On May 7th, 2026, officers were dispatched to a residence following reports of a domestic disturbance. According to dispatch records, this marked the second reported domestic-related incident at the home within a 2-week period, stemming from an earlier encounter previously covered in a prior video. And I said, "I'm going to send this video to my mom in the morning, and she's not going to do uh a good review to your lawyer or whatever that's trying to get you out of this charge, and you're about to VIP, he just lost his mind. And the altercation between I got home around 10 something. Went to see the guy I'm dating at Max's place. We had one drink, and we had one appetizer. I came home, and he started talking nasty to me. Okay, so who was home when you came back around 10 o'clock at home? She They're harmless, my dogs. But even they're worked up. So I got home, and he was on the phone with somebody he met here, this lady who's like, "I can get you a lawyer." And he's like, "So I'll show you the video." And I said, "This is the video I'm sending my mom. This is how you talk to me behind my mom's back who you want to do You want her to vouch for you to your public defender to get you out of this charge." And he lost it. Threw me onto the coffee table, got out here, he slammed me on the ground, and pulled my shorts off. So he got upset about the video you showed him, right? >> And my mom's listening to all this. She's going to want Uh I'm on here. He just I thought he was going to I thought he was going to slam my head on the concrete. All right, and then he pushed you, or what what did he do? According to arrest reports, officers continued their investigation and ultimately identified the man with visible injuries as the primary aggressor in the incident. The second individual was released from the scene without charges. As a result of the investigation, the man was charged with battery adding to charges stemming from a previous incident just weeks earlier. The case remains ongoing with a court hearing scheduled for late May 2026.
