If you keep tripping out, you're going to go to jail. Knock it off. Get out of the car and come over here. >> What am I doing? You guys can't even We're just in the parking lot, though. >> You think I'm kidding? >> I'm going to take you to jail. >> Am I violating a law right now by standing? >> Yeah. >> How's that? Please just listen to what he said. Can you please listen to me as well? >> No, you're not. >> I don't get paid enough for you. >> I don't get paid enough for you either. >> You don't get paid probably anything. It's wild how some people walk around convinced the law is optional until officers remind them it's not. >> Are you failing to identify yourself? >> Ma'am, I know my right >> with you. I'm asking you to exit. >> Can I talk to your supervisor? >> I am the supervisor. >> I need another supervisor. >> Remain silent. Anything you say. >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Get ready for another wild ride in Cops versus the dumbest Karens who think the law doesn't apply to them. Starting with this woman who turned a simple traffic stop into an arrest. >> Step out of the car. >> Can you please not touch me? >> Okay, I will. But can you please buy your plants for >> You're not under arresting me like that. Why? You was just about to LET ME GO. WHY? HELP. [screaming] >> HELP ME. Help me. >> As as a taxpayer, as a woman, I'm telling you. On January 29th, 2024, officers on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving recklessly and having an expired license plate. Here's what happened next. >> Sure. >> Do you know the time tag is expired? >> Uh, I don't know. I just I just said, "Let me see I can show you the text." I said, "Let me see your car >> so I can take my baby to school and go to work." >> No problem. >> When am I getting pulled over? >> Your time tag is expired. >> Uh, looking for mom. >> Where do you work at? right here in this um the part you see where it say tax is at. >> Mhm. >> Today my actually my first day opening my own office. >> Oh, really? Congrats. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Um this is my license. >> Thank you. >> And actually with the 10 tags, would you want me to call? >> There might be a uh registration or insurance in there. >> I don't see nothing but snacks. I don't know if this this is it. >> No, this is the >> Does he have any insurance for the car? >> I'm sure he does. >> Well, you may contact. >> After checking her paperwork, the officer then returns to inform the woman that her tag hadn't registered to her yet and is still under the dealership. But as they are doing so, they also notice something different coming from her car. >> So that was this the registration? >> No. Okay. Um, so that tag's not coming back to this car. It's not coming back to anything. >> He said the dealer he just told me the dealer said I think two weeks or >> two weeks >> or he told him two weeks ago. It should be coming back though. >> It was the dealer. The tag. >> The tag. So he's already spoken to the dealer. >> Yes, he's spoken to the dealer. >> Okay. >> He's spoken to the dealer. >> So technically you're not supposed to be driving this car. That tag is attached to it cuz it's not coming back to a vehicle. >> I was going to seize the tag because you're telling me he spoke to the dealer. I'm not going to seize the tag just so you can get back home with this car. But once you get back home with this car today, >> don't drive it. Okay. >> Okay. Until you get that new tag on it. It's not going back to a car at all. >> Okay. >> I definitely let the deal. Well, he'll talk to the dealer. >> Does that make sense? >> Yes, that makes sense. >> Do you have any questions? >> No. >> So, let me ask you. You said you dropped your kid off at school. >> How old is your child? >> A lot of these questions. >> Well, cuz your car smells like weed. So, I'm trying to explain something to you. with your child. >> I don't want to answer no more questions. >> Okay. What I'm trying to tell you is your car smells like weed. If you're driving a kid around in it, >> I would never drive a kid around. Ain't nobody Ain't no kids in the car. >> Okay. When'd you drop your kid off? >> Ain't nobody in the car with me. Ain't no kids in the car. >> Why did she not admit to that? The worst she gets would be a ticket. Now, the officers had to do much more than that. >> No kids in the car with me. >> Okay. Do you have anything illegal in the car we got to worry about? >> Not my car. >> Well, that's not what I asked you. I don't know what's in it. I just told you I want >> you back down there, please. Right now, we are going to search your car cuz it smells like marijuana. Okay. >> Okay. Can I speak to someone else? >> I'm telling you, put your stuff down and step out of the car. >> Can I have a supervisor? Cuz I think you was just about to let >> I don't understand why you not let go. >> Based on based on your behavior right now and there's no marijuana and we're searching your car. >> I don't have no behavior problem. Let me tell you the car. I don't know. Let me let me call. >> Okay. Step out of the car. >> Can you please not touch me? >> Okay, I will. He's by you playing his hands on me though. >> I'm telling you to step in the car. You're not listening. Step out of the car or you're going to jail. Do you understand? >> What am I going to jail for? >> For resisting if you don't get out of the car. >> I'm not. But you're grabbing me. Listen. Listen. For me to listen. Let me calm down. >> We are calm down. Step out of the car. >> No, I need to calm down. >> Okay. Step out of the car. >> You feel like my heart is just racing. >> I'm telling you, step out of the car. You understand that? >> Ma'am, we're going to search we're I understand. We're going to search your car. So, we need you to step out of the car. Okay. force on you >> because we need you to step out. >> Okay, I will. But you I understand that. But he didn't never told me to step. He grabbed me before he took out the car. >> Just just step out now. Just step out. >> I don't think that's right though. >> We are searching your car. We can't have you in the car. >> I don't have no kids in the car. He asked me. >> I understand. But due to the smell of weed, >> I I like I said, >> step out of the car now. >> Why you Why are you treating me like that? >> Should step out of the car. >> Why are you treating me like that, though? >> Why are you treating me like that? Why are you treating me like that? Crystal, they pulling me over. These guys arrested me. >> Finally, she got a little smarter and got out of the car willingly. It would be bad if she kept staying in the car. It would have gone really bad. Well, it's not like things hadn't already gone bad for her as soon as she refused to step out. Put your hands on your back. >> I don't understand what I put my hand. Put your hand behind your back. >> We're just going to detain you >> cuz you're not listening. Put your Put your hand behind your back for no reason. >> Right now, you're being detained. You're not under. >> You're not under arrest. You're just being grabbing me like that. Why? You were just about to let me go. Why? >> You're being detained. >> Okay, but you understanding. >> Why is he grabbing on me? Help. [screaming] >> Help me. Help me. Why is he doing with me? >> Because all we're asking is Look, look how he got my back. Look. Look how he got my back. >> Put your hand on your back. >> There you go. >> I didn't do anything. >> We're just detaining you, man. That's it. But why she's being rough? You're a woman. You understand? He's being rough. >> Put your then then woman to woman. Put your hands behind your back. >> That's why he got my head. Oh my god. Why are you being a jerk? Stop my >> Stop resisting. >> Stop [ __ ] resisting. >> Just >> You were hurting me. >> We asked you to step out of the car several times. >> He was grabbing me before we asked him to step out the car. So you understand that, right? >> Turn around and face the car. >> Can you please the car? Please answer the car. I'm going to take this. Her phone is right here. >> Can you please answer the car? >> The officers then searched her vehicle and her body. >> So, since we did smell weed in your car, I'm going to search your person as well. Okay, my camera open. My whole car is dead. >> Ma'am, just face the car. Can you spread your feet for me? >> I have anxiety. >> I understand. >> I don't think you do. You can't have anxiety in Vietnam. >> That's not true. >> If you could get his hands off. >> Wow. You still got to touch me. You don't want to be a jerk today. She is searching me, but I don't have no issue with her. She's not afraid of me. My hands are ready. >> Do you understand why we're searching your car, ma'am? >> Yes, I understand why you're searching my car. >> Okay. So, what we're doing now is we're going to wait for another unit to search the car. Okay. >> Just not in my car. >> Okay. Did you say to her? >> Yep. >> So, she didn't want to go to the car at first. She's upset that I grabbed your arm. No, stop. Stop moving. >> Please turn around. >> Just No, just stand just like that, please. >> You're not going to do nothing. I >> I have nothing to do with any of this. The supervisor's on the way. I'm just another officer and my job is to just make sure that you don't move. >> Simple as that. Okay. We're just going to stand here. >> You got something to do with my laptop? >> We We'll get it all figured out. >> But you don't understand. I was just opening my store for the first time. >> Ma'am, ma'am, just hang tight. Everything will get solved. >> I understand. You're not You're not trying to hear me. Not trying to listen to this. It's just >> You ask for a supervisor. Supervisor on the way. You'll have your opportunity to speak with a supervisor. >> All right. But I'm telling you, >> as as a taxpayer, as a a woman, I'm telling you, >> okay? I'm telling you, a supervisor will speak with you and get everything solved. >> I'm telling you something else. >> My job right now is to just stand here. That's it. So, you don't care about nothing I say? >> I didn't say I don't care. >> But but what I'm telling you is he was really being rough and just can't. >> And that's something that you can talk to the supervisor about. >> My phone, please. >> We're not going to move. We're just going to stand here. >> There's a joint in here. >> It was right next to the cup. >> The officers then came to confront her about the weed they found inside her car. >> So, this is what we were smelling is marijuana, right? >> Okay. >> So, you understand? You smell it? >> Not my vehicle. Okay. But you're driving the car. >> I don't know why you're trying to make these difficult. >> I could I couldn't even find the insurance in the car. When you asked me for things immediately I told her this not even my car. I can show you the text messages where I just said to someone you're driving a car. You're responsible for what's in the car. Does that make sense? You're the only person driving this car. Nobody else is in this car. Just you right. >> Okay. >> Is that an accurate statement >> right now? At this moment, I'm the only person driving this car. I would have been driving this car 5 minutes before me. It would just drop off to me. >> Okay. I'm just explaining to you when we get here. I don't know if you've been driving this car all day if you just drove it 5 minutes. So, I don't know. All I know is this car smells like you. I'm trying to talk to you about it. Eventually say I'm not going to answer that question. >> You never asked me about no. You asked me what time I dropped my daughter off. >> Yeah. I asked how old your daughter was. Right. That's what the first question I asked you. You said why? >> And I said because your car you ask me about my daughter. I don't want to answer no questions about my daughter. Uh-huh. >> And then when I told you the car smell like you said I don't want to answer any questions >> because it's not even my car. When you when when you pulled me over all my windows is down. So I don't even know what the car smell like. It was literally dropped off to me. I got in the car, dropped my daughter off and literally came right here. This is not even 3 miles. >> I I just want to see if we can get on the same page with this is this is stupid. This is a little bit of weed. It's not a big deal, right? But when you're telling me you're not going to get out of the car and I have to try to get actually pull you out of the car, that's when you start getting into resistant resistance. Cuz we don't get out the car for >> because your car smells like be out the car. No, you told me exactly. We didn't look at the camera. >> Yes. >> In the end, the woman was charged with resisting without violence and possession of cannabis less than 50 g. The possession charge was later dropped and she pleaded no contest to resisting without violence. Her adjudication was withheld and she was ordered to pay a total of $585 in costs and fees. Attitude and cooperation often matter just as much as the original violation. Staying calm, following instructions, and not trying to outmaneuver the process can be the difference between a minor inconvenience and a costly legal outcome. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman jumped in a stranger's car to avoid arrest. >> If you keep tripping out, you're going to go to jail. Knock it off. Get out of the car and come over here. >> No. >> I'm going to take you to jail. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I don't care. You want to play games with me out here? >> What am I doing? You guys can't even We're just in the parking lot, though. >> Stop. >> On January 18th, 2023, an officer was following a female with an active felony warrant when she jumped into a stranger's car to avoid him. Here's what happened next. >> What's going on? >> I don't know. There she is. Check just jump in your car. This man is >> you know her. >> She she came with it for you and her friend. >> Yo yo you ain't tripping. What are you doing? You ain't doing nothing wrong. She's >> She's probably tripping cuz she got a warrant. She knows she's got a warrant. But that's okay. She does. Hey, if you keep messing, you're going to go to jail. Can you step up in front of that door? Hey, if you keep tripping out, you're going to go to jail. Knock it off. Get out of the car and come over here. >> Get out of the car and come over here. >> Why? >> Because I'm going to tell you one more time and then I'm going to take you to jail. >> That puppy was on point. Hopped into the front seat like arrest that chick. Also, ain't you just love a nononsense cop? He won't take her BS for answers. >> You think I'm kidding? >> No. >> I'm going to take you to jail. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I don't care. You want to play games with me out here? >> No. >> Like I don't know what's going on. Take your hands out of your pockets. >> Where's my phone? >> I don't care. You run away like I don't see you >> and then you want to play hide in the car. >> Oh, I just >> What? You gave him your dope? >> No. >> What? I saw you pass something up there. >> Yeah, the dog. >> I put the dog in the car. >> Really? Come over here with my partner. >> I put the dog in the car. >> Step over there. >> It's okay. It's okay. What's that? >> I got you. I got you. I'm not here messing with you, man. All right. If you happen to find something in there that doesn't belong to you, >> stop. >> Knock it off. What are you doing, though? >> Knock it off. You got a warrant for your arrest. >> What am I doing? You guys can't even We're just in the parking lot, though. >> Stop. >> Watch this. Not trying to be strong. >> After she was secured in handcuffs, she suddenly went limp and faked passing out. >> Stand up. Thank you. >> You know the good part about it is we're all here working today and I'll sit with you at the hospital. >> Lay on your back then. >> Fell off. >> Hey. Hey. >> Yeah. >> Hey, wake up. >> Is that thing locked? Let me guess. You're having a seizure. >> Wake up. >> Hey. >> Oh, look. Your eyes work just fine. Wake up. >> 14 liquid 107 showing delay. >> All right. >> Yeah. From like 512 SW. >> Okay. You can just lay there for a minute. You're under arrest. According to the records, the woman had pulled a similar stunt the previous night with the same officer assisting that time. But tricks only worked once, not twice. If there's a supervisor that can swing by here, um, this in custody is likely going to fain an illness. Maybe just help us out. She's got a warrant under arrest or a warrant for arrest. And she did this the last time and she's doing it again now. Hey. Hey, are you getting tired yet? What is it that's bothering you? >> You can break off of that if you want. >> Your eyes are flickering. You're cuz you're trying to keep them closed. Open them up. >> Open them up. >> You can see just fine. >> Wake up. >> Wake up. >> You can't wake up anymore. Yeah. What's wrong with your head? >> What's wrong with your head? >> What? >> What are you saying? >> That's not a true statement. That is not a true statement. >> After a while, the EMS arrived at the scene, but she still continued her fake medical condition. The officers should have given her smelling salts. It would change her BS bluff real quick. >> How are you? >> Good. Good. So, she was just dandy running away and running around cars and doing all kinds of maneuvers um prior to be being put in handcuffs. Once we put her in handcuffs, this is what we have. >> Okay, >> she's >> So, just so I know, you guys last night came out and dealt with her around 11:00 over one of the other hotels. Okay, >> she was claiming to have some type of a seizure. She was taken to St. Uh she was claiming to have some type of seizure. She went to St. Clair and was vomiting. >> Is she running around? >> She's got one that seems to be kind of a Okay. >> No process. >> Okay. >> Hey, miss. My name's Matt. I'm with the fire department. Can you open your eyes and look at me? >> Okay. Let's take a couple steps to the back of the engine. Okay. >> One, two, three. >> You were just literally running around cars. >> Okay. We're going to go right for the backing engine right there. >> Come on. Ready. >> Walky walkie. There we go. Life's about to get a lot better for you. >> Jana. Jana. Hello. So, this is how this works. I don't know who you are, but I need to fingerprint you. I need your pointer fingers. If you tell me who you are, you can save me time, or I got to run this, and if it takes two weeks to come back, that's how long you sit in jail. Can you stand up and give me your pointer fingers, please? J. >> No, not your name. You have pointer finger. Your finger fingertips. >> Can you stand up your name? >> What? >> Not really. Go ahead and stand up here. We'll hold you up. >> Pressure. >> Right. [cheering] Oh, one more. We'll be done. >> Thank you. >> After the medics confirmed she was fine, it's now up to the supervisor to take a stern approach to put her in line. >> One time offer. You want to stop playing the game? I'll let you smoke a cigarette. You can chill out for a minute, but you go to the hospital and you run my guys through all this for nothing, just like you did last night. Then the deal's off. So, you got about 10 seconds to tell me and I'm leaving. >> You want to stop playing the game? >> I'm not playing. >> What? How do you want this to go? What do you want to do? >> Okay, then stand up like an adult and stop acting like this. >> What? Here, put your head. >> Okay. >> Okay. Thanks, guys. >> Let me help you set up hard for me. She should have. >> Yeah. >> She ain't got no >> No, that's Jana. >> So, are we done with the game? >> All right. >> Did you get rid of anything that you had on your person? >> I left this car. >> I know you did. >> What' you have? >> My tutor, my >> Nobody cares about that. >> But if that's you trying to get away from that, like all this turns into is a big giant drama fest or a doc warrant. You know what I'm saying? You know what I bet you could tell me now is I s [cheering] I know you were searched but are they going to find anything on you in the jail? Put it there. They're going to charge you with it. >> Nothing. No wheels, no nothing like that. Huh? >> The woman was charged with resisting arrest and escaped from community custody. This situation is a reminder that repeated stunts don't become smarter with practice. Officers document patterns, supervisors step in, and consequences escalate. The calm, non-nonsense approach from law enforcement contrasted sharply with behavior rooted in avoidance and deception. And in the end, accountability showed up exactly as scheduled. Moving on to the next case, where an entitled woman acted ridiculously after loitering around private property. >> Am I violating a law right now by standing? So, I'm giving you one more try. Give us your ID or you going in. Please just listen to what he said. No, you're not. No, I turn around. Please turn around. >> The way that you guys are pay enough for you. >> I don't get paid enough for you either. You don't get paid probably anything. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. What's going on? >> She knows. >> Okay. >> So, she a no. >> Hold on. Time out. Stop. Does she have no trespassing right now? >> No, there's no loitering. So there was four of them back here. Three of them left. She didn't want to leave. >> I just like Is it a law to not do? >> This is private property. >> It's private. Okay. >> Right. So you can leave now or they could do a no trespassing. So if they see you here, you get arrested. >> Okay. >> So it's up to you what you want to do right now. Do you want to leave or >> am I trespassing? >> No. No. So hold on. So hold time out. Why do you want one? >> Well, listen. I didn't say I wanted one. >> Okay. So do you want one? So I'm asking you next time that I come and I'm sitting on this property, right? Cuz I for whatever reason sometimes I sit here. So listen, if I'm sorry if I'm sitting here next time, am I going to get arrested? >> No, but >> Okay. So then, >> but they can ask you, can you please leave and then they could choose right now to not trespass you right now? >> Okay, that's their choice. >> But but Right. That's what I'm saying. Do you want to work with them or do you >> I'm probably going to come back later cuz I chill here sometimes. >> But then they have every rightass. Yeah, I'm probably going to chill here. I'm not going to like I don't want to trespass. We just want you to leave or go. >> She's talking herself into a new trespassing. >> What? >> She's talking herself into a new trespassing right now. >> So, not leaving. >> So, let me know. >> They don't want to do one. They just want her off the pro the property. >> All right. So, >> that's all they got in trouble. We actually just want >> That's what I appreciate. That's what I'm trying to work with you. They This is a private property. >> Am I violating a law right now by standing here? >> Yeah. >> How so? So, this is a Would you say um this is a private property, right? >> In this area, it's I'm telling you, please stop yelling. >> He's not yelling. Let's just >> We could be civil. They ask you to leave. Just go somewhere else. Or we could go through the no trespassing. >> Is this the first time? >> And then you must like the night and >> right now I law. >> Yes, you are. Which law? >> So, they ask you to leave the property. >> So, is that the law? Which law? >> I don't want that. Trespassing. Well, so right now I'm I'm trespassing. >> Yeah. >> I've heard of secondhand embarrassment, but I'm feeling secondhand frustration over this brick wall of a human. Also, that will you stop yelling at me to the guy speaking very calmly. Probably the calmst at that point is crazy levels of self-entitlement. >> Correct. >> Do I have no trespassing order already? >> They can put it on you right now. So, they're trying to avoid you getting in trouble. >> Not breaking the law. >> Yeah, both. >> Correct. Let's say when we do have one, >> then I will walk. You guys are going to have It's not really on you guys. It's on them. >> Do you guys want to do the she >> Whatever you guys want. >> She wants They want They were perfectly fine with you going. >> You guys are putting the trust >> because you're not leaving. They're trying to be nice. >> Can I please have a coffee? >> Yeah. >> I'll walk to the station and with you. >> Wait, but why are you do like you don't even have to do this. >> You literally could just back. You can just go. >> I think she's on vacation. So, I don't know what's going on. You got to do it anyway. >> But I'm going to >> You got ID on you? >> Nope. >> No. I'm going to need to grab your name. >> Why? >> Cuz you're involved in a call. This is a call for service. I need to know who you are. All right. >> And I'm just going to give you a fair warning. If you give me a wrong name, you'll be arrested for obstruction. >> I don't care. >> All right. >> So, first name, last name, date of birth. >> I'm on probation, though. Is this going to violate? >> We don't know. We're going to find out. >> Police were called over what? >> You You talked yourself into a no trespassing. So, what is your name? I'm not going to What? What the hell? I'll meet you at the station where you can serve me with the no trespass. >> Where is No, that doesn't work like that. What is your name? Doesn't work. >> We need your name. >> So, you guys are putting no trespassing. >> Yes, because you're giving me no >> Okay, just to clarify, after and I have no problem giving you my name. >> So, after I give you my name, but how is the execution of this no trespass? Um, >> we will ask you to leave if you don't leave. If you don't leave, then you get out. >> And if they see you on the premises, no trespassing, correct? to me and I'm literally I'm going to hand it to you. They see you on the property, they call us. >> Where do I meet you for this to happen? >> Right here. >> Okay. So, you're going to go to your car, print it out, and hand it to me. >> Correct. >> The thing is they see you on the property, you're getting arrested. Okay. Name, date of birth. >> Well, they're doing the no trespass order, right? >> We need your name, please. >> So, they can give you my name cuz I >> We need your This is a law. Like, I don't know what. >> Imagine being on probation and trying your hardest to get arrested instead of just walking away. Stubborn and stupid is really not a great combination. And the officer's patience with her is running really low. >> So you guys want to do a trust test? Give them my name. >> That doesn't work like that. >> Asking us your name. They're asking you your names. >> What is your name and date of birth? This is like >> I know your name. >> I'm running low on patient. >> I'm going to I'm going to ask literally one more time. >> ID. >> I don't know why this is. >> But um why would I identify myself in orderate myself? >> Put your purse down. So why would I? >> If you don't hide to yourself, you're just going to be >> I will arrest you if you do not give your name. You're literally obstructing me right now. >> I'm not obstructing. >> You are. That means you're not You're literally not listening. >> Incriminate myself. >> We need I'm asking your name. That is it. Date of birth. >> That's making me one more try. >> Give us your ID or you need to listen to him. >> Will I get arrested for not incriminating myself right now? >> What do you mean by >> Listen, I'm just going to listen. I'm just going to I'm going to explain one I'm going to explain this one more time to you. Right. >> Why do I have to >> This is for back up. >> No. >> Somebody needs to tell her that the movie Idiocracy was a comedy and not meant to be a how-to guide. If she keeps behaving that way, she will go to jail sooner or later. And that's exactly what's going to happen next. >> Backing up. >> I'm going to explain this one more time to you. Right. >> I'll back up then. >> You are involved in a call for service. We need to know who you are. If you don't identify yourself, you're going to be getting arrested for obstruction. >> For obstructing what? the call of service. >> Yeah, cuz we don't know who you are. And not knowing who you are, we can't do our investigation. >> That's not my problem. >> It's not your problem until you get in handcuff. So, I'm giving you one more try. Give us your ID or you going in. >> Can you please just listen to what he said? >> Can you please listen to me as well? >> No, you're not. No, I turn around. Please turn around. Are you done? >> Done. This is [ __ ] wrong. >> If you kick me one more time doing it, >> what is wrong with you? Sorry. Sorry. Stop. Stop. Stop. I can't breathe. >> You're fine. You're not on your neck. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Good. You're not in your neck. You're fine. Get up. Get up. What is wrong with you? Now what? Now what are you going to do now? Bring the car one custody. Now what? Now what? For what? For what? What am I? >> Obstruction. Resist. >> What did I obstruct? What did I obstruct? What did I obstruct? Resisting what? >> For not giving you my name. >> We give you plenty of chance. >> That's not a law. >> Are you going to spend the night in jail? >> That's literally not a law. What am I spending the night in jail for? Cuz I didn't give you my name. >> Okay. She got the chance to leave, chose to stay and be stubborn and antealed and talk herself into handcuffs. Some people really are their own biggest enemies. There's >> nobody around to do that. >> No. What am I What am I in cuffs for? Stand against the law to search you. >> Search me then. Search me. What the Go ahead. >> RELAX. YOU RELAX. GET PUT IN SOME CUFFS FOR NO REASON. And then tell me to relax. You're fighting with me. Sit down. Sit. Sit. Put your hands on me. SIT. Get off my chest. >> Then sit up like a human AND SIT DOWN. >> TREAT LIKE A HUMAN. TREAT HUMAN like humans. You want them to act like humans. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE. WHAT IF I DID THIS to you? >> What if I did this to you? What if a man What if men should have put their hands on me on women? And people should have put their hands on people. I DID NOT put my hands on you. You shouldn't be putting your hands on me. You shouldn't be. It's wrong. This is wrong. This is wrong. And if someone puts their hands on you, >> I don't agree with it making it right to put your hands back on someone. But as far as I'm concerned, you you put your hands on me. Look it. Look at my wrist. Look. Look. Literally, this hurts. Dude, can you please loosen it a little bit? >> No. When we get to the station, we'll take off. >> Okay, let's go to the station. >> No. No. >> What is wrong with you? >> Look at MY WRIST. IT HURTS. LIKE, VLOG. >> WHAT THE [ __ ] DUDE? NO. Fix my cuff. Fix my station yet. >> Fix it. >> We're not fixation. IT HURTS. >> I'm sorry. >> So, I'M GOING TO HURT MYSELF more because >> you'll be fine. We're not going in the car. Fix my book. >> We're going to the station right now. >> Fix my fix. Fix my >> um figured. But I just wanted to I did not want to >> She talks herself very >> um Elmer and I can handle [music] her. She's just very very uncooperative and is not afraid to be squirly or like hit us. I'm about to go on my cruise around. She's screaming in the back. Someone will call an ambulance. My wrist is really [ __ ] bad. Like I need an ambulance. >> She's trying to clean the hospital right now. >> Yeah, I do. I need it. >> Yes, sir. I'll be there right now. Let her go over the air. >> Cut my hand. Can I get an ambulance, please? He's pleading for it. >> In the end, the girl was charged with prohibited possession of a weapon other than a firearm, which was discovered in her purse, disorderly conduct, obstruction, and resisting arrest. She pleaded no contest to the charges of possession of a weapon and resisting while the disorderly conduct and obstruction charges were dismissed. Ultimately, she was sentenced to 15 days in jail and 350 days of probation. Silence and compliance would have meant going home. Ego turned a minor situation into jail time, probation, and a criminal record. Sometimes the smartest move is walking away, and the worst enemy in the room is yourself. Let's move on to the next case where a woman jumped off the bridge just to get away from a petty theft warrant. >> You got a warrant. >> What was the point of that? Don't do that. >> 4702. >> Just saw Haley. She jumped off into the water at the bridge at 6:00 a.m. >> On August 12th, 2025 in Florida, an officer on patrol noticed a woman with an active warrant standing in the road. Here's what happened next. Next. >> Yes, you are. You got the butterfly tattoo on the side of your neck. >> Yeah, that's your middle name. Come on. Take it back. >> All right. I didn't do anything. >> You got a warning. Look, >> you have a warrant, >> dude. Look, man. My mom's so sick right now. >> Take the backpack off. >> Put your stuff down with you, dude. I didn't >> Put your stuff down. You've got a warrant. >> I didn't do anything to you, though. >> You saw me walking up and you were getting ready to run off. >> So, >> put your stuff down, >> Peter. Take it. Take >> your backpack off. What the >> What was the point of that? Don't do that. 472. >> Just saw Haley. She jumped off into the water. >> Well, that was stupid. What's she going to do? Float away from the police. She's swimming in the water. >> Haley, what's the point of that? >> What are you doing? Where are you going to swim to? What are you doing, Hy? 4792. I have eyes on her again. She's still >> Haley. Come on. >> You want me to come over to your side? I was trying to get on that. >> 1054. You can stay there for now just in case. >> Bailey, I don't want you to get hurt. Haley, it's not that big of a deal. >> 472. She still treading water or is she uh on the rock? >> 54. She's holding on to a piling underneath. >> We got a little boat coming. >> We can have a life we can throw to her on a rope. Anybody on rescue or throw a can to her? >> After her jumping attempt to flee her arrest, the EMS, firefighters, and more backup officers arrived to pull her out of the water. >> Hey Haley, are your feet touching? >> Haley, grab it. Haley, behind you. Grab it. Teddy, you're going to have to swing it. She can't reach that. >> I don't know. That's why I was going to jump in, but they said it's not that deep. >> It's dripping to her. Grab it. Grab it. You can get to that. You can get to that. >> Grab whatever you can of it. Grab the rope. They'll get you. >> GRAB ANYTHING. >> YOU GOT IT. YOU GOT IT. >> You got it. There you go. >> She's got the rope. She's holding the rope. If we're going to have to go that way cuz she's going this side of the pile on a little >> Can you put Hey, can you put your hands down there where your feet are? You okay? >> Right here. >> Just get her up. >> I think I'll be all right. She says she just can't catch her breath. So, I'm letting her sit for a second. >> No, his mouth. All right, we're going to get you out. She say no. >> It's all right. Just breathe, Haley. Here we go. >> I got you. >> After a while, the officers were finally able to pull her out of the water. Oh, that's Oh, we got to watch our hands and arms. >> Can we pass this down to next person? >> I've got the ladder, too, so you don't have to hands. There you go. Let's get over this board or this ladder. It's going to hurt. Turn towards left. Turn left. Ready. 1 2 3. That might be the dog. >> There you go. Can you tell me how many quarters are in the dollar? All right. We're going to put this on you. Then we're going to get you to the structure. Okay. One, two, and three. In the end, she was charged with resisting without violence and petite theft over $100. In court, she pleaded no contest to both charges. She was sentenced to 21 days in jail and was ordered to pay all court costs. All those resources, the police, the firefighters, the EMS, wasted. And for what? Her fleeing from a petty theft charge. What a pointless stun coming from the woman. Let's move on to the next case where a woman got a felony instead of tickets because of her behavior. >> Are you failing to identify yourself? >> Ma'am, I know my >> debate it with you. I'm asking you to exit the >> talk to your supervisor. >> I am the supervisor. >> I need another remain silent. ANYTHING YOU SAY? >> EXIT THE PO. Honor me. >> Get back in your car. >> Why are you harassing me? >> I'm not. Get back in your car. >> Get back in your car. >> Get back in your car. >> Pulling me off. No, we're not pulling you out. Why are you yelling? >> Because you're coming at us on a traffic stop. >> No one ordered you. Yes, it is. >> What traffic stop is it? What did I >> It is a traffic stop. Get over. Get over on the sidewalk. >> I'm just fine. But what did I violate? >> Get over on the sidewalk. What did I violate? Over on the sidewalk. Can you read my rights? What did I >> No, I'm not reading your rights. >> Why are you pulling me over? I'm pulling over. >> Why are you There's no reasonable search procedure. You don't need to search my car. >> I'm just making sure there's no one else in it. >> You're aggressive for what? >> Will you listen? No, cuz you're aggressive. >> First off, you don't have any lights on in this vehicle. >> I do have my lights on. I just turned them off cuz I pulled over my cars off. >> I just followed you. >> I have it on camera. >> I just asked you, would you harass me? You said no. So, you're lying. >> I'm not harassing you. I ask you, would you follow me? You follow me for a block. My car has been turning off >> because I'm pretty sure I watched you go the wrong way down Sixth Street >> because my car has been turning off. I will turn it up and it's going to turn right off. I cannot drive it. >> It's physically not able to drive. That's why it turned down the runway because my car is stiff when I turn it on. I watched you follow me. That's why I pull over and turn off turn on because soon as I will show you now. If I turn it off and turn it on, it's going to turn right back off. I cannot drive. >> But I'm also telling you, okay, I'm not >> So her car shut off and turned on so she went the wrong way. Yeah, that makes sense. If her car isn't working, it makes more sense to get it fixed than to drive the wrong way down the street. However, nobody's accusing her of having any sense at all. Okay. When I watched you back out of that parking spot cuz you knew I was there. I watched you watch me. You I watched you back into a car. I heard it. >> I I didn't hit the car >> and then you pulled away. >> I didn't hit the car. >> And then your lights are not on. >> If I hit the car, what damage? >> You didn't hit it very hard, but I heard you hit the car and I watched you. You're constantly >> not necessarily. >> You're constantly lying. >> How can you sit here and say that I'm lying? >> Because for one, you already lied when I asked you where you were following me and harassing me. That's harassing you. Follow me because you should have pulled me over originally when you first see me. That's a lie. >> But I couldn't. >> You could have. You must be different. Do >> you have a driver's license? >> Yes, ma'am. I do. Do you have my plates to run my plates? >> I already have you driver's license. You know how to be a driver. Run my plates. You will see my driver's license. I know my rights. You're not going to be a >> What is your name? >> Run my plates. I have license. >> Are you failing to identify yourself? >> Ma'am, I know my rights. Run my plates because before I identify identify myself, you can run my place to know who I am. required to know if I don't know who you are nor do I know I have a warrant >> by Illinois by Illinois law you are required to produce identification when request give you now I will now give you right to go through my car my license actually know my license my identification is in my door and then for two you have Illinois right to run my place without me even knowing you know who I am and if I have insurance >> I never interacted with you I have no idea who you are >> exactly cuz you have the rights and the willpower and the insurance and the technology to. So stop it. You can't know who I am without me telling you. Will I give it to you? Yes, I can. Cuz I'm not withholding it from you. All it's asking me if you follow me. All I'm saying my car is not it's it's only been stopping because I cannot drive it. >> Okay. Where's your identification? >> In my in my car. Somewhere in my car. Probably either in the door or my wallet. >> Okay. Can I go find it? >> I will get it for you. >> Uh at this point in time, I'm not comfortable letting you back in the vehicle. >> It's right there in the door. I'm not going to be in the vehicle. It's in the door. >> Okay. So if it's in the door, can I go in the door and grab it? You can go in the door. >> Okay. >> After getting her ID, the officers let her sit inside her car. If I can make an opinion about that, I'd say they are too nice to her. >> Okay. Can I sit in my car? It's freezing. >> Yeah, you can sit in your car. What What is in this car that shouldn't be in this car? >> I just just regular [ __ ] >> Okay. Cuz just standing here with this car open, this door open, talking to you, I can smell marijuana. Marijuana in the car. >> Just just roaches once that's on the floor. That's it. >> Just roaches them once on the floor. Do you understand that you can't have any kind of cannabis? >> Well, bunts, but just tobacco. Tobacco. My bad. I have flash smoke. I don't even know. >> But why? That doesn't smell like tobacco. It smells like marijuana. >> There's no weed in the car. I promise you. Like, it's just this I smoke a lot in my car cuz I don't I live with a >> Okay, that's Can I see that, please? >> It's just this, sir. >> Yeah, that's a marijuana smoking device. >> There's no weed in there. I don't I can't smoke in my apartment. It's illegal to smoke in your apartment. Sorry. It's illegal to smoke in your car. >> While driving? >> Yeah. >> While I'm not driving. I smoke in my car. Just sitting in my car, >> man. I don't I'm not I'm not sitting How old are you? How old are you? >> I'm 24. >> Okay. You're You're old enough to know better. You know that you cannot have drug paraphernalia in a car. >> It's not in my car. >> You can't have weed in your car. You can't sit and smoke in your car. >> I'm not smoking in my car. I'm not sitting here. I'm not smoking. >> So, you're telling me that's not a marijuana smoking device I'm looking at right now? >> But it's not weed in there. It's not loaded. >> There's resin in there. It doesn't have to be loaded. Have you smoked? When was the last time you smoked? >> Like a couple hours ago. >> Okay. So, are you high right now? >> No, I'm not high. Like, it's Look, there's not It's breast. It's not even nothing in there. Just smoke. >> What's that to smoke? Stop playing. >> I'm not playing. I'm being 100% ashtray, sir. Like, we have an ashtray. Where am I supposed to even put weed at to ash and the floor keeps flashing. There's just tobacco there on the ground. >> The officer then asked her to step out of the car and sit. >> Well, be that as it may, this is what's going to happen. She's checking right now to see if he damaged the vehicle. Uh if she's willing to raise her right hand and swear that um this vehicle struck that vehicle, then we got bigger problems than just driving the wrong way on one way. Okay. The hitter pipe, you're not going to keep that in a in a in a vehicle. So, I need you to give me the hitter pipe. >> That's fine. >> Is there any other uh drugs or contraband in this vehicle? >> Uh, no. Just the juice, the water, and that. >> Okay. So, to be sure, what I'm going to have you do is exit this vehicle, and we're going to set you in on a nice warm squad car with no handcuffs, just nice and comfortable because what I have is probable cause to search this car. >> Now, I appreciate your honesty. You're telling me there's nothing else in here. I'm making sure there's no more drug paraphernalia and there's no more marijuana in this car. >> Actually, probable cause for what? to search your car for marijuana. You cannot have cannabis in a car. >> It's not no cannabis in I just told you >> this is a pipe with resin. >> It's not resin. >> Resin is cannabis. >> How? The cannabis is actual flower. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to debate it with you. I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. >> Talk to your supervisor. >> I am the supervisor. >> I need another supervisor. >> No, I need you to exit the vehicle. >> Karen used. Can I talk to a supervisor? It's not very effective. Officer used. I am the supervisor. It's very effective. Karen is confused. >> There's no weed in the car. I don't sell drugs. >> Okay, then then we'll be able to take care of this real quick. >> That's fine. I don't have nothing to hide, but all I'm saying is I don't have no weed in the car. >> Okay, great. We're going to make sure of that. Okay, go ahead and exit the vehicle. >> Can I I need to talk to somebody else cuz nobody's listened to me. >> Ma'am, are you refusing to exit the vehicle? >> I'm not refusing. >> I told you. >> Listen, I'm not playing a numbers game here. We're not going to count to three. I'm I'm ordering you out of the car. Are you refusing to exit? >> I talk to somebody else. This is not fair. I'm being honest with you. I let you go to my car. I only went to grab some food. That's it. I'm not smoking. I'm not doing none of that. If that was the case, I would have a blunt. I don't even smoke out of that. >> I'm going to ask one more time, ma'am. Then I'm going to remove you from your vehicle. >> You decide how you exit the vehicle >> because how is that resin? >> Are you exiting the vehicle or >> I want to exit the vehicle, but I'm asking you. >> Okay, then step over here. >> How is that? That's not even evidence of me smoking. Get out of the car. >> Exit the vehicle. >> You guys are doing this for what? >> Cuz we're here to protect and serve the public and we can't >> public. What am I doing wrong? I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> You're driving the wrong way in a oneway. >> I told you why. Because my car was in the middle of marijuana smoking device. I'm not here to negotiate with you. I'm getting out of the vehicle. >> I'm getting out. >> Step out. >> You're projecting on me and that's fine. I'm going to What's your badge name? I have the I'm out of the car so you don't touch the back >> to the back. >> I have I'm out of the car. Can I get your badge name? I'm out of the car. >> Let's go. What? >> Okay. >> Finally, the officers were able to detain her. But that's just detain without handcuffs. But cops have their limits and she has reached it, earning herself a shiny pair of handcuffs. >> Why? I'm not >> Because you have an issue being able to fall in. >> No. Now you're making this. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. Put your feet inside the ball. inside the car. Put your feet inside. >> I KNOW MY RIGHTS. >> OKAY. STOP. STOP. >> You're not going to put your hands on me. I know my >> You're You're under arrest. Secure her. >> Oh, >> ask her. >> Yeah. Brandise her and ask her if she knows her. >> You think this is over? Guess again because she's about to make one last move to add more charges. All right. Moving on to the next case where a woman thinks she can bribe the police to avoid arrest. [screaming] >> YOU SEXIST WOMANIZER. [ __ ] YOU UP ME. >> Officers responded to reports of an SUV with two flat tires driving the wrong way down the highway. They track the vehicle to a gas station. Here's what happens when the police approach the driver. >> You got your car keys on you? >> What are you looking for? >> My car keys. You just leave me alone. >> No, you got two flat tires. >> My father is going to come fix them. >> Here. Where's Can you mind if I see your car key real quick? my car key. >> Yeah. I expressed to her that she was not following mine and she'll be placed under arrest. >> Okay. >> She followed yours. So, if you want to take this at face value that she listen to you, you can do that. >> It's up to you. >> No, that's fine. Complete your traffic stop and I'll explain to the young lady the importance of listening to a police officer during a traffic stop. >> Hear me out because this could have gone completely different. You could roll your eyes and sigh and do all the [ __ ] The reality is on a traffic stop, whether you think it's lawful or not, you will listen to the police officer when they instruct you to either remain in the vehicle or get out. >> Or you'll be arrested for obstruction. And then you can explain to a judge why you don't want to follow simple instructions. You can roll your eyes and fidget your feet and do all that [ __ ] and see what the judge thinks about it. But at the end of the day, you are required by law >> to either remain in the vehicle or get out of the vehicle when the officer tells you so on a traffic stop. That is why she told you to get back in the car. You try to get out on her twice and she told you if you did it again, you didn't listen to her, she's going to place you into custody for obstruction. >> Luckily, once we got down here, you stood, you listened to a reason you got out. I appreciate that. >> So, she's going to do what she's going to do. She's going to complete her traffic stop and we're going to go about our business. It did not have to be this way. You created this situation. Anything else? >> No. >> Okay. Fantastic. >> Get your fating face out of here. >> Okay. You could you could say whatever you want. >> Good. >> It's quite all right. >> You [ __ ] Get out. >> No, we're not leaving. You're not done yet. You're not free to leave. All I want to do is go back to bed. >> Well, that's not going to be happening. Pam, >> why didn't you call me back to jail? >> Actually, that's exactly what we're going to do. Straight back. First go straight back. >> All right. >> After securing the woman inside the squad car, she was then transported to a hospital due to her level of intoxication. Once cleared, the officers took her to the county jail where she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. Most charges were later dismissed. She ultimately entered a no contest plea to one count of disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier, resulting in a conviction, court costs, and 37 days in local jail credited as time served.
