She threw her shoe at me is what she did. Yeah. >> Stop talking. Stop talking. It's okay. I'm calling Sergeant Caylor because you're you're sitting your plane in my face. You know I don't have to sit in my vehicle. You didn't make me sit in my vehicle. Why are you putting me in handcuffs? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> What did you ask me to do? >> I said come here and YOU SAID NO. >> WHEN YOU'RE A PROTOCOL OFFICER, IF I ASK YOU TO turn off the body cam, you have to turn it off and that's your protocol. She's a [ __ ] lawyer, so she knows. >> I'm sorry, why? >> Why Get your hands off me. >> I'M RIGHT HERE. >> NO. BABE, NO. >> IT'S ALMOST hilarious how some people turn a simple situation into something absolutely ridiculous the moment common sense goes right out the window. Welcome to Police X 10 where attitude meets authority. Here are some parents who got arrested for the dumbest reasons. Starting with this woman who got arrested over a PS5. >> Don't try to break into the Hey. >> It's May 18th, 2025 and cops respond to an apartment complex regarding a woman causing a disturbance. Here's what happened next. >> What are you doing? >> Recording you on my phone. >> No, you're not. Walk over here with me right now. We're not playing this game. You're trying to get into their apartment right now? >> Yeah. >> Seriously? >> They have my stuff. You think that he's going to sit up there and play a video game that I [ __ ] bought and then going to lie to the police like he got a receipt to it? >> Okay. >> Please. >> Remember what we just talked about earlier? Go to small claims court and figure it out. Don't try to break into Hey. Knock it off. >> Give me my [ __ ] I'M NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING. BUT HE NOT GIVE ME MY [ __ ] YOU KNOW HE GOT THAT [ __ ] >> YOU'RE NOT DOING this right now. >> No, they're not doing it with me. They're not about to put their hands on me and then take my [ __ ] and then LIE TO Y'ALL LIKE THEY GOT THE RECEIPT. >> Keep walking. >> I'm out of here. I'll pay for that [ __ ] >> Again, go to small claims court. >> They're not going to do I don't want to go through all that [ __ ] when they can give me my [ __ ] >> If you have the receipt, >> Look. >> you will get yourself back at Frontenac Court. >> Okay. >> You were trying to bust their door down, hammering on their door after we told you not to do that. It's not the way to handle this. It's only going to cause more issues. All right. So, we need to get you >> in your car. >> I want to get you out of here. You're most likely >> All right, everyone can slow down. Let's go totally right. >> That's totally fine. That's fine. >> So, I'm going to talk to the other side. >> Here go the fire coming here. It's going to slow down for a minute. >> As the officer tried to speak to her, she just kept on yelling at her ex-boyfriend and refused to listen to him. All right. So, light up on this side. >> I'LL BE BEHIND YOUR MAMA, [ __ ] >> Knock it off. Stop yelling at them. Other people here right now with kids. Stop swearing. Stop yelling. At least do it for them, okay? I understand it's heated right now with them, but going about this is not the right way, the way you're doing it. >> They They're doing it to me. She's sitting there. Why is he not coming up to talk to the police? He's 25 year years old hiding behind the >> STOP. >> GIVE ME MY [ __ ] >> KNOCK IT OFF. WHAT? YEAH, I know. Give me the keys. >> Here. That's fine. >> All right. >> The You want me to be civil, but they have my stuff in there and they sitting here trying to play the police like I don't know the real [ __ ] that's going on. >> Okay. >> Hide behind the police. Hide behind your mama. 25 YEARS OLD. >> Stop yelling. Knock it off. >> Okay, I'm >> Okay. Well, at least now she's listening. The officer then tries his best to talk some sense into her. I was saying, it's heated. What happened earlier was heated. You got a busted lip, he's got cuts on him, busted lips, all that type of stuff. It got heated, okay? Earlier, nothing we can do. We already told you that, okay? Trying to take it into your own hands and kick their door down? >> I wasn't kicking it. I had the keys. I didn't touch I didn't kick their door. But I know what you mean. I'm not even going to do that to you. >> So, regardless, even if you weren't physically kicking it down, you're trying to get in there, okay? Don't do that. That's not okay. All right? >> It's not okay what they doing to me. >> Look, you can feel that it's not okay what they're doing to >> It's not. It just morally not. >> But right now, looking at this, when this goes into court and everything, if it goes into court, they're going to pull all this in and they see what's happening, it's going to look bad on you, okay? So, I want to strongly recommend wait a day, text him, call him. >> No, I don't I don't want to talk to him. I want to get my stuff now and then leave him alone. I'm not about to sit here and blow up his phone to try to see if he's going to get something that I bought back. >> Okay. >> So, once again, can you just go in there cuz I can bring it up and bring up all the receipts on my chime card that I have? >> them right now, okay? But if they still don't give you the PS5, that's that. That is it, okay? We don't want to see you back over here again, or else you will be going in handcuffs most likely, okay? We don't want to do that. We don't want to put anybody in handcuffs right now, okay? There was nothing we can do earlier. We don't want to put you in handcuffs because you're coming over here banging on their door trying to get into their apartment, okay? We don't want to put them in handcuffs for something that might happen on later on, okay? Cuz that will really screw up everybody's life right now. If we have to arrest, we will arrest. But as of right now, we're not going to arrest anybody cuz we can't do anything right now. We're trying to keep the peace, we're trying to all that. But you over here doing what you're doing is going to ruin everything. It's going to ruin your life. It's going to ruin their life. It's going to ruin everybody's life, okay? So acting the way you're acting right now, think of the future and keep looking at the future. Cuz what you're doing right now is uprooting it, okay? >> Here. >> All right. >> Even though the officer has been trying his best to help her, she's just too childish to take any of his advice and continues arguing with him and the other officers. >> So my partner's talking to them right now. If they give you the PS5, great. If not, tough luck. That's where we're at, okay? I'm going to start that man again. Small claims court. Or give it some time. Figure something out where you guys can meet and he can give it over to you. >> I do not want to talk to him. >> Okay then. Then maybe >> And I'm not going to blow down his phone. >> Okay. >> He does not like my mom just like I don't like his mom. So I'm not going to sit here and blow down his phone. If you want to tell him that he we can meet up somewhere or whoever drop it off then that's totally fine. >> Okay. >> But they're not going to sit here and lie and be like, "Oh, we have the receipt." Knowing damn well that I have the text. Bank statements. Picture of the receipt. He's saying he has the receipt. I sent him a picture of the receipt. Coming from me to him. I have all of those text messages and all of that. So I'm trying to do just give me my and leave you so I don't ever have to talk to you again. You Them doing all this and sitting here talking lying to y'all like, "Oh, we bought it." Knowing damn well especially his mama that he didn't pay that [ __ ] That broke. So just give me my >> Mhm. >> Turning in a speaker on Pace Circle West Drive. He's in a small gray Ford with a Florida plate. All over the road. Making a wrong turn. >> Yeah, I gave it to him. >> Okay, so you know you can't just barge into people's places and try to go in there, right? >> Yes. >> Like without consent you can't just walk in their residence and try to push your way in, right? So why are we doing that? >> Because he has my stuff. >> Okay, so you're trying to bust into his mom's apartment. >> He has my stuff. He already knows the situation. >> Right? >> I'm sorry. >> So, we told you to go to small claims court. That's the only way to handle this. We don't get involved in civil disputes. All right? >> That's a civil >> How do you know it's civil? >> Because you both use it. >> I don't use it. I don't use it. It's at his house. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, it's something that he uses. We can't determine who owns the property. >> I can't cuz I have the receipts that say on my card they're paid for. >> After getting the victim's statements, the officers began to arrest her. >> You don't get to push into people's houses, especially a little old lady. >> Okay. >> While she's trying >> No. >> and terrified that you're going to push in there. >> She's not terrified. She knows how to play the police. She's not dumb. >> Okay, so they want to push you charges. One, you're trespassing. Two, you're under arrest. >> Okay. >> Okay, so you're under arrest. >> Can you guys call my mom? And my car is parked right there. It's right there. Uh It's parked No, no. It's right there. I can show you guys. >> It's idling in front of my squad police station. >> Yeah, and my phone is also in there. Can you guys call my dad? >> How about this? Over here. >> Okay. >> But how about this? >> You're not getting it transported yet. >> Ooh. How about this? Are you okay if we just drive it over to our PD? It's right down the street, okay? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> And we'll just park it there in the Yep, right in right outside the neighborhood. >> Okay. >> What? We'll park her car over at our PD so that we shouldn't have to come back over here. >> I have a question. >> Uh >> So, I'm in nursing school. Is this going to pop up on my stuff? >> It's a possibility. >> Okay. >> The woman was charged disorderly conduct and domestic battery. Moving on to the next case where this woman gets arrested for throwing shoes at a strip club bouncer. >> All right, there's >> She threw her shoe at me is what she did. >> She threw her shoe at you? >> Okay, stop talking. Stop talking. It's okay, I'm calling Sergeant Caylor because you're you're sitting in your plane in my vehicle. You don't I don't have to sit in my vehicle. You didn't make me sit in my vehicle. >> Welcome to February 1st, 2026. Officers get to this strip club regarding a woman who had assaulted the manager and one of the staff. Wow, here's what happened next. >> It's a silver vehicle here. >> I just put the lights on. >> Yeah, I got one vehicle. All right, I got one guy that was super aggressive. >> Which one? >> Yes, every single female in that car needs to be criminally trespassed. >> Okay. >> They had assaulted one of our dancers today. >> Which one? Hey, I need everybody's IDs. >> Why do you let me out of the car? >> No, stay in the car. >> Okay. Okay. >> Everybody give me your IDs. >> You don't have to. We are we're black, but we're not like stupid black. >> Give me your ID or you're going to jail. >> Yes, that doesn't work like that. That's It doesn't work like that. >> Yeah, I'm investigating a fight and you're all being trespassed. >> weren't in a fight. We weren't in a fight. >> All right, it doesn't matter. >> I said you didn't ask Hold on. First of all First of all First of all Yes, you're not doing you're not going about THIS RIGHT WAY. CUZ HOLD ON, I don't give >> Hey. >> You're not going about this in the proper manner. >> Yeah, and so I just need your IDs, okay? >> Okay, so you can say, "Hey ladies, can I get your IDs? I'm investigating No, you did not. You said, "Give me your IDs. I'm investigating a fight." You try to make yourself sound like you're pretty superior and you're not. >> Okay, give me your IDs, please. >> No, it's not. It's not Give me your IDs, please. You don't need IDs because we're not driving a vehicle. >> No, you're not. No, we're not. >> Come on, lady. The officer was just asking for your ID. Why did you got to go full-on Karen mode like that? Either way, keep up with that attitude and you'll find yourself in handcuffs in no time. >> Better leave Okay, no, no. Stop talking. Stop talking. Stop talking. Stop talking. Stop talking. It's okay. I'm calling Sergeant Caylor because you're you're sitting here playing in my face. >> You know, I don't have to sit in my vehicle. He didn't make me sit in my vehicle. >> Okay, put your hands behind your back. >> Before what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> WHAT FOR WHAT? >> HUH? >> What am I being >> Cuz you're not following my orders. >> What for not following your orders? >> She's not doing >> I'm getting arrested for not following orders. >> You're not doing anything. >> Oh my god, y'all are going to jail. Oh my god, that's crazy. Not following orders is a jail? >> I told you, give me your ID you're going to >> No, that's not that's not I'm I have my ID. No, they're going to jail. No, that's fine. >> I got her. Please stay over there. Thank you. >> I'm not going to jail for not following orders. SHE'S A BIRTHDAY. >> NO, GOOD. Happy birthday. >> I know, that's not the problem. They're going They That's the problem. That's the problem. I know the dollars. >> Do you want to take a PBT at all? >> No, that's not the issue. >> What's your name? What's your name? >> Not going to jail for not following orders is crazy. >> No, I said give me your ID you're being trespassed. Huh? >> It's not being It's not trespassing. >> Give me your Give me your name you're getting charged with interference. >> It's not being It's not interference. >> Okay, you just got charged with interference, too. >> With that being done, the officer returned to the car to deal with the rest of the women. >> So, what happened tonight with >> when I say that security guard in there started shoving me in my back and I'm the main one telling my friend she was not being aggressive. She literally is just like frustrated cuz she's like it's my birthday and I just got here 10 minutes ago and I don't even know the girl you guys are talking about cuz I guess the girl is a stripper who dealt with my sister's ex-boyfriend, whatever. And as soon as she saw my sister, she said, "I don't feel comfortable with all of those people who just came in being here." >> So, was anybody in a fight? Were you Were you guys fighting with each other? >> No. >> Okay. Were you guys fighting with the bouncer or anything? >> No. The bouncer started shoving me in my back. And when I say, you can ask anybody in here, I was the one saying like, "Let's just go. It's whatever. Like, we're not getting our money back." Cuz the owner was like saying, "I'll give you $100. Get the out of here with your ghetto." And I was like, "Dog, like I genuinely wanted my money back, but at this point, there's no point to try to get it back anymore." >> Okay. >> So, then I was like, "We might as well just >> already paid admission to go in. Did you make it all the way inside? >> Yes. And then we were in there for maybe 10 minutes. And then they walked up to a security. And I'm like, "I don't even know who you're talking about." >> All right. >> Cuz I didn't even hardly see the dancers. I was talking to half the time. >> Okay. >> And it was like, then they walked up to us and said, "We're all not welcome here because of a dancer." And then we get walked up to the front. So, we're like, "Can we at least get our money back cuz we just got here?" And then the owner comes up saying, pretty much all, "I'll give you $100. Get the out of my face." And then like, obviously was being sarcastic. Was not trying to give us a refund. So, then I'm like, "Okay, let's just leave." And then the security guard, I guess they're like a they/them. I'm not sure. >> Okay. >> They literally started pushing me in my back. And then my sister's like, "You're a man. Like, don't hit my sister." Cuz I genuinely thought it was a man. And then they're like, "IT'S ANOTHER [ __ ] MAN." And then starts tripping out and like >> And then now they're saying that we were assaulting them. That's crazy. A man was pushing us. And I said, "I will call the police." And now it's becoming an issue. That's crazy. Like, this is too much. It's a boy. That's literally was born a boy and they're calling themself a girl. You're not a girl. You're a man. And that was pushing me. And now it's becoming an issue. That's crazy. >> Like, this is too much. >> All right. Um And somebody got your name as well, ma'am? Somebody got your name? Okay. >> Yeah, they already got my name. >> All right. Thank you. You guys just hang out for me, okay? Huh? >> Can you let me know about her? >> She's going to jail. >> Are you serious? Why? >> Hey, I don't know why she wouldn't listen to me. I told her what I was doing. I said I'm investigating a fight and you guys are being trespassed. >> I think she was trying to she was trying to she was trying to explain it but the main one who was getting yelled at was her and that's her birthday. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry it's her birthday. >> So after speaking with the women, the officer then goes into the club to talk to the staff about what had happened. >> Who was assaulted? >> Uh me and my fiance. So she got hit square in the face with one of the slippers. She's coming out. So she got hit in the face with one of them as she was trying to walk away. And then I got nailed in the ear with the other one that she >> Okay. Where did they hit you at? >> Uh it's just right here. >> Right here? >> Yeah. I can feel a little bit of red on your nose. >> Yeah. >> So they what did they hit you with? >> Uh it was I think the slippers are still in the lobby. >> Are they here? >> She threw her shoe at me is what she did. Yeah. >> You want to press charges? >> Nah. >> Okay. Who was the victim then? >> Yeah, they just threw a shoe. >> So do you want to We just want them to get out of here. >> Just just trespass them. >> Yeah. >> I was going to say make it easier on both of us. >> After getting the victim's statements, the cops returned outside to inform them about the trespass. They transported the women to the station for a breath test. >> I Like you guys said, it probably doesn't matter but you guys are trespassed from here, okay? >> Okay, that's fine. We don't even come here. This is my first time I've been here. >> Trespassed. >> But I just [snorts] don't want It's my friend's birthday. She's a single mom. I I know that it doesn't really matter that much to y'all but she's literally a single mom. >> Okay. So where Who's watching her right now? >> I He's at his Yeah. >> Okay. Is he spending the night there, I'm guessing? >> Yeah. But it's like we all have church in the morning and we go back to our regular program like tomorrow. >> All right. Well, she's getting charged with two simple misdemeanors so she can bond out. She's getting charged with public intox and public intox and interference. >> Well, why? She was in the car. >> No, she exited the vehicle to get up into my face when I asked her. I said, "Give me your ID, you're going to jail." Multiple times. >> for this month. Like Like I'm I understand I understand that. >> have these problems every weekend, okay? >> I know, but she does not. Like my face she is saying that she is saying that >> nobody listens, okay? Guys Guys, I'm not going to argue with you. It's final, okay? That's what's going to happen. Okay, I will let her know. You guys can bond her out in a few hours if you want to. All right? You guys are trespassing, please don't come back. All right, man. What's your first name, please? >> Monteja. >> You spell that for me? >> M o n t e j a. >> M o n t e j? I'm sorry. M o >> take me to jail on my birthday? >> I don't care that it's your birthday. I'm sorry. >> I know you don't care. >> Your first name is m o n t e j h a? >> No. No, it's m o n t e j h a. >> j h a? >> I have a border warrant in Linn County and Polk County. I have >> Okay. And what is your birthday? Okay. All right. All right. Stay in the car for me. >> Yep. >> Take a deep breath and blow as hard as you can into here, okay? You're breathing in. I need you to blow out. >> I know, but you got to breathe in before you breathe out. >> Yes, please. >> Thank you. >> Okay, deep breath in right now. >> Mhm. >> Blow all the way out. All right, a 0.179. Go and hop on out. >> In the end, she's charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. Moving on to the next case, where an abuser thinks she can do whatever she wants in front of the police. >> Why are you putting me in handcuffs? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> you ask ME TO DO? >> I SAID, "Come here." AND YOU SAID, "NO." >> OUT OF HERE. >> IT'S SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2025, FLORIDA. Cops get to this parking lot after a 911 call from a man who said that his girlfriend had blocked his vehicle, wedged herself in his driver's side door, and refused to let him leave for work. Let's see what happens next. >> Come on. >> NO, I SAID NO. DO NOT TOUCH ME. DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GO IN handcuffs and you're going to go TO THE GROUND. >> NO, I'M NOT JOKING. I'M NOT JOKING. NO, WHY ARE YOU GOING TO WORK? I'M NOT JOKING. WHY ARE YOU PUTTING ME IN HANDCUFFS? >> Cuz you're not listening. >> you ask me to do? >> I said come here and you said no. >> Okay, why are you yelling at me like for real? >> You want to yell at me? That's how I'm going to yell at you. Not nice, is it? >> [laughter] >> The officer's hilarious, matching the woman's whiny voice. It seems that he knows ridiculous when he sees it and waste no time pointing it out. But, he'll still have a lot on his hands TO DEAL WITH. >> [screaming] >> WELL, NOW YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL FOR SURE. WHY DID YOU THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Sit. >> I can't breathe. It's way too tight. I can't breathe. >> PUT YOUR LEGS IN. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. NO, PLEASE. I'm sorry. >> Put your legs in. >> I can't breathe. >> We will get you EMS. 335 working EMS. >> With the woman secured in the back of the squad car, the cop turned his attention to the victim to find out what had happened. >> All right, so what's going on? >> So, we've been fighting. This been going on for some time. And we've been trying to work everything out, but it seems like every single day is an argument and it's a fight. And when I try to leave the situation, she just kind of blocked me in and just doesn't let me go. So, I either want to leave just to calm everybody down and she doesn't. She just does what she does. So, I literally just stay in the apartment until she calms down. I don't talk because if I try to talk, she just gets worse. Um, until she finally calms down and then we can kind of mellow everything out and then continue the day. But, it's been like this for some time. >> So, what happened today? >> Uh, today the same thing. It's like an argument what I'm doing, which is I'm usually freaking working. >> So, you're working? >> Uh, yeah. I'm trying to go to work. I got a guy guy's out there and I'm supposed to be meeting him. And I'm not able to leave because he comes over here because I didn't pick up the phone after she hung up on me. >> So, this is her car running. It didn't There's no collision that I could tell. It's running, yes. She parked like this cuz he's trying to leave. Yeah, well, right. I mean, she's preventing him from leaving. So, >> I'm just trying to figure out like I told her, I'm like, we just got to leave each other and work with something out. >> You're married? >> We've been together for a long 18 years. >> That That's her car Her car alone? >> That's my car, but >> It's your Is it registered to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, that makes it easy. Is this your property? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, will you move it so that you can get the gate closed and parked in there? >> Does she have to be arrested though? Like, >> Well, she's for sure going down. >> Okay. >> All I had to do was try to figure out what's going on. Why were you out there screaming? >> to tell her to calm down. She just She wouldn't calm down. >> So, all I'm trying to do is detain her in handcuffs cuz she's screaming in your face. >> Right. Yeah, I She does this. I'm used to this. >> Right. Every day. >> So then I'm just trying to get her situated in the air air conditioning so we can talk to you. And then that's when she >> I really don't want her to go to jail but you know, if it calms her down >> Yeah, we're we're past that. I'm sure she was talking to you already. Regardless you were Did she know you were trying to call the police? >> Yeah. Yeah. She ripped my door open so we can argue like for another half an hour. >> Was she trying to prevent you from calling the police? >> Was she not? >> She wasn't. >> No, she doesn't she doesn't want the police called basically because she knows that she can't She's got like an anger problem so she knows that she wants this to happen It's like you know, completely different. >> Did she put her hands on you? >> Uh I'm not worried about that. >> Did she yes or no? >> Uh to an extent. >> As in what? As in what? >> Well, she tried to get me out of the car. She just kind of bit me a little bit but >> She bit you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz she can't get me out of the car. >> she's going to go for domestic battery as well. >> Well >> You're not You're not pressing charges. It's the state. Okay? So you guys are together as a couple, right? >> Right. >> So the state presses domestic charges. We have no say in that. >> Okay. >> Okay? >> Even if I don't want to. >> 100%. So that's for you to work out with the SAO later. The state attorney's office but we don't have a choice. There's a mandatory arrest policy in the state of Florida. >> Well, mainly when she does this she hurts herself more than she hurts me. >> Right. >> She scratched her skin pretty good on my hand. >> Uh no not really. That's that was just sparks. She just literally bit me here and then ended it there. Yeah. >> I'm going to try to talk to her. You want to try to get a statement from him? >> Okay. >> All right, good. >> Yeah. >> So after talking with the victim, the cop now returns to the woman to begin to question her. >> My kids! YOU GOT TO TELL THEM THE KIDS! >> RELAX. >> THEY DIDN'T WANT [screaming] TO DO ANYTHING. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE MY KIDS. >> ALL RIGHT, I NEED YOU TO LISTEN AND NOT SAY ANYTHING, OKAY? YOU HAVE the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will against you in court. You have the right to talk to a LAWYER >> ALL RIGHT, AGAIN. >> FOR ADVICE before any questions [laughter] or to have him or her with you during an If you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, one will be appointed to you before any questions or during an >> kids, please. I didn't do it. I did not hit you. >> If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you have the right to answer You also [screaming] have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. >> No. >> Do you understand your rights? >> I don't know what I did. I didn't I need to get back to my kids. >> [laughter] >> Do you understand your rights? >> He told you not to freaking put handcuffs on me. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Do you understand your rights? Understand your rights? >> I No, I don't understand. >> Okay, that's >> My kids, please. Please. Like Why am I getting arrested? >> I already explained this to you. Domestic battery and resisting without violence. >> What can I do? >> You're going to go to jail. >> Why? Well, like what What's going to happen? Like I don't understand. I NEED MY KIDS. >> She's 10-15 domestic battery, resisting without violence. >> HE WANTS ME ARRESTED? >> NO. >> Then why are you arresting me? >> Because in the state of Florida, we have a mandatory arrest. Not to mention you committed a crime. When I got here, you weren't listening and pulling away from me when I'm trying to detain you. >> do nothing wrong. >> But I don't know what's going on when I get here. You're yelling at him in the door and not listening to me. I didn't say you did anything. I said you were resisting without violence. >> After a while, EMS arrives at the scene to check on her. >> She's got an abrasion to the shoulder when I took her to the ground. Um you guys can clean her up and just check her out. She said she was having trouble breathing, but she's calmed down now. >> I got >> Can you scoot out a little bit so he can take a look at you? >> Oh, honey, they don't want to look at me now. >> No, that's fine. You want that? >> heck would I >> Cuz you're trying to talk to him and I'm telling you not to. >> Why am I not allowed to talk TO HIM? I WASN'T EVEN SUPPOSED to get arrested. >> He's the victim in a domestic battery. You bit him, okay? Now you can no longer talk to him. >> Why would >> You're going to have a no contact order with him because you're arrested for domestic violence, okay? You need to stop talking to him. How many times can I tell you? >> you mean? >> Stop talking to him. >> saying I'm going to have no contact with him. Why? >> have any contact with him. That's what the judge's order is going to be. You are no longer to have contact with him cuz he's a victim of domestic violence. >> I tried to leave. >> Do you have any kids together? >> We have two. >> Two kids together? >> Two kids. So, we I tried to leave and then she actually won't leave. Like, I'll leave the house and then she'll just find a way to get a hold of me again. >> Despite the warning, the woman continued screaming her partner's name in this attempt to talk to him. >> Talking to him. How many times can I say it? >> TOLD YOU THAT? >> He's going to, but you need to know it and I'm telling you, so let them >> to be mean. >> Let them try to Let them >> Ma'am, do you want to help from us? >> But I don't know what's happening. So, right now >> supposed to go home? >> You're not going home right now, no. >> I'm saying after I get out. >> It depends what the court order says, but generally speaking, no, you're not allowed to go home. >> How am I supposed to see my kids? I have nowhere to go. >> We can coordinate getting your kids a different way, but you can't have contact with him. Hey, come on. >> He has TO KNOW. HE HAS TO KNOW. MICKEY, YOU CAN'T. >> CALM DOWN. Can they get some vitals on you? >> My hair. >> You got to relax and stop yelling, screaming cuz if you don't remain calm, your vitals aren't going to be accurate, okay? >> I can't I don't know if I can I'm telling you I don't know if I can be calm. I get done never been in >> Here's the first thing you need to do. Stop talking. I'm going to need you to stay still as possible. No talking, no moving, okay? I need to get some accurate vitals on you. >> DON'T LEAVE THE KIDS. >> STAND UP. STAND UP. >> DON'T LEAVE THE [screaming] KIDS. >> ALEXANDRA, DO YOU NOT HEAR ME? I GOT TO CALM DOWN. I need this thing off. It's like squeezing my arm. It's like swelling up. >> Stay still. This is going to take as long as it takes. >> Like I don't even know what you're doing. >> I'm getting your vital signs. >> It's not going TO GO DOWN. I'M GOING TO JAIL. I'M NOT GOING to see my kids. So, like you want ME TO HAVE A FREAKING HEART ATTACK IN THE FREAKING CAR. LIKE WHAT ARE YOU CHECKING FOR? I don't understand. I don't need this. >> With that being done, the officer then put her in the car again to begin the transportation. >> I'm not trying to be a problem. Like I just don't know why I'M GOING TO JAIL. I know you said it's because I got I banned him. But if he didn't want me to go to jail, why am I going to jail? >> The state of Florida presses charges in domestic battery situations. >> How long does that usually take? It's an agreement of your release out of jail is that you're agreeing you're not going to have any contact with him whatsoever. Okay? Direct, indirect, third party, you can't have any contact with him. >> Can't. >> You can't call somebody to have contact with him. You can't go to the house except for generally there's a one-time pickup. After the case is settled. >> Going on? >> To prevent you trying to tamper with a victim because he's a victim. So that there's no witness tampering, you're not to have contact with him. So I told him he's going straight home to to to take care of the kids. There's a no contact order that'll likely be put in place as well. He said, "Okay, even to try to help her out and get things sorted out." I said, "Yes, sir.
