You're not getting out? No. Ma'am, you're out of the car. No. Get out. It's wild how some people act like the word no is a personal attack, and the law is about to introduce it properly. No, you have no right. You're trespassing in this vehicle. I don't have to call I know my rights. >> This is not Virginia. This is Florida. You will be arrested. I have no right. Megan, stop. Megan, just stop. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's ridiculousness in cops versus dumbest Karens who were never told no as a child. Starting with this woman who can't seem to control her anger issue. You're going to jail. For what? >> Get out of the car. For what? What's absolutely ridiculous is you threatening to punch one of my deputies in the face. Oh, you're getting arrested because you threatened me. On May 27th, 2025, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving recklessly. Here's what happened next. She was? No. Hi. Hi. Do you have a bad experience with Pinellas County Sheriff's Office? >> a lot of experience. >> You're going to have another one if you don't calm down. >> No, I can't calm down. I'm so beyond fed up right now. Like this is actually ridiculous. It sounds like you're just getting a ticket. That's a fine. And then you can go about your way. She can surely write me a ticket since you wanted to follow me. That's completely fine. >> Take it to court. Take it to court. >> That's absolutely absurd. >> If you battle us Follow me. If you battle us out here >> neighborhood. >> You're going to lose. >> Because she wanted to get me a ticket. She was wanted for the bolo. Okay. And then she pulled in here, she was She did a stop bar violation, so I stopped her. You still do welfare check based on the the bolo? Cuz why is she a hothead? Because as soon as I pulled up, that's where I pulled up next to. She's yelling. And as I'm sitting here, she said she's going to punch me in the face. I I didn't even have to keep driving, but she was following me. When you were sitting in your car, she was yelling at you? She was on her on the phone with her mom. She said, "I'm going to punch her in the face." She said she's going to I'm going to go to jail today. Well, from the first glance, she surely is a hothead. She's the type to get mad at you for something that happened in a dream. What's the ticket for? For failure to stop. I stopped past the stop sign apparently at that one right there, apparently. Okay, we'll go to court. I will go to court. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Following me for what? I have no idea. I don't know why she was following you. Maybe there was something else about your car she didn't like. No idea. >> got into an accident because somebody failed to stop at a stop sign and hit me. So, my car doesn't drive perfectly right now. So, you're mad at her for enforcing something that you >> for following me for no reason. Okay, well, you can't threaten >> guys can just sit there and follow people >> You can't threaten to punch us, either. So, you guys can just sit there and follow people for no reason. Without Without a reason to do so. >> Sure. Okay. You can get out. >> For what? You're going to jail. For what? >> Get out of the car. For what? I'm going to get out of the I will get out of the vehicle. I will get out. Let me get out. Oh my god, this is absolute absolutely ridiculous. >> No, it's not. What's absolutely ridiculous is you threatening to punch one of my deputies in the face. Stop pulling my hair. Here you go. Imagine going to jail because you can't control your mouth and temper. She was then being moved to the squad car. Are you on the phone with your mom? Yep. Okay. Well, she can come and get your car if you want. Okay, cool. Or we can tow it, I mean, it doesn't matter to me. Well, you can't just leave it. All right, well, we'll tow it then. >> No, just have her come get it. All right. Five cops for one person? That is crazy. I'm walking just fine. What are your stance? >> Just tell me what to do, and I can do it. You don't need to touch me. >> You had a hard time doing that before, so. You guys gave me one direction to do, and you didn't even give me 0.2 seconds to get out of the car. So, yeah. Now, her mother's boyfriend has invited himself into the situation, and he's just as pleasant as she is. Her car so we can call your mom. She I think she's right there. The black pickup truck? >> Yeah. That's her boyfriend. Yes, please record cuz they've already manhandled the [ __ ] out of me. Um >> Yank me out of the car. >> 25 ft away. Okay. Um and then if they want to take the car, he's got to pass to give his driver's license. Four cops. All right, so you got to stay 25 ft away according to Florida. That's a new law. >> not a new law. It's a new law. Let me see that. Where is that? Look it up. That's what it says. Look it up. Now, if you want to take If you want to take her vehicle, you can take her vehicle. I want to know what is going on. I'm getting arrested for threatening them apparently. I want to know the like the whole situation. That She got stopped for traffic. Okay. Apparently in her neighborhood. She's been Well, in her neighborhood. So, you stopped people in their neighborhood? A neighborhood. >> No, a neighborhood is her neighborhood. So, don't say a neighborhood. This is her neighborhood. >> would make you feel better if I say her neighborhood? Go ahead. Don't touch me. Anybody else can deal with me but you. Let me try. She's getting excited. She didn't agree with the violation. She agreed with What's What's your name? You want to know my name? >> Yeah. Identify yourself. >> Deputy Mike Valente, 61652. Okay. And you, too? Deputy Figueroa, Charlie, 59060. Okay. And what's your name? I don't even need to identify >> You're 25 ft away. You're going to go to jail. All right, 25 ft away. I'm I'm well This is This is 25 >> to stay without This is 25 ft This is okay. This is your final warning. This is a new law. If you interfere with this investigation, you will go to jail. Do you understand? You have been warned as it is stated in the statute that is required. >> A little power trip right now going, aren't we? We're not the one recording with our kids' cell phones. Yes, you are recording. >> say They Yes, you just said I'm not the one recording. >> with my cell phone. All right, as well, okay. Is your license on you, or are you trying to take the I'm going to take the car. Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? I got to make sure that you are valid. Can you take it out for me? Even though her fate has already been sealed, she still has as much time on the back of the cop's car as your unemployed friend on a Tuesday. So, her yap session continued. Oh my god, you think you're so big and bad and above everything else. That's crazy. You think you're so cool cuz they're a police officer. Crazy. You're just nothing. Drop that. Every time I'm going to video tape. >> 4.9 in the ballot, please. Good. Shows that we're doing our job. Appreciate it. >> Maybe. Harassing people in their neighborhood. You're not even telling me the full story, so. I did just did. You did not. You just said You just don't want to listen. You just said she something in the neighborhood. Okay, a law firm A law firm what? What did she do? She rolled the stop sign. What stop sign did she roll? Wasn't here for it. Do you have your license on you? She wants you to take the car. She already has it. I got the I got it and running it right now. She's going to throw it in the call notes. >> Okay, she said that you can take the car. We just got to verify your license, and then you can get on out of here, okay? Give us just a minute. Y'all ain't got nothing better to do with yourselves. Y'all Y'all was out there cuz there's nobody, you know, committing for real crimes or anything. This is the same. Okay. Oh, I'm not going to throw mine up on YouTube later. I'm not going to throw mine on YouTube, either. >> Okay. I'm not that guy. I'm the guy that's trying to figure out what's going on when she calls us hysterical, so. That's who That's the guy I am. Had to call five cops over one girl. You're crazy. Oh my god. Huh. You can't handle nothing. Absolutely crazy. Cuz you caught me at the worst possible time. Like I was already having the worst day possible, and then you were like It's the fact that you were following me, and that's so bad. And then failure to stop at the stop sign Stopping past it? Barely. Barely. Oh. Shouldn't have followed me. After giving the car to the man, the officer then transported her to the station. Yeah, she probably She's a hothead, so. That was in the presence of a deputy. We actually were in the area because we got a call of a reckless driver bolo. They gave her exact vehicle description and tag and saying that she was in the area of Starkey. So, my deputy just happened to be in the exact area, sees the car pull into the neighborhood. In addition, she runs a stop sign. That's the reason for the traffic stop and she was just all She was a hot head. So. >> [laughter] >> Oh, cuz you think you're so big and tough. That's crazy. It's funny, actually. It's quite funny. Failure to stop at the stop sign cuz you stopped past it. >> [laughter] >> Oh, you're absolutely ridiculous. It's okay. Maybe one day you'll have a life and then you'll feel good about yourself without having to bring other people down over nothing. Or maybe one day you'll actually be a real cop and get to fight real crime. That would be cool, huh? Cuz I'm sure that's probably why you got into this was to do some real crime. No. Have you? Why? Just because I'm talking down on you means that I was diagnosed with something? Cuz you know, not like you'd have anything better to do with yourself. She was charged with threat to a public servant. Self-control is often the difference between a citation and an arrest. You don't go to jail for having an attitude. You go to jail for what that attitude makes you do and say. Moving on to the next case where reality hit an entitled chief's niece who thinks the law doesn't apply to her. Yes. My uncle is the chief of police and I think I can do whatever I want. I think the rules don't apply to me. Lindsey, stop. >> matter. It does matter. My uncle Stop Stop resisting. Stop Stop it off. You want to go down on the ground? We'll go to the Jail. Yeah, just this side. I don't like to be on the side of the road. So. All right. So, my name's Officer Thompson. The reason why I stopped you is because you made an illegal U-turn. I know. I see. All right. You had anything to drink today? No. I actually work at Like, who works at a bar? Where do you work at? Yes. Like, I have to go to work. Okay. Are you sure you haven't had anything to drink cuz I'm smelling some alcohol. No, I didn't. No? I didn't get work tonight. Okay. So, what was the purpose of the U-turn? Cuz I think that my uncle is the chief of police and I think I can do whatever I want. I think the rules don't apply to me. And you're not. I love you so much. Talking about entitlement, she immediately claimed she could do whatever she wanted because her uncle is the chief. And this is only just the beginning of her horrible attitude. Chief Taylor is your uncle? You know? Of course he does. He came to my house and my husband beat my I was there. I know you was. I don't get your beautiful face. Please, sir, I got to go. Please. Um I walked up to the window. She rolled down the window. I could smell a little bit of alcohol. And she's slurring her words and she's sitting on the curb. Lindsey? Lindsey, yep. Yeah. Okay. Um also, another thing I want to note is we had a neighbor dispute and uh I forgot my body cam docked on the the thing in the office. So. There's that and What's that? Yeah, his is on. Do you still want me to fill out an assault for both of them? Okay. Yeah, I'll I'm going to pull her out and use two assets as he's and uh the other thing is I asked her what was the purpose for the illegal U-turn and she goes cuz my uncle is the chief of police and I can do whatever I want. So. She's acting like she's on Yeah, she's definitely acting like she's on. I'll I'll do that and see where it goes. All right. Calling the chief for a stop like this is a bit weird. She should have been treated like any normal citizen. Well, at least the chief didn't coddle her and let her off the hook. Dude, please. Lindsey, you got to step out. Lindsey, you got to step out. No. Step out of the car. You, right in your [ __ ] Lindsey, that's enough. He don't like you. All right, park it. Don't hurt me. Don't hurt me. >> Lindsey, come on. Let's go. Let's go, dude. Lindsey. We're going to go, homie. Why did you do that, Shawn? Despite her denial, the officer still tried to ask her to do a field sobriety test again. Why? Why? Why? Why? Would you be willing to perform standard field sobriety test? >> willing to let my No, you wouldn't. Would you be willing to perform No. No? No, I'm I'm I'm under the influence. I'm refusing. She needs to get back in cuffs. Yeah. I'm a thug. As the officer tried to put the handcuffs on her again, she snapped even harder. Because apparently, reality checks hurt her feelings. The woman was charged with assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, DUI, making an illegal U-turn, and no seatbelt. In court, her charges were amended to DUI, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest. She was initially released on a $25,000 unsecured bond. She was later indicted on all three charges. Authority doesn't come from family ties or bravado, it comes from the law. Accepting responsibility early limits damage. Fighting reality, insulting officers, and escalating behavior guarantee the exact opposite. Moving on to the next case, where an entitled driver got herself arrested for being stupid. Hello. He's going to have you step out so you can sign for this. You're not getting out? Ma'am, get out of the car. >> No. You're under arrest. For driving with a suspended license. Out. Now. You got a phone in one hand and a coffee in the other and you're in a residential neighborhood. So okay. I guess we just don't care about safety. Later. When your ego is too large, you get hurt. Some people with their enormous ego just want to turn a simple ticket into jail. If she keeps behaving that way, that's exactly where she's headed. Hello. He's going to have you step out so you can sign for this. You're not getting out? No. We can bring you right here. Officer Staley? Yes, ma'am. W- what what is the problem? And then you rolled up your window, so how am I supposed to Yes, it's complete. I've never had an encounter with the police. Okay, well, it's suspended. It's been suspended twice. In the end, she was charged with resisting without violence. Calm cooperation keeps things administrative. Letting ego drive turns a citation into handcuffs every time. But the next Karen shows us what happens when you get your legal advice from TikTok. No, you have no right. You're trespassing in this I don't have to call I know This is not Virginia. This is Florida. You will be arrested. You have no right. Megan, stop. Stop, Megan. Just stop. You stop. Stop being such a drunk. Hang on, let's get her out of the I'm not being a drunk. In the end, the woman was charged with three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, three counts of resisting with violence, and disorderly intoxication. All charges were dismissed, with the felony counts marked nolle prosequi, and the remaining counts resulting in no action taken by the prosecutor. In court, the term nolle prosequi means not to wish to prosecute, which signifies the prosecutor's decision to voluntarily drop the charges against you. It's important to note that nolle prosequi is not the same as an acquittal, which means you were found not guilty. The prosecutor may be able to refile the charges later, typically within the statute of limitations for the offense. They came back The officer told me like that's a civil matter like y'all got to go to court for the keys. And as for my son, she pulled up here to fight, but my baby's in the car. Like so, I hurt and grabbed him out like you you try to fight my other baby mom like this this this all After finding out that she had a warrant, the officers immediately put the woman in the car under arrest. Hey dear, I'm having you step out the car real quick. Just uh face that way. Put your hands on the rail. That Get back up. You got shoes? He took them. Okay, I'll get We'll try and get those for you. You know you got a warrant? Yes, from last night. You should probably not have came back here if you knew you had a warrant. I don't care. Stupid. DUI. They probably charged her last night. Yeah, it's probably for I'm not leaving till my mom get here. She's coming to get my son. Well, he's the father, so it's But I don't want him with my son. I want my mom I want my mommy get him. He can't stay here with her. Well, he stays here or he goes to jail. No, not my Tell my mom take him. Yeah. Take a seat. Sorry. Sorry, I'm keeping your son. Sorry. Hi, son. Thank you. He's over at the house. This is the dad. Her mother then arrived at the scene. It sound It sounds like they signed a warrant on you for domestic violence. Okay. Well, you probably shouldn't have came back here. Cuz now Cuz now we have to send you to jail. Going to roll her when they have some mom to talk to. Hey, Mom. So, what they ain't going to give him to me because he busted What Why is the glass and stuff all in your hair? So, you still can't get your keys to your car? >> No, they're not getting nothing for me. My keys, my son, nothing. This is absolutely crazy. So, he's going to be out here just riding around in your car? Exactly. Like what is that for? Where's the car at? It's parked at my friend's house. On Eastland? Am I able to get my phone to tell my friend like my mom is coming? >> she's supposed to be She The girl is supposed to be on her way over here. That's what my mom said. Where's your phone at? We can take We can send your phone to county jail. Okay. If you want it. Okay. You want your phone? They taking it? Yeah. Kind of that was That was That was uh That was a Whatever happened last night, they signed a warrant on her for domestic. So, uh with domestic, we don't have any leniency of not to send her to county. If it was something else like assault or like a theft or something, we could give her a summons, but by law we have to ship her. Okay. Cuz if if we say we let her go on that, she comes back and does something, we're responsible for that. We we could get fired. Okay. So, I understand. There's no There's no gray area with domestic violence. After finishing everything, the father then gave the child to grandma and gave the father some advice. Come here to fight. Leave him right there. Sir. Sir, come I I just got to talk to you real quick. All right. Do you want to come over here so we can talk? All right. Um so here's the thing. Um you don't have custody of the kid. I'm being social with the mom. So, this is where we're going to track Um do you have like a clean record or what not? I don't have no felonies. Okay. Um Maybe a few misdemeanor tickets. Okay. Cuz what has to happen since she is getting arrested for domestic violence, a family offense, we have to uh send the kid to CSB. But just hear me out. If you have a if we if you're cool, cooperative, CSB is going to come out here. They're probably going to talk to you. Since you're the dad, you could try to get emergency custody of the kid. That That's That's a route that we can go. But that's that's what my sergeant said we had to do. I know it sucks, sir, but like I'm just trying to give you the benefits of if we do that, you could get emergency custody. They going to come today? Yeah. So we we called them. They're going to come out here. That's crazy work. So I can't take my kid. All right, man. I I I just wanted to inform you so you can try to get So what? Will you all take care of you all take care of him? Huh? Will you all take care of you all take care of him? So CSB is going to come out here. And if if they're they're going to want to send the kid with a parent or a family member they they give emergency custody to. And that's where I was trying to say if you work with us and you work with CSB, you get custody of your kid and there will be no problem about it. So does that sound cool to you? I'm I know it sucks, man, but it's it's She made a dumb mistake and that's that's where we're at and that's what we got to do. Okay. All right. A woman was arrested and charged with domestic violence. Starting with this woman who called the cops on her roommate but got herself arrested instead. I can't hear him because you're screaming. Okay. So while he's talking to him, all right. Yep, you're detained. Sir. You're going inside, you're going to get arrested. >> Go down here on the sidewalk. Why are you hurting me? Oh my god. You're under arrest. Sir, I got assaulted. Okay, by a man. I didn't have time to even get to that point. Please stop. Why is he doing this? You're under arrest. Stop resisting. You're not listening to us. Okay. I'm going to dump your ass and >> You're going to go face down in the dirt here in a second if you don't stop. >> doing anything. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. I My hands are behind my back. Stop resisting. On February 24th, 2024, officers responded to a call of a disturbance between roommates. Here's what happened next when the police arrived. Uh it's Victor, the same I'm moving out. Hold on a second, okay? I'm listening to him and I'm going to listen to you. His story is different. I'm the one that's been here. I called the police on him before. I got that. I'm American. I know my rights. I don't care if you're American. He's Russian. >> Okay, well, Russians have different culture than us, okay? Cuz I've spoken to his wife. Apparently >> Are you going to let him tell me his side and then I'll listen to your side. >> doesn't matter. This is my case. >> you got to calm down. No, I'm pissed. I booked this place till the year. Now I have to move because of this guy. So I'm gone in 2 days. >> know that for sure, okay? We don't know that for sure that you have to move in 2 days. I I already got a place. Okay. That's why he did this because he had his one last chance. No, I'm not going Are you a roommate or friend or I mean, can you calm her down? Yeah. So this police said I have another house and he doesn't know the story. This lady will move to another house. But they don't He assaulted me. He's going to get I'm pressing charges. I saw this guy started to put on She was resisting and Yeah, I started cuz now I can't hear him because you're screaming. Please shut up. From the first impression, we all knew who the perpetrator was in this case and she's about to get the consequence of her horrible attitude. Okay, good. I'm off the curb. Thank you all. I'm I was instructed to be quiet. Okay. So why don't you why don't you talk to me? No, I'm going to be quiet. You talk to him now. I can only talk to one person at a time. That's why I asked you not to talk while we were trying to talk. So this is what's going to happen. We're investigating a disturbance. Yeah. If you can't allow us to investigate it, I'm going to stick you in the back of a cop car. No, I'm not resisting. Why is You're under arrest. Stop resisting. You're not listening to us. Okay. I'm going to and >> You're going to go face down in the dirt here in a second if you don't >> I'm not doing anything. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. I My hands are behind my back. Stop resisting. He called you on a disturbance before, okay? And I called you guys because I wanted you to be aware of what was going on. So today escalated. I'm gone in 2 days. How did this guy assault you? Well, not him, honey. Okay. He got in the house. Are you serious? You don't know what's happening. >> I didn't because I had half the story from him and you were screaming. I'm a landlord. Let's do it. Can we come talk to me? As the officers moved her to the squad car, she began to go straight into her victim mode hoping the officer would believe her nonsense. We will when we're all done. Thank you all. Yeah, we'll get to that. I was scared. So you need to follow lawful directions so that we can get out of here. >> I think I am but you're just getting a little snotty. I'm a good person. I'm moving in 2 days. I also have to work in a little bit, okay? I'm giving you a lawful order to have a seat and don't catch another charge. What charge? Will you talk to me for a minute so that way you can get the actual story? Okay. I really want to talk to the officer. Slide your feet in. I'm not going to tell you again. Why am I being detained? You're under arrest. >> Why? Obstruction. Can you call my Can you please let my dog back out? What happened in the house with whoever assaulted you? Okay. So that is the landlord. This isn't a new place. Okay. The guy out front is the He only comes around maybe once every 2 months. He's Him and his wife own multiple locations, okay? So there's a house a street over that they own and because this guy had been so verbally and physically abusive, I I booked this place till the end of the year and I have to move because of it. If you could still respond, we're not sure yet how many people After putting the annoying mosquito in the back of the squad car, the officer can now continue with their investigation. All right. Sorry about all that and maybe we can resolve it once she calms down. This is But who we all live together. So this is a Airbnb. We all roommate with each other. So I'm He's roommate. This is the owner. There's another roommate inside but he's sleeping. We're not arguing with one another. What's What's the issue today? So you had this place for a year. No, I booked it. I booked it. Now you don't pay for it. You just book it and then I pay for it a few months in advance. It's an Airbnb. Right? She has a place a street over. So when this guy started being physically and verbally abusive I booked the other place. So I'm moving in 2 days. All of a sudden the guy that Russian guy is doing a walk-through and I came out and I told him I said this is you're the reason why I'm moving and then he got up in my face. I don't care to press charges cuz I'm moving in 2 days. I knew this was going to happen. That's why I called the police recently. >> is the guy that assaulted you? Not the landlord? No. No. He's very nice. He's just doing a walk-through. So who's the guy that assaulted you? The black guy. Is he your roommate, your boyfriend, your husband? >> I've never met him besides here. I only know him You don't have to yell at me, okay? I don't I just talk loud, I promise. You guys think that that cuz I've worked in music venues, I have hearing issues. So is there an issue today with Did something get physical between anybody? But she's saying that it was physical. No, what she wanted to create. Is there videos or anything of any of this? The officer then informed her that she would go to jail. But she can't seem to understand that at all. Am I being arrested? Yes. Why? For obstruction. What does that mean? >> It means when you're told to do something and you don't do it, you get arrested. Well, can you release me? >> No. I have to go to work in a little bit. Well, you won't be going to work today. >> How do I do this? What do you mean? Well, you'll be going to jail. >> I'm going to jail? >> You'll have to post bond. Yes, ma'am. You're under arrest. That's what that means. That's what that means. >> You get put in handcuffs in the back of a police car because you're under arrest. That means you're going to jail. >> No. >> You'll have to post bond. Why would I go to jail when this is happening to me? You can release me. I have This is my first day of my new job. Dude, I'm a waitress at Cracker Barrel. I got to go to work. Just happened with the guy in the house. When he got in my face like he's done before, the reason why why I called the police before is because he likes to put his finger in my face and this time it actually hit my hand my face. So that way I That's why I called you guys is because he has to know that he can't do things like that. >> So this is pretty normal Again, this has happened before. Before? They got into it in the middle of the night and the cops were called and I came here to kind of mediate things. Regardless, they started arguing about laundry and then they started yelling and getting into his face. So I was like, "Calm down. Let's calm down." And then she wanted to call the police and I was like, "Don't really need to do that." And then she hung up and then I said, "Now you Now you hung up. Now the cops are going to come and speak to you cuz you hung up on the operator." He's very mean and he's the reason why I'm moving. So how long has he How long has he been here? I don't know him like that. He's It's a weird situation because it's it's an Airbnb. Okay. So I moved down here from I moved over here from Colorado. So it's it's a weird situation but we don't know each other like that little black kid. You have no relationship with him. No No friends. I want to be friends with I'm friends with the other people that live in the house cuz I'm cool. I'm like a hippie chick. How many people live in the house here? Four. Yeah. >> And everybody has their own room? >> Yes. It's a weird situation but I It was affordable and I The fenced-in yard for my dog. That's why I can't be going to jail, honey. I have animals. Do you live here also? Okay. I want to see where we're at with all this cuz apparently there's a A of people that live here. Yeah, yeah, Airbnb with five bedrooms. So, we got we got a do this. few ton of people. Um she just kept getting in his face and she ran into his finger or something like that. In the end, she was charged with obstruction. The police don't give someone control over the outcome, the facts do. If you're the one behaving aggressively, lying, or refusing to cooperate, the investigation can quickly shift toward you, even if you were the one who made the call. Playing the victim or trying to manipulate officers never works. It only exposes the behavior further. Staying honest, calm, and respectful is the only way to ensure the dispute is handled fairly instead of backfiring completely. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came another woman who wanted to play victim after blowing through a stop sign. Get out of the car, otherwise you're going to be placed under arrest for obstruction. >> call the police department over here in the Wisconsin Dells. No. No. No. Hey! Get out! I'm not resisting! Get out! You didn't even ask! You're a racist! On May 16th, 2025, an officer noticed a car blowing through a stop sign in a quiet neighborhood. As he conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, this routine pullover quickly spiraled out of control. What's up with the driver? There's there's a power outage. You cannot give me a ticket. I have to go to Walgreens. You can't just run stop signs. I had a water bottle over there in my Do you have a driver's license and insurance? No. Do you have a license? No is verbal. Why are you driving? Because I have to go to Walgreens to get my prescription. Why did you run the stop sign? I didn't run the stop sign. I have a water bottle over there, so I couldn't hit the the brake. So, you ran the stop sign because you couldn't hit the brake, is that what you're saying? Yeah. As the officer was talking to her, he immediately noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle. So, he asked her to step out of the car. What's at Walgreens? My prescription. So, They're going to close at 6:00, please. What's your first name? I don't know before you. There's people burning out on all the all the way. Yeah, and you blew through a stop sign, your car smells like weed, and you said you have a revoked driver's license, so >> it doesn't smell like weed. Don't start because it doesn't smell like weed. I haven't smoked. I haven't done anything in this car, so What department are you on? I don't have to give you that. Okay. There's only people getting burned out, so why don't you go pull them over? There's a whole bunch of us looking for burnouts. Yeah, exactly. I just literally because I couldn't hit the brake because this was over there. Okay. And my car doesn't smell like weed. Okay, go ahead and step out for me. I'm not going to step out of the car. Yes, you are. Go ahead and step out. Despite the officer's order to step out, she refused to follow it. And here's when things started to get messy. Why are you guys doing this right now? Step out of the car. I'm not going to step out of the car. Okay, I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the car. You guys are saying that it smells like weed and it doesn't. I haven't smoked here. I literally ran the stop sign because I had Okay. something in my foot. >> Step out of the car. Go and pull over there over the people that are burning out. >> you one more time to step out. >> No, I I don't have to get out because I haven't done anything. Get out of the car, otherwise you're going to be placed under arrest for obstruction. >> to call the police department over here in the Wisconsin Dells. No. No. No. No. Don't touch me. Don't touch me because I haven't done anything illegal. Okay, get out. Okay, 27, what is this now? Hey! Get out! I'm not resisting! Get out! Put your hands behind your back. What's [screaming] this for? Put your hands behind your back. I haven't even done anything. Put your hands behind your back. He tased me, dude. Why are you tasing me? Why are you tasing me? I haven't done anything. I haven't done anything. I want your [ __ ] badge number. You tased me for no reason. You're under arrest. I'm not under arrest for what? Resisting. I wonder where I did not resist. I did not resist. As the officer moved her to the squad car, she began pulling out the classic Karen victim mode and launched into a full performance. I did not resist. Call the police department here in the Wisconsin Dells. No. Call them. Hey, I did not resist. They just tased me, dude. What's going on? They just tased me for no reason. Please go talk to me, please. Please. Please. You come and talk to me. Nothing. This officer This officer came and pulled me over. I couldn't stop the stop sign because it was a water bottle in my You can see him. He's trying to say that I smoked weed. I didn't smoke. He tased me for no reason. I want to see your video camera. You're all in court. No, a court for what? Why they arresting me? Why they arresting me? Why? Why they arresting me? They're saying that I'm resisting. They're saying that I'm resisting. Okay, then why did he tase me? He just tased me for no reason. You didn't even ask, dude. You didn't even ask. You're a racist. You're [ __ ] racist, dude. After getting on the squad car, she continued to her little show by crying and insisting that she's innocent. Please, let me talk to you, Nick. Nick. Nick. Please get somebody to talk to me. You tased me for no reason. No reason at all. Officer, I did not resist. Why are you saying that I resist? Why are you saying that I resist? Why are you charging me with that? I did not even do anything to you. I'm going to go see my kids. >> [laughter] >> I did not resist. Let me see your body camera saying I resisted. I'm going to ask you one more time to step No. Don't touch me. Get out! I'm not resisting! Get out! I did not resist. As the woman kept yapping on the back of the squad car, the officer started searching through her vehicle. They found marijuana in a Ziploc baggy, two joints in an empty marijuana container. They also found five prescription-only pills scattered throughout the car. Anything in the car? You guys are lying. She went through a stop sign. She blew right through it. How much is the bail? She doesn't have an ID, but has a driver's license. She stopped fighting pretty quick with the driver's side. Yeah, she did. Worked great. She wasn't before that. Sounds like she just got out today. Oh. I thought that's what you said. Thought she was 10-0 on the screen, so Hey! Hello! Hello! Hello! Police brutality with me for no reason. For no reason at all. Why are they towing my car? Why are they towing my car? It's on the side of the street. No, don't tow my car. >> [screaming] >> Why are they towing my car? Don't tow my car. Why are they towing my car? It's on the side of the street. Don't let them tow it. No, it's being towed, okay? Why? Why? >> [screaming] >> It's not on the road. It's not even on the road. Once the officer finished everything at the scene, he started driving her to the station. She kept running her mouth the whole time, but she isn't prepared for the charges he's about to hit her with. Where am I going in front of the judge? Bond Monday. What are you what? I didn't even resist, so you're doing this on purpose. Are you racist or what? No. Yes, you are. No. the [ __ ] you are. I got kids, dude. That car is for kids. I don't got no license because I don't got no family up here. I have to drive. But what are you charging me? Uh possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of prescription drug paraphernalia. Well, for what? Container that has weed in it. The container itself is I don't have weed in it. There's weed in the container we found. There's also some pills that are prescription-only that were found loose throughout your car and resisting. That's all the ticket, no? Why are you taking me to jail? Cuz you're being charged with five crimes. Five crimes? What crime? >> Five misdemeanor charges, resisting, possession of weed, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a RX without an RX. What is that? A prescription like a pill that was found in your car. Those are my pills. Okay, they were loose throughout the car, not the ones [music] in the container. Yeah, that those are mine. Okay, well they need to be in the prescription bottles, so you'll have to prove that in court. How much is the bail? I'll add it up here in a second. >> I don't even have money. the car, not the ones in the container. Yeah, that those are mine. Okay, well they need to be in the prescription bottles, so you'll have to prove that in court. How much is the bail? I'll add it up here in a second. >> I don't even have money. The woman was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegally obtained prescription, resisting or obstructing an officer, and bail jumping. She was also given citations for operating while revoked, fourth offense, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Staying calm, complying, and telling the truth is always the smarter path. Escalation, excuses, and refusal only turn a minor citation into a full-blown arrest. Moving on to the next case where an entitled woman got arrested because of refusing to leave her dentist.
