HE'S A [ __ ] >> [screaming] >> ON DECEMBER 17TH, 2024, an officer on patrol noticed a car suddenly flew past him at high speed. The officer immediately activated his emergency lights and siren, but the driver refused to stop, leading to a high-speed pursuit. At one point, the vehicle was going so fast that all four tires even lifted off the ground, reaching 80 mph in a 35 zone. After a while, the driver pulled over into a funeral home. As the officer approached the vehicle to investigate, he had no idea he was about to witness one of the worst meltdowns he had ever seen. >> Evening. I said evening. >> Oh, evening. >> I'm also licensed with the Kenosha Police Department. Reason why I'm stopping you, couple of reasons. Back there, crossing the railroad tracks on 60th Street, you were traveling, I guess, well over for mph. It's pretty unsafe and imprudent. And then you were also bouncing within your lane. You crossed the double yellow. You were driving straight down the middle of both lanes after the stop light. Uh and then I when I activated my lights, you accelerated and you kept going. >> Um I don't think you did that. >> Is there any reason for all those violations? >> Absolutely not. >> Do you have your license and insurance? >> going to get mad at me because my son is difficult. >> Okay. >> No, it does not okay. >> I'm just saying >> You're going to do it anyways. >> Do what? >> You guys are going to >> Can I have your ID, please? >> Can you uh hand my officer your ID, please? >> As the officers were asking for her information, they noticed clear signs of intoxication and her acting strangely. The officers then asked her to step out of the car. >> Thank you. >> He just get get away from me, please. >> Step out of the car. >> Okay, fine. >> All right, turn and face away from me. Face away from me. Where is your ID at? >> In my car. >> Okay, just step to the back. Just come over here. Is it okay if I go in your purse to get your ID? Where's your ID at? >> Right there. >> In this purse? Can I grab it? >> No. >> Is there anything in there? >> No, there's nothing in there. But I don't trust any of you people. >> Why is that? >> Oh, well. Okay, let's let us talk about it. >> Okay, sure. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Um probably like two glasses of wine. >> Two glasses? Like normal glasses or what? >> Yeah, like normal glasses. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> What time did you start drinking? >> Um probably like a couple hours ago. >> Give me like an uh ballpark. >> No, I I don't need to. >> Okay, do you know what time it is currently? >> Yes. >> What time is it? >> It's probably like 9:00. >> Okay. And this flipped a switch in her. >> Would you be willing to do a field sobriety test at the police department? >> For what? >> Cuz you're intoxicated. >> I'm not intoxicated. You know what? You guys are so mean. >> What is that? >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say >> Oh. >> Pay attention now. >> No, I don't need to pay attention. >> Stop. Stop. He's a [ __ ] cop. >> The officers then put her in the squad car and searched her vehicle based on the strong odor of alcohol coming from inside. And her reaction when the officers told her what they found inside the car was not a pleasant one. >> Get on your side. >> Yes. We have to search you. >> No, you don't. >> You're under arrest. >> Arrest. Stop touching me. >> You're under arrest. >> Full strip >> Get in the squad. But on the way to the hospital, her behavior grew even more erratic. >> OH, PULL ME OUTSIDE AND BEAT ME UP. HEY, YOU SHOULD beat me up. Here, pull me up and beat me up. Beat me up. Oh, you forgot to pull me outside and beat me up. Oh, YOU ALWAYS DO IT. YOU BEAT EVERYBODY UP. >> I don't BEAT IT. >> OH, NO, YOU BEAT EVERYBODY UP. You are a abuser. You beat everybody UP. She was later found guilty on resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The rest of the charges were dismissed. Ultimately, she was given no jail or probation and was only ordered to pay $200 in fines. Intoxication and emotional collapse don't make someone a victim. They multiply consequences. One calm decision to pull over early could have prevented nearly everything that followed. Moving on to the next case where an entitled woman makes a scene over some noise in the middle of the day. >> And that's why I want him beat up. Seriously, I got so many hood cousins. They heard him. THEY REALLY DO. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND BEAT HIM UP CUZ THEY DON'T give a about going to jail. TAKE A SHOWER AND REST. >> [screaming] >> ON SEPTEMBER 14TH, 2025, an officer responded to a neighborhood regarding a woman who was screaming threats at a group of construction workers. Here's what happened next. >> How's it going? >> Yeah, it could be going better. So, long story short, pretty much, we're cutting out here doing our job. It's 10:00 in the morning. >> Yeah. >> Didn't think it would be no big deal. She comes out hooting and hollering. Screaming at us. >> This lady over here? This lady over here? >> This lady. And she threatened us. Told us to wait right here. Called him a white boy and everything. Oh, there she is right there. Um said she was going to go get somebody to beat us up and this and that. And all we're trying to do is our job. >> I don't do this for free, by the way. >> What's that? [snorts] >> by the way. I I asked I work 6:12 and all that noise is getting on my nerves. First, why they call the police on me? Where's the building permit? That Listen, come on. Let's go to this legal stuff. They don't even have a building permit. I just want to get me some sleep on my day off. Not arguing and bickering. I work hard enough. I just want some sleep and I asked them to cut the wood OUT BACK SO I CAN GET ME SOME SLEEP. >> The only time I need a building permit permit is if I do it adjacent to it. >> Oh, oh, no, this is this is a whole new process. >> But there there's a >> It's called Come on. I'M GOING TO COME ON. >> LISTEN. >> going to call. Let's get a building permit. Do they have a building permit? They're going to leave. No, I'm asking you. We're going to do this legally. >> just rolled up here. I don't know. >> So, I know they don't have one. >> But is there is there a proper way to address it though? >> I No, it's not because I asked him. I work 6:12. I leave here every morning at 4:30 in the morning. And today's MY ONLY DAY OFF. I GOT UP 5:00 TO DO MY LAUNDRY SO I CAN SLEEP. And I asked him to cut the wood out back so I can do that. And he wants to be a smart ass. And seriously, and he's laughing. That's why I want him beat up. Seriously, I GOT SO MANY HOOD COUSINS. They ain't heard him. They really WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND BEAT THEM UP. THEY REALLY DO. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND BEAT HIM UP CUZ THEY DON'T GIVE ABOUT GOING TO JAIL. >> WELL, that threat might be one reason for the officer to put her in jail. Lucky for her, the officer won't do that and will continue with her investigation. >> They don't give about going to jail. They don't. THEY REALLY WANT TO COME DOWN HERE AND DO SOME DAMAGE. SO, I just want some sleep, ma'am. >> OKAY. >> TO AVOID ALL THIS. >> OKAY. >> CUZ I GOT PEOPLE that's hood and don't give >> I got you. >> I asked them to take the noise out back. >> I got you. >> I got to get UP AT 4:30 IN the morning. It's my only day off. I still got to cut my grass. I didn't even call to tell you I got to do my laundry at 5:00 in the morning. >> Okay. >> As soon as I go to take MY SHOWER AND REST, I WANT TO SEE A BUILDING PERMIT. AND THIS THIS house does require a building permit. You can ask the mayor. Now, cuz I'm all right. Tell him Tell my aunt I said that. I call the mayor right now. Let me call him. I got his phone number. Let me call the mayor. >> I I will address I will address this with >> him right now and tell him the issue. >> I will address this with them. >> No, I'm going to call him. >> Would you mind Would you mind going back over to your place? I'll be over in a second and talk to you. I literally >> This is private property and I'm not going nowhere. And ain't nobody going to make me go nowhere. >> Do you have any identification on you? >> I have not broken the law to provide you with no ID. >> Well, how am I supposed to >> you with no ID either. So, stop asking me for ID. Ask him for the building permit. >> Ask him for the building permit. >> Okay. You can go in the house. >> No. >> Or then go back over in your yard. Don't stand out in the middle of the street. I don't want I don't want you to get hit out in the street. >> man. I work I work heavy highway. I work in traffic every day. >> Okay. >> The officer now came to ask the worker some questions about the situation. >> So, how many people are here? >> Five. >> Yeah. Yeah, four or five. Yeah, five. Sorry. >> You have me. I'm the owner. Hi. >> Hi. >> Nice to meet you. Sorry you're doing This is my husband who called Hi, husband. Level one, but she's standing out in the street screaming. If you want to get another unit headed my way. >> Yeah, I want some justice guys. >> You got to stop for 5 seconds. I understand you're upset. Everybody's upset. So you guys staying calm helps alleviate the situation. About what time did you guys get out here today? >> 8:00. >> No, it was it was closer to 9:00. >> No, it's somewhere in between 8:00 and 9:00. And you're making what? Just house improvements? >> Yeah, on the inside. >> Okay. And what what tool is she complaining about? Just the saw? >> Yeah. >> Probably the hammering too on the inside. There you go. You just heard it. It's loud. >> It's not that loud though to wake her up if she's inside. >> So when she's coming coming out here, she coming out into the road? Is she standing out in her yard yelling? Is she coming onto the property? >> She She has not been on the property yet because her What is it? Her >> Cousin. Her cousin Her uncle Her uncle and her cousin >> Own this property. >> own own this property. Currently, her brother was doing work to it before. They fired him because all he was doing was no work and just partying partying and stealing stuff from them. So they hired a legit company to come in and do the work. >> Okay. >> We were hired to do a job. We're just doing our job. >> So who was it that hired you? >> The homeowners. >> Who What What are their names? >> As a matter of fact, I just had the daughter on the phone. She's the main one that we deal with. >> Okay, what's her name? Can you get her on the phone for me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Hi, this is Patrolman Andy Mass with the Newcomerstown Police Department. How are you doing? >> Oh, I'm I'm fine. I'm the daughter of the house there. I'm fine and I'm you know, I will I'm sorry to bother you guys. I'm sorry that my cousin across the street is causing problems. So, I have I'm really sorry about that. >> Okay, so she is she is your cousin. >> She is my first cousin. >> Okay. >> Across the street and um Uh like I said, my mom has trust in me and >> Can you take her off of Hold on one second. Can you take her off speaker phone cuz she's listening? >> That's nice. I'm sorry. >> So So you have permission to be here today. So when she came when she came over, what did she say? >> What she's been saying? >> So was Who was it Was it directed towards everybody or one specific person? >> Me because I was one that was out here cutting and when she went to say something about being disrespectful, I just kept cutting because we got a job to do. >> Right. >> I got to get paid. I'm sorry. I can't get paid where I can work 6 days a week when the car never leaves. We've been here every day. >> Blaze. >> Blaze. So So I am aware of the situation with her. I've been made aware of the situation with her. It's going to be an ongoing thing. >> I want >> So >> She called me >> But But >> She called me racial slurs. I want something done about that or I'm going to start getting racial slurs >> No, you're not. >> So it's >> the company here for this >> As the officer was conducting her investigation, she continued to scream across the street. >> HOW ABOUT A LYING WHITE TRASH? >> IF YOU DO not go back over there and stop yelling If you do not If you do not go back across the street and stop yelling, you're going to be arrested for disorderly conduct. Because I I'm trying to get a full story. I just spoke to one of I just spoke to one of your relatives. >> WHAT DOES THAT CARGO EVERYDAY? >> I JUST SPOKE TO ONE OF your relatives. I have yet to get their side of the story. You told me not to come over there, so I didn't. I'm over here trying to hear what they have to say. >> house and shut the door. I CAN LET ME FILE FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT. >> OKAY, go on. >> I I'M NOT ALLOWED BY POLICE OFFICERS TO DO THAT. Can I go to the police station? >> Nope, you have to go to city city hall to do that. >> know she's [ __ ] You're her cousin. I can't GO TO POLICE STATION TO MAKE A REPORT. >> I'm here to get the report. >> No, you're not. YOU'RE OVER HERE GETTING LIED. I'M GOING TO MAKE A REPORT. >> There's nobody there but >> That lying white boy saying I'm going to get me a building permit. TELL ME WHAT MY CAR NEVER LEAVES EVERYDAY. >> OKAY. >> YEAH, I'M GOING TO LAY DOWN I'M GOING TO GET LAID OUT LIKE THE ASPHALT I LAID. >> I will deal with her and why I have not dealt with her is because I have more units on the way. You can obviously see how irate she is, right? So, for my safety and for your guys' safety, to keep the situation calm, to get everybody's collective sides of the story, this is where I'm starting because obviously you can't talk to her, right? Okay. >> As the officer was taking statements from the workers, she hopped into her car and drove away. So, after finishing the investigation, the officer quickly located the woman and put her under arrest. >> Ma'am, have you calmed down a little bit? >> Ma'am, can I just give me some some rest on my day off? If you taking me to jail, at least I got to get my rest there. >> Okay. >> I haven't done anything and you know I haven't and you know I haven't done anything >> Yeah, ma'am. I can yell and scream when I want. >> You're standing out in the middle of the road. >> No, I was on my sidewalk when I start yelling at the trashy white boy. I was walk where you told me to go across the street and that's respectfully where I went. >> When when you went over there and then you yelled at me. >> Yeah, and then you asked me >> this is this is what the problem is. You won't just listen. >> I don't have to do what you say. You don't understand that. You need to go to jail. >> you can't hear I'm I'm not I'm trying to talk to you like a human being. >> Okay. >> I'm trying to talk to you >> Okay. >> like a human being. >> be charged and please can I go get me some rest? Please. >> Come on. >> Should I get another one? >> Y'all are going to do some [ __ ] >> All right, cool. >> In the end, she was charged with aggravated battery, battery on an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. Once cuffs are on, the only smart move is cooperation. Continuing to resist doesn't undo the arrest. It guarantees more charges and a worse outcome. Moving on to the next case, where an unhinged girl loses her mind when being kicked out of a restaurant. >> Okay, what's your badge number? >> I'll tell you what. We're going to make this turn around. Turn Turn around. Get down. >> ON DECEMBER 24TH, 2021, officers responded to a local establishment for a call of a disorderly customer. When the officers arrived on the scene, they were met with an intoxicated young girl who thinks law didn't apply to her. >> No, but And she offends everyone. Everyone in this She worries. She drank to everyone. >> Oh, okay. Okay. All right. Hey, how are you? I don't I don't want to I don't want to pick her up. Miss. Miss. >> Hey, officer. >> Step outside. Step outside. >> I want to film. >> Step outside. Make it clean. Step outside. Step outside right now. >> The moment the officer asked her to step outside, she whipped out her phone and started recording, as if that would magically scare off a cop doing his job. But don't worry. Her parade of entitlement was just getting started. >> Come on, let's take a selfie. Turn her around. All right, let's step outside. All right, let's step outside. What's going on? >> I've already paid for my food. >> Step outside here. >> Where are you? >> Step outside right here. Step outside. Make it clean. Step right here. What's your name? And if not, I will send this all over and you guys can >> How many times did they ask you to leave? >> How many times? None. None. >> The cops really saved that Uber driver from the ride from hell. Seriously, who wants to deal with a passenger packing this much bad attitude? Still, credit to the officers, they actually tried to hear her side of the story, despite it being pretty much about her rambling about her drunken behavior. >> What happened inside tonight? >> I asked them for my food and I guess because I'm gay, an African-American female, that they discriminated against me because they are Mexicans and maybe they have some illegal things going on behind there and they don't like me, so therefore, they tried to I'm supposed to already have my food. I'm supposed to already be gone. I already requested my Uber and my ride home. >> any witnesses inside? >> I already requested my Uber and my ride home. I've already paid. >> No, so Yep. I don't >> So, everybody else inside of the store is illegal as well, is that what you're saying? Because they were saying that you were being rude and disruptive. That's why we were here. >> No. >> Stop. That's not had nothing to do about your your sexuality, what status you were. It was because you were rude and being a belligerent and holding onto this. That's why we're here. You said this is yours, right? >> As a matter of fact >> Is that yours? >> As a matter of fact, I had that in my pocket. time. >> is yours, right? >> It may be mine, BUT YOU CAN'T PULL IT OUT. YOU CAN'T PULL IT OUT AND SEE HOW MUCH HAS been drank out of >> And I can tell by your slurred speech. >> Uh No, my speech is not slurred. You may be >> Slurred or speech? >> disoriented because of the music that's going on. >> At this point, the whole thing had turned into a full-on clown show. The officers had finally run out of patience, and that's when they moved in and made the arrest. >> Okay, well, I got to write you a ticket. You ain't going anywhere. You stay right there. I'm not giving you anything. You step Take another step, I'm going to arrest you. You stay right there. >> Sir, you're going to give me my ID. >> You're going to stay right there. >> Sir, okay, what's your badge number? >> I'll tell you what. We're going to make this Turn around. And as the officer tried to put her in handcuffs, she fought back with everything she had, only digging herself even deeper. >> Hey! So what? >> It's not going to happen. >> Put her ass [ __ ] driving. I don't know what I'm going to do. >> Go for it. >> Okay. >> Get down. Get down. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. Get down. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. DOWN. GET DOWN. TAZE. PUT IT BACK. PUT IT BACK. PUT IT BACK. PUT IT BACK. PUT IT DOWN. >> [crying] >> PUT IT DOWN. PUT THEM BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> They're going to taze me. Oh my gosh, another dick thing. >> PUT IT BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR ARMS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> THEY'RE TRYING TO TAZE ME. >> WHAT'S THE CHARGE? HERE, I got this right here. Professional victim right here. She checks all the victim cards, race, sexuality, etc. Nothing is ever her fault. >> Excuse me? That's my phone. No. Excuse me? >> Hang on. >> my license? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Excuse me. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop it. Stop. Stop. Stop. STOP. STOP. HOW MANY TIMES have you been told you're under arrest? Get inside the car. Stop. I got this arm, look. Hey. Come under this arm here with that arm. Come on. Put her hands behind her back. >> Okay. Okay. I'll get in. Okay, just put me in RIGHT PLEASE. PLEASE. >> NO. YOU WANT TO GET IN RIGHT? GET IN THE CAR RIGHT NOW. I'M GOING TO DRAG YOU IN THE CAR. INSIDE. >> Are you going to DRAG ME IN? >> INSIDE. INSIDE. >> CAN YOU PLEASE >> NO. GET INSIDE. >> BUT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG, >> OKAY, you got it? >> Yep. >> All right, so look, here's what's going to happen. Listen to me. We're going to open this door. You're going to get out. We're going to adjust these handcuffs. You're going to get back in this car nicely and politely or we're going to force you back in again. Do you understand? >> Can I get my shoes, please? >> We'll worry about that in a minute. Step on out. >> Why am I >> Okay, but >> Ma'am, Come on now. I understand you're the one that deals with me. So, I want to speak to you personally, please. >> to me. Just step out for me, right? >> to you, though. I don't want to speak to them. I want to speak to you. >> Okay. >> Please. >> Just step out for me, right? Can I search you first and then I'll talk to you? >> Yes, she can search me, but please >> Step on out for >> No, because I know, please. >> Step out for me, okay? >> They don't like me because I'm Viking and I'm gay. >> Let me search you and then I'll talk to you, okay? >> No. >> why I want you to work with me. I'm working with >> I want to work with you, but I don't believe you're going to work with me. >> I'm going to work with you, okay? Step out for me, right? >> I feel like you're lying to me and he No. >> Come on. Come on, step out. >> No, sir. Cuz I have I called my mom. >> All right, ma'am. Okay, step out. >> Please. >> Come on, step out for me, right? >> Okay, I'll step out. I will step out, but I want to talk to you. I don't want to talk to them. I don't want to talk to them and not because you're a woman. I don't want to talk to them. I will talk to you. I will not talk to them. >> Okay. >> Hey, I like women. Please. Please. Please. They don't like me. Please. They're discriminating. Please. >> Do you have anything in your pocket? >> No, ma'am. They took everything. They took my wallet. They took my phone. They took the protection that I had against me. >> Yep, she's about to go. >> Come on. >> Okay, don't hurt me. >> Step out. Step out. >> Okay. >> Listen, am I going to drag you through the car or am I going to sit you in the car. >> I was over in Long Island. I was over in Long Island. Okay, you don't have to force me. >> Sit down. Sit down. All right, here. I'm going to give you a chance. I'm going to give you one chance. Sit down. >> You don't have to force me. >> Sit down. Sit down or I'm going to force you. >> Can I get in the car, Courtney? >> Get in. I gave you the chance. Get in. Get in. >> Where am I going now? >> Get in. >> Can you tell me where I'm going? >> Get in. >> Okay, can can I get the words out of my mouth? >> Get in. >> I'm going to >> Get in. >> In the end, she was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting arrest, trespassing from the establishment, and booked on an existing warrant. Holiday, alcohol, and attitude don't create special rules. Calm compliance could have ended this with a ride home. Defiance turned it into cuffs, charges, and a booking. Starting with this Planet Fitness Karen, who got humbled while being naked in the shower. >> I AM GOING IN. I'M GOING TO DO EXACTLY WHAT THE CHIEF OF POLICE SAID I YOU KNOW WHAT, MOTHER >> BUT SHE'S ACTUALLY IN THE THE SHOWER. SHE'S BEEN in there since >> She's in there right now? >> Yeah, she's the only one in there. >> Is the water running, too? >> Yeah. >> She hasn't responded to you, though? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Schenectady Police, coming in. Is there really like a screen, though? >> Yeah, there's a curtain on there. I Yeah. >> Is she standing? >> I you know, I don't want to look at them. >> I see. Is it around the corner? >> Yeah. >> Schenectady Police Department, we're audio video recording. >> So, the police are here. Okay, if you want to get dressed, and now you can leave. >> Ma'am, go ahead and get dressed for us, please, so we can get you out of here. >> Sure. >> We're going to give you some time. All right, this We're going to stay in here, but just uh we'll be off to the side, so if you need to reach out >> going to grab my phone for you. >> While some Karens wanted to scream and fight the cops like there's no tomorrow, this one decided to take a quick shower at Planet Fitness for 4 hours straight. What was she doing in there? Taking a nap? After waiting nearly 5 minutes with no response, the officers finally moved in to arrest her while she was still in the shower, completely naked. >> We're going to be going in and grabbing you, okay? >> Okay. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm going to finish rinsing. >> Will you just step out of the shower? >> I answered. Okay. >> You're under arrest. >> Okay. I'm not I'm not trespassing. I paid to be here. First of all >> Will you let me ask you to leave? >> I have not been here for hours. Absolutely not. >> Ma'am. >> Let [laughter] go of me now. Excuse me. I will get dressed. >> 21 can you >> I have not been here for hours. I've been in here for 15 minutes. >> You're under arrest. >> Ma'am, you're under arrest, okay? >> I am naked and >> I know you are. So, are you going to put SOME CLOTHES ON? >> ABSOLUTELY NOT. >> OKAY. >> WHERE'S YOUR LIEUTENANT? >> I DON'T HAVE A LIEUTENANT. >> STOP. >> Will you put some clothes on? >> Can I get dressed? >> There you go. >> No. CAN YOU GET THESE OFFICERS OUT? >> MA'AM. >> NO. I have been HERE FOR 15 MINUTES. I PAID to be here. >> So, that's not in dispute right now. What's in dispute is you getting dressed. YOU >> AWESOME. EXCUSE YOU. >> PUT SOME CLOTHES ON. PUT SOME CLOTHES ON NOW. >> I AM LAW ENFORCEMENT. I I AM LAW ENFORCEMENT. I WILL HAVE YOU >> OKAY. PUT SOME CLOTHES on now. >> Lieutenant. >> PLEASE GET DRESSED. >> NOW. CHIEF. >> PUT YOUR CLOTHES ON. >> I WILL GET OUT. >> PUT CLOTHES ON. >> GET OUT. >> WE'RE NOT LEAVING. >> I AM YOU WILL BE ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT. LET GO NOW. >> PLEASE GET DRESSED. >> LET GO NOW. >> GET DRESSED. >> NOW. >> GET DRESSED. >> I will have all of your badges. Oh, you just got the call? For sure. I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR OFFICERS THE OUT NOW. >> PLEASE GET DRESSED. >> I suggest you take your officers out now. >> Even though the officers were patient and polite, giving her every chance to put some clothes on, she refused, acting as entitled as ever. And the result? A full-on naked wrestling match in the Planet Fitness bathroom. >> We've been polite. Please get dressed. >> You >> No more discussion. Please put some clothes on. This doesn't have to be any more embarrassing for all of us. >> You're going to be the one embarrassed, all three of you. Chief of police? You know who that is? >> You keep getting dressed. We'll be patient, but if you stop, you keep yelling, then we'll just keep you >> You piece of I have your badge. DID YOU HEAR THAT? >> YES. >> THAT'S THE >> YOU CAN'T GO around like that. >> I AM GOING AND I'M GOING TO DO EXACTLY WHAT THE CHIEF OF POLICE SAID TO DO. YOU KNOW WHAT, MOTHER >> MA'AM, YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR TRESPASSING. >> I'M GOING TO SIT HERE until your lieutenant gets here so I can get some clothes on. >> Can we try to slip on the sweatpants and the top or a jacket? She has one handy. >> Yeah. >> If you walk me out naked, >> No one's going to do that. >> You just put your hands all over me BECAUSE I GRABBED MY CLOTHES. >> OH, NO, cuz you assaulted me. >> I am law enforcement. >> Sergeant is coming because we had to use force because you assaulted an officer and you resisted. And so, we'd like to get you dressed before we leave here, but we need your cooperation with that. We tried did previously and you began taking a shower, you know, I don't want to do that again. >> Though the officers couldn't exactly get her dressed to impress, but at least they got her decent enough to walk out to the patrol car with her, quote unquote, dignity somewhat intact. >> You're not the cop? >> No. >> You're the CEO? What's the analogy? State criminal. >> I'm going to do this right, so No, we're going to call it good. >> No, we are not calling it good. Put it on your ankle. >> He doesn't He doesn't know how to do it. >> Well, take it off my head and put it around my >> Your bra around your No problem. Down for down. >> You got any injuries or what? >> You're not injured at all? >> Yeah, these mother put their hands all over me. >> Okay, what's your injuries? Where are you hurt? >> I'm not injured at all. >> Okay. >> I suggest you don't do that again. >> Look, she doesn't We don't want you to go out It's freezing cold outside. >> a >> Okay. >> What do you care it's freezing cold? You just snatched me up at Did you do it? >> Yeah, I did. >> Do you want to answer that? >> I was naked in there and and I'm in here taking a shower. >> Okay. >> You want to You okay? >> Do you want to >> Lieutenant Fisher. >> Thanks for the promotion. Do you want to help them Ma'am, what's your last name? It's not a guy. >> Are you asking who I am? >> No, I did not ask you that. >> Go for it. >> Ma'am, do you have anything sharp in your pockets? >> Does it look like I have anything sharp in my pockets? You just pulled my naked out of the shower disrespectfully as >> Where are those jackets? Check them before we go. >> before we put them on. >> You can open the door. >> Can you check this out for me, babe? >> Yeah. >> For sure check it out. >> Okay. Just work on the pockets. >> it on there. You like my Make it feel good. Are you Are you checking my >> Okay. >> Didn't you just put my hands on just now? Yeah. >> Honey. >> In the end, she was charged with attempted assault, criminal trespassing, and resisting arrest. Entitlement doesn't give you a free pass to ignore rules or basic decency. When officers give you multiple chances to cooperate and you still choose defiance, things will only go downhill. Respecting boundaries and following instructions isn't weakness, it's common sense. Because once law enforcement gets involved, your comfort zone stops mattering and consequences take center stage. Moving on to the next case where an entitled woman attacked an officer during a $50,000 check FRAUD INVESTIGATION. >> DON'T [screaming] TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. WHERE'S MY MOM? DON'T TOUCH ME. >> ON JANUARY 18TH, 2024, officers and detectives responded to a bank regarding a woman's counterfeit check scheme worth over $50,000 that had been reported on January 10th. Here's what happened next. >> Miss, can you come talk to me, please? >> Yeah. Okay, hold >> Will you step right in there if you don't mind? You can have a seat right there. If you want. So, I'm Detective Weekly with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office. I'm a I'm a financial crimes detective. >> Okay. >> Uh I have a case where your name has come up. It's a case number 24-3117. It's a bank fraud case. >> Yeah, I That's what I'm coming up here for. >> You're coming up here for some bank fraud stuff? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. So, before I ask you any questions, I have a I have a form that I'd like you to sign. Uh Miranda rights form. >> That's what I'm here to clear up. I didn't come and deposit anything. I just now I'm just now finding out about what's happening and what's going on with my account as well. >> somebody with you right there? >> Uh yeah, that's my mother. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, that's my mother. She had brought me here cuz I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my account as well. But, yeah, that I just left the the one >> you you went to get a debit card is what they told you to >> went to go get my debit card, but yeah, I had just I was in my account and I'm looking or whatever. >> As the officer was investigating the woman, her mother joined in, making the woman increasingly agitated, but still within the acceptable range. >> Ma'am, you can step outside. Please step outside. >> Mom, you just step out. I don't I'm trying to figure out the same thing. >> If you interfere in my investigation, I will place you under arrest. >> Please step outside. She's She's an adult. She's an adult. >> Okay, but you don't have to disrespect my mama neither. Step outside. >> Ma'am, >> And you don't have to And I'm going to tell you you don't have to disrespect my mama neither. >> I'm not going to ask you again. >> At the same time, like that's That's I That's what I'm here for. Just Mom, close the door, please. You don't have to be disrespectful towards anybody's parents. That's my mother. She's figuring out what's going on. It is her business. >> It's not. >> It is. >> You are an adult. >> It doesn't matter, and that's still my mother. >> Can you please lower your voice? >> I don't have to lower anything. >> Okay. Despite already being caught in her counterfeit check scheme, the woman kept arguing and denying every accusation the bank made. And when the officer asked her to sign her Miranda rights for further questioning, well, let's just say things didn't go smoothly. >> I have this form. Can you make sure I >> I'm not signing nothing until I see everything that you have going on. >> up. Go and stand up for me, please. >> Stand up for what? I just want to see what's going on first. I don't want to be arrested for something that I don't even know anything about. And that's WHY I'M HERE. >> LOOK, I TRIED to get you I tried to get a statement from you. >> I'm giving you a statement, but I want to know WHAT'S GOING ON. TOLD >> NOT SIGNING ANYTHING, so I can't ask you any questions. >> first. No, ma'am. [screaming] Can you get my mom? >> You're under arrest. >> Can you GET MY MOM? STOP TOUCHING ME. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> RIGHT NOW TO STOP TOUCHING ME, SIR. >> MISS, you're under arrest. >> Miss, you're under arrest. >> Stop touching me. >> Miss. >> Stop touching you. >> You're already under arrest for attempting TO FLEE. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I DIDN'T >> PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS ANY WORSE FOR YOURSELF. >> CRYSTAL, I WENT TO JAIL FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT DO. BRO. LIKE I >> STAND NO, I'M NOT. I'M TELLING YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. NO, NO, I'M NOT. DON'T TOUCH ME. NO, I'm not. Don't touch me. >> It's always funny how Karens love to yell, "Don't touch me. No, I'm not. And I didn't do anything during an arrest." Like, did they really think that's going to work? But wait, it gets even worse. >> You can figure all this stuff out later, but you're already under arrest for battery of a police officer and resisting arrest force or violence. You're under arrest for attempted bank fraud, so go AHEAD AND PLACE YOUR HANDS >> ATTEMPTED BANK FRAUD. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I have the probable cause, MISS. >> WITH PROBABLE CAUSE? YOU DON'T YOU DIDN'T SHOW ME ANY EVIDENCE. >> STAND UP FOR ME, MISS. >> On my mama, please. >> Stand up. >> She outside. >> STAND UP. >> STOP TOUCHING [screaming] ME. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> STOP TOUCHING STOP TOUCHING ME. >> STOP. >> COME ON, BABY. WE'LL FIGURE THIS OUT. THAT'S WHAT I WAS TRYING to say. Okay, well then let's we going to do that, but you going to have to CALM DOWN. I'M TRYING, BUT I CAN'T. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. BUT IT'S GOING TO BE HEY. I'M TRYING, but I didn't do anything. Okay, okay, okay. I didn't do anything. That's what I tried to tell him. Okay, but but you you're resisting and you're fighting. Bank fraud is almost always a felony rather than a misdemeanor. Louisiana doesn't set a dollar amount that separates misdemeanors from felonies the way some other states do. The punishment for bank fraud in Louisiana can include fines up to $1 million or a maximum of 30 years in prison or both. Thank you for watching.
