She refused to exit her house to speak to the responding officers, so they left a citation on her doorstep for a second count of disorderly conduct. On August 20th, she was arrested again for disorderly conduct and again on the 26th for violating a stalking no contact order. Do you think I'm ready to speak to you? >> He said, "Move your truck or I'm GOING TO TELL IT RIGHT NOW." >> WHY ARE YOU SO ANGRY? >> Because you guys are doing police corruption and I can prove it. The story falls on April 25th, 2026, Ohio. Cops get to this neighborhood where a man reported to be screaming in front of the yard while running an unpermitted garage sale. In the weeks prior, he had a few minor interactions with police, and he believed that he was being targeted by the police chief and tried to organize a town meeting at the station to oust him. Here's his recording at 3:30 a.m. that day. >> Are you the same dispatcher I was speaking to about 3 seconds ago? The reason Chief Swanson is not allowed to go to the meeting that's being held at the police station is because I said so cuz I'm the one calling the meeting. Have a awesome rest of your day. What's your badge number? >> Days later, he continued the arguments with the responding officers who arrived to ask him to leave his neighbor's property. >> Why do you think you get to tell our chief you can't be somewhere? >> Because I'm the one that's calling the meeting and it's about the chief and he's >> I think you're taking the wrong approach to that. >> How would you recommend I do it? The meeting is about Chief Swanson. So for him to be there, it would be a conflict of interest. >> I don't like WHEN PEOPLE LIE ABOUT ME, SIR. >> Dear God, if that wasn't enough, he stopped an officer from a different town to complain about the chief. >> I'm a corporate jet pilot, world traveler. I've lived for a little over 40 years, but my dad owned the house before that. Is it legal or permissible or how can I say this? advisable for police officers to lie about a resident to retaliate against them? >> Are you recording me, sir? >> Are you recording me? >> No, I I this is consensual conversation. I'm not really sure what we're talking about. >> So, I'm free to go. I'm not under arrest. >> You came up to me. >> So, the day before the incident, he saw that one of his garage sale customers was a former cop, leading to this following footage. >> What do you do for a living? >> I'm retired, thank uh law enforcement. Excuse me, sir. The garage sale is technically over. I'm giving stuff away for free. I mean, you can you can look. What do you do for a living, sir? >> Retired >> from what? >> Mental health therapist. >> Oh, okay. Did you go to college? >> Oh, many years. All right. I I think I'm done. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Have an awesome rest of your day. Bye-bye. Where are you parked, sir? >> Uh, way over there. >> Way over where? >> Over there. >> Oh, okay. You're not authorized to park there unless you're a customer of theirs. Are you? Excuse me, sir. >> Please stop following. >> Oh, I'm not following you. I'm going for a little walk. I'm letting you know that uh I had an authorized garage sale. I paid the $2. I paid at the police station and you cannot park there. >> All right, we're done. >> You can Oh, no. I'm not done. You're done. I'm not done. >> We're done. >> I'm not done. I'm going to go for a little walk. Hey, you're going to get a ticket for jaywalking. Sir, I just got a ticket for jaywalking. I'm going to have to turn you in. I know it sounds insane, but sir, I'm going to HAVE TO REPORT YOU. >> I JUST GOT A TICKET FOR JAYWALKING. >> YES, I do want you. I'm going for a walk. >> I'm going for a walk. Am I allowed to go for a walk? >> And to no one's surprise, when the cops responded, the man was cited for running a garage sale without a permit. Beautiful karma if you ask us. >> The garage sale is closed and the officer that refused to identify himself said, "And we're cighting you cuz you have multiple signs." Well, I can't move the truck because the police officer who didn't identify himself would not let me put the oil in it. He said, "If you don't move it, I'm going to tow it." So, give me a call, mayor. I've already told you when you called me. When I go to mayor's court and you're the mayor, I'd like to see the video. Mayor, where's the evidence? >> Later on, the cops get to his residence to tell him to just stay away from the neighbor he'd argued with. And of course, that agitated the heck out of him. How can I help you, officer? >> You can't go back to Okay. She thinks it's hers. >> Okay. So, what what happened? She hit that mailbox. >> She hit that mailbox. >> She was parked here. Almost hit her car. >> Um, luckily she's laughing at us and we're in the driveway. >> She's like still peeling back and forth. >> Is it a Kia Soul? Little brown one. I don't even know it works. Still works. >> But she's still out right now. Who? God knows where. Okay. >> Probably. >> But that M box is hers, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. They just put it back up pretty hard. >> It was like that whole pole is not the telephone pole. So little mailbox pulled us down. They just put it back up. >> Yeah. >> And we're trying to get number cuz I don't think she has any of that car or like apparently she doesn't have her license either. >> Now uh try to remember what her name but it's the one that shows up on the roof. >> Yes. >> So she was driving. >> Yes, she was driving >> and she has >> We're very familiar with her face. Anyway, I won't keep her time. I'm glad you guys are safe. >> Once that's gone, this will be the most quiet. >> I love how all the rest of the neighbors are all kind of chill with each other. You know, being united against a common enemy is a thing, right? Either way, as the cops talking with the neighbors, he sees this woman drive by and immediately goes after her. >> And like I said with the fire, we thought that was them. >> Yeah. Well, the mortar that that's freaking crazy. >> There she is. There she is. >> Driving without 613. Got eyes on the patient. He's 8b. >> Looking like a lot of traffic and within a school zone. So, it definitely hit this pole and then this. >> Okay. But this did somebody come and >> containment like the guy that put the post back in. >> Oh wow. Okay. >> While investigating the damage, the cop heard a tire screeching and saw the suspect once again speed through the neighborhood as if she's taunting him, >> guys. Yeah. Watch out. >> Was that a dog or screeching? Yeah. >> Probably. Here we go. I'm sorry. Yep. man. As the cop was preparing for pursuit, she makes another turn just before reaching his location. They're fighting trying to decide, should I stop? >> Should I stop or should I not? Yeah. >> Um, but I see them show up from time to time for 10 minutes at a time here and there like they're picking something up and the last few nights people are pulling in and coming out all days running out. >> Oh, yeah. Absolutely. This house. Yeah. >> Thank you so much, sir. I appreciate it. >> Ladies, you too as well. Okay, sir. >> Hi. >> Hi. We're all trying to get out because they just got sold. >> Okay. >> And we're in the process of it. And every time she comes around, it just backslides everybody >> because we have to make sure she's not lighting the roof on fire. She's not being crazy. >> So she has nothing here that says that she lives here. Okay. >> If by chance she comes back today, tonight, whatever, call 911 quietly. Said, "Hey, Michelle, you're here. She has a warrant, all that stuff." Okay. About 10 minutes later, she returned to the driveway and the officer immediately took action. >> Open the door. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car. GET OUT OF THE CAR. She's still unresponsive inside the vehicle. GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. Cuz I'm telling you, GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW. >> I'm out. >> Out of the car now. 41. She's trying to back her car out >> and trying to pass me. Larry's right next to her. >> All right, she's fleeing. She's going eastbound on 41st Street. Sorry, don't pursue. Just let her go. >> With the risk of a high-speed chase, the pursuit is terminated, guys. About 7 hours later, she's found in her vehicle on the same driveway. Michelle, >> I need you to open the door. Unlock it. >> Unlock the door now. >> As the cops get ready to just bust these windows, she opens the door. But that's it. She refused to be arrested. >> Open the door. Open the door. Do it now. >> Open the door. Michelle, >> last chance. >> Hurry up. Please don't break the window. I need you to step out. The charge of threatening a public servant was dropped, and he pled no contest to the remaining charges. The city is found guilty and sentenced to 9 months in jail with credit for 108 days served, followed by 36 months of probation, and his driver's license was suspended for 6 months. Resisting [ __ ] You can spray. >> Sit down right now. >> Welcome to May 16th, 2026. Florida. Cops respond to this residence regarding an urgent 911 call about a woman who repeatedly punched her own roommate. Dear God, what is going on? like a little purse. It was nothing like too serious. It was nothing too serious. >> You just called. >> She called. >> Okay, stay right here. >> I am. >> Uh despite what she claimed, a witness who saw the entire incident unfold on a video call said otherwise. >> I'm on the phone with her and she's in the background just yelling and screaming and oh, I'll you up and hold this and all this. You know, she's just yelling and screaming all through all on in the background or whatever. She's like, well, just get out. If you want to get out, get out. You know, I allowed you to stay here. you supposed to be my friend and you're doing all this extra stuff like just get out if you want to get out. So she goes in this room and starts snatching stuff and you don't know I'm on the phone. I was on the phone. So we end up video calling and as I'm we're video calling >> I see her start swinging on her. >> Okay. >> I don't know if she had anything in her hand but she did start swinging on her. >> Okay. And on the video and the video you saw her you saw her hit her? >> Yes. I saw her start hitting her and then she's in there yelling. >> Ma'am, stay over there for me, please. >> She's in there yelling. >> I'm conducting my investigation. >> If I can go inside, it's my residence. Why can't I go? I'm not listening to her. We're >> conducting our stand by the car over there. Go inside the car. >> The point is that I was on the phone and seeing the whole thing like like open fist, closed fist, >> closed fist. >> It looked like in her face and you can see all the bruise on blood on her face. She like I'm sick of this. So I'm going to call the police cuz this is ridiculous. >> After speaking to the witness, the officer returned to the woman to give her a chance to explain her side of the story. >> Let me do what happened again. >> Okay. So my room is where she stays at. So it's a suitcase and a red suitcase. I took the suitcase out my room cuz I can't believe >> the suitcase that's in the next room is on the ground. >> Okay. >> I put I was starting to put my stuff and she start snatching the stuff out suitcase. So like, "Bitch, you're not going to take this, you're not going to take that." So I pull the suitcase in my room. >> Okay. >> I'm standing in the middle of the door. I'm saying like, "You're not I'm standing right here. I'm saying you're not going to push me out the door. Don't touch me." >> Mhm. >> So I'm at that door right there. I'm walking back and she pushed me and closed the door. So that's what I did. Got them big ass jugs of water. I call the police. >> I'm leaving. >> Okay. So I did the same thing with her when I was asking the question. Be more specific. Okay. >> I'm going to read this to you. Doesn't mean you're under arrest right now. I did the same exact thing with her. I'm doing the same thing with you. Okay. >> Mhm. >> You have the right to remain silent. Silent. Anything you say can't be used against you in the court of law. >> You have the right to attorney. I'm >> This is serious, man. >> I I'm I'm serious. This is serious. >> After Mirandising her, the officer continued with the questioning. >> Can I run you through what happened? >> Okay. I'm going to ask questions. I want you to clarify. >> Okay. >> So, you were in your room or her room? I was in my room. I walked out and she was in the like I don't know if she was outside or something but she was not in her room but that was my room originally. >> So my suitcase was in there and I was going to leave. I told him I'm going come pick me up. >> Okay. >> So I got my suitcase and I started like I seen just like stuff in there but I wasn't really paying attention. I'm putting stuff in the suitcase. Put suitcase start throwing stuff out the suitcase and I grab the suitcase. All I hear is and then we just start tumbling. >> Okay. What do you mean by mwah? >> Mwah. Did you hit you on the right side of your face? >> No, it was like in my chin. Like my braces they like my gums are swollen. >> Okay. >> My guns are not on my braces. They're not supposed to be up here like this. They're supposed to be diagonal. And I told him I'm not type of start no [ __ ] but I'm going to finish it because guess what? I'm going to leave this [ __ ] I told her that. >> Where did she Where did she mush you? >> While we was in her room, out the door. Right here. >> Right here. She mushed me like my mouth or this. But we was already tumbling inside the house. >> Mhm. It was two different altercations. We was tumbling inside the house and when she pushed me, she just locked the door. But I wasn't going to go through the back door and just go around. I just told him to come take me and go to some wires. >> Okay, >> simple. So when I went in her room, I have stuff in the dressing door. So I start putting my stuff in there. So as I was dragging it out the room, she started pulling it back and she start throwing my [ __ ] out the [ __ ] like a whole bunch of [ __ ] out of it. So as we was throwing it, she's like, "Bitch, don't touch me." And she put the phone up with on the phone. She was like, "Bitch, what? What?" Like she kept doing that. So I to I tried to drag my [ __ ] and she mushed me like as I >> What happened after you mushed her? >> We went to Tumb. >> Okay. >> We went We It was It was fair game. It was It was done. >> How How'd you get that mark mark on her head? >> She put it on herself just like her grandmother her child that she abused put on herself and the grandma put on herself that just went to jail. She put on herself. >> So that that fresh mark on her eye that that's not >> she knocked herself the out because he can tell like he can't even tell you. But >> yeah, he wasn't here. >> He He can't even I'm not even going to have him in this [ __ ] cuz he can't even verify what happened inside house. >> Okay, but she was on on the phone in this house. >> She was on the phone. >> Okay, >> look this what she did. And then as I was pulling my stuff out, as you can see in my room, my [ __ ] is not even in the doorway. is literally with my suitcase open in my doorway and she before I even got to my doorway she mushed the out of me and tumbed it on the ground and that's when I pulled the rest of my suitcase in the room and I called him to come get me. >> Well, since she basically admitted to the fight and based on some witness statements, the cops began to put her in handcuffs. >> Put your hands behind you back, please. >> Here. Make it like you're praying. Put your hand. I'm going to I'm going to readjust it cuz you've been Fix it like I'm pran. >> I'm going to readjust your feet. >> Oh, [ __ ] You got the worst [ __ ] coming. I ain't going to lie. >> It's good.
