When I walked up to the side of the vehicle, it reeked of alcohol. You're rambling on about stuff that doesn't make sense, which is a common thing. You are having trouble standing straight and you're having a hard time walking. So, to dispel my concerns that you're potentially under the influence, are you willing to assist me [cheering] in conducting some field sobriety exercises? >> Um I don't think like I am and please don't like >> Okay. Do you understand each of these rights explained to you? >> No. >> No? Okay, which one don't you understand? >> I don't understand like how she did this to me. Like that's not okay. >> Okay. So I'm going to reread this to you one more time and I'm going to go a little slower for you, okay? You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? >> Yeah. >> All right, Ms. Jennifer. All right, we're just No, we're just going to take you in. Yeah, don't do that, Ms. Jennifer. You don't need to stop moving. You keep walking with me. I'm not the one that started it. All I asked that girl to do was to take out the trash, and she made a big deal about it. So, when she called somebody when she called somebody, she started acting tough and put me in her camera, and then she just swung on me because she was in a bad I don't care about some old year. That's just the way that it is right now, okay? Um so, what you can So, you can come it down to the station at any time. If you want to, you can come down and get it tonight. >> After taking all the contact information of the involved party and the witness, the officer returned to the woman to ask about what had happened, and the reason was just as stupid as this arrest. >> So, our checking change is every 2 hours, and she was she was outside. So, I looked at the time, it was 9:00, and it was time for our patients to get changed. We have 10 residents on the hall. So, I'm like, well, damn, she's still outside. So, let me just go ahead and just knock out the checking change. So, I did all the checking change. The trash can, it was filled to the top. >> Is it per hallway or room? Do you have certain rooms that you have to check? >> It's some of them It's 10 rooms on that hall that's that's checking change. >> That's why you had to check, right? She got smart, and she said, "No, I'm not taking out the trash. You can take it out on your shift." I said, "I'm not taking out the trash because I had already did checking change." >> Okay. >> And I could have been petty and left your clients pissy, but I did not do that. I just went ahead and changed them all. >> What and you guys got separated, then what happened? >> And then, when we got separated, she spit on me. When she spit on me, I took off on her again. >> All right. Did you spit on her? >> Yes. >> So, you both spit on each other? Who spit first? >> She did. And then that's when I did my face like this. And then that's when I did my face like that. I backed up and I punched her and she fell to the floor. >> Okay. >> But she thought that she was >> Did she throw any punches at you? Anything else besides the >> Yes, and I want to press charges because she hit me first and I'm 18. >> you're you're you're both getting charged, so. >> I am, but I'm still pressing charges against her. >> But you can Okay. And then she'll go to first appearance tomorrow and see a judge. She's going to be monitored quite a bit cuz I don't know what she's on, what kind of combination of stuff that she's on, but she is absolutely 100% out of control. Do you know? >> We have no idea. >> So, the one who's harassing this couple thinks they poisoned her dog. And apparently, this story also made it to the news. >> A woman from Fort White says she's in fear after she claims her neighbor poisoned her dog. >> The woman is speaking with us, hoping the county does listen to her concerns. >> I don't get why this is happening. >> Poor Debbie >> Confusion is turning into anxiety. What began as tension with a neighbor is escalating into an investigation with Columbia County deputies and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. After she says her dog was poisoned. >> When I arrived at the house, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection was here. And as soon as I got the home, they decided to pack up the equipment and leave. >> So, she's not asking for attention, just answers. She believes rat poison was placed on her property creating a dangerous environment, not just for her pets, but for anyone nearby. >> It's par for the claws. Nobody Nobody wants accountability. Nobody wants accountability. I mean, this is not a publicity stunt. My dog was poisoned. >> One of her dogs had to go to the hospital and have her stomach pumped after eating poison she says was found in her yard. >> I don't know what more we have to do. The whole neighborhood is scared to death of these people. >> She says the stress is taking an emotional toll and she is worried about what could happen next. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office confirms deputies are investigating the poison allegations. They also say the neighbor's wife has since filed a restraining order >> So, that's the news, but who really believes media these days, right? Or did you know? >> she has had her phone out. I don't know you know if she's taking the pictures or what. I don't >> about miss Hey girl. Is that I got I got pictures of her taking pictures of our stuff. >> Where was she standing at when she did it? >> Right at the corner of that metal. >> Yeah. Come here, miss. Yeah, I'm sure they do. Come here, miss. >> that person because that's who was >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Excuse me? Um this is camera and the investigator was here and he was taking pictures of and officer Scubbs is here arresting me for that and I had nothing to do with it. You just fainted on the ground. >> Probably not. >> [laughter] >> You think I am? Can we go out the gate? I can hear you now. >> Is that Debbie? >> It's Debbie. >> Are you listening to me or not? I was the one taking photos. I was there based on a case I currently represent her on. She did not go onto their property at all. So, stalking, those people are lying. And if you're going to include that, this becomes a not a criminal liability. You're aware of what I'm telling you. And if you don't consider that as part of what's happening here, it's it's actually it's actually criminal for you not to. >> Look at each other so that your cameras are picking up your snobby little faces. >> You don't have probable cause to arrest her for aggravated stalking. I'LL GET HIM BACK. >> Control your dog. >> Please go put him up. >> over here to see the card so I can read the card. >> You should have told me that, okay? MY DOG. >> NO. NO. >> lying piece of [ __ ] You piece of THEY'RE KIDNAPPING ME. STUBBS IS A >> And she's doing it again. She's going in this one. She's fainted again. >> Oh, yeah. >> I don't know. I don't know where they're at. They should have been here already. Ms. Deborah, you have a great pulse. And you're making noise, so you're breathing. >> Since the ambulance was already there, the officer let the EMS check on her. >> Do you hear me? >> Hey, ma'am. Hey, talk to me. I need you to talk to me. What's going on? >> You're going to put her on the stretcher? >> Yeah. >> You want me to take the handcuffs off of her so she don't get hurt? >> Uh yeah, if you don't mind. >> All right. >> What's your name? >> Deborah. >> Deborah. Can you talk to me? Look at me. There we go. >> Stretch your leg out. >> In the end, this woman was charged with aggravated stalking and violation of an injunction. She is issued a $15,000 bond.
