The cops have been nothing but professional to her. If she keeps that up, she's going to go to jail in no time. This isn't an admission of guilt or anything at all. This is just saying that we took control of the vehicle. >> Let me read it. >> That's what I wanted you to do in the first place. >> Okay, let me read it on my own. >> Those are all carbon copies. She still has the chance to redeem herself once the sergeant arrives. >> 11. >> What's the issue? >> Okay, so I got pulled over. >> Put her in the car. We'll talk to her in the car. >> I don't want to get in the car. >> It's not an option. Get in the car, please. Do >> you have anything else on you at all? Nothing? No. >> Second. Go >> ahead and sit down. >> I'll talk to you in just one second. Okay. >> Get in the car, please. >> Get in the car. My goddamn hand stuck. >> You want some help? >> Put a seat belt on. >> My um place. They said my place apart. I just went to the DMV >> like a couple weeks ago. Got a new place, got a new everything. Now they saying my license suspended, but nobody's never said that. >> Well, I just looked at your license and you are suspended. Okay. Okay, it looks like you got a ticket for no insurance and it looks like you got too many speeding tickets or something and and you're under 21. You can only get two tickets in a 24-month period. Then you go suspend. >> That's what's going on. You went suspended on February 26th. Okay. >> So, here's the deal right now. Okay. >> Um, this officer over here, I just asked him what we're going to do and cuz right now it sounds like you were obstructing our police officers by walking up to the car and everything. Okay. That's an arrestable charge and so is driving suspended. But he said he doesn't think it's necessary to take you to the jail. >> So if you want to calm down, sounds like you're going to get some citations to be on your way. >> If you go to jail. >> Yeah. Well, we have to tow the car. That's We don't have a choice with that. That's a bill. Yes, you do. >> No, we don't. >> Can't tow it. >> We're not Can man. We're Bradley. >> I can tell. I know. >> Bradley is different. >> Yeah, I know. >> Can I get out this car >> in a second? Like I was just explaining to you right now, you committed two arrestable charges. I ain't do nothing. >> Driver was suspend the license. Didn't even know that [ __ ] >> Okay. And then you obstructed us, too. >> He talked about walking up on her. No, I was walking on the side of the driver. >> Did you Did you get told to stop? >> No. I was halfway to the car. >> No. >> She needs to go to county. >> Oh, well that's even dumber than I expected. They were willing to let her go if she just calmed down, but she chose to go to jail. Okie dokie. Well, now her mom's here. right here. >> Both boys are cuh clear. >> Okay. >> Why is it? >> Cuz she's driving on a suspended license. Ma'am, >> she didn't know her license was suspended. >> Okay. That That's not a defense, ma'am. It's being her car. She's driving a suspended license. Car's being towed. >> Okay. >> My car have insurance and everything. >> Okay. And in Bradley, we have an ordinance that if you're driving suspended, the vehicle gets impounded. OKAY. >> OKAY. WELL, WHAT ELSE? WHAT? >> And she's going to jail today, too. >> WHY SHE'S GOING TO JAIL? >> Cuz she obstructed a police officer. She wasn't listening. She's going to jail. She had a chance. She wanted to keep resisting. She's going to jail. >> Where's she at, sir? >> She's in the back of that car and she's And you can stay right here. >> I just need to talk to her. >> You can talk to her in a minute. Okay. You can stand right over there. We're out of We're in the middle of the road. >> You [ __ ] kidding me, man. >> Who the heck that [ __ ] in her car? Godamn it. >> I didn't in her car. >> I didn't even go in her car. I was in my car. Why? >> She's got a She's got a stun gun in the car as well. She does not have a Floyd card. That's another charge. >> She got that from a beauty supply shop, sir. >> A stun gun? You have to >> I don't need you to talk. Let them talk to you. >> You have to have a Floyd card to have a stun gun in the state of Illinois. >> So why would they sell it then in the beauty supply? >> I don't understand. >> Here's the thing. Here's the thing. >> Anybody will sell you anything if you're going to give them money for it. It is up to you to know the laws and be responsible to understand them. >> Who take where y'all taking it to? >> Men's toy. >> New toy. >> Men's toy. Where is it located? Commerce Drive. >> We'll give you an address. >> Get this out. Man, this is about >> So, here's the thing. I tried talking to your daughter. >> I was trying to give her a chance to to not go to jail today. She don't want to hear it. She wants to say she didn't do nothing wrong. She's got an No. No. Here's the thing. She's an adult. She knows better. When the police tell you to stop, you stop. We're not playing this game. And I tried to talk her out of it. She wanted to keep it up. So, now she's going to go to jail. Hopefully next time she learns. We're not going to play this game of we're going to sit out here and scream and get half the freaking county over here acting a fool. No, we don't act. We are not going to act we are not going to act a fool and have no repercussions for it. >> Yes, ma'am. Everyone is we have everyone's cameras are on. That's what the red dots are. Everyone's cameras are on. >> He the one told me to calm down. She was coming with him. He came over and started grabbing her. You think she >> If she was told to stay back and wasn't, then yes, you will grab her. >> Shut up. >> Okay. >> THIS IS WHY SHE GONE. CUZ Y'ALL DON'T KNOW HOW TO SHUT the >> We have dash cams, body cams. We can play it for everybody. But >> we can play it for everybody. We are not going to do this. >> Come on. You >> like this? >> Okay. >> She's going to be out, >> man. That's some [ __ ] bro. 4153. Stand by with them. We'll work on the paperwork. Get them rolling. >> No, she started running towards the vehicle. >> Aggressive. >> I grabbed I assisted my partner cuz he wasn't able to grab her completely. I assisted my partner and I tank her in >> and then we continued to keep her in danger. She was not under arrest. I >> And here's the thing. So this officer that his partner that he's talking about, she's in the back of the car. She has to talk to me. And I said, "I'll talk to you." >> And I asked my officer, I said, "Does she need to go to jail for obstructing?" He says, "I don't think that's necessary." So, I tried talking to her. She says, "I didn't do anything wrong." And she starts being a >> And that's why I was telling her to hug. >> Here's the thing. >> If if if you don't think you did anything wrong, then us giving you a warning is not going to solve the problem. >> And that's why I was trying to make it. That was me on the phone telling her, "Shut the I know that." >> Well, hopefully next time she knows better >> cuz we are not going to tolerate this. >> And then she I just went to the DMV with her. They said, "Well, nothing wrong with her." Two places. >> I tried explaining it to her, too. She's under 21. It looks like she got too many tickets in a 12 24-month period. When you're under 21, you only get like two tickets in a 2-year period, and they suspend you. And then her like uh she got a ticket for no insurance or something. Looks like she's suspended for that as well. >> Tried to explain everything to her calmly as I could. She's like, she's being she's telling she's calling uh my officer names over here. She's saying she didn't do anything wrong. Well, she can go on the court cuz it was >> But the point But the point is the point is if we would have handled this more civily, she'd be going in your car right now going home. >> How was that [ __ ] in the car? >> I know about the taser. That taser was for protection cuz she don't drink. She don't smoke. And what's what's the is that ZACH? >> WHY MAN? LOOK ALL YOU MOTHERERS GROWING DOWN who had [ __ ] in her car, man. THIS [ __ ] NOT GOING TO GO ON HER BACK. >> This [ __ ] will lead TO HER AND DON'T NOBODY [ __ ] know. >> Frustration that these arguments amongst each other going to escalate. >> 56. Will you have an address? >> Can I please speak to her about a wedding? >> In a minute. Okay. Were you two in the car with her? >> I was. >> You were. You just showed up. You just showed up. Get my phone. >> Okay. >> And I stand right here the whole time. >> My daughter don't do no drugs. The officer now gives the mom a chance to talk to her. >> Why you just didn't shut up? I TOLD YOU I KNOW THE SYSTEM. >> HE WAS BEING AROUND me a bit extra for no reason. >> Now that's them. Period. When you shut up, you would have been easier. >> Now I GOT TO GET YOU OUT. She don't do nothing. >> She witnessed the entire thing from the start. >> Uhhuh. Are you willing to provide a sworn written statement of what happened today? >> Okay. All right. Well, >> well, that was pretty helpful. Great. Thanks for nothing, useless witness. Now, back to the woman. >> Explain with me what happened. >> Um, I was coming in from school and I was telling the kids, "Sit down. Sit down." But my two kids, they have autism. >> Okay. >> So, they don't like want to sit down. I strapped them and then I didn't know there was a cop out of nowhere. comes and follow me when I'm turning in the school [snorts] >> and he told I parked cuz I didn't know he was pulling me over so I parked and he turned on the light. Be honest. >> My license is suspended. >> But do you know the number by chance? >> So, what's suspended for? tickets. >> According to court records, those tickets were failure to stop at a red light, eight of them, for a total of $2,755.20, including late fees. In the end, she's charged with battery on a Leo, resisting with violence, resisting without violence, and driving with a suspended license. She was also cited for speeding, and having passengers under 18 not wearing seat belts. as she did enter a plea deal where she pled no contest to the resisting with violence charge with the state declining to prosecute the other charges. She was given 18 months of probation, an anger management course, thank God, and community service. Moving on to the next case here where a young girl turns this speeding ticket into a total meltdown. >> 70 77 mph on a 35 is unacceptable. So, I need driver's license, registration, proven insurance. Please >> get out NOW. POWER. I WANT YOU DOWN. >> She's going super fast and that's literally endangerment for the other two kids. >> Yeah. Yeah. STOP TOUCHING ME. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. >> Get out of the CAR NOW. >> SHE KEEP TOUCHING ME. >> GET OUT OF THE car now. >> We're not playing this game. >> What you touching me for? >> Turn around. Turn around now. >> You're under arrest. I'm not playing this game. >> I'm not playing this game. Hey, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? >> HE'S TOUCHING ME. >> Be still. >> Be still. Calm down. Be still. Let me go. >> Let me go. >> STOP. HEY, LISTEN. YOU JUST make a BIG 11. I have to memorize. [crying and screaming] [laughter] [screaming] No, life is hard. It's even harder when you're this dumb. So, you know, things wouldn't have gone this way if you just knew how to act. >> I must finish adjusting. You got to be still, [screaming] >> ma'am. Hey, be still. LET ME ADJUST. ALL RIGHT. [screaming] >> OKAY. All right. There you go. >> They adjusted. JUSTIN, QUIET. I DON'T care who these people. I'M NOT SCARED OF this on purpose. sit down for a minute. Sit down for a minute, please. Sit down. >> That's my niece. I'm nasty. >> Let us secure this. Then we won't talk. >> You're making You're making things worse. Please sit in the car. Sit down. >> Please sit down. There you go. >> I'm down. >> Okay, relax. >> No. >> Even while in the squad car, she doesn't stop screaming, making a scene. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> I swear to God. >> Hey, listen. Can I tell you something? Are you listening to me? Listen to me. You have to calm down. >> He said, "Don't put his hands on me." >> Are you listening to me? But listen, listen to me. Listen to what he has to say. I don't know what happened. >> No, I don't want to hear none of that. He should never put his hands on me. He touched me and the cops snatching me out the car. What you trying to put your hands on me? You don't know me. >> It's okay. I got something for him. Watch. >> Listen to me. You have to calm down. Okay. >> I'm not calming down. Nothing. He put these handcuffs on me tight on purpose. He tried to snatch me out that car. He put his hand on me. Touch me. He don't even supposed to be touching me. What you touching me for? You don't got to touch me. What you touching me for? >> Listen. Can you calm down? Just a minute. Please let me talk to you. >> Okay, >> calm down. >> All right, calm down. >> All you had to do is listen to what he was telling you to do. That's it. >> I told him I was on the phone with my parents. He said, "I don't care what you doing. I don't care what you doing." And open door, start touching me. What you doing that for? I never saw no officers do that. He just mean and ugly. That's why his ass going to go put these handcuffs on me so tight. And while all that's happening, you got a cop here explaining the situation to the father. >> Anybody else? >> Nah, you can cancel everybody else. All right, so this is simple. I'm on East Main Street. I'm sitting there. This Honda flies right by me. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Real fast. >> Okay. >> 77 mph. I have it. That's going to be a 104. I had to catch up to her and go up to 90 mph to catch up to her. When I pull her over, I get to the window. She automatically is on the phone. I'm like, I'm trying to introduce myself and tell her the reason >> why I pulled over. >> Now she has no seat belt. The other kids have no seat belt on. Okay. Nobody has seat belts on. She's going super fast and that's literally endangerment for the other two kids. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And when I tell her I need the driver's license, registration, proof of insurance, she ignores all all all lawful commands on that >> multiple times. I told her, >> yeah, >> two time and it's all recorded. >> I would tell them >> two to three times. I need you to get off the phone. >> And yeah, I heard you. I heard you saying that with my other daughter phone >> and that's it. I just need that. And I gave her multiple ch times to to actually comply. She failed. So I told her, I need to step out the vehicle at this point. She's still failing to obey my lawful order. get out of the vehicle because she's not she's not going to produce any type of ID. >> No, >> she's got >> I understand, but she's failing to do all of that. I'm like, at this point, you're resistant. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Handcuffs got to go. She does all this fighting. I don't want to tase her. I don't want to hurt her. I don't want to do anything. But she escalated it way beyond its means. >> All she needed to do was literally just produce that and tell me what was going on. Why was she going so fast? >> And that's it. We were done. >> Yeah. So now she's going to go to jail for resisting cuz she she failed to comply that she also was going 77. That's 30 over the limit. That's 32 mph over the limit. >> She got to go to jail. >> She she didn't comply to my lawful commands several times. >> Please god damn jail. >> She failed if if I'm giving her more than one time. I gave her three times more. She didn't want to listen. She's going to go to jail for that cuz she failed to ID ID herself as well. So >> now for the mother >> who? You can take her. I don't want him with her >> cuz all them people said that she that he was very aggressive with her. >> Everybody said he was aggressive. Everybody that called me say he was so aggressive with her. She never got pulled by no police. >> She never got pulled. She don't know how to react. She don't she don't know. Like if she if it never happened, she don't know. and slamming her down and doing all that instead of just letting her call me and I would have came up. >> I was on the phone. >> He was right here. He's right here. Nobody slam her down. >> She would have been calm down even when he man that's a problem. She's going off. She's doing all that. Ain't nobody standing down like I'm trying to tell y situation. >> All of them was just going off. They wasn't disrespected. I'm trying to tell I got to tell you to shut the up. All right. She will put a man out. This ain't no damage. >> Yeah, dude. It was not >> This is not This is not no mother. How you fighting on the street police, man? Man, come get your ass in the car. What you man? >> I got to hear him tell you. >> Tell him that. You don't You don't talk to K. You know that's life, man. All she had to do was cooperate. But she >> asked for the ID. That's all they wanted. Resisted over there. I didn't want to charge. >> What is you even talking about? What is you even talking about? >> You know, you don't have your ID. >> I couldn't talk. Every time I try, EVERY TIME I TRY, EVERY TIME I TRIED TO TALK, EVERY TIME I tried to talk, he said he don't care. I tried to talk. He said, "I don't care. I don't care." And then he grabbed me. >> NO, I WAS NOT. I was on the I was on the phone. >> I was on the phone with you. >> I was on the phone with you and then I was like, "I'm on the phone with my mom." And he was like, "He don't care." >> That's my fault. >> He don't care. HE WASN'T LETTING ME TALK. HE SAID HE DON'T CARE. HE SAID HE DON'T CARE. HE SAID I [screaming] DON'T CARE. HE SAID I DON'T CARE. DANG. But you not understand it. So I didn't know that. This man said he don't care. He said I don't care. This man tried to put me grab me out the out the car and put me in a handcuff and then he put his hands out on me. What What else I supposed to doing? [snorts] Like what? He wasn't even the police that told me. I don't want nobody talking to me. Nobody at all. I don't give a man said he don't care. His man put his t on me. This man to tase me. Literally tase me. Tase me in the car. Snatching on my arm, pulling on me, doing everything else. And you talking about me. Like, girl, that was not my fault. I wasn't even going 70. Lying ass. >> In the end, she's charged with resisting without violence, driving without a valid driver's license, and speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit. Her bond was set at $1,250, which she later posted. Moving on to the next case here to see the moment this entitled drunk speeder realized she was going to jail. >> So here here hear me out. My grandma's about to die. Okay, I'm sorry. I'm I'm sorry. >> Welcome to December 7th, 2025 in Florida. An officer clocks this vehicle doing 51 and a 30. Now, this driver had the nerve to even look at the officer right in his eyeballs as she drove past him, refusing to stop for several blocks before pulling over in a local bar parking lot. Okay, let's see where this is going to go. >> Good evening, ma'am. >> Hello. How are you? >> Not too bad. I'm also tell police. The reason I'm stopping you is I clocked you doing 51 in a 30 m per hour zone. Any reason for that speed? >> No, that that stop sign and then pulled over and made left. >> I clocked you doing 51 miles per hour. It's 30 through there. Any reason for that speed? No, that's my bad then. >> You're bad then? Okay. Can I see your license, registration, proof, insurance, please? >> License. >> Thank you, ma'am. Miss Brianna, >> where where you coming from? >> Right here downtown. >> And you were and you were coming over here to uh the Wild Turkey. >> No, I got that. What I'm saying is you're you you're coming here to the Wild Turkey. >> Okay. All right. Turn the car off for me and hand that off her the keys, please. Thank you. At first glance, she seems drunk, so the cops are going to ask her to just step out of the car for a field sobriety test. >> Uh, Miss Brianna, can you stop out the vehicle for me? I would like to talk to you. Vehicle parked here. >> Yeah, that's fine. You can leave it right there. I mean, you're pretty much in a parking space. Let's talk right here. >> You can park it right there. >> I got you. Well, no. What I'm saying? We We can leave it right there. >> Well, I'm not moving your car. Your car is gonna stay right there. I'm I'm asking you to I'm asking you to walk this way towards me. >> Why? >> What do you mean why? >> Why? >> So we So we can talk. >> You want me to go over there? I'll go over there. >> Oh, I don't I don't know. I don't know what My name is Brianna. What's your name? >> I'm officer Taylor. The first thing I said to you. Hey. >> So So hear me out, Miss Brianna. Um I I have I have reason to believe that you've been drinking alcohol tonight. >> Okay. >> And driving a vehicle. Um >> the car is parked. >> Okay. Would you would you be willing to perform field sobriety exercises so I know? No, you're not. >> Not at all. Okay. So, here's the thing. I have to make a decision, right? And the only the only thing I have to to figure out whether or not I'm going to make that uh to make that decision on is the way I saw you driving, the way you're talking to me now, the way you're standing in swing. So, so what I'm what I'm saying is I'm giving you the opportunity >> so my opportunity >> to dispel my my belief that you're under the influence of alcohol. >> So here here hear me out of course. >> Okay. So here's my car park. I'm not going to drive it. I've never seen car that's not okay. Listening >> that boat sailed. We're way past that. All right. So so at this point those skis and >> No, no, no. I'll never again, >> Miss Brianna. So listen, >> what I'm asking you to do is submit to field sobriety exercises. It's it I can't force you to do them. They're they're completely up to you. They're voluntary. However, I the only options I have here is make a decision on what I've seen up until this point >> or put me under arrest. >> Correct. >> Get you. >> So So would you would you be willing to perform field sobriety? >> No. >> No, you don't want to do that. >> As the officer is trying to convince her to just do this test, a backup cop spots this open container in the driver's side door. >> I got a question for you. Why is it an open? Is that What is that container that's on the driver's side pocket right there that I saw? >> You want me to tell you the truth? >> I'm going to We're going to find out either way. But >> you're going to open it and it's going to be a You're going to open that that trash bag and you're going to find it's going to look like a butterfly and it's going to look like something that you shove up your >> No, no, wait. I'm not talking about that. >> I know. But I'm telling you what you're going to find. >> I'm asking you about a bottle that's up. There's a bottle. >> No, I'm telling you about that. There's There's a a plastic bag. >> You're changing topics right now. Okay. I'm asking you to buy the bottle. >> You know, open that trash bag. It's going to show you something that I put up inside of me. >> Okay. There's Can I open the door and show you what I'm talking about? >> If you must. >> I don't must, but I already saw it. >> Here. Here's I'm going to reason with you right now. My grandma's about to die. Okay. Here's that thing. I'm not doing this with her. So, you're going to take my car? You're going to take everything I have? putting the compound that >> and and I'm never going to see it again. That's fine. >> That so that that's not what we're talking about. What I'm asking you right now is will you submit to field sobriety exercises? Yes or no? >> I don't I feel like I don't have a choice right here. >> You have a choice. Everybody has a choice. >> In In County, the choice is you go to jail. >> That's not true. >> It is. >> Uh pretty sure if you refuse the test, they would take you to the station for either a breath or a blood test. So you wouldn't go to jail immediately. Either way though, she's wasted. So jail is the obvious answer for this one. >> Did you have anything to drink tonight? >> No, it's not my question. It's not my answer. It's not my question. It's my my grandma's supposed to die. Okay. Do you know that? Do you do you have a grandma? Do you have grandparents? >> I don't know. >> Side sidebar side of a question. >> Brianna, I just need to I need to know yes or no. Are you willing to to submit to field sobriety exercises? Yes or no? Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We're not doing that. We're not doing that. >> Hey, hey, hey. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait. Um, my my are out. My out. Stop. Don't worry about that right now. Out. >> We got cameras on as well. Okay. You're fine. >> I will take it. I will take it. Stop. >> No. No. No. It's We're past the point. I got >> my out. >> My out. >> My out. >> You want to fix that for? >> Yeah. Well, no. I don't I don't want him to. >> I got you, but you're you're kind of >> right here. There you go. All right. >> Okay. Can you stop? Hold on. I will take it. You just slip. >> I will take it. Can you please stop? >> No. No. We're not doing that, man. We're not doing that. Listen. >> Please. Please stop. Please stop. Please stop. Please. Please stop. >> Keep slipping my handcuffs. >> I know. Please stop. Please stop. Please stop. >> We're not playing these games. >> I'm not trying to play games. >> I'm not trying to play games with you. They're going to have to go because >> No, hold on. Keep No, that's more put up more. >> Please. Wait. There you go. I'm trying to talk to you real quick 12. >> No, please. Hello. I'm trying to talk to you. >> Oh, this is real life. This is what I'm trying to ask you. Can you please just talk to me real quick? >> Yeah. Don't worry. So, hold on. >> Hey, just like she wanted, the cops gave her a chance to explain herself and she failed. >> Please go ahead. We can talk. What do you What do you want to say? >> I know. Hold on. Turn on. >> This ruin my life. >> I'm sorry to hear that, but I didn't do this. All right. I I gave you opportunity. >> That's why I'm trying to give you the opportunity to do this to to to help me because this is going to ruin my whole family's life. >> It is. >> Okay. What What if you would have been out here and you would have killed somebody tonight? You would have ruined everybody else's life, right? >> That's why I told you to give I I gave you my keys. I was done. I guarantee you that this would have never happened if you would have just not driven. Right. >> Please. >> All right. Let's do Let's do this. Let's take Let's take a step over into my car. We have a female officer that's going to come pat you down. All right. No. No. Don't slip those cuffs cuz if you slip those cuffs again, >> they're hurting me. They're hurting me. >> I'm going to charge you. >> They're hurting me. They're hurting me. Trying to escape. And then trying to escape is a felony. Do not do that. >> They're hurting me. >> That's That's not bad. >> Yeah, they are. >> So, can I can I reason with you? All right. So, hear me out. Can we Can we make a deal? Stop. >> We got the owner or the >> Can you stop? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right. Let's do this. Let's take a step over here. Come on. >> Please stop. Bri, >> please stop. >> Just Just come with me. >> Please stop. >> No, ma'am. Come with me. No, ma'am. >> Listen. Can I help? >> All right. Come on. >> Please stop. >> Please stop. Please. Please stop. Please stop. >> We're going this way. Come on. >> I don't want to. I don't want to. With her finally secured in handcuffs, the officers place her in the back of a squad car. >> Anything on you that's going to poke me, prick me, stick me in any way. >> Can you No. No. >> Please help. >> That's my >> Sorry, we're past that. She shouldn't have been driving. >> I I didn't want to. Can you please stop? Please. Please. >> What are we doing to you? >> You're You're hurting me. >> I'm not. My body cam's on. I'm hold I'm holding it. >> I don't want to do this. I I'm not going to >> Hold on. I'm going to take this chain thing off. >> Whoa. Whoa. >> Hold on. What are you doing? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I'm not doing this. I'm not doing this. This grandma worse. >> You're making it worse. >> Take a seat. There you go. >> All right. Thank you, ma'am. Any time for us? After that, the cops then inventoried her car for the impound. That's that thing that she was talking about. >> Oh Jesus. >> Did you look in here already? >> Yeah. >> Okay. It's not just her. >> A lot of different kinds of credit cards. Did you see what was inside the center console inside of this? >> Huh? >> This? >> Yeah. >> White powder. Yeah. I'm going to go test it just to see. >> Yeah. There's a lot of indicators that there's >> Yeah. >> The officer quickly tests the substance he found in the car before continuing the search. >> Just located I just located some 57 in the vehicle. It's going to be cocaine. Test a positive. >> Oh snap. Am I blind? Another one in the center. How the heck did I >> Yeah, that was uh like I said, it was on the floor of the passenger side. That's why I said I think she threw up cuz that and there's a whole bunch of vomit in the front seat underneath all that makeup. I mean, if John's was here, he would take every piece of that shake right there cuz that's a lot of sh I don't know if that's mold or marijuana. >> I didn't want to waste a I didn't want to put waste a test kit on that. >> We already got I already got cocaine. Nothing there. >> After finishing the search, the officer transported her to the station. >> Listen, we'll be there shortly. Just hang tight with me. All right. >> This is not comfortable. >> It's not meant to be comfortable, but we'll be there shortly. Just hang tight just a little bit. >> 15 minutes away, dude. >> That 15 minutes is not >> know that. We both know that >> 15 minutes is not a long time, man. >> 15 minutes is too long. >> 15 minutes is not that long, man. >> Run that yellow light. >> You can't run. >> That's a red light. Finals at B&B theaters. Reason to stop for speeding. If you refuse to stop for a mile, however, we're stopping. >> I was not speeding and you didn't turn your siren on to stop me. You literally put your blue lights on after I give your license. >> Can I just go home children? >> You're about to be detained. >> I'm not going to jail today, officer. I literally >> Why do you think you're going to jail? No, you're going to be detained. >> No, please do not do this. I just got out. >> Just making sure yall clear >> call. Look, my children are in the car. STOP. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS IN FRONT OF my kids. >> The devil is a liar. >> Stop. >> I didn't do anything. >> You are being racist against me. I'm already going through a lot. Oh, >> I don't want to hurt you in front of your children. >> You're already hurting me. >> Excuse me. Please hold the pl Yeah, >> I'm not doing nothing. >> I don't have nothing on me. >> What is she even doing? If she simply just behaved. The worst she would have faced was a ticket. Instead, she wants to act a fool right in front of her own kids. >> My three children ARE IN THE CAR. >> RELAX. WE'RE not doing that. >> Yes, you are. >> No, we're really not. My children are watching everything. My child is right there. >> Okay, then quit quit quit acting a fool. >> I'm not acting a fool. >> You definitely >> My children are in the car witnessing this. It don't take five of y'all for one black mother like me. >> Y'all your dead was children witness was a criminal by the law. >> NO, I DID NOT FIGHT the law. He accused ME OF SPEEDING. I WAS NOT SPEEDING. >> GET OFF of me. >> Stop fighting. Don't kick me. >> You kicked me, you're going to the ground. >> You already got me handed. What the can I do to you? >> You kick me, you're going to the ground. >> I'm not kicking you. You just want a reason to beat my black ass. >> I don't want to TOUCH YOU [screaming] AT ALL. >> You have a a driver's license in there, bud? >> Yeah. >> Um, is it like her this? >> Yeah, that's it. >> Is it like this? >> Thank you. >> Oh, here. >> If you can talk to her and see if she can give you the name. It's saved in her phone. >> Huh? >> So, my name is >> the name that it's under. >> Yeah. Whatever. her phone. >> Find what name grandma is under the in the phone? >> Have y'all ate breakfast or anything? >> Not yet. >> Trying to take us to the apartment. She got fired and tried to blame me for it. >> She got fired. >> Yeah, because um right here on this eye, I had a bruise and I was tired of always getting in trouble even though it was. So, one day I tried to um tried to pack my stuff so I can just leave and stop getting in trouble. And then she tried to call defects on me just because I didn't I didn't feel safe. >> And then I tried to go to my grandma's house and then she said I ain't going nowhere. And then she will call y'all to come get me instead to put me in jail. >> All of my siblings like we all didn't feel comfortable because my mom she kept um >> she kept being rude to all of us like not like we did something to her. >> So this morning did she put hands on you or anything? >> No, she tried to. When was she tried to this morning? >> Yeah, she tried to but she didn't. >> I'll be there in a second. We definitely need defects. >> Man, the kid behaves much better than the mom. Listening to him kind of makes me sad. Either way, the officer then called grandma to see if she could pick up these kids. >> This is officer. Hey, this is officer Dalia with the Athens Clark County Police Department. I have Miss Brown's phone. She's being arrested. So, she was speeding. She kind of got a little disorderly. She ended up obstructing from an officer and she has no valid insurance. But we have her three children here. Is that Are you able to possibly come and pick them up? >> No, I'm not able to come and get them right now. >> Okay. If officers could get them to your house. >> Well, the reason why I'm not able cuz I was drinking and I still feel intoxicated. >> Okay. So, you wouldn't be able to have custody of them? >> Yeah. I don't want to be responsible. >> Okay. All right. Well, thank you very much. >> What's your name? I'm sorry. >> Do you know how to spell it? >> You want to write it down? Okay, you write it down for me. >> All right. >> And I'm going to be nine. >> Nine. Wow. You getting big, huh? >> My brother's birthday was 4 days ago. >> Four days ago. His birthday. >> Mhm. >> Do you know your first name? >> What's your first name? Do you know when your birthday is? >> No. >> No. >> Mom taught me that. >> You not You don't know it? Well, her birthday is next and mine than my mom. >> Do you mind if I look at your eye, buddy? I know it's going to be bright. I'll try to make it as dim as possible. [snorts] And this happened on Christmas. Right now, she has no insurance, speeding, misdemeanor obstruction, and she's currently under investigation for battery against one of the children. >> Is that prior was on today? That was on Christmas day, that incident, but it's just now being disclosed on this traffic stop. >> Since the older brother told the cop about battery, the officer conducted an investigation. >> So, aside from what happened today, can you kind of explain to me what happened on Christmas Day with your oldest son? >> That's been acting up. Who's been booting up? He had put in his classroom chat that he wanted to hurry himself and play his funeral >> and plan his funeral. >> Yeah. His teacher, his social worker at the school called me. I immediately rushed him to his manage. They did a crisis assessment on him. He's been on medication. He's been being overly aggressive, hurting his siblings and attacking me. I've been going through a lot of hell since they've been back with me since defects. I tried to get his family to take him and I tried to get his dad to take him. Nobody wants him. So, it's just me going through a lot by myself. I was just trying to keep my life on track with them. >> Okay. So on Christmas day when you when told you that was playing on the computer, what happened after that? >> Tapped me and jumped on me and we got into a fight. >> So when you approached him about the computer, did you punch him in the face? >> No, I didn't. >> During y'all's fight, did you punch him in the face? >> No, I didn't punch him in the face. Fell between his bed and the wall >> and his eye. >> Okay. All right. Give me one second. Okay. >> Up until the part where she brought up the eye before I did, >> I probably would have said I don't necessarily think that it's fully truthful, but because she brought the eye before I said anything about the eye, >> that very well could have happened. I do think that it's gotten physical because of his behavior, but I don't necessarily know it's enough for a charge. >> Yeah. >> I don't necessarily think it's enough for a charge right now. I think it's I mean I can always try to talk to the 8-year-old, but I think that's more of a forensic interview kind of situation. So, I'll be completely honest with you just because they're >> Yesterday he tried to attack his brother and he tried to run away from home yesterday because he said his brother was getting on his nerves. This boy is about to >> I'm trying to let you know how he could >> I'm trying to explain something to you. Stop. >> I'm not going back to jail for hitting him in. >> If you would stop talking for a second, I'm explaining that to you. >> About everything. >> Stop. >> Yes, ma'am. We're not charging you with battery. We have to let DeFax know because there was an allegation made. They'll do what they need to do. Our detectives will get with them on whatever they need to do. >> That's what I'm saying. He's known for lying, >> right? So then you can talk to them. The only thing we had to do was cover the basis on saying that we talked to you about the allegation that he made. Okay. He does have a black eye. So we had to continue with that. All right. >> That's not a black eye. >> It's swollen. No, >> it's not. He punched himself in the face while I was Okay. So >> Okay. You just said that he fell between the bed. >> I'm trying to tell you something. Before I was pulled over this morning, I was the one who worked at Waffle House right here on Barnett. While I was inside of the restaurant talking to the manager, letting her know that I had my keys and seeing what I could work out with them. He was freaking in the car, hitting his face and going like this with my backup pink phone that doesn't work. The other one that's in the car, he was going like this and smacking himself in the face with the phone. I clicked the key on the um car to like flash the lock so he could see that I was seeing him and he stopped. But he was going like this, hitting himself in the face with the phone and like flipping in between the >> Okay. Well, a few minutes ago you told me that his eye was because he fell between the bed. >> I'm trying to tell you what happened this morning. >> But what I'm telling you is you originally said it was from the bed. >> Yes, it is. >> Now you're telling me it's from the phone. >> No, what I'm saying is he was hitting himself in the face again this morning. That's what I'm trying to tell you that >> I will include that. But what I'm telling you from here on is right now you're getting the traffic charges and the situation with Cameron. You're not getting the battery stuff right now. It had to be investigated because it was brought up. >> They're not doing anything. >> But I'm telling you, it will be a new defax investigation. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. >> With all that done, sadly, the cop then prepared to bring the kids to the station since no one in this family wanted to take them. You'll hang out right here with Archer camera. We're going to get transferred over. >> We're going to take you up, get you warm, get you some food, take you to the police department. All right. >> I know it's cold, but we'll get you over there in that much warmer SUV in a second. >> Yes. >> Hey, come over here, buddy. Don't talk to her. Don't talk to her. Don't listen to her. >> Just focus with us. Is >> that good? Is that faster? >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> You got it. [snorts] >> All right, buddy. Oh, thank you. >> We're going to go into here. Okay. >> I'm go here. There's a much warmer place for us to sit. You got it. Thank you, buddy. Can you open it? I got you. There you go. >> I'm going to go get them breakfast. [clears throat] They told me they told me uh pancakes I can go to McDonald's to get them some pancakes and some juice. >> I'll be back. Okay. >> I'll be back. >> You want to make our animals together? >> Yeah. >> I have a ginger. >> I have a dancing deer. You ready to make them? >> Yeah. I pulled her over and she said, "Hey, I just got to fire for my job and she got three kids in there." I probably would even give her the speed ticket. I would have been like, >> "Yeah, figure out your insurance. You take care of you." But it turned into all this. I was like, "For what?" >> Like I expect >> I expected her have like a suspended license or something like that, you know, cuz she like one of the first things she said was, "I'm not going to jail." And I'm just like, "Why would you go to jail?" where the insurance >> she must have thought you were for that. >> This woman is charged with obstruction, speeding, and driving without insurance. The elder brother allegation didn't lead to a battery charge, but the case was handed to DCFS. >> Why am I being arrested? >> I would know. I want to know why I'm arrested. >> Because you are impaired. >> Why am I being arrested? >> I would know. I want to know why I'm arrested. >> Because you are impaired.
