One, you got a headlight out. Two, your license plates are expired. They've been expired since March. Are you aware of that? >> Um, no, I didn't know. >> Do you have your driver's license on you? >> As soon as she cracked the window, smoke poured out with a strong odor of cannabis, and the officer noticed it immediately. He then began questioning her about it. >> Were you coming back here, Miss Edwards, or did you turn in here? You saw me pull out behind you, >> huh? >> Were you coming back to a house back here, or did you turn turn back if you just saw me pull out behind you? >> I just turned. >> I got you. What's that? One, for probable cause for the fact that the order burnt fresh cannabis in your vehicle, okay? That's still illegal to transport in this state. I told you I could work pretty easily with honesty and cooperation. The young man next to the seat, I mean, I'm not a petty officer, okay? The young man in in the seat next year is not even allowed to have that blunt or that uh real on his hand because it's tobacco under age 21. Again, petty things that I don't really care about, but I work off cooperation. I have to make sure that you're okay to drive. I'm going to remove him of the vehicle first. Okay. Uh, Miss Edwards, I'm being nothing but nice to you and I'm asking you for your cooperation, please. Okay. While the officer was offering her some compassion, she returned that by throwing a cup at him. In the end, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, and assault on a law enforcement officer. It is to be noted that 6 months earlier, the woman was arrested for aggravated battery, also at her mother's house for punching her mother in the face and hitting her with a large cooking skillet. About 7 months later, she was caught with another person after they carjacked and kidnapped someone at gunpoint. On March 20th, 2024, she pleaded guilty to all three charges and was sentenced to 3 years in prison, followed by two years of probation. With such toxic behavior, it's no wonder she got that long list of charges. Remember, don't act like her. Moving on to the next case where a woman thought she knew the law, the officer taught her otherwise. >> Get away from me. >> Send me another unit. >> Come here. >> Come here. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> On April 15th, 2025, an officer on patrol in New Mexico conducted a traffic stop on a gold jeep driving in the bike lane, repeatedly drifting between lanes. Here's what the officer did next. >> That was okay. You want to open your door? So, I'm officer lock city. Reason for a stop is your headlights weren't on when you left. >> Um, >> it's okay. Um, >> yeah. I mean, they're on now, but I don't know if it's a short. And then also too, you were you're riding in the bike lane, too. You were traveling in the bike lane >> when I first >> Well, right here on 180. Were you on your phone or something? Okay. I have to pay $100. >> $100 walk out? Really? Where's that at? Where's work at? Okay. So, this one is old, so you can throw that one away. Do you have your most current form of insurance? This is actually expired when you work. >> Would that come to get him to text me? >> If not, I mean, I'm willing to I'm willing to work with you and just give you a fixer ticket. I don't I have I don't think >> that doesn't go against your record. >> All right. So, why why are you doing that? Let's come back here and then we'll we'll finish the rest of our business back here. >> Wait, is that why? >> That way I'm not coming back and forth and asking you for information. >> Yeah, I just >> You're not what? >> Why is that? on the sidewalk. >> Well, you're we're going to be over here on the sidewalk, not on the road. >> And I'd actually prefer you to to enter your vehicle and come back here with me. Like I said, that way I'm not coming back and forth. >> You are, man. You are. Yes, you are. Yes, ma'am. There's United States law. >> Yes, there is, man. So that looks like registration to me. This was just a simple traffic stop that should have ended with a ticket. But nope. Instead of keeping things peaceful, the woman grew more and more uncooperative, turning a calm stop into unnecessary chaos. I am tired of having >> And like I said, I want to do our business here. >> You can learn my stuff and then you can fix it. >> Okay. >> Well, why is that? >> I don't have to. >> You do have to hire me. Hold on. What are you doing? What are you doing? >> I don't have my door. >> Open this. >> Don't touch. >> Open this. >> Open this. >> Get away from me. >> Give me another unit. Come here. >> Dad, Steve, >> come here. You're not going to shut the door. Stop. >> Come here. Come here. I'LL BE RIGHT. COME HERE. >> Come here. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get your hands off. >> No. >> Get out OF THE VEHICLE. >> STOP. >> GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> No, you won't. Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. >> Vehicle. I dare you. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. >> Hurry up. Get out of the vehicle. >> Even after getting tased, she still refused to get out. And the moment the officer dragged her from the car, she switched straight into full victim mode. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> You need to get away from >> Get out of the vehicle right now. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Stop. I'm on the ground >> on a fuckway with a psycho. >> Look away. Look away. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> There's something. There's something. I can't breathe. >> Pissing her pants is one thing, but blaming the officer for it, she's an absolute joke. And to top it off, she actually thought she could demand to bring along her stuff to jail. >> Wait. >> Nope. There's no way. >> Made me piss myself. PLEASE WAIT A SECOND. THERE'S HUMANITY. >> You just hang up. On three. 1 2 3. >> Can you not step on my glasses? >> Yep. >> Can I have my phone? >> No. Can you pick it up out of the room? >> Stay right there. >> Everything's a unlock a unit. >> Can I at least get my purse and my phone? >> Please unlock a unit, bracelet. >> Yeah, I did. >> Can you believe I just got out of work? I just went home. >> Well, you shouldn't be doing things like that. >> I was doing what? >> I opened the door. >> Stay right there. Face taste the >> I have absolutely nothing on except this now. >> Okay, >> that door is broken. >> Okay, hold on. Are you wearing a bra? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have anything in your bra? >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to search you with the back of my hand. Okay. >> It's broken. >> Sit there. >> It doesn't work. >> Okay, you'll figure it out. >> Okay. I have pee. >> I have I know. Sit in there. I don't want to get in your car. >> No, it's plastic. >> I never done this before. >> Can I have my phone in my purse? >> No, you do not. >> You'd think an arrest would be a wakeup call. Instead, she's convinced she knows her rights better than the officer. That confidence is about to get corrected. >> You're under arrest now. >> You haven't arrested my rights. >> We don't have to. I'm not going to >> arrest me. >> That's correct. Sit back. >> Yes, you do. >> I'm going to educate you. >> I can't sit back. >> Hold on. I'm going to I'm going to lock your car. Step out again. >> I'm going to educate you something. Okay. >> All right. Educate. >> Am I interrogating you? >> I guess. >> No, I'm not. Am I asking you any incriminating questions? >> No. >> No, I'm not. Okay, then. >> I said no. >> And y'all think my 110 lb self is a threat? >> No. We want to go home at night. >> I do too. >> Okay. And you're going >> you you may you may not go home tonight, but you will go home. >> Hold on. >> Okay. I I did not consent to search. >> They're not searching your car. >> Yes, he is. What is he doing? >> Ask her where that bag is that she threw. >> Something you shouldn't have. No, I have nothing. I was getting off work. I was going to home. I had a shitty night. >> Do something that's supposed to face the table. >> I had a shitty night. I had a $100 walk out of a customer. I had to pay and that kind of sucked. And I was just going home and he wanted me to get out and stand on the sidewalk and I wasn't comfortable with that. >> You're required to. Okay. Easy. I can't sit back these on. >> Try your best. >> Now is the time to read her rights. Read something. >> This is not now. I think you're going to read. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. So what what happened on that? >> He pulled me over. He said I was in the bike lane. I just left the Chinese palace. >> Okay. So when I turned out I may have touched my lane. He said I did it twice. I didn't think I did. He asked me to get out and come back to his car. I wasn't comfortable with that. As far as I knew I didn't have to. >> Okay. You were required to. >> Well, just just so you know. >> Okay. Well, I didn't think I was. >> So that was my mistake. >> What? >> So my car door is my window's broken. So I just shut the door. >> That's fine. and he reached in, unbuckled my seat belt, tased me. >> Okay. >> I All I was trying to do was get my insurance information. >> Okay. So, what is all over your pants? >> Uh where I probably where I pissed myself and where he threw me on the ground. >> Have you had any alcohol? >> No, I've been at work. >> Any marijuana, prescription medications? >> No, nothing. I take a blood test, breath, whatever. I'm I'm asking you because off of my observations, your eyes are very bloodshot and red. >> I've been at work all night. I'm a waitress. >> Okay. >> I served probably 300 people tonight. I am very tired. >> Okay. >> Very tired. >> Okay. >> I mean, my eyes I mean it could be allergies. I don't know. But I have had nothing. >> Okay. >> Except a dream right now. >> Okay. And you haven't consumed any of the open containers that are in your >> No, those are from last time we went camping. I'm not cleaning my Jeep out cuz the door is broken. I need to take the door off to get into that pocket of the hole to clean it all out. I don't even have passengers in there, obviously. >> So, what did this officer see with you in your hand that you she that you threw out of your hand at some point? >> I've never thrown anything out of my hand. >> You didn't have anything on your person that you weren't supposed to. >> The bags. >> Yes, there was baggies underneath. >> She had baggies. >> There was two. Okay. It's all on body cam, man. So, I don't whatever you want to say. >> See that? >> And then you tossed one bag like that behind your head. >> I have it. >> Yes, you did. >> How? I'm driving a stick shift. I did not. >> Once I was pulling you out and you were refusing to get out and I was pulling on your legs. You grabbed the one bag and you threw it behind you. >> My phone was in the seat next to me. I was trying to get to my phone. Even if I had anything, all I was thinking about was my phone. I have nothing. Search for baggies. Search for whatever. There is a weed pin in my cigarette case that I don't use driving. I'm going just going to come home and smoke a bowl and go to bed. That was all I planned on doing tonight. >> In the end, she was charged with resisting an officer, assault on a peace officer, failure to maintain lane, and no proof of insurance. When things are peaceful, let it be peaceful. Don't start freaking out like this woman and get yourself into handcuffs. Starting with this couple who terrorized an entire shopping mall. >> You're not leaving. I need >> You're touching me. You're touching me. That's assault. Assault. >> It's not assault. >> Assault. >> I got a lawsuit against y'all. You want to add to the lawsuit? >> You what? >> I got a lawsuit against y'all. Keep acting. >> On April 26th, 2024, officers responded to a shopping mall regarding a couple threatening people. Here's what happened next. Come here. Come here, please. We're in the SoCo and they're ignoring my plans to stop. >> Come here, please. >> No. >> What do you mean no? >> No. >> Please do not talk to them right now. I need to deal with them. >> Okay. You're not leaving. I need >> You're touching me. You're touching me. That's assault. >> It's not assault. >> It's assault. >> It's assault. You're touching me. Put your hands on me. >> These people, come over here. refusing to stay where I'm at. And >> I don't got to. It's called [ __ ] puppet. >> Nope. >> Yep. Stupid. >> I can follow you all day. >> No car. That's your dog. >> Yep. >> Are we? >> Yep. >> Jo. I'm going to So good job. >> Thank you. I got a lawsuit against y'all. You want to add to the lawsuit? >> You what? I >> already got a lawsuit against y'all. Keep acting. >> Oh, do you? Who? Not against me. You don't >> against the police department though. >> Hey, don't call it. We don't. >> The entitlement of these two was off the charts. Also, what did they think walking would do? Maybe they thought that if they walked away, the cops would forget about it and leave them be. Sadly for them, it's not going to happen. somebody to verify a crime as well. >> You need a gravitation. >> They're running westbound towards the interstate. >> I appreciate you. >> I ain't verified a crime yet. So, there's my problem. >> Director of the mall. >> I'm the director AT THE MALL. >> YOU ARE. >> Come with me. >> There is a song. Uh he he said that he was going to security officer and uh there was no apparent reason. >> Come on, man. Right here. Right here. Here. Come here. I'm getting the left one, man. I'll take off. Here come my [ __ ] handcuff on >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I'm trying to help you stupid. You want >> roll under your stomach. >> All right. Say, please roll on your stomach. If you move, I want to hit you in the neck, dog. >> Roll under your stomach. >> Your stomach's going to be dog pit. >> You understand me? >> Hey, if I call 911, you going to pop up, right? >> Roll onto your stomach. >> I see your face. Roll. Okay, I see your face. Roll onto your stomach. >> It don't matter. I can [ __ ] up anytime. You got to roll. Roll. Force about roll. >> Roll onto your stomach. I am put >> you get down. Stop trying to break my arm. I ain't going to do [ __ ] >> You stop or y'all break my [ __ ] and [ __ ] on your back >> cuz y'all ain't being nice. >> Hey, get the [ __ ] off me. Hold. >> All right. Here. >> Hey, bro. Don't grab my dick. Yes, >> I am. >> I'm doing this. >> All right. >> So, what's the problem? >> On to your >> As the officers tried to put the man in handcuffs, he continued to resist with every strength he had, making the arrest even harder. >> What's the problem? What I'm detained for? What I've been arrested for? >> You are being detained for an investigation. >> What investigation? >> Something that happened in the mall. I don't have to explain myself further. >> Where I'm at? I'm at the mall. >> Nope. So this part of the camera, right? >> I'm not going to explain further. >> Where your body count at? >> I'm not going to explain where your body, >> dude. Turn the [ __ ] over. Thank you. 911. will be calling. >> Y'all will pop up. What the [ __ ] you doing? I'm smart. Y'all got to pop up. >> Stay seated. >> Why girls? I mean off the ground. No, never mind. I got Leave me alone. Go back to business. Going back to business, Jack assies. >> So I do, but my [ __ ] car >> that [ __ ] there. Jew. Start with you. >> Even after the handcuffs were on, he still thought he could whine about his rights. >> We'll talk about it in a minute. >> Who you are a civilian? >> I'm going to tell you one time. Do not stand up. >> Hey, is he a civilian? >> Do not stand up. >> Is he a civilian? >> I don't know who you're talking about. The >> white shirt. >> I have no idea who he is. You got him. I'm going up. Good. I might do. >> Yeah. Why? Why? Well, you resisted for about 5 minutes. >> I didn't resist it. Y'all had me pinned. I told I would help you. >> No, that's not how this works. >> Yes, I did. >> I ain't telling [ __ ] Y >> I said you're detained. You pulled away. >> You pulled away. >> I had them in snow mode and I was telling them to stop and they said, "Please stop." He said, "No." Yeah, cuz y'all got no right to touch me. So the fact that you touched me cannot determine that handcuff. >> Yes, I can. No, >> I'm a citizen. That's my first amendment. >> So you violated my first amendment, my fifth amendment. >> It's so I do. >> Shut up. You're just making yourself. >> Look at my record, fool. >> Why? You've been arrested. Then you should know that. >> Guess what? I know a lawyer. Real good, fool. Yes. >> As for the woman, she's just as entitled as her man. All right. What is your question? >> Uh, what's going on? >> What? >> What's going on? >> Okay. So, you can readilically understand English. Am I correct in this? You spoke English your whole life. Right. >> In Spanish, yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Both languages. >> Do you understand the rights I read to you earlier? Not that you understand the situation cuz I haven't explained most of that. >> Funny cuz I didn't do anything. I'm really like confused. I work at the mall. I work at Go ahead. >> Let me let me explain it to you. But I need that clear to you before I explain it to you cuz you're going to ask questions and I'm going to ask questions. We're going to go back and forth and sir, >> I need everything to be clear. So, a situation happened at the mall. >> Pretty much as part of our investigation, we have the right to detain people who are part of that. So when the officer told comes up to you and says stop and you walk away, you walk in the snow cone, you walk out of the snow coat, you keep walking down the street, >> that gives us probable cause to arrest you for resisting without violence. When you're given a lawful order to stop, you have to stop. >> I know that >> what? >> No, I didn't know that, but I don't know. >> Okay. You don't No one's ever told you if a police officer tells you to stop, you have to stop. >> If you're not guilty, no. >> So you just get to determine that you didn't commit a crime? >> No, sir. So we how do how do you explain this to me? How do we investigate a crime if anybody can just walk away at any particular point? >> Exactly. So we have to be able to detain someone to do that. Right. >> Exactly. >> So we have to be able to physically force them to stop. Now, as I read your rights to you, you don't have to talk to us, but we have to be able to identify you, have witnesses identify you, and conduct an investigation in relative calm, which doesn't really work if you're walking away and and not following commands to do so. Okay? So, you understand all of it. Okay. So, basically, at any point, did anyone say anything about a gun inside the mall? >> Neither one of us. No. >> So, someone else said something about a gun. >> Yeah. the that's I was like he literally this okay I'm not trying I'm not laughing at you this is like really pathetic I work in the mall so this is the second time that dude the tall dude the main the the owner so he had an issue like they don't even know who we are that's why I was like that's kind of stupid so >> my parents are >> why did he have an issue with you >> because of him I didn't do anything >> so you're just sitting there and you just >> No problem if you look at the video I promise you I'm sitting in the nursing room I'm waiting on my best friend I have to go to work I'm not so he's like pulling on the door. So I text him like, "Yo, I'm changing." You see all these clothes? I'm changing my clothes so I can go to work. I have to ride a bike to go to Hotel Indigo. I work for Hotel Indigo. As matter of fact, you can see my uh my uh badge name badges in there. So I'm like I'm walking out. They're like So we left like they instructed. So he like he likes to play games or whatever. But when they said leave, we left. That's why you see us crossing the street. We go there every day. Like we don't bother anything. >> Were you guys wearing masks when you were wandering around in the mall? >> We wear mask every day. But not in the mall. No. >> Okay. >> I want I wear one when I came outside. She seen me pull it up. >> Okay. >> All right. So, no one you you two didn't mention a gun, but someone else did. >> Yeah. The dude the dude that worked. >> When did he when did he say that? >> He said that in the mall. When we were in the mall. So, when he was following us, he was like, "Oh, if you leave call police or I'll shoot you." What? Why would you shoot us if we're walking away? That's why they did all that scene. That's the second This is the second time this happened. >> Well, that doesn't make any sense. Like why would they do that to you? >> Because then he wants to play. He doesn't know who I am. He know he he's know exactly who we are. >> Okay. But why you like does he not like you? >> He doesn't >> like why why were he just single? >> He's not going to tell you this. So when I was with my home girl, which is one of his uh people's daughter, he was trying to talk to me. So you felt some type of way because he said something to you about trying to holler at his wife, his fiance. So you're mad because I don't want to talk to you. >> That's not a place. This is a place of business. I work there. I was like, I help my friend at the kiosk. She she sews hats. We sit there. He sees me all the time. So I was like, the fact that you blew this. I left just when you said leave. We left. >> So >> all right. >> She told me that when she was out there, put your hands behind your back. Yes, ma'am. Put my hands Stop moving. >> You were You were fine. >> Got a bunch of problems from that one. All right. So how old are you? I'm 26. >> 26. >> All right, hang out. >> The couple was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated assault.
