out. I pulled up right here. You can still see my tire tracks where I stopped. pulled up. There's kids right there to them. >> Yeah. >> They talk this car in cussing them out. When they come about, they come through there and I just run around through my neighbor's yard. And when I run around there, they come away in my car, stomp the ass and me over the like that. So, and then that guy stopped her car with a hammer, the windshield with a hammer, cuz she tried to run me over. >> You did? Yeah, you did. >> Cuz I mean, she intentionally tried to run me over. I mean cuz if if she' have kept going he Yeah, that's run up cuz I'd have folded up under car as she going. So he run up to stop cuz she kept like I had to kind of hop up on the car. I wouldn't get sucked up underneath. Okay. So we finally leave. We come out and so and so and so and so it followed us all to about right here. Right here. I'm I'm from New York. You know what I'm saying? Being out here and I don't want to be rude, but this is hillbilly country in my opinion. I don't trust these people. I'm not from here. I feel like I'm going to get shot. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm not getting out of the car. She's not getting out of the car. We have a baby in the car. I'm not fighting. I'm not stepping out. You know, he was beating our car, punching it, kicking it, doing everything under the sun. And so, we're like, "Okay." So, we stayed there for a second. A a fist isn't going to hurt our car. I seen the dude come with a tomahawk. Not Well, in my opinion, it's like a little mini double-sided axe that I call a tomahawk. You know, it's like a throwing axe, you know? It's sharp. It's blade. It's small. And then, so I'm like, "Okay, I see a tomahawk. We got to go." you know, so we didn't speed off on him, but he is in front of our car and we pressed the gas a little bit. We didn't, you know, take off, you know, but then he came up, he literally jumped up and slammed into our car with the tomahawk. That's what that is right there. Me, her, and my son's life is in danger. I don't like that. So now we So we can't go this way. We So like at that point, >> no. And then we came up >> out of the car. >> The plan was so so so the plan was to circle back, you know, and go back to her house, but everything was going on. And they kept blocking us off. We couldn't go nowhere. They kept running us, chasing our car, hitting our car. >> If you're in this situation, as he described, just dial 911. They could probably handle the chaos. >> Like, you know, like stayed in our car. They, you know what I'm saying? And then like eventually I hopped out like I'm like, "Look, I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on, but please just let us go through." This dude right here, this dude in the blue, no, not the blue pants. Camo shirt right here, took his dirt off, throwing his hat on the ground. Fight me. Fight me. Fight me. Throwing racial slurs and like, "No, I'm not fighting you. There is seven people right here and one of me. I have my female and my son here. I'm not getting jumped in front of my son. Y'all got axes and guns and d I'm not fighting y'all. I'm not fighting y'all. Are you stupid? So then like we didn't fight. We didn't do anything. We just hopped in our car. >> The cops were on their way. We had ran back cuz I at this point I fear for my life. You know I'm going. So we ran back that way to her friend's house cuz I'm not standing around while they're punching our car, hitting our car with Tom axes, throwing racial slurs. I don't know what type of guns they got. They're hicks. They're hillbillies. Sorry. I don't know if that's offensive. I don't trust them. I'm not from here. I fear for my life out here. So, we we ran back that way. I called the um I called the dispatcher and they said, "Go back to the scene because deputies are there." So, I said, "Okay, deputies are there. We're going back." And now we're back. >> You did? >> Yeah, he did. >> Cuz I mean, she intentionally tried to run me over. >> I mean, cuz if if she' have kept going, he >> she Yeah, that's run up cuz I'd have folded up on her car as she going. So he run up to stop cuz she kept >> like I had to kind of hop up on the car. I wouldn't get sucked up underneath. >> So he was in he was just defending me. >> I didn't get sucked up underneath the car while he hit the windshield with cuz if he didn't they going and I would have went underneath like if he hit me that >> so >> try to just say hey slow down and be nice it was you >> and then turn it into a hate crime. my power, >> you know, and then say you going to go get a gun and come back and shoot everybody after you done hit me with a car. Yeah, of course this man's going to try to fight somebody. You just threatened us with a gun talking about and called us all crackers. >> Brought up white privilege and this and that. Like >> so he's he threatened y'all with a gun. >> Yeah, he said I'm going to get a gun. They >> and I'll come back and kill all you crackers with a gun. That's why they went back in there. >> He said he was going to get a gun and come back and shoot all of us. >> So y'all this is a private drive obviously. They don't. >> And there's signs right there at our driveway that grab county signs and go and say >> I'm not fighting these people. They got guns. They got axes. I'm clearly see this dude has guns. Don't even bring that kind of crap up. They're >> Man, we don't need >> All right. The dude's accusing them of threatening him with a gun until a passer by immediately called him out saying he's full of crap. And just like that, his story changes on the spot. >> Duh. I didn't know that. >> Yeah. I'm not familiar with. I'm from New York. Being out here is scary for me. >> You throw me out. >> So when I see the dude with the tomahawk, I don't know what they have. I'm not getting out of my car. I'm not fighting. >> See the guy with a to with a >> freaking hit our windshield. >> Is that before after >> This is So I see the road >> after after she went into the neighbor's yard and the guy made contact in front of her. >> That's when you seen it? >> Yeah. No, I seen him originally because So like we So like we seen the roadblock and we try to hit the grass so we can avoid the roadblock. I'm not trying to fight nobody. I don't want none of that. We hit the thing and then everybody starts running to our car. After we hit the grass and they see that we're trying to avert the situation, they don't want the situation averted. So they run to our car. They start punching our car. They start beating our car. Dude comes up. Dude Dude Dude comes up with an axe and hits our car. >> Did y'all have like trucks or anything? >> No, sir. She could have got out on this side. Um uh Kyle in the wide F250 cuz I just pulled down here to turn around and uh he pulled up and was just talking to me and didn't know anything about it. And they were trying to say we had the road block. >> So how was he parked? Was he parked like parallel with you or sideways? >> He kind of just pulled up. >> You can see where I pulled up to the skid steer. I just the skid steer was parked right there. You can see where I pulled right up to him. Just the top. >> That's it. >> I said, "Hey, how's the road going?" >> You know, I pulled up right there. >> I just didn't try to block the road. I didn't even I just pulled in. I didn't even know what happened in the beginning of this that you know that they got an argument blah blah blah. I didn't even know about it. >> You were just pulling up. >> I was just pulling up and say, "Hey, hey, how's the road going? Y'all not doing a good job." >> And then they come hauling ass by and they went to cut through the road and I was standing right here. So I just walked around was like, "Hey, slow down." And they had to come. They couldn't go through these pipes right here or over these things. I'm standing right here and I just like slow down. She's like, "Get the out of my way." And I'm like, "No, you need to slow down. Slow down." And then she hit me with the car and I fell on top of it. >> She kept going. And if he wouldn't hit the car in the yard, >> he wouldn't have hit the car with a hammer to suck me underneath the damn car. >> You want to take a picture of machines? >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah, for sure. >> Based on witnesses statements here, the officer decided to arrest the driver. And as soon as the cops did that, oh boy, did she prove she's the aggressor in this situation. >> All right, so put your hands behind your back. >> I'm getting arrested for what? Why am I getting arrested? What are >> you getting arrested for? >> Turn around. >> What am I getting arrested for? >> For what? >> Hit him with a vehicle. >> I did not hit him with a vehicle. What? >> Basically, what's going to happen is that you're being charged with don't mean you being convicted of it. Okay. >> I do not. >> YOU YOU DID? >> NO, I DIDN'T. HE WAS ON top of my car. >> He was HITTING OUR CAR WITH >> ARE YOU KIDDING ME? >> Just like I said, there's multiple WITNESSES SAYING THAT. >> NO. OW. THIS HURTS. Y'all are really going to arrest ME BECAUSE THEY BLOCKED OFF THE ROAD. >> YOU EVER been arrested before? >> Yes. For what? >> For stealing. For drugs one time. >> What kind of drugs? >> Do I have to tell you? Cuz I really don't want to tell you. >> I'm trying to see if the judge I'm trying to tell you see if the judge will cut you a break. Is it like bad dope? >> Yeah, it was bad drugs. I don't do drugs. >> Fentanyl? >> No, it was like beans. Do you know what beans are? It was like ecstasy and [ __ ] but it had a lot of >> Was you selling it? >> No. No. >> Mr. Yeah. >> All right. >> I don't Yeah, I don't have It's not even on my record anymore. >> All mirrors. >> Yeah. >> So, you'll be fine.
