DON'T FIGHT THAT LADY. [screaming] OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. >> Cuz she actually was taken to the hospital with concussion cuz you hit her so bad. >> Your license. >> So you're not going to go and ask the woman with her hazards on. >> For the fifth time, I'm asking for your license. May I have your license, please? >> It's almost hilarious how road ragers act tough on the road right up until the cops show up and shut it all down. >> My window. What you talking about? My window, bro. WHY YOU ALWAYS IN SOMEBODY? SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. MY WHOLE BACK WINDOW BUSTED and you involved in your services. You don't know. >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for some roadside drama in When Dumb Road ragers turn traffic drama into arrests. Starting with this road rager who just realized she had totaled her car. So, I went after her because she wanted to THROW A GLASS BOTTLE at my car. >> You drove after her? >> Yeah. >> After seeing that the woman had sustained only some minor injuries, the officer then proceeded to find out what had happened. >> How are you? >> She's I'm keeping her in the car. >> Okay. Who are you? >> Okay. I'm her sister. >> Okay. Can you step back? >> Can you come charge me? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I can see your bleeding. Okay, ma'am. I'm not worried about that right now. You're bleeding. I'm worried about your injuries. I'm worried about your injuries. Can >> you just get my story? >> Yes, I will. But I'm worried about your injuries right now. We will get everything figured out. >> Where you coming from? >> Huh? >> What? >> The injury? I don't >> Okay. Okay. Let's worry about injuries and keeping you safe. I will get the story with the accident once we know once everybody's safe. Can you >> get a napkin from the glove? I'm going to be able No, cuz I'm going to be able to keep her calmer than you can. Wipe yourself off. >> It's just that >> it's just a scratch. >> Okay. Just some It's just some And you're okay. just some some cuts from the glass probably. >> So apparently the other car allegedly threw a glass bottle at her car, but this woman decided the best course of action to take is to escalate and went after the other driver. Like what? It's either that she has an anger issue or some mental issues. Both are definitely really bad choices to have behind the wheel. >> What's your name? Demetra. >> Dmitra, where were you coming from? >> I was coming from my house. This woman was tailgating me. So I pulled over, right? And then you know the intersection. >> I stopped first at the stop sign and then I went and then this woman this woman was going really fast. First I was coming from my house. This woman was tail like going super duper fast. I don't know why. And tailgating me. So I pulled over because I was like, "Why is she going tailgating me for what?" So, and then I stopped at the stop sign and then I went and she went, but I went on the side of her and I went and this woman wanted to stick her middle finger at me. So, I went and then I went and I put my middle finger at her because why is she doing that to me? And then I was coming to from my sister's house and this woman want to throw a glass bottle at my cough. So, so I went after her because she wanted to throw a glass bottle at my car. >> What do you mean you went after her? >> Threw something at my mother vehicle. >> Okay. What do you mean you went after her? >> You drove after her? >> Yeah. And she want to be racing down the street. So, I'm like, "Okay, what the [ __ ] Why would this woman throw some at my car?" >> So, so did you did you so you drove at her and then you hit her? >> Yes. I didn't intentionally hit her car or hit her? >> She was at the stop sign. And >> was she still Can I ask you, were you still Was she She still in her car when you did this? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I I stopped. I was meant to stop and I hit her and and I was >> Get get a ambulance coming just to get her bandaged up. >> No, I'm okay. >> No, we're going to get some. >> No, no, no, no, no. I don't >> Okay, your airbags deployed, so the ambulance has to come. >> Oh, fine. Well, I don't want to pay for it. >> Mom's on her way. We I've called the mom. >> Okay. >> Cuz mom has guardianship. >> She's got Arabic. >> The officer then proceeded to ask her some more before making an arrest. But before that, it's important to understand the other involved party's side of the story. >> That's my car. It's my coming down. >> Can I have you go and step to the side now, please? Ma'am, >> I know you're related, but I need you to go go over to the your car now. >> Wait, then I'm going to call Demetra. No, I'm Ditra. Do not say anything else until mom. >> Go to the car. Go to your car. Get your hands. >> I'm telling you to go to the car. Go to the car. >> Do not say nothing else till mom gets here. >> It's She's just got a bunch of glass cuts, >> but I don't know whose blood this >> She's admitted to physically like driving her car at her car because of a road rage incident. >> That's kind of what it sounds like. >> So, she's going, "Hey, ma'am." >> Yeah. >> I just want to get her bandaged on real quick. >> No. Did you ever come out of your car? >> No. >> I don't know whose blood that is then. >> Is that blood? >> Huh? >> That's nobody's blood. >> There's blood on the hood of your on the fender of your car. So, it is somebody's blood. >> I didn't hit on a I didn't hit nobody on >> Okay. Did you never get out of your car, though? >> Robert, >> did you ever get out of your car? >> No, I did not get out of nobody. I'm over here. >> I know this. >> Okay. >> So, chill out. 12. >> I know you're doing your job. >> Let me ask the sister that apparently >> you did get out of your car. >> Yeah, my bad. >> Now I'm remembering. I'm sorry. My head scattered. >> I'm just going to grab some gloves for when I go 95. >> As for the knife, the officers will soon search her vehicle for it. But first, let's get back to see the chaos that's about to happen when the officer makes the arrest. That's the other side of her report. I got it. It's pretty much a some sort of rotary ditch because he was following her too close and then she came at the stop sign. One flipped the other the other one off. >> She threw a bottle a bottle was thrown at her car. So she intentionally drove her car at her. >> Yeah, that's a little excessive. Uh so basically what I got is she was coming to Elorn from HD on H over by Gateway. She says this car pulled over like they were going to turn on in the right lane. And so she said I went around the left cuz this car was turning right. All a sudden she's sitting there honking at me, flipping me the middle finger. >> Okay. >> And she's like, "Well, then you know, I just kept going." So she pulled out and followed me and then in front of the high school, she passes her in the in the no passing zone in front of the high school uh and cuts her off so that she again goes around her and just keeps driving trying to get away and she just followed her everywhere she went. And so she I turned on this way. I just wanted to get rid of it. And I slowed down here and she just hit me as hard as she could. She rear ended me and ended up in the side of the building. >> She said she intentionally hit her. >> And then she said she got out of the car, ran up to her, yelling, screaming. She's like, I think my window went up and she had a knife in her hand. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> NO, DUDE. I'm >> Get out of the car. >> Ma'am, JUST >> WHAT ABOUT HER? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> CUZ I'M BLACK, BRO. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'M just Get [screaming] out OF THE CAR. PHYSICALLY REMOVALLY REMOVE HER. >> YOU DON'T GET OUT, I'M GOING TO tase you. >> I'm going to taser. >> Get out of the car. I'm going TO GET TASED. >> GET out of the car. Stop. Get out of THE CAR. [laughter] YOU >> get Get on the ground. >> Physically. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Face down. >> WOW. YOU GUYS are the ass. >> THE COPS GOT TO TAKE EVERYBODY. >> The ass. >> YOU CAN'T TAKE the ass and [ __ ] ass mother. >> Why don't you roll yourself mother? You ain't doing to her. YOU STARTED ALL THIS. YOU STARTED ALL THIS. >> Can you mind your own business, MA'AM? >> YOU STARTED ALL THIS. SHE STARTED all this. YOU THREW A BOTTLE AT MY CAR. >> STOP PEEKING. >> MA'AM, can you go to the side of the road? Go to the side of the road. She is under Go to the side of the road. >> As the woman was screaming on the ground, her mother arrived at the scene and tried to calm her down. And let me tell you something, the mother's really the mother of the year. >> Mama, look at mom. Look at me. Nobody else. You're okay. Come on, good girl. This is >> Are you okay? >> No. Okay, then let's get to this workout. She's going to be all right. Take a deep breath. >> I did nothing to this. >> Quit staring at her. >> Her this stop. >> Why is she not arrested? >> Stop talking. Where did the blood come from? >> Okay, let's go get you checked out now. Stop. Stop. They're not going to let you go with this attitude. And they have every right when you're this worked up. Now, be nice to that. Do you understand? You're not going to get anywhere but in deep trouble if you don't get yourself under control. >> All right. >> You're bringing the >> You need to calm yourself down and check yourself out. >> Airbag didn't go off. I don't know if she had a seat belt on when that happened. >> After getting her calmed down enough to be checked out for her injuries, officers began searching her vehicle for the knife she allegedly used to threaten the other driver. I see a silver thing here before the >> silver water bottle. >> I don't see a knife, but I didn't search it. So, >> I think we're able to >> I think so. She admitted to intentionally ramming her with the car. So, I think we got enough to search. There's this. That's silver. This is silver. I haven't seen any weapons so far. There's this knife. I don't know if this would be it. There's no blood on it or anything. Her hands are pretty bloody. I could see if it was open, though. >> It's in the glove box here. It's not bloody. >> I don't know. She says she came at her with a knife. I don't have any else that says they saw a knife. So, >> how big of a knife are we >> I can question her more on it. >> Okay. >> She's being evaluated right now. THC vape. >> Okay, perfect. I'll seize that, too. THC vape. >> Oh, you found it. >> That's probably it. Looks like a black closed pocket knife. >> Black closed pocket knife. Okay. Two independent witnesses said there was a knife involved. >> Oh, perfect. The one I just talked to said she could hear the other driver saying, "She's got a knife. She's got a knife." Both of them said they they saw it. Second witness says she was going to try and hit the car again, but then her car. Upon further investigation, the officers found out that the other driver actually threw a water bottle at the woman's car. She was then charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and reckless driving. As for the woman, in her statement to the police, she also stated that her intention when she followed the other vehicle was to quote slap the [ __ ] out of her. She was charged with seconddegree felony, reckless endangering safety, resisting or obstructing, and disorderly conduct with a modifier for use of a dangerous weapon. In court, she took a plea deal, pleading guilty to secondderee reckless endangering safety, while the other charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to 3 years of probation. Moving on to the next case, where a brat shattered her own windshield after hitting another driver with her car during her rage. My window. WHAT YOU TALKING ABOUT, [ __ ] MY WINDOW, BRO. [ __ ] WHY YOU ALWAYS IN SOMEBODY? SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. GO BACK THERE. MY WHOLE BACK WINDOW BUSTED AND YOU INVOLVED IN YOURSELF. YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR ASS BACK OVER THERE. >> BUT WHAT HAPPENED? >> We were just going down street. Honestly, we were going down street. >> They pulled sideway. They passed us. Me and my friends going like 85 miles per hour. Turn the car sideways. Break check me. Start yelling. I don't know who it is. >> They reverse into him. hit Butch when Butch got out because they were parked blocking the road. So he gets out, they smoke him with the car and they're chasing me. I had to hit the roundabout in my apartment complex. They're sitting right there waiting for me. They flew up on my friends and I was like, >> they were like, "Is that you behind us?" I was like, "No, I'm in front of you." They passed us going like ' 90s, hit the [ __ ] brakes, and I was like, "Okay, you know what? Just go on ahead." They literally pulled the car sideways and blocked the road. got out and started yelling [ __ ] So, our friend gets a they back and hit him with. >> And that's the victim statements. Now, let's get to the suspect. And be warned, she's an obnoxious brat who will make your blood boil. >> Stop. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. [screaming] >> NO. >> STOP. >> SO, WE FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. >> BROKE MY WINDOW. >> MY BABY RIGHT IN THAT BACK SEAT. WHAT YOU TALKING? >> MY WINDOW BROKE. NOBODY. >> YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT? >> NOBODY ELSE. I'M MISSING this been picking with me for three months. Three months. SHE'S 31. I'M 20 YEARS OLD. Just turned 21. So, you're both adults. >> She's still picking with me. Leave me alone. I'm getting my pose on. I see that on MY WINDOW BUSTED OUT. >> WELL, we can't if you don't cooperate. Do not leave. >> Your name is you. 104. No, I'm not. >> So, what the [ __ ] I just heard someone >> That's a good question. I have no idea. >> Who you talking to? SHUT THE UP, [ __ ] WHY YOU ALWAYS IN SOMEBODY PRISON? SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. GO BACK THERE. [screaming] >> STOP. >> NO, I'M MAD. >> I KNOW. MY >> I'M NOT TRYING TO YELL AT YOU. >> I'M [ __ ] KIDDING. MY WHOLE BACK WINDOW'S BUSTED AND YOU INVOLVING YOURSELF AS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME BACK OVER THERE. >> HEY, >> NO. CUZ I'M GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE IT. NOT YOU, NOT HER, NOT CARLY. ME. SHUT THE [ __ ] UP. >> If some man I don't know, heing hit the back window. I'm telling Maya to pull off hering window shattering. I'm trying to call the police. >> I understand because someone just bust her [ __ ] not too long ago. >> What? >> Would you do it? Would you do us a favor? >> Would you Would you do us a favor and just just step back over to the house for a minute? >> Don't talk to me. I don't even know the house for a minute. >> Okay. I don't I don't don't talk to >> Woo. That was some nasty words and attitude. Did she kiss her mom with that mouth? Nothing shows your innocence of a road rage incident like raging like a lunatic on the side of the road in the middle of the night. Keep up that attitude and she will find herself in jail in no time. >> YOUR ASS BACK UP THERE. YOU DON'T LIVE BACK HERE. GO UP THERE. >> WHY? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? Why are you acting like an idiot? Because look at my window sill. NO, IT'S NOT. CUZ my baby stands there right here and it's gone. >> Is your baby there? >> Everything I work for, it's gone. What do you mean? I'm the only one that's can be replaced. >> I'm pissed. I'm the only one THAT'S GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE IT. >> You can replace a window. >> I don't have no money. >> I don't have no money. >> Do you have insurance? >> I'm angry. Stop telling me to calm down. >> Do you have insurance? >> I HAVE NOTHING. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I own. Okay. >> If [ __ ] don't want TO BE AROUND, CALL BACK HOME. I don't care. >> Do you hear me yelling at you? I prefer not to be calm down. This my baby >> were yelling at me. Well, before I said that, >> I was yelling and you told me to calm down. Don't tell me to calm down. >> I said just stop. >> Well, if you don't got a water, be quiet cuz I'm not going to calm down. My baby ride in this car. I have to take him to daycare in this car. Are you going to replace my car? Can I write a >> No, you're not. >> Give us just a minute till we figure out what's going on here. >> No one that pulled up is going to pay for my car. So, shut up. >> I'm going to fix this by myself. >> The insurance will if you talk to us about what happened. >> Report is not going to do anything at all. I have liability. >> And when insurance sees that you filled out a police report, the insurance will cover your window. >> Okay. Well, give me a police report after. While she was still irritating, the other officers were collecting evidence of her road rage. >> That [ __ ] this So this the road was blocked. >> Yeah. They wouldn't move for us to get through. And >> they wouldn't move. She backed up. She hits him twice. >> She Yes. Twice. Well, not that. This was the first time that she tried. We screamed, "Butch, move." >> So she did it again? >> Yes. No. Three times. It was It was three times. >> The second time hit you again. My elbow. >> How were you involved in all this? We were stuck in the road. We were behind the road. They were road raging in front of us. We stopped. They flew around us laying on. >> So, how did her window get broken? Cuz I hit my elbow. >> She hit you. >> Yes. >> I don't know if that's not broken. >> Fantastic. >> She has a no contact. >> You haven't told me anything, so I don't know what's going on. >> I'm telling you. Have y'all took pictures of this yet before I start cleaning it up? >> I asked you to explain to me what happened. >> To me exactly. >> You don't care about my car. That's exactly what you you said the first time I asked you to speak to me. >> Y'all questioned her. Y'all told me to calm down because my window SHIELDS CRACKED. BUT Y'ALL QUESTIONED her right when she pulled. >> How did it get broken? >> Stop talking to me. >> IT GOT BROKEN BECAUSE I STOPPED AT the stop sign. >> How did it get broken? >> I'm telling you. I stopped at the stop sign right before that big ass house before you TURN LEFT TO THE lake and they walked up and busted. That's how it got broke. >> That's how it happened. >> Yes. Twice. First, the first time when he stopped me, he tried to bust me. >> Did anybody try to get out of the vehicle to get you guys out of the roadway? >> Did you hear? >> Since you were parked in the middle of the road. >> No, that's not You understand? There's a video of you guys parked in the middle of the road. >> THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT FIRST. YOU'RE HEARING THE EFFECT, NOT THE CAUSE. THE CAUSE was he tried to bust MY WINDOW AND I STOPPED CUZ YOU'RE NOT BUSTING MY WINDOW. My baby rides in this car. So, I stopped and I said, "If you want to fight, WE CAN FIGHT." HE DIDN'T WANT TO FIGHT, SO I pulled off then. That's when he bust my window. That's when they stopped recording. MY WINDOW IS BUSTED. REGARDLESS if I stopped in the middle of A ROW OR NOT, MY WINDOW IS BUSTED. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH HIM. SO, STOP. >> DO YOU KNOW HOW IT GOT BUSTED? >> IT GOT BUSTED BECAUSE HE got out of his vehicle >> because he got hit by a vehicle and his head. >> We did. No, we didn't. No, we didn't. >> There multiple witnesses to that. >> I It's me hurt. That's multiple. Two. Multiple. What are you talking about? No. No. Cuz nobody was recording. >> What? Nobody was recording because we were in front of them. They were mad because you know there was other people in the truck, right? >> Do you Are you listening to me? They were mad. Of course they're going to agree with the person that's driving there with him. What the Why would they agree with me? Do you see how that makes sense? >> They I stopped in the middle of the road because he got out of his vehicle at that at that stop sign right by the [ __ ] big ass house before he turned left to the lake. He got out and tried to bust my window and grabbed the door open, but my door was locked. So, I pulled off and then he ran and tried to do it again. And that's when he busted my window. I didn't do [ __ ] to them. So, how are you trying to say that I hit? No, don't even do that. Your ass. >> Hey, she's not supposed toing be around me. And I did not know who the that was when she flew past us. Okay, I got to go live. I got to go. >> Tell me what happened. >> We are on our way home. We're going to go to my apartment. Okay. >> Somebody flies up on her. She calls me. She slow down. Is that you behind me? And I said, "No, that got me. I'm in front of you." She flies around both of our vehicles going like [ __ ] 80 almost wrecks her car into the curbs over here, right? So I'm like, "What the?" And they're like, "Just stop and let him go." So I stop. She pulls hering car sideways. Mind you, I had no [ __ ] idea it was Amaya. Okay. Had no idea. So then she pulls her caring sideways. Gets all crazy. I'm like, "Just let them keep going." Somebody starts to get out of the car. We try to go around. No. They hop in the [ __ ] car. keep trying to block us in the [ __ ] road. Smokes him when sheinging backs up. That's why her [ __ ] windows broke cuz she [ __ ] smoked him. Then I had >> How do you know them? >> They were my friends. >> I did not know that it was her. We're not supposed to be around each other. We live caddy corner to each other. You know what I'm saying? And I even told my friend I was like, I don't know who that is. You know what I'm saying? Cuz that's not her car, I don't think. So I'm like, I don't know who that is. It's just some drunk [ __ ] So that's why I called 911 whenever I seen her smoke him with the car. I'm like, hey. So then she's yelling at me like, "Iing did something." I'm like, "You blocked me in the road. You tried to hit me head on. I had to fly in there. Go around the parking lot. >> Give me a second. Things are going to go real bad." >> Back to the woman again with her constant screaming and yelling. >> What? What? When? When did >> Stop talking to me. >> When did the window get busted? >> I just told you. >> Okay. Did it get busted? At here or down at Greg Street? >> Down there. >> Down at Greg Street. >> Yes. Before the sidewalk. like 10 ft after this hot wall. >> Okay. And then you guys came back down here. >> I came here because I don't want to follow the police. >> No, I came here because this is where I live. When you go back there, that's where I live. That's why I came here. This is the beginning OF MY DRIVEWAY. I LIVE BACK IN MAPLEWOOD ESTATES. NO, BECAUSE Y'ALL TRYING TO ACCUSE ME OF SOME [ __ ] I DIDN'T DO. MY WINDOW IS BUSTED AND Y'ALL TALKING ABOUT I HIT SOMEBODY WITH A CAR. NO, I WOULD. HOW THE [ __ ] WOULD I hit somebody? How the would I hit SOMEBODY IF YOU'RE NOT OUTSIDE YOUR VEHICLE TRYING TO HIT MY CAR? HOW THE WOULD I DO THAT? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? HOW AM I TRYING TO HIT MOTHER WHO DIDN'T GET OUT THEIR CAR? HE GOT OUT OF HIS CAR AND TRIED TO BUST MY WINDOW. MY WINDOW is busting. >> I'm irritated. >> MY WINDOW IS BUSTING. BUT Y'ALL ACCUSING ME OF TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN. >> I HAVE NOT ACCUSED you of anything. She is he is listen. >> SHE JUST SHE'S UPSET WHEN >> they only ask her what happened after they asked them, which it's understandable. I mean, everybody's going to do that. But why ask her what happened if you're just going to tell her like, "Well, that's not what they said or that's not what they did." But like literally, we were in the middle of the road. He literally got out of his car before she even decided to reverse. He was pulling on the door handle. I don't know what the heck window, >> but he was smacking the [ __ ] >> before he even hit the back of her window. >> Did I hit you? >> You did not hit me. You were close. He was smacking this window. And I was screaming on telling the I was like, "Am I so irritated? I'm sorry." >> This was two males. Two male running after this car with two women in there for one car car. I'm not understanding, Carly. How are you following? How are you literally trying to go home and quote unquote, but these two male are literally >> 20 years old. She is 31. We just both got arrested. >> You have too much background noise. I can't hear you. >> Can you hear me? We both just got arrested because she decided to hit me. She's 31 years old. I'm 20. The day that I turned 20, she put her hands on me. It's not my fault. Stop making it sound. So Amaya, were you were [snorts] you here and had went down Greg or were you somewhere else? >> I just left Siko. I just left Sicko to get a pack of Berry Dutches and I came back to my house because I just left my boyfriend house and I came back to smoke with my friend. She was in front of me and another cart was in front of me. I passed both of them. Once I stopped at that stop sign, she got mad, kept honking. I turned, somebody got out and Shakira said, "Somebody grabbing on your door." I said, "What you mean somebody grabbing on my door?" So, I stopped. That's when I stopped and they STARTED RECORDING. I STOPPED BECAUSE SOMEBODY was doing this to my door. Why are you doing that TO MY DOOR? >> Do you HAVE IT RECORDED? >> NO, CUZ I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. >> Why the [ __ ] do we have >> WHY WOULD I HAVE IT RECORDED? >> I was on the phone with my boyfriend. WHY WOULD I HAVE THAT RECORDED? >> Would Would you be recorded if a [ __ ] just came and said, "I SNUCK YOU, ROBBED YOU, AND KILLED YOU." NO. CUZ YOU didn't know. >> Did you call her at any point? >> You didn't know. >> Did you call her AT ANY POINT? >> NO. >> YOU DIDN'T? >> I HAVE A NO CONTACT WITH THIS. >> GET SECOND. I'm going to go check her phone. >> THE Y'ALL WHITE ASS ALWAYS TRYING TO BE RACIST. SHE BROKE MY >> I'M SO CONFUSED ON HOW Y'ALL QUESTIONING ME WHEN MY >> The next 5 minutes are the officers trying their best to understand her side of the story while she constantly yells at them. So, I'll spare you some of the exhaustion and let's skip some of her yapping. >> Talk to me and the other two said >> you said it yourself. You passed them. >> I passed him. Pass the stops on. No, that's not what I told you. I passed them on. >> But it's what you did. >> No. >> And I know that because it's recorded. >> Are you going to tell me or are you going to listen? >> I mean, I can listen to you all day long. >> So, tell me the recording and so it's a crime for me to pass people, RIGHT? I DIDN'T PUT MY HANDS ON NOBODY. I DIDN'T TOUCH NOBODY CAR. I didn't put my hands on nobody. >> Two vehicles. >> Okay. Is that illegal? >> Okay. >> Was that a no passing street? >> Stop your vehicle in the middle of the roadway >> because he busted my window and grabbed on my door. Yes, I'm going to stop. What do you mean? Somebody grabs on your wife car and check them. You don't want them to stop and defend theirself. >> So, as you were driving, somebody grabbed on your wrong. Tell me what I did wrong. >> Tell me what I did wrong. TELL ME WHAT I did wrong, please. >> You backed into an individual and hit >> BECAUSE HE BUSTED MY WINDOW. HE BUSTED MY WINDOW. Look at my window. He grabbed on my door like this. Literally like this. And Shakira said he grabbing on your door. I said, "What do you mean he grabbing on my door?" I ain't here cuz >> the video I just watched, he's standing. >> They videoed a They video me doing [ __ ] not them. Of course they're going to video it. They video them doing me doing stopping. Is that illegal? It's me stopping in the street illegal for me. Okay. So, give me a ticket. Give me a ticket. Go write the ticket. >> And [clears throat] then you hit an individual with your car >> because he busted my window. >> Why would you bust and I didn't even hit him? >> Hey, Crawford, choices. >> As the officers were trying to reason with her, she went back to her car. A bad choice in this state of the investigation. >> Assault with a motor vehicle. Do not leave. DO NOT LEAVE THE VEHICLE. NO. NO. I'M NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING. I'M not I'm not that step out of the vehicle. >> I know. No, please f just listen to them. Please step out of the vehicle. Get out. Get out. They not talking to you. They talking to me. >> No, but I didn't had you drove away. That's fine. But you hit an individual with your vehicle. >> Maya, I did what? Step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not stepping out of the vehicle. >> No. No. No. OKAY. LISTEN. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. OKAY. LISTEN. I'm not doing >> Maya. Come on. Please. >> No. I didn't hit you. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Jackson, I got to call you back. I want to get her tag and >> Yeah. >> You know way she's driving. >> Did you get out of the car? Did you step out of the car? >> She came to me. >> She came to you. >> I got out of the car. >> Not expecting to get beat up, >> right? >> Apparently, at my age, I'm not going to swing. Like I wasn't I didn't go to her. I didn't start swinging. None of that. >> I wasn't even calling her names. >> Well, not until I took a few kick punches. Like in the face. >> Oh, I've got knots. You can feel them all. >> Yeah. So, the young girl attacked the woman who is a retired medic with an autistic son for no apparent reason. Well, this is going to end really well for her. Let's watch the footage of the assault. >> Yeah. Do you mind if I see that video? >> Okay. >> So, I told her, I said, you know, just give me everything you've got, >> your name and everything cuz they wanted me to have her name. She wanted me to have her name. That >> is a vehicle registered to you by chance? >> Yes. I'll get I'll get your uh information out of the uh of your vehicle. >> Well, that's her that's her license. >> That's her license. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I had to zoom in because I wasn't anywhere near her car cuz she was way in front of me. So, she had to come way back to me. >> Okay. >> I wasn't next. I wasn't right behind her when all that happened. >> Okay. >> I was farther back cuz I had no intention of getting out my car. But >> also, I have my son in the car, so I don't know what to expect. So, let me get out. No. No. No. No. No. No. Hey. Ma'am, get in your car. >> Oh my god. >> I got it. >> Oh my god. Don't fight that lady. No, it's okay. Go ahead, girl. >> Get her tag. >> Not that young. >> Okay. >> I'm not I'm not going to hit a child. In my opinion, at 60 to me, that's a child. >> Honestly, I I figure she couldn't been much over 18. Do >> you mind if I forward it to me? No, I don't mind. Just in case I have a concussion, cuz she wailed on me freaking hard, but you know, adrenaline, I wasn't feeling it. I I knew it was hard. I knew I was hitting getting hit hard, but >> I wasn't feeling it until I start coming down a little bit. >> And then the more I sat here, the more I started getting a little lightheaded, >> okay? >> Started feeling a little woozy and I I started hurting really bad then. That's why I said I didn't want medical at first. I said, "Yeah, I used to be a medic. If I feel bad or whatever happens, I'll just go get looked at." >> Yeah. >> Then it just I just I'm starting to feel really bad. So, >> but as you can hear, she's like, "I got it. I got it." Was because it was the very end. >> Okay. >> It had been here. They're going to check you out. Okay. >> Yeah. >> As the EMS came to check on the victim, the officer's job now was to locate the girl and put her under arrest. >> Yeah. Which car was, >> huh? >> Uh, no. mini cooks. >> How you doing? >> Thinking you know why we're here? >> Yeah. >> You know, right? Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, when I get the light, I stop at my car and park and I get out. And then I walk to her and she walks to me and she's in my face. So I push her back. >> Mhm. >> And then she gets back in my face. So I hit her. >> You knew that was not right, right? >> Okay. >> All right. >> So that being said, pretty much you're going to have she want to press charges. >> Me? >> She want she want to press charges. The officer is just trying to ask her some questions, not to arrest her. But if she keeps on being this uncooperative, that's going to come true real quick. >> Now, listen. >> What happened this morning? I can just go ahead and take you. >> I I want to get your side of the story. >> That's the whole reason why I stopped. >> I am reporting as deputy. >> Oh jeez.
