Don't walk up on me like that. I'm a >> You're walking up ON ME, LADY. I GOT IT. I GOT IT. I KNOW. WE NEED THE CAR KEYS. We're towing the car. >> care. You don't care. I don't care. You better It's honestly unbelievable how fast calm turns into chaos the second they realize their car is actually getting towed. Spoiler alert, it's already too late. No, they had no right to take my car. Get out of the car. Come on now. Approach me with more guidelines [music] of your job, please, because you have no right to arrest me. Oh my god, they're kidnapping me, mom. >> [screaming] >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's towing Karens in when dumb women freak out after realizing their cars are getting towed. Starting with this woman who goes from zero to 100 after knowing the police will tow her car. Y'all think only y'all know y'all right. Absolutely wrong. I know my rights. He's not towing my car. >> Wrong. You damaged your car, it's on you. And if you put my car on this thing, I'mma beat your ass. So now, with that being said, you're just trying to be a dick that you barely got. That you barely had. Because I didn't do anything wrong. I was not resisting anything. I'm going to let y'all thank the Lord. All right, how are you guys doing? I'm not bothering you. Good. I'm Officer Ochoa, CPD. What's in the bag? I'm just getting my driver's license. Driver's license? Yes. So, that's why I seen you behind me when I switched lanes. Yeah. So, that's the reason for the stop is the lane change. >> That's why I turned my signal on when I changed lanes. Okay. Is that a problem? No. You say yeah? I said no. Oh, okay. Is this your car? >> Yes, sir. All right. You got insurance? No, I haven't paid my insurance since May. How long? >> Uh it's been probably about over 30 days. Over 30 days? Mhm. Okay. Does your passenger have an ID? I'm not able to pay my car insurance since May. Until the second? Yes. Okay. All right. I'll be right back with you guys, okay? Okay. Where are we going in here? >> Going to the doctor's office to pick up my daughter. Okay. Right down the street from my caregiver. You can just follow me. Sounds good. Me and my partner want to talk to y'all out here real quick. No problem. Walk and stand back here with this officer. Can you pass me that bag? I got to talk to her about what's in it, that's all. Are there any weapons in the car? No, sir. No drugs, nothing like that? >> No, sir. Okay. Come on out and stand out there with him real quick. Do you have anything on you? No, sir. You want to sit in my car so you're not out here getting wet, unless you want to stand out here? Either or, it doesn't matter to me. Okay. If you want to stand out here, that's fine. I don't care. Just stand at the front of the car. So far, so good. The driver listened to the officer's instructions. Let's see how long this peaceful stop can last. All right. You stand at the front of the car. You're saying just the booze? Why do you need to look through my bag? You can't be driving around with open alcohol in the car. The bottle hasn't been touched. I said booze in my purse. So, I mean But I could see just when you were fiddling around that it obviously had been drinking out of. >> That bottle hasn't been drinking out of for 2 days, so But you're still driving around with it. That's the problem, right? I just want to make sure there's nothing else in here that you're not supposed to have when you're driving around town, that's all. No, I literally just left from the house. So, anything that's in my bag, I have a Okay. You know? That's it? Yeah. I haven't touched anything since I've been off work today. There's no other Nothing else in the car? No, sir. Okay. I know you read my name, so it's probably showing up in the system that I have a void license. No, my gun is not in the car. I didn't even know you had a void license. Yes, I do. And it's not my firearm is not in the car. Okay. So I wasn't even really necessarily worried about that. >> just informing you because I know it's your job. >> you take a seat in the car that way you're not getting soaked, okay? This won't take too long, okay? Nothing in your pockets? No, sir. Nothing. You're more than welcome to check me. I'm just going to check the back of your hand. Or if you want to pull them out there. Pulling up on the car? Yep. That's fine. Why can't I sit in my own car for that, then? Get him out of the car and we're going to check your car and then we'll get you on your way. Oh. I'm going to have you step out, too, real quick. Won't take long. Since it's raining, I do have open container. That's all right. Just have out. Keep your hands out of your pockets. Nothing on you? Nothing on me. Okay. You want your feet out just a little bit? You guys have somebody that can come pick you up? No, sir. Okay. Reason I ask is it is going to get towed, the car, since she doesn't have insurance. Now, what I'll do, I'm going to take the keys. I'll let you guys sit in here until the tow gets here. Try and work on a ride. You are still not free to leave. But I'm not under arrest. >> truck gets here, you're going to have to be back out of the car. >> I'm not being under arrest. No, I'm not because you did not tell me I was under arrest. >> to get three tickets. You're going to be under arrest three times. A little bit of attitude, but that's all right, as long as she cooperates. But that will change real quick once the officer hands her the tickets and tells her her car is getting towed. And then, three tickets, October 28th, and You don't even have to give me the tickets cuz I'm going to pay for my car insurance now. >> That doesn't change anything. They're still >> is stopping you guys from being able to take my car tonight cuz I have no ride. So, if I have my insurance, then that'll stop you guys from stopping taking my car. >> No, it does not. It does not. >> Yes, it does. So, let's not go down that road, okay? Cuz they're going to tow your car regardless. No, they're not. And I'm not standing outside in the rain to talk to you. They're going to tow it when you're in there. I mean, it's not really going to accomplish anything. Yeah, I get that. Hey, what if she refuses to get out of the car for you guys? If she refuses to get out of the car, are you guys just going to hook up to it or what? I can just hook up to it. Yeah. I back up to it. I need you on her rear bumper so she can't take off. All right. So, let's explain this to her one more time. Listen, the car is getting impounded regardless. >> sir. As long as my insurance got paid for, it's paid for. >> You're still committing a offense by driving on the road without insurance. It's getting impounded. >> not going to tow my car and I can show you my insurance card. No, sir. No, you're not towing my car. Everybody out here is going to get soaked because you think that you're going to be able to change what happens. >> is y'all going to get sued because I know my rights. This is where y'all fail to realize. Y'all think No, no, sir. No, sir. Y'all think only y'all know y'all right. Absolutely wrong. I know my rights. He's not towing my car. So, when this If you put this on the thing, you're going to be sued. So, you might as well just give up on it. I'm a speedy ball. You might as well get up and give up on it. You damaged YOUR CAR, IT'S ON YOU. WHAT are you doing? I know my rights. That's what I'm doing. I know my rights. Y'all not The lady would rather damage her own car and go to jail rather than follow the law, the actual law, not the nonsense on her head. Talking about entitlement. Okay. I'm going to give you one last chance to get out of the car or you're going to jail. >> I'm not going to go to jail. >> Yes. Cuz I know my rights. So, with that being said, I'm not going to stand out in the rain. We're going to start there. >> Okay. I'm not going to ask you one more time. You either step out of the car and your car is impounded or I'm taking you to jail. Y'all got to give me valid proof that my car is going to be impounded or I'm not getting out. >> Now, or I'm taking you to jail. What's it going to be? I hope y'all are ready for this lawsuit. Y'all are? Okay. Looking forward to it. Let's go. That's great. Y'all don't necessarily even have to >> Now, or you're going to jail. This is the last time I'm going to ask you. >> [ __ ] OUT OF MY CAR. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO RUSH ME. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. The [ __ ] is wrong with you? >> Now. The [ __ ] And if you put my car on this thing, I'mma beat YOUR ASS. NOW, WITH THAT BEING SAID, I'm out OF MY CAR AND Y'ALL STILL don't run Let's go. Because I know MY [ __ ] RIGHTS. Y'ALL DIDN'T READ ME NO RIGHTS, SO THEREFORE I KNOW MINE. DO Y'ALL KNOW Y'ALLS? YOU'RE NOT BEING DETAINED. >> KNOW EXACTLY. SO, WITH THAT BEING SAID, with that being said, I can show you my [ __ ] insurance card. Insurance is paid for. Nope. And it was paid before before this [ __ ] tow company got here. You already told me that you haven't had insurance for the past 30 days. >> Exactly. But if I JUST PAID FOR MY CAR INSURANCE because someone helped me pay for my car insurance, you can't tow my car. AT LEAST I WAS BEING HONEST with y'all. SO NOW, WITH THAT BEING SAID, YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO BE A THAT YOU BARELY GOT. THAT YOU BARELY HAD. NO, I'M NOT DONE CUZ I'MMA READ YOU YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE YOU CAN [ __ ] READ ME MINE. WITH THAT being No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm [ __ ] not. No, I'm not. All right. You guys can hook up to it. The [ __ ] is to y'all. I know my [ __ ] rights. Don't put that [ __ ] latch on my [ __ ] car unless y'all want the issue. After screaming her lungs out at the officers, she decided to be stupid again and tried to get into the car. And with that, her fate is sealed. We're back. Return his mind your bag. No, I'm not. >> Now. I'm not. I need to check your bag. Now, you're under arrest. How am I under arrest and all I was trying to do was just turn my [ __ ] car off? Stop now. If y'all break my arm, I'm suing y'all. Stop moving. Let me go, then. We got her. Can you stop, ma'am? No, cuz I'm not under arrest and nothing. I already told you you are. >> All I was trying to do was just turn my [ __ ] car off. Let me go. All I was going to do was just turn my car off. That's it. No, I'm not. Yep, stop it. Let's get her bag off first. Can you let me go? No. Josh, come here and get my bag. I'll get the bag in a minute. Hang out over there. Can y'all let me go? All I was doing was turning my car off. >> I gave you plenty of opportunities >> trying to do was get the rest of my stuff out the car and turn off my car. >> You would have had plenty of opportunities to do that. >> Okay, that's all I was trying to do. Can y'all please let me go? In the car now. All I was trying to do was turn my car off. And y'all are manhandling me. >> In the car. Can y'all let me go, please? In the car. Can y'all please let me go? Y'all are hurting my arms. Get in the car. No, I'm not getting in the car because I didn't do anything wrong. All I was going to do was take my rest of my stuff out OF THE CAR. HOW? AND ALL I'M TELLING y'all is all I was trying to do is get the rest of my stuff out the car and turn the car off. I was not resisting anything. I'm going to let y'all take the car. I wasn't. If I'm telling y'all I'm getting the rest of my stuff OUT MY CAR, THAT'S it and I would have walked from here. Y'all didn't give ME NO CHANCE. Y'ALL JUST SNATCHED ME UP. Can y'all please let my arms go? Can y'all please let my And y'all did That was exhausting. But it won't be over until she gets to jail. In the meantime, the officers still have a lot on their hands. Please let me go. Get in the car or you're going to get yourself hurt. Get in the car. Can you please uncuff my arms? Stay on the sidewalk for a minute. Not right now. Listen to me. Get in the car. This isn't going to go well for you. Y'all are trying to take me to jail for no reason. All I was trying to do was get the rest of my stuff out the car. >> Get in the car now. >> That's it. Put your feet in now. I have no problem with doing that, but y'all FIRST OF ALL, THERE'S no female officer even a present. So therefore I know my rights. All I was trying to do was GET THE REST OF MY OUT OF THE CAR AND I WAS GOING TO LET Y'ALL take it. Period. That's it. There's no reason for y'all to take me to jail when I'm steady telling y'all I was not GOING TO DRIVE NOWHERE. I'M STEADY TELLING Y'ALL ALL I was Do not touch me. Do not touch me. This is a lawsuit. Excuse me. Yes. I'm steady trying to talk to somebody. He's ignoring me. Are you willing to do a breathalyzer once we go back to the police department? >> This is the whole problem. I'm steady saying >> Yes or no? I'm steady saying to you guys. All I wanted to do was make When I got out of the car, I did not feel my cell phone in my pocket. Do you want to do a breathalyzer? >> the door to get my open the door to get my phone out the car, that's all I was doing. I was not going to pull off no anything. I was already out of the car. >> Do you want to do a breathalyzer, yes or no? Can you let me out the car now? Okay. Your friend just looked for your phone and it's not in there. That's all I was trying to do was see if my phone was in the car. That's it. I was not going to pull off. That's a lie. She has the phone with her and she will catch additional charges after refusing to hand it over. They pulled me over and I was honest, I missed my payment for my car insurance and now they are trying to take me to jail. Can y'all please uncuff me, please? Give me your phone. Give me your phone. I will. Okay. Give me your phone. All right. I have my rights, sir. Do not Do not go in between my legs because you can get in trouble for that. There's no female officer here. I asked y'all let me out because I tried to explain something to y'all and y'all refused to let me talk to y'all. So no, I know my rights. So you're going to catch another charge on top of that. No, I'm not. You don't give us that phone. No, I'm not because it's male officers handling a female. I asked to talk to y'all and y'all refused to talk to me. We need that phone from you. I know my rights, man. Stop it. Can y'all let me go? We need the phone. >> And let me sit up, please and thank y'all. Where's the phone at? This is sexual harassment. There's no female officers on the scene and y'all are trying to touch me in between my legs. >> you to let your phone go. Let me go. Let go of the phone. >> Let me sit up first and then I'll give y'all my phone. Y'all shouldn't have never detained me in the car in the first place. You're under arrest. I wasn't under arrest when I SAT IN THIS CAR. I WASN'T UNDER arrest when I sat in this car, though. Okay, let me sit up. Like I said The phone is non-negotiable. Sit here for hours and hours. And we can. And you will just wait longer and longer to get booked and get out of jail, but we need that phone and we're not >> need my phone. >> We do. What's it going to be? Y'all can uncuff me No. and we can discuss this. This is sexual harassment, sir. I know my rights and I'm going to sue the out of y'all. GET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME. >> CAN'T WAIT. GET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME. In the end, she was charged with driving without insurance, obstruction, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing. We're towing the car. Ma'am, you got to come over here. On February 14th, 2026, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired tags and an expired license. Here's what happened next. Turn the music down for me, please. Okay, hi. The reason I pulled you over is your tags are expired back in October of last year. Okay. Yeah, were you aware they were expired? Okay. I got you. Yeah, that's why I pulled you over. So I mean it's Yeah, I mean it it happens to Okay. I got you. It's not the biggest deal in the world and I mean I also saw your license that says it's expired, which also isn't a big deal. I'm not too worried about it, but uh do you have your ID on you? Yeah, that's fine. All right, I'll give you your phone back there and do you have insurance info on you for the vehicle? Okay. Do you have insurance on the vehicle? No? Okay. I got you. I got you. Yeah, can you just stay tight for me? I'm going to be right back. Just got to look at something real quick. >> After running her information, the officers returned to inform her that her car is getting towed and this is the beginning of the chaos that followed. So I had to verify this your license was expired back there, which it is and unfortunately with our policy we have to tow the car in that situation. But yeah, you're going to be going You're going to be going home with everything, so you can just grab your keys and just step out of the car for me. I mean it's different. You got to Ma'am, you got to No, don't do that, ma'am. You got to get out of the car. You can get out of the car. You can turn the car on. Don't touch me, [ __ ] Don't Don't touch me. Don't do that. When the officers tried to search her, she constantly demanded a female officer and a sergeant, which of course is not going to happen. You're going to get the phone. I have to do a search on you. I have to do a search on you. I I'm in charge right now. I'm here. I don't conduct no search. ALL WE'RE DOING IS OKAY, I NEED TO DO I NEED TO DO A PAT DOWN ON YOU. NO, YOU'RE NOT. I want a woman. I'll roll the windows down. I'll roll the windows down. >> not comfortable with this. Here we go. We have to do You got to put the No, I do not. I know my rights. I know my rights. This is what's going to happen. You just You just got to get a citation for your expired registration and just for driving with expired license. That's all we're doing here. We don't have a sergeant on the scene. Yes, I do. Well, you need to find one. That's not That's not going to happen. That's not possible. We are the police. Even though the officers have been so lenient on her, she decided to call 911 on them, which for me is an obvious reason to put her under arrest right away. But maybe the officers were too tired to deal with her nonsense, so they decided not to do it. Y'all I can't cuff me. I'm asking y'all. Y'all are not touching me. I am a woman. I WANT A WOMAN COP. IF Y'ALL DON'T HAVE ONE, Y'ALL ARE not searching me. I do not feel comfortable with y'all. Hello? Yes, I'm I'm I'm right here on She's becoming extremely uncooperative. She She called 911. R. I'll keep letting everybody know I'm a victim. I'm not comfortable with men touching on me like this. So, they're putting me in the back seat of the car and I am not I need a woman cop out here if they want to pat me down. I keep saying that. I don't feel comfortable with men touching me in such ways. Okay. Are you with the officer now? Yes, cuz my tags was expired so they said they got to tow my car. Now they want to pat me down and I'm not comfortable. I don't like men touching me. And then they Bratton all out of y'all pulling me over on Marginal Road. Out of y'all jurisdiction. Well, so Danielle, you're going to be cited today just for the expired tags and just for having an expired license. Let me out this car. What's point of that [ __ ] Okay, I don't give a [ __ ] Uh you have a court date at Bratton on Municipal Court at 3:30 2026 at 5:00 p.m. It's a mandatory court date so you have to go to it. All right, you're going to have a warrant if you don't >> Okay. All right, get out of the car. Your stuff is already there. Don't go on the highway and walk. >> I can walk where I want to in the United States. Let me out this [ __ ] jump in here ass. You should have gone and got some cooperation for your mother. And for some reason, the officers still decided to let her walk free >> [music] >> despite all of the clear violations she had just committed. Oh well, who am I to say? I'm just an AI voice over. But there's one thing I can say. With that behavior, she will get herself in jail in no time. So, what? I can still have my ride. We told you to leave. Please leave. So, what? I don't have to Now you want to stay? Yes, I want to stay and talk to y'all, [ __ ] How you doing, ho? You can't go back in that car. You can't go back in THE CAR, MA'AM. I KNOW. OKAY. No, he didn't. You walked up on him, lady. Ma'am, I don't want to hear it. Okay, get on Somebody pick me up. I don't have no arm, no rotator cuff. Hey, bend this knee. Bend this knee. Hold up. Help me up. Okay, ready? Yes. Step up. Don't walk up on a police officer. I just did that, but I'm trying to figure out why you towed my car like that. That's why you're going to jail. All right, here. Hey. Who's got to close the car? That's fine. Here, just take it to ours. I got it. Come on. All right, here. You got anything on you? He walked up on me. Okay. >> No, I don't have nothing on me. I have my headphones on. >> What's that here? It's my headphones. >> Okay. Do you have anything in your bra at all? No. Okay. All right, sit tight. He shouldn't have Why he walked up on me like that? He He chest bumped me. I'm going to switch these cuffs out. After cuffing her, the officers then moved the woman into the squad car. He chest bumped me both. That's not okay. I don't feel like I should be being aggressive right now. My Wait a second. Hey, do me a favor. Rotate this hand. Make it look like you're praying in the back. There you go. I have to get home to Here, give me a second. Hey, wait. I'm going to rotate this one. All right, there we go. I'm throwing my stick down. Um can you give this officer your name and everything, please? I'd appreciate it. They have to take me straight out. I will pass out. I have a medical condition. He had to walk up on me aggressively like that. >> You didn't have to do it, either. I didn't do it. I just walked out. >> did. No, I didn't. I asked them why are they being so aggressive. Why are they taking the plates off my car? >> walked out of that door screaming and yelling. No, I did not yell like that. >> I did not. Do you want to be seen for getting We already got a medic on the way. Okay. The officers then informed her about her citation for illegal parking. There we go. >> What's that say? Perfect. So, this is just a parking vi- the parking citation. Okay. So, Okay, what's this? Explain it to me. So, 28-302, which is Which is what? That is um you were parked in front of a meter. Thing on the meter that said park here or you'll get towed. Okay. So, again, with all of our citations and everything, it's not admitting to guilt or anything for it. All it is saying is that we found enough probable cause to give you the citation, and this is giving you all the information on it. And it just needs you to sign, just stating that you understand you got this citation. And then there's going to be how to take care of it and everything else on all the portions of the ticket. And if I don't sign It doesn't matter. Like I said, you're not admitting to be guilty or anything for it. >> just put refusal to sign it if you don't want to sign it. Yeah. >> No, I'm asking a question. I just want to explain it to me. >> So, so we'd like for you to sign it and again, it's not admitting that you're guilty of doing this. We're just stating on our side we found a probable cause to give you this citation we're asking for you just to sign it so that you are understanding that it's kind of like if we sign a piece of documentation that you bring to us, we both have understood the documentation. That's all it is. It's just that we're both in understanding of what this is. It's not saying you're guilty. Yeah. Okay, you don't mind if I ask my cousin what that means, please? Hey, you. I understand what you're saying. >> Hey, man. But I just want him to clarify it for me. Give me a second. Let me show you. I know. I just want him to clarify it. >> you're good. Um so, I'll give you a number for you to call on here and then if you It shows you everything on here on how to take care of it. Is it I don't want to sign it. I refuse. No, we don't have to. We don't have to. >> sign the personal copy. Yes. She has it. Is she fine getting it from you? Yes, she is. It's not a huge It's not a huge deal for you to not sign it. No matter what you're going to get the citation. It's just a matter of if you're going to sign it. You sign it, if not, then not. No matter what you're going to get it. That's all we're saying. If you sign it, it's not admitting to you being guilty. It's just you stating that we both are here, we both see it, you signed it, I hand it off to you. It's kind of like a notary without a notary. You get what I'm saying? Are you going to be willing to sign it for me? No, absolutely not. Okay, that's fine. In the end, she was charged with obstruction and resisting arrest in addition to her illegal parking citation. Moving on to the next case where a woman thinks she's so stealthy that she can break into a towing company to steal her car back. No, they had no right to take my car. >> Get out of the car. How fast was she going? She's going She doesn't have a license. Her license got taken away from her cuz she's suspended. The tags expire. I think we're going to tow the car then. It's not in the roadway. Well, my concern is that she's probably going to hop back in and drive away. Hey! Hi! Officer, are y'all okay? I'm getting my car. All I need is like once she gets her citation and stuff like that, whoever's going to drive the car, I just need somebody with a valid ID. >> She's not She lives states I mean cities over. Clea, he's asking me a question. He's not asking about that. What is wrong with He needs a valid ID for whoever's going to come get the car. Exactly. I'm telling him. So, I'm telling him. Nobody was rude to you. Nobody Nobody cursed at you. Okay, we're trying to talk to you. But you're being very rude. So, what is the problem? Nothing. Okay. So, here's the deal. We're going to tow your car. Why are you towing my car? Because it's on the side of the road. It's on private property. I just told you my mother was bring was literally coming up. And she just Y'all asked for validation. She told you my mother was coming. Y'all didn't like the way I talked to y'all, so now it's tow truck. And now you're going to face a resisting charge. All because of your attitude. Facing a resisting charge and I'm literally It's It's It's not It's called not listening. This is crazy. I cannot believe this is happening because some police officers don't like how I'm talking. How do y'all think I'm going to feel? How do y'all think People have other stuff going on in their life. Nothing I don't have nothing against y'all. I don't know y'all. Y'all are pulling me over. I have other stuff on in my going on in my life. >> You're being pulled over for speeding. He said, "Well, you need to wait because I have to give you your ticket and everything." So, I just sat down there and I waited. My car is hot. My air doesn't work. Mhm. I'm not understanding why he called y'all. I never resisted. I When he told me I was getting a ticket When he told me I was speeding, I never once said, "I'm not speeding." I If I'm speeding, I'm speeding. What can I do about that? Okay, number two, he's trying to explain the citation. >> Okay, go ahead. I I understand. Go ahead. Okay, it's too late now. He was trying to explain it to you and you're still being rude and not listening. I I'm listening. You don't want me to be like a child and say, "Yes, sir. Yes, sir." Three loudmouth Karens who acted like this in front of their children. Let's see how these officers handle them. We can handle everything outside like like adults. And then we can figure everything out instead of yelling and screaming. I know. And and we're going to get through everything. I just need him to be able to check that that guy needs to be able to leave. You know what I mean? Hey, relax now. We was coming COMING FROM SO YOU RELAX. YOU RELAX. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. STOP. I'm feeling LIKE YOU RELAX. I I DON'T DOUBT I DON'T DOUBT I'LL TAKE YOU TO JAIL FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN ABOUT 30 SECONDS. You are you're yelling and cussing. YOU'RE GOING TO HUG. YOU'RE WALKING UP ON HER. It don't matter. She's talking to you. Walking up on her. You're going to go to jail. Now here's the deal. I want to know everything that happened. I I relax I want to know everything that happened here. I want to know everything that happened. But I'm not going to yell and scream IN THIS STORE. BUT DON'T us because if we walked up on y'all would feel threatened. So don't walk up on me. Tell me what happened. The children already had the candy in their hand, okay? >> From out here? From yes, there's a store over there. The children already had the candy in their hand. >> Okay. We proceeded to pay FOR OUR STUFF. HE WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL WE LEAVE OUT the store and say, "OH, THE CHILDREN THE CHILDREN THE CHILDREN WITH THE CANDY." SO WE LIKE, "WHAT CANDY? THEY ALREADY PAID FOR THAT that candy." Yes. Okay. They already had the candy. He said the kids opened the candy and ate it in the aisle. How? >> came from that store. But it came from THE STORE OVER THERE. HE LIKE, "OH, I CAN RUN THE CAMERA. I CAN run it back on the camera." >> over there and just check to make sure that they bought it there and then I'll be right back. Do you get WHAT I'M SAYING? AND THAT'S why I'm trying to tell everybody to bring it down. Huh? I'm going to go over here. I'm going to go over here. I can I can definitely hear you. Okay. I'm going to go over here and I'm going to see if that you guys bought that candy from there. I mean I didn't buy it from there. Her I think her best friend That's fine. There's a bunch of kids here, so I'm going to walk over there and then I'll come back. Okay? That's what I just told her I'm going to go do. Do you get what I'm Good lord. The officer then went to the other store to check whether they were telling the truth. There's a couple ladies here had a bunch of little kids. Yes, sir. Did they just buy some candy here from you? A little boy. Yeah, one little boy in a white T-shirt. Yeah, they bought this one. They bought a bubble gum. The little boy bought a bubble gum and he bought this candy. Perfect. Thank you. How many of those were bought, do you know? One. One of those was bought and then a bubble gum. And then there was some little some other little kids with them, too? No. Okay, so it was just that one. Perfect. Thank you. Still? All right. So he said that they bought one of the bubble things No, we bought the bubble >> So I just asked. So I'm just going to double check and make sure his camera doesn't show something different and then we're going to move forward with here and we'll get everybody out of here. Okay. Well, I can't make him apologize to you. So like Okay, well, that's easy. All right, here's the deal. Hey, buddy. Where are you at? All right. The neighbor over here sold him candy. Yeah. No, that's fine. They they buy from there. Doesn't matter to me. Okay. I had the candy that to so many. They're playing with that and try to walk with just some candy of that, too. And I stopped it, okay? Please mine not put it back. Okay. I've got Whatever is your you take it. You buy two candy take it two candy. Why I'm telling that that's the happen. Okay. After that the reason for not a candy because one lady she was my neighbor the next time on that that plaza. She tried to fight with my wife on kids. One night I called for them and I leave this place because I can leave this environment the last year. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. If he doesn't take it that's fine. I just tell them, "Okay, this is your. Go ahead, it's fine." That's why I say that took mine as a bet. Got you. That is the point. Okay, so you just want them to leave. That's it. No, I want to trespass, too. I need a paper, too. Okay. And he said to throw all of that stuff >> it from the counter and they threw it out there. Okay. You want them trespassed. The adults trespassed the two women or the three women and that's it. And all kids. I don't like to get them coming in my store. Okay. Very easy. Because they came in next time they may be again happen this situation. Sure. With the employee trespassing on all of them, the officer then came to inform them just that. He just wants trespasses. That's all we We want an apology. I don't apologize. I'm not So we going to trespass because he accused us of stealing. And we didn't He's disturbing the peace. ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME YOUR NAME FOR A trespass warning? Okay, then you need to leave the property now. Listen, he wants you trespassed. Are you going to give me your name for the trespass warning or no? Then if you don't vacate the property, you're going to go to jail. It's supposed to serve and protect, right? If you don't leave the property, I appreciate your opinion. You're about to go to jail. You need to walk. That's fine. I'll be a bad cop. All right, I'll suck today. I suck. All right, see you later. They all left and the case is over, right? Of course not. One of them decided to take the officer's warning for granted. She returned despite being trespassed upon already. So the officers immediately put her under arrest. That's it. Now she's under arrest. Now she's under arrest. Huh? Yeah, she was trespassed off the property. Stop. Come here. Trespass after warning. Told to stay off the property. You came back onto the property. You suck. You suck. I'm not being It's fine. 25 I'm not being a She is pregnant. Why she is pregnant? Chill. Chill. Chill. Chill. Let her Stop. The baby. The baby. What is she going to jail for? You were told that YOU TRESPASSED AFTER WARNING. YOU'RE GOING TO GET MORE CHARGES. STOP. STOP. STOP. Come on. That's fine. You're going to catch all these new charges. Have a seat. Have a That's fine. That's fine. Sit down. You can do it. You can take my purse. 10-32 10-50. She went back ON THE PROPERTY. IT'S ON BODY CAMERA. YEP. ALL RIGHT. The woman was charged with trespassing after warning and resisting arrest. Moving on to the next case where a Karen returned to a gas station for revenge. I'm going to detain you for now. You're not going to detain me. Put your hands behind your back. You're not going to detain me. Hey, relax. Hey, stand up. I know my rights. Okay. You officers are living in hell. Holster your weapon. I walked up here to get a drink. This woman had this weapon. This guy is threatening people. That's what I saw. >> Okay. Thank you. Okay. All right, man. What's going on, guys? Let me talk. Let me talk. Let me talk. Let me I came in here to get my my lighters and my my my gas. She tried to run me over. And then we came back to see if we could get the money back. You guys were here earlier, right? >> Yes. We were here earlier to come to get our money back. If I come off like this, Mhm. is it because when you're going to come at me rude, then you're going to get the other half. We came in here earlier. He had money in his Guys, come out here, okay? We came over here earlier. He had money in his pocket, and they are trying to say that they didn't. Right. Right. He didn't. We know. We have his bank He came in here and he told her they needed the product. I would like to get a lighter and put the rest on gas. She overcharged him $6 for the lighter. The lighters are only $1.70. And I came in here and I showed it to be around $9. I said, "Okay, you guys charged him for a lighter and then he wanted the rest in gas." She says, "There is no chance transactions or funds on his card." I'm like, "Okay, well, then how did he get the lighter? If there's no funds on his card, how did he get the lighter?" She came off disrespectful, so I'm going to be honest, I went and went ballistic up in here. I checked his card to see if they even took his money. They took his money. They overcharged him $6. And on his bank statement, it showed that they never did the transaction the right way. >> What were you going to do with that stick? So, we came over here and I was going to open the door just to come in here and say, "You know what? We would like the money As this officer was speaking with the couple, another officer came to speak with the federal agent who was in control of the situation before. And I got to say, this is the first time I have seen a legit federal agent in a body cam video like this. Hold on, man. I'll tell you what I saw. All right. I go in here to buy a drink for a meeting with the US Attorney's Office. And I come out and I see this man and this woman, and she's got some black weapon in her hand. Looked like a stick or baton or something. And they walk in there and they start screaming. These people are on the phone and asking for police. So, I grab my cuffs, open the door. She's got her She's got like a stick up like she's going to hit somebody. He's there yelling at them. I just draw down. I say, "Police, drop the weapon. Let's sort this out, but I can't do anything with everybody yelling at everybody. Drop the stick." She got down. She was being very combative, wouldn't comply. I said, "Listen, I don't know what's going on, but you can't have weapons in threatening posture at people who are just trying to shop. It's It's no go." So, were they threatening the clerk or were they threatening Like I said, man, it was real weird. When I when I got in there to buy the drink, Mhm. they were watching them out the window and they were like, "Hey, they just came in here and created a ruckus." And then as I'm leaving, I see him and her leave that vehicle, walk all the way here, and she's like got some you know, just a typical blunt force object Dude just stopped for a drink and had to detain a psychopath who freaked out and threatened everyone with a stick over $5. Now, back to her. I'm the one that did it. What did you do? I did that I came in here like I said, I was going to open the door to talk to him very nicely and tell him if we could get the money money back that they overcharged him for and leave, but they didn't want to start their little And then his little rude ass over there opened the door and put the gun at me. Yeah, you You have Hold on. You have every right to put your gun out, but the only time you pull a gun out is if that person is really charging at you with a weapon. Until a person comes at you with a weapon and goes after you with a knife, a stick, or any kind of weapon you have, you have every right to shoot. What were you going to do with that stick? I didn't do anything. I didn't even hurt nobody. What were you going to do with the stick? >> I wasn't going to do anything. I was going to scare him, to be honest. That's what I was going to do, but I wasn't going to hit him. >> Where did you get that from? Huh? What did you Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it? >> No. That's my stick. That's where it is. It's in my truck. That's your stick? It came off of a little kennel that I was trying to build. But at the end of the day, when you're going to come out and put your gun at me, you don't do that until I actually charge with my weapon then you can with your gun. I'm going to be honest, I've been in and out of the system since the moment my life. I just got out 2 years ago, and I've been doing a hell of a lot good. But now it's to the point where people are going to come off disrespectful, you're going to get a whole 'nother hand. Like he had no right to put his gun at me. Until I went after him with a weapon, then yeah, you have every right. The minute he put his gun, he asked me to put my weapon down and get down, and that's what I did. >> agent, just so you know, okay? Okay. >> Um So, that was your That was your stick right there? >> my stick, and he asked me to put it down. You didn't have it. I had it. She had it. Lady, if you charged at him with your stick, you would get a whole lot worse than gunpoint. And given the situation, the officer decided to put her in handcuffs. This is when the chaos begins. I'm going to detain you, okay? Because we're going to get into more into the investigation, but I'm going to detain you for now. Put your hands behind your back. >> going to detain me. >> Yes, I am. Hey. I have my rights. >> You're not under arrest. You're going to be Oh, well, you're detaining me. Just relax. That's what you're doing. Okay. Just relax. Relax is what you're doing. I'm not You're not under arrest. Hey, relax. HEY, STAND UP. HOLD UP. HOLD UP. HOLD UP. HEY. RELAX. IT'LL BE FINE. OH, NO, NO, NO. SHE'S MY PARTNER. SHE'S MY PARTNER. SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. You guys are IN THE WRONG. RELAX. NO. HEY. >> [laughter] >> YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SWING AT ANYBODY. GET BACK. NO. GET BACK. RELAX. BACK OFF NOW. BACK OFF. GET BACK. GET BACK. STAND OVER HERE RIGHT NOW. STAND OVER HERE. Stay right there. Sit down. Sit down. Get her up. Get her up. It is on. I don't see it on. It is on. You know why? They have no right to detain me. You know why? I didn't do nothing. Relax. That's why I know. Relax. Do you guys need the wrap? We need THE WRAP. IT IS ON. I DON'T SEE IT ON. JUST BACK UP. >> NO. Get the [ __ ] camera down. Where do you live? Take the camera down. It's none of your [ __ ] business. Tell the guy to take the camera DOWN OR I'LL PUNCH YOU IN. THE DUDE TRIED so hard to be tough and protect his girl. But the way he charged at the person filming and came to an abrupt stop was pure comedy. He really has the biggest Chihuahua energy I have ever seen. You guys are going to get hell now. You guys are going to get hell now. You guys are going to get hell now. Relax. >> Get off. Get off. [snorts] Get the [ __ ] off. Relax. Get the [ __ ] off. You guys have no right to detain my ass. You're going to sit in >> why? Because I'm not doing nothing wrong. You're going to sit in here. >> Sit in here. Okay. No. Make this easy. No. You guys made it [ __ ] hard. Make it easy. Relax. >> it hard. You guys made it hard. All right, get in. Get in. Get in. Relax. [snorts] Relax. Sit up. All right, let go and I'll work with you. Relax. I need the wrap. Let go and I'll work with you guys. We need the wrap. Let me to him? Huh? You want me to detain him? Uh let's see. If he leaves, let him leave. You guys have no right to detain me. That's why I go crazy. Until I go after somebody with a weapon, then you guys have every right to do I know my rights. Okay. You officers are living in hell. You officers are living After securing her in the squad car, the officer then came to tell the man to walk away. Back up. Back up. Leave already. No, she's going to jail. No, I'm not leaving till Back up. Okay, you need to back up, man. I'M BACK. I'M BACK. I'M BACK. GET out of here. Leave the property. Leave the property. Leave the property. LEAVE THE PROPERTY. NO. NO, YOU CAN'T TALK to her, MAN. BECAUSE WE SAID. GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. HE'S THE SERGEANT. GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. GO. GO. Because you're not listening.
