Let's move on to the next case where this trans guy went on a ranting chain after being told to get out of his car. >> I'll see every one of you in court. >> I'm telling you. >> So, this is how Wisconsin treats transgender. [sighs and gasps] >> Get the off of my bike under my truck. >> I'm trying to get in. On May 16th, 2023 in Wisconsin, cops get a call about a suspicious vehicle going around a campground. So, the cops located the vehicle and immediately pulled it over for having an exceptionally loud exhaust and, uh, incorrect license plates. So, uh, here's what happened next. >> What's going on? >> What do you want? >> Well, one, your exhaust is loud. >> So, what? >> Two, these plates don't match this vehicle. So what? What are you harassing people? >> Well, we've gotten calls on you about being at a campground. I was just curious what you're doing out there. >> Okay. >> All right. What's your badge number? >> My badge number is 919. >> Okay. >> Can I see some ID, please? >> You got no business. >> Pull me up. >> Well, I do. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. You have a loud exhaust. It >> doesn't matter. in the play store. Come back on this vehicle. >> So, you just go around >> everybody's >> when I feel like it. Yeah. >> Why don't you give me your ID? >> Give me your ID. >> Why? >> Huh? >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> 919. Another car. ID. >> First impression is not great. He immediately gave these officers an attitude and refused to provide any information. And as the traffic stop continues, he rolls up his window. So why won't you give me your ID? >> I didn't hear your name. >> Valor. >> Ballard. That's your name? >> Okay. Is your driver's license through Wisconsin or Minnesota? >> I'm just curious. I kind of got to know so I know who you're who you are. >> 143. >> Well, I need to know where your ID is out of so I can run it properly. >> I've been doing this since before you even >> Okay. What? Causing issues? >> Yeah, cuz I'm causing >> Well, I don't know why you >> I don't know why you can't give me your ID. >> I told you my name, dude. Away from my truck. >> Gotcha. So, your first name is is what again? >> Ballard. >> Ballard. >> I'm just trying to understand. >> Do you understand now? Ballard. >> Okay. I don't know why you got to be so hostile about it. All right. >> Can't be on the vehicle unless they match up, right? >> You got any insurance on this or no? >> I just bought it two days ago. >> No, not for insurance. >> Yeah, I know. Not one time. >> Okay. Well, you're in you're in Wisconsin. >> Okay. So, you have to have insurance to operate on a public roadway. >> Okay. >> The officers then ask him about his intention in going around the campground in the middle of the night. >> What's your business at the campground there? >> It is my business. >> Sure is. We've gotten eight different phone calls on you. Okay, >> I've never met you before in my life. >> That'd be fine. >> Yeah, I met him. >> How do you figure that? >> I think the same mother is the same police department. >> Yeah. Well, I wasn't working last night. Yeah. I don't give a >> Okay. >> Sure. >> Yeah. >> What was the deal then? >> Okay. >> Love you guys. >> Okay. >> Where's my attorney? >> Sure. >> You're on paper out of where? >> Wisconsin or somewhere else? >> Where? What state? >> It does matter. What is going on you guys? Do I have to teach you? >> I don't think so. I don't think so. >> Yeah, I think I do. >> So, your license says you moved out of state. It says nothing about reinstated >> state. Back to Indiana. >> I paid my license off. I have my license. >> True. And what I'm trying to tell you is it does not say you have a valid driver's license in Wisconsin. Cuz my system says you're not valid. >> Well, my system trumps your word. You know, everyone knows but you >> got nothing to do with your driving status. >> You're nobody. >> That's fine. >> Would you car so I can leave? >> No, you're not free to leave. >> What? >> I've explained to you. >> So, you're illegally detained. >> No, but you are not free to leave. >> You're illegally detained. >> No, that's incorrect. [snorts] >> I'll call probation. See if they want to put a warrant. >> The cops are then notified by dispatch that this man was on felony probation for eluding an officer. criminal damage to property and felony bail jumping. It's great. Probation then advised the officers they'd be issuing a warrant for this man's arrest. >> No. So, >> you're still detained. You are not free to leave. >> Why? >> I'm not going to explain it to you right now. >> Who you are? >> I'm not. >> Yeah, you are. Why? >> You're not free to leave. >> Why? >> So, hang out here. >> No, you're going to tell me why. >> For the same reasons I told you before. >> Why? You don't have a driver's license. You don't have insurance on this. >> I have a driver's license, mother. Look it up. >> So, you are still detained. You are not free to leave. >> For an hour, mother. >> Get your supervisor. >> I'm getting my delay on the night. >> I'm not ready for him. I'm getting >> Well, that was stupid. Now the cops have to spike his vehicle. Hunter. >> I don't know if it was Hunter or not, but probation. >> I'll take probation from where? >> Wisconsin. >> Where? >> Where in Wisconsin? >> The state of Wisconsin. >> Where in Wisconsin? >> Doesn't matter. Probation is probation. as you have to tell me where the I'm on probation from. >> You're out of probation in St. Cro County. >> Okay. >> The the warrant is issued in the state of Wisconsin. >> Okay. Okay. So, Wisconsin is also who I not just >> Okay. >> Because I'll be out of jail in the morning and I'll be coming right back at >> Okay. >> So, the warrant's been issued. supervisor's on the way, but right now you are under arrest. >> So, I need you to understand that. >> So, I don't want to make this any bigger of a situation than it needs to be. And a part of that is I would appreciate some cooperation. >> You're not getting no cooperation. You have no reason to even pull up. Pull me over. Pull me over. >> Harass me. >> You wonder why you guys are getting shot and like this? You guys, >> I'm not under arrest for >> You're under arrest. It's been explained to you. >> We're going to call my PO. >> We're not. >> Yeah, we are. >> Yeah, we are. >> I appreciate if you step out on your own. >> We're going to call my PO. >> We're not. >> Yeah. >> Not right now. >> Calling her now. >> Go ahead. Whatever is my PO. >> They don't always work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. >> Yeah. She wants to be has to be called live. >> No, not necessarily. and Hunter will be notified. I can guarantee [snorts] you that. >> I know how it works. >> And you'll have a chance to speak with Hunter. But right now, I'm trying to explain this to you so you don't get yourself in more trouble. I know you're upset, but a warrant a warrant's been issued. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. >> Okay. Where am I going to park my car? >> Well, I can work with you on that and we can try to figure something out there, but right now, I need you to listen to me because if you don't listen to me, this is going >> Don't Don't threat. >> It's not a threat. I'm trying to inform you >> as best I can so you don't make this situation worse for yourself. >> You told me here's how it works. I know what it works >> and I don't mother busting my windows out of my last truck >> and I don't want to do that. >> Yeah, you're not going. >> Oh, I was hoping to see some window busting action. Oh well, I'm still riding off the dry taste from the previous case. >> And you need to work with me so that doesn't happen. Okay, we can't do any of that stuff until you step out of the vehicle. I'm not worried about any of the truck stuff. >> Worried about my truck. It's got everything I own in it. I just bought two days ago. >> Do you have anybody that could come get >> I don't you know anybody in the area? >> So I'm being probation placed because of me. Tyler, you got a warning now for your arrest. Open the door. We're going to break it in. >> Um, I'm finding my shield. >> Okay, I don't care. Open the door. Don't >> talk at me like that. >> Okay, you're under arrest. >> Take anything out of it. >> You said I was coming out. >> Well, you now have to come out right now. You are under arrest. >> Your reasons are are the reasons I have a warrant. >> I wasn't doing nothing wrong. >> Don't care. >> So, you can open the door. We're going to break you. I'm getting out. [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Get your out of my >> It's not gonna happen. >> Out now. >> Get your out of my face. >> Vard, step out, man. >> You guys put your hands on me. We're going to have >> You have to step out and put your hands behind your back. All right. >> All right. If you do that, >> we're going to make If you do that, it doesn't need to be any problem. So, just step out and put your hands behind your back. >> Ballard. >> Yeah. out. >> Give me 10 seconds. >> You've had more than enough time. >> Yeah. And so if you guys an hour to tell me I was going to jail out. >> After a lot of warnings, this man finally gave in and stepped out of the car. >> I am. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I am When the last time you ain't tell me I'll see every one of you in court when I'm showing you. >> You ain't holding on mother. >> Hey me, dude. >> That's enough of that. Get your hand back. Get your hand back there now. >> Get your hand back here. Let's go. You think you some help? I do. Make me drop my >> So this is how Wisconsin streets transer. He was ordered to pay $750 in fines and fees, and he had his driver's license suspended after failing to pay the amount. Let's move on to the next case, shall we? NOTHING HAS WALKED OUT OF THAT DOOR WITH ME WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR. I walked out OF THAT DOOR ALONE BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO CLOSE. And I'm getting arrested and questioned because I want to shop. This is ridiculous. It don't bother anybody. I'm being embarrassed in front of a bunch of people in my city because they think I'm shopping. I come here all the time. All the time. What's your name? >> My name is Johnny. >> What? What used to be your name? Oh, never mind. >> Johnny. >> Johnny. >> That's fine. I can't shop in here. I've never sold anything. this shop here all the time on a Friday night before I go to work for shopping when I got a job. >> I'm not getting a return for Johnny >> and you told them Chenise. So which one is it? >> You're not under arrest. We just need to borrow you. >> I told you my name is Johnny. My baby. >> You told them she need 96. >> Okay, but it's supposed to telling you now. >> You can't change her birthday. I can't change it.
