Yeah, we're tripping because you're 19 even drinking, right? So, I'm tripping. I'm You smell like alcohol. There's opening containers in the car. How much you had to drink tonight? >> I haven't had any car. You're underresting me. Daddy's got you need to shut up. >> What are you going to do? What are you going to do? >> It's wild how some people think getting drunk in public gives them a free pass to cause chaos. Spoiler alert, the cops disagree. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's drunk people [music] and cops versus dumbest girls who cause problems after being drunk at public places. >> Sir, do you hear me? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Starting with this drunk girl who turned a $500 tab into a spit mask. >> Can't make payment. It's over a $500 tab. This that I ain't doing [ __ ] So, she needs to leave on top of that. But obviously, y'all would like to get y'all's payment. >> Yeah. Are you going to pay a $500 check? >> Yes. >> If you want to, you can pay a checkup. >> What's going on with you? >> I'm doing okay. >> You got an ID with you? >> Let me see it. >> Yes. Thank you. >> What's What's going on with you today? Ah, >> nothing. Okay, that seems you might have been had a little too much today. >> Little too much. >> Yeah. So, you know, in state of Florida, when you have when you overdrink, they have to stop serving you. By law, they can't keep serving you. Otherwise, they can get in trouble because you can get sick. >> How closer to me? >> Well, I I don't want to get too close cuz you know Yeah. I don't want you your bag full. Well, can you come closer to me? >> I'm You can't hear me? >> I can't come closer. >> I don't want to come closer. Yeah. Stand here. All right. Listen. So, you can't have any more alcoholic beverages. Okay. But if you can have at this point, it's more get yourself back to, you know, to where you can get your packet together. >> Yeah. >> Build up a tab. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I've paid for it. >> Did >> I have You can ask him. I have. >> They told me that. They told me that you hadn't taken care of it yet. >> Acknowledge them. Let's acknowledge them. >> All right. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I'll get them for you. Okay. >> No. >> Sure, she's drunk, but what the heck did they serve her to get a tab of $500? Louis the 13th Kgnac. Well, I guess we'll never know. Moving along. Let's get back to the case. >> Does she Has she taken care of the tabs yet? >> No, she hasn't paid her tax. >> Hasn't paid the tab. Okay. >> Her debit card wasn't working. Okay. Cuz she has to call a bank or something to tell them because they think it's fraud. Okay. >> But I offered her she paid Apple Pay, it would go right through, but she won't give me her phone to pay the Apple Pay. >> Okay. Okay. So, basically what's happened is they tried to use your card and it got declined because they think that it's flawed, the bank. So, what you have to do, which I don't know if you can do that now in the state that you're in, is contact the bank. It's not going to work. you have Apple Pay, they can they'll accept Apple Pay. So, if you want to utilize that, that would be the thing to do is utilize your Apple Pay. So, let's take care of the bill and then let's see if we can get you. >> You have my card and my license. So, >> I have your driver's license. I don't have your Apple Pay. You can't use Apple Pay with a ID. I I need this. >> Sir, do you hear me? >> I hear you. But do you hear what I'm saying? >> I do. >> What did I say? You said that they're not allowing me to pay my card because you're saying >> No, they're not. It's not them. It's your bank. Your >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Your financial institution, not here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, >> you have my card, sir. >> No, I have your ID. >> I don't have your card >> and I can't use your card. I don't I don't want your card. >> I obviously I would never give it to you. >> Right. Okay. So, >> are you here with me? Do you hear me? >> What are we going to do? >> Yes or no? Do you hear me? Yes or no? >> I hear you. >> Okay. >> I'm wondering um what car should I give you? Um can you check if I gave you a card? >> Gave me a ID. >> Can I have it? >> I need this for I need this ID cuz we have to go somewhere. The girl's so drunk that nothing she says makes any sense. She doesn't even realize she hasn't paid. The bar should have stopped serving her about $350 ago. >> Try paying with that card. >> No, she had another one, but she jumped in the pool with it. >> No. >> Do you have your card? What card you have? >> Can you pay your tab out so we can go? >> I thought that I gave her my card. Can't she look for it? >> Well, you said you have your card. >> That's what I'm saying, sir. >> Well, if you have your card, then there's no point in looking for it. You know where it's at. All right. >> What are we doing about your bill? >> I want to pay her. >> Okay. Well, pay her your bill. So, pay the bill. >> Can you ask her if >> She's right here. >> Can you ask her if I'm if I have my check there? Cuz I thought I gave her my car. >> Do you mind if you ask her, sir? >> She just told you she doesn't have the card. >> Well, I'm asking you. Do you mind if you ask her? >> Okay, here's the deal. You got to pay your bill. I don't mind. >> Okay. >> Do you mind if you ask her where's my card? >> Yes. You come to her. >> Yes. Do you mind if you look for my card? Are you serious officer? Are you serious? >> Ask her where's my card. >> I'm not ask her that. >> Yeah, you should. >> Before Yeah, you should. You should do it. >> Excuse me. In about two seconds, she going to get >> I'm asking this officer. Excuse me. I'm asking this officer. What? >> Turn around. >> I can I can pay the bill. >> Come on. Hands behind your back. >> You're under arrest. >> A foreseeable outcome with that drunk attitude. And with the super hammered girl secured, the officers then escorted her to the squad car. >> All right. You want to put your shoes on or no? I do. >> Okay, go ahead. I gave you an opportunity. You don't want to listen. So now you're going. >> Will you tell me your name? >> Come on. >> No, we're not going to do that. >> I'm just putting my >> stand up. Stand up. Come on. >> Hey, my stuff is over here. >> Stuff is in my hand. >> No, my jacket. My jacket is like right back here. My jacket is just right back here. I'm not going against you, sir. My jacket is just here. >> We're not going back over there. Let's go to the car. We'll find the jacket. If they find it, we'll go to the car. >> So, we were with her pretty much all day. There was a couple that was here that live local >> and they were basically praying on her all day. >> Nothing I can do about that, right? >> Did she What did she do to warrant go? >> Watch it. >> I I watched but hold up. My husband's a police officer. So then if they approach you and so if they approach you and get in your face, then what do we do? >> Ask your husband. If a person approaches you and gets in your face, >> what do the what does she do? [laughter] >> I mean, I don't have a choice at that point. She already drew the line in the sand. >> Ah, so she didn't drink all the 500 by herself. She got taken advantage of for being too drunk. That explains it. Let's hope that she'll reflect on her drinking problem once she so up in jail. hurt my feel. >> You hurt your own feelings. You got to learn to stop. You had every opportunity to take care of your bill. You had every opportunity. >> I feel No, you didn't. >> Yes, I did. >> And then you jumped in my face. And I don't understand why. >> This is personal. That's That's on you, sir. >> It's not personal. It's that when we have too much to drink, we make bad decisions and then we don't listen. >> Okay. And unfortunately, you made a bad decision >> and I didn't want you to do that. All right. Now, let go >> card. That's the only way. >> Let go. It's going to go here. No, there was other cards. I was holding on to that >> card. Why are you taking that? I I just >> listen. You don't listen. I'm assuming you don't have anything. >> I don't. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. All right. Why are you taking a little chill? Have a >> seat. You got to have a seat. Come on. There you go. All right. Listen. What I do with that I when we don't listen. We got to do what we got to do. You know, >> she told me that she has a flight today cuz she's blacked out. She's not going to remember this. >> She's not going to remember. >> She's going to have missed her flight. She can't get on a plane like this no matter what. They're not going to let her in the airport like this. Like >> they'll be calling They'll be calling us in a minute. >> I just had the situation to escalate to you. >> It doesn't. She just got to >> sober up. >> You think it's over? >> Nope. The officer will have to deal with her drunk ass a bit more before transporting her to the station. >> Turn up the air so you can get yourself some air. >> I'm giving you all the air. I'm not breathing. >> There you go. Why can't you breathe? >> Well, stop panicking and we'll be all right. [snorts] >> Who's hurting you? How about the bill? Are you guys pressing charges for the bill? >> He's not going to charge. He's going to write it off. >> He won't be able to write it off. >> I got all my hair in my face. Help me. Take the hair out your face. All you have to do is move. All you got to do is move your head. >> Help me, please. >> No. No. Don't get out. Stay right there. >> All right. All right. So, here's the deal. Why are you spitting all over the door? No. Don't put your feet out. Remember what I told you. Keep your feet in. >> No, you don't. You need to keep your feet in. Keep your feet in. >> Listen. All right. Here. >> Here's my face. >> It's not in your face. It's not in your face. >> I'm in help. >> All right. Now you Now you get no air. You stay there. Nothing. Okay. >> I have friends inside. >> Okay. >> So, I'd rather you talk to them, >> but I I need to talk to you. >> No, it's fine. But I'd rather you talk to >> Papa 317 and Papa 314 and Papa 317. >> I have friends inside. >> Just stay right there for me. Could you stop outside? >> Can you talk to them, please? >> I'm going to talk to you. No, no, just just stay here for me. Okay. >> No, no. He's already been labeled as abusive. >> Hey, step back. You step over here with me. >> Um, she came into my work. She started getting aggressive. >> You you work here? >> Yes. Okay. So, we're in the office. I'm actually on boarding two people. They're upstairs waiting for me. And, uh, she started getting aggressive. And then I said, "Let's talk outside." And when I got outside, she started hitting me. And then she got in her car and I thought she was drinking. So, I called you guys and reported that she's been drinking cuz she smelled of alcohol and uh I haven't seen her drink, but usually she gets aggressive when she drinks. She's had two DUIs, one recently, one goes to Courton in August, so she shouldn't be drinking at all. Um she's been to the Lake View Rehab Center. Um she has an IOP. Um she relapsed maybe like five, six weeks ago. He's been drinking since then. >> And she showed up here at your job because y'all going through a >> We're we were going to do a trial separation where which means we we live separate for a few months. See if she can get sober and get herself together. >> And how did you guys end up over here where she hit you? I think >> for her car. >> Just for her car. Okay. Okay. She was hitting you in your chest. >> Yeah. She pushed me and she started hitting me in my chest. >> Was it closed fist opening? >> Open. After talking with the husband, the officer returned to the drunk wife to talk with her. She then pulls out the classic Kar and playbook and launches into a full victim mode. >> Step back. Step back for me over here. Step over here. >> Be rude. >> I'm just trying to get you all separated. Okay. >> I have friends inside who can attest to everything that he is saying, anti. >> Okay. Well, listen. We'll get to that time. Okay. >> No, please stop. I'm not >> Stop what? I'm here to help. >> No, you're not. Oh my god. Because I have an attorney who says that you're not here to help. >> How would I not be here to help? >> Can you please call Carol Caldwell? >> I'm not going to call him right now. I need to talk to you. >> It's not a him. It's a her. >> Her name is Carol Caldwell. Please call her. >> This is your car. >> You have an ID? >> In my car? Yes. >> In my car? Okay. All right. Explain to me what's happening here. Why? Why are we here? >> That is my husband. >> Okay. Husband. >> There you go. >> My husband, please, please contact an attorney. >> I will contact her. >> No, I don't need to tell you what's happening. I'm not going to. You need to know that he is the most manipulative [ __ ] ever. He is called DCF. He has done everything. >> Okay. >> Please stop. Please. DCF is actually making a case against him. >> For what? >> Right now? >> For what? >> For abuse. >> For abuse on >> me. >> Okay. Why would DCF have an abuse or a case on you? >> Because he keeps calling DCF and he has no proof. >> But why are you still with him then? Do you know anything about abuse >> or no? Do you not know anything about abuse? We do it in every show. Do you not? Oh, okay. Then you would know that a female >> hangs on to abuse. >> Personal choice. >> Jason, it is not personal choice. >> Well, we're going to find out when we when we find the security camera. We're going to take a look at exactly what happened. >> We're going to figure out who's lying. >> I love that for you. >> Yeah. So, just hang tight. >> Answer his questions and we'll go from there. They have been answering his questions. >> Fantastic. Keep doing >> man. Being so scared that you go to the guy's work to antagonize him. That's a victim. Yo, and without waiting for a full investigation, she already setting herself up for disaster. >> Keep doing that then. >> You don't need to be a smart dumb. >> No, I'm going to walk away because I'm not being held I'm not being held against my will. Please stop. I have my attorney, Carol Caldwell. I will have her contact you. He is a problem. He has already been reported as a problem. He has actually been arrested for domestic violence >> on his part, not mine. >> I am so sorry that this is happening. >> No, ma'am. >> No, I am actually going to walk away. >> No, ma'am. You were temporarily contained at this time. >> No, you're not. And what you're going to do is you're going to put your hands behind your back right now. You do not resist me. Put your hands behind your back. >> Are you kidding me? >> Are you kidding me? I am not. >> WHAT IS HAPPENING? >> WHAT? I'M NOT. I'm not. I am not. What are you doing? I am not. >> We told you what to do and you did not listen. >> What are you doing? I did not. >> I never once not listen ever. This one's probably going to want one. >> I never not listened. >> Ever. >> Face the wall. >> I never not listened. What are you doing? >> You pulled away from us and you tried to walk away after we told you you're not. >> No, I said my attorney would step in. >> Yeah, he's going to after this. >> She She >> Okay, >> please stop calling her. >> The officers then escorted her to the squad car. >> Put her in the car. stand for >> I have not done anything wrong. >> I have not done anything. Okay, >> I'm going to pat you down so I do a quick search in the back. >> You can see my leggings. I have nothing. >> All right. The reason I'm doing it is because I'm a female and you're a female. You don't want to have any issues. >> Oh my god. This is my ex-husband making. >> Do you have anything on you? This would have been a lot different or anything. >> No, this is my ex-husband making. Do you have anything on you? >> No, I have nothing. I would never. >> Okay. Do you have anything illegal on? >> Oh my god. No. Never. >> Spread your feet. >> I would never. >> Thank you. >> I would never. >> I love that you guys are on his side. >> Stop moving. Stop moving. >> Face the car. >> On your face on the ground. I want to call my mom, please. >> My attorney, >> can I please call my attorney? >> You get an opportunity. >> No, I know y'all's opportunity. No, >> I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything wrong. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used to get you in court. You have the right to have an attorney with you prior to, during, or after. >> And I'm asking for an attorney. >> Okay. >> I'm asking for Carol Caldwell, please. >> Well, this is you. The husband? >> I am. >> Pleasure. Officer Smith. >> Um, just want to stay in here. >> Um, so he's got some paperwork for you. >> Yeah, you're fine. You can take a seat if you want to. Oh, you're welcome. Go ahead and uh you do your thing. >> Um just take a breath. I can tell you're a little frantic right now. It's your place to work, I assume. >> Yes. >> Just take a breath. Okay. Um so pretty much we're just trying to figure out where this occurred in the park. >> Right around the back. Unfortunately, there's no camera that points back there. >> Camera points toward the front door outside. That's it. >> Okay. So, it happened right pretty much where her car is right now. >> Then the page part um next to the Okay. real quick. Do you mind exactly as >> So what happened here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Well, he has some paperwork for you. So, this is a victim's rights guide for you that just has a little bit of literature on all your rights. Pretty self-explanatory. It's also got a phone number on the victim's rights that you should um it also has officer Bryant taking the primary or >> uh I think Ruben is >> okay. Did she drive home or did she drive away or >> No, she's still here. >> All right. So, I have some questions for you. Okay. All right. Has your partner ever threatened to kill you or use a weapon against you or your children? um a weapon? No. >> Has she ever tried to about the other? Yeah, multiple times. >> Multiple times. Can you elaborate on that? >> Um well, she's a drinker, so when she gets to drinking, she normally makes lots of threats. And and uh is very aggressive. She's physically violent when she drinks. I don't Her threats to me are not serious. We're just Yeah. Has your partner ever strangled, choked you? If so, was your breathing restricted? >> Yes. >> To both of them? >> Yes. >> Can you elaborate on that? Um well that back when she was drinking heavily before the the latest D uh DUI cuz she checked into Lake View and uh after the last DUI and she was in there for 8 weeks and then after she got out there's a period of her not drinking at all and she was doing better. Um only in the last months that she started to drink again. She she has been aggressive in those times, but not to the point where she had been previously um before she got her second DUI. Uh there would have been multiple times where she's, you know, tried to strike me or I mean I'm bigger than her, so it's not like she can stop me, but usually she puts all her weight into me and use her arms and her legs and um she bites, she pulls hair, um she does whatever she can. to hurt me. Okay. So, I have had to call the police over the years and lately since she's been drinking and driving um on two other occasions, she's been too drunk to drive and gotten in the car and I've called the police, but uh you know, you you guys didn't catch her, so >> it keeps on happening. >> I gota All right. So, does your partner have any access to firearms or weapons? No. >> Has your partner ever attempted or threatened to commit? >> Yes. And I did report that we she had an open DCF investigation and I reported that the DCF DCF >> said it had. >> Yeah. >> Is it not ongoing anymore? >> She had she hasn't done that since then. She had done it in front of the kids and made a scene. Um, I coached my uh six-year-old soccer team and I was about to take her to soccer when she was making these threats and she was making them in front of the kids and then she wouldn't let me take her to soccer and it was the first practice and we had called her mom to intervene and then we had called DCF as well because making it in front of the children when DCF came to our house the first time I wasn't the one that called it. It was her her ex-husband that called in because we had we shared two kids and we reported DCF, but they said they couldn't really do anything about it. So there there was not investigating or an active ongoing investigation with DCF. >> There is again there is again another one. >> There's an active one now. I had reported her drinking and driving again with the kids in the car. And anytime DCF comes out, she sells the story that it's a domestic thing and that they need to it has nothing to do with the kids, which is not true because, you know, honestly, I had covered up for for a long time hoping that she would get better. And DCF explained, "No, you can't do that. You're putting children in harm. You have to report them." So, I've been doing what I'm told. But then DCF doesn't do anything. Unfortunately, there's a lot of factors that go into that kind of stuff. And they there's a lot more check boxes they have to do that we don't have to do. We can just do what we need to do, but there's a lot more than we have. So like I got to bear with you. It's kind of small business. Uh if I take pictures of your wish you probably not even red anymore a little bit. I'm going to take a cool body. ass. Anything else for me? >> No. As of what's happening to her cuz we have kids at home. So, um, as of right now, she's going to be transported to the jail. >> Okay. I just need to know what's going on. It's like, >> yeah, but she, as of right now, she's being transported to the first appearance tomorrow morning. >> Okay. >> Obviously, you can't bind her and it'll be a no contact order. >> Yes. >> So, if she shows up to the house, she will be in violation of the no contact order after she if she makes bail. >> Okay. Do you guys do a breathalyzer on her? So, we're we're trying to work through that right now with our senior officers and supervisors and figure out what they want to do with that because we have no real witnesses other than cameras and we don't know if that can play a factor into that. >> Is she on probation? >> Uh I I don't know what it's called. She she has a trial in uh August. >> She has any actual probation? >> She had a DUI. She her license was restricted and then she regained her license. So, she doesn't have any restrictions now. And I don't know what we had we had to bail her out last time. So I don't know what that means for the trial, but I think the uh so who whoever's for the the county on on the county side needs to know that she's been drinking driving and she's she's likely to get off again. She got off on her first. It doesn't really help her to keep getting off know that she can get off and get back in the car with kids. So, I'm going to let you know what I let every other person know about stuff like this. Once domestic violence has happened, it will happen again. It's notorious. It's factual. It's stated. Um, especially with her driving with kids in the car. You should try to do what you can to fix that. Okay? It's dangerous for the kids. It's dangerous for you. It's dangerous to her. God forbid she gets into an accident. She's drunk. You're looking at child neglect. You're looking at DCF. You're looking at losing the kids completely. So, this might be a wakeup call to try to do something. Okay. Okay. That's just information from me to you working this job, seeing what I've seen, the few times that I've seen it. I've only worked a few and every one I've seen has been the same. Okay. >> I'm sure he could tell you from experience that he's had, he's been here a lot longer. You want to move up and um >> Yeah, we'll we'll go ahead and we will um do a hand off real quick. uh her vehicle. Are you guys okay with it being parked there? Yeah. >> Do you have access to the car? >> I don't have a key, but they can stay there. >> Well, she doesn't have the keys on her. >> Oh, well, that is the car. Yeah. Oh, here. Look at that. >> Are you guys co-owners of this vehicle? >> Huh? >> Are you guys co-owners of the vehicle? >> No, it's it's under my name. >> So, it's technically your vehicle. Okay. >> I mean, if that's not enough reason for, like I said, like he said, we're trying to work through that cuz technically we don't have will witness. So, it's that kind of puts damper on our investigation as far as that. Only thing we have right now is open tanner. So, we'll get through that. We'll figure it out. >> Why do you guys think that this is funny? >> Step out. >> Step out. >> Do you know that? >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Do you know that? >> Step out. >> Do you know that he's being charged through a DCM? >> That's fine. >> I'll give you back. It's uh >> being a DCF. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> Take a seat, >> sir. I haven't done anything wrong. >> Take a seat. Okay. >> Do you know that he's being charged through DCF? >> You told us 18 times. >> But you're not looking into it. >> So, I COULD TELL YOU 21 TIMES YOU'RE NOT LOOKING INTO IT. >> Put your FEET IN. >> I want Cara Caldwell. I don't like it. >> In the end, she's charged with domestic battery, resisting without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. >> How much have you had to drink? >> Hey, camera. >> Where do you live, Shelby? >> Over there. Where the sun meets? >> 508. Pretty copy. One >> pharmacy police. What's your name, sir? >> Her mom's calling for us to take us home. >> Okay. You've been drinking? Huh? >> A little bit. Okay. How much have you had to drink? >> You haven't had anything to drink? >> No. >> Is this your vehicle? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How did you guys get here? >> Um, we're at the Mac and Cheese Festival. >> Huh? back in Jesus town. >> Okay. You drove here? >> I did. >> How long have you been here? >> Um, >> say again, I'm sorry. >> What time is it? >> Oh, 5:08. >> 7:16. >> I'm drunk. >> You're drunk? Okay. You think it was smart for you to be driving? >> No. You can put that back. Step out of the car, man. wine glass in the cup holder, which she then handed to the officer. Pure comedy. Imagine being so drunk that you offer an empty glass of wine to the cops who are investigating you. Oh, but don't worry, she will only get drunker from here. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Um, >> do you have Is it in here? Can I >> I'm an idiot. >> Okay. Okay, I get your driver's license for you. >> Go ahead. Shel's drunk. >> How much have you had drink? >> Hey, camera. >> Shelby, >> sir, stay over there, sir. >> Shelby, stop. >> Sir, I'm not going to tell you again. Stay over there and be quiet. Just stay right there. I'm going to talk to AR since she was so drunk. The officer then came to speak to the man, but while he was doing his job, the drunk woman couldn't seem to stay in one place. >> How long have you guys been here? >> 30 minutes. >> 30 minutes. And you guys were at the mac and cheese festival and she drove here here. >> Her mom is on the way to >> Shelby, stay over here. >> No, stop. >> Shelby, just stop the car. >> Shelby, stop.
