You don't haven't handed your key fob. >> It's there. >> Please grab it for me, ma'am. >> For your registration? >> Yeah. >> Please grab me that key. Thank you. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it, >> ma'am. Officer key. >> Where's the registration? >> At least the boyfriend seems more reasonable. Oh, and here's a pro tip for that young girl. If you're trying to act sober, it's a great idea not to behave like you're completely wasted. >> Ma'am, in order to make sure you do not take off because of your driving pattern, how reckless it is, and how I believe you are right now. >> I'm not taking off. >> I need your I need your key fob, please, to ensure this. >> Here's the registration. >> Perfect. It is with me. >> Okay. So, what else do you need? >> Your key fob, please. And your insurance. >> No, I don't. You don't need that. >> You are not going to roll up the window on me. We're not going to do that. >> In fact, actually, put your hands on the steering wheel, please. Put your hands on up here on the steering wheel right here. >> No, I have to listen to you. I have I know my rights. I know my Miranda's rights. So, you can step away from my car and I'll call my lawyer. >> No, not right now. We're not calling anyone. I'm going to stop you from going to stop you because this is a lot and this is extra and I'm trying to conduct a traffic stop and you are continuously doing things to you. >> Do you mind if I just sit on the ground right here? >> Uh because you feel unsafe because she may drive off because that is what I'm trying to prevent. Nope. Hold on. Everyone stay in the car. But that is what I'm trying to prevent. Stay in the car and then stop rolling up the window on me. >> Since she refused to listen to the lawful order, the cop then began to pull her out of the car. Stop rolling up the window on me. >> Come on now. >> Single one and she won't. >> Let me just >> stop. I just want to go ahead. >> Stop rolling up the window. >> Yeah. >> I didn't do nothing to you though. >> That went well. >> Yep. >> I didn't do anything though. Stay on the sidewalk. And I tried to >> and I know you tried to help me. >> In the end, this woman is charged with battery on a Leo, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. Moving on to this case now where a super wasted woman yaps herself straight into jail. >> You look like an idiot. Actually >> sounds like Uber driver. I am going to call Morgan and Morgan tomorrow cuz I have money >> so I can do it. >> It's June 29th, 2025, Florida. Cops get to a Taco Bell after an Uber driver called 911 about a super hammered passenger who tried to grab her by the neck in the middle of the road and refused to exit the vehicle. Dear God, what does this look like? >> Oh, what happened? Okay. >> One second. >> Oh, no problemmo. >> Come on, ma'am. Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. >> [clears throat] >> Come on. >> I'm getting out. [clears throat] >> Go to the front of my car, please. >> I will walk. But which side do you want? >> Right here. Right. Stop. >> Playing games. Walk to the front of the car. >> We're not playing games. He said the front. Walk. >> I will. >> Wow. She's really wasted. Like her mind is flown somewhere off in the sky. Yeah, but at least she's aware enough to be a total pain in the butt to everyone around her. >> Lean up against the bumper. You can sit on it. We don't want you to fall. >> Thank you so much. >> Yeah. You're so welcome. Where's your ID? >> I have so much ID. >> Where's your identification? Is it in that purse right there? >> Probably. >> Okay. Can I get it? [snorts] >> Well, you could if you wanted to. >> Okay. So, yes or no? >> Okay. >> Just trying to get your ID, that's all. I don't see it. See a bunch of credit cards. >> I don't know what you're looking for, sir. >> You just told me to get your ID out. >> I did not say that. >> You did just a second ago. >> I never said that. >> Okay. You're drunk. >> I never said that. >> Okay, hang on. There's your credit cards. You can take them back. I got your ID. Okay. It's what you want. >> While the woman continued to be drunk, the cop goes to the Uber driver with a translation device to get her side of the story. Can you ask her if she needs paramedics? because I have this past year in my lift service and um she seems to be very disoriented and um >> Okay. Can you ask her if the lady ever put hands on her? Yeah. at some point. She was riding on the vehicle and she put her uh arm around my neck like told her, "Come down. Come down." And she pursued and she let me go. >> Okay. Does she want to press charges for that? [clears throat] >> No. No. No, no, no, no, no, no problem. >> No, >> no, no. >> Okay. >> No, no. >> All right. Um, >> okay. Can I license you? foreign. Well, I I just want her to be helpful that she gets home safe. Um I don't want to break any charges. I just want to make sure she gets home safe. >> Okay, >> that's all. >> Thank you. >> What a nice Uber driver. goes above and beyond to make sure this drunk lady's safe. Even though she was assaulted, she was still worried about her. As for the woman in question, >> you know, it's really sad who you are. Your mother would be actually very sad about who you are. >> Hey ma'am, do you need EMS for anything? Are you good? You need an ambulance, ma'am? >> Why would I? >> I mean, I don't know. Do you have somebody at home that can take care of you? >> Of course I do. >> Who is it? Husband? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have his phone number? >> Sure. >> All right. We're not going to call him right now, but I'm just making sure. Okay. >> I'm going to call him. >> So, you know what? I am going to call more and Morgan tomorrow >> for the people. >> Exactly. >> They're very good. At least from what the commercials seem like. So, >> I'm really sorry for you guys. >> Yeah. No, it's what it is. It's what we signed up for, right? >> No, you did not sign up for this. >> Where you coming from tonight? You look like an idiot actually. >> Yeah, it's interesting you think that. Where are you coming from tonight? You remember or not? Maybe hanging out with friends, eating food, going to the beach, going to the bar, going to the movies. You remember? Or you just got a thousand yard stare off into the middle distance like in a movie or a TV show. She's just staring off into the middle distance. She's really slugging. >> Yeah. >> Well, on the positive side, she took an Uber instead of driving and crashing. And that's got to be something, I guess. >> Man, where do you live at? >> Okay. Do you have anybody else? >> Do you have anybody else can come pick you up right now? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Can you call them? >> Let them know where you're at. >> She said a little bit ago that she's got a husband there. So, >> call your husband. Why should I if you already know? >> Cuz you're drunk. You need to call somebody to come pick you up. >> I really don't. >> You really do. Okay. So, here's the deal. Okay. >> You all >> You are so drunk that is that you are not free to leave until you get somebody to come take care of you. And if you don't get somebody to come take care of you, then we're going to go take you to the drunk tank at the jail. >> Okay. So, go. >> Okay. All right. What's What's your husband's name? Can you get his phone number, please? >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to try to find it in wings first before before we get her into handcuffs and bring her to the jail. >> You know, >> I'm going to explain something else to you right now. Ma'am. Ma'am, >> she likes looking off in the middle of distance. >> Look at me. What's her name again? >> I don't I don't know. >> You don't even know my name. >> No, cuz I haven't talked to you. But Don, look at me. Okay. I'm going to explain something else to you. Okay. If you have a problem with something, you don't resort to violence, okay? Cuz that can lead you to go to jail. >> OH MY GOD. >> OKAY. SO, >> I'm a woman. >> You're lucky that >> I'm a little woman. >> It doesn't matter the size. It does not matter the size. >> I did not. >> It does not matter the size. Violence here. >> Okay. You can't put your hands on anybody either. >> I'm not doing any violence. >> Obviously, we're here for a reason. >> No, you're not. >> Yeah. We were called here to put your hands on somebody. I have nothing to do. >> You're all like excited. >> You're all like, "Oh my god, I have something to do. >> Can you come with me over to literally right here?" >> Yeah, sure. >> Yeah, cuz I I don't see a phone number. So, let's go knock on the door. >> You're really making this difficult, Don. It's kind of ridiculous, honestly. >> Where are you coming from, >> Don? Let's use your phone to call your husband. Make it a lot easier for you. >> Yes. Thank you. Thank you so much. That was actually very kind of you. I appreciate you. >> I don't know what you're talking about, but you're welcome, I guess. >> Of course. You can't pretend you're helping a person like me in front of your >> What's your husband's name? Why don't you call him on the phone? make it a little bit easier. >> You will all die tomorrow when I call Morgan and Morgan and they your asses up. >> Since she insisted on keeping her husband's number a secret, the cop located her home to ask her husband for help. >> Sir, are you the husband of Dawn? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. So, I guess Dawn's been out drinking a lot tonight. I I don't know where, but um she's to the point where she definitely can't care for herself. She needs a ride home. >> Okay. Yeah, I can go get her. I just bite him a drink and I can watch the TV. >> Perfect. She conveniently is actually right over at the Taco Bell right here in Lakewood. >> Okay, I'll I'll put some pants on and I'll go over and get her. >> Okay, sounds good. >> We'll see you there. Thank you. >> He's see now he's got to tell us. >> Hey, Don. I got really good news for you. >> Oh, thank you so much. >> Your wonderful husband is coming to get you. He's going to go put some clothes on and he's going to come get you. Okay. >> He's actually not even my husband. >> He says he is. >> While waiting on the husband, she continued to insult officers. >> You seem like kind of a good person stuck with his [ __ ] which is like tough. It's very tough and I understand that. Oh. Oh. Go ahead. No, look at my book dropped on the phone on the ground and you don't even pick it up. What is wrong with you all? I was a teacher. Not at this particular moment, apparently. >> Shut the up. >> No, I don't have to. >> You dropped my book on the grind and you don't even care. >> You dropped it. It dropped it. >> You dropped it, [ __ ] It >> was never in my hand. >> Dropped it. It >> was never in my hand. >> You [ __ ] I feel sorry for you. >> Okay. Perfect. >> All right. Come on, baby. >> I'm not going home with you. Well, you're going to come with me. I'm going to jail. I'd love ahead. >> I'm not going with you. >> Oh, that's just stupid. This is being stupid. So, you just got to go over here if you want. >> No, >> honey. This is done. You don't want to go here. >> I'd rather hire a lawyer who will up all these [ __ ] cuz I have money. you >> so I can do it. >> Okay, honey. Can we get this thing offend? >> We got to take the copus. But he was never my husband. >> Never. He just took my car. >> Where's the head? >> I don't know. My shoulder. >> Okay. All right. And this is what happened next. >> Is that Marjorie? >> Looks like the cop knows the woman inside the car. You know, it's going to be a good video when the cop knows the suspect's name beforehand. >> Mhm. at 1029 on the Marshall subject head to the screen place. >> Good morning. >> Hey, someone called in worried about you. Let me see your hand. Open your hand. >> Hey, I'm going. >> Uh, is it me or did she just eat whatever she had on her hand? Looks like she ate it. >> Stand up. >> I didn't want my phone. >> Stand up, Marjorie. >> I didn't want my phone to drop right there. Put my shirt up. >> I'm going to put your shirt up. Spread the feet. Marjorie, spread your feet. >> Marjorie, why are you doing all this? >> What are you doing? >> And she just throw me around like I was asleep literally and she's sitting there doing all this craziness. >> What was in your hand? >> Nothing. >> Marjorie, we're done playing games. I told her to step out of the car and then she slammed the door. Marjorie, I'm not going to tell you again. What was in your hand? >> Nothing. >> All right, come on. >> This way. >> What are you doing? Why are you bring me in the car? I didn't do anything. Can you stop, >> man? Can you tell your girl to stop? Can you pull me out the car? >> I didn't even do anything. After getting her into the squad car, the cops then went back to search the vehicle after a responding officer thought he saw a white baggie. So, they go looking for this little white bag, but find nothing. She would then go back to the squad car to search her person. And after confirming this woman didn't have anything on her, the cop went to search the vehicle again, which they eventually did find some drugrelated items. Please, ma'am. I work really hard for this car and I'm trying to get my kids. Please, >> I'm working towards it. Don't take it from me. >> It's not that I'm taking it. So Marjorie, no >> be able to get it. I'm working for two years to get my life back right. I just got this >> 3195 not even a week ago. >> Excuse me. I swear to God. I I'm going to lose all this if I lose this car. >> Really hard to get it. >> And I'm begging you. I'm trying to get my kids back. I'm doing this to save my money like this. Hey, I look like you are. >> And you don't think I want you to do good, Marjorie? >> No, cuz you want to work with me. You know I'm trying. >> No. And I understand that. However, again, you know what's right from wrong, right? >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Chance for them not to take my kids. >> Going to try to take my kids permanently. Please. I might delete her permanently. This is going to blow my life. You think I wanted this? >> No, I just make again. >> I could do it this way. I'm telling you, I'll go to every fourth day. >> No, but it's not that. It's the principle of it. How many times I How many times have I stopped with you? Don't put it all in. >> How many times In the end, she's charged with resisting without violence and possession of drug paraphernelia. The bond is set at $1,000. After sitting in jail for 20 days, she was able to get in front of a judge. In court, she entered a plea of no contest to the misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, but the judge would accept the plea and withhold adjudication of guilt. This simply means she received a criminal sentence without a formal adjudication of guilt on that offense. Prosecutors would go on to drop the separate resisting without violence charge. In total for this sentence, the court imposed 20 days for county jail, crediting her for 20 days already served and didn't impose additional incarceration or probation. She wouldn't be responsible for $48 in court costs and fees. Moving on to the next case here where an entitled girl turned a simple traffic stop into jail time. >> Go over there. >> I don't want to be touched. >> You're going to be searched. Listen, >> do not walk away. Stop. >> Call a female officer now. Stop touching me. Call a female officer. Call a female officer. Welcome to January 18th, 2025. Nothing on you. >> All right. Well, unfortunately with that, I mean, obviously you got in the car, so we have to search you in the car. So, if you do have something, it's better to be on us now than for us to find it. You know what I mean? So, what do you got? What do I do? I'm just trying to go to my car >> again. That video of you doing almost 30 mph up that sidewalk. >> Trying to catch him. >> Ma'am, >> I'm listening. I'm listening. >> It's June 7th, 2025. And cops responded to several calls about a woman driving onto a bike lane to chase down a teenager on a motorized bike. So, here's what happened when the cops track down the driver at her home. >> What happened? They don't They didn't They don't know what's going on with their phones. They act like they know what happened. I live right there. I'm 65 years old. I have both of my hips replaced. I also have a dog. I was throwing the ball up, the squeaky toy for him. He wasn't in the street. This boy comes down on the sidewalk 35 miles an hour. I'm not kidding you. >> Two nights ago or in the evening, I'm on the street that goes along there. He comes right at me and I was like, "You have to slow down when people are here." >> He thought that was funny. So they go more. And so then tonight, so I get my car to try to catch him cuz I thought he lived in the neighborhood. I wanted to either see where he lived to talk to his mother nicely or I wanted to talk to him nicely. >> Cuz I thought he was my neighbor. No, he's doing that. Guess what? He doesn't even live in here. So then I go after him to try to find him cuz I know you're never going to find him. >> Mhm. >> And they're all like, "You're acting recklessly." And it's like, you don't even know what happened. First of all, if he hits me with two replaced hips and I can't walk anymore cuz believe me, if I go down, I'm not walking anymore. Let's put it this way. He could have disabled me for the rest of my life and he's probably what, 17? He would have gone on the rest of his life living a great life and I'd have been in a wheelchair or he would have hit my dog and then I would have found him and they would have gotten up. >> Sure, ebikes are a bit annoying. I got you. But there ain't a sane person who's going to chase down a kid with a car on a sidewalk just for that. I got video of you driving up on the sidewalk recklessly. If you would have hit that kid on a bike and killed him, you're going to jail for manslaughter. You're >> not going to hit him and kill him. You're >> You're driving recklessly on the sidewalk where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes. That video of you doing almost 30 mph up that sidewalk. >> I was trying to catch him. >> Ma'am, >> I'm listening. I'm listening. >> Cuz you're this close to going to jail. I understand you're concerned about kids driving. You call us. We do our best to find them, right? You think it's a smart idea to be driving up on a sidewalk doing 30 m an hour chasing a kid on a bike? >> I don't consider that a sidewalk. >> What do you consider it? >> There's cars on there all the time. >> They're parked up on the grass so they can walk on the sidewalk. >> You are doing I got you for at least 3 minutes >> up on the sidewalk driving recklessly over 30 m hour from what my reporting party told me. >> And you can see he was going faster than me. >> Do you still think you're correct? I tell you do it again. You are going to jail for taking >> I will never do it again. >> Do you understand what your actions? I do understand. I was very emotional. >> Okay. So, maybe you think you collect yourself as a 65-year-old woman about what you were doing. You would hit anybody else on that sidewalk besides this kid if you didn't >> I say there was no I I I'm not disagreeing with you, but I >> You're wrong for trying to make this sound correct on your end. Okay. You're 100% wrong. >> All right. I won't. >> All right. You see somebody, you call us. You don't take it into your own hands. >> All right. You're right. >> God forbid you hit somebody. I promise you I'll do everything in my power to make sure you go to jail. >> You're right. >> Take your car and what else I could do for you. I find out you're doing it again. Chasing this kid even on the road. >> Oh god. No. This was >> But it was a great idea to follow him on the sidewalk and chase him. >> No. Like I said, I was It was like >> I hear what you said. >> I know >> you're not. I want you to listen. >> I'm listening. >> This kid does it again. You chase him in your car again. We'll get you for aggravated. That's all. >> Of course, I'm not going to. >> And you were willing to chase this kid as far as it could go until this other car, this person that called us, stopped you. They blocked you at the sidewalk. Correct. >> Yeah. >> Where does this make sense to you? >> Okay. It doesn't. >> We're taking your car. You're not getting it back. You're losing your license. You're not driving if you get another car. No. >> I'll find out you do this again. You're this close to doing >> Of course not. Of course not. >> You're saying of course not, but look at your actions. It just happened. >> No, but >> 100% 110%. You were going to jail if you hit this kid. >> I'm not disagreeing with you. >> Yeah. Absolutely zero remorse for what she did. She only said that she's sorry because she's facing the police. I mean, she was just trying to justify that action before the officer told her otherwise. >> I'm trying to understand where you thought this was the right thing to do. Tell me your emotions took over. >> So, should I put you in for a reevaluation of your driver's license now? >> I'm not trying to disagree with you. >> You're trying to make what you did sound correct. >> No, I'm not trying to say sound correct. I'm telling you why I did it. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just trying to No, I'm not trying to excuse it. I'm trying to explain even though it was wrong, why I did it. I didn't just like come out and say, "Oh, here. Let me go, you know, chase boy." >> Maybe not. >> No, not maybe not. You were not thinking. >> Okay, >> I'm laying into you right now cuz you could have killed multiple people on this sidewalk. It's dark. You're focused on this one kid riding the bike to me. I just You don't see anyone else on this sidewalk. Somebody would have called me and said, "You almost hit them with the car. I'm taking you to jail." >> If this kid calls us back after he goes home and talks to his parents, I know where you're at. We'll probably take you to jail. It's aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A car is considered a deadly weapon. >> Touch him. >> Doesn't matter. Aggravated assault. Assault is not a physical contact. It's the threat of contact. >> Okay. All right. I'm not going to say anything else >> cuz I promise if they call us back, we're coming back knocking on your door and taking me to jail. >> I'm not going to say anything else. >> A three 4,000lb vehicle is now chasing him. What do you think was going through his head? >> Well, the first time I came this way, he was coming up, you know, cuz I came around this way and I was like, you know, stop. I want to talk to you. >> No, he's not going to stop >> cuz he didn't want to be in trouble. Now, after that, who knows? I don't believe he's scared of me. I do not believe that. I think he's being Listen, I'm from Baltimore City. Like I said, I >> it's going to it's going to be documenting what happened. >> Okay. I um I don't have my phone. I was in the house. Like I couldn't even get out of the W. So I was going to come back to where we were. I wound up way down there cuz I don't remember the way around and I didn't have my phone. So I didn't have any GPS. So I was going to come and get my phone and go back down to that spot in case you were still down there. I wasn't trying to like evade you or anything. I was trying to come to you. That's why I want to show you my phone is in the house. I'm not lying to you while I was coming. >> I don't believe you evading me. I mean, you got your tag. That's how I ended up here. You're going to get the same speech here or down there. >> But I didn't want you to think I was like doing something else on top of that. I I >> What you did was what you did was wrong. Okay. >> I recommend you go back inside. >> Okay. >> Unless you have any other questions for me. >> So the cop let her go waiting to locate the teenager before filling any charges. And the next morning, the teen's family came forward and reported the incident. >> I guess you were driving too fast or recklessly throughout the area, so she wanted to confront you. No, I was cuz there was a rock in the road that I had to swerve to not pop my tire. That was the only time that it had been wrecked. >> Dude, I People are crazy out here. >> I mean I mean regardless of if he was on sidewalk [music] with an ebike. I mean unless he was like throwing rocks through windows or doing something like high crime, she's at fault because she put her car on a path, right? >> Oh, I mean I mean if I saw that she'd been a fat ticket, you know what I mean? Um, I don't know. I mean, she's not trying to run him over with the car. >> She did. She She cut me off. I don't have proof of that, but she did cut me off. >> Yeah. Yeah. But to try to stop you. >> Yeah. She She overtook me. She went on the grass on the sidewalk when there was a clear path. >> She overtook me. And I say she was about Step back. She was about that close to me, almost ahead me. And when she overtook me, she wanted to get you to slam on your brakes, stop or whatever. >> Yeah, she swerved. So that's when I swerved into the grass and went on to Pine Lakes and wave someone down. >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, you did the right thing. But what my point is is like, you know, it's clear that she's doing it to try to make you stop rather than to try to hit you. She's in a car on the sidewalk. You're you're in a an ebike right on the sidewalk. If she wanted to hit you, she could have. >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? I'm going to be completely honest. Like I said, I've never dealt with this. So, let me see what I can do. And if we can, you know, you guys want to press charges, if we can have any of that, then we'll go right ahead and do it. >> Okay. >> Um, but I don't even know if we have anything because I'm completely honest. >> The family then showed the video footage of the situation. >> I don't know if you've seen the videos of the incident that's happened Saturday. >> I've not seen the videos. I tried to read up on the notes, but I wasn't there. So, it's it's catch up. We don't know. >> Did he say that he or witness or whatever? Where's this lady right now? >> I know. >> I can check if not. >> Yeah. >> Um, so who did you guys speak to yesterday? Was it yesterday? >> Yeah. Uh, B Loi. >> Losi. >> Okay. What did he say? >> He said nothing. He said nothing can be done. >> He called his supervisor and he said it would be pushing it even if they uh like charged her with assault or anything. >> Yeah. So, for for something like criminal like that, there has to be intent. And I looked, I already interviewed her and she said she was just trying to get your attention. >> But here's the problem. She put my child to death. >> I understand that. >> So whatever it is, I don't care if we're stretching it to the max. I'm pressing charges. >> Let me um >> you got child endangerment attempt to kidnap cuz I don't know her intent. >> Yeah. Well, I mean that's you can't attempt to kidnap, but >> dude, I got video of someone chasing on the sidewalk at 20. I >> I understand. I understand. It's definitely uh something concern. Let me call my supervisor and see what he has to say about it. Did you is that on the prepared live the the Okay, perfect. >> After speaking with the victims, the cops returned to the suspect's house the next day for further questioning before making any decision. >> You mind if you just step out? >> Are you arresting me? >> Well, I'm not saying that. We just had to talk. Okay. Your dog scaring me. I I was when I was knocking on the door before he was Oh, >> hey, buddy. >> Are you okay to come in now? >> I just I'd rather be outside. Yeah. >> Are you arrested yesterday? >> I'm not saying that. I have to talk to you first. Okay. To get your side of the story >> before you arrest me. >> I'm not saying that. >> So, what happened on was it Saturday on the the seventh? >> I think so. Um >> so, give me your side of the story first. >> Okay. I already went all over this with that other guy. Um >> Okay. >> When I was walking my dog, not [clears throat] Saturday, but a couple days ago, I was on that path thing and he was with his friends and he turned around and he came like right at me with it and I was like, "You have to slow down when there's people around." and he just kept doing it. So anyway, and scared the dog. And then Saturday came outside and he like whooed past me on the sidewalk like 35 m an hour. So I was getting ready to go to Publix. We went that way. So I went this way. So I and I rolled down the window. I was going like this because I was going to try to talk to him, >> you know, and say, "Dude, you know, that's don't do that. You know, you're going to hurt somebody, especially me. I have two replace tips. If you hit me, I'll be in a wheelchair and you'll just go about your business, you know. >> Well, in the in the ebike if he hits you. >> Yeah. >> While you're walking your dog or in the car >> while I'm on my sidewalk. >> Oh, okay. >> So, let's just get to the point where you were following him. >> I was following him because I wanted to see where he lived, >> but he didn't stop. And then these two people are like yelling stuff at me. I'm like, you don't know what happened. >> Yeah. Um, we saw the video. It shows you driving on the sidewalk. Why'd you do that? >> Well, that was stupid. Unfortunately, I didn't really think of it as a sidewalk. I've been here. >> How How is that possible? >> Well, I'm not saying I'm >> You have the road and then >> I'm not saying I'm not stupid. I just got >> I'm not saying you're stupid either. >> But sidewalks to me are on white sidewalks and I see cars on them, but all I'm going to tell you is it was stupid and ridiculous. And that's all I can say. It was just freaking ridiculous that I did that. >> So, I just have to redo you this before asking more questions. Okay. >> Are you arresting me now? I'm I have to read you your rights before I question you, okay? Cuz I'm going to ask you incriminating questions. You have the right to remain silent and anything you say maybe use as evidence against you. >> So, with that being done, the officer continued to investigate the case. >> So, when you were on the sidewalk, did you ever like jump in front of him? >> Nothing. Nothing like that. You didn't try to get in front of him before you started following him? >> Yeah. Before I started following >> or before you went on the sidewalk, cuz that's the story I got. Right before you hopped on the sidewalk or maybe as soon as it happened, you kind of like tried to cut him off. >> I tried to come around. I didn't try to cut him off. >> So, you tried to go around him, you're saying? >> And what was your goal to going around him? >> Okay. How fast were you going >> when you were not as fast as he was? I don't know. >> Okay. So, you were trying to catch up to him even though he's going pretty fast on a sidewalk with a bike. Okay. >> Okay. >> You understand where we're coming from here? >> I do. I do. >> Cuz it's it's ridiculous. I'm going to be honest with you. >> I I I feel that way, too. my cuz and I can't disagree with you. It is ridiculous. >> Your main goal was to just try to talk to him. That's it. Cuz it seems I'm I'm just going to tell you what it seems like for me. Seems like this was an anger kind of like driven thing. Is that true or not? >> I was angry but I just wanted to talk to him and tell him you know I would have spoken even um I got out of the car and I was like I just I even said to him will you talk to me and he said no and he just you know kept going. I mean, >> so why would you keep on following after that >> if he doesn't want to talk to you? >> That was stupid. >> You get what? >> Oh, I wanted to see where he lived to tell his mother. >> Okay. So, you But you started following on the sidewalk. That's That's the main problem here. Okay. >> Gotcha. I guess. >> And what happened once the other Cuz I the other couple or whatever, they blocked you off from Were you trying to keep on following him after they blocked you off? >> I was trying to get away from them. I don't know what they're going to do. >> Well, I think they were just trying to help the uh the guy on the bike out cuz it from their angle, it doesn't look good. You know what I mean? >> All right. All right. I understand. And I'm not disagreeing with you or arguing with you or anything. I mean, when I thought about it when I got home, I was like, >> you know, upset over being afraid that I was gonna, you know, not be able to walk and hit the dog. And then after I could stop and think about it. >> Yeah. And I mean, you probably didn't know at the time, but he was a He's a juvenile. He's 14 years old. >> Oh, you found him? >> Yeah. That's the reason why we're here is cuz they're I'm going to be honest. They want they want to press charges. So, we have to get your side of the story and all the totality of the circumstances. I also went to the witness's house. He recorded you following on the bike down the bike path and it shows you kind of not speeding up but containing like keeping a main uh like a 20ft distance I would say. >> Uh he said it was around 6 or 10 ft. What would you estimate the distance to be >> that you were following him? >> Two car. >> After taking her statements, the cops then informed her that she was being placed under arrest. I'm going to be honest with you. Based on what we have now, I'm going to be making an arrest on aggravated assault and the reckless driving, too. Based on everything that I have, okay? I'm going to need you to turn around for me. >> I got We'll do that. We'll do We'll do all that out there. My mother's in trouble. Put your hands on your door open. >> We can We can go in the door for you. Yep. That's fine. I'll give you that respect. >> Thank you, Gil. >> Man, I've never dog like that. Seems >> like a sweet dog. >> I'm going to roll down the windows, too. This woman is charged with reckless driving and aggravated menacing. In court, she plead guilty to all charges.
