The footage reportedly shows the woman approaching the man in an alleyway and striking him from behind. The man then turned and became involved in a physical altercation with the woman, during which both parties exchanged punches and the woman was knocked to the ground. Bystanders observing the incident then intervened after seeing the man continue striking the woman, ultimately rendering him unconscious during the confrontation. >> Turn around for now.
