So, we have her on video steering $500 from >> Get on the floor now. I'm going to tase you. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Are you touching me? >> No. This isn't resistant. >> I'm in law school. I WANTED TO LEAVE. I TRIED to leave. They wouldn't let me. They wouldn't let me. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> Hello there, class. and welcome to the workplace where you're supposed to do your job, follow the rules, and avoid getting arrested. Looks like these Karens unfortunately skipped the employee handbook entirely with their shift taking a very unexpected turn when the cops show up. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. These are times when the dumbest Karens got arrested at their work. Starting off with this lovely girl who fought the police after getting fired from Subway. OKAY. [screaming] >> We're at December 20th, 2025. Cops get to this subway on reports of an employee causing a disturbance after getting fired. It happens. But here's what happened next. >> She's calling her mom now. >> Yeah, I'm calling mom. I'm >> She was on the sto. >> Okay. And so when I walked in and I was asked looking for her >> and she called me and said she was acting similly, not really being herself. >> So then I said, "Can you stepped out from there?" Cuz she looked like she almost slipped. >> So then I said, "What's going on? You almost slip from there. You're not acting yourself and you know you want and I think this is how I am." And then it she like I wasn't on no steps to a ladder. I wasn't on no steps to ladder. So I told her she said get over here and show her the video. I said there you go on a step. And then from there it just went crazy that my mom's going to stop this meme just to me and she was holding her back but I said don't. She doesn't love her back. Step back. I asked her repeatedly for her mom's phone number. She got in my face right now saying her number and I said stop. Calm down. I just want to get you home. I want to go with your mom. That's it. No. Then she said, "You think I'm stealing? I'm from Dallas, Texas. We don't think I'm >> Nobody's accusing her of stealing." >> We don't think she's stealing. >> Odd behavior at work. >> Yeah. Really odd behavior. She's not being herself. >> After speaking with the manager, it's time for the officers to deal with the employee. >> Were you able to get in contact with your mom? >> Yes, that's my mom. That's >> No, no, no. Were you able to call her? >> Yes, that's my mom. Right. >> Have you spoken to your mom? >> Yes, that's my mom. Mom, I'm telling you, that's my mom. >> On that phone? >> Yes. >> Did you call her? >> Did you talk to her? Your mom. >> Who are you? >> Officer Peterson. Excuse. >> What's your name? >> Officer Peterson. >> Peterson. Okay, I got that. >> Okay. Were you able to contact your mom? >> No, I need I want to say my name. I already know who your name is. >> Yes, ma'am. It's right here. >> Yes, sir. >> You want to write it down? >> Peterson. >> No. Okay. >> No, I got to write I got to write my name. So, is anybody coming to pick you up? >> Talking about you. Hey, >> you can stay over here. >> Okay. >> It's the fact that he he want to say my name if we talk. Is that >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> Okay. Just detain her for now. >> Detain. There's no detainment with this one. Only arrest. You'll see. >> OKAY. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> Get the off me off. Get the off. >> I got the [ __ ] off me off. GET THE OFF. >> [screaming] >> GET OFF OF ME. Get the off of me. >> I swear to God. I'll never go back. >> I'll never go back. >> Okay. Well, we just need you to relax for now. >> I don't care. >> I don't care. I don't care. [screaming] I don't care. >> Okay. I don't want her to >> You good? >> No. >> I don't care. >> Yeah. >> Better. All right. Let's pick her up. Okay. I don't care. >> Okay, enough. That's enough. >> Get the off. >> Get her. >> Okay. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care, [laughter and clears throat] guys. Pretty sure she cares. Also, ain't you just love how handcuffs inadvertently cause exorcisms? That demon comes right out of you, boy, as soon as you put him on. It's got to be because the steel has iron. And according to Supernatural, evil beings hate that kind of stuff. >> You want to walk? >> Get the off of me. >> Let's go. >> Get the off of me. [screaming] >> Careful. And they picked her up like a sack of Subway sandwiches. But okay, wait. Actually, a sack of Subway sandwiches is something to look forward to picking up and taking home. This is far from it. >> Get the >> Did you guys get kicked off of me? >> Okay. >> Get her off of me. >> Are we going to want to pursue charges? Anybody? >> I got >> Okay. >> Okay. >> They're going to me. Mom, they're going to >> No one's trying to >> Mom, they're going TO >> I will. >> Okay. In the car. Okay. >> I don't care. I don't care. I would never come to I wouldn't ever. We're just going to put you in the seat. >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> I don't care. >> I don't care. >> Wait for us. >> I don't care. >> So, do you guys want to wait for that wrap? >> Are you guys I think we should wait for the wrap. >> I think so, too. [screaming] >> Watch your foot. >> Watch your foot. >> Okay. Just Just put her on the ground. Just put her on the ground. Yeah, just keep on the ground. Cross your legs. Okay. [laughter] >> Okay. Watch. [screaming] >> Remember, cross >> your four. Grab him. >> Come on. >> There you go. Okay. >> Can you tell us what you're on? What did you take? We want to be able to help you. >> I didn't take anything. >> You're not going to get in any trouble, okay? We just want to be able to best help you. >> Please, it hurts. >> Okay. >> Oh, my legs. >> Your legs are hurting? >> Yes, please. Please. >> Okay. It hurts. >> Well, you've been kicking my officers and you almost kicked me. We can't have that. >> It hurts. Please. >> Nana, can I sit you in my seat? In my >> I'm done with this. I'm done. >> So then what we're going to do is we're going to put you in a wrap. Okay. >> If you put me up, I'll shoot. I don't give a >> I'll shoot you. >> Okay. I talked. >> But y'all put me in Y put me in this. I have PTSD. I can't. >> I'm sorry about that. >> Reason why is >> I know I was not. >> Yeah. So that's going to go. >> Hey. Hey. The good old burrito wrap. Maybe should have happened at Taco Bell instead. That would have been great. >> You don't know. You don't know me. >> I get it. >> So what can I get over? >> Yeah, technically. Yeah. >> I'm done. is over here. >> So, she's clearly either 5A and code 16 or just heady code 16 right now. Um, we were trying to get a hold of like a monster. She's kind of a juvie, but she's like, "You know what? I'm done." We're like, "No, as soon as we went hands on a feral cat, >> so it started in the little >> that little foyer in the front of the gas station. >> Got her down in there. I crossed on her and as we started coming out, it was just >> the whole time. Oh, shut the number. >> Shut the up. >> Okay. >> Shut the up. 114. You dumb. >> 1144. >> 114. You dumb. You go see about it. >> Yeah, it's 114. >> Yeah. Yeah. You want to go see it? My other Yight. Yight. >> Y'ALL WANT TO PUT MY body that act like the act like I'm going to see about it. Please shut up. She really hasn't given us any type of straight answer >> even before we >> Huh. Check us. You want us to check her? >> I mean, we can ask her. We have to ask her, but nonetheless. >> Okay. All right. Close it. Okay. You guys want to help him with the asking her questions real quick? see if she can get checked out. She's probably going to give an answer, but just see. Want to ask her? >> Yeah, she wants to get checked out. >> Yeah, cuz she definitely she got to use force. [screaming] >> Okay. Okay. You asked, you tried. Do not >> like an adult. Are you kidding me? >> I didn't touch him. >> Okay, then we'll >> My hands are cuffed. >> Keep your leg in the vehicle. >> Keep your leg in this car. >> Did I touch you? >> Pull your leg in this car. >> Did I touch you? >> Pull your Keep your leg in. >> Did I touch you? >> Did I touch Mo? A BLACK WOMAN, WHICH IS WHY THEY'RE DOING IT. I DIDN'T TOUCH THEM. They talk about touching them. I didn't do anything. I'm cuffed. >> Are you trying to take this off? YOU SEE MY HANDS, DON'T YOU? >> EXACTLY. >> You know, bro, >> it's too thick at the bottom. >> You know, bro, >> I went through it. >> Okay, let's go. >> Come on. They fired me off something stupid. You've seen me off the job. >> EVERYBODY SPIT. IF I SPIT, [screaming] I HULK ON YOUR ASS. >> If I wanted to spit, I hust on your ass. IF I WANTED TO SPIT, I HUCK ON YOU. IF I wanted your feet in the vehicle. >> If I wanted to spit, I huck on her ass. If I wanted to spit. >> She's then transported to jail for further processing. >> Right there. as I pushed the chair out the way it going out going out the door, man. Come on. I didn't assault anybody. >> But you pushing that chair and the chair hitting her whether it was on purpose or not. That's That's why officer stopped to try to TALK TO YOU. >> NO, I CAN'T BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. Are y'all kidding me? >> You are. Okay. I'm telling you what you're being charged with. Okay. Simple battery. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. YOU SEEN THE VIDEO? >> I I SAW I saw you try TO KICK AN OFFICER CHARGED WITH NOTHING. >> I SAW YOU KICK AN OFFICER, TOO, when they had you up against the wall. >> I DIDN'T KICK ANYBODY. >> YES, YOU DID. YOU YES, you leg came back and it IT >> I WAS TRYING TO SIT OUTSIDE THE CAR. I DIDN'T KICK IN LINE. IT'S OKAY. I know how to move. I'mma get out of it. You ain't got to say nothing else. Do what you need to do so I get the off. That's it. >> That's fair. Okay. >> Yep. >> Do you need any more water or anything like I need need you to do your job so I get the off. >> That's >> that's it. >> That's fine by us. Okay. >> She was charged with resisting arrest. Battery and aggravated battery on a peace officer. And now we move on to this case where this woman gets arrested for attacking her poor coworker. It's August 3rd, 2024, and cops get to a restaurant after a call about some battery that happened between two employees. All right, let's check it out. >> Pretty much all started yesterday. We started arguing with our other coworker, was disrespecting him for no reason. It started a stupid thing over politics. I told him, "Do not bring politics up. It starts arguments at work." That's exactly what ensued. They got in each other's face. One of um I had to send him home because he pissed everybody off and I was just completely over it at that point. >> Um our other coworker got so mad cuz he called his mom. He's listening to everything I say. He called his mom. So he You can see the evidence. He punched the basement door down there. >> He punched the door down there. >> Yeah. The bathroom basement door. >> The guy who was shooting outside. >> Yes. And then same coworker was here today. Both of them start bickering once again going at it because he keeps saying [ __ ] under his breath. Home for the second time. The other dude got so mad he left home crying because he's not like he's not a confrontational person. >> On a side note, can someone rescue that pizza paddle from the torture being scrubbed with that toilet rag? That rag looks nasty. >> And he started calling his name, call me fat, all this [ __ ] Said it's the only job I can get. >> Okay. So, how did he end up with >> I don't know. >> Okay. Did you have a woman? He smacked me in my face. >> He slapped you in the face. When did he do that? >> He did when we were all outside back there. >> Okay. Is this before or after he What? >> What? >> This before or after he's covered? >> This was before or Yeah, before he smacked me first and that's when it took offense. >> All right. Your face. Close your eyes. >> I mean, I'm fine. But >> so, how long ago he slapped you in the face? >> I don't know. This happened to like 8:20, 8:30. >> Okay. >> Been here trying to clean up, finish pizza orders. >> Okay. So, did you buy your boyfriend at all? >> No, he came here. >> Your boyfriend came here? >> Yeah, he just showed up, said hi. >> What's your boyfriend's name? I don't have to give back information. >> Well, the problem is is he did put his hands on this other employee >> and he put his hands on him, too. >> I know. I need to the full story, though. So, I I need his name. I need to be able to contact him and follow up. >> I don't know. He's supposed to be coming here soon. So, >> okay. And you have a driver's license on you. After speaking to this woman who's wiping paddles with that nasty ass rag, I mean, it really bothered me. What was I saying? Oh, uh, the cops came back outside to piece the story together before making a decision. >> So, was your boyfriend on his way back? >> I think so. I don't know. >> What was he wearing? >> What was he wearing? >> I don't know. White shirt, black short. >> What's his name? I'm not giving that information unless he shows up. >> You're not going to give me his phone number or anything either. >> All right. Well, tell him I need him to come back here cuz I need to talk to him about that. Okay. >> Can I talk to you for a second? >> Does she have any signs of being involved in a in a uh in any sort of physical altercation? >> No. >> Cuz she was involved in the battery on this. So I'll if if she's got no fi feasible explanation of how this guy is involved in a battery or whatever and claims that she is and she's got no marks on her, evidence says this guy is telling us the truth and she needs to be arrested. >> So the cops returned to the establishment to confront her about the lies. >> Ma'am, I'll tell you exactly what your friend just said. Did you delete that? Because I can figure out whether or not you deleted the video off of it. So I'll start from there. I've never had the video. >> I have video showing you in the back walking around videotaping it on the phone. >> My phone was in my hand. I'll show you right now. I do not have anything in here >> cuz here's cuz here's the thing and I'm going to tell you >> nothing. No video. I'll go to my recently deleted as well. >> Listen to me. Listen to me, please. >> Nothing there. >> Okay, that can all be cleared. But the phone now is involved in a crime, which means that we get to confiscate it and I can send it to the lab to have them look for >> I don't have anything in there. I promise you on my dead grandma's grave I never had video of my phone was in my hand. >> I don't want any promises that cuz you also told my officer over to here you did nothing and I got video of you kicking him and spitting on him. So >> okay well he slammed ME IN MY FACE. THAT'S OKAY, RIGHT? IT'S OKAY TO HIT A WOMAN. Show me the mark. >> Because that was FIRST SHOW MARK IT HAPPENED AN HOUR and a half ago. >> Why didn't you call? >> Yeah. So why didn't you call the police? >> Because what are you guys going to do? >> What do you think we're doing right now? We're investigating and certainly we'll arrest anybody that did any sort of crime. Okay. Well, he slapped me in my face and I'm not going for that. I want to press charges on that. >> When we first got here, you weren't honest with us that of what you actually did do to him. >> How was I not honest? If he hits me first, that's okay. >> No, you didn't tell us that you kicked him and that you were spitting on. >> Okay. Well, he hit me in my face. So, >> let's hold on for just a second. >> I asked you if you touched him at all, and you said no. >> But you did. >> Well, he hit me. That's okay. No, it's not. But I I what I'm trying to understand is why you didn't call us when he hit you. >> Because I don't know. I WASN'T THINKING ABOUT THAT FIRST. I WAS THINKING ABOUT protecting myself. >> Okay. So, we have a video of everything that happened. I need your boyfriend's name. >> I don't want to give it. It's part of the investigation. You have information that I need on this investigation that involves it involves a battery to you and it involves a battery to your coworker as well. You're right now you're obstructing my my work here. >> That's not my information to give out. >> It's illegal. >> Do you know you know who it was though? >> No. >> But you do know who he is. >> Okay. I know who he is, but I'm not going to give his information. >> You're committing You're committing a crime by doing that. >> I'm not committing a crime. >> You're interrupting justice. >> You can't do that. Okay. >> You can be placed under arrest. >> Then do that. Come on. Just put her in cuffs for the crime of spreading diseases in this restaurant. She's a walking health code violation. But jokes aside, the cops have to get her boyfriend's information now. So, they put a hold on her arrest. >> I'm sorry. the enemy verse. I don't know what you guys want me to say. I want to press charges against him. >> So, what's his name? >> I want to press charges against him. Please. >> I need to know his name. >> And I'm need to press charges against him. >> Okay. Well, you're you're obstructing my investigation. You understand that? >> So, what's his name? >> And then he's he's allowed to antagonize people like this. Just walking around the building pointing at people. No, I ignore that. >> You guys are allowing that. >> Okay. Did you not see me yelling at him as he was doing that? >> Yeah. Acting like that. >> Is ridiculous and he follow me. Okay. >> Here. Come over here so we can >> This is ridiculous. >> Okay. So, what's his name? >> I'm not giving his name. I'm sorry. I just want to press charges on him. That's all. >> Okay. Let me explain something. I'm going to I'm going to be real blunt with you and I'm going to explain this. If you don't give me his name, you're going to end up getting arrested cuz you have information that's very pertinent to what happened here and you're withholding that from me. That's obstructing justice. You're withholding information to me. You're lying to me. >> I can't help you if you're not truthful. >> I'm not lying. I just >> You already lying to me. I know you know it's perfect. I don't want to deal with this. Like, >> I know he knows your job. >> I HAVE A JOB TO TAKE CARE OF. I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY JOB. LIKE, >> why are you going to lose your job? >> I'm just saying he's already probably going to get fired. I don't want to get fired, too. Like, this is all I have. >> All right. So, what's his birthday? Look, I need to identify who this guy is. >> Okay. Well, you're going to see it when you look it up. Like, >> I don't know what kind of tools you think I have to find people, but you're not giving me enough information. What's his phone number? I don't know. I'm not giving that to you. I'm sorry. >> You're withholding information. >> You're obstructing my identification. You're asking me to arrest somebody, but you're not giving me >> I just said, "Can I press charges?" And you haven't given me an option. >> You're not giving me any timeline of what happened. And you've already you're lying you're lying to me about your boyfriend and you're lying to me. >> I have literally just told you everything. >> We're involved in it at all. With the woman refusing to disclose her boyfriend's information, the cops put her under arrest. >> I'm going to ask you one more time because I'm about to arrest you. >> Okay. >> What is your boyfriend's name? >> I just told you. >> Okay. So then why did you call him a different name on the video? >> I did. >> She's lying to us. So go ahead. She's under my desk because she's obviously continuing to lie to us over and over again when she's obviously involved in all of this. So, at this point, I've got nothing left. I've got no reason to believe anything she's told us. And I got video showing that she's attacking another individual. >> Somebody else trying to give you every opportunity. Where's it at? >> Where is it? >> In my stomach pants. My stomach. >> All right, hang on. Hang on. Hang on. I'll have a female I'm going to have a female officer. Okay. >> This woman is charged with battery and obstruction. Moving on to this wonderful case where a woman turns her first shift at McDonald's into criminal charges. >> So, we have her on video $500 something. >> Get on the floor now. I'm going to tase you. Put your hands behind your back. >> I did nothing wrong. And here we are, July 5th, 2024 in Florida. Cops are at this Mickey De's on reports of an employee stealing from the restaurant. Brilliant. And we're like, huh? What AirPod? >> Mhm. >> Just genuinely asking like, "What do you mean?" And I was confused because I never had someone ask me for an AirPod before. >> Yeah. >> And she's like, "Oh, I'm sorry. What do you mean?" My friend in the car said that. And the lady who walked up to the car said, "Oh, I'm looking for my AirPod and it brought me to you guys." is and my friend was like, "Oh, I'm sorry. We don't have it. We just got here. We're about to clock in asking for the AirPod and we could have sworn that we didn't have it cuz we didn't even get out the car at the time." >> Right. >> And then she just kept asking and then she looked cuz this morning I'm pretty sure you guys were up there with the RV person. >> Mhm. And I think I'm tracking now cuz someone came over to me and mentioned an AirPod. Yeah. >> Yeah. And um so we were like, "Oh god, hopefully that doesn't turn into a big thing." Even the person who um a person who works at the donations, his name is Rayon, and his AirPods were even getting tracked and they were ringing in his mom cuz he was just in the parking lot, his mom's car. The >> AirPods just died. She said it was pinging when you back here. >> Yeah, it was pinging to the back of the store when I talked to her before we got here. I didn't go in time to see if like an employee that messed with her, one of her friends, cuz one of the ladies that knows her was back there. Mhm. >> So, I was trying to get back there before, but it looked like they just opened it when I got there. >> He'll be wrong. They could have opened it and >> turned it off. >> So, you don't have any any AirPods with you? Yours, hers, or otherwise? >> I don't. I asked him what time he works and he works at 9:00, >> but this was this morning right before 8 >> for the sake of if if you're saying there's truly nothing in your locker, nothing in your purse. Is that something you'd be willing to give us consent to go search? >> So two things just that was clarified for me right now. You're not under arrest for theft. You're under arrest for obstruction because >> I didn't I refuse to talk to you guys. Well, so you don't have to talk to us, but if an officer tells you, "Hey, you're detained. You're not free to leave. You can't take off." That's where we >> Yeah. You never have to talk to us if you don't want to. Even if you're not under arrest, we have the authority to detain somebody. Anything? >> Um, anything about this morning that I didn't give you a chance to explain? >> No. My dad came here from out of town and I was supposed to hang out with him to my and I can't even get home to my son or anything. >> It's just I'm really stressed out right now. But it's okay. >> You said you got a son? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Uh I'll take your key and go put it in your locker if that's okay. I won't go looking through your locker since you're not there though, right? >> And badge comes with you. >> She was charged with obstruction and sadly the cops couldn't find the AirPods. We move on to the next case now where an ex employee went back to work all willy-nilly while being drunk. >> No, this isn't >> just a second. >> I'm in law school. I wanted to leave. I tried to leave. They wouldn't let me. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME. Does that make sense? >> Trespassing is >> trespassing >> a thing in my jurisdiction. >> Not not this. >> Well, you're in Everett's jurisdiction, so it's a thing. Okay. >> So, half an hour if you're not gone, you go to jail. >> We'll see how that works out. and not in your favor. Okay. So, half an hour. That's all you have. >> Yeah. >> If you do decide not to be out in a half an hour and you do decide to not open the door, we will have to force entry. Just to make it very clear. >> Okay. >> So, >> and why is that again? >> Uh because you're trespassing. If you're not >> trespassing without payment is trespassing. Trespassing with payment is not trespassing. >> You're not comprehending, which I [clears throat] that's okay. So, so, um, do we need to go talk to the receptionist [music] >> about why she's trespassing? >> It doesn't matter why, unfortunately. Like, they can trespass unfortunate cuz they wanted to trespass me. >> Get my phone out. >> You are in big trouble coming at me about this. >> The smuggness is really strong with this one. She tries so hard to sound like she's smart, but it's not working. The more she yaps, the dumber it gets. Why is chicken alone? Oh, there she is. She was smoking a cigarette. Okay. So, >> what exactly is the problem here? >> You need to go. >> No. Why is that? >> Because >> I just paid for another week. >> Okay. You can do >> Are you going to let her talk? >> I trespassed. >> You are trespassed per my GM. >> Okay. So, let's get the GM's number on the phone. don't need to call my DM. She's off the clock. You can come back. >> Okay. So, so it's >> Courtney, if you don't let her talk, then she's just going to walk away and you don't get to talk to anyone. >> So, Courtney. Courtney, listen. >> Listen. If you don't leave, >> what time did you say? >> 8:51. >> If you're not out of here with all your stuff by 8:51, you will go to jail for trespassing. So, I suggest you go pack your stuff up. >> Your time. >> And if you don't start doing it now, >> oh, I am calling the real cops. Okay. >> You are the real cops. We will be here. >> No, I know. >> Um I'm giving her half an hour to get stuff in there. Hey, if you don't open the door in a half hour, you will also be arrested for resisting arrest. >> Will she leave willingly? Of course not. Fast forward a half an hour later and instead of leaving, just as she was told to, she barricades herself inside the room. >> Hey, Courtney, Police Department, open the door. We're going to come in. Hey, Courtney. Courtney, you should probably come chat with us. This is going to be a lot worse. Hey, Courtney, if you don't come out, you're going to get additional charges. >> I have a thing you guys can use to unlock it. >> Oh, better yet, I have a tool. >> If you need to hand this to you? >> No. >> So, what you do is you just shut the door a little bit. Put those in between the metal in it. Push it. Push it. Yeah. Got it. >> Barney, you're under arrest for trespassing. If you don't come out now, you're going to be under arrest for resisting an obstruction. Come to the door. I know you're awake. We just talked to you. Get out of the bed and come to the door, Courtney. You're making this a lot harder for yourself. More charges means more jail time. >> I know you're in there. I saw your movement. Come to the door now. >> As the cops are looking through the gap of that door, they see her calling her mom rather than packing up her things. >> I need you here right now. Mom. >> Oh, it's mom. >> I know. I know. You're my door. Try to me. >> Courtney, you are under arrest for trespassing. Come out now. WHY? WHY IS SHE UNDER ARREST FOR TRESPASSING? >> I'm not going to have this conversation with a third party >> open before. >> You are under arrest for trespassing. You need to open the door and come out now. >> Yeah. No. >> No. >> Okay. Well, then you are also going to go to jail for resisting arrest. >> All right. You are resisting. So, >> what did she do? >> She is trespassing. I already explained it to her. I am not going to have a conversation with you. You are not involved. You are not involved. >> Room is paid for until tomorrow. >> I don't care. Listen. >> Yeah. I'm I paid for >> No, that is a civil matter. The management does not want you here. They trespassed you. You are refusing to leave. So, you are going to jail. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> Yes, you are. >> You are going to get the off my [ __ ] If you do not get away from me and away from my door, we're going to have problems. >> We already have problems cuz you're under arrest and you're refusing to answer the door. >> I'm not under arrest. >> You are. I already told you. >> Pay for the roof. >> I already told you. You are under arrest for trespassing. I am not going to explain it further. You need to open the door. All right. These cops are out of control. >> We are going to come in if you do not come out. >> You're not going to come in. >> We will. >> No, you're not. Sit your ass down. No. >> In your cop car and get away from me. >> No. You are under arrest. I am not leaving. >> I'm going to need some help and I don't know how to. >> We gave her 30 minutes to pack up her stuff. >> And she decided not to do so. And so now she is under arrest for resisting as well. >> You have the copy. >> No. >> Yeah. No. I'm going to call 911. >> We already here. There's no point in calling 911. >> Yeah, there's there's multiple cops here. >> Yeah, there's three of us. >> It's because you're making us a bigger deal than it needs to be. That is exactly why. >> You're okay with arresting me? >> Yes, you're under arrest for trespassing. I am okay with that. >> I'm not arrested for [ __ ] >> If you have the call, call me. >> No, I am not calling your mother. >> I'm going to call 911. >> Go ahead and call 911. We are already here. >> I'm putting that is totally okay. This is the tool. >> How to put Do you know how they use it? >> We have to You can go ahead and try if you want. >> Did she explain it to you? >> Yeah. So, she said you put the things right here like this. >> Don't let it go all the way. >> You close it a little bit and then you click it back. >> With the staff's tool, the cops quickly disengage the swing bar only for her to relock it again, getting her a resisting charge while escalating the situation even further. That was not >> Are you kidding me? >> Yeah, >> mom. >> Stop it. >> Try this one. It's already like bent. >> Stop it. >> You come out. This won't be a thing. >> Stop it. Stop. Stop it. >> Hold up our desk right now. And I need you to get some real cops down here. >> Some real cops. That's not >> bad. Let's face the fake guns here, bro. I told us >> they're not going to knock you off over here. Not at all. >> Courtney, come on out. >> I don't think so. >> Yeah, you need to go. You are under arrest. You are under arrest. >> Straight to me. >> You are making this way more difficult than it needs to be. Courtney, >> smarter than you think you >> Okay, that is so great. >> All right, so get them off my door. >> No, not until you go open it. >> So, um, your little sweet ass face. >> A, you're so sweet. Thank you. Um, you're under arrest for trespassing. You need to go out to the front door. You need to unlock it and chat with my officers. >> Go out to the front door and you are not going to arrest me now. >> You're under arrest. >> No, >> you are. You are under arrest, Courtney. >> Despite what you think, you are. >> Why am I under arrest? >> I told you you're under arrest for trespassing. I'm not talking to your mom. I'm talking to you. You are under arrest for trespassing. I've already told you a million times you're trespassing. I already told you. I'm not going to keep explaining it to you. >> Talk to my mother room. >> I am not having this conversation. You are under arrest. Do not hit me. You want an assault charge? >> That's not That's not assault. >> You just hit me with your phone. Would you like me to take the phone? >> Mom, give me the phone back. >> Would you like to have a conversation? >> Yeah, I would. >> Give me the phone. >> She has a court date. >> You were not allowed to take the phoneass for >> She has been trespassed because she's causing causing issues here. She is now under arrest for trespassing because she has refused to leave when asked. >> She just took my phone. >> Okay. Can you can you listen for a second? How was she trespassed? What did she do? >> It doesn't matter. They didn't want her here. You can have a conversation with the extended stay. You can have a conversation with extended stay. >> I was literally just there. Like I was literally just there like 3 hours ago. >> I get that. But something happened in the time that you were there or that you were here. The management has decided that she does not want her here anymore. >> Yeah, take it. Go talk to mom. >> Since that door was a little stubborn, hotel management authorized the cop to use bolt cutters to cut that lock and get inside. >> All right. Hey, you're under arrest. >> Wow, those are sharp. >> Yeah. >> Hi. Hi, friend back. Get your hands off me. >> That was not smart. >> That was not >> That is not okay. >> I got right arm. Left arm [snorts] is underneath her. I have the wrist. Do you want to call 911 right? >> Are you kidding? Your hands behind you, man. There you go. >> Get off my [ __ ] There's no reason you should be arresting me. We found two of them. >> 47. We'll roll you on. Okay. Don't kick anybody. We're trying to move. Stop. >> Courtney, are you okay? >> Stop. >> Are you doing okay around? >> We're going to sit you up. Okay. >> Give me my purse. >> I'm going to roll you on your back and then I'm going to sit you up. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> There we go. >> Okay. Now, >> you're not injured at all, >> guys. You guys sit your ass down and we're going to have a conversation because I need to talk to you real quick. >> After getting her in handcuffs, they take her out of the hotel and straight to the squad car. >> I'm just going to carry her. >> Yeah. >> We're not going to get kicked in the face by >> um get my phone. Get my purse. >> Where is my purse? >> On the couch. >> Worried about later my ass off. They going to grab me for you. They already grabbing me for you. >> Why can't you guys just let me be in a room? >> Cuz you're not acting like an adult. You're >> I am acting like adult. >> They're not letting me get a dog. And now I've got no shoes. >> So we gave you 30 minutes, Courtney. >> Remember that deal? >> They will get >> Do not kick officers. That will be another car. >> Stop. Stop taking me out of this facility. says a woman who'd probably spent a considerable amount of time in facilities. >> Absolutely not. >> I don't care about us. >> Yeah. So, who do you work for? Boeing and Amazon. >> You wish. >> Yeah. >> That's why I am >> Do not take my kick off. You know, >> I know what I am doing and I know who I am with. Perfect. >> You better get a sandwich going before we live. >> Hey, if you KICK OUT A WINDOW. >> HEY, if you give me my phone, you piece of [ __ ] >> If you kick out a window or damage my patrol car, >> you take my phone. You took all the [ __ ] that I was just in the room with. I love you. No. >> You're welcome to tell her if you'd like. >> Press me, you little >> party. >> No. Hell no. >> No. >> Hell no. [ __ ] >> You're welcome to say your payment >> in your hotel. And I am well aware of how many people >> You're welcome to say it. >> Just where your payment [ __ ] >> It will be to one credit card. >> Okay. It'll be GIVEN BACK TO YOU. >> YEAH. YEAH. RECORD. >> YEAH. >> YEAH. That's that [ __ ] talking. >> Give me my PHONE. GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THE CAR. >> HEY, >> get your ass in the car. >> Hey. >> Yeah. You want to play games with me? >> Hey, >> get my phone. Get all my [ __ ] >> Hey, >> you want You want all my [ __ ] You want everything that I know of? >> I need you to go down here right now. Okay. So, >> you know what? You know what? Do you know who my wife is? >> I do not. But I don't really care. >> Yeah. I I don't think you give a an idea how long your hair is and I can Oh [ __ ] >> You could what? >> Yeah. YOU WANT TO MESS WITH THE HILTON? You want to mess with the dummies >> and the Lados and the Do you >> want me to go around the other side? >> You want to mess with the You >> Hey, if you damage my patrol car, it is a felony. >> You are a felony coming out. If you kick me. If you kick me. >> I didn't kick you. >> Okay, >> stop resisting your wrist. >> All right, that's it. >> Oh, what just happened? >> Oh, yeah. That's my foot. >> We need the wrap. >> YO, I'LL SHOW YOU. >> YOU GUYS REMEMBER? >> GET OFF my [ __ ] You are in so much trouble for hitting me. >> Looking at Teimu Demi Lovado fighting and kicking too much. She would kick an officer. so hard that her head bounces off the squad car ceiling. Man, they decide to burrito wrap this one. >> Yeah. You see that? YOU SEE HOW THAT WORKS? >> You see how the things work? >> I see how it works. >> GET THAT [ __ ] OFF ME. >> HEY, you just Hey, you just caught a felony. Chill out. >> You just caught a felony. >> OKAY, CHILL OUT. >> Arresting a felon. >> I am a felon. >> Okay. Okay. Well, you want to >> You want me to pull it out? >> Get me. >> Okay. >> Get that [ __ ] off my [ __ ] >> Around and kick and scream in the back here where she >> get that [ __ ] off my [ __ ] >> Close that door. >> Yeah. >> Get that one off my [ __ ] Yeah. You >> Well, I got screwed on and you arrested someone for it and you just got her head. >> You said your face. >> She donkey kicked her in the face and her head bounced off the roof of the car. I think you should do us all three at a pretty intense. It was very intentional. >> In there you >> I don't even know. >> Where did he You saw it where? >> Somewhere here. >> Somewhere >> in the neck. >> Yeah. >> And you saw it? >> I saw three. >> Yeah, I found body cam. >> You can't do the cage part anymore cuz you're the victim. So you can drive her up there. That's fine. But do you want to do the uh >> In the end, she's charged with thirdderee felony assault, obstruction, and firstdegree misdemeanor criminal trespassing. >> I'm sorry if this is going to come out offensively. You're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger >> or not. >> How's it going? Hey. Hey. Do y'all want to come in? Y'all, what y'all want to do? >> Can we stand out here and talk? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's fine. >> So, what's going on? >> So, uh, my girlfriend and I were cycling. Um, this happened only like 20 minutes ago. So, here comes this white Mercedes. I mean hauling >> toward >> hauling. So she's coming down and so like I do my hands like you know slow down cuz we had just passed all kinds of old people walking. >> Yeah on the areas, right? >> Mhm. >> So we're telling her to slow down. She screamed out if you throws me the bird up. You can still hear cussing as she's going by. She never let up. I mean she was going 40 plus easy. She there was dust. There was dust coming from behind the car. So we just kept going minding our >> So yeah, we said, you know, and T said, she's crazy. And I said, she's probably drunk. I just we don't know that, you know, but I just said that. I said, you know, who does that? And cuz we've all probably had somebody go slow down. You just do it and be done with it, right? >> Yeah. >> No. >> So then was in front of me and I was behind him on the bike and I said, >> "Watch out. She's coming back around." Um, so about, you know, maybe a minute later, I hear you. I hear the car. And I go, "Oh my god, she's coming back around." And I go, "Get off the street." And so I had to pull off into another road cuz she was keeping she was coming in fast. And >> you know what? She I don't know. But I wasn't going to take a chance cuz we didn't have her helmet. So we were just, you know, >> and um I said, "Adam, she's coming. Get out of the way." And so he jumps off >> with his bike, his mountain bike. I get way over to the side. She came up and cut me off and and came right off my front wheel. >> Like if I had if I had kept going, she'd have hit me. >> She didn't actually hit you. >> No, she didn't actually hit me. No. So I had to go up. >> She wanted to intimidate us. >> She wanted to intimidate. >> And so she was screaming out, "Uh, do you live on the street?" I said, "Ma'am, it doesn't live matter where we live. You shouldn't be driving like that. It doesn't matter." >> And she's just letting out cuss words. If you blah blah blah, you don't you don't live on this street. You can't tell me what to do. do and I said, "That's fine. I'll just get you tagged my way." >> And so as soon as we said, >> she pulled into a driveway and then tried and then almost tried to hit us again as she was backing up >> and then she tore off. >> Yeah. We moved down the way and she tore off on down the street. So she >> I would think she lives somewhere down. >> Okay. >> You know, near the loop. >> Where the kind of confusion is is it said something about a a weapon was involved. >> No, we never seen anything. >> The car. >> Okay. Did you use a name or as a whip? >> Yeah. >> This might sound like a silly question, but I'm going to ask it cuz how statue reads. Were you scared she was going to try to try you with that? >> Absolutely. 100%. That's why [laughter] you're >> I know it sounded like a silly question. Um, per the way statute reads is you have to be like in genuine fear that the 100%. >> You guys want to write statements about it? >> Absolutely. >> Absolutely. >> You want to go get them the paperwork on that? Two hours later, after speaking to the victims, the cops head over to the suspect's home to get her side of the story. >> She says that she understood her rights and she agrees to answer our questions. Um, she claims to have no idea what I'm referring to, except now she remembers that somebody gave her a bird, albeit for no reason. >> You asked me and I told you that someone shot me a bird. >> I did? Yes. >> On this road down here. >> Before that, I asked you if there was any type of altercation or incident with anybody in the neighborhood, and you said no. Excuse me if I'm a little upset. I'm sorry, misconfused. Um, so feel free to ask her whatever you'd like to ask her. >> So the person that [snorts] is filing the complaint says that they were riding their bikes and got closer down to here. >> I let Yes. >> Yeah. And then they seen you flying down the road. They waved for you to slow down and then you sped by. Then they heard you turn back around. >> No. >> And then cut them off and try to hit them with >> Not true whatsoever. That is not true. >> Why are you so defensive? I'm just trying to explain to you what >> I'm trying to explain to you. I'm trying to talk. You're just trying to override me and take control of the situation. That's exactly what it sounds like. >> Well, I'm not doing that. >> So, let me explain. Whenever you made the U-turn is what they said that you cut them off and almost hit them and then you started yelling obscenities at them and then they said that they'll just call the cops and we didn't give them your tag number. in which time you pulled into another driveway and then as you went to back out you waited till they got closer and tried to run them over. >> Not true whatsoever. >> And then sped off. >> But why would I mean that's a pretty that's a pretty exaggerate story for someone to just make up off the top of their head. So >> did I come down this road? Yes, I did. Did I turn back around after he shot me a bird and I went back there? Yes, I did. Did I turn into a neighbor's driveway? Yes, I did. And then I came back. Did I try to run them over? No, I did not. I would never do anyone like that. >> Even if she actually didn't try to hit anyone, what on earth did she wish to accomplish by turning back when someone gave her a middle finger, which we highly doubt maybe hurt her fragile little ego and she had to retaliate? >> Sure. You drove by and they gave you the middle finger and you made a U-turn to go back. What was your intent? What were you What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> The same thing you would do. >> What would you do if someone did that? You're a cop, baby. keep going in my mind because I'm an adult and middle people giving me the middle finger don't hurt my feelings because if it did I wouldn't have a job. People give me the middle finger five times a day. Somebody gave me the middle finger yesterday when they were driving by me. You know why? Because the side of my car says police. And I'll tell you something else. I'm a grown man. People giving me a finger on their hand that they were blessed with by the god does not offend me. It doesn't hurt my feelings. It doesn't evoke an em emotional response from me. So, I don't feel the need to turn around in someone's driveway to go back to try to accomplish something to prove that I'm a bigger man. I keep driving. I go on about my day. I do what I'm trained to do and live my life. And I'm sorry when if this is going to come out offensively, you're an old older lady. You are way more mature than I could probably ever be. And the fact that you feel the need to make a U-turn and drive and confront somebody for giving you the middle finger escapes me. I can't for the life of me think of why you would do that. And for you to assume that I'm just going to automatically take your side like, "Oh yeah, I would I'd make the same you trying to go back and confront them also escapes me because that's not a reasonable response by anybody. That's not something that civilized people do." What does them giving you the middle finger affect your life? How does it ruin your day? How does it change the way that you're going to come home and enjoy your Sunday night? It doesn't. So, for someone to say that you did that and you've already admitted that you made a U-turn to confront them for some reason leads me to believe that you're not being truthful. Just like the fact when I asked you if something occurred and you said no and then all of a sudden you start adding pieces to the puzzle like >> I'm being very honest. I'm not being >> You're not You're not This is not my first day at work. And if you want to yell at me, I can yell at you, too. >> I'm not yelling at you. But you're not going to talk down to me when you when you were not here to know the exact story. >> I've been doing this for 8 years. I don't have to be there. I can piece it together. Correct. Yes. 8 years. I don't have to be here to piece together a story. And I am very good at knowing when people are not being honest with me. It would blow your mind how good I am at that. >> I just told him the truth of what happened. >> And you conveniently left all that out the FIRST TIME I >> I DIDN'T leave anything out for you. I told him because to me him I feel like I can relate to him. So >> because you were coming on to me a little bit strong, right? >> Yeah, you were. >> Okay. >> Ooh. getting schooled like a 12-year-old by this cop and it fumed her up. Also, this officer is awesome. >> Well, I'm not deceptive. I can promise you that. >> I disagree respectfully. Without trying to pass to try I don't know what you were trying to do there. What was your intent for making U-turn to go back and confront them? What What were you trying to accomplish by doing that? >> Apparently nothing. Per you per you? Nothing. I shouldn't have done that. I should not have gone back to him. But when the man shot me a bird, it pissed me off. I mean, like I said, I I agree that what come on, be honest. Would make you mad, too. You can say because you're a police that I don't care. >> It doesn't change my life at all. >> He's not paying my bills. He's not >> I need to start I need to start living my life like you then. >> I'm if if it keeps you out of trouble, then you probably should because >> cuz in the villages, it's very it happens all the time. >> Well, you know, that's I think that's a choice that people make when they choose to live in an upscale community. That's that's that's on them. Listen, I grew up here. I'm not I'm not a Yankee that came here living here. I've lived here all my life. My mother has a gun shop in Wildwood since 1973. I'm not a new I'm not a newbie. >> I never said that you were. >> I never said that you were. >> Never even you. This is an upscale neighborhood. People are a little, for lack of a better word, no offense intended, they're a little uptight. Stuff like that's going to happen. And like I said, I I don't think it's very far-fetched their story. They might be exaggerating a touch, but >> a touch they are. I can promise you I would never try to run anyone over. Believe me, >> like I said, you you you still haven't given me a really solid reason as to what you were doing when you made a U-turn to go and confront them. You haven't given me a a thought process, what your intentions were or anything. >> I told you that probably was a wrong move. I shouldn't have done that. That's what I said. >> I agree. But that again, hindsight's 2020. So what what was your thought process at the time you were doing it? >> I don't have a thought process. I mean, it was wrong for me to go back. When the man did what he did to me, that's why I went back. That's my only answer to you. >> So, did you say anything to him when he drove by? I mean, were you just I I don't I I'm just trying to genuinely understand >> whatever he said to you is what I said. >> I don't know what he said. I I haven't talked to him. I'm asking you because I wasn't there >> when he threatened me and he said, >> "How did he threaten you?" Because you also left that part out of the story that's just now coming to life. >> You know what? I don't know. You're trying to pick and pick and pick and I don't like that >> you you This is the first time in the 15 minutes that you and I have been talking to mention. >> Where are we going here with this? Just curious. >> We're still trying to get your side of the story because you're >> There's not a side of the story. Long story short, he chased me. He came here. He went that way. I went that way. And I he I pulled into my neighbor's driveway, went down the street who I know. And um he said, "I got your license pl." He said, "Whatever you said." I said like you but he shot me a bird first. >> So he chased you. >> He didn't chase me. That's what you just said. >> Those were your exact words. >> If sandpaper were a person I mean she could start a fight in an empty house if the house was flipping her the bird. >> Literally >> he did not chase. >> You said he chased you on his bike. >> That's what you said. Those I promise you as sure as I stand here before you the exact words that came out of your mouth were that he chased you. You guys were going the same direction. >> He did not chase me. He was making the loop like he did that way and I was coming to my house here. >> Just so you know, so you're aware. So you can't say that you weren't warned. This entire conversation has been recorded on my body camera. And it's absolutely unequivocally going to say that you just said he chased you. >> He did not chase me. >> Then why would you say that? because I have my words mixed up. He didn't chase me. He came this way. He went around going back out of the loop. >> Okay. So, again, I >> He did not chase me. >> Okay, understand. I We cleared that up. I'm just going to ask one more time because again, I still haven't really gotten an answer. What what were you doing when you made the U-turn to go drive by him again for the second time? >> For the when I came here to go back for the I'm going to call it the first time here to there was because he shot me a bird and that's why I went back that way. >> I understand why you did it. I don't understand what you were trying to accomplish. >> I apparently nothing. Apparently apparently nothing. I don't have an answer for you. You keep asking me the same >> because you haven't given me an answer. >> I don't have an answer apparently. Okay, fair enough. >> Okay, after listening to enough of these lies, the cops then put her under arrest. >> I'm going back. >> Stop it. I'm standing on my floor. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Stop it. >> Do not come over here. >> I smell like [ __ ] Let me take a bath, please. >> No. >> Let's go. Go walk. >> Come on. >> What did I do? >> Let's go. >> Can't you have your phone? >> Let's go. >> Let me check the touching on him. >> Well, you were under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Now you're under >> Now you're under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting an officer with alcohol. >> What? >> Yeah. When I tell you to turn around, put your hands behind your back and you take off running and try to fight us. That's a crime. So, >> I didn't try to I don't have anything on me. Hang >> on. Here.
