And somehow every one of them manages to make a bad situation even dumber. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Be warned, you'll lose a few brain cells watching these dumb Karens getting arrested by cops. Starting with this woman who's ready to destroy your brain cells in the first couple of minutes. >> So you guys want to jail women for scratching men? Is there a reason? >> What can you tell me about that? >> I'm trying to figure it out. That's why I'm here. >> Okay. I don't have anything to tell you. >> Okay. What was your first name? >> I will not tell you any of my information. I don't feel like you're being very friendly. Speak to somebody else. >> You want to speak to somebody else? Okay. I'm sorry if you feel like I'm not being friendly. I'm not trying to work with you anymore. So, um if you can just help get my dog in here. >> Absolutely. >> So, he is um a firefighter firefighter man here. Won't speak with me. Okay. >> Hi, how are you? >> I'm okay. What happened today? >> So, I don't feel like discussing my situation. >> So, whatever is being said. >> Okay. I'll take whatever you got. >> I don't have much to say. >> Okay. So, it's just that simple. >> Okay. You guys were in an argument or where were you in the argument? >> No, I have nothing to say. >> Okay. Then turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You are being under arrest for domestic violence. >> For what? >> Domestic battery. Come on. >> No. Uh-uh. He I have photos of him hitting me. >> Okay. Oh, while you're at it, stop the sassy voice, too. Please call my dog or I should my dog here. >> Excuse me. You're crossing. >> Okay. Well, you're not compliant. So, >> I don't believe I should arrest. >> Okay. Well, that's not your decision to make. >> Watch your photos. They're like, "Oh, they're abusing me. Are you kidding me?" >> Got knocked off. >> Calm down. We'll tighten We'll untighten these and all that. Okay. >> All right. Let's go. You're going to arrest him after you see what's on my phone. >> So, I don't know why you guys are acting like this. >> I asked you if you'd like about it and you didn't want to until you were placed under arrest. >> What was that? >> You said you kicked me twice. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Enforcement officer is telling >> John. >> I have been here for 25 years. >> You guys are being very aggressive towards me. >> He has literally hit me. In fact, she's able. >> My suggestion is to assist and comply and not fight or kick people. >> I apologize for the you and I. I hope that you're okay. >> Put the back of your palms together. Corin, back of your palms together. Not on your butt. Put together. >> Back of your palms together. Thank you. >> I've not ever been arrested. I'm sorry. >> Okay. I just want to get >> Everybody else's cameras on, >> you know. >> So, why don't we get my phone? >> One second. We can bring your phone. >> Chill for a second. >> I'm very chill. >> So chill when like I'm getting hit too. >> After securing her in handcuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> Want to walk out this way. >> And what am I getting charged with? >> Domestic battery. And >> what? >> For battering your domestic partner. >> And what was that I happened? Was it scratches? What was it? I just want to know like what what what is the like what is the the charge? >> Yes. So I heard the charge is domestic battery but like from what >> scratches? Is it like me hitting him? What is it? >> It would be from pushing him. >> Pushing him. >> Okay. >> He pushed me. >> Okay. But you didn't want to talk about it. >> Okay. Okay. Here. >> I asked you what your story was. We could have gone a completely different way, but you told me you didn't want to talk about it. >> Okay. >> All right. Will you spread your feet for me? >> Spread your feet. >> That's an extra charge for the Dum Dum. >> Ma'am, what's going on? >> It just came off. >> Yeah. That's crazy. >> Get out. >> Give me yours. It's out. I got it. I got her. >> I apologize. >> Woman beaters. Go to >> your side. Or you might just let me know. >> Ow. >> Yeah. All right. If we help you up, would you be able to scoot forward and slim yourself on your knees? >> All right. Oh, yeah. It's the head. It's so scary for you. Oh, how about the firefighters that beat women out here? Squatch. >> Good thing we're not firefighters. Yeah, we're not firefighters. >> Yeah, I know you're not firefighters. >> Get in the car. >> You're welcome. Have a great one. >> As she's sitting in the back of the car, she continued to be a pain in the butt for the cops with that annoying voice just yapping and yapping. >> I can't breathe. Can you just take me to where you need to go? So, it's AC. >> I got the AC on right now. >> You just put it on. >> It was on. I had it up higher. No. >> No, it was off. Okay. It's very hot back here. I'm >> saying I have the AC coming through. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe in here. >> What's wrong? >> Okay. Thank you. I can't breathe. >> Well, the air's going. >> Okay. So, >> you yelling, so that means >> uh not for long. >> So, why don't we get the out my house and get to where we need to go, [ __ ] >> Oh, that's unfriendly. >> I'm not I don't be friendly to you. >> Okay, that's fine. You do owe me decent treatment. Oh, >> you actually owe me what? I'm a taxpaying citizen. >> What they owe you is charges in a ride to jail. >> No, what you owe me is being a taxpaying servant. >> Did you Did you need anything else from us right now? >> Or are you satisfied with your house as well? >> I would like for you to leave the window open so I can breathe. >> Okay. >> Excuse me. I have pictures of him hurting me. Who do I report that to? >> Chit chatter. Talk to me. Business. season being argumentative and erotic. >> Lolly dy hope we have lunch somewhere else. Why don't we get to your work? Okay, great. So, why don't you do some job? You sound like you're talking about your personal business. Go ahead and put all them on me, [ __ ] And guess what? I have nothing prior and I have evidence of him hurting me. So, see how far that goes up your ass. You Yeah. And that's why you're sitting out there in front of my house doing nothing. Get a bachelor's, [ __ ] Bye. See you. Excuse me. Can I speak to a body cam? I'm not trying to insult you. I'm just upset. >> I've been abused myself. So, I guess abused people abuse people. So, he abused me. So, you guys are catering to him. To the abuser. I did not hurt him today. If anything that happened is I think I maybe scratched him. I have very long nails. I like if I scratched him that could be possible, but I didn't hit him or I didn't bloody him. I wasn't like aggressive. This is >> It is not fair. He gets to go back in the house. >> After a while, the cops can finally ask her some questions about the altercation between her and her boyfriend. >> Now you want to be talkative without cursing at everyone, telling them that they suck and everything else. um today he um broke up with me. I I moved to the other room, >> so I'm not really sure what happened. I did not hit him. I did not hurt him in any way. >> Okay. Did you prevent him from exiting the closet? >> Unintentionally, if I did >> intentionally. So, you didn't put your hands up against the threshold of the >> No, I put my hands up. I did not like um kidnap him in any way in the closet. >> It's an interesting word. >> So, >> cuz I mean the kidnapping him. Did you try Did he try to leave the closet and you prevent his way? >> When I saw that he was trying to leave, I let him go, which is why he's out. >> So, he didn't have to force himself. >> No, he did not have to force his way at all. >> I stepped aside. >> I did not hurt him in any way. I should have not be in handcuffs. >> Well, you did fight cops, so you should be >> once you came to my door. Well, I have a right >> not to fight cops. So you don't have >> No, not to not to fight cops, but like you guys came at me saying that I'm guilty. >> No, that's not what they said. I already watched the video. That's not how that plan. So >> Okay. Okay. Well, I don't want to argue. I want to be Okay. I just want to be as straightforward as possible and what happened. >> Yeah. I'm waiting for it. I'm still waiting for you to tell us how you're a victim in any way. >> I moved out the way. >> Nobody blocked him in. If he has any marks on him, it's from my nails. They never hit him. But but nobody could like you're not able to scratch me now. Why? Because you're not swinging at me. There would have to be contact for that scratching occur. >> But can I show you my how long my nails are? >> That's irrelevant. Your nails can be 10 ft long or 10 mm. >> So you guys want to jail women for scratching men. >> I don't want to jail women. I want to jail any human being who causes any type of distress to another human being. I don't care about your gender. I don't know how you identify. >> I don't know your gender. >> Well said, sir. The law doesn't care about your gender. If you break the law, you get consequences and that's it. Kind of seems too hard for her to understand though. >> So like to scratch somebody is like a arrestable offense. >> Absolutely. It's called battery. >> Okay. >> So then I will also like to press charges >> for what? >> Um he has actually left bruises on me that I have picked up. >> But not today. >> Not today. >> Okay. So when you get released from jail, you can you can call and report that. >> Okay. >> Okay. Any other questions about today then? >> Not right now. Okay. Freak. >> How do you spell your first name? Sophia. >> I plead the fifth. >> I'm sorry. >> I plead the fifth. >> You plead the fifth. Okay. Are you failing to identify yourself to a law enforcement officer? >> No. >> So, what is it? >> It's Sophia. >> Well, how do you spell it? >> I plead the fifth. >> I'm sorry. >> I plead the fifth. >> So, how will we talk about how much he's hitting me? >> Yeah. So, how about we talk about how much he's hitting me? Do good boys protect each other? I'm saying that you guys all work together and protect each other. >> I kicked you. Yeah. If I did, I don't remember. Well, I would like a lawyer for this whole thing. >> Who could get assigned a lawyer by time? >> I have my own lawyer. Didn't you guys have a guy die in your uh um jails? You guys left him there? 55year-old or something? No. Yeah, it was like about like 2 months ago. You guys just like leave people. >> Don't seem to be much of care. No, look it up when you get home. >> I'd rather spend time with my family. >> That's good. I think you should um be sweet to your family so it doesn't happen cuz I think when you bring home you work home. >> Yeah. >> I think that's when this kind of stuff happens. >> What kind of stuff happens? >> Um just like violence against women. >> Okay. >> Have you heard of that? Violence against women. Is that funny? >> Violence against any person is terrible. What year did you graduate from? Was it like >> I pleaded the fifth. >> I had a class with you. I can't remember what class it was. >> Don't care. I care about my wellbeing. >> No, you don't care about wellbeing. You care about men. >> I care about everybody. >> I'm an American citizen. >> I don't I'm not saying you're not. I never once doubted you were dispatched. >> I am neutralized. Whatever they say. >> I'm neutralized. >> You're what? >> Naturalized. Neutralized. What is it called? >> Neutralized is something very different. >> Naturaliz. It's spelled like it. >> Huh? >> It's spelled similarly. >> Yeah. >> I do have POTS and I'm getting very hot. >> I'm sorry. >> I have POTS and I am getting very hot. >> You have what? Pots. >> What's that? >> It's like when your temperature is disregulated. >> So, what does that mean? >> I'm just getting very hot. >> I am not feeling well. I feel like my blood pressure is dropping. I just need some water. Well, I would hate to die in your custody. >> I don't think you're going to die. >> You never know. Do you think those people thought that that guy was going to die in that cell? You don't I don't think they thought that, but he did die. >> You think you're going to die? >> Not currently. >> Okay. >> But I may. I just need some water. In the end, she's charged with domestic battery, false imprisonment, battery on a Leo, and resisting with violence. The domestic battery and false imprisonment charges were dropped. She pled not guilty to the two other ones and uh has yet to go to trial. Moving on to this case now, where a mother's brain is replaced with alcohol as she attempted to drive away with her kids. Nobody can survive in Jupiter because of the New Yorkers that took over and now they're taking over my life. You grab my arm. I will see you. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. Please put your >> behind your back. >> I did nothing to you. >> Please. Everybody go. Okay. I'd love to go. >> Step off for a second, please. >> Come here now. Come here now. They're trying to set me up. >> Come here now. They're trying to set me up. >> I don't want my mom. >> They're trying to set me up. Call the police. >> They told me not. They're trying to set me up. >> They're mother [ __ ] New Yorkers. >> Get off the phone, please. >> They're trying to get arrested. >> Ma'am, get off the phone. They're trying to set me up right now. >> Guys, go sit on the curb for me. >> They're trying to set me up. They're trying to set me up right now. >> Sit on the curb, buddy. I said, "Grab my kid by her shirt." I said, "Mind your own business." >> Okay. How much did you have to drink, Amy? >> Three glasses of wine. >> Three? >> Yeah. Woodbridge. Shittiest wine on the face of the earth. >> Well, it does the job, doesn't it? Getting you this hammered. Also, what she meant by three glasses were three mega pints of wine. >> Is a daddy able to come pick up the kids. >> There is no daddy. Daddy's a loser. >> Okay. Is there is your mom around? >> I'm fine. >> There's nothing wrong with me. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to help you. So, you need you need to just keep it down. The disorderly conduct charge was ultimately not pursued by the state's attorney's office, but the battery on a Leo charge moved forward. A few months later, the woman entered a pre-trial intervention program. As part of the deal, she had to write an apology to the officer she need along with a separate apology to each of her children. Damn right. On top of that, she's required to complete an eight-hour anger management course. >> Leviathan, I'm gonna have you step out of the car. Okay. >> For what? >> Because I told you to. >> No, >> I didn't do nothing. >> Get out of the car. >> Stop. Get off me. >> Don't face him. You're under arrest. >> Yo, you're black. >> On October 14th, 2025, cops with the Oallon Police Department in Illinois were dispatched for a woman trespassing on the property after the manager had asked her to leave several times. Sitting right next to her would be this man she'd matched with on Tinder. The manager then blocked the exit with his own tow truck and called the police. And here's where we are. >> Oh, Leviathan. Cuz she was also prostituting herself. >> Leviathan, the giant sea monster from mythology. That's definitely a name suited to this one. You'll see. Also, on a side note, you think she has a sibling named Behemoth. >> Hey there, Leviathan. Do you have a valid license now? >> Well, I have a valid license. >> Yeah. >> So, well, how are you going to drive a car out of here if you don't have a valid license? >> Pull it out. >> Okay. If >> I get that real quick, you care if I just pat you down real quick. Make sure there's no weapons or anything. >> No. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to have you just face my partner. >> What's going on? So, how do you know her? Like that. How did you get like we just met? So, >> how do you guys meet? >> Uh, just online. Okay. >> So, so what did you meet her at online? Okay. Because I'm going to shoot straight with you. Uh, she's known for prostituting herself around here. Okay. Uh, and also multiple drugs and and different things going on. So, how how did you guys meet online? >> No, just a dating site. So, >> Okay. >> Yeah. I had no idea about that. >> Okay, >> that's good to know. Like >> that's not what I want to be involved in. So, >> yeah. So, but no. What What site was it that you guys met on? >> Tinder. >> It was Tinder. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> After speaking to the man, the officer then came to deal with Leviathan, whom he's really familiar with. >> Leviathan, what do you have in your purse today? >> Why does that matter? >> Well, so I'm just curious what kind of narcotics you have with you today. >> Narcotics? Yeah. >> Are you okay? >> I am. Yeah. Last time I was with you, you had some crack with you. Okay. >> Excuse. >> So, I'm just curious what's going on. What what you're doing here today? And >> some crack? That's so crazy. I was in court today. >> Okay. So, are you okay if I search your bag real quick and make sure >> I can't search my bag? What the >> All right. So, when when we get a dog out here, is it going to alert on >> No. Get the dog. >> Okay. So, there's nothing in your bag. >> Nope. >> Okay. And you're going to tow your vehicle out of here cuz I know you don't have a valve >> watch talking now. Okay. Listen. >> Last time we spoke. Get the out of here. >> Well, so last time we spoke you were driving under the influence. You had crack on you. Uh you went into somebody's backyard. Okay. So, you know, there's some general suspicion about what's going on with you. >> Oh, okay. >> Right. I mean, it it's it's pretty pretty fair assessment. >> Is it? >> It is. Yeah. You came from court today. What was the court for? >> All right, Leviathan, I might have to step out of the car. Okay. >> For what? >> Because I told you to. >> No. >> So, it doesn't work like that. Okay. You're You're going to step out of the car. >> For what? >> Because I told you to. All right. I don't know what you're doing in there. >> I don't I don't feel comfortable with you being in there reaching around. Okay. >> Well, I got some weed, some money, a toothpick, and some lip gloss. >> Okay. So, I want you to step out of the car, though. Okay. Nope. >> All right. You need to step out of the car. >> No. >> Because at this point, if you don't step out of the car, you're going to be placed under arrest. Okay? Because I gave you a lawful order. You need to get out of the car. >> Okay. Well, then arrest me because there's really no legal recourse. You have to arrest me. >> All right. Come on. Step out of the car. >> No. >> Yep. We're stepping out of the car. For what, >> girl? I don't want to have to pull you out of the car. Okay, >> girl. Like, you're not stronger than me, Louis. Like, please stop. >> Oh, is that a challenge? Accept it. >> Can you please just step outside? >> Why are you asking me to step out of the car? >> Cuz I want you to. >> For what? >> I'm going to give you one more chance. Can I say anything to you to make you >> I have no weapons on me. I have no drugs on me. Why are you pulling me out of the car? >> Say anything to you that's going to make you step out of the car on your own free will. >> Cuz the Supreme Court has said that officers can ask you to step out of the car and you're required to do so >> for what? I didn't do nothing. >> Get out of the car. >> Stop. Get off me, bro. >> Nope. Face him. You're under arrest. Okay. >> Yo, you're dragging it back out. Please stop. >> You're under arrest. >> Yo, are you crazy for what? >> Because I told you to get out of the car. >> Yo, get off me. Don't touch me. Stop. That's >> all right. You don't have any pockets or anything on you. >> Stop. >> Stop touching me. >> All right. We're going to walk to my car. Okay. >> Why? >> Because you're under arrest. >> For what? >> For resisting obstruction. >> Yeah. I brought my body. Y'all going to have to pick me up. >> Yeah. Yeah. Cuz yo, we can I would never do that. >> Okay. Squeeze as hard as you want. >> Go ahead and have a seat. Sure. >> The cops then began to search the vehicle. >> All right. So, sir, is there anything in the vehicle that is not yours? Uh, that you can just point out to us so that we can make sure there's nothing else in there. >> Thank you. Everything you've got. >> Okay. We just want to make sure there's nothing else that's hers. And here's your ID back. I don't want >> This stuff is hers. >> Thank you. >> This stuff's hers. Um, >> can you lower your tailgate for us? >> I need to go get it checked out cuz it won't come down all the way by itself. >> And everything else in the truck is yours? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, there shouldn't be anything else illegal on the truck. >> No. >> All right. Search real quick. Just make sure she didn't spill some crack cocaine in there. We going to get up. >> Cocaine. That's a >> That's >> This is what we're talking about. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Holy shi. >> Yeah. >> Mind if I go ahead and search your fine? >> Well, it's good to meet you, sir. Sorry it had to be like this. >> All right. So Illinois frowns upon other states bringing guns into the into the state. >> Okay. >> This is what's called aggravated unlawful useful weapon because you're in possession of a loaded gun in a vehicle. >> Okay. >> It's a felony crime in Illinois. If you didn't know that, we're going to talk this up to an educational opportunity. Okay. >> The gun is unloaded. It's in its holster in the back. I'm going to put these in a separate container. >> Just make sure that when you're in Illinois >> I won't bring it. >> Don't make that mistake. >> Yeah, I won't bring it back. I don't want to be in trouble. >> Yeah. Or just get your concealed carry license through Illinois and you'll be good. >> Yeah. I would recommend if you get any messages from her again, I probably would avoid her. >> It's not going to happen. >> Yes. >> Yeah. She's got some lead. We'll deal with that. >> In the end, she's charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing. We move on to this case now where an entitled Karen learns a hard lesson after attacking an Instacart driver for not speaking English >> because she doesn't speak English. I didn't chase her to her car. >> Okay. Okay. And you started throwing things at her car because she doesn't speak English. >> I did not throw anything at her car. >> Okay. >> No, I didn't anywhere. >> Don't go nowhere. Don't go nowhere. It's June 18th, 2026, and cops get to a reported battery against a grocery delivery driver who said a woman grabbed her face, damaged her glasses, and followed her back to her vehicle before throwing objects at her. What the hell? So, here's what happened when the officer arrived at the suspect's home. >> Hi. What's going on? >> What? Why are you here? We got called out here. Did you have an altercation with the lady that was delivering groceries? >> Yes. Yes. I did not do anything. >> Okay. What happened? Aaron, >> I let her go. She tried to drop off the groceries. >> Mhm. And then >> can I get my phone >> for what? >> Why are there so many people here? >> Because you wouldn't answer the door. We were worried about your safety. >> Okay, but my husband's also calling me. >> I know. Because we couldn't get a hold of you. We've been out here for 30 35 minutes. >> I was sleeping. >> Okay. So, I'm asking you what happened between you and the person that was delivering groceries. >> Nothing. >> Are you sure? This what you want to stick with? >> Um, I'm feeling a little bit um bullied right now, >> said the bully. >> Okay. Well, I need you to answer. >> Has happened. >> Okay. You didn't try to lunge at her or grab her? Did you grab her by the glasses? >> No. Did you ask her if she spoke English and then threw the door open? >> Yeah, I didn't. She should speak English. She's driving a car. >> Why does she need to speak English? >> Because she was driving a car. >> What does that have to do with anything? >> Road signs. >> It's not illegal to not speak English and drive. You don't need to speak English to see the signs. >> So that that gives you the right to put your hands on somebody. >> I didn't touch anyone. I did not touch her. >> Okay. Okay. So then what happened? >> I did not touch her. >> What happened? >> I What happened? What's with the long pause? It's like she has a very slow processor and has to repeatedly buffer each time she's asked a question. >> Number one, I did not chase her. Number two, >> who said anything about chasing? Number one, I did not put my hands on her. >> Okay. Number two, >> I did not chase her. >> Uh-huh. >> Number three, I did not do any harm to her. >> Okay. So, why would she be so shaken up? >> That's on her. I don't know. >> Okay. Did you jump on her car? Do you have video of that? >> I'm asking you. >> No. >> Okay. So, you didn't follow her to the car trying to hurt her, throw things at her car? >> Okay. That was >> Uh-huh. >> That's You're asking me. And that is >> you can see the gears are clicking in her head. I mean, she's trying so hard to spill out lies for each question the cops have for her. But sadly for her, the cops already know she's full of crap. >> We just want your side of the story. Number one, okay, the story that I'm going to give you is I was in bed. And number two, she did not deliver my groceries because she came to me and didn't do what you were doing. >> We've been knocking on your door for 30 minutes and we called your husband and he said that >> because I was in bed. >> So that's why we're all here. But we have to come out here. >> So how many? >> One, two, three. four police officers because I was sleeping and because somebody who didn't speak English is driving a car. >> So again, does that give you the right to put your hands on her? >> I didn't put I didn't touch her. >> Okay, then why'd you chase her to her car? >> Because she doesn't speak English. I didn't chase her to her car. >> Imagine being such a miserable Karen. got nothing to do but chase and assault people who can't speak English. Oh well, either way, she's going to get arrested for this. >> Okay. So, because she doesn't speak English >> follow her to a car. She doesn't speak English. >> Okay. And you started throwing things at her car because she doesn't speak English. >> I cannot throw anything at her car. >> Okay. >> Okay. Do you have shoes? >> No. Okay. You want to get some? >> No. >> Okay, let's go then. >> I am not. No, I'm not going anywhere. >> Don't go nowhere. >> Don't go nowhere. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for battery. You sure you're going to make some some shoes before you go? >> After securing her in handcuffs, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> I'm just asking if it's it's a yes or no question. Get you. >> Are you going to take this robe off of me? Because it's going to be pretty dis >> No, I'm not going to take the robe off of you, but I do need to search it before I put you in the back of my squad car. >> Why are you arresting me? >> For battery. >> I did not touch anybody. >> Okay, let's go. You don't want shoes? Last chance. >> I did not touch anybody. Also, I think this is battery. If >> it's not, you're in arrest. >> Light off. >> I don't want you tripping and falling. >> I don't want the neighbors looking at me. >> You should have thought about that before you put your hands on somebody. >> All right. Anything on you that's going to stick me, poke me, hurt me? >> Wow. Thank you for feeling me up. >> I'm not feeling you up. Searching you. >> See, >> I asked you if you had clothes on. Stop. >> Stop. Don't do that. >> No. You're doing it. >> Watch your head. >> Stop. As she sat in the back of the car, she somehow slipped the cuffs, forcing the cops to pull her out and do it all over again. >> Sir, why am I under arrest again? >> Battery. 17. Come on out. I saw you take the cuffs off. Come on. Come on. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. The car. >> Why am I under arrest? >> I told you multiple times already >> for a person who can't speak English. >> It has nothing to do with it. >> You're telling me that you did it because she doesn't speak English? >> No. >> I was asking her if she spoke English. >> Do it. >> She didn't answer in English. >> Okay. >> She shouldn't be driving a car. >> Okay. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> You guys are going to I want to cover myself up. >> Use your words and we will help you with that. But if you're resisting it, >> you're not letting me use my words. >> You're breaking my wrist. >> You're breaking my wrist. LET GO. >> STOP fighting him. You let me go. I You're breaking my left wrist. You >> stop trying to grab me. >> You are breaking my left wrist. You're breaking my left wrist. Let my left wrist go. I want I am a single white female. This is your This is what you guys are doing. Damn it. I'm leaving. We're stuck. >> That's fine. Hey, mayor. Mayor Turner, this is what your people are doing because I what you and your progressive city. Ow. God damn it. Okay. All right. Now you're proving a point. You need to PUT MY BACK ON >> INTO the car. There you go. Don't think you're in the car. YOU KNOW WHAT? THE NICEST PERSON ON THE PLANET. >> NICEST. UH, more like the most hateful person on the planet. >> STOP ACTING LIKE A NUT. I'M A WHITE GIRL. HEY, CAN YOU call my >> You will have a chance to make all the phone calls you would like. This woman is charged with battery, resisting arrest, and aggravated assault on a police officer. Let's take a little break with this next case where a woman thinks that she can lie after getting caught red-handed tag switching. It's May 29th, 2024, and cops get to a small business about some retail theft. Okay. What's happening here? >> So, not nice, but nice to see you again. >> Yeah. Well, apparently this is where the crime's happening in St. Joe. >> What the hell is going on around here? >> I haven't done anything since the last report. Then you had for me, so I guess we'll do it again. >> I guess so. >> Um, so switching some price tags and taking a stool. >> Yeah, it was a stool that wasn't for sale. Like a was it like more for like display? >> It was the ladies for display. Yeah. Mhm. >> Okay. I was struggling in my head to understand. >> Yeah. >> Is it just like a storage unit or what? I figured it out. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um I see you have the price tags. Do you still have that one from the stool that she bought? >> Mhm. >> Where's it at? Let me take a look at it. >> Mhm. >> Should have it. >> Margaret, I already >> Oh, I just gave you >> I It's right here. >> Yep. right here. >> All right. >> Okay. So, this is the one that she took off. Sorry, we marked through it. >> She took this tag off of a white step stool. >> Okay. >> And put it on the brown one. >> And then of course the next day somebody wanted to buy the white step stool and we're like, why is there no tag on it? >> Cuz she's really good about putting tags on it. >> And so now now we know why there wasn't a tag on it cuz she took it. And then >> do you got a photocopier right here? >> I do. >> And you saw the >> video. Okay. >> And it was just a fluke that I found it that >> Yeah. It was weird. >> I was like cuz that lady the whose stuff it was hadn't been in for 12 days. >> I'm like, "Oh my god, I got to look at 12 days." >> Yeah. >> And I said, "I'm just going to start on Saturday because I worked Saturday." >> Yeah. >> And um >> it got you. just saw something weird in it and then I went back and went back and went back and then I saw it happening and I was like, "Oh, I called you. I was like, can you believe I just found it?" >> Yeah. I mean, sometimes it's hours of footage that we go through. >> Yes. I can I can only imagine those. >> Really? >> And she that day I didn't pull her receipt, but she did pay with a credit card, which is how we got her name. I mean, she comes in all the time and she was in yesterday. If she goes comes in all the time. >> I know. Well, we follow. >> It might be move to uh >> I got it. >> All right. Well, I'll go talk with her and see if I can't get this one back. >> Okay. >> After talking with store employees, the officer then located the woman and confronted her about that tag switch and scheme. >> Whatever it was, I didn't do it. >> I know you didn't. >> Hello. Is it Cindy >> for me? >> Yes, ma'am. I'm Deputy Griff with the sheriff's office. Okay. Just, you know, my body came rolling. Okay. Audio video recording. >> Yeah. >> I'm here about um your recent shopping trip at the Merkantile Mart. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. About the stool you bought? >> Yeah. >> Can we talk about that? >> Sure. >> Is there a place a good place inside or do you want to talk? Okay. >> Right here. >> Um so the consigner for the shop came and and looked at the stuff and said her stool was missing and they reviewed the cameras. Um, and the stool that you bought wasn't for sale. >> Well, the tag was right on the bottom of it. >> Okay. >> It was like It was like right beside it. >> Okay. >> And and the lady even questioned me when I when I purchased it. >> Mhm. What What'd she question you about? >> She goes She goes, "This says white stool." And I said, "I'm sorry, I don't know. We were both back there looking and I liked it and it's sitting right in my living room right now and that's the only thing I know." But she questioned me and I said, "Well, I don't know. Well, you tell me. >> Okay. >> And she sold it to me. >> It's It's a as simple as the fact that the area that the stool was at had security cameras. >> And that's fine. >> Okay. >> But the white thing was sitting right at the bottom of the stool. So, I picked it up and >> Right. But those those security cameras were recording. >> That's fine. I didn't do anything wrong. Well, the security cameras show you take the tag off of a white stool >> and put it on the dark stool. >> Uh, despite the fact that there's video evidence, she's just going to keep on denying everything. >> That's That's what they showed me. >> Do you want the stool back? I >> I I do need the stool back. Okay. >> And do you have your driver's license or an ID >> inside the house? >> Okay. Do you mind if I come in with you? >> Well, my father's here with me. I mean, we were innocent shoppers. Well, the security cameras show that you took the tag off of a different item and placed it on the item. Do you think it was odd that a that a tag saying white stool up? >> I didn't even look at the tag. >> You did look at the tag. You put the stool down. Um your father were you shopping with your father? He came around the corner and he the video showed you look at the tag again. >> You picked it up off the white stool and you came in. So >> I did not, but that's fine. >> Hey, >> how you doing, sir? Well, I'm here. >> So am I. >> This is it. You can have it. >> And so be it. >> And do you have your driver's license on you? >> Am I going to get my money back? >> Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Remove the tags on the different items. >> I didn't because I was looking at several stools. >> I was looking at several stools. >> Tell you what, I'll take your driver's license. I'll take the stool. Secure it in my car. Yeah. >> Okay. and then I'll be right back with you and I'll call the shop and see what they can do. Okay. Does that sound good? >> Well, one of my I mean >> I I have to I can't just tell you what the shop could do without contacting the shop. You know, I had I don't speak on behalf of the shop. >> No. No. But >> I It was an innocent. >> Okay. Let me go talk with the shop and see what I can do. Okay. >> You can have the stool back. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> And then I I'll be right back with you. Is it safe to assume you'll be in here? >> I'm not going anywhere. Brother, >> we can't. >> After checking with the store, the cop went back to show her this video evidence of her wrongdoing. >> Let me just be clear with you, okay? So, you know that I'm not pulling your leg. >> Well, >> I'm cool for Okay, I'm >> I understand. >> I just want you to you you to understand that I'm not pulling your leg. Right. So, this this is what they showed me, right? And I'd really like for you to understand and explain what's going on in this video. >> I don't know. I was looking at stools. I was looking at stools. >> Okay. >> And I But but the thing of it was if if if I'm being if I'm being questioned about the purchase, why didn't they stop me at the cash stand? >> Well, I mean, you you mentioned that they they kind of said this tag is kind of weird at the cash, right? And I said to her, "I don't know. Please go check." >> Okay. Sold it to me anyway. >> I don't I don't know. >> Do you think it's a retail establishment's responsibility? >> No. >> To make sure that you're not swapping tags and to catch everything that goes. Of course not. >> Of course not. >> Do you see you're looking at it now? >> I'm looking at it. >> I'm reading it. Yes. So, I think a customer with good intentions and one that supports the local businesses that they that they they purchase at would go, "Hey, wait. This tag's wrong. Let me address it with the cashier and and and see if we can get it get it fixed." >> I shop there all the time. >> I've never come across anything like this. So, >> okay. Well, you >> Let's just show it again then. What do you mean you never came across something like this? Right. You're 5 ft away from the stool and you're picking up a tag on the ground. To me, this shows that you're taking the tag off the white stool. >> I did not take it off the white stool. It was on the ground and I thought it belonged to that one because there were other things on top of it. >> Right. But the tag said stool, >> but I didn't even I I to be honest, I didn't even look at the tag. You didn't look at the tag. Okay, let's let's watch. Let's watch. Well, >> let's watch. I don't. >> No, no, no. Let's watch. You didn't look at the tag. Okay, we set the stool down. Look at it. Okay, it's a nice stool. What are you doing right there? Are you looking at the tag? >> No, I was looking at the stool. >> You have the tag in your fingers and you're turning the tag. You're looking at the tag. >> Okay. >> It's a stool. >> It's a stool. That's what I'm saying. It's a stool. Oh, so you you got confronted with the video of you swapping the tags on it >> and we still can't just respect the fact that we made a mistake. >> I made a mistake. >> Wow. You can show this thief whatever you got. She's going to deny deny deny. It's got to be in their DNA. >> I respect that I made a mistake. But I did not think that that was the wrong tag for the stool. >> Okay, >> I'm just going to say that up front. >> We're talking in circles now and and it is what it is. Okay. So, what's a good phone number for you? >> Wh what what what's going on? >> Well, that video shows that you took the tag off of a different item and placed it on an item that wasn't even for sale. >> Well, I didn't know that. That's why I put the tag on it. >> Do you think it might have behooved you to be like, "Oh, there's no tag on this. Maybe it's not for sale." >> I never have come across something like that before in there. I shop there a lot. You can ask them. >> I've talked to them before. I talked to them today. >> Just I >> I'm sorry. I picked up the tag. I thought it was for that stool. I'm very sorry. >> But when you looked at the tag and you saw that it said it was for a white stool. >> You didn't. >> You know what I was looking at? I was looking at the price. >> Okay. >> I wasn't looking at white stool. >> I seriously wasn't. And then you went up to the front register >> and they said, "This tag's for a white stool." >> You didn't say, "Oh, I'm sorry. Let me go find the right tag." Or you didn't say, "Oh, my mistake. Let me go." >> I went to her and I when she said that, I said, "Then you tell me what it's supposed to be." Is what I told her. Cuz I didn't know. It's a $20 stool. >> Well, it's not just about what the stool is. It's about the act of what was done. And I'm very sorry. >> Okay. I respect that. I do. I respect that. >> You got the stool back. I'm very sorry. >> What's a good phone? >> I am not a stealer. >> What's a good phone number? >> Okie dokie. No point in talking to her anymore. The cops are going to give her a court date and just trespass her from the store. >> Here's your ID back. Okay. >> Thank you. >> And then unfortunately I I understand that you say you're not a stealer, but the act that was committed is considered retail theft. Okay. Bags do need to stay on on >> Well, I won't be here, so they don't have to worry about me. >> The continuation of this is they do not want you back. >> No, I don't want bags. >> Uh they consider you banned from the business and if you do return, you're subject to arrest for trespassing. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> Okay, it it's it's simple if we understand that and that goes there. >> So, this is also going to be your copy. It's a notice to appear in court. Okay. You do have to appear in court on the 25th of next month, 10:30 a.m., courtroom K in Urbana. Okay, that's to ask for a retail theft charge. All right, that's for the act of swapping the tags, picking up a tag off of another item, placing it on one that was not originally for sale, and then going up and purchasing it. Okay, it's essentially as if you were to put a sticker for an Apple on a display case at Walmart and try to buy the display case, right? So, I don't think the shop should be responsible for your actions. Okay? Do make sure you do show up to that court date and the state's attorney will take it from there. If you miss that court date, there's going to be a warrant issued for your arrest and I'm going to have to come speak with you again. And we can smooth that over by just answering it in court and going from there. Okay? >> I could have taken you to jail today for this, but I agree with you. It's a $20 stool and I don't think it needs to go that far, right? I think we made a mistake and we got caught up in the moment. >> No. >> And it happens. >> Yes, >> it does. But unfortunately, the acts that happened happened happened and we can't go back and change it. No. >> Right. And the shop >> likes to protect their property and go from there. >> I'm sure they do. >> So, just make sure you do show up to court. Okay. >> All right. >> In the end, she's cited for retail theft. Break time's over, class. We're going to move on to a really tiring case where this entitled mom goes nuts when being pulled over. I'm sorry. Is there a problem? >> YEAH, THERE IS A PROBLEM cuz you're Get BACK IN YOUR CAR. I DON'T GIVE a >> Get back in your car before I lock you up. >> Soing aggressive. >> I will lock you up in front of your kid. >> Your whole [ __ ] mail. >> Get out of my face. >> I don't give a [ __ ] Who the [ __ ] you think you are? >> License, registration. >> Scared of you cuz you're a [ __ ] cop. >> License, registration, >> [ __ ] How about that? >> LICENSE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE. >> LICENSE, REGISTRATION. Again, in Wasau, Wisconsin. A young girl becomes violent after realizing that her sister threw out about $100 worth of coke in a prescription bottle. Now, her sister is aware of her drug abuse and just didn't want her to have access to it. Good girl. After a fight with her family, though, she left the residence in this black vehicle. And while on the way to the residence, an officer would see this black vehicle pass him. So, he turns around and began his traffic stop. We're still rolling south on 51 between Bridge and 52 Parkway. Looks like they're going to stop 13. Still rolling southbound on the exit ramp to 52 Parkway. 213 still rolling. They're not trying to evade. I just don't think they want to stop. Westbound on 52 Parkway from 51. Negative. They are not actively trying to evade. They are just going about 10 miles an hour failing to yield. Turn the car off and step out. Driver only. Driver only. >> Walk back towards me, man. >> The driver was identified as 33-year-old Vong Lore. What? Anyways, he was called by this girl to drive her away, and he immediately regretted it. coming back to my car. Turn around. Turn around. Why? What's going on, man? Uh nothing much. I just got the She told me to come pick her up, so I just came pick her up. >> Who is that? >> That's uh uh uh what was it? Anna. >> Anna. Okay. Why Why weren't you stopping then? >> Cuz we were on the highway when you were on the highway that entire road. >> It wasn't a registered car. So I I just recently bought the car, so I just took it for a test. Red and blue lights mean stop. Right. Right. Right. And the siren. >> I just want to stop right in the middle of traffic. You know, >> you weren't in the middle of traffic. >> And then you got off the road. >> Yeah. I just want to get >> talk to Anna. >> Yep. I got What's your name, man? >> Hi, Anna. Officer North. Watch the police. >> Yeah. >> Hey, so were you at your mom's place just earlier? >> No. So, why am I getting a report that you bit your mom and stuff? What's going on? >> Okay. So, you didn't bite her or any do fight with her or anything like that? No, I didn't. >> No. Okay. You've been doing good. Yeah. You've had a >> You've had a lot of bad runs with the police and So, your mom's trying to get you put in jail for what? >> Because um I haven't paid her rent. >> Pay her rent. Okay. So, you've been living with mom? >> Yeah. >> How old are you, Anna? Again? >> I'm 18. >> You're 18. Okay. All righty. So, I guess what? So, I know you said I guess how has the relationship with you and your mom been the last couple days? >> It's horrible. >> Horrible. You've been drinking a lot. No, not really. >> Not really. >> Just a little bit. But >> just a little bit tonight? >> Yes. >> Okay. Were you drinking at the house? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Okay. Did you and your mom argue tonight or something? Okay. What were you guys arguing about having drinks? Okay. I mean, you can kind of see where she's getting she's getting upset with that. All right. So, nothing physical happened at all. You guys didn't fight each other, throw each other. Okay. Did you guys throw anything at each other at all? >> No. Okay. So, who's this guy? >> He's my friend. >> He's your friend. Okay. I got >> How do you know him? Uh from friends. >> Friends? >> Yeah. Okay. Did she tell you anything that happened there? >> No. >> Did you know anything that was going on over there? >> No. >> All righty. Anna, so I just want to let you know what's going on going on moving forward. Okay. So, we have another officer at your mom's place just talking with her. Says right now, you're not free to go. Okay. But keep being cool with me and I'll be cool with you. Okay. You understanding? >> All right. After talking with Vong for a while, the cop arrested him because he had two active warrants and they also had her take a preliminary breath test which resulted in 169. >> So, I just want to clarify you know nothing about what happened there. You only know Anna through friends? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is there anything in the car I should know about? >> No, I I just thought so. I don't know. >> Okay. >> All right. Go ahead and just turn around for me. Okay. On your back. You have warrants up for your arrest. Did you know that? >> No. Okay. When was the last time you saw your appeal? What's happening? >> What was that? >> He's got warrants. >> So, we got to address that. >> What were you on probation for? >> Uh, drugs. >> What's that? >> Drugs. >> So, Anna, you and your mom were just arguing tonight about just the drinking then. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You kind of got upset, so that's why you left. >> Okay. All right. That makes sense. Are you willing to give me a PBT? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Let me just grab that real quick. Okay. Close our windows. >> Yep. We'll get everything taken care of. Okay. >> All right. You You've done this before, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, it's all zeros. >> All right. I'm just going to close this guy. It's a little cold out here. >> Hey, Anna, would you be willing to sit in my car? We got to secure your your friend's car since he's going to gym. >> You don't want to? >> Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. So, >> Well, I'm not I'm not saying you are. It's just I just we just have to we just have to secure the car since it's his. >> Yeah. So, here's a He's going to jail cuz he has a warrant for his arrest. Okay. So, >> so I have to do anything wrong. >> Yeah. And you're right. He doesn't have any charges. It's not from us. We didn't decide that. >> It's just warrants. >> What's that? >> Well, you don't have to agree with it. Um unfortunately though. >> Then what's going to happen with me? >> Well, we're still trying to figure that out. I just told you that we have an officer talking to your mom. >> What's going to happen? >> We don't know yet. We don't know yet. >> Then I don't want to go if I don't. >> You don't have to sit in the back of the car, but you have to get out of this car. so I can secure it and get his keys to him. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> His keys in. >> Huh? >> Detainer right away. >> Can I go sit in the car? It's kind of cool. >> Yes, ma'am. Are you cool if I patch you down real quick for just weapons? >> No, I'm good. >> Okay, then you can't get in my car, unfortunately. All right. I She's denying everything. She just had an argument about >> Why can't I go back in the park? >> What's that? >> Why can't I go back in the park? >> We'll have to ask him. Okay. >> Do you have anything in there? >> No, there's nothing in there. >> No. Like if there's something you needed to get out of there cuz we've taken the keys for >> No. Okay. >> Do you need to stay warm? Is that what it is? >> Yes. >> Okay. The option >> freezing out here. >> She won't let me search her. So, fire down for weapons. >> We can let you sit in the car, but this is his car and we got other stuff going on with him now. So, if you let us search you, we'll put you in our squad car. But >> I'm good. Thank you. >> All right. Is it warming up back there, Vong? >> Yeah. I was wondering why I'm going to jail. I mean, >> I told you I told you you got two warrants. That's why you're going to jail. >> I have my Did you guys talk to my attorney? I have attorney for that all the cases. Why? >> No, you have two warrants for your arrest. So, you're going to jail. This has nothing to do with talking to your attorney. I had nothing to do. Hold on. Listen, I have no say in warrants. Nothing like that. Other than I know that you have one and I have to take you to jail, >> right? Cuz uh I was driving around Anna around, right? >> Um no, you guys left the scene that uh Anna was involved in. So that's why we stopped >> because she was the one who called me to go get her. And now she >> I guess you were in the wrong place wrong time, man. I don't know what else to call you. But she, the little white girl that, you know, gets to get away cuz she's drunk. Cuz why why why did you guys even come after Anna for why would you guys even pull me over for? Why did you guys even come for Anna when Anna's the problem, not me? >> Number Well, you're driving her and she left in your vehicle that we were given the description of, right? >> And I located you on my way and I located you on my way to the scene. >> Yep. >> So that gives me reasonable suspicion to pull you over, >> right? So >> And then you also refused to stop. And then the issue I didn't receive. >> After looking through the database, the cops then saw the girl was flagged as a 100 for officer safety. Well, because of that previous case, but then she makes a phone call to her mom and begs her to come and save her. >> No, negative. Since we're dealing with so much, I mean with Anna's 10 Hunter's got a guy 95. So like he's just sticking around. So >> mom, please come get me. Please come get me. No, please come get me. I hate you. No, she's been cool with me, but she's getting kind of passively aggressive now. So, >> pulled me over. But look, look at her. She'sing drunk as And you guys just >> You have no idea what's going on, bud. You have no idea what's going on. >> She told me she was drunk to go help her out. So, I I came over to help her out. And this is the help that she gives me, right? She gets to walk. >> I don't know what else to tell you. I have better friends, man. >> Look at her. I I need better officers to help me out. >> I I can't do anything. you know, the drunk people, make them get uh get in the back of the squad car, but instead you guys arrest them and record them and humiliate them on a on a YouTube channel. And you guys think that's funny? >> I don't have a YouTube channel where I do that. >> Somebody did. Somebody had her drunk pissed out uh humiliating her on the car. >> Stop kicking. STOP DOING THAT. >> YEAH, it's a private party that did that, not us. >> The private party? It wasn't the police. >> Correct. >> It wasn't the police that did it. >> Correct. Somebody somebody detective. >> Somebody somebody applied for an open records request for that department and the department released that video. >> Yeah. And there was a police department. It was police department. >> It wasn't ours. >> You guys are enjoying h doing it. >> Not really. >> You guys are you guys glad doing your job? >> Because I was drinking and they kicked me. Then take me back to mom's. Dad, I'm begging you. Come get me. Please. I'm begging you. It isn't my fault. Dad, I'm being honest. >> No, no, no. I I I'm just I'm I'm just asking cuz I >> sentent anywhere. No >> that. >> Okay. >> Look at it right here. This is the prime example of a white white supremacist and Asian, right? >> I don't know what that means. >> She's white. I'm Asian. I'm I'm sitting here and she's sitting out there. >> Well, you fail to listen to me when there's other people involved with her and not me. I'm involved with you because I talked to you and found out you had warrants. So, I am dealing with you, not her. He is dealing with her and other people are at the scene dealing with that to figure out what we're going to do with her. So, that's none of your business at this point. Are we done with it now? >> Well, if you still want to debate with me, I'm still here. >> I'm not debating nothing. I'm telling you how it is. And you're the one that keeps complaining. >> Must be a new cop, huh? >> Nope. >> How How long have you been doing your job? >> One of your business. >> You proud of it? >> Proud of what? >> Proud of the job. But no, it gets worse because of her drunken behavior. >> They got into a I guess a physical altercation with mom at the apartment and then her sisters. There's some sort of allegation of some kind of physical altercation. I don't know any specifics about that. Um, but we got an officer over here coming here to talk to Anna. >> Ethan shoved me down a staircase. That's the physical altercation that happened.
