I don't want to go to jail. >> On August 26th, 2025 in Florida, officers received a distressed 911 call from a grandmother who reported that her granddaughter had just physically assaulted her. Here's the content of the call. >> She was throwing dresser drawers into the hallway and breaking vases. >> Okay. Not sure where they are right now. Mm- I'm in my bedroom. I have two locks on my door. I've been through this many times before. >> I hear her. She's still here. >> After the call, the officers quickly responded to the residence. Also, it's worth noting that earlier that same morning, officers had already been to the home to intervene in an argument between the granddaughter and her boyfriend. >> I'm leaving peacefully. >> You're not leaving yet. Go over there. >> We're moving. >> Go over there. >> We're moving. >> Go over there. I'm not going to tell you again. >> I have all of my stuff. >> That's fine. Set it down. >> I'm leaving. You're not going to do what you want. You're going to do what I want. >> No, we do. We are. We're going to >> Sit down. >> And you're not going to play by your rules. You're playing by my rules. But may I ask why you threw me like that? >> Cuz you charged me and I told you to get back. >> We're leaving. >> I'm here now. You're not going anywhere. >> You like Luke's not >> No, you just sit there and listen. What's your first name? >> Luke. >> I was pulling my drawers out. Out out so I can get all my stuff in my drawers. It wasn't hostile whatsoever. My nana my nana is just like >> Hold on a minute. Ma'am. Ma'am, listen. Listen. Take a couple deep breaths for me. Okay. Do you live here with your nana? >> Do like >> on my on my mail on my mail address? >> Yes. >> As this was happening, a supervisor arrived on the scene and the responding officer began to explain the situation to him. >> I get here, they're outside and obviously they're trying to move out. I'm walking her over there to sit down so I can keep them separated. I told him >> I'm I'm talking right now. You're not talking. >> I'm sorry. >> He doesn't want to sit down and then he wants to get in the car. I told him no. He goes to get in the car anyway and he wouldn't listen. So, I pull him out. I put him in cuffs and she charges me and I literally just stiff arm him and knock her down. >> Okay. >> You know what? I I've been dealing with y'all since I was 13. I'm not even going to ask to loosen these damn cuffs. >> Listen to me. >> My nana asked me to take out the I have text if if if [laughter] I could get my phone. I don't want to go to jail. Look at me. I am white, 115 lbs, blonde hair. I don't want to go to jail. So, I called 911 to ask what were the ramifications. >> Sorry, these hurt so bad. I hit my head that >> Do you need EMS? >> Um, >> if you want EMS, I'll call EMS to check you out. >> I was just trying to leave. >> No, you weren't. You charged me. You see anything that happened between her and her grandmother? >> Uh, okay. She was grabbing she was grabbing her like childhood pictures and then she accidentally knocked over like a vase or something. >> She was on the phone with the bank >> and she she she's very bipolar. >> Okay. >> And she has an issue where she sits behind closed door clos. >> Since their stories weren't lining up, one of the officers went into the house to interview the grandmother. In the meantime, the rest of the officers will have to deal with the girls whining. >> I think that my nana just thought that maybe I was taking things with an attitude. >> Okay. She called the cops >> and she was holding wine glasses and and this this will make sense. I'm a server. >> Okay. >> And I DIDN'T WANT HER TO BREAK her great grandmother's wine glasses cuz I was just trying to help. >> Okay. So, did did anybody hit anybody here? >> No. >> Okay. No one slapped anybody, threw things at anybody, threatened anybody. >> No, the only person who really got hit was me by an officer. >> As far as you, him, and your nana. No one, no one in that three of you hit anybody. >> I just want to get my cat and go. >> Okay. So, he got here and you came running out of the house cuz some he slammed my boyfriend against the car and I ran to my boyfriend. But I didn't know THAT I COULDN'T GO AFTER HIM. >> How do you know that you're he's not you're not going to shoot him in the back or something? What do you think he thinks? We don't know this. >> Oh my god. >> You should You'd be surprised at what what people do sometimes. Okay. >> Okay. Get out. >> Oh. Oh, my bad. My bad. That was that was the officer I was talking about that >> we told you multiple times. Just sit back. Okay, Skye, listen to me. I got something to read to you. Okay. >> After getting the grandmother's statement, officers began to read the girl her rights before questioning her. Having those rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, what happened here with your grandma today? >> I heard my nana on the phone with the bank. Now, here's the thing, guys. My like my nana's door is very very thick. >> Okay. So, what what transpired in the kitchen earlier with when your grandma was washing dishes? Dishes. >> I'm a I'm a buser and a server and a bartender. >> Okay. So, you're trying to help her with the dishes and then what happened? >> I tried to shimmy >> in between her >> and the open dish. >> No, >> I shimmy through this way and I think I I I hit her a certain like like my shoulder or something, >> but she never fell. >> Why would she tell me she fell? Why would she tell me you pushed her? I didn't I don't know, but I can I I literally I swear to God if there are cameras up I can I was just trying to help her clean dishes. >> Okay. Well, right now you're going to be going to jail for domestic battery on a person over the age of 65, which is a felony. >> Okay. So, go ahead and stand up north. >> Baby, what's that? >> They're arresting me. Felony charged. >> With the girl being moved to the squad car, the officers then released her boyfriend. What? Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Stay down. >> Why are you being so rough with me? >> I'm not being rough with you. I'm just putting you where you need to be. >> Get in the seat. Oh, I'm sorry. Stay right there. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> That's a depressing. >> I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm not >> How many times have I to tell you? Sit right there. >> Where is she? Where is she? >> She's fine. She's fine. >> So, you can call your mama to come get you cuz you're not okay to drive. So, whatever you guys were doing, drinking, smoking, pills, I don't know what it is, but you're under the influence of something, call your mom and have your mom come get you. You >> No, no, but where is she at? Where is she? >> She's going to jail. >> For how long? For how long? >> She has to see a judge. It's domestic related. >> No, no, no, no. But like tomorrow morning, she'll talk to her judge. >> Okay. EMS is here to check the back of your head to make sure you didn't hit the back of the head. >> She doesn't want to snipe her head. Make sure >> she said she wants you to just check the back of her head. What's hurting you right now? >> Headed. Head back. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Does it hurt at all back there? >> Baby. Baby. Baby. Wait. Wait. Can Can I Can I >> stay over there? >> I love you so much. I'll wait for you. >> POST MY BAIL. >> There's no bail. What? >> There's no bail. We'll see a judge in the morning. >> Baby, I love you. I love you. You want to come in handcuffs again? >> No. No. No. No. I'm not. >> Just start listening. >> Baby, it's okay, babe. >> Let's go. Step back in. >> Ouch. >> Ow. >> That's all you. I'm just holding your hands. >> Where is she going? >> She's coming here. >> He's coming to pick you up. Your parents. >> No. No. No. >> No. No. I just want her. >> So, I grabbed him to detain him and she charges me from the front. >> I just like stiff armed clotheslined her all at once. >> Sounds like she was out of control when you got here. >> All right. This female deputy is going to search you. Step out. Spread your feet. >> Wider. You're going to be okay. >> No, dude. Nah, dude. >> You're going to be all right. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> While one of the officers transported the girl to the hospital, the others waited for the boyfriend's parents to come get him. >> Just take a seat on the ground. I'm not going to say it again. Take a seat. >> All right. Well, mother, I'm not >> You want to go to jail? >> I'm sorry. Hi. I'm his father. Unfortunate. >> Long story short is they've been arguing I guess this morning. We've been out here day throughout the day. >> Swear to [ __ ] I'mma marry that and there ain't nothing you can do about it. >> You can homeboy. >> They've also been taking money from grandma. >> He's been part of it. >> They took $400. Well, Skye pushed grandma today in the kitchen and knocked her over. So Skye got arrested for felony battery. >> Your grandma had to be checked out by EMS. That's what she's stating. That's what she's alleging. Your boyfriend said he didn't see it, so you're going to jail. >> We didn't arrest him because we didn't have a reason to at the time. >> I believe he was taken to the ground, though, because he wouldn't listen to officers earlier. >> Show some respect to your mother. >> I do. >> So, you can haul him away. >> What? >> You can haul him away, officer. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> If I get another call today, I'm telling you right now, you're going to jail. >> So, don't have me come back out. >> Can I get my back? Get off the property before you're arrested for trespassing. >> Wait, could I get my red belt? You're good to go. >> Stop. >> Oh my god. >> You're about 2.2 seconds away from going in the back of my car and joining your girlfriend in jail. >> Walk over to those doors. >> The girl was initially charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Although she originally entered a not-uilty plea, the prosecutor reduced the charge to a first-degree misdemeanor of battery. She changed her plea to no contest to the new charge and the judge withheld the adjudication. She was sentenced to credit for time served in county jail along with 12 months of probation. She's ordered to have no contact with her grandmother, submit a DNA sample, and pay $795 in court costs and fees. Moving on to the next case where a woman speeduns committing 17 crimes in just 45 minutes. Do >> you see me standing here? >> It began when she attempted to carjack a parked vehicle at a car wash using a taser. When another man tried to intervene, the suspect threatened him, stole his car instead, ran through the barrier arm, and sped out of the parking lot. She then stopped at a nearby Family Dollar store where she stole clothes while threatening the store employee. And then minutes later, she entered a puff and stuff shop and tased an employee after the staff refused to hand over any money from the cash register. >> Give me the money. Give me your Give me the money in your drawer. >> No. Give me money in your door now. No. >> Get the Get the out of here. CALL 911 NOW. BACK THE UP. Back the up. Call 911. >> After the 911 calls, the officers realized they were dealing with a highly dangerous and unpredictable suspect. And with how unpredictable the situation is, the officer knows they have to act fast. >> Taking off southbound was going to go ahead and have a pursuit here. >> Hold the air. Okay. Uh, I got a northbound Watts through Fifth. Whoever gets behind me, take over. >> All right, you guys are getting into the school area. Let's call that off. >> Got him up there. Mark, >> get out of the way. Come on. >> 61. I'm at second one. >> Taking off southbound. I'm going to go ahead and have a pursuit here. According to reports, the woman reached speeds of nearly 97 m an hour during the pursuit, swerving through oncoming traffic and nearly colliding with multiple vehicles. And after an hour, the pursuit finally came to an end. >> Let me see your hands. Hands. Let me see your hands. Get out OF THE HANDS OFF. GET YOUR HANDS OFF. KEEP THEM UP. Let me see your hands. HANDS OFF. Hands up. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out the hands off. Get your hands off. >> I'm with you. I'm with you. I'm with you. >> Who else is in the car with you? >> I see no one. I see no one. Keep your hands up. If you reach towards your waistband, you will be shot. You understand? >> You guys keep gunpoint. STAY RIGHT THERE. Stay right there. >> Keep your hands up. >> Don't move. >> Don't move. DON'T MOVE. DON'T MOVE. >> DON'T MOVE. >> YEAH, I know. >> Turn it off. >> I'm working on it. Hold her. >> I got her hand. I got her hand. I got her hand. >> Taser. Taser. >> Taser. Taser. Do you see me standing here? Stop the car. Stop the car. Working on it. Working on it. >> In park. It's in park. Hey. >> Ah. The irony of her running around trying to tase people only to get tased by the cops. Kind of beautiful if you ask us. What are you doing? >> Are you kidding me? >> Let's get her up. >> Let's check. Check out real quick. >> I got breathe. I got breathe. >> Roll over your way. You want me? >> I got to breathe. I got to breathe. I got >> I know you're on your side. Relax. >> Just breathe. >> Do you have any other weapons on you? >> No, I know. >> Just breathe. >> All right, roll her the wrong way. Such a risk cuz she's diving. >> I got her. Got her. >> Roll over. Roll over. >> Nothing. >> All right. Send her up and move her. >> Sit up. >> We'll go get you. Don't worry. >> Are you okay? Okay, don't worry. >> Have a seat. But first, have a seat. >> After she was detained, officers noted that something about her behavior was really wrong. >> What's your first name? >> Linda. >> Sorry. >> Linda. >> How do you spell it? And yeah, we >> were over here and I saw this uh the red car is coming and it's kind of stopped because then we can realize it's dead. >> Okay, we got the paramedics coming out. Okay, Linda, do you use any other names? >> Okay, cuz we're not going to just like add another charge, right, with lying about your name? Yes or no? >> Okay, watch your head. I'm going to close this door. The first car, the policeman hit him a long time and guess guy made made the right turn towards the fence. >> Okay. >> And then the second car this way hit him with the front really fast. >> Okay. >> Wakey wakey eggs and bakey. >> Linda, can you put your head up? Look at me. Linda. Linda. >> Tell me what happened. >> I was pulling up to get my car wash and I looked up to the left and I saw those two ladies struggling. >> Uh-huh. >> Come here. Wake up. Linda, >> wake up. >> I know it burns, so let go. Look up at me. >> And one lady was like, "Get out of my car." And she was like trying to hit her. So I jumped out. I'm like, "Are you okay?" She's like, "No, she's trying to get my car." And I'm like, "What?" So I ripped open the door. And the other lady um had maze. She was trying to spray the lady in the car trying to steal her car. >> Look up at me. Let me look at me, Linda. >> There you go. Look this way, please. >> Come on. I need you to step out. Here, Linda, swing your leg out. Yep. Come on. Bring the other one out. Come on. >> Step up, please. Step up. Thank you. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stay right there. >> Okay. >> So, she started chasing me and I was running around my car. My door was open. So, she jumped in my car and I went to pull the door back open. She tried to tase me and miss. >> Then she hauled out, stood here, took off, knocked the knocked the gate off. Now, when you say it's definitely a taser, what does that mean? >> It was it you could hear the sound. It's like a handheld taser. >> So, she was deploying it. >> Yes, she was. >> Okay. >> Vanessa, can you see her? >> Is that Do you identify? She keeps trying to tase me. So, I jump back. She slammed the door again. I try to open the back and I have my keys. So, she's not going to be if she turns the car off, she's not going to be able to go anywhere else. >> She was holding it down. She was actually trying to hit him. >> So, she was holding down. So, how long do you think you heard that taser sound going? In the end, her crime spree resulted in nearly $40,000 in total losses, including the $38,000 stolen Subaru and more than $1,000 in damage to the barrier arm, along with significant damage to multiple police vehicles. Ultimately, she was charged with three counts of robbery, aggravated motor vehicle theft, three counts of menacing with a real or simulated weapon, assault-causing injury, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, hit and run, and fugitive of other jurisdictions for her two other related active warrants. Let's move on to the next case where a delusional woman thinks the police are trafficking her to a strip club. I WANT YOUR PASSPORT. HE'S TRYING TO TRAFFIC ME, sell me to A STRIP CLUB. WHY DON'T YOU PULL OUT THE BIBLE THAT'S IN THERE? >> JUST STOP. >> Just stop. >> On February 8th, 2026, officers conducted a traffic stop on a bicycle riding in the middle of the roadway. Yep, it's as ridiculous as it sounds. Here's what happened next. >> Pull over. >> Alpha. >> Show me trying to go out one on a bike. >> Pull over. 94. You're going to turn this into an international incident. >> This one really needs a straight jacket. She knocks the crazy right out of the park. Well, no matter because she's about to go in handcuffs. >> GET OFF OF YOUR GET OFF OF YOUR NOW YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. >> You're crawling there. The woman was charged with four counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief, and resisting with violence. She was credited for the 65 days she spent in jail, and was given 12 months of probation. Moving on to the next case where an entitled brat attacked the police for taking her phone. >> Okay, go ahead. Hand me the phone. >> I have to know if my phone is Go ahead. The fire is going to be under investigation. >> Don't ever tell me not to interrupt you and I'm going to come. >> So the phone's going to be seized. So in a second I want to take it. >> I'm asking you. I'm a reason. I'm not being rebuttal. Several officers. You're going to jail. >> I kicked you off because you all were manhandling me. I couldn't move. I >> Yeah, we don't really kick police officers, but I was scared. Hello. You would do the same thing. >> Cuffs still have to be double locked. If they weren't double locked, then >> they weren't. Go ahead and double lock them. >> Double lock them. I can't move. And that's what you were here for the interview. You said So stop yelling. Okay. I'm going to talk to you. You said you were here for an interview, right? Our detectives come in from Bloomington. I don't know how long it takes them to get here. I get >> I wasn't mad at you. I told you that. >> I know that. You said you did no longer want to do that interview, right? >> No, cuz I'm tired. I said I won't be of much help right now. >> Correct. So that's why you went to the lobby. I was going to take you home. >> Right. >> At that point, the officer wanted your phone seized. >> You didn't say that. You said he wanted my phone conversation. You didn't give me that specific reason, ma'am. >> Cuz you were yelling at me for about 5 minutes. So I >> Because I wasn't understanding and I'm asking you the same question. This is funny to you. >> The girl was charged with two counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer. Following the incident, she filed a federal lawsuit against the police alleging excessive force. The case remains ongoing with the next hearing scheduled for August of this year. Moving on to the next case where a woman turned a simple traffic stop into a full-blown arrest. >> Just open car doors. I know my right. I WILL SUE YOUR I WANT TO SUE. >> OH MY GOD. ON APRIL 24TH, 2024 in Florida, officers conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle for running a stop sign. What happened next was not what they had expected. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Uh don't let your dog jump out on that in that traffic. Makes me nervous with that window down. Uh I'm Deputy Moore. The reason I pulled you over is because at that stop sign uh at Hamilton Bridge and Gro uh Glover, you didn't stop all the way. >> Oh yes, I did because another car was going through at the same time. And then after you pass through there, you're going a little bit little bit a little bit over the speed limit. Okay. So, that's the only reason why I'm stopping. >> All right, Mom, turn on live 360. He's trying to tell me I just got >> Do you have your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance, please? >> He's trying to tell me that I didn't stop at the Hamilton Bridge um uh stop sign, which I did. And all these things hanging all these things hanging from your uh mirror here that are not like your beads and whatnot. Those got to come down as well. >> Yeah. They said I didn't stop at a stop sign when there was two cars going through right before me. They said that um I was going too fast. So pull up light 360. I have to where it uh shows the speed limit. Yeah. >> Uh give me a couple minutes to uh check everything out. While standing near the car, the officers notice something suspicious about it. So, then they ask the woman to step out of the car. And this is when things start to go sour. >> She's got a little tiny dog, a little yapper. >> Would you mind just asking her to step out? >> Yeah. >> And then I'm going to run my dog around the car. >> Uhuh. No. Sorry. >> Hello. Um, we're going to have you step out. Um, we're going to walk back here, but you're gonna obviously need to hang on to your dog. He's got his dog. >> Why am I stepping out? >> Um, he I'm I'm telling you to step out of the vehicle. >> You could tell me to step out all you want, but why am I stepping out? >> Okay, cuz he's going to run his dog around your car. >> Why? >> Because he's allowed to. >> You can't just pull somebody over for something that he won't even find me for. >> Ma'am, listen. I'm asking you, >> okay? >> Call the attorney right now. Okay, ma'am. Let's go. Call the attorney right now. You don't just open car doors. I know my rights. Mom, you're opening up the car door. >> She's refusing to get out. So, >> you just come to me for a traffic stop and then you're going to sit here and be all over me. >> I'm not all over you. I'm asking you to get out. >> You are. You just open up my door for no reason. >> Listen very carefully. Okay. Get out of the car. The next thing you do or you're under arrest. Just relax. Mom, >> relax. >> Call the sheriff. >> Yeah. See, this is ridiculous. >> Like that. >> Are you serious? You're going to use your weight on my back? >> Nobody's going to wait on your back. >> All right, let's get her out of the road. And then >> hitting anybody. >> All right, we're going to help you up. And she's saying that they're always rude to her. So why does she keep going back there? She walked around the back of the counter and got in her face. It sounds to me like she's the aggressor and the entitled one. If she really left a little girl alone in her shop for whatever reason, there should be some action taken against her. >> I'm staying trying to leave. They stay in front of me. COME RIGHT NOW. Okay, >> just have a seat. I will be right back in. >> After talking with the woman, the officer came outside to talk to the employee and the witness. >> Did you see what happened? >> All I seen them was fighting. That's why I called the police. Okay. So, they were in there already fighting, >> right? I went for the door. The guy asked me to come in so they could break them up. So, when I went for the door, the door was locked. So, only thing I can do is call the police for you. That's it. >> Okay. >> So, you didn't see how it started or anything? >> No. No. I I just came from the light and when I walking past and I stopped, they flipping each other. So, I'm like, whoa, what the I do like that. The door was locked. So, I just immediately called the police. >> Okay. All right. That sounds good to me. >> And that's when I lost contact. >> Yeah. But the lady the lady that worked there, she grabbed the dog, the lady that worked there, uh, the lady that had the dog, which was, she was walking the dog back from them. She grabbed the thing and started. I'm like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on. You going to kill the dog?" >> Yeah. >> Oh, no. Let me call the police. >> Yeah. >> All right. Do you have uh do you have an ID by any chance? Just that I can see. >> I know what how it started and what was going on cuz they was already fighting. Soon I walked up. They was already going >> and they were both participating. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it. >> All right. >> I think I should go later. >> So, the woman while fighting the employee, she swung her dog around in an attempt to use it as a weapon. I assume. Let's see what she has to say about that. >> Okay. I came in. I went to the register. I ordered her water and then I ordered a croissant. I said, "When you make my croissant, can you make sure the bread is fresh?" She looked up. She didn't say nothing. She roll her eyes at me. I didn't say no. I said like, "When you make the croissant, like I just don't want my bread hard." She looked up, did this, you can get out. I'm not taking your order. She walked off. I'm like, like, why won't you take the order? Like, what's what's wrong with you? Why do you always do this when I come in here? Get the out. I'm not take your order. You can get out. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. I'm like, why are you like why did you do this? So, hold on. Hurry up. So, I walk around. I walk with her to the back. I'm in her face. I'm like, like, why do you do this? Like, why are you Why are you doing all this? Get out. Get out. She pushed me. When she pushed me, that's when I took her phone. Like I I didn't take it literally, but like I tried to take it and then it slipped. It hit the floor. Went in the floor. She picked it up. She behind me walking. Get the out. I'm walking. She talking. We get right there. But the whole time she behind me, she's not pushing me, but I can feel her doing this. So as she's doing that, I'm like, "Don't touch me." I turn around, smack her, walk right. I don't need to get out the door. I get right there. She yanks me down. Boom. We're fighting. He's not I'm thinking he's breaking it up. He's holding me down the whole time. >> Okay, >> we're fighting. I'm trying to hit her. She trying to hit me. Um, my stuff call again. As I'm trying to come over here, she come get me again. We're fight again. This time he holding me down. Um, I finally get her. I got a good grip on her hair. At this point, I'm like, "Okay, I'm letting you go. You let me go." I let her go. She pick up my dog. Try to choke the out of my dog. So now I'm trying to get her get my dog. She put my dog down. I pick my thing up. I'm like, she picked my phone up. She threw my phone. Tried to crack my phone. I had two phones. She threw one. I pick everything up. I'm like, I'm about to go. I go to the door. She locks the door. He go in front of her. They speak any language or whatever. And she calling people. She calls somebody like, "Yeah, you should stop and leave." Whatever. She making threats. I'm like, "I'm trying to go. I got a six-year-old in my salon right now by herself." She locks the door. He in front of the door. as I'm steady trying to get to the door and stuff. Like when me get to the door, they both just just blocking me out at this point. Now I'm steady trying to get out of stuff. I'm not hitting her at this point. I'm trying to get out the door. >> The black man right there, he trying to be right there and then I'm just >> No matter what she said, the fact that she's the one who went behind the counter first is still there. So she's the one who escalated all of this. And with that, the officers put her in handcuffs and transported her to the station. Annayia. >> Annayia. Okay. Well, the issue is that you can't be back there. >> Okay. So, you're technically the person who escalated the situation by going back there. Okay. That's the start of the fight. >> Okay. So, you're going to have to come with us. Okay. We're going to go to the police department. >> Okay. My sister 5 minutes away. She get my dog. >> Yeah. I have a muscle. >> I got you. But right now, you're going to come with us in a smart car until she gets here. >> Okay. You can uh you got the dog. You going to put it on a leash? Do you want me to hold on to the dog or something? >> Are you going to >> I love dogs and I love little dogs. So >> I got to go with >> If you feel comfortable with that, I'll be happy to help you. >> Yeah, they still have to ara >> girl. Uh go ahead and hang up the phone with him. >> It's FaceTime call, so it's like no, you won't know. Can you still hang up the phone and FaceTime though? >> Like my phone off. So this is on its own. So she not going to know what's going on. Can you hold off the phone though? Like can she stay on the phone? >> No, she she knows where it's at, right? >> No, that's the thing. They not They're not trouble. Like I just went >> Oh, well they know where are they driving to right now? >> No, that's on the phone. I have to direct her. She has the address of my salon. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's all she needs. It's right here, right? >> It's down like in the middle. >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. No, I got to hang up the phone. You just don't have to wait in the spotlight. >> Yeah. I mean, you got to leave the store. >> I can't make up. >> You said your family. >> Okay. I'm going to stay here real quick. >> In the end, she was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and her dog was put into her sister's care. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled customer refused to leave the restaurant after already being trespassed upon once before. >> You have approached the welling gudger. She is on a do not disturb. In the front. Don't >> do that. I don't In the front. In the front. >> All right. So, you've been trespassed from here before. >> Oh, have I? >> Yes. >> Cuz you did not swarm me, which is illegal. >> Okay. Well, we you you have been warned. >> You're about to purchase food, but has to be sent to me. >> No, it it does not. So, you have been you have been trespasser here. So, you're going to you're going to get a compliance ticket for Hold on. Hold on. You have approached the well in gger. She is on a do not disturb a 999. >> If you approach within 7,000 ft, you will be executed with depraved injustice. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, don't worry about it cuz I'll make the [ __ ] federal order because I've warned your police department over and over again. No, but I'll give you my [ __ ] name. Okay. L Y N W E L L Y N G U D G E R. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, we're going to get You're going to get a compliance ticket and that that's what's going to happen. That'll be it. And that's all. >> Once you hand me the ticket, it's a federal crime. >> Okay, that's fine. >> That's what she was wondering. >> You can you can pro proceed any way you want. >> She sounded like a sovereign citizen if you asked me. Or maybe she's a little cocku in the head. For me, those options are basically the same. >> All right, I'm going to need I'm going to need your name again. >> Mhm. What's your last name? >> Good. G E R >> G U D. >> G U D G E R. I might add, the moment that I walked in here, they had already called you. Yep. >> Yeah. It's because you've been previously trespassing. >> No, they had already called you cuz I walked in here 4 minutes ago. >> They called you before I walked in here cuz you planned that. Okay. What? What's >> L Y N W E L L Y N? >> L Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N N W E L L Y, >> Do you have a middle initial? >> Do you have anything with your name on it? >> A library card, a credit card, uh anything with your name on it, a state ID, anything. The officers then asked the woman for her ID as the name she gave them did not come back to a real person. >> Yes. No. >> Are you Russian? >> No. >> Question. >> Have you lived in Illinois your whole life? Like where's your last ID that you've had? >> Are you going to answer? Don't make this more difficult than it needs to be. Your question is stupid. >> Is it stupid? >> You're running my name, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You'll find that out. Yeah. >> Okay. So, did you give me a fake name? >> Excuse me? >> Did you give me a fake name? >> Did I give you a fake name? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, now you have to read Miranda, dumbass. You asked about crime. >> You don't know anything? Okay. >> Don't know anything about what? >> Who's getting first off, you're saying I can't be on,000 ft. >> Go to your car and look at it. >> Okay. All right. Why do you keep coming back if you if they keep call the police on you? Uh >> I don't know what the you're talking about, but you but they called the police before I got in. >> Because you have been trespassed from the property before I got you in the parking lot before I walked in. No, >> you can't even be in the parking lot. >> [ __ ] money. Did y'all plan this year? >> Yeah, we definitely No, you did. No, you did. But you did plan it. >> This is definitely what I wanted. >> No, you did. No, you didn't. You coming here? Huh? You called the [ __ ] police two hours before I got the [ __ ] in here. >> Yeah, >> you cuz you been following me up and down theing street. >> Yeah. >> Imagine all types of crazy cat ladies. Combine them all and the cat is missing and you have this. All jokes aside, with her refusing to move, the officers then prepared to put the woman under arrest. All right, let's just detain her for now. >> Do not detain. >> Okay. >> 25. I don't >> You need Miranda for a detention cuz I don't know what you're detaining me for. >> Well, we suspect you to have a warrant out of Cook County. >> Excuse me. >> For criminal trespass. So, we're going to detain you for now. We're going to We're going to take this off. >> Excuse me. >> Want to take this off? >> I don't have any criminal warrants. None of them do. Do not disturb. We're going to >> figure it out. >> [ __ ] face. >> In the front. Don't >> in the front. In the front. Do not grab me. This is an assault. I want to do that disturb. You will be executed. >> Stop resisting. In the front. >> No. >> In the front. >> In the front. >> Stop resisting. Stop tensing up. >> Stop tensing up. >> Stop tensing up. >> In the front. In the front. Stop trying to break down a mother. >> Stop. Break my you. >> She lost the right to be cuffed in the front when she resisted. After securing her, the officers then escorted her to the squad car. >> You also failed to rent before arrest. You're detained right now. >> You can't arrest. You can't lock me up for detention nor put me in cuffs. Stupid. >> Well, if you know so better, then you should be happy. >> I'm going to do not disturb. >> Cuz if we [ __ ] it up, that means that's good for you, right? >> Yes. [ __ ] death. Then why are you angry? You should be happy that we're [ __ ] it up. >> The person is a detention, but this man is just a police officer. Where's uh Ames? Ever? >> Just go grab her. >> Hey, Ames, could you search her? >> It's a detention. >> No. >> Well, is she in custody for Well, the whatever. >> Uh, just pat her down, I guess, for now. But >> the name she gave has a warrant. >> Yeah. >> You're saying you didn't lie to me. So >> So it's either she's getting you're >> file or anything. That's how she >> No. >> Where where do you stay? Where where would you have an ID out of? Where were you born? >> She gave me the wrong name. She >> [ __ ] yourself. I mean, >> the woman was charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled customer came in at closing hour and expected to be served. >> Why are you arresting me? >> For battery. You're clearly the aggressor. >> No, no, I'm not. >> On February 9th, 2025, officers responded to a car wash for a call of a battery after a customer demanded access after hours. Here's what happened next. Thank you so much for coming. And I I just started recording. He's lying. He's pulling with this. And I'm like, I literally pulled up here and I I was like, I literally got here. Where would you take it? I get it. You're close. But let me just get this cuz here I'm going to talk. Come on, we'll talk about >> this. Your car? >> Yeah, this is my car. >> You want to put your stuff up? We'll talk about it. >> Okay, let's talk about it because this is I hate that I didn't even stop recording it from the beginning. officer. This bro, there's a camera in here. I hope that you can grab it before they leave. >> What's your name? >> Hold on. Let me I was even on the phone and this girl, she's pulling this in. I'm like, I just need to get something to get this mat clean. >> Okay. >> And then she kept pushing me. I was like, hey, >> I'm way stronger than you. Stop pushing me. Don't touch me. And she's like, we're close. We're close. We're close. And I'm like, stop. Stop touching me because if you keep pushing me, I'm going to defend myself. >> And then she wouldn't stop. And I'm like, I'm only just grabbing these these wipes. >> Now, when she's calling the call, she's pretending and I took the wives. So, like every I told her, I want to talk to your manager because every time I come and the manager sees, he's like, "Oh, go ahead. Get it." Like, "Please, can you get the manager to come right now cuz I'm willing to wait because this is this is wrong. I want us to take the video footage before she tries to leave to delete anything." >> Oh, you want to hang out here and I'll talk with her. After talking to the customer, who talked a lot but explained nothing, the officer then came to the employee to take her statement about the situation. >> Want to go out? It's too loud in here. >> So, you guys are close. >> And you told her, "Hey, we're close." And she walked through >> and tried. >> Can you show me where that was? >> So, she walked in here. They said we're closed. And she started taking stuff out of her. Okay. You got a manager here. So they're closing. She's like, "We're closed." She's like, "Oh, well, I just need some stuff." So she walks in. So grab there. She's like, "All right, let me do it all the time." And then uh she's try they're trying to like get each other space, I guess. >> Yeah. >> And she admitted she's pushed her like to get her out. So um I'm just going to watch the video, see if they >> Who's this? I always get confused on the 64. >> I'll I'll I'll take it. >> Where's the actual borderline? >> I don't know. >> I know they moved it, but I'll take it. So, so the customer came in the closing hour to demand a car wash, and when she didn't get it, she began to cause problems. Sounds like entitlement is at play here. Let's see what she has to say about that. >> There was another call somebody else because if you don't want to deal with me, I can >> Will you get her information and just see like about the video and all that? Yeah. >> Yeah. Get the video. Please get the video. >> I'm just trying to trying to get your name, man. >> I just I come here all the time. I'm a member. >> Yeah. >> And this is the first time she's acting this way towards >> Did you Did you call? Right. >> Call who? >> Did you call the police? >> Did you call? And she was lying. She was literally lying that I was assaulting her, like trying to use key words to get me a black person in trouble. Cuz all I did was before those two things were right there. And I'm like, "You know what? I hear that it's closed." And she's like, "It's well. It's 6:00. It's closed." I was like, "You know what? Get me somebody else. Call your manager. He knows who I am. Literally, I pulled up here and she took the step in. She's like, "Well, listen." I'm like, "You could have just taken the things out of here. You see this trunk here?" >> Yeah. >> You could have done that first, you know, knowing that there's a customer here and like it's almost closing period. >> I get it. >> Right. So, all you did was go in there and take the Let me show you. Let me show you what I did. >> Hey, >> and she started to like She's like, "You going to touch me?" I was like, "Don't also touch me. I'm just trying to grab these >> because I'm trying to clean my mask." Yeah. >> And then she just keeps like pushing me into my head. >> Is this your correct address on >> I really appreciate you being very like understanding and listening because I don't want that video to be tamped with. I'm like, >> "Hey, I'm sorry. >> No, everything. We're all Yeah, we're all >> Don't do that because like this is not that deep. I think that's being blown out of her hair like in minutes. >> Yeah. Seriously, you can keep cleaning. Just hang out for a minute, please. >> I don't think this lady understands what closed means. She gets that they are closed, but she is special. This is truly entitlement at its best. >> What's the manager's name? >> I don't know his name, but he's this tall guy. He knows who I am. I was living here like a few days ago. He saw me and then we've been joking about the bucket cuz last time I was here, >> but he gave you permission to go in here. >> So he like when I come and then he's like, "Oh yeah, I know sometimes the pipes are cold." And he's like, "Oh, the pipes are cold, but I can give you the bucket." So I was like, "Oh, the last time I was here, he didn't give me a bucket. So just, you know, give me the bucket. me do the liquid thing >> so it can it can help it out. So cuz the snow thing was on my mat. >> Okay. >> And then the the manager was even joking with me the last time I was like, "Oh yeah, when you saw me packed it in like I would never do that. We're even going like on a banter." >> So literally I was like, "I just need this >> to be able to clean off the snow on my mat. That's all I need." >> I actually went through the wash twice today. >> Okay. >> I didn't even know they closed at 6:00. They normally close at 7:00. >> Okay. >> So I even went in twice. I was surprised to see that guy had just come through and the bucket was here and everything was here. >> So I was surprised. I don't know his name. I knew him by there was another guy who was here >> who led me through the wash twice just now. So I don't know where the guy went cuz I'm like where is that guy? All I need is these wives. It's like >> Yeah, you keep you can keep cleaning. Okay, >> lady. Just because the owner was polite to you once or twice, it doesn't mean he or she knows you and you're now entitled to special favors. With the officers watching the security footage just as she wanted, they then proceeded to put the woman under arrest. >> All right. I'mma uh You got all your stuff in the car? >> Yeah, I have everything. >> All right. Um you want to grab your keys and your phone for me, please? We're going to go. We got to go downtown. >> Yeah, I can follow you. >> No, no. Like you're going to be arrested. I'm trying to do the right thing. You arresting me? >> Yeah, I watched the video. >> Why are you arresting me? >> For battery. You're clearly the aggressor. >> No, no, I'm not. >> Clearly. >> Really? >> So, I'm trying to do you a solid. >> Okay. Can I park over? >> Grab your stuff. Well, we we'll move up later, but >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, I'll just have to sit in your car. Can I call somebody? >> Uh, we'll do all that at the PD. I'm going just leave the paperwork in there. Is that an iPad? >> Yeah. I don't want someone to steal. >> We'll leave that up here. I'll put that in my squad. Just put all that up here. Oh, you know what? Let me put in the trunk. >> Yeah. You want to do that? That's fine. >> I just throw your keys in your purse. We We won't sugarcoat it. We're going to have to handcuff you here in a second. You're going to have to ride in the squad with >> hand St. Charles Police Station. >> Yep. >> St. Charles Police Station. >> Grab this. >> I'll put those up there. >> All right. All right. Turn around. Put your hands behind the back for me. [snorts] Can I just go to the car? I didn't have >> You can't. Sorry. It's It's policy. You can't just lift your ride back there. Don't go. Sorry. >> Oh, RS. >> Okay. >> I really am aggressive here. >> Oh, yeah. >> Was that video like audio over there? >> Yeah. >> We got to go the other side. >> How do I be aggressive here? >> Well, I can't talk about it right now, but uh we we can in a little bit here. All right. Hold on. I phone out. You know what? I'll just go ahead and press. >> Oh, if you need my ID, I need to get it from my car. >> No, we don't need it. >> Okay. >> Makes it easier. >> All right. >> You want me? >> I guess I can park your car and then if you want, I can get the video from here. If you want, >> you can get it >> probably. I'll at least try. >> Yeah, >> if you want to. I asked the GM. He's like, "Uh, maybe tomorrow if you want to do it now." >> If they're trying to shut down shop here, I'll leave if they're giving me a few minutes out. >> You want to put the test before I go? >> No, the person. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> The woman was charged with battery and trepass from the property. >> Thank you for watching.
