I know you get this every day. You know, >> Not every day I have someone suspended times 126. >> I don't know how that's even possible. >> Ma'am, your license, registration, proof of insurance, please. >> Um you're going to have to run my information. I'm sorry. >> We're asking for your documentation. You're refusing. >> to know if you're an impersonator. >> Let me uh >> It's wild how some drivers can turn a routine traffic stop into something so bizarre that even the cops are left scratching their heads. Welcome to Police X 10 where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's strangest traffic stops in cops versus dumbest drivers in the most bizarre traffic stops ever. Starting with this woman who thinks the whole street is hers to do whatever she wants. >> What speed LIMIT WAS I DOING, OFFICER? THE OFFICER is trying to pull me over talking about I WAS RECKLESS DRIVING WHILE I'M ON US1 doing the same speed limit every everybody is doing. >> On May 7th, 2025, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving recklessly and going 83 in a 45 zone. Here's what happened next. >> I can argue on my phone. >> No, but you can put your car in park and step out of the car. >> I am, but why can't I argue on my phone? >> Get out of the car. Step out of the car. No, you're going to step out of this car. >> I am, but I can make a phone call. >> Okay, step out of this car. >> Okay. But why? >> Now. >> Why? >> Because I'm giving you an order to step out of the car. >> But why are we giving me an order to step out of the car? >> You can get out of this car on your own power or I'm going to assist you out of this car. >> conversation on the phone. >> Step out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. >> will. But I want to know why. Why are you asking me to step out of the car? >> Because I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. >> I want to know why. >> Only 94 step out. >> Why are we asking me to step out of the car? >> Because I gave you a lawful order. Step out of the car. >> Okay, but I want to know why. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car now. >> I will. Can you give me a second? >> No. You are stepping out of this car now. >> Because I gave you a lawful order. Step out of the car. >> Give me a second. Give me a second. Did Andre Menace call you and tell you to pull me over or something? >> No. >> So, she blamed everyone but herself. What a joke. Also, the officer is not legally required to tell you the reason for a traffic stop before asking you to step out of the car. But, to de-escalate that situation, the officer will still tell her the reason for that traffic stop. >> Okay, so >> Your reckless behavior and driving is why I'm pulling you over. >> I was right behind the other vehicle. >> You're doing at least 40 mph in a 45-mph speed zone. You're coming out of >> behind regular traffic. I was literally in between traffic. >> I'm giving you one last opportunity, and now I'm going to tell you what will happen. >> lights on. >> I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. You are either going to step out of this car on your own power >> or somebody else? >> No, I intentionally pulled you over. I have stopped you for a lawful reason. I've given a lawful order to exit this vehicle. If you choose to refuse that lawful order, I'm going to assist you out of the car. If you resist, I'm going to taze you. Step out of the car. >> have even opened my door for you. You should respect that alone. >> Okay. This is your final opportunity. Step out of the car. Okay, you're under arrest. Step out of the car. >> Reckless driving and refusing a lawful order. >> I wasn't reckless driving. >> Yes, you were. Step out of the car. >> Call your sheriff. >> I'm sure they're on their way. >> Yeah. >> Step out of the car. >> No. >> Step out of the car. >> No. And the >> I'm going to explain this to you. When that next unit gets here, I'm going to pull you out of this car. >> to see your sheriff. >> I don't work for the sheriff's office. >> You're doing some laws. You're not taking me to jail for what? >> You're under arrest for reckless driving. >> for what? >> Reckless driving. >> on US-1 doing the same speed limit that What speed limit was I doing, officer? The officer is trying to pull me over talking ABOUT I WAS RECKLESS DRIVING WHILE I'M ON US1 doing the same speed limit every everybody [ __ ] doing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. HE'S TELLING HE'S TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I'M UNDER ARREST. >> Always with the phone. And the calls almost always consist of yelling some nonsense commentary on how much of a victim they were. Also, 80% of the time the person they call says, "Just do what they tell you." We have no idea what she was hoping for. >> And that I'm THINKING ABOUT ADRIANA. I GOT TO BE THERE TO PICK HER UP. I GOT TO PICK MY DAUGHTER UP AT HER DAYCARE BY 6:00. How am I going to do I don't know how I'm going to do that because this [ __ ] is over here trying to take me TO JAIL FOR DOING SOME imaginary unlawful speed. But you can't even go faster than what the [ __ ] the traffic is the traffic is doing on US1. So how the am I speeding? >> All right. >> Are they speeding? >> This is your final opportunity. Step out of the car. >> Is anybody speeding? >> This is your final opportunity. This is a lawful order. I'm a Florida certified police officer giving you a lawful command. Step out of the car. Final chance. >> police officer. WHY ARE YOU WHY ARE you What the What the [ __ ] is I'm not even respecting me. Listen. I'm not even speeding or nothing. >> Stop. Stop. >> What the [ __ ] is this? What the [ __ ] is this? >> Stop. >> Why are you arresting me, Robert? I didn't even do nothing. >> 10-10 through 10-9. >> I have not done anything wrong. My daughter has to be picked up by 6:00 at her daycare. >> Yes, we're going to need a uniform for 804. >> me for? >> Get over here. >> WHAT ARE YOU ARRESTING ME FOR? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> GET BACK over here. >> I didn't do anything. I have >> Stop. >> I didn't do anything and I have to pee. >> Do you have anything on you? >> NO, BUT I HAVE TO [ __ ] PEE. How are you speeding in this traffic? How are you speeding in this traffic? How are you speeding in this How am I You cannot do this. You cannot do this. >> You can't do this, bro. You're not even reading me my rights. I didn't do anything wrong to get arrested. You didn't tell me what the [ __ ] I did to get arrested. What are you What are What are we doing? >> Sit in the car. >> You didn't even tell me what I did to get arrested. >> car. >> What are we doing? >> Sit in THE CAR. >> NO. >> Sit in the car. Sit in the car. >> All right, man, listen. You're about to get tased. >> What are we doing? >> You're about to get tased. You're about to get tased. Sit in the car. You're about to GET TASED. >> FOR WHAT? >> GET IN THE CAR. >> EVEN DO ANYTHING. >> Sit in the car. >> I didn't even do anything. >> After securing her in the squad car, the officer came to speak with her. >> How am I speeding in the traffic, Officer Applebomb? >> You were doing 83 in a 45. >> What? >> You were doing 83 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour >> I was doing 83 miles an hour? Okay. >> And then as I tried to catch up to you, you started cutting in and out of traffic without signaling. >> All the officers was after me. Oh, you're just the only one that that that supposedly caught me speeding from all the way from [ __ ] Melaleuca. Yeah. You're the only one from Melaleuca. Dresden Circle, Melaleuca. I've been doing THE SAME [ __ ] SPEED. I I GREW UP HERE. >> OKAY. >> I GRADUATED FROM [ __ ] ST. LUCIE WEST CENTENNIAL. I KNOW THAT I MAKE LIGHTS CHANGE AT night when you flash your lights. I know this these streets. This my [ __ ] [ __ ] Okay? My streets. Ain't no [ __ ] way you're going TO SIT THERE AND TELL me I was speeding. And you're the only officer that ever caught me in my whole life. I'm 32 years old. I grew up here. >> Okay. >> Don't [ __ ] do that. Because you're not going to win that. >> My street. What is she, 12? That's cute. It's clearly not her street anymore. All jokes aside, the officers then read her Miranda rights before questioning her. >> I don't want to hear any of that. I don't want to hear any of that. I don't want to hear any of that. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions or have him or her present during questioning if you wish. >> Because you do not have >> If you decide to answer questions now, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. You also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. Do you understand the rights that I've explained to you? >> K. Applebaum. >> Do you have any questions about the rights that I've explained to you? >> I'm going to make sure the I'm going to make sure the judge I'm going to make him speak to you. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to answer my questions at this moment in time? >> I'm not answering you [ __ ] >> Awesome. I can smell a clear odor of alcohol coming out of the back of this car right now. There's empty containers inside of that car. Okay. >> hours ago, though. I can beat it all. >> Okay. >> to do a trust a a trust test? >> A trust test? I don't know what that is. >> Whatever the [ __ ] they call it. I I don't I've never been pulled over for what the >> Well, I suspect that you're under the influence of alcohol right now. I'm asking if you will will you participate in roadside sobriety test? >> Let's do the test then. That's That's the law, ain't it? >> Are you willing to participate in >> it. >> All right. Just a tiny we're going to go somewhere else. >> I'll take my No, somewhere else where? >> We're going to go to our station where we can do >> Why you got to take me somewhere else? >> Cuz you already fought with us once, I'm not taking you out of handcuffs out here. We're going to go to a secure location. >> I have the right to [ __ ] here. There's two lines on the road I'm looking at right now. Like right in front of my car. What's the problem? >> You're not taking me to the station. >> I'm sorry to tell you that. If you >> The officer then came to take pictures of the open container that he had taken out of her car before. >> Do you see if it's going to be called soon? MY DAUGHTER'S GOING TO BE TAKEN. I'M GOING TO HAVE A VENGEANCE. I'm going to most likely lose my life for bombing y'all [ __ ] up and trying to kill everybody. So, what are we What are we doing? LET ME OUT. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? TALKING ABOUT HOW I'M SPEEDING. You don't know what the [ __ ] speeding is in a [ __ ] MAZDA M3. SUCK [screaming] MY DICK! GO PICK UP MY DAUGHTER, [ __ ] >> ALL RIGHT. BEFORE YOU GET OUT OF THE car >> Oh, what are we doing? Because I see you got gloves on. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> So, we're here for you to participate in roadside sobriety exercises. >> And what? >> For you to do what you were calling the truth test. For roadside sobriety exercises, that's what we're here for. >> Well, we could have done it right where we were and you could have let me go so I could go pick up my daughter. >> All >> On time. >> So, we're going to walk in here. >> Okay, let's do it. Okay, what you need to pull me from the back, let's do it. Cuz the quicker the better I can go get my daughter. I don't want to hear anything other than you can release You can be released and I can go get my daughter. >> If at any point in time you start resisting >> I'm not I wasn't resisting you in the first place. >> Okay? >> I wasn't resisting you in the first place. >> Step out here, we're going to go in here. >> After failing the sobriety tests, she's taken to jail and charged with DUI, reckless driving, and resisting without violence. Moving on to the next case where this woman turned a simple ticket into two felony charges. >> You're going to have to get out of the vehicle now. >> Why? The car is being towed. >> I'm not going with you. >> I'm not going to fight you. >> It's October 3rd, 2025 in Florida. Cops conducted a traffic stop on this vehicle with a suspended license plate. So, here's what happened next. >> Hey, ma'am. >> I'm good. How are you? >> Good. I'm Deputy Christine Gordini with the County Sheriff's Office. The reason why I stopped you is because the registered owner to this vehicle has a suspended license and there's a suspension on the license plate. Do you have your driver's license on you, ma'am? >> As the officer is asking for her license, she seems more concerned about her phone than looking for that license. But, eventually she hands it over. >> Is this her husband's vehicle? Whose vehicle is this? Yours? Do you have the insurance and registration for this vehicle? It's in your husband's car, so you don't have those documents. >> Insurance papers. >> They're over at the home. Okay, so not in the car. No. Okay, one second. I'll be right back. >> The officer returned to her cruiser, ran her insurance information, and found out that there was no valid insurance on file for that car. In Florida, driving without insurance isn't just a minor traffic violation, it means the vehicle cannot legally be driven away from this stop. >> Yes, there's no insurance on file. And she cannot produce me insurance. But, she's suspended. >> Okay. What she suspended for? >> Um so, hers is suspended since July the 7th of this year. Failure to pay traffic fine. Failure to pay traffic fine. Failure to pay another traffic fine. Uh FR suspension. A case number on this. And then she has another suspension for violation resulting in death and or seriously bodily injury. So, they suspended her license for not paying that. >> that? >> I was told that if a vehicle doesn't have insurance, we're supposed to >> The officer then returned to the woman to give her one more chance to find that insurance, since she was so insistent on having it. >> Hello, ma'am. Ma'am? Hello. Do you >> This is a hospital bill. >> 2023. >> So, instead of insurance papers, she, for some reason, hands the officer documentation from a hospital visit. And also, the fact that she blasted music right in their faces makes her even more arrestable. >> Can you mind lowering that? Can you lower that? This is This is not proof of insurance. >> [groaning] >> I have insurance. >> No, this is not This is not insurance. What insurance company do you have? Do you know what policy? You're You're supposed to be responsible to have that in the car at all times. Okay. Do you Is Is there any way you can provide proof of insurance? Through the mobile Through the mobile app? Online or anything? >> I don't know how to download it. >> All right, listen. I'm I'm trying to help you out. Here, it's criminal offense for you not having any insurance on your car. You understand that? Are you calling anybody? Are you trying to look for the insurance? All right, so call somebody to pick you up. >> Instead of doing what these cops said, the woman insisted that the officers let her drive home. But with no license and insurance, of course, that's not going to happen. >> You know, ma'am, you have to get a ride. >> Huh? >> You have to get a ride. This vehicle has no insurance. >> Either Either you could walk home or you could call somebody to pick you up, but you're not driving this car. You could get insurance and you'll pick it up at the tow yard, but as of right now, your car's going to be towed. >> After removing her plate, the officer then tried to explain her fines and charges. >> I'm coming here to get you. >> Why? >> Why? Cuz the vehicle has no insurance and you do not have a driver's license. You do not You weren't able to produce that, though. Do you have a suspended driver's license, miss? You can't operate this vehicle. I'm not doing anything to you. You were issued two citations from the city of Vero Beach. And you didn't pay those citations. Did you This is Vero Beach. >> After a while, a tow truck arrived on scene, and the traffic stop is now over. She's free to leave, but refuses to do so. >> Ma'am, this vehicle is going to be towed. You're going to have to get out of the vehicle now, okay, ma'am? Because this vehicle is not insured, and because it's not insured, we have to tow this vehicle. I'm not This everybody gets the same treatment when they operate a vehicle with no insurance, ma'am. No, we're not taking you with it. You can walk, absolutely. You can't walk, miss. You have to get out of the vehicle, ma'am. >> [screaming] >> WHAT WAS THAT? SOMEBODY CAN TAKE YOU HOME. THIS IS WHY I'M asking you to get somebody to come pick you up. >> The police remain professional with Marycena, even as she frustrates their efforts to get her home peacefully. >> I cannot No, the vehicle is not insured. Okay, ma'am, I still need you Okay, ma'am, I need you to get out of the car. She's not getting out of the car. >> You need to get out of your car. Your car's being towed, okay? You're getting a lawful order right now to get out of your car. If you don't come out of your car, ma'am, I'm lawfully ordering you to resist arrest. Do you understand that? >> And with the entitlement clouding her mind, the officer had no other choice but to pull her out of the car and put her under arrest. >> Ma'am, come out of your car. Stop. Get out of your car. Get out of your >> here. >> No, I'm not out. No, I'm not out. >> Stop Don't you bite me. >> [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you and your partner. [ __ ] you. >> STOP. >> [ __ ] YOU. WHAT NOW? >> STOP. >> [ __ ] you. Let me go. >> Stop. Don't bite me. >> [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] YOU AND YOUR CAR. [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] YOU. >> DO not eat it. >> [ __ ] you. Take one. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] YOU. [ __ ] YOU. >> As she's resisting, she grabs the officer's radio and accidentally alerts nearby cops to her violent behavior. It's brilliant. Several units then rush to the scene to offer assistance. >> Giving 10-33, they're struggling with somebody. Oh, yeah, 10-33. >> STOP. STOP. STOP FIGHTING. MA'AM, LET ME SEE YOUR OTHER HAND. STOP. STOP. STOP FIGHTING. STOP SCRATCHING. >> AS MORE BACKUP ARRIVED, THE woman was finally able to be placed in handcuffs safely. >> She's kicking, scratching, and everything. Give me your other hand. She drank her pee out. She drank her pee out in the middle of the car. >> STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. STOP scratching me. Stand up. >> [groaning] >> Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. >> [screaming] >> Step in the car, ma'am. I am telling you step in the car. I'm putting you in. Ma'am, you're under arrest. Do not resist. Sit up straight. Sit up straight. [clears throat] There you go. After securing her in the back of the squad car, they start to take her down to the station, but had to quickly pull over to put more restraints on her because of her flopping around LIKE A DEAD FISH. YOU HAVE A SPIT MASK? LISTEN, YOU WANT to You want to put her in that anyways? Let me see your other foot. Are we going to have to tie your feet? What's wrong with the knee? All right, listen. >> You're not a >> I don't do nothing to y'all. Y'all bust me. Called me to go walk. >> You're not helping. >> No, NO, Y'ALL DOING NOTHING TO MY LIFE. >> YEAH. >> Look at what y'all done to me. Abused me all my life. >> Sit back. >> Oh, my kid, my chest hurt. >> Okay, you're relaxed. >> IN THE END, SHE'S CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting without violence, and failure to maintain required insurance. Moving on to this next case where a woman tried to claim that the FBI had taken her car to avoid a traffic stop. >> Can I have your license, registration, proof of insurance, please? >> Um you're going to have to contact um the Federal Bureau for my information. I'm sorry. Freeze it. >> We're asking for your documentation. You're refusing to >> to know if you're an impersonator. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> I'm okay. Can I help you? >> I'm Deputy Caster, Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Reason why I pulled you over, me and my partner right there on the side of the road, in the state of Florida, we have a move over law. You either need to bump it down to 20 miles an hour, or you got to try to move over to the left-hand side. >> Well, the other vehicle did the same thing in front of me. So >> Well, I was looking at my computer, but I felt my car shake when you passed me. Can I have your license, registration, proof of insurance, please? >> Um you're going to have to contact um the Federal Bureau for my information. I'm sorry. I'll give you because that's what I'm here for is work. And this is the vehicle they put me in. So you're going to have to contact them for that. >> For your registration and everything? >> Yep. >> You don't have no registration in this vehicle? >> Nope. You're welcome to get my information and get their information. That's fine, but that's what's going on. >> What do you do for the Federal >> I don't think that's any of your business. >> Okay, class, we have a new type of nut job. The cops may have to contact the Federal Bureau of Looney Tunes to confirm her story. All jokes aside, though, the officer then discussed what to do with her. >> Okay, so >> I asked her for registration, she goes, "Uh you got to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation for it." Uh this is one of their cars. She goes, "I'm here for work." I asked her, "What for?" She didn't give me any uh information, and this isn't coming back to anybody. The car is it. I need to get the VIN, but there's a dog inside. Hey, how you doing, man? >> I'm okay. What's the deal with hitting the vehicle? >> What do you mean, hit the vehicle? >> Yeah, is there a reason the vehicle going to keep getting hit or >> Where? >> When you walk by it. >> What do you mean, ma'am? No one hit the vehicle. >> When you walk by it, feels like somebody touched it. >> What's wrong with that, ma'am? >> Is that what what I was feeling? >> Do you have your license with you? >> Is that what I'm feeling? >> Not sure what you mean, ma'am. No one hit your vehicle. I need your registration and insurance, ma'am. >> Co- contact the Federal Bureau. I already informed this officer. >> All right, that's fine. >> What are you being nosy for? Body cam isn't out here being disrespectful right now. >> Ma'am, my body worn camera is out. >> No, I'm asking you, what are you doing because you're being disrespectful right now. I was dealing with this um deputy right here, and you're being nosy for just no reason. This is a invasion of privacy, completely disrespectful. >> It's a traffic stop, ma'am. >> For no reason. >> We're asking for your documentation, you're refusing. >> to know if you're an impersonator. >> Let let me explain. No, I'm Deputy Moreno with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. That's where I am. >> And you have any ID on you? >> Yes, ma'am. >> And you have a card with your with your badge number and your county? >> We don't have a badge number. We have a call number, ma'am. >> to my words right now. >> No, let me explain to you, ma'am. >> ask if you're an impersonator, it's important to me >> Ma'am, I'm not an impersonator. I just told you who I am and who I work for. >> Can I ask if you had a card? >> Ma'am, you're not going to let me explain. Hey, we're bickering back and forth, it's not going to get us anywhere. If you're going to talk over me, we're not going to get anywhere with this, okay? We're going to go ahead and get a supervisor here since you requested >> The nerve on her calling the officers impersonators while pretending to be with the FBI. You know, well, to her credit, she sounded a bit more sane than actually trying to impersonate the FBI. >> In the meantime, go ahead and provide your registration. >> And you can contact the Federal Bureau. I'm here >> For what reason? >> Because I'm here for work, and that's what our protocol is. >> Oh, so >> vehicle they put me in and if you would like to contact them for further information. >> no, I need your registration. I'm pretty sure if you drive Ma'am, like I said, you're going to keep keep going back and forth with me? >> I gave you an answer. That's all I can do. >> Okay, just wait for your sergeant again. April. >> Yes, sir. >> Quick question. >> Yes, sir. >> Are you an FBI agent? If you are, do you have credentials? That's all we're asking. >> You have to give them my name. >> You don't have credentials at all? >> You have to give them my name. This is a highly just on the down low case and I am not able to disclose with you anything other than to be as honest as I can, but I that's all I can say to you. I can give you um their direct address and number and then some names for the Federal Bureau. That's the best I can do for you. And I do have registration from the prior owner for this, but it is from 2018 or 2021. You're welcome to see it if you like. >> May I see it? >> Thank you for wearing your body cam. >> Yes, ma'am. >> This is from insurance and then the DMV. Um it is Montana and Nevada and I am from Oregon. >> Okay. >> This is just different verification so you can see the VIN number with it. I um Karen was a veteran. She's passed away now and I want to make sure she's remembered. I just I was keeping that together for because um her son is >> The FBI gave her the vehicle, but she knew the previous owner from 2018. Yeah, sounds about right. >> Is it not registered or not? >> It's not registered. It's 2018. >> She said 2018. >> Yeah. >> She never showed you her creds, right? >> No, no creds. He asked her. >> Um do you work Are you a federal agent working for the FBI? >> Uh she's not. >> So of course she's not. We asked her getting her to provide to provide um her registration and insurance. She's going to do that. >> Right here. >> She kept saying that >> Stay back. >> All right, I'm going to tow your car. Give me your car. >> No, I do not think so. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Can you give me the keys, please? >> If you don't comply with our orders, you're going to go to jail. >> My dog is in the vehicle and I do not trust you. I'm going to wait for a tow. I am not giving you my keys. I am not giving you my keys. I will I will get myself out of there. Just locked it. >> Ma'am, you don't have a choice in this matter. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. >> truck is not here. Yes, I do. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. If you are you are not complying with a lawful order, you are going to go to jail. I do not want to take you to jail because you want to have an attitude. >> Are you going to call Jacksonville? >> I'm not calling anybody. >> Okay, then I'm going to unlock the vehicle because you're not going to leave me unfreewillingly to get my dog out of the vehicle. >> If you keep talking, you're going to be unfree to go. >> I understand you don't like the way I'm speaking, but I'm being very very very calm. >> You don't need to do anything special to me other than comply with the law. >> You said to get out of the vehicle and sign a citation and then I can go back to >> Yeah, the criminal citation, ready? >> No. >> What happened? >> We're going to go ahead and tow that vehicle. Make sure you make arrangements. >> I'm not going to continue arguing with you. Say one more time. >> am I. I'm going to wait to sign the citation. I have done nothing for you to act this way. >> Ma'am. >> This is harassment. >> When the woman refused to hand over her car key, the officer took that as obstruction and put her under arrest. >> Right now. Do you feel better? >> I'd feel better if you'd cooperate. >> I am cooperating. I'm going to make sure you're not an impersonator because if you are, then you're going to be in quite some trouble. This one right here as well. >> Can you stand up lean up against the car for me? >> No, you need to get a woman to pat search me, sir. >> So, if you have a vehicle registered outside of Florida, right? And it's not registered for more than 6 months, it's criminal. What happens if it's not registered at all since 2018? Is it still the same thing? I mean, it's still criminal, right? So, can you arrest or you give an NTA for either one, correct? She's a convicted felon. >> I know she is. >> And she's been here she came in on the 24th. So. >> Oh, so she's a convicted felon. That somewhat explained her dumb story to get out of a traffic stop, but if she is a convicted felon, wouldn't she try to be less noticeable by cooperating with these officers? Maybe, I have no idea. >> Wilbur, what's your dog's name? >> Wilbur. >> Wilbur? >> Wilbur. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Hey, Wilbur. Hi. Can you open the door? What's the matter, buddy? Come on. Make him go. Her bond was set at $7,500. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed to appear in court. So, let's move on to this next case where a woman has such a traffic ticket history that she straight up shocked these no-nonsense cops. >> That's even possible. >> I know you get this every day. >> You know, it's not every day I have someone with suspended times 126. >> Welcome to August 13th, 2022, and an officer conducts a traffic stop on this vehicle for running a red light. Here's what happens next. >> Good morning. Officer Antonitis, KHP 4, please. The reason I'm pulling you over, you ran the red light Santa Barbara and Gleason. >> I know. All right. Do you have your insurance? Is it your car, or is it your >> It's my It's my ex-boyfriend's car. >> Okay. Do you have Geico, or does he have Geico? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have any weapons in the car? >> No. >> All right. Just hang tight. Don't get out of the car. Give me a couple of minutes, all right? >> The officer then returned to the cruiser to run the woman's information, and she found out that this woman was lying about her license. >> She's going to jail. >> What? >> She's going to jail. >> Yeah. >> We've got to find someone for her kid. >> Can I call his dad to get >> You're going to jail, Randy. Your license has been suspended. You haven't had a license since 2016. Don't even play that game with me. We're not playing games. Get out. Come on. >> Listen. That's That's why we're We're trying to be very respectful. >> My wife is on the way. >> Okay. I'm going to ask you to step out, okay? Just come here. Come outside and talk to me so we don't have to do this right here. >> We're not We're not slapping cuffs on you in front of your kids. We just want you to come out just so we can talk to you, right? Get to That's literally it, okay? >> Mom's just going to stand right here. She's not going anywhere. Come out. Come. Step out here. >> After she stepped out of the car, the officer then confronted her about that lie. >> Why were you lying that your license was fixed? >> I promised you I went >> Okay, where's your documentation that says that your license is fixed? >> I'm I'm on probation. I was just at probation. They >> Where's your documentation that says your license is fixed? >> fixed my license >> suspended since 2016. >> Ma'am, I When did you go? I got arrested in 20 20 >> So, when I look in the computer, it's not going to tell me that you have I don't know how many suspensions. I can I can look, certainly. >> They're They're toll It was toll violations. I had to reopen all of the cases with judge and I had >> fix it? I want to know the date. >> 2020 I got out of jail. The The day I got out of jail, I went down there. >> So, where is your license? If I call Indigo Room, they're going to have your license there. >> I left my I left my driver's license at Indigo. I swear to you. A month ago. >> So, you for a month you didn't think to go back to Indigo Room to get your license? >> No, I did go back there. I went back there like 2:00 in the day and no one was there. I did. >> So, you left it there for a month. And today is the day that you think that you you think you have a license and that it's been at the Indigo Room for a month. >> Ma'am, I promised you. >> I don't believe you. >> I I promise you. I have no reason to lie about it. >> a lot of reasons to lie. You literally just said you're going to violate your probation. >> No, no, no. I'm I'm saying me going to jail is going to violate my probation. >> Certainly will because you are going to go to jail because you're lying. >> I I swear I swear to you I am not lying to you. >> So, why would the system just make it up that your suspended since 2016? >> know. I got out of jail. Please. Like please like contact whoever you have to contact. I got out of jail last year because I went to jail for Lights for Layla. That's what I went to jail for. >> I don't know what that is. >> It was a huge thing out of high profile case. I got out of jail. I went right down to the DMV. I left the jail and went right to the clerk of courts because I had to reopen all of the cases for the toll violations. I >> Mr. Jensen, can you just stand over here with her? >> You know she seems pretty sure of herself, so the officer goes to check it again. In the meantime, her husband arrives on the scene to take the kids. >> They're telling me my license is suspended since 2016. >> Like I said, we're trying to figure it out and I was explaining to your wife we're looking at other systems that we have to check all that stuff. I'll even go as far as calling your probation officer. You know what I mean to find out what what it is that's going on. >> Yeah, please. Please. >> now, let's just get the kids out of here that way they won't have to they're obviously visibly upset, so >> He's right here. >> She doesn't have that I can see. She's suspended times 126. >> Did you check her license? Okay. >> 126 violations. At what point do you decide that driving just ain't your thing and get a bus pass? Dear God, if she got 125 violations with no consequences, she ain't going to stop for just another one. >> Yeah, I That's insane. I went I swear I got out of jail in 20 20. >> Yeah. >> And I went right to the clerk of courts office. I I >> I believe you. I I >> My probation papers, like everything says my license is valid. Like it doesn't say I can't drive nothing. >> Like I said, we we're we're we're trying to access other systems to make sure that our computer system, the results it's giving us is true and correct as of this time, but like I said, 99.9% of the time the information we have at hand is typically correct. >> All right. >> Okay. >> I had like 108 toll violations back in like 2016. >> are all the ones that are showing up on our computer. >> So, I had to reopen all the cases. The judge got me all right. She was amazing. Honestly, she she really helped me out. >> Yeah. >> I had to pay like a $1,200 $1,200. They put me on a payment plan. They did all this crap. >> So, you paid that in 2020? >> Paid that. >> I'll go look. >> Paid that. >> Cuz I can see that. >> I'm telling you I paid it. I paid it. >> Okay. >> I promise you I paid it. I paid it. >> And you're saying you paid those toll violations? >> I paid it through the court. $1,200 >> Did you pay your license reinstatement fees? So, you don't it So, here's your problem. You have to pay the fine, but you also have to pay all the fees associated with that. Okay. All right, I'm going to go look. That's what I'm going to >> After checking with the officer who made the traffic stop, they then decided to put her under arrest. >> So, she did pay some of them. And then she went on a payment plan for the rest and did that. >> Okay. >> So, she's still suspended. So, >> So, she is going >> Huh? >> So, she is going? >> Oh, yeah. >> Hang up the phone. Randy's on her way. I'll I'll call you right back, baby, okay? I love you. Bye. Love you. Bye. I swear I paid it. Try it. >> No. >> Yes, that's what I did. >> Ma'am, here's what I I did I only looked at one ticket cuz I wasn't going to go through all 100 and whatever tickets. I looked at one and it was I could see that some of them are closed, which means you paid and you still have a lot of open ones. And here's I'm going to tell you what it looks like Just the one. And again, I'm not going to look at all the 100 or whatever are still open. >> 126 by the way. Yeah, I know. >> It shows It shows that you went on a payment plan. You know what it also shows? You didn't complete the payment plan. And then now they have continued to fine you and fine you and fine you so much so that if I if I recall the date in 2021, so last year they even continued to send you notices and then they sent you to collections. You're in collections, folks. >> You haven't changed your address, so you obviously wouldn't know that either. You can also get a ticket for that. >> So, that's on you, not on us. You created this problem. You didn't do what you were supposed to do. You get to go to jail today. Go explain it to the judge. >> And it's obviously your fault. All right. >> You can take it with you. You're not making any calls. Turn around. Your hands behind your back. Get up. >> Did you tell my officer that you had a license that you left it at >> I did. >> whatever club? >> Yes. >> Indigo room? >> Yes. Yes. >> I don't I don't I'm sorry, but I don't know how that's even possible. >> I know you get this every day. You know what? >> Not every day I have someone suspended times 126. >> After securing her in handcuffs, the officers then moved her to the squad car. >> But But who's Who Who committed those toll violations? >> It wasn't I >> Hold on, who committed them? It wasn't me. >> No, I >> It wasn't Officer Antonetti. >> That's right. I had a roommate that I >> Okay. Then >> It's my fault. It's my fault. >> Okay. >> Okay, face the car for me. Bring your right leg out towards me. Do you have anything on you that's going to hurt, poke, stick me, guns, knives, bazookas, anything crazy? No? So, whoever it is registered to, it's it has to pick it up. >> her come get it? She lives right down the road. >> We're towing it. >> Thanks. I really did not know my life depended on this. >> Normally people that say that and believe it have a driver's license. You don't even have that. >> So. >> I'm sure you can understand why I don't Why are you going to pass out? >> I can feel it. >> All right, so you need first aid to come out here. >> No. I'm just letting you know. >> Since this woman's claiming she's about to pass out, the officer decided to call EMS to check on her. >> Can I have EMS respond out? The subject believes she's going to pass out. Another incarcerated I have. All right, first aid's coming. We're still going to jail, whether you pass out or not. Well, you're not going to pass out in the back seat of my car. I'll tell you that, so. >> I'm I'm fine. We can just go. >> No. No, we can't because we're going to need to get you checked out. Uh then we're going to probably need to take you to the hospital, get you medically cleared, and then we'll have to take you to jail from there, so >> No, I'm okay. >> No, ma'am, you made the complaint. >> I didn't I didn't I said I was going to pass out. That's it. >> Yeah. Yeah, and that's the complaint, a medical complaint, and now we have to do what we have to do. So, it just prolongs the process. Um So, we'll get you over to the jail as soon as we can, as soon as the possible says you're you're all okay to go to jail. >> I feel better now that the air is like I can feel the air. >> Uh-huh. Okay. Suddenly, when we explained she was under still under arrest and she wasn't just going to be let go, uh she's she feels better now that the windows are open and she knows that information. >> want to assess by the EMS? >> Well, we we just need you guys to at least get an AMA on her. And and just say she's good to go. So, she she can't make the complaint and us ignore it. So, >> I was just writing her red light ticket. I was just writing her red light ticket. It was so red. It couldn't have been any more red. >> Great move with the kids in the back. >> Charge again. >> All right. Let's get her out of here. >> To the hospital? >> You don't need to go to the hospital. Your actions dictated everything. >> The woman is charged with resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, and assault. She was also cited for disobeying a no passing zone. Moving on to the next case, where this entitled woman turned a simple traffic stop into complete chaos. >> Okay, you are not under arrest, you're just being detained. Stop. Stop. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop. PUT YOUR HANDS >> IT'S MAY 4TH, 2025, OHIO. An officer conducts a traffic stop on a vehicle for passing double yellow lines. SHE'S GOT A ROLLER. She's got her way you've been good. Go ahead, roll her that way. All right, sit her up. Put her head through there. >> DON'T PUSH IT. >> Keep going. >> All right, put your arms So, everybody grab a handle. Back first. Be careful, don't trip on that. >> What's that? >> Cunningham, we'll just put her in yours and we'll take I'll follow you down. >> Hurry up. >> Can you go to the other side and pull her through? >> Talk about resist. You're going to give me a no. >> Yeah, it's That right there. >> I think I am. >> We're going to get him. All right, first order of business, pull under the bridge so I don't have to do my interview in the rain. >> You all right? >> Yeah, I'm fine. He poked me in the eye and >> You're not going home today. >> Okay, all right. Why do I even do police work? >> Well, I'm not going to lie. >> Uh, you're hitting a new low when you're wrapped like a little psycho spicy burrito and stuffed in the back of a squad car. >> My name is TJ, I'm a sergeant. What is going on today? >> Nothing not going on. >> Nothing at all? >> Nothing. >> What's that? >> Nothing. >> Nothing's going on? >> No. >> What happened between you and the officer? >> The officer told me to pull over, I pulled over. I pulled over. He told me to get out. I got out. >> And then what happened? >> And then I said, "For what?" But I still was on >> So you got out the car? >> Yes, and I told him I didn't have my license and my insurance. And he said, "I'm not arrested, but I'm putting your hands behind your back." And I said, "For what, if I'm not arrested?" And then he slammed me to the ground. What are you talking about? Don't you guys have cameras? >> Yeah. >> Okay, so watch cameras. >> I will. Uh, what were you doing when he slammed you to the ground? >> Nothing. >> You You were just >> Nothing. >> Were you just standing there? >> No, I wasn't doing I wasn't flipping over, I wasn't doing >> You weren't doing nothing? >> Nothing. I was just laying there. >> Did you Well, no, before he took you to the ground, what were you doing? He wanted to put your hands behind your back and then what happened? >> Nothing. I had my charger in my hand and I was trying to call my mom. >> So >> And he was trying to take my phone. >> He wanted to put your hands behind >> What did he take my phone for if I'm not arrested? >> So he wanted to put your hands behind your back and you were trying to make a phone call. >> He was trying to take my phone out my hand. >> Okay, then what did you do when he tried to take the phone out of her? >> Nothing. Nothing. I didn't do >> So, you were just standing there and he slammed you to the ground for no reason? >> No, he tried to slam me to the ground. And then I didn't go to the ground cuz what the trying to slam me to the ground for if I'm not arrested? >> So, he didn't slam you to the ground. You initially said he slammed you to the ground. Now, he tried to slam you to [music] the ground but couldn't? >> Bro, he tried to slam me to the For what? >> What What What is What is he doing >> Exactly. What is he What is he putting handcuffs on me for? >> Did it Did it Was he able to get you in handcuffs or did another officer come and help you? >> No, he He had He I was in handcuffs with him, but the other officer came to assist him and put the other handcuff on my arm while the one dude had my my one arm in and the other officer put the handcuffs on it. >> Okay. Are you injured anywhere? >> I don't know. I don't know yet. My adrenaline is high. >> Do you need [snorts] EMS to come check you out? >> No, I don't, bro. >> So, >> I need a phone so I can call my mom for my kids. >> Ma'am, right now we're talking. Are you hurt anywhere? How about that? Does anything hurt? >> No. >> Nothing hurts? >> No. >> After booking, this woman is charged with resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, and a suspended driving license. >> I mean, you you're being cocky, you're not even being polite, you're not even using manners. Like, how how do you understand what you're doing cuz you're being a smart ass the whole time to me, too. So, I can only imagine how you're speaking to that officer. >> On October 3rd, 2025, an officer was investigating a hit-and-run crash when he heard a nearby car rapidly accelerating. Rather than slowing down, the driver floored it and tore off like a budget Formula 1 hopeful. The annoyed officer rushed back to his cruiser, but he couldn't catch up in time. So, he circled the nearby neighborhoods looking for the car until Lady Luck eventually stepped in. >> Do you guys know whose white Mustang this is? >> Uh tell her to come out. >> Yeah, can you have him step out? >> Hello. >> Hi. Do I look familiar? >> Kind of. >> Yeah, I know. Yeah. Turn around, put your hands behind your back. You're You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. >> What? >> I walked out, flagged you down, told you to stop, and you rapidly accelerated away from me. >> What? >> Yes, ma'am. It's all on body cam. >> Cuz you just No. >> Nope, I walked I walked out in the road and was telling you to stop. >> out on the road? >> correct. And I was telling you to stop. It's all on body cam. You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. Come here. >> Can I just call my mom? >> Yeah, you can call your mom. Is that Is that on your phone right there? I am a law enforcement officer, fully uniform, telling you to stop because you're passing all those cars in a double yellows. You No, you passed multiple. It doesn't matter. I You still fled law enforcement. And then you rapidly accelerated as you went by me. You didn't stop, didn't do anything, didn't even hit the brakes. >> No, I was going the speed limit, of course. >> No, you weren't. >> Can I talk to someone else? >> It was just me there. I don't know who you want to talk to. Who do you want to talk to? >> Maybe your supervisor? >> Yeah, he's on his way. You're more than welcome to. That's fleeing and eluding law enforcement, so. >> Talking about entitlement, where did she learn that? School of Karens? And the officer is about to tell her what the consequences of her action is. >> Go and sit down for me. Do you have anything on you cuz I have a female that's going to come search you. >> No. >> Okay. Um Yeah. Huh? >> Tell me to. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. So, yeah, no, I literally was at at the bus I hear her car accelerating rapidly, so I look and she's in the middle of passing vehicles, coming back over. I'm in the road, hands up, telling her to stop, clearly look like a law enforcement officer. No brakes, no no lights, nothing. She just keeps going, guns it. So. >> Okay. >> That's fleeing and eluding all day long. So. >> Do we go to court for this? >> Absolutely. You're going to be going to court no matter what. >> And you said you have it on dash cam? >> I have it on body cam. >> Okay. >> Even better cuz I was right there. >> Oh, okay. >> So. What's your name? >> This is Miss whatever. >> I know. I agree. Fleeing law enforcement is pretty ridiculous. I absolutely agree. And I'm also I'm also towing your car and putting it on a 30-day hold. So. Just letting you know. >> The officer then let her call her dad and then asked to talk to her dad to explain to him what had happened. >> I don't know. So. >> Can I talk to him? This is Officer Reara. >> Okay. >> Hey there. It's Officer Reara with the New Smyrna Beach Police Department. >> Do you think that he's >> What officer who? >> Officer Reara with the New Smyrna Beach Police Department. >> Am I going to >> Okay. Good. Good. So. So, literally I'm in the middle of the road and I'm a fully uniform police officer telling her to stop. Not only did she not even apply the brakes, she rapidly accelerates away from from me to the point I have to run, get jump in my car which was parked several hundred feet away cuz I was investigating a hit-and-run crash. And now all of a sudden she's gone nowhere. So, then I obviously find the car and make contact with her. So, I don't need to have lights and sirens on behind her or anything like that. I'm a fully uniform police officer. I was giving clear hand signals to stop. And I have a witness who was the victim of my hit-and-run crash who watched the entire thing. So, you know, of course that meets statutory requirements for for fleeing and eluding. I I I don't mean to be a jerk about it or anything like that, but that's that's where we're at, okay? >> Um how far did she go from when you tried to uh gesture her to stop? >> Over a mile. So, she didn't try to pull off the road down the street, nothing like that. >> Did she Did she Was she able to see you or >> Oh, yeah. I am I am in a I am in a She just told me I saw him in my uniform, didn't So, that's all I need. Like cuz and I know she saw me because I was about in the middle of the road to where she would before she would run me over. So, I I want to get run over cuz she was already doing 65 plus. So Yeah, I have everything I need for fleeing and eluding. It is what it is. So, she she can take it to court. It's going to go to court no matter what, but that that's what I have. It meets statutory requirements. Um That that's what we're doing. Okay? >> Now, the father had learned about her crime and uh he has a lot to say to her. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um can you put her back on the phone? >> Yeah, you're on speaker. >> Hey. Yeah. No, he didn't hurt It's just >> Yeah. >> All right. So, you you'll probably be in in in jail for the weekend then. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> So. >> Because uh you you're not going to get get out right away. Well, why were you going that fast down the >> I I passed one car. I passed one car cuz he was going like 30 and I passed him. Cuz I didn't >> She's my daughter's friend. Embarrassing. >> So, why didn't you pull over at the time when he waved you down to stop? Why didn't you stop? >> Cuz it wasn't like he was I I didn't even I really didn't even know. I just saw a person in white black and then >> Doing this. Pull. >> He had one hand out and it wasn't like he was in front of my car like that. He was just He like literally was from the side, like completely the side. I wasn't going 60. That's a hearsay. I was not going 60. From 30 to 60, I can't just do that when I'm in the other lane going over to that other side. >> To pull you over. >> He didn't. He didn't. He came over and found my car and pulled >> It's all on body cam, sir. I was almost in the roadway. The reason I didn't go all the way in the roadway is cuz she was going so fast. I didn't want to get hit by her cuz obviously I could see that she was not slowing down. >> What he thinks. >> Okay. What do you think he's going to do? >> I'm actually an instructor for speed measurement, so smart. >> I'm not laughing. >> I wouldn't be laughing. It's a felony. You committed a felony. Don't laugh at that. >> Yeah, I did. >> After letting her dad chew her out for a bit, the officers then moved her to the squad car for transportation. >> I mean, you you're being cocky. You're not even being polite. You're not even using manners. >> Yeah, this has been her the entire time, sir. >> I know. That's what I don't get with her. It's just totally ridiculous. So, you don't understand what you just did. You >> I do. >> Oh, you do, do you? Really? Like, how do you understand what you're doing cuz you're being a smart-ass the whole time to me, too. So, I can only imagine how you're speaking to the officer. >> It's all on It's all on body cam. I've been trying to be respectful to her, but >> Right. I don't get it. Like, so you just totally just screwed yourself inside and out for what you just did. Big time. Cuz now your car's going to get towed to the impound. You got to pay to get that out, too, now. >> Yeah, for sure. Are you >> Yeah, there's going to be a 30-day hold on it. There's going to be a 30-day hold on it. >> So, so your nursing stuff is going to be screwed up now, too, because you don't have no damn manners. And you know what? It's going to take something like this to [ __ ] you up now. And now you're done because you're so goddamn arrogant and cocky the whole damn time when you come >> Go ahead. >> to the officer normally. But you had to had to be a real jerk, didn't you? >> This is >> I know you can't believe it. He's got the body cam on. So, you just totally screwed your whole [ __ ] up. Nursing degree, everything. You just did it because you you being invincible. But guess what? You're going to spend the weekend in jail, and you'll see how invincible you are. And you know what? It might teach you a lesson now, maybe. >> Did Did you hear your dad? >> All right. So, when you get to jail, you get one phone call. >> Just follow her instructions. >> So, you better hurry up and figure out who you going to call to get to get you out of jail. So, when When call your mom and start bitching at her, and stuff, she going to make you sit. You call me, I'll make your ass sit, too, because I'm not putting up with this [ __ ] You know, you you got an attitude. It's going to change. >> I'll change it. >> It's going to change. It's ridiculous. That's what I mean your game changing. You know, you could have been probably polite to the officer from the get-go, and you probably wouldn't be in the situation you are right now. And I bet if you ask the officer that, your cockiness is probably what put you in that position right there. I guarantee it. >> Oh, Mom. >> Yeah, she If we have a problem, I'm going to let her talk to you. >> I'm getting arrested because I keyed an officer. Um Uh she's going to need uh somebody to post a bond. >> Anything else in there, like jewelry? >> Like it's going to be 10% of probably 2,500. >> Okay. I'll go and do it. >> I'll touch base with you. >> Have you ever been arrested before for anything? >> Okay. Or It's not for anything. Be prepared to be strip-searched. What strip search You take everything off. >> Yeah. >> And you bend over. >> And now that you know that, if you do have anything on you and you introduce it into the Branch Jail, it's a felony, okay? All right, I'm just >> Oh, yeah. >> I I tell everybody I arrest. I'm going to go for a flat phone since she's Seems like dad's kind of talked a little bit of sense into her. Are you good with that? Are you good with that? >> No. >> Are you Are you good with that, though, since you told me you're in your car? >> Yeah, hold >> And is your guys' pool car available or not? >> It's not. >> Okay. It won't take that long. >> Okay. >> It's all right. I just just got to say No, it shouldn't take that long. I mean, it I know how Jenkins is, though. He's He's going to want me to transport my own arrest. So. >> Yeah, sorry. >> It's on body cam two on the previous a three, so it's like >> Or did I just see that? He's telling me >> That's mine. >> This is mine. >> Oh, he already has your phone or did he? >> Yeah, we we already have it cuz she wanted to take that. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right, go ahead. Just go ahead and put your hands like this together up to up front. There you go. Just a little bit further out. You're good. I'm being very nice. Can you pop these off? Well, I just I mean I don't think it would be too big of an issue. I'm double locking it that way they don't cinch down near your wrist there. >> Yeah, thank you. >> We're going to go to his vehicle right here, okay? Yeah, this one right here. Um >> In the end, she was charged with third-degree felony fleeing and eluding and disobeying a no-passing zone sign.
