She tased me THROUGH THE DOOR WHILE MY KID IN THE CAR >> FIGURE. She kept grabbing my hair and punching me in the face a couple times. >> Stop. >> Why you so scared to have a little confrontation? No, I'll stand here all night. I don't care. >> It's wild how some Kairens turn simple neighborhood disputes into full-blown chaos because they think everyone around them has to obey their rules. right up until reality shows up with a badge. Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. It's time for some neighbors from hell [music] and cops versus dumbest Karens who harass their neighbors. Starting with this woman who can't stop harassing her neighbor. >> That dog just bit my leg. On February 18th, 2026, officers in Florida responded to a neighborhood dispute involving a dog that was reaching its breaking point. A couple reported that their neighbor was violating an injunction by standing at their property boundary and directing others to harass him. Here's what happened next. >> We got a one-year injunction for that neighbor next to us. >> Mhm. >> A copy of it. Okay. >> Um, >> so what's going on? What? She What's What's going on here? >> She keeps having people come around. They take photos and stuff. Um I know one guy ended up being the press. I don't know who was just here. We got pictures and we got our cameras caught it. Um she comes up to the property. It says in there 200 ft. I don't care. I mean, you know, I I I just got done with this here. >> Yeah. >> You know, I've been working on this for the last seven months. >> Just got done with it and I don't care. But now she's done put this stupid sign up in the corner of the property about the dogs. >> What's the sign say? I didn't ride by >> my neighbors poison my dog. >> Okay. >> So, she set that up right at the corner of the property and >> but she was just standing right out there at the street right there. >> Yeah. Brought those people over here >> and was waiting and they were coming all the way over here taking pictures of our stuff. >> So, she was standing outside. Oh, yeah. >> Where was she at exactly in the road? Yeah. If >> I can see the camera cuz Yeah. >> matters. That was from this window. >> Yep. >> You mind if I see that? Absolutely. >> So, did y'all have people in front of your house taking pictures or were they just standing? >> No, no, no. One the one lady came all the way over here. >> Here, I'll show you the blank cameras. And she had another guy doing it and I guess it turns out he was with um uh Lake City Observer. Is that right? >> Reporter. Lake City reporter. >> What are they saying? Are y'all arguing with him? He came out to leave, not take pictures. So, why are you out here taking pictures? >> And she was like, >> "That's her standing right there." >> Yeah. >> So, what is this? >> That is a piece of property that I do believe he sold to a man named Kyle. Oh, okay. So, he sold it. It's not his anymore, is it? >> Now, who's she talking to? Is it somebody over here in the road? >> Yeah. Yeah, there's two two people, a guy and a lady. And then M. >> Let me see. There she is. She's over here way in front of her. And then she ends up coming out. >> And she comes where? >> Over. See, she's all the way out here. >> Oh, right in front of your house. >> Yeah. Whoever that lady is >> facing your house >> with a camera on your house >> calling you names. >> Were y'all outside when she said that? >> We were saying we were standing on the front. He walked out here like out that way and just asked her, you know, can I help you? What are you you doing? And >> who are they? Do you know? >> We have no idea. >> So, the one who's harassing this couple thinks they poisoned her dog. And apparently, this story also made it to the news. >> A woman from Fort White says she's in fear after she claims her neighbor poisoned her dog. >> The woman is speaking with us, hoping the county does listen to her concerns. >> I don't get why this is happening. For Debbie, confusion is turning into anxiety. What began as tension with a neighbor is escalating into an investigation with Columbia County deputies and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. After she says her dog was poisoned. When I arrived at the house, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection was here. And as soon as I got to the home, they decided to pack up the equipment and leave. Says she's not asking for attention, just answers. She believes rat poison was placed on her property, creating a dangerous environment, not just for her pets, but for anyone nearby. >> It's part for the cause. Nobody Nobody wants accountability. Nobody wants accountability. I mean, this is not a publicity stunt. My dog was poisoned. >> One of her dogs had to go to the hospital and have her stomach pumped after eating poison she says was found in her yard. >> I don't know what more we have to do. The whole neighborhood is scared to death of these people. She says the stress is taking an emotional toll and she is worried about what could happen next. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office confirms deputies are investigating the poison allegations. They also say the neighbor's wife has since filed a restraining order. >> So that's the news, but who really believes media these days, right? Because this footage will prove how wrong they were. And she's got a guy down the road here named in a white truck >> that comes down here all the time in front of our cameras shooting us a bird. >> He he makes sure the sign stays upright when the wind blows over and it's stupid. She said told the last court date was her. It wasn't with me. It was with her >> cuz correct me if I'm wrong, but the injunctions with you, right? Okay. Cuz >> she filed against you and didn't get it and didn't get it and you filed against her and they file they they get it to you. Okay. >> Yeah. It's just that having the people come around is ridiculous. You know, she made a whole video of this old lady that's that's over there in that camper. >> You know, that I salt her and you know, called y'all said I was over there beating her up, >> you know, and everybody came in here hot and come to find out I'm I'm sitting in my van on my computer doing my last service call for the day. I ain't got my van yet, >> you know. >> Going and getting everyone else to do your dirty work. >> Yeah. I I need to go I'm going to go research it. I believe in the statute it says that it's a violation of the injunction if you direct other people to to you know harass. >> Yeah. And this one line that's on there too which I never enforce it, you know. I mean it's just got to live over there. >> Yeah. >> But I mean it's just going to continue with this thing. Uh uh this redness right here. You're not supposed to go within 200 ft. >> Yeah. Which did they did they cover that that y'all were neighbors whenever they issued this injunction? >> Oh yeah. Absolutely. >> Have you has she placed any cameras facing your property, recorded you or >> Nothing. Well, just the um pictures. >> Yeah, she takes pictures of her with her phone. >> Yeah, it says respondent shall not place any camera facing the petitioner's property. Record the petitioner to face or restore petitioner's personal property. >> But we do know that she's had people taking pictures of our stuff. >> Was she holding a camera while she was over there? >> She has had her phone out. I don't know, you know, if she's taking the pictures or what. I don't >> You talking about M. Hey, girl. Is that I got I got pictures of her taking pictures of our stuff. Where was she standing at when she did it? >> Right at the corner of that metal. >> Yeah. We'll go over here and and and I'm going to talk to the state attorney and and see what's going on with this and >> I'll come back. >> Had sense it. I don't know if you know about or not, but we had a guy come here. We had call y'all. He threatened came down here on camera. Didn't know camera was there. Threaten to shoot the house up. >> Really? When was that? >> That was five, six weeks ago. I mean, five months ago. >> Was about a month ago, maybe a little over a month. >> Really? I didn't hear about that. Okay. Well, like I said, we're going to make contact with uh with the state attorney and and just see, you know, as far as the legal guidelines go between this injunction and the third party cuz, you know, >> I don't we don't want to do something and it come back and >> No, just make sure >> I I'll give it back to you. >> Yeah. >> After talking with the victims, the officers then came to deal with the neighbor who was harassing them. >> She's got a couple canines here. 1277 here. We need to talk to you. >> Come here, miss. >> Do they have >> Yeah, I'm sure they do. >> Come here, M. that person because that's who was >> put your hands behind your back. >> Excuse me. >> This is and the investigator was here and he was taking pictures of and officer Stubs is here arresting me for that and I had nothing to do with it. It was >> and what's the name? Oh, now he's taking my phone. You don't have the right to t Excuse me. >> What you need to do >> Do you have anything on you? Do you have any pockets? >> You don't have your phone? >> No. >> Okay. >> What you need to do is take take that phone. Take take her phone. >> Yes. >> There you go. Watch the car. >> Take call call this guy right here. He was the officer that was there. And then call A1 bail bondsman. >> Okay. I don't know how to use the >> Yeah, call him. He's the public defender. That was who was over here, not me. >> After putting the woman under arrest, the officers then escorted her to the squad car. This is when she started her fake heart murmur. >> Hold on. I'm having heart murmurss. Having heart murmurss. Put your fingers on my neck. >> I'm not a medically trained professional. Can we walk to the car? >> Ma'am, are you okay? Ma'am, are you okay? Ma'am, are you okay? >> Miss Deborah, are you all right? >> Deborah was placed under arrest. Underrest, please. >> I never saw you show her a warrant. >> We don't need one. We have a probable cause. >> It's a probable cause arrest, ma'am. >> For what? I was right here. She did nothing. >> Ma'am, 25 ft, please. Thank you. This is your first and only warning. You give us 25 ft. Thank you. Ma'am, are you okay? >> Ma'am, >> ma'am, are you okay? >> I don't know. >> What's going on right now? What are you feeling? >> My heart pounding. >> What year is it? >> 63. >> Where you were you born, >> ma'am? You got you messing around, right? >> Yes. Okay. The ambulance is on the way to look at you. Ma'am, are you okay? Ma'am, can you get these dogs so they're not licking her in the face and bothering her while she's having her medical whatever this what? What? I'm not sure what's going on right now. >> Giving her more comfort than you guys that don't. >> I'm sorry you feel that way, ma'am. We have a job to do. >> As the officers were waiting for the EMS, her dog started biting the officer, which forced them to use pepper spray on. >> Ma'am, keep talking to us. Okay. >> Of you, right, >> ma'am? Hello. Do you do you live here with her? >> You're 998680. >> Hey, hey, hey, HEY. HEY, GO. >> The dog just bit my leg. >> Can you get up so we can get out of your yard, please? >> Oh my god. Oh my god. What are you doing? >> Dog didn't even get it. >> I poisoned my dog. >> I didn't poison nothing. >> Can you get up and stop this? >> Come here. >> Get just put in the call. Also has been deployed on one of the dogs that attacked me. >> Oh, I attacked you, too. >> She got better real quick as soon as she heard her dog was sprayed, huh? Such a miracle recovery. That bad acting deserves a Razzie or something. >> Oh, it's Vladimir. Piece of [ __ ] >> I've never met you. >> Yeah, you you've been on many calls and you've signed many, many pieces of [ __ ] What'd he say? It was my goddamn attorney and the state inspector that was over there. You'reing up so bad right now. You don't even know who was over there. It wasn't me. You morons. Morons. >> Wearing the same clothing and the pictures and the videos that you're wearing right now. >> And I was where where was I? >> It'll be in arrest report. >> ARREST REPORT FOR WHAT? BY aggravated stalking. Come on. Let's go to jail. No. No, no, you can't. >> Ma'am, ma'am, we're waiting on an EMS >> under medical aid right now. >> We're waiting on EMS to get here. >> God damn it, man. I want to jail and take your immune away from you and own your ass. God damn. Come here. Bring it over here. I'll show you. >> 25 ft, man. Well, I'll take it to her. >> That's not going to help me figure out how to use it. >> What do you What does she need? >> Going to get A1. Uh Robbie, >> you can make the phone call. >> Bond, so it won't matter. >> No bond. You're being held in jail until your first appearance in the >> morning. But there's going to be no bond. You'll have to go to first appearance. >> Three hours you guys gave me hypothermia and laughed at it. You psychotic bastards. >> It's okay. Shiloh. Fat man tried to poison you and now fat man over here is trying to spray you. >> That wasn't nice. >> Jesus Christ. You're arresting me for this? Go ahead. You should really investigate. What the hell just happened? You don't recognize the people that I was with? It was a state attorney and investigator. You >> are you in your right mental state? You just fainted on the ground. >> Probably not. >> You think I am? >> Can we go out the gate? >> Uh, we we would rather you stay on the ground because >> we don't want you walking after you just fell. [laughter] >> Not okay. You're going to put me in jail. It's like putting your grandmother in jail, you [ __ ] God Vladimir. [laughter] No, Shiloh. You don't like the bad man, do you? [laughter] >> That's okay. He only has a >> 1349. >> I'd say it's a natural instinct for a dog. The owner is on the ground and we're standing directly over top of you making sure you're okay. It's a dog's instinct to protect its owner. So you can >> Look, that poor dog has been poisoned. >> Not poisoned. >> No, it was poisoned. Didn't you read that sign? That fat bastard over there poisoned my dog. >> I thought you were referring to the OC. >> No, I don't know what OC means. >> It's the same thing the post office carries when they're attacked by dogs. >> I don't know what that means. OC >> pepper spray. >> After a while, the other woman called the suspect's attorney. >> What are you arresting her for? >> I don't have to tell you, ma'am. >> You don't have to tell her attorney? >> I do not. >> You don't have to tell. >> I can't confirm who who you're on the phone with. >> You told her? She already knows what she's being arrested for. >> We've already told her. I told her over there when I put her in handcuffs. >> But then I passed out. What are you put What are you What are you arresting me for? >> Aggravating stalking. >> Aggravated stalking. Felony. >> Yes. >> Felony. No bail. >> She's been arrested on that and bonded out. >> Well, she just did it again today. So, >> excuse me. >> Yes. They're saying when you and went or went over there, I was within 200 feet of their residence. They got the two houses screwed up and lied to him. >> Like he does every time. So, how's that? Huh? >> Huh? >> Lied to you. >> How do I make this on speaker? >> Push speaker. I can hear you now. Deputy. >> It's Debbie. >> You listen to me or not? I was the one taking photos. I was there based on a case I currently represent her on. She did not belong for her property at all. So, those people are lying. And if you go into a then this becomes a not a strict liability. You're aware of what I'm telling you. And if you don't consider that as part of what's happening here, it's it actually improper for you not to >> look at each other so that your cameras are picking up your snubby little faces. >> You don't have probable cause to arrest her for you know whatever is. >> Yes. >> One of them said yes. >> That would be Vladimir. Well, let me just say the next call I'm making is I'm not even going to say that's fine. I am telling you now I was the one who took pictures and approached the other gentlemen. My client, Miss was never on her property. And for you to ignore that and arrest her is not a valid arrest. Officer Stubs THREW THE CARD ON THE FLOOR AND THREW me in handcuffs. I started having heart palpitations. >> Don't do it. Okay, I'll get him back. >> Control your dog. >> Please go put him up. >> Over here to see the card so I can read the card. >> You should have told me that. Okay. Instead of just coming up to me. >> I didn't want to interrupt. >> Can you put the dog up? Is there a way to put the dog up? >> Can I put the dog up? Can you bring me up? >> You are in handcuffs and being arrested and taken to jail. >> Can you Can you bring me over? No. Ma'am, can you put the dog up, please? >> You can put him in the house. >> Worrying about her dog, she agreed to walk to the car, but she immediately started acting up once she was out of the gate. >> Wait, wait, wait. My dog. >> My My dog is going to get killed. Can I please? >> Can you step out of the gate so that way we don't have to deal with your dog anymore? Are you going to faint again? >> I hope not. You want me to guard? Help me up. Help me up. Help me up. >> You can. You're on both of your feet. Just stand up. >> I can't. I have a mechanical leg. >> Stand up. Here. Okay. This way. This way. >> Go in. >> No side. Willie, can you close the gate, please? >> No, ma'am. I'm I'm done. I'm trying. >> We can get it. We can get it. >> I'll get it now. >> Step over here. >> THEY'RE KIDNAPPING ME. THEY'RE KIDNAPPING ME. YOU KNOW, >> WAIT. My dog's lying piece of [ __ ] You piece of >> THEY'RE KIDNAPPING ME. STOP, ZIZZLE. >> And she's doing it again. >> She's going in this one. She's fainted again. >> Oh, yeah. >> I don't know. I don't know where they're at. >> They should have been here already. Miss Deborah, you have a great pulse. >> And you're making noise, so you're breathing. >> Since the ambulance was already there, the officer let the EMS check on her. >> You hear me? Hey, ma'am. Hey, talk to me. We need you to talk to me. >> What's going on? Bring it. Slow down. >> You going to put her on the stretcher? Yeah. >> You want me to take the handcuffs off of her? Show them again. >> Uh, yeah, if you don't mind. >> All right. >> What's your name? >> Deborah. >> Deborah, can you talk to me? Look at me. There we go. Stretch your leg out. In the end, this woman was charged with aggravated stalking and violation of an injunction. She is issued a $15,000 bond. Moving on to the next case where this woman dared to bathe in the neighborhood's fountain. >> Yeah. Is >> there a reason why you were bathing? >> We weren't bathed. >> I just saw the pictures and you >> The pictures weren't there. What did that teller >> and then we just went to come back? No. >> Stop. On September 30th, 2024, officers responded to a call about a woman bathing in a fountain near the entrance of a community. Here's what happened next. >> Hey, ma'am. Ma'am, how you doing? Ma'am, come over here. >> Talking to you. >> Hey, stop. >> We are seven, bro. 61 with the subject. What's going on? >> Nothing is going well. We're going to the store. >> Who's going? Who's we? >> I am going to the store. >> You're going to the store? What store? >> Edward Park Lane. >> Okay. Um, so I got a complaint saying that you're pretty much naked over here. And >> that did not happen. >> Are you sure? Cuz they got video of you. >> No, they don't. >> You can go check. Oh, my partner's over there checking right now. >> That's why I said >> um No, you're not pretty good right now, man. I'm doing an investigation. >> You are not doing >> Do you have an ID? >> I'm going to snip my gym. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> What? What's your first name? >> It's not October first yet. >> No, not yet. What's your first name? I can't >> I can't hear you. Sorry. >> Anna. >> Anna. >> Yep. >> After getting the woman's name, the officer then tried to verify it, which got a really strong reaction from her. >> We're just going to verify that. >> No, you don't have to verify it. You have to stop by. >> We do not. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. >> Nope. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you do not. Shut up. >> Telling me to shut up. >> I know you're not telling me to shut up. >> Oh, yes. >> I'm just talking to you. Why you >> don't stop it? Why you being so rude to me? Have I been rude to you, >> Claire? >> I don't think I've been rude to you. >> That's enough. Zip it. >> Zip it. I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> No, you. >> No, I'm not. All right. Well, let me just uh run you real quick. Make sure you >> You may not run me nothing. >> Okay. So, are you sure this is your name? Anna. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Cuz if I run this name and it's not you, then I'm going to have to arrest you for false information. So, make sure you give me the right date of birth and your full name. >> I already given it. >> Okay. You got a middle name, Anna? >> No. >> No. All right. Well, my partner's right there. He's confirming with this uh complainant. Make sure everything is good before we let you go. >> We don't have to move. After a while, another officer confirmed the caller's photo showed the woman naked inside that fountain with zero regard for public decency. >> I'm running her now. So, but she don't have an ID. She gave me a name. >> Date of birth. >> You already did. >> What's your name? >> I already gave it to him. >> I know. >> Okay, but I'm asking you. What's her name? >> I already gave it to him. You're not getting it exactly. All right. >> Just let me know when you're at whenever you're ready. Yeah, pretty much. >> There reason why you were bathing? >> We weren't fa. >> Well, you were. >> No, your cameras they they can prove they have it. >> Okay. >> I just saw the pictures that you >> The pictures weren't there. What did they What color are they? >> What color is the person's picture? What colors were that picture? >> Where do you Where do you live? >> That's none of your business. I'm not required to tell you. You're not special cuz you're an illegal police room, are you? Okay. He's trying to help out. >> No, you are not trying to help out. You >> won't give me your name. >> Yeah, you got that information already. >> All right. Where were you heading to? >> This show. >> And then we'll just wait until we come back. >> No. >> Ma'am, stop. Ma'am, stop. Stop. Ma'am. Ma'am, there's no point. Ma'am, >> you too, bro. >> Huh? She hit you. All right. Well, you got a >> All right, ma'am. >> Now, I'm going to ask you to stop resisting, please, and roll over. Give us your other arm now. Now. that back. >> It's cuz she's ma'am. Stop resisting. >> Why is she looking just getting over records back on her? We're going to need uh point two to come here with a rapid ID. After securing this woman in handcuffs, the officers then moved her to the squad car and try to get her fingerprint since the name she gave was fake. >> We'll get her for that and then >> All right, we're going to go see our car. >> Stand up. Two, three. >> Yeah, we don't bite people. >> Is there anything that's going to There better not be anything. Have a seat. Do me a favor. Step back for a second. >> What? >> Cuz we got to get your fingerprint. >> Yeah. >> Turn around. Face my car. Face the car. >> Thank you. >> Keep it straight. >> Ma'am, you're going to break your finger. Stop. >> What is the reason? What's the point? >> Where's the phone? >> Ma'am. >> No, you're not getting it. >> Okay, then then you know they will give you another charge. >> That's resisting. >> We're not resisting you. I'm breaking the law. >> You're resisting. >> No, we are not. Yes, you are. Give me your middle finger. >> We giving you your lawful order. You're >> Give me your middle finger, please. Stop resisting. >> We are You are breaking the law. >> No, I'm not. Go ahead, man. It's not We have to start again. It's too late. We have to redo the first one. Put him back in the car. Come on. >> Get in the car. >> You're not going to snap. >> It's back. >> Really? You want another charge? >> I don't care. You're not going to think it might help me. >> No hit. >> No, it nothing. >> No, of course. In the end, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of resisting without violence. Moving on to the next case where a racist woman learned a hard lesson after pepper- spraying her neighbor. >> She tased me THROUGH THE DOOR WHILE MY KID IN THE car >> pepper sprayed me. >> She must believe. She kept grabbing my hair, punching me in the face a couple times. >> Now the kids are going to be taken. On December 28th, 2024, officers responded to a residence regarding a woman attempting to tase another person after she was refused a cigarette. Here's what happened next. >> Hey, she just tried to attack my wife. You tried to tase my wife. My wife got her right there. >> She tased me through the DOOR WHILE MY KID IN THE CAR. >> LET ME GO. >> Just uh step inside real quick and I'll let me let me >> I don't listen. I don't live here. I got out of the car. She tased me while my kid in the car. >> Okay, I got her. Let her let her go. >> Stand up. All right. >> He will not let go of me. >> Where are they at? >> Like which car they Which car are you guys in? >> That one. The white one. >> The white car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can y'all do me a favor and just have a seat in the white car while I >> figure out what's going on? >> Sprayed me while my son >> Do you need a car? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. >> All right. Just have a seat. Have a seat in the car for me real quick while I talk to her. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate you. Okay. Tell me tell me what happened. >> The pepper spray is old for one thing. She's like, "What the hell is that?" I said, "It's not even first." Her son was not even in the car. >> Okay. >> But I I kept asking her, "Let go of me. Let go of me. You can even ask him." >> Okay. So, did she hit you? >> Yeah. She kept punching me in the mouth and stuff and punched me in my eye. >> Okay. Um, >> my lips swollen. Yeah, I see where she hit you in the eye. >> Okay. So, why did all this transpire? [music] >> Because I asked her nicely to keep the dogs down and I come out here. I brought took the trash out and she's like, "You have no reason to sit there and say stuff because I hear your old man." I said, "Y'all live right above us." Me and my old man don't even argue. >> Okay. >> They wouldn't keep it down and stuff. And we got two kids. My daughter, she had to go to the hospital a couple times and she asked to go to the doctor. She started running her mouth and stuff and started laughing in my face and she hit me once. I said, "See, that's why I don't like people. That's why I don't like apartment stuff cuz people want to sit there and run their mouth." >> Yeah. >> And she go and stuff. She kept grabbing my hair and punching me in the face a couple times. >> Yeah. >> She wouldn't let go of me. >> So, did you did you tase her? No, it was dead. >> Okay, >> but I have to protect myself. I have a hernia. >> Let's uh let's walk inside. Can is that okay? >> Can you roll EMS? Uh she got sprayed in the face with someone on the object. Can you >> No, she never got sprayed out. >> No, [snorts] I want EMS to come and check. >> The officer then got the woman inside her house to continue his investigation. >> She got any marks or anything on her? Uh, other than the tears and [snorts] what have you, >> but I never sprayed her with any pepper spray. The pepper spray was old and even it was >> you sprayed you spray something on her face cuz you what you got on your shirt like she was on the ground. Who was on the ground? >> She was when I got here. >> Okay. Was she on the ground because cuz she tried to tell her she beat her ass or >> No, I was back toward the house. My daughter is sh >> Did you ask her for a cigarette? Yeah, I asked her for a cigarette >> and she told you what? >> She's like, "But you don't have no reason to sit there and say anything about my dog." Blah, blah, blah. We hear that all damn night. >> Okay. >> But I've asked him nicely or whatever. I mean, this is only second night that I've asked him, but we got a sick kid. We got a sick kid that been to the hospital for the past month for three times for an ear infection and stuff. And then she's got to go about to lose the doctor Monday. >> Her ear is still hurting and stuff, but she's like, "You had nothing to talk after." The only thing I did was walk out there when she was sitting the car, asked her for the cigarette. And then she started running off. >> And you asked her to keep the dog from barking. And then what happened? >> Well, at first I asked her husband or her son or whatever if he keep the dog wet. He's like, "Well, I'll try to, but my our son's coming down here and stuff, and they're dogs. They're gonna bark." I said, "Yeah, I know. I get that they're going to bark, but it's like y'all are scraping stuff across the floor and stuff, but after I went up there and asked for for a cigarette, she started saying stuff, but y'all have no reason to talk about dogs barking and stuff. We hear you and the kids and all that down there." And so, you put yellow water up there. My daughter's sick and we got two young kids that are trying to sleep. >> Yeah. >> But I know that that freaking pepper spray barely had touched her because I mean it's old. I couldn't even get it sprayed on my hand. >> Yeah. >> After getting this woman's statement, the officer then went outside to talk to the other party. >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Raquel Marlo. >> Raquel. Nice to meet you. >> Nice to meet you. >> Okay. So, what happened? >> I don't know what happened. >> From start to finish. Okay. So, this is what I've I'll tell you what I've got so far. Okay. She said she was inside >> and she came outside to throw the trash away. While she was outside, she asked you for a cigarette and she asked your boyfriend or husband. Who was that? >> My husband. >> Husband. She asked your husband to keep the dogs down. And then the fight started. >> Listen. No. My husband was not even outside. >> Okay. >> He went upstairs just like I said. We go and we we walk the dogs about this time cuz we both work he work at Carvana. I work at McDonald's. Okay. So, we have to take the dogs out because we gonna be gone. >> Okay. >> Okay. He came out. He He took the dogs. That was it. He went upstairs. I drove off and came back cuz I'm going to Blair'sville to go watch my grandkids. She comes outside, asked me for a cigarette. I said, "No, I ain't got no cigarette." She started going like this and she said, "You black." I asked for a cigarette. And then she's like, "Okay, okay, I got you." So, she went in the house. I'm waiting on him. The window was rolled down. >> She comes outside. She sprays me with something and all I felt was my lip burning. She went back in the house. She said, "I got something for you. I'm going to get the taser." I'm sitting up there laughing because she already done fell cuz she how something. She already done um fell. Then when she came back out, she had a light on it and then she reached through the door and started tasing me with my jacket. I felt it right here >> and then I had her head through the window and then I was getting out of the car and she kept on and kept on impressing the thing. >> Okay. So, um, as I got out, I was hitting her and then she ran over that way and then she took the taser again and started trying to hit my leg and that's when we fighting and she started calling her husband and he ran to the door and was trying to um take the taser from her >> and he was she was like, "Please, I got kids." I said, "You should have thought of that. My stepson in the car, he seen the whole thing." >> Okay. Yeah. And that's when I had her down and she still had the light. I had the I had the taser and I had her hair. And then the son came out. I said I told him I said, "Baby, I'm sorry. Go back in the house." And my stepson came out and then I said and then she was like, "Please, please don't call the police. I got kids." I said, "You should have thought about that." and my stepson is in the car and that and then I held her down until until y'all came and the husband was like, "Now the kids are going to be taken." I said, "She should have thought about that before she sprayed me in my face." >> Mhm. >> And that was it. She howled or something because when she came to the car, you know, she was going like this and she slit. >> So that that's all I didn't do nothing to her. >> Okay. So after So after she sprayed you, I assume that's what all that is too. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. So after she sprayed you, that's And then she went >> back to the house. >> Yeah, she >> and then she came back out and tried to tase you and that's whenever you defended yourself. >> Yeah, that's what I was defending myself. So apparently the woman in the green top went out to ask for a cigarette. Got a no for an answer. Didn't like it. Started to be racist. Pepper sprayed the lady, tased her with a child in the car, and got beaten up or fell on her own. The definition of messing around and finding out. Huh. >> You witnessed all this as well. >> Yeah. I witnessed most of it. Like I said, I part of it I was upstairs and then when I came downstairs, I got when I got in the car, I witnessed the the tasing her, you know, that's when >> she was like, "What? What's wrong with you?" And then so >> you guys, >> that's when the fight started. I just went on ahead and called 911. >> Okay. And then the children were in the car. >> Yeah. My son is in the car now. >> How old is he? >> He's 13. >> Okay. >> Cuz I was just going to see if it was all right for me to possibly take him upstairs or something. >> Yeah, you can take him upstairs. Um, >> I mean, I'll come back down. No problem. But I >> Do you mind uh writing a witness statement for me? >> No, I don't mind. >> Okay. >> I just want to get help. >> Yeah, by all means, go ahead. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Do what you need to do with that. >> This is This is his first night with me. >> Oh, no. >> I'm sorry about that, man. >> Just like I told the landlord, I'm tired of this. I pay $1250 a month. He don't He don't go through nothing. We got people over here that just moved over here selling drugs. You got her going to door to door asking for damn eyes for weed and other kind of drug. >> Yeah. >> She don't even freaking know me. >> I work. I don't bother nobody. I come in the house. I go to work. I speak to her. That's it. Ain't never had no dang on ain't never had no problems. Now she want to see >> like when she coming out now, she get she she's she's on something. >> And I know y'all probably tired of coming out here. It's always me. >> It's fine. >> It's >> Is it always you? >> Yes. Listen, he had people move over here before >> we we wake up. We had Helen Clarksville. We had the police and then we had the SWAT team and everybody because of them over here. Yeah. Now she done moved in. That man, he works every day. I feel sorry for him. And when she work she thought that she was going to fall. She thought she was going to get away with it. >> You want a napkin or something for your eye? >> No. You >> sure? >> Yeah. I'm talking burning on my lip. I don't know what she sprayed anywhere. >> This is going to sound really stupid, but I'm going to ask the question regardless. What do you want me to do? >> I I want to press charges. >> Good enough for me. >> Mhm. because I didn't even know what he was going to do cuz she started screaming for him >> and before y'all got here he was trying to take the taser from him >> from her so she so he can take it in the house. Yeah. >> I mean I feel sorry for the kids but she didn't give a care about my stepson as she tasing me in the car. >> Yeah. >> And I didn't even do nothing. She tased me through the window. >> I got you. Okay. So this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to give you both uh witness statement forms. >> Okay. And so that way you guys can write down what >> After finishing taking the victim's statement, the officer then went into the house to put the woman under arrest. >> Crazy. Okay. So, um, spoke to the other party and what I deemed is you were the one who was at fault here. You're the predominant aggressor. So, I'm going to go ahead and have you put those down. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. What do you say? Hey, can I hand him stuff in my bra real quick? >> What's in your draw? >> Yeah, what's in there? >> She's got her credit cards and stuff. >> Why don't you get patted down? [clears throat] >> Yeah. >> I mean, if he needs to bail me out, he needs >> I understand that she searched. >> All right. She's going to search mine. So, >> thank you. >> You have anything on six. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> I don't I don't really have any. >> No, you had something. So, don't [ __ ] How much did you drink? >> Is vodka. >> Okay. So, you had alcohol. >> You think your you think your intoxication uh aided in this? >> But uh >> yes or no? >> No. >> Yes. I think it >> just it looks like there's something still in there. So, I'm going to go through the top with a flashlight and look down. >> There's nothing there. >> You just have to make sure. >> And there's a lighter right there. My daughter used the head to hair. >> You can't tell me you ain't been drinking cuz it it is strong. extremely strong. >> Horrible. >> I talked to her husband. >> I talked to her husband or I don't know what he >> Okay, you're going to come with me. You need to get a flashlight out so you can see where you're going. >> And I do have a hern. I don't give a crap. >> Be careful stepping up in there. Before you step in there, let me just say this. >> That's what I asked for. >> I know. I know. All right. Listen. I have checked my back seat and there's absolutely nothing in my back seat. If I find something in my back seat, >> you're not going to >> Okay, I'm just letting you know. Okay. >> I don't like going to do those. Not the first time. >> Okay. >> The second time. >> All right. I got you. >> It hurts. >> Just got the heat on for you. >> Yeah, I got the heat on. You okay? >> Yeah. >> That's some rough stuff whenever it starts kicking in, huh? >> Is there anything? >> I guess it was the the the drilling. Yeah. >> You want to know the cheat code for it? >> What? >> Fill the fill the [snorts] kitchen sink up with luke lukewarm water. >> Dump some Dawn dish soap in there and dunk your head repeatedly a few times. And then [snorts] uh dunk your head like submerge your face and start blinking a bunch. >> Okay. >> And do that a couple [snorts] times and then you you'll be able to take a shower and it won't get all over you. >> Okay. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Okay. Do y'all need anything else? >> No. I was coming to give this to y'all. Okay. [snorts] >> Do you need anything else? >> No. [sighs] >> Okay. I'm sorry this happened to you. >> That's okay. I really didn't think I just thought she was drunk and she wasn't going to do nothing until she came back out. Yeah. >> The woman was charged with aggravated assault, thirdderee cruelty to children, and disorderly conduct. Let's move on to the next case where a drunk woman ding-dong ditched her neighbor. So so quick to call the cops. Why are you so scared to have a little confrontation? Go. I'll stand here all night. I don't care. >> On March 17th, 2025, officers were called to a neighborhood after receiving multiple noise complaints. >> What's going on? >> Not much. How are you? >> We got a noise complaint. Are you guys being loud? >> I don't think so. >> I mean, honestly. Okay. I think there was another police officer that said that there was a complaint of us being loud and we >> if we're being completely honest >> said we were having a casual >> the man is probably from that man right the resident >> I don't know it just said noise complaint here in the median I know this is the second call >> I know it's from that man and I'm not trying to be mean he's an [ __ ] >> I we just talking >> we're literally just out here existing and he is is an [ __ ] and he is not happy that we're out here for whatever reason. >> All right, so keep it down. >> You're not being >> get called again. Then we're going to have to start looking at disorderly type stuff. >> Really? >> Okay. >> If it's from the same person every If it was if it was multiple people, I would understand. >> And I don't know. >> I know it's >> I'd have to I'd have to go try to find who called. No, I know for a fact both of them are from him. That is not our fault that he is just an [ __ ] If it was from multiple people in the area, okay, I would understand. But the fact that he is just being an [ __ ] and saying something about us multiple times. >> Did you have any interaction with him? >> Yes. Earlier, it wasn't even me. It wasn't even us. It was there were other people that live here. >> Mhm. >> Two other women. They were outside and he came out and he was like, he was rude. Thank you. >> Okay. Well, you guys are talking. Just keep it down. >> So hopefully whoever it is doesn't call again. >> The case should have ended there, right? But after the officer left, she went to the door of the man she believed had complained and started bothering him using her drunk, crooked voice. I'm not I don't care about a neighborhood bully. I do not care. >> Okay, it's not necessary now. >> I don't care. Why don't you and >> Huh? You're so so quick to call the cops. Why are you so scared to have a little confrontation? Huh? Here we are. Let's go. I'll stand here all night. I don't care. Whatever you want. >> What are we doing? The cops back again. >> That is the voice of a drunk woman who hasn't shut up in the last 8 hours. No surprise. The neighbor called the cops on her. And with how disruptive she was, they ended up calling again to deal with her. [ __ ] >> again. Jesus Christ. >> Oh, what' they do? Call you again? >> Yeah. What's going on? >> Call you again because I'm knocking on the door. >> Yeah, what's going on? >> I'm trying to confront them about calling the cops on us. So, I was knocking on their door. >> Okay. >> And they won't even answer in here. They are calling you again to come to their door. >> Okay. So, what's the issue in the first place? Why were Why were the cops called the first time? Literally no issue. It was me and two other men who was sitting in those chairs. >> Okay. >> Waiting for the parade to start. We were minding our own business. Nothing to do with them. >> Mhm. >> This is the second time. That That's one issue. The first issue it was me and two other women who live here on this property. We were sitting over here. We were having our own time. One of I don't know who it was. I don't know either of them. One of the men came out and came up to us and was like, "You need to quiet down. It was not on their property." >> It's 3:00 in the morning and these poor officers are too tired to keep dealing with this. So, they just ended it quickly by putting her under arrest on the spot. >> Remember I just warned you what was going to happen if I came back? >> No, you never said anything. >> You're going in handcuffs >> for what? >> Public drunkenness. >> I am. >> Come here. I'm not playing I'm not playing this game for the rest of the morning. Come here, >> guys. I literally >> turn around. >> What he says? >> Okay. Okay. Like I do not understand what is the issue. >> Uh being drunk in public is the issue. >> This is the fourth time we've had. >> But it wasn't about me. It was >> It's been about you this whole time. >> No, I'm staying in that Airbnb right there. They were being ridiculous. >> There were me and two men sitting over there minding our business. We were not doing anything. I promise I was not doing anything. >> 26 one white female 1095. >> I don't know what to say. I didn't even I was literally not doing anything. I'm staying at that Airbnb right there. They are being ridiculous. What is so wrong about that? >> All right. Have a seat till we wait for a female to come and search you. >> Okay. They were just being so mean. They were being so mean. >> And unfortunately for you, it's not illegal to be an [ __ ] So, >> but like what is illegal about me trying to talk to them? >> It's illegal for you to be drunk in public. >> I'm not. >> You really think I deserve to be behind bars for this? >> I warned you. >> What do you mean? You never warned me. The last time I was here, I said if I get called back, we would have to be looking at a disorderly charge and I got called back not even 5 minutes after I left. >> I didn't Okay, can you not agree that those men are just ridiculous? >> They're just trying to sleep. They have to work in the morning. All >> the woman is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Moving on to the next case where a neighbor from hell gets a visit from the police which she won't forget. >> Are you a person? >> I think so. Last chance. >> I know the law. >> I'm a princess. Lord, release me in Jesus name. Amen. I have no I was vice president. Let me show you how crazy and drunk I am. I want to kill you. >> Hey dude, I would date you. >> I'm having a heart attack. On April 8th, 2024, officers responded to a residence regarding a woman causing a loud disturbance by harassing neighbors and lying that a killer was hiding in their camper. As soon as the officer heard the scream from afar, he knew this case wasn't going to be easy. >> Hey, Cherry, >> come here. You >> Cherry, >> you come here. >> I am. >> Don't go inside. Get out here, Sherry. Hey, >> it's my yard. What are you going to do? I dare you. >> Are you going to talk to me? >> It's my way. It's my yard. >> Are you going to talk to me or not? >> No. I want to be left alone. I want No, they spy on me. So, I got to put boxes to block their hill. >> Well, if you'd like to have a civil conversation, >> I've been robbed by this this guy. >> Sherry, I will talk to you, but I will not be yelled >> at my name. How the do you know who the I am? >> I will not talk to you. Going to yell at me and swear at me. >> Hey, dude. >> But I'd be happy to talk to you. >> Are you Italian? >> Yes. >> Thank you. Me, too. >> Would you like to have a conversation or not? >> No. >> Okay, I'll leave them. >> I want them gone. I want them to keep their mind, their eyes, their nose in their own business. >> You either want to talk or you don't. You're telling me you don't, but then you're still talking to me. Do you want to have a conversation or not? >> What's your first name? >> Deputy Vince Pentine. >> What's your first name? >> Vince, >> are you a person? >> I think so. >> A human being? >> I believe so. >> A man? >> As far as I know. >> American. >> Yep. >> We're in a race. Do you want to have a conversation or not? >> Raised in America. >> Okay. I've asked >> I I'm not done asking my question. >> Take care. >> With how agitated she was, there was no chance the officer could talk to her. So, he came to speak to the neighbor to learn more about what had happened. >> She's not a fan of me. >> She's not a fan of me either. >> What's going on? >> She does this all the time. >> I'm sure that you have records of all these. I haven't personally been here, but I'm sure. Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. So, what today took place? >> I don't know. I I just got home from work. My wife was sitting >> on just drinking my water and relaxing, getting some sunshine, and she starts she comes out. She starts yelling and calling me a fatoo and all kinds of horrible things. >> Okay. >> And I So, I just went in the house cuz I didn't want to confront her. And he I said [cheering] I said, "Sherry, he's yelling at me." who goes out and what's the matter with you? She still thinks somebody's living in our camper. She She did it on, you know, that neighborhood neighborhood. >> Yeah, you guys got records of all that. >> She accused us of harboring. >> We just opened it for the first time yesterday and put the slides out. It's your camper. You can do whatever you want with it in my book. >> We walked in it yesterday or Sunday and I was changing the curtains and stuff and so we opened it for the first time since winter, >> which is our normal procedure. You know, we don't camp except in the summer and in the spring and fall. >> Say you can't say. >> Do you guys want her charged? >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. >> The officer then returned to the woman to deal with her. However, she decided to be even more stupid by hiding in her house, thinking it would keep her safe. >> Sherry, you're under arrest. If you go in that house, you're going to get charged with resisting. >> Sherry, you're under arrest. You're under arrest. So, either come out or you're getting charged with resisting. Last chance. >> I know the law. >> Okay. Come here. >> I ain't coming near you and you cannot come in here. I know the law. >> I can get a warrant and kick your door in if you'd prefer. >> Go get a warrant. Okay. >> Go get a warrant, mother, cuz that's where it's going to take. >> Right now, just so you're aware, >> you're under arrest for resisting arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> You are. >> I'm in my house. I >> I'm telling you, you're under arrest. That's not a safe space. >> Okay. >> I'm in my house. >> You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. >> I did nothing >> and resisting arrest because you went in your house after I advise you you're under arrest. So, you can either come out >> or I'll put out a warrant. >> Okay. Do that. >> Nope. >> Well, then if you think you have all these rights, why can't you just open this door and come and get me? >> I'm not going to. >> Oh, why? >> Cuz I'm not going to get in a fight with you. >> Why? Because my Lord says you can't. Because you know what? The law says you can't. The law says you can't come to my house in my yard and with me. >> You also can't run from the police. >> I'm not running. I'm in my house. >> Why would I run from my own house? >> Because I put you under arrest when you were outside. Yeah. I advise you you were under arrest. >> You did not. >> I did. >> No. And I'm not under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> I did nothing wrong. >> I am not under arrest. >> Okay. >> At all whatsoever. I did nothing wrong. It's not against the law. When she comes out and rants and she yells and screams and >> How long has she been living here then? >> A couple years. >> Couple years, huh? And she's always consistent like that. Is there anything that sets her up? >> Then she attacked >> Yep. She attacks them all the time, too. They live down below. >> Oh, I mean, >> did she do that today to you guys? >> No, this been going on the last couple years. >> Okay. >> Um, she sent me 170 text messages in 11 hours. >> Oh, jeez. You gave her your number. [laughter] Oh, >> that's cuz I was mowing over there >> for the owner. >> Okay. >> Nobody else can get along with her. He would He lives in Illinois. >> What's his It's Mike. >> As the officers are waiting for the warrant to come through, she suddenly decided to leave the house. The officer then immediately rushed in to arrest her. I'm >> on my my own. >> No, you don't. behind your back. >> No. No. >> Wait. Wait. Wait. >> What is it? >> I'm not. >> What is Why are you doing this? >> Stop fighting. >> Where's my phone? >> You guys got cuss out to us. You need an ambulance. >> Yes. Okay. >> What's hurting? >> Everything. >> What's hurting the worst? >> I mean, >> what's hurting the worst, man? >> I'm hurt. You're high. >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. In Jesus name, I need you now. >> Can you breathe okay right now, ma'am? >> No. >> All right. Just put in the recovery position if you can. >> Yeah. I won't fight. I won't fight. >> I'm just going to put you on your side. Okay. >> I want you to make sure you're breathing. Okay. >> Wait. Is it left side or right side? >> You want to sit up on your belly? I mean, your your butt. No. >> All right. We're going to do that. But you start fighting. You're going to go right back on the ground. Okay. After she was put in handcuffs, she started to spew out nonsense after nonsense. >> No, it's like a joy. >> How much you had to drink today? >> One bottle of wine. >> One bottle. >> Yeah. All right. >> All of it. All of it. Please. I think it's mostly. >> Come on, dude. Use the back of your hand. >> I'm getting it. >> You know what I mean? >> I'm getting it. >> I'm a girl. I'm a I'm a princess, too. >> All right. Put your glasses on. >> Wait. Are you sure? >> I'm sure. >> Do it all. >> I I got as much as I can here. Okay. But just just just take it all and just go die. >> There you go. You're good. You're good. >> How? Lord, it's me. Father, you know me. I need them just to get away from me. Lord, release me in Jesus name. Amen. I did nothing wrong. You know, you're not doing that to my feet. >> We don't want you to keep >> You will not do that to my feet. I'm no you dare. Don't you think you don't need to throw racial slur? >> Don't you think you can? Don't you think you're Don't you think you're >> because you've already fought with us once and you're trying to get out of your >> No, Michael's trying to get this. You know what? My lord. >> You know what? His wife stole my identity. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> One bottle of wine. >> Sherry, let go right here. Let go this. >> No. >> Sherry, let you don't want this to get worse. Okay. Just Just put that on there. >> When I get out of here, I'm coming back. Damages. Is there anybody else inside the house though, ma'am? >> Yeah. Who? >> And then they're armed, too. They got weapons. >> Who? >> Why do you want to know? >> Because I want to say hi to them. >> I don't want anyone coming out to hurt us. >> Go on in there and see. >> Any dogs? >> Go check them. >> Any cats? >> Go check them. >> Any hamsters? >> Go check. Why don't you go check? >> How about we just call Mike find out? >> Call Mike and find out. >> Why don't you talk to Mike? >> The office for a warrant. >> Uh, he threatened to kick me out yesterday. >> Okay. Yeah, I'm his vice president. So, he married this >> Why is he Why is he trying to kick you out? >> Because he's married this fat quarter gold digger and um and she was jealous of me, right? >> So, I made him $15 million. >> $15 million. >> Oh, dude. 30 30 years, 95 hours a week. I was >> What job is it? >> Vice president of the firm. >> I was a media firm. >> Media a real estate magazine publishing firm. Yeah. >> So, what I did was I built relationships with people >> and I taught them how to get along with each other. Wait, hold on. If you're anything Oh, that's raining. I need an ambulance. >> They're coming. We're going to get you checked out. >> You got a little dirt on you. >> Let me help you out, >> mother. >> Hey, I've been nice to you. >> Yeah. >> As they're waiting for the ambulance to arrive, the officers asked her to do a breathalyzer test. Can I see how much you've had a drink, ma'am? >> Yeah. >> Can you just do me a favor? >> Yeah. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Yeah. Hurry up. Hurry up. I want to blow, mother. I want to blow. Let me show you how crazy and drunk I am. >> Just nice and steady. Okay. >> Yeah. Nice and steady and slow. >> Okay. Good. That'll work. That'll work. >> Yeah. 08. >> Oh, I still got to think. >> You okay? >> What? Did I drive a car? Oh, are we worried? >> Oh, is that a problem? 098. 098. It's like five points above somebody driving. I can't breathe. >> I can't breathe. I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a heart attack. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> At the hospital, she started acting crazy again. >> Yeah, that's not going to happen. Here's what's going to happen. >> It hurts me. >> Well, stop fighting and then it won't hurt. >> Father, in Jesus name, forgive them for they know not what they do. >> In Jesus name. Amen. Amen. >> Why do you, >> Father? I'm having a heart attack. >> Why do you say that? >> I need a doctor. I need a nurse. >> I need only a doctor. I need a nurse. >> Nurse is the one talking to you. >> I need a doctor. I need a nurse. >> I'm a nurse. >> I need a doctor. I need a doctor. >> Okay. Well, >> I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a heart attack. >> Okay. >> I need a doctor. >> I'll talk to you. >> I need a doctor. >> You could just cooperate with us. >> I PRAY THE BLOOD OF JESUS WITH FOR PROTECTION OVER ME IN JESUS NAME. AMEN. Father in heaven, my Lord. I PRAY THE BLOOD OF JESUS FOR PROTECTION OVER ME. In Jesus name. Amen. In the end, this woman is charged with disorderly conduct by causing a disturbance and resisting or obstructing an officer. Moving on to the next case where this woman terrorizes the entire neighborhood >> phone and someone said she called 12 times saying I broke something and I got two different people said they saw her do it. >> Bother anybody. She is actually dangerous to the people in the housing >> and she's nuttier. I'm sorry she is. Honey, >> I am willing to take a lie detector test because I did not do this during >> on March 22nd, 2025, officers responded to an ongoing neighbor dispute where it's worth noting that the caller who had moved into the neighborhood 3 months earlier had contacted the police more than 100 times before this incident. Dear God, here's what happened next today. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Hi. Uh, did you you call and say there was a kid that got bit by a dog? >> Can you come in, please? >> Yeah. >> Sorry about the mess. >> That's okay. >> I don't want these people I don't I don't want to um I already don't like this lady over here at all whatsoever. At all. Not at all. >> Okay. >> 2 and 1/2 months of it. I'm new here. I come here to start a new life to be in peace and I can't can't do it because every time I close my door she'll come up and hit this window. She'll come up and hit my bedroom window, hit the front, hit the back and it's like finally I had enough. So I gave a few choice words and then with few choice words today she went to everyone's door to try I guess to get be a witness on how I was sounding. I got sick of it. I don't want her over here. >> Okay. >> I've had I've made it clear to Melissa. I don't want her here. I don't want her [laughter] I don't know what to do anymore. >> What What started What started all the issues? Cuz I checked in our in our call system and it looks like you call pretty pretty regular. >> I don't want to. >> Okay. >> Cuz I was hearing her over by my bedroom for for a while back in the like the latter part of December and early part of January. And when I heard her, I said, "Get the away from my bedroom. I don't know who it was." When I would catch her, when she'd walk across here, I would jump up and go out to see who it was. And it looked like a guy to me or a a kid. >> If you meet an a-hole in the morning, you met an [ __ ] If you meet a-holes all day long, you're probably the a-hole. The same goes for this woman. >> Well, what made you think it was her? If it looked like a man or if it looked like kids. cuz I seen her come back around and go back up that way. And then I caught her the next night in the yard at the same time and she was coming up with her dog and I said, "Can you do your business? Can you have your dog do your business somewhere else?" And I caught her again and this this was her answer. My dogs walked me over there. You're the one who's in control of a >> The officer then went to speak with the neighbors and what he learned was the complete opposite of her story. >> Okay. I can't see. >> Well, I'm just trying to figure out what's, you know, why what the start of all this stuff. >> Me telling her I don't want her to do business. Don't cut Don't cut through. Don't go by my bedroom window. That was the start of it. >> I like the curtains. Very nice. >> Thank you. And then when Thank you. Um so, um she didn't like that. >> Okay. >> And that that's what fueled her more. >> Got you. And every time I had my doors closed, if she seen opportunity, she would stand up here at this uh fire hydrant. I would watch her when I would see her catch her through the window. She'd stand there and then she'll go back there and she would throw stuff up here at this cuz I guess she wants to knock the stuff off the window. All because I told her, "Please don't cut through. I don't want your dogs using this yard to go poop." That's it. >> Well, I tell you what. How about we do this? Cuz I want to go make sure that the everything's fine with the kiddo real quick. I'm not going to I'm not going to I'm not going to cause any any kind of ruckus. >> Tell them that I >> I just I just want to make sure they weren't bit or anything. I won't I won't make it to where you're having more issues with anybody else. But I'll come back in just a minute and talk to you. Okay. >> Did she say anything about me supposedly breaking a windshine? Because >> she thinks you stole it on there saying I broke her property and I have two witnesses here that said they seen her break it and then be on the phone. Yes. saying, "I broke her windchime." >> And she was on the phone and someone said she called 12 times saying, "I broke something." And I got two different people said they saw her do it. >> Her actually break a wind break the windchime. >> Yeah. She had >> She called us She called us a bunch last night about it. We didn't even >> Right. They said she called last night and my neighbors said they watched her do it and then they watched her on the phone and she said, "Oh no." Cuz she tried to say when I was gone a week ago that I smeared dog windows. I wasn't even here then. Well, she she says you knock on her window. >> I I have I don't even go. My landlord come to me and I've walked my dog from this way down and she steps out, starts recording me. I went over to my neighbor, ask for crink. That's when she started saying all the stuff I sent you. About an hour later, I went took my dog this way to go get cigarettes to at that bar. Walking back, she's right there recording me saying stuff again. I I don't Now today, all I do is walk out my door and she's recording me. And I'm like, why? And I guess because she said I destroyed her property, I didn't do anything. And every there's witnesses to that. They said, "No, she's not going to say you did that." Cuz they seen her do it and then seen her on the phone all night. >> Do you feel like she's like breaching your peace? Are you feeling harassed? >> Yes, definitely harassing me. It's It's ongoing. It's non-stop. I tried three different directions to go and she's out hollering all day today. I couldn't walk out my door. >> Have you considered going to the courthouse for a no stocking, no contact order? I haven't until if if she would just stop this. I don't really think that is a whole necessary, but I don't want to put my land lady through this crap. I try to do what she wanted me to do and it obviously still ain't working. So, if she keeps it up, I might check into that. I know she's got a lot of videos like when she was video recording me and one of the videos you could hear her stating that she's like, "If they won't if I take you to court and they don't do nothing, I will." I don't think she would try to hurt me, but I'll just have to go any further than that. I don't think so. But it's like really like, oh my god, I can't step out my doors. They could all let you know. I guess all around town, she's really causing issues. So, >> all right. All right. >> Okay. >> The officers continue to talk to more neighbors to get a little more testimony against her. >> A windchime. Do Do you have any idea what this where this infamous windchime was hanging before? >> It had like I don't go up there. I don't let kids go out cuz she was out there swinging a broom around yesterday and >> she seems to be unstable. I don't want kids out. >> They left. They just come home yesterday. They don't bother anybody. She is actually dangerous to the people in the housing if you ask me. I mean, I wouldn't want to see her go out of a night and walk her dog of a night because you don't know what that woman's going to do. >> You ever heard her threaten anybody or anything like that? >> She threatened her all the time. >> Like [ __ ] Well, she said, "Uh, come in my yard now." She's standing out there, >> just come out out of nowhere doing that, >> you know. Tiffany wasn't even in her yard. She walked over here and was talking to me. >> So, so would it would it be safe to say that she's probably disturbing the the piece here on the block? I would think so. Yeah. Well, I mean, you guys have to come out like three times a week. So, >> yeah. Guys, I Do you know anything about this infamous windshine? >> Yes, I can tell you all about this. >> Okay. >> It was getting dark. >> Okay. >> Come out the door. Yanked thating windchime off of there. >> Where was it hanging? >> On this side here. >> Oh, kind of like how you guys have your >> Yeah, on that side. >> Okay. >> Took that damn windsh. She took it in house. I don't know what she did with it. I've got half. >> Okay. No, SHE FOUND ME. >> MOLLY, >> get her. I can't talk with her doing that. Molly McGee, get in the house. >> She called us saying that she stole it. >> No, she Well, [laughter] then she's hid it >> in that house. That might been what she was doing. And that Tiffy didn't have a damn thing to do with that. >> Okay. >> And she's nuttier than homemade. I'm sorry, but she is. Honey. >> Well, Tiffany come up Tiffy come up today and asked if I had a can of cream style corn. And she didn't want to come out the door. She's come out that door and she's a camera. >> She has taped that girl all [laughter] stinking day. She won't leave Tiffany alone. >> I bet she's got enough tape on her to make a movie. >> This is nuts. This has got to stop. >> Did Did you find her behavior to be alarming or or provoking? >> Yes. >> Thank you guys for talking. >> The officer then returned to the woman to confront her about the situation. >> You both okay. >> So, are you writing me a citation? Um, well, there's So, I want to ask you about the um about last night. >> You're taking me to jail. >> No, no. I just I I'm going to be questioning you about it. So, I want to make sure that I that I read this to you. >> Um, okay. See, do you have the right to remain silent? Well, understand all that. Okay. So, about this windshine >> right here. >> The neighbors said that they saw that you come out and grab it. >> They lie on me all the time. I don't even know these people. How are they down here? >> How are >> I mean, it's it kind of seems like everybody on the block's actually kind of scared of you. >> Scared of me? >> Mhm. >> I've only been here 3 months. What is there to be scared? >> Well, they say they say they they say that you come out and you yell at them and you call name and stuff. >> Are they saying that? >> No. That So, it's I' I've talked to like half the people on the street in the past like 20 years. runner. They're lying for her. >> Okay. >> To make it out I'm crazy. >> The folks that I talked to wouldn't really have any reason to lie about your your windshine. >> They don't even know me. They don't even they're not down here. >> So, why why would they why would they lie about it? >> And why would they lie on me when they're not living here? >> So, I do want to make sure that you're aware that if you report a crime that didn't occur to law enforcement, that is a crime. Okay? That's false. False false reporting. It is not false reporting which you if you damage your own property or call us and say that somebody else did. That is a crime. >> I didn't do that. >> It is also a crime to shout obscinities at your neighbors. Um which I have video of you doing. >> Of course I admitted to that because I've had enough of her. >> So uh have you got your driver's license on you or anything? Have you got your ID on you? >> I had enough. when a person has enough and you just get a few choice words out of it. >> Um, so I'm going to I got to run out to my car and knock out some paperwork real quick. But >> something I I'm going to be willing to take a lie detector test. >> Well, we don't have the capability to do anything like that. But >> um they can't falsify cuz I am willing to take a lie detector test because I did not do this. Well, I've got I mean I've got I've got five people saying one thing and then I've got one person saying something else. So >> they're lying. >> Um just hang tight for me for just a minute. >> If you had a >> and then I'll be right back. >> Way to take for me to take a lie detector test at this courthouse or wherever the courthouse is. >> We don't >> I would do it in a minute. Less than a minute. >> All right. Well, I'll tell you what. You hang out for me and I'll be right back. Okay. Okay. >> I I don't want to be here no more. I'm leaving. This is absolute bull. >> Well, that's fine. >> You want those curtains? You can have them. >> I don't want I just I was just giving you a compliment. I don't want them. >> Sure. You and your wine for >> No, it's okay. >> I'm done. Um I I can't take this. >> We can We can talk more, but do you want to We can talk in the car if you want. >> Can I take my dog with me? I never leave my dog. She's old. >> Can she ride in the car? All right. >> Yeah. The woman is [music] charged with disorderly conduct and misuse of 911. >> Pick it up or you're going to get arrested. Go. That's a lawful order. >> Ma'am, you put her in my car, you're going to jail. >> You think I'm playing with you? >> That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. Come here. >> DON'T TOUCH NOBODY. >> On July 10th, 2024, officers responded to a service call. Upon arrival, they spoke with 47year-old Cassandra, who reported being sexually harassed by the owner of a repair shop. Here's what happened next. >> I'm waiting on the owner, bro. Y'all can't do that. >> Ma'am, you have your ID on you. >> You have your ID. >> Oh, no. Ain't no ain't going over there. Ain't nothing happening over there. >> I understand. But they want you trespass over. >> Ain't no trespasser with no crime over there. >> You don't need a crime. >> It's not a crime. Then you take over the office, sir. >> Trespassing is a crime. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Trespassing is a crime. question. Hold on a second question. >> Hold on a second. Let me ask >> I'm going to address one concern at a time. You said trespassing is not a crime. Trespassing is absolutely a crime. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Go ahead. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Go ahead. >> Did you take a oath of oath of affirmation? >> All right. So the oath of affirmation says all laws are no void. >> No, it doesn't. >> Under the article in the constitution under the sixth article, bro, they can say all laws are no void. >> No. Are you are you a mor citizen? >> Hold on. Hold on. Are you a [ __ ] >> Oh, no. I'm indigenous. I'm not a citizen. >> Okay. >> A citizen is an American that came over here. >> So, here's what I'm going to tell you. That car needs a license plate on it or I'm going to or I'm going to tow it off. >> Put it on there. I'm going to tow it. >> So, we got ourselves a sovereign citizen here. And from the look of it, she will get herself arrested in no time. >> No, that vehicle cannot be driven. You need a license plate on it. >> Yeah, I got a license plate. >> So, come put the license plate on it before you move it. >> It's in the shop. So go get it. >> It's in the shop. >> Ma'am, you're not driving that vehicle. Just leave it. Like I said, your trespass from that police department. You go back on there, you'll get arrested. Also, your license is suspended since last year. >> No, I turned all of that in. I don't >> I'm telling you right now, your license is suspended. You drive. You're going to either go to jail or get a ticket. >> I do not drive. >> I'm tell No, it's not. We can play this mor citizen all you want. You get behind that vehicle and operate that vehicle, I will take you to jail. Do you understand? >> No, it's not. You do not understand. Perfect. I'll make you understand when you get behind that wheel and I take you to jail. We can play this game all day, but I'm going to win at the end of the day. >> No, no, no. You're not getting in operating that vehicle on the roadways in the state of Florida. >> Perfect. Your license is suspended. >> I'm not worried about that, but I'm not a state. I'm not I'm not a boy. I'm indigenous and I'm not black and I'm not a person. >> Denying all she wants, but the way she talks and behaves exposed everything about her. She was then being trespassed upon by the repair shop. However, that information will only challenge her to do so. >> You go back on that property, you go to jail. >> Take a hold the office. >> Is that recorded? >> Take a hold of the office. >> I'm recording. If you go back on the property, you go to jail. >> I get the off this property. >> Have a good day. Think so. >> Name badge number. >> Name and badge number. >> Who? Me? >> Name and badge number. Are you asking all of us? Cuz we'll give it to you. >> Vilch 11306. It's on your piece of paper, man. Please don't put that on my property. Thank you. >> Okay. Pick it up or I'll take you to jail for littering. >> Pick it up or I'll take you to jail for littering. >> What are you doing? >> Go pick it up or you're going to jail for littering. >> You throw pick it up or you're going to get arrested. Go. That's a lawful order for littering. 100%. Oh, >> okay. Before I do, Do not put it on my car. That's littering as well. Of course not, >> ma'am. You put it on my car, you're going to jail. >> You think I'm playing with you. >> That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. Come here. >> Don't touch nobody's car. >> You touch his property, you're going to jail. >> I didn't >> absolutely did. >> I got it on. >> What's that? >> Trespassing on the property. >> Yeah. And she she put it between the gate. >> I knew it. Come on. >> Belligerent, entitled, and downright clueless. That's her in a nutshell. She had every chance to walk away, but she pushed it into a full-blown arrest. And now she began to initiate her victim syndrome. >> You got me. >> I know. I got you. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. I knew I told you. >> Told you to stay off the property. You went right back on it. >> Property. Don't do that. >> On your back, ma'am. On your back. On your back. >> On your back. >> Okay.
