Run the red light at Lakeland South still southbound on doing 100 past high school. Are y'all born stupid or what? >> Coming up on 84 red light. Cross 84. Still southbing in. Get them. Draw down safely. Box them in. Box them in. >> Run the box. Units. Run the box. >> She's using her turn signal and she's turning down Hill Road. Front right is flat. Five in front of that pursuit on how >> we can try to pin him. Just pin her right here. Front left is flat also. >> Yes, we are around the road block. We're still westbound road. Even with two flat tires and one tire being yeet out of existence, she still refused to stop for quite a while and even take the officers on an off-road adventure. >> No, I believe all four is flat. >> Speeds are down to 45 westbound up on Sand Lake. Just ahead of you is a fuel procession turned into the church. They already >> just pulling on >> pulling on the Sims lane in the dirt. I'm blocking clowns at uh playful. Has she ever ate like this before? >> No. >> No. >> As the grandma arrived at the scene, the officers then learned that the crash was intentional. >> Sir, what was the problem? >> See, there was an encounter back there that um encountered her. She was called in, deputy made contact with her and then she >> What is she worrying about? >> That that guy right there has a warrant in that yellow shirt. >> You heard me, sir? >> You need to worry more about yourself than anybody with a warrant. >> Okay. >> Thank you so much for everything. >> Yes, ma'am. My baby has a good job. She's a welder. She got a CDS and I tell her when you with trash, you get trash. In the end, she was charged with aggravated assault with other dangerous weapon, fleeing or eluding, two counts of cruelty to children, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, and four counts of failure to obey a traffic signal. Escalation has no ceiling. When someone chooses to flee violently, they surrender any chance of a manageable outcome. Traffic stops can end with tickets or arrests, but choosing to turn them into a weapon guarantees severe charges, lasting consequences, and the very real possibility of innocent people getting hurt or killed. On October 21st, 2025, officers responded to a report of a woman who tried to kidnap her grandkids and tried to run over her daughter-in-law. Here's what happened next. >> Park the car. Back up. >> Back up. >> Park the car. >> Park the car. Park the car. >> Back up. Hey, >> back up. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car now. >> I am. I am. >> Get out. >> I saw I am. >> Get out now. >> I am. >> That's right. I am. >> No. Park the car and get out. >> I'm on now. >> I am. And it's all on my camera. Don't do them too tight in my hand. I got uh cover. >> Yeah, she threw some at my car. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> Of course not. >> You got anything else in your pocket? >> No. Here. >> Here. Get this one. >> She threw uh I wanted to get in that meat. I put it on your door. She threatened me. She threw a um something at >> me. And now she's trying to act like I tried to run her over. Yep. And my my psychiatrist going to help me. Don't worry about it. She did that. She been We talking about I took her car. THAT'S MY CAR. HOW HOW TO She ain't got no license. She ain't even on the lease, so she want to get put out. >> She want to be put out. Wait a minute. Pull my clothes up. >> Yeah. And on the other side when I pulled up, this one was running. Yeah. Trying to run her over cuz she th she threw something in my closet. >> Where she at? >> She inside the front yard. >> In that side. And her kids in the house by yourself. They at the 904. Wait a minute, girl. Hey, I'm walking. No, you almost dragged. >> Okay, we've got a lot we got to >> It doesn't even matter. I know you do. >> As long as you know how to write your report. Hey, if you want to go talk to people inside. I remember I pulled up, she was running somebody over in the front yard, so I don't know what's going on. >> Yeah, cuz she threw something at me. No, we'll talk at the station. >> We're going to talk right here. >> Listen, we've got you've got the right to remain so anything you say can be used against you. Do you want to answer any of my questions? >> No. >> Well, it'd be easier to know what's going on if you answered some questions. >> With her refusing to answer anything, the officers turn their attention to her family. >> I'm the one that called. Yeah, I got 911 on here. Um, she came. >> Okay. Thank you. Bye. >> She came to ask us our truck for my fiance to call 911. >> She was never supposed to run all the she >> right. Who is the lady that was this one that got hit by the car? >> Ran. >> Yeah, she got hit by the car. She got hit by the car. >> Okay, listen. This is the thing. So, I'm in there with my kids in our in our bedroom. I hear somebody open my door. It's her. She's not allowed here. I told her, "We don't want nothing from you or you need to leave." She started pushing on me, pushing on me. She came out. I came out. I said some words to her cuz yes, I'm upset. You just barged in my house. She got in the car, proceeded to hit me with the car three or four times. She pushed me all the way back to the door. All all the way to the door. Didn't put my hands on it. I didn't touch her or anything. But now I'm ready to Now I'm ready to Her husband, that's his mom. There's been something going on for the last couple of weeks. That car belongs to them and she took it because it's in her name. Pookie's restaurant or whatever it's called is where her husband works and she's been driving their cause of trouble and they trespassed her. >> That's Oh, that's your shoes. >> That's That's my shoes. I was sitting right there. She pushed me hit me all the way back there. >> I got you. Did anybody else see it? >> I don't know if anybody else though. I really don't know. But I need my fiance home right now because I'm going I'm going into jail. I'm going to jail. >> Do you have any marks on you like that or just your hands? >> It's just my hands and my legs. >> Okay. So, she got mad because you she was trying to take the kids from you. >> Yes. She wanted my kids for today. I said she's not they're not allowed to go with her. >> She already took her car. >> The last incident whenever my kids were with her, she was pushing my little three-year-old down to the ground holding her down as she's screaming. So, that's abuse to me. And I had I couldn't be there for my daughter. Nothing. She can't go back over. None of them can go back over there with her. She's been doing drugs. She's wanted in Cro for a gun or something, an incident with a gun. >> In the meantime, the woman continued to yell nonsense on the back of the squad car. >> Take me to jail. Why am I still here? TAKE ME TO JAIL. WHY AM I STILL HERE? Take me to jail. Why am I still here? Y'all get her side. So that's okay. That lady GOT A CAMERA. SHE NOT ON THE LEASE. MICHAELA McM is not on that lease at 9:04. She don't even So I pulled up and she is actively in the front yard running this lady over like over and over. So I got my gun out and I'm like, "Put the car in park like stop." And she pulls over here and now she's in the back of the car, but she refuses to answer any questions. >> It's somebody with me to jail. >> Okay. >> Take me to jail. Hey, >> take me to jail. >> Hey, knock it off. >> TAKE ME TO JAIL. WHY I'M STILL HERE? >> CUZ I WANT to go. I don't want to see that [ __ ] Take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> You're trying to go to jail. >> Take me to jail. >> Hey, >> take me to jail. I don't want to see her OVER THERE LYING. SHE'S LYING. >> WELL, that's what I'm trying to figure out. >> TAKE ME TO JAIL. SHE GOT A CAM. THAT LADY got a camera. All y got to do is ask her to see her phone. She got all on the camera. Take me to jail. TAKE ME TO JAIL. >> COME ON. Step out. Step out. >> For what? >> Step out. >> No. >> Step out. >> Why? Why am I take I'm stepping up? Why am I stepping up? Yeah. >> Why am I stepping up? No. >> Get on your stomach. >> No. Yep. >> Make sure you don't hold my neck. Make sure you don't hold my neck. Okay. Don't put your knee on my back. All right. I don't want to be George Floyd. Okay. Yeah. This always happen when I ask you to take me to jail. I don't want to hear that [ __ ] lying. That [ __ ] lying. She lying. Y'all can see her cameras. That lady got cameras. You can see I was taking my son to meet me to his house. No, I'm not going to talk to y'all. The lady got a camera and y'all can see take me to jail. Why I got to sit here with all y'all talking to that? That ain't nothing worthless ass mama. She had six kids back to back. That's my son girlfriend. I've been in this for 13 [ __ ] years. I don't give no about nothing. >> After restraining her, the officers then stuffed her back up into the car. >> Hey, I don't want to hear this. Why I got to hit this? Y'all can't take me to jail, but you want to hog tie somebody like y'all used to do in slave time. Who gives a Who gives a [ __ ] Crucify me. I've been crucified. No, you're not f to hold my legs like that. That hurt. What the you mean? Oh, so y'all y'all telling y'all that hurt and y'all going to do it anyway? Oh, man. So many laws. So many civil rights getting violated on federal property. I thank God that hurt. My um these counsel is hurting me. So I didn't hurt y'all, but y'all hurting me. How >> bad transported? No. >> Oh man. Cuz I've been asking to be transported. Now you want to hold me. Now you want to transform me. If I my basic is concrete, it's going to be farmer. >> Hey Madison, I'll pull you up to the job. >> I have asthma. So harm be in here. >> Hey Brian, you want to go to the other side? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Hey, get my hat. Get my hat. Okay. And make sure y movement. Yeah. And you straight my hands. You pulling my hand to make tight. So when y'all do this recording and I get this lawsuit going on, the second one might make sure y'all get this recording. And they don't erase it cuz you know how America ask. >> Can you see if she's got her phone? >> That is ridiculous. And they hog tied me. >> She's talking to someone. >> They um I think it's by her face. >> No, close. >> It's all right. I'll take her. >> So, close the door. Don't Don't even talk to me. Like I said, I didn't I don't want to talk. I've got one female 95 county >> and that lady got a camera right outside her house. I missed by tomorrow when I >> being >> I need arrest night. >> She was charged with reckless conduct, reckless driving and aggravated battery. Losing control in a family conflict can permanently damage relationships and freedom at the same time. When anger turns into reckless behavior, the law steps in to protect others and the consequences are serious. Emotional reactions fade, but criminal charges don't. On March 14th, 2024, officers responded to a report regarding a woman who had returned to work despite being fired the previous day. Here's what happened next when the police arrived. >> Where is this girl at now? >> Right here. >> No, the other girl the girl girl that she's out here. >> Oh, she is. She's out back. >> Yeah, she's still here. >> Okay. >> Now, tell me what happened before I go deal with this. >> So, I came um I saw HR come down. She says, "Hey, can you come with me? I need you to come with me." So we came out, we go up the stairwell and I just hear screaming. So she has done this before. So she's been suspended and let go and she's been fired and um she's saying >> was she fired today? >> Yesterday. >> Then why is she back today? >> That's her point. She can't clock in. She's blocked on everything. So we don't even know how. But she was going up to work and we're like, "No, if you can't, you're fired." And then um from what I understood, cuz I didn't hear it all, she's just started. She is very loud. One of those loud girls. So I she finally gets down up half a flight. I'm like, "Come on, let's just go downstairs." She's videoing the whole thing. She's like, "He put his hands on me." And then she got in his face. >> The other nurse just put her hand in between him and says, "Don't do that." >> You know, and then she screamed all the way down, made a big old scene. We have residents here. We can >> Yeah, she's out back here. >> Yeah, I was She's this way. Sorry. I was just trying to get a little brief. I missed most of it, but I did. After speaking with the employee about the suspect, the officers then came to confront her about the situation. >> Let me ask you this though. Why are you here today? You've been fired and >> nobody told me. >> They said they called you and you were told. >> Nobody told me I was fine. >> You got the message? >> No, I didn't get nothing. Um I came in um I was I can't clock in. So um I guess paperwork cuz they lost they lost or shredded my paperwork. I had no file and I've been here for about 6 months. >> They have a file. She's going to get it. Well, they told somebody else they didn't have no file. They can't I respond. Okay. >> Paperwork is on the table. >> Um I come in clock in. All right. I can't clock in. So they were like go to HR. I guess Steve, whoever the director man that I had a problem with, he we meet on the sixth floor. Um Heather's not in her office. Never in the office. Guess they have to talk to me. And he's being off top rude. I came in with a great attitude. I don't >> Well, supposedly what they said, you were fired yesterday. They left you a phone message and maybe you didn't get the message. I don't know. >> I just got off of my got off the phone with my supervisor telling her I couldn't clock in. She ain't tell me nothing. >> Mhm. Well, the HR lady said she called your phone and left a message. >> She didn't call me. Anita, the head supervisor. >> Well, listen. You fired. >> Well, I want to press charges on him. >> We're not pressing charges. >> No, I want to press charges. >> I I I want to press charges >> for what? >> He touched me. >> Okay. He asked you to leave. You didn't leave. I was going down the step. This the second time. >> Do you have it on video? >> Um, I'm going to get y'all on video cuz this is ridiculous. I've had I have >> on video right now. Everything we're doing. >> So, what does she do when confronted with the fact that she wasn't even supposed to be there? She pulls out her phone and starts recording like she's going to magically make the cops go away. Sadly for her, the officers aren't here to play her game. >> I need your name, please, and badge number. >> Okay. My name is Officer Cook 100021. >> Name and badge number, please. >> All right. photographer. >> Okay. So, so you're not letting me explain. I want to press charges. >> Okay. Explain to me what what charges do you have? >> Harassing and him touching me. He touched me. >> He asked you to leave and he said, "So, this is what happened. You're not letting me explain." So, I was trying to hold >> You've been talking the whole time. You >> You're not let cuz you're not You're cutting me off. >> You're cutting me off. I know my rights. I could talk. >> Okay. What are your What are yours? >> Don't Don't do this. I I need I need your head on. I need um >> That's my supervisor right there. >> Supervisor. Why somebody up? >> Who are y'all? Clear water, please. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. Y'all um so I need press charging on him. He tried to push me down the stairwell. >> Okay. >> He tried He pushed me down the stairwell. >> Do you have that on video? >> He I got >> Let me see the video. >> He tried to push me down the stairwell. Then he pressed I need to press charges. >> Okay. Listen. We need to go. Where's your car? >> We need to go right now. >> You're not going to demand anything from me. >> I need to press charges. >> Come on. Let's go. >> I need to press charges. >> Charges. >> Listen. All right. Listen, if you don't go, we'll just GO TO JAIL. >> WHAT THE JAIL? >> We're gonna go to jail. We're gonna go to jail is WHAT WE'RE GONNA DO. >> I TOLD you we need to leave. >> Stop. No. Stop. What are you doing? You're not >> You're not going to win this. >> What are you doing? >> I told you you need to leave. You're not going to walk away from me. >> What are you doing? >> I didn't do anything. >> Stop fighting. >> I didn't do anything. >> You're resisting right now. I'm not doing anything. >> Why? Why you're resisting? >> I'm not doing anything. You're >> trespass after warning. For what? >> Yeah. Now you're going to jail. >> Now you're going to jail. >> For what? >> For trespass after warning. >> I was leaving. I >> I told you to do something. You know you weren't. >> I was calling. >> Hey, now you're leaving. >> I was calling my >> After putting her in handcuffs, the officers then moved her to the squad car. >> Now you get to go to jail. >> What did you >> I didn't call my child. >> No, you can do that after you get out of jail. Please don't do this. Please, I'mma leave. Please don't do it. >> No. No. You wanted to be nasty, right? >> No, I wasn't. I was trying to explain. >> No, you weren't trying to be explain. You weren't trying to be explaining nothing. >> Please. Please. Please. >> That's already That ship is sailed. >> Not my med. Please. I have no felonies. I have a clean record. Please. >> Not anymore. >> Please. No. Please sit down and talk. Please. >> Absolutely not. Talking's over. >> Please. I was leaving. I was >> You weren't leaving. >> Yes, I >> You were trying to be a tough guy and tell me what you were and weren't going to do. >> I take a bus. I took a bus here in the back. >> Well, I'll get you a ride today. >> Please don't. Please don't do this. Please, my baby. >> My baby, please. Please, my baby. >> Go for it. Show me 10 15 adult female. >> My baby, please. >> Please don't do this, my baby. >> You should have thought about that earlier. I do this. My baby. I was just TRYING TO BREAK IT. MY BABY. PLEASE. >> He's allowed to escort you out the building. >> He can't touch me though. >> Yes, he can. >> I have a three. Please. I had She has nobody. She's going to go to >> You should have thought about that. >> My baby. Cool. >> I know. I have in there. Dump it out. I know. >> I'm charging with that. That's cool. That's cool. >> In the end, she was charged with possession of marijuana, trespassing after warning, resisting without violence, and misuse of 911. She pleaded guilty to all charges. Her license was revoked for 6 months, and she was ordered to pay $733.92 in costs and fees. When you're clearly in the wrong, cooperation is the only move that limits damage. Refusing to accept reality and playing games with authority doesn't make you a victim. It just adds charges, costs, and consequences that follow you long after the video ends. Let's move on to the next case where a road raging Karen thinks she's untouchable. >> Let me call her. >> All right, [ __ ] >> Whoa. >> Yeah, I'm half black. Watch me be like that again. >> Don't touch me like this. >> In the car. On October 15th, 2023, officers responded to multiple calls of a road ranging incident. Here's what happened next. >> What's going on? >> There's a guy in an orange speedster. Orange whatever. >> Yeah. Okay. So, he came out. I pulled out in front of him. Not in front of him. I I moved over, got in the other lane. He He stopped and he came up to this side of the car. >> Uhhuh. >> And grabbed my phone. >> How was your phone? >> And me? No. I pulled it out of his hand. He told me to shut the up. Give me a little like slap on my whatever. And he went that way. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yes. You know me. >> I know you. >> Yeah. We have >> Who are you? >> You are officer the best. >> Officer the best. Never been called that. >> Yeah, you've you've helped me before. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yep. >> Officer the best. >> Officer the best. >> As this officer was handling this woman, another officer was taking statements from the driver in the orange Corvette. >> Orange Corvette and a black sedan. Uh looks like they're trying to run each other off the roadway. They pulled into the Cad Shopping Center and looks like they're trying to hit each other. And I think we did get a report where one of them did hit the other car didn't hit the other car. So that's why we're here. Okay. >> Okay. >> So we do have the other car stopped up. >> No, that's true. >> This is the guy. >> That's the guy that came. >> Is this just a video or a picture? >> No, it's just a picture of it. >> But I went to get me a NZ energy drink at up up there on the main highway, whatever you call that that goes towards Interstate 85. The little green station >> at at BP in Tai Road. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. And so on my way back, it's only five miles. All a sudden, here comes this lady in this car. That's lady yard over. She gets right behind me flashing her lights, going crazy. And then she pulled up beside me and goes like this. Get out of the way. Cursing all this kind of stuff. >> He was behind me. I'm coming home from work. He was, you know, pushing me, trying to get me over, blah blah blah. Started yelling at me. He called me Um, and then he got we we made it all the way to Catchon and that's when he got out of the car. He he got out of his car, came behind me cuz I pulled over so he would stop riding me basically like to get off of me and then he came up and said, "Don't take a picture of me." While the female had pictures and videos to kind of back up her words, the old man only had his side of the story. >> And then I pulled off to the right and then she slammed on her brakes. I got up next to her. >> Y'all see a little 74? >> Yeah. And then and then as I I tried to get away from her, then she slammed on her brakes again. It got up there next to the uh got up there and I got out of my car said, "What is wrong with you? Are you crazy?" Blah blah blah. And she got me put her phone right up in my face and all this kind of stuff. So, let me ask you. So, when you were on 74, did y'all turn in here and ended up down there or >> every street just trying to get >> trying to get rid of trying to get rid of >> Was he following you or were you following him in the parking lot? >> He followed me from I 85 the off turn. I got all the way to the right before Kedan. Probably like a mile before Kedan. >> Uhhuh. >> She's never She never touched my car. I never touched hers. So that's a lot. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And and uh all I did is try to get away from her. >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Where are you coming from? >> Midtown. >> Midtown. That's where you work >> and he followed you from Okay. I'm just trying to figure it all out. I'm sorry cuz our dispatch was saying that was aggressive. That was a little bit like and then for him to like cut me off and pull me over. I hardly doubt I'm going to go to Peach Tree City Church of Christ and then be uh threatening people in the afternoon. You >> just came from church. >> Yeah. Over there. >> He hit your car, Arnold. >> Yeah, cuz dispatch said that you said he hit your car. >> I I didn't say hit. I said he moved. He He might have >> He might have He moved me. Moving on to the next case, where an entitled woman thinks she's a lawyer. >> I would like to know what evidence the city of Craia is using to make some kind of determination that I am owned by the city to bully and boss around. >> Under arrest for what? You are under arrest. Don't hurt me. Don't you don't even you guys >> I will break your window. Yes. You cannot hurt me. >> I can break your window and to place you under arrest for failing to identify yourself on a traffic stop. >> You wish to harm me? >> Yes. >> You wish to hurt me? >> No. I wish to identify you for driving with no seat belt on. >> All right, let's open your door. Open your door. >> I don't need a warrant. >> No, I don't. She came out of the passenger seat. The one on the phone over there. >> Oh, no. I told you I'm pulling you over for failing to wear your seat belt. >> That's my determination. Self-determination. >> The state law requires you to wear a seat belt. >> In the state. >> Okay. So, are you refusing are you refusing to identify yourself? >> I believe I'm in the state. >> Are you refusing to identify yourself? >> In the state. >> You were in the state of Washington traveling along along the highway. >> Can you prove it? Because the statuto definition of in the state is in the law. It is federal territory. And this car is not federal territory. My body is not federal territory. My body doesn't belong to this. >> I'm going to explain to you what's going to happen. Okay. >> If you refuse to identify yourself during a traffic stop, I'm going to break your window and you will be arrested and taken to jail. Do you understand? >> The woman immediately started yelling, launched into her vast knowledge of madeup laws, and refused to give the officer any information. But this tantrum was just getting started. >> You know why she's not cooperating? No. Do What's her name? >> I don't I don't know her that well. I just met her. >> How long ago did you meet her? >> I think this like she's a work friend, months, maybe. >> Okay. And you don't know her first name? >> No. >> It's kind of weird to have a friend and you don't even >> I think I think it's Robin. I can't really think right now cuz I'm panicking. >> You have a window punch. Check it out. See if Peter does terrifying her. You're going to hit me. And that's that's the problem. >> Right now, you're under arrest. >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> ROBIN. ROBIN, >> WHAT? >> Do you calm down? Okay. >> If she will get away from my car, I will calm down and speak to you. If she got away and get away from me, get away from me. She Look at me. >> That's up to her. If she That's up to her. If she wants to stand there, she's welcome to stand there. My name is My name is Officer. >> What's your first name? >> Dedric. >> Deer. >> Deer. >> While the investigating officer might not know her, she'll soon find out that she had also arrested the suspect's boyfriend for pulling similar antics sometime in the past. My understanding is that you are >> anti- police, anti-government. >> You are you have a misunderstood. >> Okay. What what is what is the misunderstanding? >> I don't understand what she's doing. >> I don't understand. >> So, I think she already explained it several times, but you were stopped where the warrant is and I would like to know what what evidence the city of Wait, let me finish. I would like to know what evidence the city of CRIA is using to make some kind of determination that I am owned by the city to bully and boss around. What what evidence is the city using >> to prove that I am owned by the city that you employees that are paid that I am required to follow your company policies. I >> I I I don't know why she's doing this but um it's my dad's girlfriend. She's out to get the my house. I mean, she works. I I don't know where she works cuz it's out of town. >> Where is your evidence that I am bound to your statutes? Where is that evidence? Do you have it with you? Where am I? >> Do you have that evidence with you? >> Are you driving in a vehicle? >> Do you have at that with you that I'm driving? Where is the evidence that I'm a driver? Because there is a definition. >> Okay. >> It's illegal. You guys are bound to what's the code to open the door? >> Bound to know this stuff. You guys are bound to know the laws and you're harming me by not knowing them. You're harming me under arrest. You're going to take You're under arrest. You're under arrest right now. >> What's my charge? What's >> for failing to identify yourself on a traffic stop? >> What is What evidence do you have that I am bound to identify to you? I have the right to remain. >> It's written in it's in written in state. You need to identify yourself. I have right to privacy. You're invading my privacy by forcing me to tell you my name. You're invading my privacy. She had active felony warrants out of Colorado. So, it's no wonder she refused to identify herself. But while she stalled, the officers were already preparing to drag her out of the car. >> We're going to drag her out the passenger side the passenger side window so we don't hurt her with glass. >> And who is the complainant? Who is the private man or woman complaining against me? >> So, >> who is the private man or woman? >> Go ahead and bust that window. >> Who is the Who is the plaintiff? OKAY. IF I GO TO COURT, who is the plaintiff? This then >> Robin, >> I'm gonna break the window. I'm going to break the window. >> I have a question. IF I GO TO COURT, WHO is the plaintiff? IF I GO TO COURT, PLEASE ANSWER. >> I'm going to break the window. >> Please don't break my window. >> Okay, then open the door. Okay, I'm about to break it. >> Those are your two avenues. >> Don't touch me. You're under arrest >> for what? >> You are under arrest. >> Don't hurt me. DON'T KILL ME. I YOU GUYS DON'T HURT ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. THEY'RE HURTING ME. THEY'RE HURTING ME. >> YOU GOT IT. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME, SKY. THEY'RE HURTING ME. THEY'RE You're hurting me. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. I didn't care to ask cuz it's not my business and I cuz um some have been happy with my dad. He's very anti-govern and I'm already stressed about other stuff that ought to ask. >> Oh, your dad is? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, they're Yeah. >> Okay. So, he's anti-government. >> Possibly. >> Okay. So, you think that's the whole reason of this? >> Possibly. >> Yeah. >> Um Yeah. >> So, what's your first name again? >> Sky SK White. >> No, her. >> Oh, her sister. >> Robin. Yeah. I'm pretty sure. here. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You're hurting me. >> You're hurting me. You're hurting me. >> Okay. >> You're causing me harm. This is not equitable. You guys are nuts. >> So, Robin, if you not calm down, you're going to be going into a rap. Okay. The rap is a burrito. Just >> shut up. >> Okay. So, you need to cooperate with us. >> I don't need to do Are you Are you going to tell me who you are, Robin? Last name, date of birth. Spread your feet for me. Spread your feet for me. All right, she's good to go. Where are you? Even in handcuffs, she kept spewing her madeup laws at the officer like that was somehow going to undo her arrest. >> Move over here so we're not going further. All right, Robin, please keep my phone off the top of the car. >> You're going to be booked into the jail under Jane Doe. All right. Who's the charge? Who's charging me? >> I am. >> Really? What's your name? >> Sergeant Finch. >> You You have to do it as a private man or woman? Private woman. You are Are you going to be on the other side of the aisle? >> No, you're going to be on the other side of the aisle. >> You got her. I'm going to check it. >> Are those cups too tight or are they good? >> They're too tight on my left side. >> Really? Imagine that. >> It's not equitable. You are trespassing upon my rights. I have all of my rights. I have the right to remain silent. I have the right to my privacy. I have the right not to tell you anything. I have that right. Go >> ahead and step in the car. >> You're trespassing on my rights. >> You're trespassing on my rights. You're trespassing on my rights. And if you and IF YOU GUYS FOR us to support and defend the Constitution, you are trespassing. See if they have involved >> with Robin off Jason. >> Oh, she should know better then cuz I put him in he got a felony because of me. >> I won't. >> You don't have a search warrant. You don't have a warrant. You listen. YOU ARE MEN. >> YOU ARE MEN. We're going to >> Your vehicle is being seized for you. Do you understand? If you >> You can't identify me with that. I WON'T. >> BUT I WANTED to know why you were SEARCHING MY CAR WITHOUT. After booking her, she was charged with no valid operator's license without identification, refusal to give information to or cooperate with an officer, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to renew expired registration over 2 months, and failure to wear safety belt. Reality doesn't argue back. Officers enforce actual statutes, not internet legal fantasies. If you're already in trouble, refusing to cooperate doesn't protect you. It exposes you. Moving on to the next case where another entitled driver turned a simple traffic stop into an arrest. On March 9th, 2023, an officer pulled over a vehicle with a seized tag order. What should have been a simple traffic stop quickly spiraled out of control. >> License and registration, please. >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Jasmine, the reason why I'm stopping you is cuz I run the plate. Your license actually comes back suspended and you have a cease tag order in reference to your car insurance. >> Oh, I mean you do. >> No, I went to the courthouse yesterday. >> Uhhuh. >> Made payment, >> right? You made the payment, but you didn't take care of everything else. >> How do you know? >> Because it says in my record. >> I just did it yesterday. Maybe I couldn't drive. >> Okay. You're the first person to pull me over in month. >> So, you've never had a ticket before? >> No, only red light cameras. >> Red light cameras. Okay. Has your license ever been suspended before? >> No. >> No. Okay. And the address here, is this correct? >> Yeah. >> Well, which one? The one on your license here or the Conway Road? >> The one on my license. >> The one on your license. Okay. Cuz they don't forward DL information. That's why. How long has it been since you lived in Conway? >> Only a couple months. >> A couple months. Okay. See, you just moved back here. >> Okay. And what do you have there? You were trying to show me something else. What's this? >> This is the paper I did at the port. >> Okay. This shows you live in CMI. The paperwork that you filled out yesterday. >> I'm sorry. >> Well, because you have to have the correct address on your license. That's a civil infraction. That's correct. >> The Cassini one. >> The one on my ID. >> Okay. Well, why would you write incorrect information? >> I didn't write incorrect information. >> I'll be right back. >> The officer then began to seize her tag. However, the woman started to leave her car and caused problems. Stay in the car, ma'am. >> Yeah, but you're doing something. >> I don't have to tell you right now. Have a seat in the car and I'll be right with you. >> Okay. Well, that's incorrect. >> That's very >> So, have a seat in the car. >> I already told you you have a seized tag order. Have a seat in the car and I'll be with you in just a minute. >> Okay. But where's my license? Your license is being >> returned to the state of Florida as well. >> Have a seat at your car. >> Have a seat at your car when I'm done. Ma'am, I don't care. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. >> Yes, I can. >> How can you not? You're not my boss. You're not my dad. You won't be >> There's a Supreme Court ruling that says you need to get back in your car. Now, get back in your car. it. Let me see the paper. >> Google it. Get back in your car. >> I'm not googling. That's >> okay. Ma'am, you're losing your car today. I'm impounding the car. I'm taking your license and I'm taking your tag. >> How are you? >> So, if you want to call somebody to come get you, that's the best thing. >> I'm here by myself and I >> Well, I apologize. Your license is suspended four times. You have an FR suspension and you have not cleared everything up. >> I just I show you the >> Everything is not cleared up. >> What do you mean? Then why didn't you tell me that? I asked her there any other problem. She didn't say nothing. >> Well, I'm telling you what there is. I will give you all the court. >> I will give you all the information. Your car is getting impounded. >> What do you mean by that? >> It's going to go to the record yard. It's going to go to police impound until you get a valid license. So, you physically go down to the DL office and reinstate your license. You owe money to my house because you're not allowed to drive. I cannot let you get in a car and drive again. >> I went to the courthouse and she said they >> The woman kept arguing with the officer, growing increasingly worked up, and then did the dumbest thing she could. She drove away. I can't I can't help it if she doesn't do her job. >> I can't help that. >> You not understand what I'm telling you. >> Go stand by your car >> and then you're going to talk. >> Go stand by your car. Go have a seat by your car. >> Ron, don't let her go. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car. Turn around. Put your hands on the back. >> What is the problem? >> Get out of the car. What is your problem? >> What is your problem? >> Relax. Relax. >> You're hurting me. YOU'RE >> RELAX. [screaming] GET OFF OF ME. >> RELAX. >> You're hurting me. Get off of me. Get off. [screaming] >> GET OFF OF ME. >> As she was being placed under arrest, she continued to use every bit of her strength to resist the officer. And before you know it, she's kissing the ground while screaming her lungs out. You [ __ ] Get off of me. Get off of me. >> No, I don't want to go TO THE GROUND. GET off of me. What the [ __ ] You can't take out on a traffic stop. >> Take off. >> Get in. It's all on video. Get in. >> I was at the woman. Get in. >> You're such a dick. >> She was charged with felony fleeing or eluding, resisting without violence, and driving with a suspended license. She pleaded no contest to all charges and was sentenced to 12 months of probation. Resistance doesn't erase consequences. It stacks them. Every second spent fighting adds charges, evidence, and justification for escalation. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman who was ready to fight the cops after a bar fight. On November 2nd, 2025, officers responded to a fight at a bar. What happened next was total chaos. >> Stop. >> Who was fighting? >> I'm in there. My cousin. She's in there, though. I'm trying to break. Yeah. >> No. >> Yeah. Her. >> You almost hit my officer. me. >> Yeah. You almost backed into my officer >> and they said it was you. Do you have ID? >> Said what was me that you were in there fighting. >> No. >> Do you have ID? >> For what? >> She said >> I'm asking for it. >> For what? >> Because you allegedly accuse me of some [ __ ] >> I >> I have a bouncer that's saying >> I said me. >> No, I have >> I said me. >> I have a bouncer saying that it was her. >> I said me. >> Okay. The girl was charged with resisting without violence. If a scene is already chaotic, adding entitlement, interference, or resistance only guarantees harsher outcomes.
