She literally rammed my car and was like, "Yeah, I got you." >> I'mma hit your I work for the government, cop. You've been chasing me 10 minutes. Your car's getting impounded. You used it in the commission of a crime. What commission of a crime? What the [ __ ] did you just say? What's up with that? You don't have to treat me like a criminal, man. >> [laughter] >> It's honestly unbelievable how some people turn a minor fender bender into a disaster, right up until the cops pull them back to reality. Welcome to Police X 10, where attitude meets a ford. Let's take a look at today's cases in Cops versus [music] dumbest road ragers who think they're untouchable. Starting with this road rager who thinks she's untouchable. I have a three-year-old in the car. >> Let me call her dad. >> Okay. All right. Whoa. Yeah, I'm half black. Touch me like that again. Stay in the car. Get out of the Don't touch me like that. In the car. On October 15th, 2023, officers responded to multiple calls of a road raging incident. Here's what happened next. What's going on? There's a guy in an orange speedster. Orange whatever. >> Corvette? Yeah, okay. So, he came out. I pulled out in front of him, not in front of him. I I moved over, got in the other lane. He he stopped and he came up to this side of the car Uh-huh. and grabbed my phone. And where was your phone? >> On me. No, I pulled it out of his hand. He told me to stop. Got gave me a little like slap on my whatever wrist and he went that way. Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? Yes. You know me. I know you? Yeah, we met. Who are you? You are officer the best. Officer the best, never been called that. Yeah, you've you've helped me before. Okay, okay. Wooden. Yep. Officer the best. As this officer was handling this woman, another officer was taking statements from the driver in the orange Corvette. Orange Corvette and a black sedan. Looks like they were trying to run each other off the road. They pulled into the shopping center and it looks like they were trying to hit each other. And I think we did get a report where one of them did hit the other car and the other car hit the other car. So, that's why we are here. Okay. So, we do have the other car stopped up the None of that's true. This is the guy. That's the guy that came >> is this just a video or a picture? No, it's just a picture. >> Well, I went to get me a Naws and drink that up. Up up there on the main highway, whatever you call it that goes through Interstate 85, the little green station. Okay. A BP in Tyrone? >> Okay. Yeah, and so on my way back, it's only 5 miles, all of a sudden here comes this lady in this car and that's where you are too. Well, she gets right behind me, flashes her lights, going crazy, and then she pulled up beside me and goes like this, "Get out of my way!" Cursing all this kind of stuff. He was behind me. I'm coming home from work. He was you know, pushing me, trying to get me over, blah blah blah. Starting yelling at me. He called me Um and then he got we we made it all the way to Kedron and that's when he got out of the car. He's He got out of his car, came behind me cuz I pulled over so he would stop riding me basically like to get off of me. And then he came up and said, "Don't take a picture of me." While the female had pictures and videos to kind of back up her words, the old man only had his side of the story. And then I pulled off to the right and then she slammed on her brakes. I got up next to her. You all still on 74? >> Yeah, and then and then as I I tried to get away from her then she slammed on her brakes again and got up there next to the got up there and I got out of my car. I said, "What is wrong with you? Are you crazy?" Blah blah blah. And she got on me and put her phone right up in my face and all this kind of stuff. >> So, let me ask you. So, when you were on 74 did y'all turn in here and ended up down there or y'all >> down every street just trying to get rid of her. Trying to get rid of her. Was he following you or were you following him in the parking lot? He followed me from I-85 the off turn. I got all the way to right before Kedron. Probably like a mile before Kedron. Uh-huh. She never She never touched my car and I never touched hers. So, that's a lie. Okay. Yeah, and and all I did was try to get away from her. Yeah. Yeah, okay. Where are you coming from? Midtown. Midtown. That's where you work? And he followed you from where you were from? >> Okay. I'm just trying to figure it all out. I'm sorry cuz our dispatcher was saying y'all were doing like this and that. >> That was a little bit like and then for him to like cut me off and pull me over. I hardly doubt I'm going to go to Peachtree City Church of Christ and then be threatening people in the afternoon like that. >> from church? Yeah. So, over there you hit your car at all? No, cuz this man said that you said he hit your car. I didn't I didn't say he hit I said he moved he he might have moved me. >> old? He might have he moved me. No, that's not that's actually new. So, >> new. So, like did that happen today? Yeah, that's never been there. Did he do that? Thanks. I don't want you getting run over. Can I see this side? Did that happen because I I got I got pushed over. A whole lot of damage there, isn't I'm not seeing anything, man. Now, that was the most aggressive driving I've ever seen. With no visible damage in the man's car, it's clear that the woman was lying through her teeth. And to seal the deal, the entire incident was witnessed by an off-duty FBI agent, who even tried to de-escalate the situation. I'll be honest, I I clearly did not see the origin of it. Okay. >> What I saw is a white female in a black mid-size SUV. I'm terrible with cars. >> You're good. You're good. Yeah. You're right. Yep, you're right. >> following a Corvette and like she was hot, man. Like she was fired up. And at some point, she pulls up next. She's not letting him like physically go. Like she is following him through lanes and then at one point pulls next and just puts the phone out and records. Yeah. And he's kind of doing the same thing and I could tell it's a black vehicle driving the Corvette and then uh like it continued and I'm like, I'm on the phone with an agent in Baltimore. I was like, "Dude, I got to light this car up and just let them need to de-escalate this." >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I I hit my like little siren thing. I'm next to her blasting that like air horn. Yeah. >> She has no idea. Like she's on the phone and at that point I'm like, she's a So, you tried to de-escalate it, too. Did you turn on your lights or you just turned on your your siren? >> my lights because I was right next to her where I just I I could tell no one was even looking at me. He might Yeah. Like she didn't It didn't even phase her. Okay. All right then. Yeah, we uh we got that car stopped and we out with the Corvette right now. Uh she's definitely uh she's been drinking, so they're doing field sobriety on her right now. With suspicion of her driving intoxicated, the officers then conducted a sobriety test on her. Have you had anything to drink today? >> No. No? Can I look at your eyes and make sure >> got Safe to drive? You haven't had anything to drink. Have you smoked anything today? No. Okay. Is that a grinder in your Uh-huh. Okay. And but you haven't smoked today? No. Okay. Do you have any problems with your eyes, contacts, glasses, anything like that? >> I don't have contacts, but I have glasses. Okay. Are those just Are they prescriptions or readers? Okay. Um you can see me without them? Yes. Okay. What I'm going to ask you to do is I want you to just follow my finger with your eyes. Your eyes only, not moving your head. Do you understand? All right. All right. Last thing I'm going to ask you to do is I'm going to ask you to take a deep breath and just draw like you're blowing up a balloon. This is not a state mandated test of your breath. You okay with doing that? Yes, sir. >> I'm going to hold it. I'm not going to let you go. >> be honest with you? Yeah. I love you, too. You going to be honest with me? Yeah. Okay. Go ahead. Cuz you already lied to me and told me you hadn't had nothing to drink. We're investigating currently. All right. Um I am a manager at a private country club. We just got out of an event and I tasted a couple shots. I live right here in Balmoral. I would have gone straight. However, that kind All right. Yes, sir. >> threw me off the road. Okay. And I got a little scared. Okay. Well, I'm just trying to make sure that you're safe to drive. That's all I'm trying to do. Ensure that you're not impaired. Okay. Can I leave my car here? Uh no, you can't leave your car here. >> Okay. Can I get somebody to pick up my car, Officer Wooten? We're kind of past that at this point. Why? What Why would you need somebody to pick up your car? Because you're making me nervous. Because she knew her lies were falling apart, that's why. However, she wasn't willing to give in yet. This is where we're at, Ms. Allen. I do believe that you are not capable of safe operating a motor vehicle. I'm going to place you under arrest for driving under the influence. I need you to face away from me and put your hands behind your back. >> husband come get me? Not anymore. No, I Why? that. So, I need you to face away from me. So, the other guy that I called you guys to help me with is being dealt with by three other officers. grabbed my arm and my phone. He probably had good reason to get upset with you because you're impaired in your driving. So, Wait, are you serious? Are you serious? Are you kidding me? No, ma'am. I don't have much of a yell. Is that an X? Seriously, you're going to get another charge. You know resisting arrest Seriously, you can't even write a ticket correctly. >> I know I can't read. It didn't work for you last time when I arrested you either. So, don't try to Why are you doing this now? Why can't you just help me? So, some guy pulled me over on the side of the road, grabbed my phone, grabbed my arm, and you guys arrested me. I got to read something for you, Miss Girl. Yeah, you're right. Yeah, get Get my phone. No, ma'am. Just get What did you do? Somebody grabbed me. Somebody grabbed me and you guys are not even helping me. Officer, I'm He grabbed me out of my car. and he's about to explain everything. He grabbed me out of my car. Thank you. Can you guys just be human and not get We are. We are. All right, just stop being for a second, please. I understand that. You're being so nice. You don't have to be like this again. >> I understand it. Just please talk to me. Okay, I I I have to read something to you. But, that guy pulled me out of my car. Took my phone, grabbed my hands, and now I'm the one getting arrested. Are you serious? I'm not. I want to walk. Guys, I have a 3-year-old daughter at home. home. This guy tried How do you guys not care? This guy is trying to pull me out of my car. This The officers then moved her to the squad car, where she continues her little drama show. Are you ready? Hey, hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Don't touch me like that. Don't give us a reason to. Not Not so you understand. This guy grabbed me out of my car. Put your butt in here first. We're going to turn you around. Have a seat. If you keep Listen, if you keep acting up, you're going to get more and more charges. All right? That's the last thing you need right now. This guy grabbed me out of my car. I dropped my phone. We'll grab your phone. I have a 3-year-old daughter. Let me call her dad. >> Okay, we will. We will. Let us get you in the car. Stop acting this way and we will let you call him. I dropped my attic up. Call right now. Why? I didn't do anything. Please let me go. If you kick the door again, I'm going TO TIE YOU UP. IF YOU won't use your legs, now here. >> Please let me talk to him. We will, as soon as you start acting like a damn adult. Do you want to call somebody? >> Yes, but you got to give me my dad's number to my hand. Well, I got your No, I just need your numbers. What's your number? >> I don't know the number. >> You don't know the numbers? I need my phone. Can I have the phone come to me now? Hang on one second. Hang on one second. Give me your phone. Just hang on. He's talking. You wanted him to talk. I get it. Just don't >> No, you don't get it. You don't get it. You don't get it. You don't get it. No, you don't get it. I just got a hit. No, I got hit. All right. Woah. Yeah, I'm half black, so tell me Basque was or Thomas. I'm not Basque was. Yeah, my my mom's black, so As she was being transported to jail, her nasty language and racial slurs continued to intensify. She even slipped her cuffs, making things worse [music] for herself. I hope your kids become delinquents, cuz you're not serving and protecting. Are you trying to slip your handcuffs? No, not at all. I think that's exactly what you're doing. You know I can see you. Aaron was charged with battery on a police officer, obstruction, DUI, reckless driving, aggressive driving, driving through a safety zone, VCCSA less than 1 oz, and transactions of drug-related objects. Moving on to the next case, where a driver pulled out his pew-pew in the middle of rush hour during a road rage incident. What the [ __ ] did you just say? The [ __ ] did you just say? What's up with that? Westlake men 111, where is your emergency? Yes, hi. I just saw a road rage incident with a man pulling a gun out on Detroit Road. Okay, which person pulled the gun? The man in the blue truck. It was like a robin egg blue truck. Copy code three from station. Let's go. After the call, the officers responded quickly and arrived at the scene to put the man who pulled out his pew pew under arrest. Listen, relax. Step out. Keep your hands up. Come on, man. Come on, man. Why are you grabbing me aggressively? We got the report you pulled a gun on somebody. Don't I did NOT PULL A GUN ON ANYBODY. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? HEY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME? YOU said you weren't This was not going to happen. This is [ __ ] You all treat ME LIKE A [ __ ] CRIMINAL. YOUR LEGS CROSSED. WE'RE GOING TO YOU got your foot on my Get your foot on my Just comply. That's my hand. You're shaking. AND I'M ON THE GROUND. FIVE GUYS. Five of you. Sir, it was a GMC Corolla cam. Oh my god, dude. You guys are treating me like [ __ ] Did he just say y'all treat me like a criminal as he was laughing like a freaking joker? Yeah, that's going to help big time with the road rage charge. You guys understand this [ __ ] right? Where's the other guy? He pulled the [ __ ] gun out. He didn't get this treatment. But I do. I do, right? Cuz I showed my gun. That's crazy. Defend myself. Someone would have shot me. God forbid, I I'd still be getting cuffed up on the ground, huh? Let's get him up in the blue car. Let's stand up. So, what what am I being detained for? You guys never read me my rights. Your body cam on. Hey, you never read me my Sir. You never read me my rights. >> We don't have to read you your rights. Oh, you don't? You just detain me, throw me on the ground, put your foot in my face. You guys are shaking the whole time. You scared or something? GOT CUFFS ON. OH. >> [screaming] >> LIKE, WHAT THE DUDE? AFTER SECURING THIS MAN, the officers quickly confiscated the firearm from his vehicle and began to investigate the incident. Dude. All right, when you can, could you run a pistol for me? It's a Palmetto State Armory. Come on. I DID NOTHING WRONG. THE DUDE HIT MY TRUCK. MAN, I'M JUST trying to get by in life, dude. Wrong [ __ ] guy for the wrong city, man. I'm just interested how you got the blue truck so fast. He came to us. Oh. Going southbound on Columbia, the blue truck did cut off the black truck. And kind of everybody does that in the turning lane. I mean, it's not right, but they kind of do it. It pissed the black truck off. He thought he was a big badass and pulled alongside him and whipped something right like I'd say a drink. The guy just had a bad day and was pretty pissed off. And you know, went to push him up against the curb. He was mad and he pulled in front of the black truck and got out of the black truck. I don't know if the black truck would have got on him or not, but he ducked real low behind that black truck as soon as he went after the black truck. And then the black truck was trying to get away. He was trying to stop him. And then right here they gave up. The black truck went that way and then the blue truck went into the Mark's parking lot. My sister was like, "No." I was like, "Yeah, but I don't want this guy to take the whole brawl for everything. He hit somebody? Or vice versa, there's this here that looks really fresh in the mirror. I don't know. I think that's might have been why they were While inside the squad car, the man began to calm down and the officers were finally able to ask him about the situation. Go ahead and turn that way for me, all right? Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I tried to restrain from you guys. I just didn't feel right. Dude, listen. All we were doing is trying to grab you. >> I know cuz the what everything happened. It was worse. >> We had a call that you pulled a gun on somebody. So, our standard procedure is to just cuff you up, man. That's so insane. That's what I don't get is City people will call and complain about you, but they're not going to say what the hell they did to start it, right? Well, we have limited info on our way down here, so we don't know much. We got to sort it out and figure out who >> From the start of it to the end. I was going to pick up pizza, man. I was not This was no not in my intentions. I'm not an angry person at all. I'm 24 years old. I moved up to the city from Chester, West Virginia with my girlfriend. They're doctors. I'm not like that. I'm a blue collar worker. I work on the train yard. That's my truck right there. I paid for that truck. Someone hits it, obviously I'm going to get a little upset. I tried to get the guy to stop and he kept rolling his window down saying I cut him off. He threw something at my truck. That's what initiated it. Then he hit my side of my truck on the right side. I followed him. He wasn't on the stop, so I went in front of him, got out, started rolling his window up. Yes, I sure never punched his window. That might have That part is what started it all. That's right. Do you have like scratches and stuff on Is that old or is that new? Every mark on the right side of the truck is all new. Okay. Did you at any point uh point a gun at him? No, sir. I pulled it I pulled it out because he When I walked up to his car, the first thing he did was he pulled that out and he had it sitting right >> His own? His own. He had it held like you guys would hold it to your chest. Nice tucked to your chest. >> up. Kind of pointed Where did this all happen? It was just at Columbia and Detroit? Right in front of Jet's Pizza entrance or whatever that is. Where they merge together. And he cut right in front of me and when he did that he sideswiped my truck. So he was passing you on the right? >> On the right. When when you say you cut him off, which lane were you in when you intended to turn right? Were you in the lane that goes straight? Like the straight going through lane. Okay, so then you kind of went in front of him to cuz you missed your turn. Yes sir, I had my turn signal on and turned in front of him. Okay. And then where it merges he came up and sideswiped you. And then I I had figured, you know, he's just going to continue on. I I'm young. I I literally have barely any money. Not money to pay for the truck monthly. These people up here but he pulled it out and had it to his chest. I put my hands inside of his car and he said, "Yeah, back away, mother And I went around his vehicle, got over in the grass to start taking pictures. I smiled for his pictures. I went This I went and got in my truck and that's when he started to come past and I was in my doorway just holding it like letting him know like I have one too. Like not everybody While these officers deal with the man, the other officer came to speak with a witness who recorded the whole road rage incident. What do you have information Um well I got video first of all. Second of all, I literally watched it happen. You have the video of it? Yeah. Yo. That boy is going crazy. He tried to run. That boy tried to run. >> [laughter] >> Yo. I'm weak. Oh my god. >> [laughter] >> Bro. I mean he literally brandishes it and points it at him right there. And then puts it down. He's like, "Oh, you're pussy." The footage had already said everything his story couldn't. And just when he thought it couldn't get any worse Oh [ __ ] Man, for real. Yo. What the [ __ ] [ __ ] Oh, man. No. What's that? Am I going to jail? Yeah, you're going to jail. Seriously? There's video you pointing the gun at the guy as well, and I'm sure he's Yeah, at the front of his Like I said, other officers Other officers are talking to the other guy, too. Like I said, we're trying to sort out exactly what happened with everybody. There's video coming in from There's a whole bunch of people that saw it, so it's all right. Like I said, I mean, things happen. People get heated. Yeah, but I The big thing is everybody's okay. That's all right. With that over, let's hear the story from the side of the other driver who started all of this. Yeah, so full story. I'm going home from work. Uh-huh. I'm going to get a car wash up at Claytons, head home. I live in May Village. Uh-huh. I get off at Toll Road Center. F-150 cuts me and three other people off. He comes this close to my bumper. I'm pissed. Let's go. Let's go. So, I took an open plastic open bottle of water. Tossed it at the guy's car, okay? I I That Cuz we go through the first intersection right off Clayton, and that's when I threw the bottle at him. Okay. We get to the next intersection, he's losing it. I'm going to I'm going to get you a fine. I'm going to All the normal I'm I'm doing this. Then he Then he kicks me with the car. Then things are completely escalated. I'm done. So, I'm basically telling him go off like out of here, and I start recording. He's calling me a [ __ ] I'm recording, and then he stops in front of me. Stops traffic. So, that's when he gets out of the car. Things are immediately up to here. I'm stoic, not saying a word, recording. My window's down to about halfway. One punch. Okay. Two punch. Gun comes out, cocked back. [ __ ] now. Now. He immediately goes behind my car, realizes that he's an aggressor, screaming at me, "Get out of the car. Go. No. No. No." I pull my phone out and I go, "Look at all these people watching you right now. Get in your car and leave me alone." Something like that. Verbatim is going to be what I said in the video. Then he jumps back to the side, posing by his car, doing pictures. I'm just recording him the whole time. And then he reaches in his car, grabs his gun, and points it right at me. He goes, "Two can play this game, asshole." And I just hit the gas and flew >> [music] >> just We'll deal with this in post. And that's why I had 911 on the phone to the wheel. So, he hit me right in the wheel well, which scooted me nice and It was a clean scoot, but I think there's a Camry right behind me. She might have gotten tagged with my trailer hitch. Like that It was completely reckless, and I knew it got escalated to that the minute he got out of the car. Like that's a no-no. In the end, the man was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, resisting a police officer, aggravated menacing, and use of force on an officer. As for the other driver, prosecutors looked into charging him with criminal mischief. Moving on to the next case, where a woman freaked out after being confronted about her road raging. And she literally rammed my car and was like, "Yeah, I got you." >> So, I WORK FOR GOVERNMENT. CALL YOUR COUNTY IF YOU DO NOT GIVE ME YOUR LICENSE, I'mma put you in handcuffs. Go ahead. >> Get in. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. I'm On July 12th, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle accused of a hit-and-run. What the officers encountered next was an entitled woman with no sense of responsibility. Get in your vehicle. I've been getting in front of her. Hello. Hello. >> I'm Officer Harmon from Marshall Police Department. The reason I'm stopping you is as I'm driving by, she's waving me down saying that you hit her car. She You can look at my car. It's a white car. >> We'll we'll get it all. >> on the phone the whole time. Ain't nobody Call your supervisor, too. I got it. Yeah, call your supervisor. All right. What do you need a supervisor for? I'm calling your supervisor cuz first of all, if she's making a false report, she's going to jail, first and foremost. You're wasting my time. Not only that, I work for the government my god damn self. So, you think that I'm going to be out here and hit your car and keep going? Wait, it aggravated me, sir, because she came through the god damn thing. She damn near killed me on Artesia with a ladder. Okay. Mini, hold on cuz I'm talking to the Well, not even a minute in and she's already proven herself to be guilty. I mean, the louder and more obnoxious they are, the more guilty they are and she's just that. That's what So, just like I said, that's what she said. I'm just trying to figure out exactly what's happening. That's all. >> your supervisor. Pull pull her ass up. If I hit her car, I have a mark on my car and she should have one on hers. So, I'm going to Before I call the supervisor, I just want you to explain to you when I ask for him to come, he's going to ask me for what, okay? So, I need a legitimate reason to ask for the supervisor cuz right now I'm investigating a traffic accident. >> You You ain't investigating a traffic accident because if you were investigating a traffic accident, there'd be damage to her vehicle and mine. But >> I can't hit you if you're coming behind me. First and foremost, how would I hit you if you're coming behind me? She's got a whole a ladder in her trunk. So, if I hit you, right, I should know what's hanging out your trunk. >> That's what she said to me. I'm investigating cuz I got to find out if it is a wreck. >> I got [ __ ] and I got something to do. That's why I'm frustrated because you're playing with a car in traffic. Two young stupid dumb ass girls could have killed more than just me. I've been here with my damn thing hooked up. It It's aggravating. It's aggravating. So, let me go talk to her, see what she's saying cuz all she told me was she hit me, that's why I stopped the car, okay? So, give me 1 minute to go figure it out. Let me go figure. Still lacking a lot of information, the officer came to the two young victim girls to get their side of the story. Are you guys okay? Yeah. The lady up there Sorry. It is our guard dog. Oh, yeah. Well, can you tell me what happened cuz she's just kind of yelling at me. >> Yeah, of course. Of course she is. So, we literally just got off work. And you know, that's when she started driving erratically and then I seen the kids and I heard them cuz he was on the phone. Mhm. And the kids were begging her to stop and you know, go home and she just wanted to show up and say hi. I was trying to get on the highway, you know, to drop the lady I was with, but she cut me off. She didn't let me get on the highway, so I did a U-turn right by a Quick Mart and I was coming back over here. Um I did two U-turns right there by the Cookie Factory. You turn there, you turn back. But, you know, she's too grown to be acting that way and put our kids in danger like that. Yeah. That it was just exchange of words. So, if he made a statement and it went into the report, it wasn't our report cuz I I wrote the report and based on my observations and it doesn't say that you struck him. It says that you approached his driver side window and and reached into the and reached into the compartment, but it doesn't say that you struck him. No, I I I didn't reach into the compartment. >> That Well, it's on it's on dash camera that you did. Your arms went into the vehicle. In the end, the woman was charged with battery, leaving the scene of a crash, no valid driver's license, and resisting without violence. Moving on to the next case, where we have an entitled driver acting like she did nothing wrong after a hit-and-run. Let's go. Let's go. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. WHY? NOW THEY'RE ARRESTING ME. WHY? >> [screaming] >> ON MARCH 13TH, 2025, officers responded to a residence regarding an investigation of a hit-and-run. And here's what happened next. He's saying this side of the car is what struck his car. I don't see where this side of the car I hit his car? That's what he's saying. I was behind He was behind me. Ma'am. No, ma'am. Hey, listen listen listen listen listen listen. All right, cuz Cuz I have to go talk to him and it's on camera. Yeah. So, it's on whose camera? >> It's on the camera up there. I just went to go talk to him. I know the people up there. >> Yeah, but which camera? Is it a gas station? All right. How do you know she went into the other lane? >> I mean, I it's on the camera right now. Oh, okay. He told me to I know they told her like you you look like you told me to use lane one. She said she came out of it. You went to the other lane and I came back in. Hey, how you doing? Good. Whose vehicle is that? Is that your mom's? Yes. Okay, is she my here too? No, she's not. >> Okay. I looked at the video. Uh-huh. It's not It's not benefiting you. Why not? He hit me from behind if he hit me. >> Ma'am, you're in the other lane, you crossed in front of him, okay? So, you can't do that. Uh-huh. So, what I need is your license and insurance to the vehicle. From him hitting me from behind. I need your information. Now, you left the scene of a crash. We're not going to go down this leaving the scene of a crash. You're being serious right now? >> Okay, give me a second. >> Okay, if you I'm going to shut this door. I have somebody in here. >> I I need Okay, yeah. Uh-huh. Even though the officer had already seen her causing the infraction, the woman still denied everything and blamed the other driver. And instead of giving the officer her information for the investigation, she continued to argue and didn't give him any IDs. Is that my the insurance information? >> Yeah. Um because he's saying that oh, he if if if anything, he hit me from behind, right? No. >> why should I give somebody the insurance information? >> Ma'am, it's a crash. I need all everybody's information. >> [music] >> It's being documented. >> Yeah, but that's not what you said when you first left here. Listen. >> Okay. He wants the report. I watched the video. You want a report as well cuz you thought he's at fault. Unfortunately, >> he is at fault. You want to see the video? Yeah, I do want to see it. >> a supervisor coming to They can explain that to you as well. But, if you want, you didn't stop and you admitted, okay? >> from out of the here to come into here right now. >> Let's not make this difficult. You're trying to make it simple because now you're trying to make it like it was my fault when he was the >> It is your fault. Tell your mom come home. She can look at the video. It is your fault. Unfortunately, it is your fault. You can't leave one lane and cut in front of somebody, ma'am. No, no. When you cut in front of somebody, you want to see the video? I do want to see it. >> Okay. I'm bringing it up for you. Come here. Watch. Watch. And And your mom comes home, if your mom comes home, she can watch it and she'll be like, "Oh my god." You pull out. You cross over into the other far lane. He comes up along the side of you. You cut in front of him. There you are. >> the back of me. I DIDN'T EVEN HIT HIM. What are you talking about? Where Where's the crash at? Ma'am, you left the >> Where is the crash at? >> to show you. Where Where did he get hit at? Where did he get hit at? You'll see. He's got damage on the front of his car. No, he does You're I told you that damage here matches up with the front of his car. >> the video. Look. Look. Look. He wouldn't have hit me from THE BACK, BRO. ARE YOU SERIOUS? ARE YOU SERIOUS? Are you Mom, listen. >> Tell her to come home. Yep. All right. You're going to end up going to jail. Yep. Tell your mom to come home. You're going to go to jail. Tell Tell Tell your mom to come home. If an idiot didn't want to admit they're at fault, no amount of evidence would be enough to convince them. The officer should just arrest her and be done with it. There's really no point trying to have a normal conversation with someone like this. You're going to end up going to jail. It's that simple. I'm going to start looking at it like leaving the scene of a crash. And that's a Yep. Okay. Relax. Relax. Okay. I understand. I'm trying to make it simple for you, ma'am. I'm trying to make it simple for you. I'm trying to make it easy for you. Okay? Yep. Trying to make it easy, ma'am. You're the one making it. You're the one VIDEOS DON'T LIE. I'VE NEVER VIDEOS DON'T LIE. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING. DON'T MAKE THIS MORE THAN IT NEEDS TO BE. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I BEEN THROUGH. YOU DON'T KNOW >> YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I BEEN OKAY, JUST HAVE your mom come home come on over. She'll she'll see the video. Okay. Talk about YOU THE POLICE. YOU OUT HERE PROTECTING AND SERVING? YEP. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. YEP. THAT MAN SAID HE HIT ME. NOPE, that man said you hit him. >> [laughter] >> Okay. The man at the gas station even says the video shows you hit him. All right, go get your children, come on back. Go get your children, come on back. All right. No, you said to go talk to this man. Yeah, tell your mom she can show up. She can look at the video. Okay. While the woman was gone picking up her kids, additional officers arrived at the scene, including a supervisor. Okay, there's my there's the corporal over there. He looked at the video as well. He's got the same conclusion I came to. Videos don't lie. No, let me tell let me say this. You called me and said that the man hit my car. >> told you that the man claimed you hit him. The officer was actually recording the call with his body cam. Just want to roll that out. He's saying you did, and I just want to take a look at your vehicle, and and we go from there. You're lying. You're lying. Doesn't matter. So, do you got your ID? If you're lying or not. Okay, you got your ID? Videos don't lie, ma'am. Ma'am, if you walk away, I've got to arrest you. So, pull over here and deal with this. No, I'm talking to you, you're 34-year-old lady. You're lying. You're lying. You are lying. >> You want to go to jail? I'm trying to make this simple. It's a simple crash, don't turn it into more than WHAT IT IS. >> ARE! I I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING. >> You did. NO, I DID NOT. >> VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWED YOU cut off a man. Can I talk to you instead? You can talk to the corporal. You can talk You can talk to the corporal. Yeah, please. I want to talk to you. >> He saw the video. He's going to tell you the SAME THING. >> THAT'S NOT EVEN WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. Can I talk to somebody else? >> Why you lied to you? Okay? >> Yes, he did. No. But my mom said HE >> HIT HIM. THE OLD MAN claimed you hit him. >> on? Excuse me. Okay, so listen. This is what happened. This is what happened. I I I was driving my car. I came out of Advance Auto Part part parking lot. I seen him coming. I was in the right lane. I made a big U-turn to come back into the parking lot right here. He So, at that point, I didn't know if anybody had hit me or not. He was behind me. He wasn't in front of me, on the side of me, anything like that. You understand? So, then I kept going and I stopped a little bit and then he kept following me. I understand your Can you I'm standing right here. I understand. So, listen. >> not to yell at me. >> Listen, so so so so my my issue is I didn't I didn't know that if he hit me or not and I didn't really know what was going on. This was 20's headache to begin with. No person in my car before. So, I kept going and I came through this neighborhood, came back out, he was still following me, went on 19, he was still following me. I called the police because I was scared and that's how they got my phone number. He called me and said, "Oh, the man said that he hit your car, so I want to come see your car." >> Listening to her makes my head hurt. We could say she gives aspirin a headache. After listening to her yapping for a while, the officer told her that she needed to show him her ID before continuing. Regardless. Okay. This officer is doing a crash investigation. Okay? We did We want to keep it simple. you need to give him your identification. Okay? You do need to give him your identification because you're in a subject of investigation. If you don't, you might incur further charges for obstruction. Miss. Miss, can you talk with me? Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. Miss. Can you hear what I'm saying though? Right now he's conducting a crash investigation. You need to You need to cooperate and give your license. You need to give him your identification. Miss, please come here. Okay. I You said you didn't have it, so I would have Okay. Is it Is it still state farm? Ask your mom if it's still state farm. Uh insurance information. She's going to go inside. She's not going to come back out. Hey. He can't Give your driver's information over. I don't care I don't care about that, but this is a hit-and-run. So you can take her to jail right now if you want. Which is what I would do because she's showing out. Yeah, they should just take her to jail to avoid any more headaches. She would rather die on the hill of pure ignorance than take any responsibility for her actions. I own a house. Come over there and give him your name. Just go give him your name. Just go give him your name. Ma'am, come here and give him your ID. Go give him all your information. He can run it. Nobody's playing games. Just go give him your information. No, but you need to give it as part of the investigation. >> name. >> What is it? >> literally know my name. >> Okay. Well, you look much younger than the photo that's displayed here. You don't even look So, what is your That's a compliment. I will fight this in court cuz this is ridiculous. >> So, Ma'am, what is your >> What's your first name? information. >> I You know my name. >> Can you spell it for me? You know my name. Mom, I gave them my name 20,000 times. They're playing games out here. They really are playing games. I've never been in trouble a day in my life. No. They know my name. I've got to talk They know everything that they need to know. That's it. This is going to turn into a crime. What? I'm not doing anything to you. You said you love me, mama. I'm being very nice and polite. >> doing anything to you. You need to give your information to this officer. This is the last time I'm asking. >> I'm not. He's in my face, Mom. >> I'm talking to you. He's in my face. He tells me go get my ID. Now he don't want my ID. Now he wants me to spell my name. What else you want me to do? >> Just spell your name. Give me your full name. It's that simple. Since she kept refusing to ID herself, the officers decided to put her under arrest, which they should have done a long time ago, along with her boyfriend or husband who tried to interfere. Let's go. Let's go. THAT'S WHAT I'M SAYING. WHY? NOW THEY'RE ARRESTING ME, MOM. CD, GIVE US CODE ONE OUT HERE SENDING ANOTHER UNIT. We got one male who resisted. He's got Leo. Get off Mom, bro. You don't have to hold me, you little punk. You don't have to hold me. Don't you look at me in front of my kids, dog. I didn't even do anything. Ma'am, how many times did we give you an opportunity to give your identification? For real, get off me. Grandma's already on the phone. >> [screaming and groaning] >> And where is she at? Hey. Hey. Why are you doing this? Please. Please. Please let me go. No. No. No. Bro, you're hurting my wrist, bro. >> Nobody's hurting you. Bro, you're hurting my wrist, bro. Please. >> WE'RE BEING CIVIL. WE tried to cooperate with you. Jesus. Come on. You're making this worse than what it is. You've made this worse than You made it worse all the way around. Get in. Have a seat. You made this worse than what it needed to be. Move your feet. Nobody pushed you. She fell on the ground. Well, you don't charge the police. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat in the car. GET IN THE CAR. I'M NOT GOING TO PLAY GAMES WITH YOU, DUDE. STAY IN THE CAR. IN THE END, THE WOMAN WAS charged with leaving the scene of a crash and resisting without violence. She was also cited for careless driving. She played no contest to the charges. Adjudication was withheld, and she was ordered to pay $520 in court costs and fees. Starting with this road rager who just realized she had totaled her car. So, I went after her because she want to throw a glass bottle at my car. Did you drive after her? Yeah. After seeing that the woman had sustained only some minor injuries, the officer then proceeded to find out what had happened. How are you? I'm keeping her in the car. Okay, who are you? >> Okay, I'm her sister. Okay, can you step back? I'm not going very far. Can you come talk to me? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, I can see Okay, I'm not worried about that right now. You're bleeding. I'm worried about your injuries. I'm worried about your injuries. Can you just get my story? Yes, I will. But, I'm worried about your injuries right now. We will get everything figured I don't know where it's coming from. Huh? What? But, it's bleeding. Okay. Okay, let's worry about injuries and keeping you safe. I will get the story with the accident once we know once everybody's safe. Can you just Get a napkin from the glove compartment. I'm going to be able No, cuz I'm going to be able to keep her calmer than you can. Wipe yourself off. >> a It's just a scratch. Okay, it's just some It's just some And you're okay. Take Just some blood Probably just some some cuts from the glass, probably. So, apparently, the other car allegedly threw a glass bottle at her car. But, this woman decided the best course of action to take is to escalate and went after the other driver. Like, what? It's either that she has an anger issue or some mental issues. Both are definitely really bad choices to have behind the wheel. What's your name? Demitra. Demitra? Where were you coming from? >> coming from my house with this woman. Okay. She was tailgating me. So, I pulled over, right? And then, you know [snorts] the intersection? I stopped first at the stop sign, and then I went. Okay. And then, this woman This woman was going really fast. First, I was coming from my house. This woman was tailgating like going super duper fast. I don't know why. And tailgating me. So, I pulled over because I was like, why is she go tailgating me? For what? So, and then I stopped at the stop sign, and then I went, and she went. But, I went on the side of hers, and I went, and this woman wanted to stick her middle finger at me, so I went and then I went and then I put my middle finger at her because why she doing that to me? And then I was coming to my sister's house and then this woman wanted to throw a glass bottle at my car. So So I went after her because she wanted to throw a glass bottle at my car. What do you mean you like you you went after her? >> at my [ __ ] vehicle. >> Okay. What do you mean you went after her? You drove after her? Yeah. And she wanted to be racing down the street, so I'm like okay, what the [ __ ] Why would this woman throw something at my car? >> So did you did you So you drove at her and then you hit her? Yes. I didn't intend intentionally >> Did you hit her car or hit her? >> She was at the stop sign and I was Can I ask you Were you still Was she she still in her car when you did this? Yes. Okay. I I STOPPED I was meant to stop and I hit her and and I will Get a ambulance coming just to get her bandaged up. No, I'm okay. No, we're going to get some Okay, your airbags deployed, so the ambulance has to come. Oh, fine. Well, I don't want to pay for it. >> Mom's on her way. We I've called them out. Okay. Cuz mom has guardianship. >> No, she's got airbags. The officer then proceeded to ask her some more before making an arrest. But before that, it's important to understand the other involved party's side of the story. >> That's my car. It's my I don't know. >> Okay. Can I have you go to step to the side now, please, ma'am? >> I didn't I know you're related, but I need you to go go over to the your car now. >> I'm going to call Demitra. No, I'm going to call my Demitra. >> Do not say anything else until mom gets >> Go to the car. Go to your car. >> Dude, get your hands >> I'm telling you to go to the car. Go to the car. >> say nothing else until mom gets here. It's she's just got a bunch of glass cuts, but I don't know whose blood this is. She admitted to physically like driving her car at her car because of a road rage incident. That's kind of what it sounds like. So, she's going Hey, ma'am. I just want to get her band number real quick. Did you ever come out of your car? You don't know whose blood that is then. Is it? Huh? That's nobody's blood. There's blood on the hood of your car on the fender of your car. So, it is somebody's blood. I didn't hit anybody I didn't hit nobody Okay, do you never got out of your car though? Did you ever get out of your car? >> No, I did not get out of the Okay, well, there's a smear of blood on your car. There's blood over here. I didn't notice. Okay. So, chill out. Let me ask the sister that apparently You did get out of your car. >> Yeah, my bad. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. My head's scattered everywhere. I'm just going to grab some gloves real quick on 95. As for the knife, the officers will soon search her vehicle for it. But first, let's get back to see the chaos that's about to happen when the officer makes the arrest. The other side of her report I got is pretty much there's some sort of road rage incident because she was following her too close and then she came at the stop sign. One flipped the other the other one off. She threw a bottle a bottle was thrown at her car so she intentionally drove her car at her. Yeah, that's a little excessive. So, basically what I got is she was coming to Elcorn from 83 on H over by Gateway. She says this car pulled over like they're going to turn on the right lane. And so she said I went around the left cuz this car was turning right. All of a sudden she's sitting there honking at me flipping me the little finger. Okay. >> And she was like well, then you know, I just kept going. So, she pulled out and followed me. And then in front of the high school, she passes her in the in the no passing zone in front of the high school. Uh-huh. And cuts her off. Uh-huh. So, that she can goes around her and just keeps driving trying to get away. And she just followed her. Uh-huh. Everywhere she went until she was like turn on this way. I just wanted to get rid of her. And I slowed down here and she just hit me as hard as she could. She rear-ended me and ended up in the side of the building. She said she intentionally hit her. And then she said she got out of the car, ran up to the closer young screaming. I said, "Look in my window." Went up and she had a knife in her hand. Get out of the car. Oh, Donald, I'M PHYSICALLY REMOVED. >> YOU'RE going to do this to me? I said Ma'am, JUST STEP DONALD, IT'S THE CHEATER. GET OUT OF THE CAR. CUZ I'M WHITE, BRO? GET OUT GET OUT OF THE CAR. CUZ I'M WHITE, BRO? JUST STEP OUT OF THE YOU GUYS GET OUT OF THE CAR. I'M PHYSICALLY REMOVED, [ __ ] YOU GUYS ARE [ __ ] I'M PHYSICALLY REMOVED, [ __ ] IF YOU DON'T GET OUT, I'M GOING TO TAZE YOU. YEAH, COPS. YOU GOT TO TAZE EVERYBODY. YEAH, COPS. YEAH, COPS. YOU CAN'T TAZE ME DOWN, BRO. YEAH, COPS. YOU GOT to taze ME AND [ __ ] YEAH, [ __ ] COPS. Why don't you roll yourself Yeah, Yeah, [ __ ] [ __ ] You ain't doing [ __ ] TO HER. YEAH, [ __ ] YEAH, [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] YOU STARTED ALL THIS [ __ ] MA'AM, YOU STARTED ALL THIS [ __ ] LET HER SHE'S LETTING HER GO. CAN YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, MA'AM? >> ALL THIS. She started all this. SHE THREW A BOTTLE AT MY CAR. STOP KICKING. [ __ ] NO. >> [screaming] >> DEMETRIA, JUST BE COMPLIANT. YEAH, [ __ ] YEAH, [ __ ] NO, BRO. WE'RE GOING TO STAND HER UP. MA'AM, CAN YOU GO TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD? NO. >> [laughter] >> GO TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. She is under arrest. Go to the side of the road. GET THE [ __ ] OFF, [ __ ] OH, I LOVE IT. AS THE WOMAN WAS SCREAMING on the ground, her mother arrived at the scene and tried to calm her down. And let me tell you something, the mother's really the mother of the year. Look at your mom, look at mom. Look at me, nobody else. You're okay. Come on, good girl. Mama, this [ __ ] Hey, are you okay? No. Okay, then let's get to the urgent care. You're going to be all right. Take a deep breath. I did nothing to deserve Quit swearing at her. Not her, her. This [ __ ] No, no, stop calling people Why is she not arrested? >> Listen to me. Stop talking, please. Where did the blood come from? Me. Okay, let's go get you CHECKED OUT. NOW, STOP. STOP. They're not going to let you go with this attitude. And they have every right when you're this worked up. Now, be nice to them. Do you understand? You're not going to get anywhere but in deep trouble if you don't get yourself under control. All right. They're bringing the car up. Am I going to be all right? You need to calm yourself down and check yourself out. Airbag did go off. I don't know if she was had a seat belt on when that happened. After getting her calmed down enough to be checked out for her injuries, officers began searching her vehicle for the knife she allegedly used to threaten the other driver. I see a silver water thing here in the car. The silver water bottle. I don't see a knife, but I didn't search it, so. I think we're able to. I think so. She admitted to intentionally ramming her with the car, so I think we got enough to search. There is this. It's silver. This is silver. I haven't seen any weapons so far. There's this knife. I don't know if this would be it. There's no blood on it or anything. Her hands are pretty bloody. I could see if it was open though. It's in the glove box here. It's not bloody. I don't know. She said she came out of her with a knife. I don't have anyone else that says they saw a knife, so How big of a knife are we I can I can question her more on it. Okay. She's being evaluated right now. THC vape. Okay, perfect. I'll seize that too. THC vape. Oh, you found it. That's probably it. It looks like a black closed pocket knife. >> Black closed pocket knife, okay. Two independent witnesses said there was a knife involved. Oh, perfect. The one I just talked to said she could hear the other driver saying she's got a knife, she's got a knife. Both of them said they they saw it. Second witness says she was going to try and hit the car again, but then her car Upon further investigation, the officers found out that the other driver actually threw a water bottle at the woman's car. She was then charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and reckless driving. As for the woman, in her statement to the police, she also stated that her intention when she followed the other vehicle was to quote slap the [ __ ] out of her.
