I mean, I can show you my boxes cuz I had to go buy more. And like I said, they ain't cheap. >> Yeah. No, I know. >> And they're about to be busted. Hope you have more. >> Okay. Um, do you have any uh screenshots of any of the threats? Other than that, >> she's really smart about that stuff. >> Yeah, she's still over there. >> Yeah. >> Uh, DCFS will be called since your kids are home alone. They're with me. So, I mean, know what the hell she is talking about. Uh, >> I mean, if not, it's not a big deal. Just But here she is threatening me. Well, keep my little girls. That's what she does. Every time she was at my house in Toono, and they probably have a report of it. Every single time she was arrested, she claimed that or daughter. >> Okay. >> But yet, she still would bring her around. I mean, there's just all I mean, this is all from her. Well, this is all from today. 12 3 I mean, this is all her. 14. No color idea. It's her. But so, this is all So, 7:31 this morning, that's when it started. 4 2 I mean, just non-stop. And then it goes back to her actual personal number. I don't know how that's not harassment. >> It is. It's is harassment. After speaking with the victim, the officers then came to the suspect's house to confront her about the stalking. >> I am sorry. >> It's all right. >> That's all right. Can I talk to Crystal real quick? >> I'm sorry. >> Crystal, can I talk to her real quick? >> Yeah. >> Hey, Crystal. I'm Deputy Rasm Sheriff's Office. >> What's going on between you and Garrett over here? You go. You stand here. >> He kicked me out yesterday and >> Okay. >> That's it. I came over here to help her dog. >> I I called her when my dog got hit to see if she was over there and saw anything. So, >> okay. No, that's that's fine. But I mean, I know there's >> the I have the screenshots of being taken by you and broken. >> I pay for that. >> I'm not saying you didn't. >> I know. I paid for that. I'm allowed to have that. >> He has my checkbook over there. He's not going to >> Well, technically you're not allowed to have somebody else's prescription medication. So, >> no. No, but he hasn't checked, but that he's >> But that doesn't mean you can break a law, right? So, and then there's I don't know how many I haven't even encountered him yet. All the missed calls on his phone. >> He does this because you want to see all the missed calls on my phone. >> Sure. I'll look at both sides. That's fine. >> That's fine. But he This is what he does when he's in the wrong. >> That's why I'm trying to get your side. And you said nothing was happening. >> No, nothing is happening. I don't want nothing to do with him. He still has my stuff. He won't give it back. >> Okay. And I came over here to help her dog. >> Okay. >> And you can obviously see his back legs. >> I understand. >> I've been over here talking to her. This is what he does. He always calls the cops because he can't he can't deal with this. He can't. >> Okay. >> He thinks I'm psycho crazy. Yeah. I have a background of that. Don't get me wrong. You can look at my track record. >> I don't know. I haven't looked anything. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. >> I know. I just This He is what he does. >> Okay. He wants me to go to jail >> and he wants >> But then he wants her to come back over there. >> Exactly. >> I lived there for month. >> Okay. >> He kicked me and my daughter out because he's jealous of my son, >> a 19-year-old son. >> So yeah, you can you can ask. We have all text messages that we were getting along. >> We were getting along just fine. And I moved in his house for a little bit till I found somewhere to move to. He kicked me out. >> Yeah. Yeah, I took his not going to lie about that, obviously. >> But I paid for that medicine. That's his prescription medicine. I paid for it. I have a debit card on file where I paid for it at Myyers. >> I'm allowed to have that. >> No, I get I know I know that legally I'm not. >> Yeah, I get I get the paid for part, but it's still a prescription medication, so you can't take that. But I get it. That's neither here nor there. >> A controlled substance or whatever. And I know I have over there. So that's control substance. Just stuff like that. He he won't he calls you guys to try to get me in trouble. I >> He also said that today the battery came out missing out of his garage door opener. >> Oh jeez. This is what he does. >> This is what he does. A battery. >> Okay. So like I said, I'm not I'm not here to take you to jail, okay? But I'm also not the kind of cop that's going to keep doing this over and over again. So I'm not being an ass and I'll tell him the same thing. >> I try not to >> tell him the same thing. But if this is going to continue, then I will. Okay. Okay. Mhm. >> So, please do your part to not be calling him a bunch, not be going over there, whatever. Because at this point, I'm tell I'm going to tell both sides since you said that you have calls from him, too. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> If it continues, I know we And I know a lot of people are using this new law to their advantage that we can't arrest stuff. >> Yeah. >> But if it continues, it becomes stalking. And I can arrest for stalking and I will. Okay. Just cuz I'm not going to keep coming out here for this stuff. >> I It's ridiculous. But this is what he does. He wants me to go to jail. He He put me in jail five times. >> Five. >> Wow. >> Because he's a >> Okay. >> And uh I just This is what he wants. And he just I'll call cop. Go ahead. What do you want me to do? >> Well, that's why I'm saying now. I'm not taking somebody on the first time, but that's why I just go ahead and on body can. I'll tell both sides. >> If it continues, I'll just make the arrest and be done with it. Okay. >> I was like, should I keep on calling the cops on him? >> You know, >> if something's going to happen, yeah, it's fine. Absolutely. Because otherwise he it's going to be his word against yours and you're going to go in there and he's going to have all these police reports that show stuff. That's >> what he does. That's what he does. >> So if something is happening on your side, then yes, call. Okay. Cuz I like I said, I'm going to just put it out there now to both sides that if it continues, whichever side continues it, I'll just >> With that being said, 2 minutes after the officers left, she called her ex again, which leading the officers to look for her the next day. >> Can't get away. Crystal, >> you're not going to arrest me, are you? >> Well, I don't know. Um, >> is this for an LP? >> It is. >> Yes. I figure that's >> the one from uh Garrett. >> Yeah. >> The other night we talked. >> Yeah. >> And uh >> Am I ever going to get my checkbook and my medicine back? >> Well, I don't know. Um he says that he doesn't have it. >> He does. >> He said that that day you went in there and got all your stuff. >> I didn't get all my stuff. >> Okay. >> But I filed a police report on it. Okay. >> So, >> that's fine. Um, and then that night when I talked to you, I thought we were on the agreement that you weren't going to contact him anymore. >> Well, yeah. >> And that lasted all of about 90 seconds. >> No, it was about a couple hours. >> I cleared the call at 6:46 and at 6:48 I have screenshots of you already trying to contact him. So, less than 2 minutes. It's just he does this and then he'll me in two weeks and like oh I miss you come back. I've already had OP on me from him. >> Yeah. >> He's afraid that I'm going to get him fired from job or he's going to lose his kids. He comes here and drinks and drives with his always has beer in his. >> Okay. >> So this is what he does and I'm okay with it. I don't want nothing. >> Yeah. That's the understand we had the other night was that you were okay with it and you were just going to be done. If he did call you in two weeks, you were going to say, "Look, I'm not going through this anymore. >> I don't want this life anymore." >> I knew he was going to do this. This is what does he makes this and then he he's a piece of >> In case y'all weren't aware, this is what he does. Also, lady, if he's a piece of crap, then don't stalk him anymore. Seriously, I'll never understand wanting to be with someone who doesn't want you. >> Well, like I said, the other issue that night we talked, you were going to stop and then less than 2 minutes, you're contacting him and then you contacting him, contact him saying that you're an Edger County deputy wanting a statement, >> but it's actually you so that you're not stopping. >> I know. >> Why did you say you were an Edgar County deputy or an Edgar County? >> Because I knew he would answer. I knew he >> because I'm the person I want closure >> and I'll up. But he doesn't >> You don't always You don't always get closure though. >> I know. But >> you don't You're not always entitled to it. You want it, but that doesn't mean you get it. >> I know. >> But what what is this closure? >> I don't. >> You know that it was wrong to say you're a county deputy. >> I know. >> You know it's wrong to continue to keep contacting him. >> Well, now it is because >> Well, no. You Let's be honest. >> You've already been arrested for stalking in the past, right? >> Yeah. And so you know what stalking is, correct? >> But >> hold on, hold on. >> Correct. You know what stalking is, right? >> Yes, I sure do. >> Do you feel like what you're doing is considered a statute of stalking? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> To to the point. Yeah. >> Okay. And have you contacted them since this deputy's had contact? >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. Have you sent Have you have you called them a whole bunch of times since then? >> No, I wouldn't say a whole bunch of times. >> Have you sent him any videos? >> Yes. >> Okay. What videos have you Let's be honest. We probably know what they are, but let's be honest. What videos have you found? >> I do. I have to say >> I I'd just like you to be honest. >> I am honest. You know, I just asked >> What kind of videos have you found? >> It was a an inappropriate video. Another >> Is it Is it an inappropriate video of your Nether region? >> Yes. Do you see that? >> Yeah. Nether region. >> Why Why would he show you that? That's [ __ ] >> I don't know that people did that. >> No, but that's what he does. That's what he does. He'll me like, "Oh, let's let's let's do this. We can answer that in a second if you want. Whatever. >> Well, no matter what, she said, this cringy, crazy ex is about to go to jail the sixth time. >> I just don't understand why it's he's okay. But if I want to go put OP on him, they would have done. >> So, Christina Crystal >> Crystal Crystal, at what point is is this enough? I think. >> And at what point will we reach a point all of us together where you'll finally decide that no matter what closure be damned? >> Yeah. >> I just got to stop because it's causing me a whole bunch of trouble. >> Oh, it is. >> It is. Ever since I met him. >> Okay. [clears throat] >> Cuz he can't seem to >> Are you done with him? Yes or no? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. So then what's the point of contacting him? >> It's not now because he just had I don't want >> He's He's going to issue you this. Okay. >> Yeah, it's fine. But I don't have to go I'm not going to jail, am I? >> Well, yes, you're going to jail. >> What? Never? No. Let me go. You're under. >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't resist. Don't Don't Don't resist. That's another charge. Don't resist. >> You are a nice person. You're not going to resist. That's not good for you. >> I can't joke. >> Don't resist. >> I told you that night if it continued you would. And you said it wasn't going to continue. And you didn't even wait 2 minutes. >> Don't resist. >> Well, I'm begging you. >> Are you going to bark for me? >> I'm going to go in. >> I'll call Ryan or Crystal. >> Yep. >> I can't. I'm already on >> I'm already on probation. Now they're going to see >> I know that's the problem. You're on probation. I gave you a chance to not get arrested. So I could have arrested you that night and I didn't because we were on the agreement that it was going to stop. >> Why am I getting arrested tonight? Why can't you just send me that and just let me go >> because I already told you that night I will arrest you if this continues. And you said you understood. >> But you said well the laws just changed. You said the laws has changed. >> You're right. I said that you cuz you said that we can't arrest for certain things. I said, "But stalking is still arrestable. And if this continues, it is stalking." And I >> stalking when he was literally still texting me. He can still text me. I have I >> And I told you that night. It's on camera. Either side that continues it will be arrested. He has called multiple times and said that you continued it. >> After securing the woman, the officers then escorted her to the squad car. I don't understand why he gets away with >> that. Is why I gave you the chance to not get arrested the other night and then that bit me. >> Now I'm going to call my daughter from jail once again. >> So he called you guys and said, "Hey, she sent me a video." And >> he's called me multiple times because you keep contacting him daily. The woman was charged with stalking, harassment, hate crime, and impersonating a peace officer. Moving on to the next case where an entitled woman tried to run over her ex and his brother. >> Care. I don't care. She's like, "Oh, no, no, no, no." Boom. Punches. >> You're legally obligated to read me my randic. >> I think you need to reevaluate your relationship. On February 22nd, 2025, officers responded to a residence after receiving reports of a disturbance involving a woman allegedly using her vehicle to threaten two victims. Here's what happened next. >> Out of this, you just hit my car. I'm so happy that God >> Yo yo yo. Hey, [music and singing] >> please turn that down so we can settle this up. Please [music] [singing] >> turn that down, please. I can't even blame the devil. This is your >> Okay, listen. This is what we're going to do. >> I'm just trying to leave with my car. You're on my car. >> You're trying to leave, but you >> Okay. Yo, >> I came to get my >> Guys, do me a solid. I appreciate it. >> My car. >> Okay, listen. >> Let me do one thing at a time. Okay, we're going to get this settled. >> One thing at a time. All right. >> Gift the nugget. Legally speaking, this is my vehicle. >> Ma'am, you ma'am. Hello. >> I am trying to take ma'am. Ma'am. >> Hi. >> I need to talk to you. Will you please stop talking to him? >> Yeah. I came back to get my car. Get the off my car. >> Stop. >> Before I remove you from my car. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Ma'am, take out of the car so we can talk. >> You're not in the car. >> Okay. Well, shut the car off cuz you're not free to leave. >> Okay. >> So, guys, I tell you what, why don't you go on the other side of that car? That way she's not distracted. Okay. >> Do you mind? You can record from over there. I don't care. Just over there now. >> And where's James with the keys to my other car? >> Ma'am, >> James can't drive your car. >> Yes, you can. >> Ma'am. >> Yeah, >> you going to talk to me and tell me what's going on? >> Yeah, I will. >> I came to pick up my car, which is this one. >> This one's your car. >> And then I brought my friend to pick up that car that is also my car. >> Okay. I know it seems unlikely to see a 21-year-old girl that owns more. I have three. >> Okay, I'm not doubting that. Okay. >> But what I'm saying is, >> do you have documentation whose car this is and what's going on? >> Yeah, it's in that car. And the keys are Well, I'm trying to call the person who has the keys right now because he's the one who came to take. >> As this officer was speaking with the woman, another officer came to talk to the man about what had happened. >> What's going on, man? Uh, were you the one that called us? >> Pretty much. >> You call us or she? >> Oh, no. No. That's my little brother that called. >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> Pretty much. >> She bought this car for me, but she put it on her name. So, >> yeah. Legally, it is her car. >> Yes. >> She had bought it for me cuz I wrecked my last one. >> She bought this car for me. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, basically, I ended up leaving last night with the car. End up leaving last night because, you know, there was some weird going on. And so once I left, parked in here and she came over here, threw a rock on top of the car. >> Mhm. What was she coming over here to cause is >> She came to pick up her car, but you still you It doesn't make sense. You came to pick up your car, but yet destroy it at the same time. >> Okay. So the car was here. She her intention was to come pick it up cuz she was buying it from you today. >> No, not buying it from She had already bought it. >> She had already bought it. She bought the car for me. The car was here. >> Yes. She bought the car for me >> and she was coming to pick it up. Okay. >> Yeah. But she put it under her name. >> So why is she destroying her own car? >> Exactly. >> That's >> Hold on, man. >> Thank you. Why is she destroying her own car? >> It doesn't matter. She She can do that legally. >> Exactly. >> What car did she What What happened? Who Whose car did she hit? What car is she's car? >> Where's that? >> Would you like me to like explain the whole situation from my point of view? I walk outside. >> All I see is I see a I see a black man. I don't know him. I see my brother and she just speeds off. Right. Then she circles around. My brother's standing right here. The black guy's standing right there. And I'm standing right there. And she's just like coming towards us, acting wild, acting like a fool, letting the whatever freaking de demons in her head are just something just letting go of. Right. >> Then for no reason at all, she just freaking pulls up and hits my car. I'm glad she didn't like like dent it, but like >> So that's your car? >> This is my Yes. It's Well, it's not in my name. It's my mother's car. Okay. >> Is your mother Is your mother here? >> My mother's at church right now. She's doing some >> I don't know. She's like having damage to the vehicle that wasn't there before she hit it. >> This everything you see right here is because of her. Like this wasn't here. >> No, that that was all there before, but this little dent right here obvious. >> That's a lot of confusing information to take in. But as the officers still tried to process what they just heard, the woman started her engine and tried to drive off. >> Get her out the car. Like, is it illegal for y'all to pull her out without a warrant or anything? Cuz I don't trust this woman investigating. >> We're investigating right now. But right now, the car is registered to her. >> Okay. >> Legally. >> Okay. She can damage that car. >> She can damage her car. Ma'am, you're not free to go. Ma'am, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're not You're not free to go. If you leave, you're going to be arrested. You understand me? Stop the car. You caused a crash. Stop the car. Stop the car. Take it out of gear right now. Put in park right now. >> Put in park right now. There was a crash right here and you're leaving the scene of a crash. You can be going arrested for that. >> There was a crash. >> Yes, there was. I can see the damage. I can see the damage. >> Vehicle. That's a used vehicle. Where's >> Put in park. >> Put in park. >> Put the car in park now. park. >> I didn't give you permission to enter my vehicle. >> I don't have to give I don't have to >> step out of the car. You're attempted to leave from a crash, >> sir. Guys, give us some space. Okay, please. You can record. Just give us some space. >> You need to step out of the car. >> You need to step out of the car. >> Step out of the car right now. >> Don't make this worse for yourself. >> You will go to jail. I promise you. >> I will take you to jail. I don't care about your arm. Step out of the car. >> She's trying to leave after a crash. Let's go. Pull the seatelt off. >> Get the seat belt off. You're coming. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. [laughter] >> Okay. >> Get out of the car now. >> Jesus Christ. >> Out of the car. >> Get out or you go to jail. I'm not playing this game. >> Send you some money. >> Imagine going to jail over some stupid stuff like this. After getting her out of the car, the officers then began to put her in handcuffs. Okay. >> Come over here. Step over here. You know what we're going to do? Put your hands together. >> Put your hands together. >> Put your hands together. >> You guys are rest for assisting. I'll just be female badge number. >> Female Stan 15. >> You're fine. And I'll be making a statement again. >> Okay. Do you have anything in your pockets? >> No. Tell me now. Cuz when you go to jail, it's a felony if you're introduction to contraband. So say it now. >> Well, it's not contraband. It's just my personal property. It's my vehicle. >> That's fine. >> Where is Look, the reason I'm saying >> because something I just told you what's in my pocket and you're about to check anyway. So, >> yo, I have to change our policy. Do you have your ID? >> Your mom, huh? >> As the officers put her in the squad car, she started to become argumentative. >> Why are you guys like deliberately acting stupid? >> Well, we asked you to step out of the vehicle. You refused multiple times. >> I actually never said, "No, I will not step out of the vehicle." You actually >> I told you you were not free to leave. >> You're not free to leave. You're trying to take Yes, you're proceeding to reverse and leave. >> I I did stop the vehicle. I told you before when I showed up on scene, you were not free to leave when I first show. >> Also, who aren't you supposed to be reading me my rights right about now? >> I don't have to read your rights. I have to ask. >> You're legally obligated to read me my random rights. Oh, that's the other Okay, that's another one. But that's the other thing, too. I would have gotten out of the vehicle if you guys weren't ripping me out of >> [ __ ] >> After securing her, the officers then tried to get more information and asked if the younger brother wanted to press charges. >> I have your phone. I have your ID. >> And my keys. >> The keys go with them. >> Why? It's my car. >> Give me a second. >> What do you mean the keys go with them? >> Give me a second. >> What's the matter with you? >> A second. Let me ask >> what it are. Are the keys the keys go with her or what's what's the deal with that? >> See, he said something about the vehicle, but I'm more than willing to take the car back to her mom. >> Is it her car? >> It is her car. >> It doesn't matter. >> All right, man. >> You can think women want, but bro, it come >> um Can I talk to her real quick? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Who is that? You >> told me to talk to one of y'all about writing a report and pressing charges? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Can I do that? >> Yeah, you can. Absolutely. All right. >> So, you want to press charges, right? Okay. I don't blame you uh for a second there. I mean, >> so you really literally think she's trying to hit you, >> that Yeah. >> Okay. >> I wouldn't be surprised something in Spanish. >> Yeah. I wouldn't be surprised if she was actually trying to kill us or something. >> Okay. Yeah, but she How many times do you think she backed up and went forward, do you think? >> Three times. >> And And was she like aiming for you guys every time? So you guys were kind of like running in? >> Yeah, literally. >> Okay. When she hit the car, where were you guys standing when she actually made contact with the car? >> When she made contact, I was standing behind. I'm not sure where he was standing, but my brother was standing like near my car. >> Okay. >> And then she pulls in and just hits it like just just bumps him. >> Okay. >> You can't shoot any woman you shoot. >> What happened here? She Okay, so Earl on, man. Like, >> mind you, I'm waking up to the door being banged on. >> So, she comes She comes to I guess grab the keys. But before she grabs the keys to the car, right? >> I was like, "Bro, why are you even doing this? You You said you bought this car for me. Why are you okay?" Whatever. She starts throwing rocks at it before she said she couldn't even bust the window because uh you know she's a girl so she's throwing the rock but anyway like she she couldn't even bust the window. She threw one on top of here and uh from there man it was just yo okay if you wanted the car back >> and you're going to sit here destroy it kind of defeats the purpose of you know what I'm saying wanting the car back. >> Yeah. After that, she ends up giving the keys to my dad. I end up eating with her. We were supposed to go grab some food. On the way to going up here, since I wasn't telling her where I wanted to go eat, I said, "I don't care. I don't care." She's like, "Oh, no." Boom. Punches me >> today. >> Yeah. >> This morning? >> Yeah. Look, busted. She punches me. >> Hold on a second. There was a witness that recorded it. >> You don't see what happens inside. >> Well, I would like to, but you took all the video cameras yesterday. >> I can't defend myself. You're stronger than me. >> The officers then waited for the paramedics to arrive and check on her. In the meantime, she kept trying to talk her way into playing the victim. Unfortunately for her, clear evidence had already been recorded and handed over to the officers. >> We're going to have the medic check. If you look at my ribs in the back of my head, I'm all bruised up. He hits me. He always hits me. >> Then why do you keep coming back? >> Why didn't you talk to me? A >> stupid question. Cuz you don't believe me. >> It's not that I don't believe you, but I'm going to believe you. >> Not you. you weren't here. The four officers that were here this morning didn't believe me and I called in and told them that they just take his side because I'm the one crying and he's calm. They never believe. >> I slashed him. It's my car and he wouldn't give me my keys and so I slashed him so he couldn't take it. >> Tires are like $300. >> You know he was trying to take you to your job. >> No, he wasn't. Why not? >> You're busy. >> Well, maybe you were a little too intoxicated to go to work. >> I wasn't intoxicated. It was 7 in the morning. I had orientation at the breakers. He's lying and said I was >> Did you forget we were here? >> Yes. >> You walked into the house when I got here this morning. Ran out the back. >> And I was not intoxicated at all. >> He said, "F you." >> Your job says differently. >> What job? >> Flaggler steakhouse. >> Flaggler's steakhouse didn't even see me this morning. They said you showed up with blood all over your face >> because he beat me this morning. >> So, you just told me Flagler didn't see you, but now suddenly they did. >> The breakers, not the Flagler. I went to orientation at the Breakers this morning and they sent me home because I have blood on my face and I can barely walk. >> That makes sense. >> What happened when you >> He took my car all night and never came home because he was out doing all night. And then when he came home, I wanted my car keys so I can drive to my job myself and he wouldn't let me. Remember closing the door on me this morning? I knocked on the door. I said, "Hey, officer talk to you." >> Yes, officer. And I didn't want to talk to you. >> And he said, "F you." >> I didn't say f you. I said, "No, I don't want to talk." >> Have you looked at his criminal record? He has a murder charge. >> Okay. You realize that that murder charge has absolutely nothing to do with this. >> I'm just saying. >> What's your record? >> Nothing like this. >> They don't judge people. You don't judge people by their records, but if you want to bring up records, neither one of you are clean. >> Okay, >> we don't we don't judge people based off records. We judge them based off the moment. We judge them based off their behaviors in front of us, >> right? Because I'm hysterical and crying because I just got beat and he's calm and cool and collected. >> I'm judging him based off the fact that when we were here earlier, you had the opportunity to speak to us. >> I didn't want to talk to you. I have a right not to talk to you. I was crying. You do. You do. You're absolutely right. >> I was crying AND I SHUT THE DOOR AND I didn't want to see you and I don't want to see him because I'm scared of him. >> Why did you come back here then? >> It's my house. >> So, you think you thought he wasn't going to be here? You just said you didn't want to see him. >> My parents were coming here. They were telling him to leave and he refuses to leave. >> Well, you guys live together. So, at this point, unfortunately, I told you guys. >> Exactly. I know. >> The paramedic then arrived to transport her to the hospital. What are my charges? >> Aggravated domestic battery with a deadly weapon. >> How do you have proof of that? >> The nice little witness that stopped when you were >> What witness? >> Some landscaper. >> Some landscaper. You're going off a landscaper. And what was >> I'm going off of the video I saw. >> What? What? What happened in the video? >> Your past. >> What happened in the video? Attitude. What happened in the video? >> I will talk to you when they're charges. What deadly weapon? >> I don't have a deadly weapon. His fist is a deadly weapon. >> Cuz I wanted them to finish. >> Okay. >> Fist is a deadly weapon. He overpowers me and pushes me down. What am I supposed to do? >> What am I supposed to do? Let him hit me. And he's not getting a license for this. Look at my knee. He pushed me. And there's nothing I can do about it. Just because it's not a recording. >> That happened this morning. >> Yes, it did. So, like my partner said multiple times, you ran off and you failed to talk to us. >> So, what? >> How am I supposed to have to talk to you? >> So, you want to do something about it. How do you expect to do something if you don't want to talk? >> I didn't want charges. He's pressing charges. >> You only want to say something because you're going to jail. >> Of course I do. OF COURSE I DO. I DON'T WANT TO SEND HIM TO JAIL. >> Son of idiot. God, stop talking to me like I'm a piece of [ __ ] >> I literally just got abused by my boyfriend and you're TALKING TO ME LIKE I'M GARBAGE. >> I know. >> You >> check the back of my head. Check my ribs. He eats the out of me. >> Go arrest him. I'm pressing charges on him now. >> I don't know how that works. >> Well, how does it work? >> He just told me to shut the up and not talk to you, but now I'm talking to her. How do I press charges? I tell you the same answer she's going to say. >> How do I press charges on you? >> You're going to jail. >> That's fine. When can I press charges on him? >> You can say it up with your defense attorney when you get out. >> When I get out? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> That's all you had to say. >> You told me not to talk to you. >> You told me not to talk to you. >> You're not here for my help. You're here just toing look down on me. >> We're here to arrest you. That's what we're here for. Um, I'll see you in 20 minutes. And I started going in to reverse and she jumped into the back of my car. >> Were you parked in the street or you parked in the drive? >> I pulled up right behind her and her car is um in the driveway. I pulled up right behind. >> As this officer continued questioning her, another officer approached the victim to obtain her statement. >> I know everybody's heated. I I understand. I get it. Let let us I appreciate you trying to calm people down. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> It's my hand in my elbow. I just kind of went over. She has it on her video. I'm gonna run you over." Then she kept trying to get out again with her thing. So I shut the door and I ran to the back. That's why I called 911. I said, "She's here right now. She's trying to run me over. She has my stuff in her car." Well, she knew I was on the phone with the house and that's when she tried to gun it. So I like went to smack the window.
