You're driving on the wrong side of Highway 30. Passed out over your steering wheel just standing here. I mean, you can't maintain your balance. Where you Where you come? Nope. Don't fall. Don't fall. Ma'am, >> you have a strong odor of alcohol coming in front of the person. You're slurring your words. >> Get out of my garage. >> I don't have a warrant. >> Then get out of my garage. >> Don't be stupid. >> I ain't stupid. Well, what you want to do about that? >> Hold on. >> You can walk out that door and go home. >> Hold on. You've been wanting to be home. >> It's shocking how far some people will push their luck after a few drinks. completely convinced they're in the right, right up until the cops remind them that they're wrong. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at the times when cops have to deal with the dumbest drunk Karens you could ever imagine. Starting with this drunk girl who turns someone else's arrest into her own. >> Walk away. >> Walk away. Have a good night. I WAS LIKE, >> TURN AROUND. Put your hands behind. >> It's April 12th, 2026. Officers in Oklahoma responded to a bar regarding an intoxicated woman trying to start a fight. But what the cops don't know yet is that this woman won't be the center of the stage. >> Black suit skirt. This girl >> because they were just being racist. >> What's going on? >> What did they do? >> They were just being racist. >> Okay. So what you do on nobody? Absolutely not. >> Hey, I'll put you in. >> That's one of the fastest arrests I've ever seen. But do you think it's over? Yeah, I can't really fool you. Of course, it isn't over. In fact, things are only getting started once her drunk friends try to butt in on the arrest. >> What's your reasoning for putting on here? >> Public intoxication. >> Is everybody else buying kicks? >> No one else out here is causing a problem. Okay. >> You're good to go. >> Go that way. Walk away from me. >> Walk away from me. You're going to go to jail, too. >> Walk away. >> What am I? >> Walk away. >> What am I? >> Walk away. I'm going to give you one more chance. Walk away. >> Walk away. >> Walk away. Have a good night. >> You want to press charges? >> I was like, >> turn around. Put your hands behind back. No, not my mom. >> Stop. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Okay. [screaming] >> Stop. >> Wait. What do you got, brother? >> I didn't do anything. >> I'm not saying anything. >> Okay. >> Wait. You haven't even asked by anything else. >> Okay. Please. I understand, but yeah. Thank you. I appreciate it. Don't go to the road. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah. Stop. >> Stop. [snorts] Are you stupid? >> Are you absolutely stupid? >> No, I'm not. >> I don't know. Butting in on this arrest that isn't yours and refusing to do as cops say is pretty stupid, if I do say so myself. Pretty sure the alcohol washed away every bit of intelligence she has. >> I know that was stupid. was. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Please, please throw it out of my pocket. I don't want to get another phone. >> Her mom wants to know. >> Stop. If you start, >> you're going to catch another charge. >> We're going to catch another charge. Stop. >> Resisting. >> Resisting. Stop. >> Give me a goddamn stop. >> You didn't even give me chill. E, you're ridiculous. >> Behind your back and stop. >> You're kidding me. Stop. >> Hey, I didn't. >> If you keep doing this, you're going to get hurt. So, stop. >> I'm not going to get hurt. >> Stop. >> Stop. I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Yes, you are. my goddamn hand. >> Stop. She's trying to hit me. >> Yep. Now you're going to do the cuffs because she >> I tried to slip my >> After securing her in cuffs, the cops moved her to the squad car. So we got resisting and on a lobster tried to elbow elbow me with this stop. She also told me she has marijuana in her pocket. That's why she wanted to grab her pocket. >> I'm not this one back out. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. Can I talk to you guys? I'm not going to run away. Face that way. >> Okay. I just don't want to be hurt. I'll go wherever it >> I'll do. No, no, no, no, no. I'll do whatever I need to do. I >> don't want to be hurt. I'll do whatever I need to do. I will get in the back of the police car. You need to chill out. You need to chill out. >> I'm chill. I promise. >> As of right now, I'm chill. I promise. >> Can I talk to you? >> What? >> I don't want to catch him with >> I didn't hit you. >> He tried to with your >> Yeah, he did. It's on camera, too. It's on this camera right here. >> Okay. one. It might have been like reactional, but I promise it wasn't. >> Let me tell you who don't want to say anything else. You have a number one right to remain silent. You should stop my hair, please. >> No. >> Put her in my bathroom. >> Okay. >> Now, back to the original drunk who's being placed in the squad car. And without surprise, she's as hammered as her friend. >> Can you call this? >> Why? Why do you want me to call him? I wanted you to call me. >> Why am I calling him? >> That's my sergeant. >> That's your sergeant? >> No. >> Careful. Scoot all the way in. >> But I didn't What did I do? >> You're drunk in public. Scoot in. >> So that's what I'm being arrested for. >> Yes. >> So call call. >> No, you can get in. >> No, call Charles. >> No, you can get in. Get in. >> You can call Charles first. >> You can get in before I make you get in. Put your feet in. >> Be an adult. Be an adult. Get in. >> I want to, but >> Okay. >> I was trying to look. We had the CD and everything. >> Okay, then you should have gotten home. Go. >> And we wanted to, but >> I'm not going to tell you again. >> Charles. >> Get in. I'm not going to tell you again. I'm not calling nobody when you're not listening. I ask you to call. >> Nope. Not doing that. That's not how it works. Get in >> all the way in there. You're going to get another charge. You're going to go from a simple PI charge to an obstruction charge. >> Rebuckle you in. >> Charles, why would you hit me across the face with that [ __ ] >> It's just a seat belt. >> You know, if you give me a false identity, it's a felony charge and you're going to go to Connie and you're not getting nobody. >> Why are you being a deck to me? Because >> Charles, >> you get to choose what happens in this whole deal. >> Oh, Charles, >> fine. You can get that charge, too. >> After securing both of them in the squad car, the officers then transported him to the station. >> Whose blood do you have all over you? >> Yes, you do. Cuz now I got blood all over me from touching you. Yeah. So gross. >> I just I don't know what I did to somebody explain to me. >> You're drunk in public. >> That's it. >> And you were causing a scene. We had multiple people come tell us you're over here swinging on people. >> No. No. >> I've never seen Can you show the evidence of that? The guy that had the busted chin and face and the blood that's all over your >> buddy. I'm on probation. >> The blood that you have all over your hands. >> I'm on probation. >> What are you on probation for? >> I never knew that [ __ ] I'm already on probation. >> What are you on probation for? >> You already >> I'm not going to sit here and argue with the drunk person. Just sit there and be quiet. >> She already slipped her cuffs once and tried to elbow him. So just she's she's a little feisty. Hello, ma'am. I have to do a surgery before we put you back in the gym. All right. I'm going to have you step up for me. Is there anything on your person that's going to stab stick me? >> No, it's not going to stab you. But I'm just going to tell you. Um, honestly, it's real. >> Okay, [snorts] you have something to do. I don't know. What am I getting arrested for right now? I'm not a bad person. I >> I don't believe that you're a bad person. >> Why are you doing this? I was going to walk away. I don't >> You didn't. You had every opportunity to and you didn't. >> Did you ask >> several times? Yes. >> Okay, that's fair enough. >> Let's go. Right here. >> Okay. >> You guys. >> Yes. >> Have a seat right here for me. [snorts] >> Thank you guys. >> I am sorry for the trouble that I caused. I'm I promise. I'm genuine. I don't >> Okay. Yeah. Here. Put your back against the seat, please. >> Oh, are you 21? >> I God damn it. I'm 24. >> 24. Okay. I just wanted to make sure you're you're allowed to have it. >> Too old. Look at this [ __ ] >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> The girl who interfered with the arrest was charged with possession, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. A month later, she was arrested again. This time for burglary, assault, battery, and eluding a police officer. Moving on to the next case where this super hammered judge gets arrested for a DUI. >> You're driving on the wrong side of Highway 30, passed out over your steering wheel. Just standing here. I mean, you can't maintain your balance. Where you Where you come? Nope. Don't fall. Don't fall, man. >> Welcome to November 4th, 2025. Cops responded to a call about a woman driving on the wrong side of the highway. And what they didn't expect is that they're about to encounter a judge. A really drunk judge. >> Hi. I think it's on the >> Hi, ma'am. >> She just she doesn't know what happened. She can't respond. >> I'm Deputy Larson from the Boon County Sheriff's Office. Are you feeling okay tonight? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Well, you're in the median here, so something happened. Are you sure you're feeling all right? Do you have any Do you have any medical conditions? Diabetic? Anything like that? No. No. Okay. Do you have your license on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can you grab it for me, please? >> My driver's license. >> This is Judge Ker. This is Nate's wife. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Do that. >> Well, you lost control of your vehicle. >> I realize that. >> Okay. Where you coming from tonight? My primary concern is your welfare, right? So, I want to make sure you're all right. So, medics are going to come check you out. Okay. But I kind of need to know what's go what what what what's going on with you tonight. Are you tired or having a medical episode? I need to make sure you're okay. All right. Cuz the ambulance is going to come check you out here. They need to know if you have any medical conditions, what your name and stuff like that is. >> I answered you earlier. >> What's that? >> I answered you earlier that you don't have any medical conditions. >> That's true. >> Okay. Where you coming from tonight? Are >> you not going to answer any questions? >> Well, at least the drunk judge is not a crazy kind of drunk. After this, the paramedics check on her condition. >> Man, this is your husband here. You want to talk to him? You want to talk to Nate? She's just shaking her head. She's not answering any questions. So, I don't know where she's coming from. Is she Do you know if she has any medical conditions? >> I do not. >> She's got all kinds of stuff, but I don't know. I mean, she's cancer, all that [ __ ] but >> Okay. But like uh diabetes or anything like that? >> No, she doesn't. >> We'll just let the paramedics talk to her. >> Okay. We'll let we'll let the paramedics talk to her. We'll go from there. >> All right. >> Doesn't look like there's any damage to the truck. Just looks like she drove into the median here just outside Ogden. So, >> all right. Thanks. >> Thanks, Miss Caster. Can Can we get your ID from you before you leave? >> I'm not sure who you're asking >> for your ID. Your driver's license. >> Can you just get it? >> Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, I can grab it. Is that okay with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. B. >> Where is it at? In your car. >> Is it in the passenger seat? >> Your driver's license. Is it in a purse or? >> Yes. >> Where can Is that where they can find it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Where's your driver's license at, ma'am? >> Go to the ambulance. >> I don't see a purse. >> Run the RO, please. Got her. >> So, you know, you're south of Ogden. Do you know what year it is? >> Are you serious? >> I am. It's silly questions that I have to ask. >> Everything. We're checking it. Okay. Got to give it a minute. So, you tell us that you're not confused, but we don't know that until we get answers from you. Okay. And so if we can't get those answers from you, that's why we have to take you to the hospital to figure it out. >> Is that fair? >> Okay. So, do do you want to answer our questions or No. >> No, I will. >> Okay. Okay. Absolutely. >> Do you know what day of the week it is? >> It's Monday. >> Monday. Okay. >> We're going to try and keep this arm relaxed so when it blows up on your arm, it'll go real easy. Okay. >> I don't really just leave this arm. We won't move it. Okay. just for just now until it pumps up and then releases. Okay, >> we're just going to get one quick blood pressure and then we'll take it off. >> Do you have any health issues that we need to know about? >> So, after getting checked, the cops then proceeded with their investigation. >> It's between you and them. Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't want you to fall. You're kind of stumbling here. You okay? >> I'm not stumbling. >> Okay. I'm right here. >> Okay. All right. Our concern is you're driving on the wrong side of Highway 30. You drove in the median. A witness saw you passed out over your steering wheel just standing here. I mean, you can't maintain your balance. You had to be walked to the ambulance. You got glossy eyes. The beverage that was in your vehicle smells of alcohol. So, where you where you come? Nope. Don't fall. Don't fall. Ma'am, do you want to sit down in my car and we can continue the conversation? I don't want to see you fall and get hurt. >> Or you can sit down right here in the grass if you want to. It's up to you. Okay. >> Or if you think you're fine standing, >> we will uh we'll just walk you over to my car. Okay. >> Can you walk yourself? I really don't want to make this any harder than it has to be. Okay. >> I'll put her in the back. >> Yeah. We'll just >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> She just keeps falling. So, that's why. >> We're good. >> We're just going to set you in the back of my car cuz I don't want to see you get hurt. Okay. Step up there and have a seat for me. >> There's a handle there if you want to grab that. Right up here where my light is. Right there. Do you want to grab that handle? >> I'm just trying to make sure you don't fall. Ma'am, >> can you not push me? >> I'm not trying to push you. You were falling backwards, so I was trying to make sure you didn't fall backwards. Okay. >> Off. >> Okay. You don't have any weapons on you? Anything like that? >> The officer then asked her to perform a field sobriety test. And of course, she refused by staying silent. >> Do you want to talk at all? I told you what my concerns were. You're driving on the wrong side of Highway 30. You ran into the median. A witness saw you pass out over your steering wheel. Okay. You had now called beverage in your vehicle. You have glossy eyes. You can't even walk. You have slurred speech. So, I want to offer you field sobriety tests if that'd be something you're willing to do to make sure you're okay to be driving. Is that something you'd be willing to do? I want to give you every opportunity. You're we're going to go to the law enforcement center. We're going to go go to the jail and we're going to do some stuff for ODI investigation. Okay. Do you have any questions about that? Okay. And I'm just going to put handcuffs on you in the front. You don't have any weapons on you, anything like that. You know, it's rare for someone to actually make use of the right to remain silent. I mean, it's not that surprising. Drunk or not, she is a judge after all. And with that, she's being transported to the hospital. >> Is there anything I can do or say to to get you out? Cuz I do eventually have to get you out. I don't want to have to drag you out or anything like that. I'm trying to be super uh compliant with you or trying to get you to be super compliant with me. I understand you're upset, but I am going to need you to step out of the car for me, okay? You don't want us to have to drag you out, do you? Cuz one way or another, you're going to have to come out. I really am trying to do everything I can to not have to escalate this all. I don't want to have to pull you out of the car, you know, anything like that. I would really just rather you step out of the vehicle for me. Okay. So, I mean, I have a supervisor on the way. Would you rather talk to him than me? Well, what we're going to do then, since you don't want to get out of the vehicle, cuz I don't want to, you know, pull you out right now, I'm going to wait for my partner to get here. >> Okay? And you can talk to him. He's my supervisor. And if that doesn't go anywhere, we're going to have to take you out of the vehicle, which we really don't want to have to do. Well, it seems you don't want to get out. My supervisor, Sergeant McCrae, he's on the way here. Um, you can talk to him if you want to talk to someone that's higher than me. That's fine. But at some point, you do have to get out of the vehicle. And like I said before, we don't want to have to pull you out. We want to do this cool common collector, right? What's going on? Okay, I got you. Will you >> maybe I won't just do it here then? Just so you know, we do have a blood draw warrant for you. Um, >> so just letting you know, um, obviously speak with Nate or whatever you guys want to do. >> I want to speak with a lawyer. So, >> yeah, >> that's totally fine. Um, your phone is there for you. Obviously, I assume you have numbers or anything like that in there that you'd like. >> So, can you explain what happened? Yeah. So, um, someone called you in, um, and you were traveling on US Highway 30, and they reported that you were slumped at the wheel. You were found in the ditch right south of the Ogden Football Stadium on Highway 30. You know where it goes? It goes from the narrow road to the wide road right there. So, you had driven on the wrong side of the highway. So, you were driving on the wrong side of Highway 30 and went in the ditch there. >> So, I just want to know if I'm charged with anything right now. Uh, you're probably going to be charged with OBI tonight. >> After getting medically cleared, the cops then transported her to the station. >> Right there. >> Straight. >> Yep. Just straight ahead. And jailers will come and instruct you what to do next. in there. How long was that? >> Yeah, not too long ago. >> She just got blood drawn all of it and an IV. >> She was charged with owi and she plead guilty to that charge and immediately resigned. Let's move on to this case now where a woman and her friend somehow got drunk and caused problems at a gym. >> Don't be stupid. >> I ain't stupid. Well, what you want to do about that? >> You can walk out that door and go home. >> Hold on. You just wanted to be >> It's January 10th, 2026, and cops get a disturbance call at a gym regarding two intoxicated women who were refusing to leave. And here's what happened next. Okay. So, the management here has elected to have you guys trespass. >> It's not that deep. It's I just >> Well, ma'am, I I have no control for that. >> Not that deep. >> That's something you can take up another time with uh like whoever the big big person is. >> It's not that manager. >> Ma'am, I don't know. >> All right. Can Can you just listen to what she's saying? >> So, stop being argumentative and listen to what she said. >> I can hear that, but I'd like to know the name of the talking and then I'll get whatever you need cuz you need to listen to me. You saying management. I want to know the name. >> Well, give me a minute. >> I want to make sure you understand what I'm telling you. But you get yourself in trouble. >> I heard. >> So, for 18 months, if you come back here, >> you will be arrested. >> Uh, according to what manager? >> Let me finish my job as a law enforcement officer cuz as a manager, I don't give a damn. I'm trying to tell you so that you don't get yourself. That's my last. >> Okay. I'm telling you not to come back here. Do you understand that? You don't say that. >> Okay. So, if you come back, you're going to be arrested. >> Not that serious. >> Ma'am, I don't care if it's serious or not. I really don't. >> Ah, god. Why are people in these types of body cams always so dense? When the cop says go, you run like Usain Bolt. Also, of all the places to go when you're drunk, why the gym? I have no idea. But jokes aside, as the cops are taking the name of the manager, one of the drunk women decided to be even more dumb by getting close to take a picture of the paper, which didn't sit well with the officers. >> Hey, do me a favor. Just back up from her a little bit. You're a little bit too close. You're a little bit too close. >> Take a picture. >> Listen, don't touch. >> You're finishing trouble. >> Stop it. >> I know what I'm doing. >> You were getting too close to her. >> What did I do? >> You were getting too close to her. >> I'm took a picture of what she's writing down. I wait until she's done. Wait until she's done. >> I did it and it's done. What you want to do about that? >> Don't be stupid. I ain't stupid. Well, what you want to do about that? You start off by number. >> You are. You are stupid. You're dumb. >> All right. And this is how you treat me and you're in law enforcement. >> All you're very disrespectful. >> I told you I was going to write it for you. >> And I'm took a picture. >> You don't need to take a picture of it. I gave it to you. >> I do. I know what I'm doing. >> So go on. >> I'm sorry. I have to >> Yeah, you will. Wait, cuz I'm busy now. >> Ignore her. We're in McRoy to serve county. >> No, I appreciate that, but you need to talk to her before she loses her job. >> Just come over here. >> Do you want an Uber home, ma'am? >> They're willing to provide you an Uber home. >> Just talk some provided. >> All I did was come here and try to get done. >> You have to leave. >> Uh Uber home. >> As soon as we're done, you have to leave. >> So further. So y'all want to talk about law enforcement, all that. You're not even seeing my side. >> I don't have to. I've been here since earlier. All I've done is sat on their side. All I did was try to open a locker and see stuff. If my keys were in there and they're being extra, all I'm doing taking pictures, recording the scene because I paid $300 a month to come here. That is it. They've never had a problem with me. Okay. Well, I'm going to tell you what I was told. >> Guys, come here. >> You want to hear what I was told? Do you want to hear what I was told? >> I was told that you guys had been drinking. Someone, I don't know if it was you or you, grew up in the hot tub. >> Yes, that's my friend called. >> You're not You're talking over me again. >> Okay. And >> I asked, do you want to hear what I have to say? >> I heard what you said. She the hospital. She's not. >> So, you know what? I'm get out of here. You're you're you're going to be arrested for trespass after warning. I don't want to do that. Please get your things and go. >> Will she leave? Of course not. Matter of fact, she's about to make things a whole lot worse for herself. No, because you're not listening and I'm not going to sit here. Y'all ain't >> listening. They're not listening for trespassing. >> It's not that deep. Do you understand the trespass warning? Okay, then you need to go. >> It's not that deep. You need to go. >> It's not that deep. I'm sorry. >> You need to go. >> She's also We work for Comey County Animal Control. We're sergeants for >> You're both being trespassed. >> Rude since we arrived. >> Not that deep. That's what I have. You need to go because you're being trespassed. I'm not going to stand here any longer to fix talk or something trespassing. It's not good. You might want to talk. I don't care if it's deep or a bit shallow. I don't care. >> Let me explain something to you. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to >> get her out of here. She's going to jail. I'm not waiting much longer. >> I'm trying to be nice. >> I'm just trying to complain. >> Get your friend and get her out of here. >> You have she got >> This is This is a >> You hear what I'm saying? >> I I hear you. But here I'm saying goes to jail. This is a private. >> You got about 20 seconds. >> Any private establishment, they could tell you they don't want you. >> I'm sorry. We have a lot of >> They don't want They could tell you they don't want you in here anymore. They want you trespassing. Once they once we issue a trespass warning from that point out, you have to leave. >> You're hearing only their side. And that's where my friend >> You're not listening to me. Frustrated. >> Yes. Because you keep talking. >> You got You got to stop me and go. You have 10 seconds. You got to stop and go. You're going to be put in handcuffs. You have 10 seconds to get out the door or you're going to be handcuffed and arrested for trespassing. >> You can walk out that door. >> 10 seconds. Please go. >> You can walk out that door. >> Listen to me. Please go. You've been You've been trespassed. Please go. >> You've been trespassed. Hold on. >> You can walk out that door and go home. >> Hold on. >> Well, time's up. To jail she goes. You've been >> I just wanted to be known. >> I know. You said to me, "No, stop. Stop fighting. Stop fighting." >> Yeah. >> You know what? Get off me, [ __ ] >> I didn't do That's on you. That's on you. Cuz all I'm doing >> I'm trying to leave. I'm trying to leave. Go. >> All I'm doing is letting my resist. It's still recording. >> Give me your arm. >> Stop resisting. Stop. >> Sir, I'm here. >> I'm trying to keep her with me. Please. Please stop. >> That's fine. Please. I got this arm. Thank you. >> I got this arm. Please >> give me your arm. >> I I got this. >> Please. >> Please stop resisting. Please. >> I haven't. That's fine. >> Please. >> They want to do all this. It's fine. Record. >> You had your option. >> Andrea, record. Just record. >> Please. Just record. >> She is not resisting. Please >> just record. >> Please. We work hard, bro. Record. >> Andrea, record. >> I got her. >> Just record. I don't have >> Stop. Stop. Get it out. >> You got TO STEP BACK. >> RECORD. >> YOU GOT TO STEP OFF. >> Step off. >> Hey, Andrea, record. Record. Record. >> Dear God, put this drunk woman aside. And her friend is also as dense as a rock. She should leave pretty fast before the cops pay attention to her. >> Record. Record. All y'all stand up. >> Stop being stupid. >> No, I >> Stop being stupid. >> YOU WANT ME TASED? I fixed you. >> Call cuz I have a heart condition. If you in my life over that stand up, >> I ain't doing [ __ ] >> Stand up. >> After y'all do that, I'm not I'm not causing a problem. >> But you want to save me? >> I've had three heart surgeries. Go ahead. >> Please, please, please. You >> y'all want to do all that? Go ahead. I ain't Y'all making it more than half beef. He's not trying to kill. >> You were giving plenty of warnings. >> No, no. You don't listen. You're taking their side. They're being [ __ ] and that's your problem. You're not listening, bro. All I did was try to make him take my friend home and y'all ain't listening. >> I gave you multiple warnings to go home. Well, you want to be stupid, right? >> No, y'all. Play stupid games. Stupid one. This will be on video. So, it's all over my body cam. I'm not worried about it. >> Me, too. >> Hey, I ain't worried about that. >> Proud of yourself. >> I am saying the county. Well, >> yeah, you too. You too for not listening. >> Not for you too for not listening. >> Yeah, just shut up. Shut up. >> No, you shut up. >> Shut up. >> You shut up. What you going to do >> about that? >> What you going to do? >> Shut up. >> No, you shut up. >> What you going to do? Shut the door. With the dumb woman secured in the back of the squad car, the cop can now give their attention to her friend who's still sticking around even after that chaos. >> Please, she was her tool. I gave her plenty of warnings. I gave her plenty of warnings and then she wanted to resist and then she wanted to kick me. I gave her extra because of what you said you do. And you know what? I shouldn't have done that. So, guess what? Too bad. Okay. You trespass for 18 months as you know cuz you understood that. Thank you very much. You're free to go. >> All right, you're good to go. >> Instead of leaving, she stands there like a rock, too dense to comprehend what you're free to go means. >> Am I coming through? >> Huh? >> Am I coming through? >> Is there any Is there any way I can drive? >> Listen, listen. This is done over with. You got to leave now. You've been trespassed, so you got to leave now. She's going to jail. All right. You understand? So, go home now. >> Go home now. >> Go home now. >> Get out of here. >> We already told you. >> Okay. >> Go. Go. Get the out of here. >> I don't care. >> You're going to leave or no? >> Are you GOING TO GO NOW? WALK. >> GO NOW. >> UNDERREST. You're underrest. >> We don't give a damn. I'm over I'm over it. >> You're under arrest. >> You don't need arrest me. >> Refuse to leave when you've been told to leave. >> For me, >> I don't I don't >> I don't I wouldn't pray. >> We don't care. >> I don't care. I gave you every opportunity in the world and neither one of you want to listen. >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not okay. >> Well, you hurt. You >> okay? >> Well, I got kicked in the head. want to search her real quick? >> Yep. >> [ __ ] >> Uh, that's her. >> Oh, I got >> So, the woman acted up and the cops had to put her in a burrito wrap during which she kicked one of them. And since the footage has a bunch of fbombs, that means no audio. So, let's just go straight to the charges. In the end, the woman is charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, resisting with violence, and two counts of battery on a Leo. In court, she plead guilty to the trespassing and disorderly intoxication charges. The other charges were amended down to resisting without violence, to which she also plead guilty. In the end, she was sentenced to 1 year of probation, 75 hours of community service, 8 hours of an anger management course, and was told not to have any contact with the two officers during her probation period. As for her friend, she was charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, and resisting without violence. All of her charges were dropped. Moving on to the next case where a drunk woman thinks that her house will keep her away from getting a DWI. >> I don't have a warrant. >> Then get out of my garage. >> We have the legal reason to be here. >> You have a strong odor of alcohol coming from you. Person, you're slurring your words. >> Get out of my garage. >> It's August 25th, 2024 in New Mexico. Officers are searching for an intoxicated driver who had just left a local brewery. Now, the cops quickly confronted that driver at her house. And here's what happened next. Stop. Stop. >> Hi, ma'am. >> Uh, who the are you? >> I'm Officer Fet. Can we talk for a sec? >> Why? >> Cuz we got a call about you and you're driving. >> No. >> Miss, we just want to talk for a second. >> No. Go. Go away. >> Miss, could you come and talk to us, please? Why not? >> Cuz I'm in my home. >> I know you're in your home, but we need to talk to you. Okay. >> No. Yes, we do. Can you please come out here and talk with us? I understand that you have a lot going on, but could we please talk real fast? >> No. >> Why not? >> I'm in my home. Go away. >> I understand that. But we got a call about something that happened at Turtle Mountain and they were concerned about you driving. So that's why we're here. Okay. So, we need to talk with you, figure out what's going on so that way we can sort this out. Okay. >> I want you to leave me alone. >> And I get that, but we're we're not going to. Okay. Does that make sense? >> No. >> Why doesn't that make sense? >> I'm in my home. >> And I get that you're in your home. Can we please talk though? >> No. >> Why not? >> I don't want to. >> You don't want to? Why don't you want to talk to us? >> I have no interest. Do you want to talk to us about what happened at Turtle Mountain? >> What happened? >> I don't know. That's That's what I want to talk to you about. Figure that out. >> Can you get out of my garage? >> Do you have a warrant? >> I don't have a warrant. >> Then get out of my garage. >> Okay. But this is a DWI bolo. So this is basically a fresh pursuit type of situation. So with that being said, I'm able to come in here and chat with you. Okay. Because you're you're suspected for DWI right now. Do you want to do you want to talk to my supervisor? >> Yeah. >> Okay. With the drunk woman refusing to talk, the cop had to call a supervisor to deal with her. In the meantime, though, the officer has to prevent her from going inside the house. >> You can't go inside. You can't go inside. >> Yes, I can. >> Miss, you can't go inside. >> No, I can. >> No, you can't. You can't go inside. >> Okay. You're being detained on suspicions of DWI right now. Okay. >> I'm at my home. >> You can't go inside. If you want to stay out here and talk to our sergeant, you can. Okay. But you can't go inside right now. So, can we go out so that way you can talk to my sergeant? He's on his way. Okay. >> Just sit on the tailgate of your car. >> No, I'm not like leaving my house. >> Yeah, you don't have to leave your house. Just sit on the tailgate of your car while we wait for the sergeant. >> Hey, then leave. >> No, no, you're going to come sit with us. >> You cannot go inside right now. Okay. >> The drunk woman calls her husband on speaker phone, hoping he'll get her out of this situation, but uh sadly for her, the opposite happened. >> Hello. >> Hey. >> Hey. Um, so I have police at the house. >> Why? >> Cuz they think that I'm drunk and um they're in the garage and they won't let me inside the house. >> You don't think that you're drunk? We're in a DW situation. >> You're on You're on speaker phone, babe. >> I can talk to them. >> Let me talk to them. >> Hello, sir. So, what happened? Uh, I guess this is your wife. >> Yes. >> Uh, so what happened? I guess something happened. She was at Turtle Mountain and something took place between her and the Turtle Mountain employees. Um, and then she went out, got into her vehicle, and left. So, they called in reporting a DWI bolo. Does that make sense? Um, >> no, it it does make sense. I I'm And I apologize, officer. I'm traveling to Texas. >> Okay. >> I'm in I'm in Phoenix right now. >> I I get that, man. And I'm sorry that you got caught up in this situation. Um, but basically what happened is when we were responding to the call, we saw the vehicle that was described to us pass us. We were able to get the license plate. So, we flipped around, came to the house, found the vehicle parked in the garage, still running. Your wife was in it. So, we're trying to talk to her, let her know, hey, this is what we got called about. This is what we got to look into. We got to figure out one, what happened at the Turtle Mountain. Two, they're saying that they're concerned that you were operating the vehicle, DWI. we want to make sure that you're not operating the vehicle DWI and that's basically where we're at right now. She doesn't want to talk to us, but we have a lawful reason to talk to her. >> So, she said that she wanted to call you, which perfectly fine if she wants to call you. I'm totally fine with that. She also wants to talk to our sergeant. So, the sergeant is on the way over here right now. >> I can't do anything from here and I apologize. >> Yeah. No, it's cool, man. And I'm sorry that you got sucked into this. >> Yeah. And I It wasn't when I left. She was fine when I left. I are you on it? >> Not very nice. >> Does that hurt your feelings? >> Yeah, my feelings might hurt his though. >> Figure out later. >> Okay. >> She got angry when her husband didn't blindly defend her, so she hung up on him. And from the way he sighed, I'd say he wasn't surprised at all. >> So, let's figure this out. >> Okay. >> You're having your sergeant come here in my garage? >> Yeah, sure. That way he could talk to you. That's what you asked for. >> No, I don't want to talk to you guys. But you have to >> for what reason? >> Well, here's the thing. >> For the DW So, let's let's let's discuss that. >> Absolutely. >> Oh, are are you doing stretches? >> That's so weird. >> Sorry. I I've been sitting a lot and when I stand up, >> sometimes my legs get on people's garages. >> Sometimes my legs get a little >> But let's not distract. Let's talk about what you want to talk about, why we're here, and what we got to do today. So, we have to investigate the DWI cuz you came out as a DWI bolo and we identified your vehicle. >> But which but you can't investigate that. >> Okay. >> Yes, we can. Cuz we saw you driving down the road. We flipped a U-turn and then we knew your address was here. So, we came to make contact and talk to G now. Right. So, we saw your vehicle. >> We flipped around on it. >> We had witnesses saying giving your vehicle license plate, a description of you. They said that you were in a zip up with jeans and flip-flops, which is what you're wearing. >> Hold on. Um, >> they told me or they told you that I was in flip-flops. >> It was the worker like because like that's pretty interesting that somebody wants to say that >> so being flipped. >> We we came to your vehicle, right? Vehicle's on, vehicle's running. You just got home. >> We saw you driving. We just got here right behind you. You just got home. Um, talking to you. You have a strong odor of alcohol coming in front of your person. You're sluring your words. So now we got to do our due diligence to investigate this situation. >> So this officer here, we can wait for the sergeant to get here so that way we can explain everything if that's what you want. >> Or we can handle this investigation whatever you want, miss. >> Yeah, we can move forward without the sergeant as long as you let us. >> Okay. >> The cops then ask her to perform a field sobriety test and of course she refuses and tries to go inside the house again. >> So So all we want to do is >> stand get out of my garage. Well, I need you to step out of the garage, too, cuz we're going to run you through field sobriety tests. >> No, get out of my garage. >> That's not going to happen, man. We're past that point. >> So, basically, what he's asking me right now is, do you want to participate in standardized field? >> No, I want you to get out of my garage. >> So, so what me and Officer Miller want to do is we want to afford you the opportunity to fly. >> No, you you can't go inside. You can't go inside, miss. >> Going inside is out of the question. We're We're giving you a chance to work with us so it could be in your best favor. >> If you're not drunk, you're not drunk. Okay. Okay. Well, you're not going inside. Okay. So, if you're not drunk, you're not drunk. >> Stop touching me. That's so weird. >> Do you consent to doing field sobriety test? >> Will you perform field sobriety test for me? >> Do you guys have authorization to come into my garage? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes. >> Okay. Show me that. It >> It's based on the call and because we saw you driving. You were here. There there's no paper. This is all observation. It's going to be on my video camera. Okay. >> We have the legal reason to be here right now. >> No. Show me that [ __ ] >> With the woman refusing to perform a field sobriety test, the cop then put her under arrest for DWI. >> So basically what he's asking, are you willing to participate in standardized? >> I want to show me the Show me that. >> Okay. So do me a favor. Go ahead and >> stop. I'm not going anywhere. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. not do that. >> All right, let's take a walk. You got anything on you? No drugs, no weapons, nothing like that. All right. All right. Have a seat in the car. Can you look at me and just open your mouth? All right. Lift your tongue out. Same deal. All right. Cool. Man, I was hoping the husband would get her to calm down. >> After a while, the sergeant arrives on the scene to deal with this woman. >> Ashley, I'm Sergeant Hettis. Did you want to talk to me? >> Um, I just kind of want to get out of this cop. >> Okay. You can't get out, but did you want to talk to me? >> Can you like elaborate for me like the the laws on this >> as far as you'd be interested? >> Mhm. So turned him out and called you in concerned you were driving drunk. So that was the initial call the officers were responding to. >> So it's all pretty much like superstantial right >> as far as the call and everything. >> Everything. >> I mean there's laws that support people calling in bolos DWIS. Is that what you're talking about? >> So nothing sticking. >> Nothing's what? >> Nothing's sticking. >> That's for the courts to decide, right? We're not the roadside court, right? We don't we don't make the judge's decision out here on the side of the road, right? >> So, what are the laws on your guys like coming into my garage? >> Oh, they're investigating a DWI bolo. >> Show me that. >> Show you what >> the the acknowledgement as to where like they can like come into my garage >> because So, that's against your guys like arrest me inside my garage, >> right? >> So, so can you show me where like that was valid? >> So, just cuz you're a home, right? is home isn't necessarily home base when we're investigating. >> Show me. I don't care. Just show me. >> I I wasn't here, right? >> So So why are you over here? Like >> because you asked for a supervisor and I'm here. >> But you can actually like sustain like what they said. >> I can watch I can watch their cameras. >> Oh, >> I can't watch it right now. No, >> we should do that. >> Well, we can. >> But until you can like actually cuz that's not a thing. It's just you're already a smoke, right? So, I can't go in and and watch the video now cuz it's not uploaded. So, I don't >> I can't go back. >> I'm just like sitting here just for fun. >> Oh, no. You're You're going to the police station? They've arrested you for DWI. >> For what? >> For DWI. >> So, it's hearsay. That's not actually like >> What part's hearsay? They saw you driving. Um, but as far as them entering your garage and all that, that's going to be up for the courts and for your attorney to argue. At the station, her breath was shown a 36 and 37, which is nearly four and a half times above the legal limit. In the end, she was charged with aggravated DWI as a second offense and resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer. She was initially held without bond. Let's move on to this case now, where an intoxicated woman turns the airport into a screamfest. [screaming] It's March 15th, 2024. You're going to stop. >> I plead the fifth. I plead the fifth. >> I'm over this. >> Hello. What's been going on? >> Um the girl in the back um she's technically not supposed to be staying there. Apparently, she's been drunk for 2 days. She's got a baby back there. She was jumping my fence earlier. I have it on camera. She had some dude here. I don't know what's going on with that situation, but as I was pulling down the road to bring my kids home from school, she's walking down the street having a [clears throat] full-on panic motor and I just saw blood. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like, "What's going on?" Like, "What's wrong? Are you okay?" She's busted up. >> Okay. >> Hello. You okay? Do you need fire rescue or anything to check you out? Are you sure? Sassy has a drinking problem and she's back there. Um, I got up last night and she was gone. She didn't tell me that she was even leaving and the baby was there. >> Okay. >> So, I'm okay. I'm babysitting. Everything's fine. >> Uhhuh. >> Sassy continues to drink. >> Uhhuh. >> And then starts uh attacking me. >> Okay. >> I don't want to press any charges. And I don't need this. And neither do these good people. >> No. 100%. >> I don't need my kids to be good, dude. >> I can go play some video games for a little bit or something. >> I can't do this. I don't drink alcohol. I'm I'm not >> Can I take a couple quick pictures of your hand? >> Yeah, go ahead. You can answer that. Right. >> I can't do this. Sorry. I can't do this. >> Yeah, right. I get it. >> I'm so over this. >> In the back has been drinking a bunch. She has her child with her. She attacked, bit her, scraped her up. >> Now, you put a trespassing on her on her property. if she's been living here. Yeah. No. Even Even though she's staying in the back, you'd have to get her legally evicted. When it comes to domestic violence, whether she wants to press charges or not, we'd have to make an arrest when there's some sort of injury. >> She's in the camper in the back. >> After speaking with the victim, the cop came to talk with the woman who's just chilling next to her RV. >> How's it going? >> Hello. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? >> I don't know. I got called here. >> Okay. For what? >> I'm asking I don't know.
