Things didn't end well when this wife came face to face with her husband's secret lover. Take me to jail. Take me. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Help. Help. [screaming] Cops respond after a woman attacks a bartender. But the situation quickly spirals out of control after her secret lover arrives and confronts officers. What's going on, guys? 96. What happened? Now you're in trouble. I'm in trouble. What happened? Not me. Not me. I'm just talking to her. Okay. You ready with you real quick? Yeah. How long you guys been here? Uh, I just came out to rescue her. I offered her a ride. You guys are friends or uh I been here since about I just met her. Oh, you all you guys just met? Yes. Yeah. I just came out and I told her I said, "Do you want to ride?" Dylan, you want to talk get her story real quick? Can you talk to Officer Mill real quick for me real quick? I don't know. I don't know. Just Just tell them your side of the story. So, what's going on? You were just in here since 7:30, you said. What happened? Yeah, I was in here hanging out with her. We were having a good time. But you just met her tonight, though. No, she works with my coworker. Okay. All right. She just said she met you tonight. That's why I asked. No, she works with my coworker. We've been together before. Okay. And I was in here. I was I had a confrontation with her. It led to a confrontation with a bartender. Okay. And the next thing you say confrontation like what do you mean? I said something to her and the the bartender, one of her friends, one of her friends. And no, one of the bartenders friends. Okay. And one of the customers get involved and they like they You guys are just verbally arguing. You two, they pick me up and they they throw me out. Like they pick me up and they throw me out of the bar. Okay. See if you can find your ID for me real quick. Family. Do you have it with you or not? I do. Okay. See if you can find it real quick. Tyler getting beat up again. Man, he got smoke. Smoke's busting in his mouth twice. Okay, hold the phone for a second before we uh start talking to Tyler real quick. Couple of things. Number one, she's been here since 7:30. The body cam says 21:45. That's 9:45. Okay, so about good 2 hours. So, she might have had maybe one too many alcoholic beverages for all we know, right? We don't know that yet. Just speculating. Now, this confrontation she had with the other female and she's like, I don't want nothing to do with this. What's that all about? Right. Right now, we're still investigating bar fight, battery, maybe assault, coworker. H a lot going on. Let's see what happens. She was trying, he was trying to carry her out. She socked him in his mouth twice, fattening his lip and she got out here and as I pulled up, she was arguing with everybody on the So, I told her to leave like three times. She's like, "No, get away from me." I'm like, "I work here. You need to leave before the cops come." Which one is it? One in a white shirt. She wouldn't leave. So I grabbed her around her arms like this and picked her up and took her to the parking lot. And as I let her down, she lost her balance and fell. So it kind of looked like I threw her. But regardless, she caused him in the face. His leg is fat. Like she [ __ ] up. Yeah, she started fighting with each other. Right there. Started fighting with each other. When he took her out, she just went berserking. Oh, I uh What's going on? I don't know. I just came out and was offering her a ride back to her vehicle. I just met her. She uh apparently there was confrontation inside the bar, but when I came out, she said some guy shuffed her is what she said, but then the guy took off. Hanging out with her. Okay. All right. You don't know her though? No. You don't know her? No. Uh she works with my fiance. So, I live in Dayton. I just came down here to meet him and his co-workers and I just met her. Okay. I was going to ask if I'm allowed to go back in now since you guys have her under control. Yeah. Just one second. Did you see her get into an altercation with somebody or you just walked out here? Um, when I walked out, she was yelling at the guy and the guy got in his car and spit off, so I didn't see what she had. Maybe the people on the patio did, but I did not. Who's the guy? I have no idea. I don't know. I came out and she was like, and that was all I know. Okay. She is not involved, correct? According to everyone else. Yeah, she's with her. I was going to say, am I allowed to go back in now? I was I don't think you're Are you allowed back in? Yeah. I just got off. Are you Have you just met her tonight? Yes. She's saying you work with her. No, no, my fiance works with her. I drove down here from Dayton and just met her. And did you know you were meeting her or No, he he is my party's in there and there was an altercation. She came out and I guess there was a another altercation with a guy. When I came out, she was on the phone trying to get a ride and the guy spit off. I didn't see what happened. That's why I was like, "Uh, I was They're not in any trouble. We were just trying to No, no, no. I understand that. Yeah, I was just We're just trying to figure out what the what the story is here. Well, you'd have to have these people on the patio cuz I came out and the guy was already pulling off. What are you talking about? Uh because my fianceé works with her and I had read some text messages that I felt were unappropriate and boundaries crossing and some lady said something to her. She then said something to the lady and then they told her she needed to leave the bar. She came out the bar and I don't know what happened out here. So then I came out and something happened and I said, "I will take you where you need to go." I was offering her a ride. I guess there was a little bit argument between you and her like not Yes. But nothing aggressive like I'm Did you just find the text messages like as you were sitting there? Yes. That's what triggered that. So you're not test but they come back but my came out to give her a ride back home. They wanted her. They said you're fine. I I was just going to ask them. They put us the girl in the pink dress or Okay. Am I at least allowed to ask? Can you guys ask him out? He was in a neon either green or orange shirt. What's his name? It's Bill. He has a cap on. Okay, I think I kind of got it. So, before we go and get Bill, Bill, the big old player, right? Got the wifey showing up. He's got the secret girlfriend. That's what this is all about, right? And she's kind of cool about it. She said it was inappropriate. Cool, calm, and collective, right? I get that part. But the suspect or she's about to be a suspect if you will. She's she's losing her marbles, man. She might end up at the Great Bar Motel. I was almost waiting for you guys to have her gone before he came out cuz he's concerned about her. That's why I had a problem because the messages. I got you. Okay. So, you're being detained. You're not free to leave. But I'm going to wake up being detained for for an investigation of an assault. Okay. I'm not saying you've done anything, but give us a minute to figure out what's going on. We just got here 2 minutes ago. Okay. Give us a second and we'll go figure it out. We're not saying you're in any trouble, but we're going to figure stuff out. Let us figure out what's going on. Okay. What injuries do you have besides your arm? You just show me. I I don't know. I was here and then the next thing I know I'm getting thrown across the parking lot. Did you swing or hit try to hit No, I didn't. I was just sitting there. Okay. I'm going to call BS on that. Pop. The fact of the matter is that it's a misdemeanor not committed in the presence of the officers, right? So, you got that to deal with, right? That's a criminal investigation. And what's probably going to end up happening is uh press charges, right? They're going to ask the I suppose it's kind like the bouncer, a security guard or he works there, right, at the bar and say, "Hey, man, you want to press charges and they say yes, guess what? You got to go." And then we go through the whole process. But let's not pretend or act like you didn't do anything. And again, it goes back to what I was saying in other videos. A conversation between a police officer and someone who appears to be drunk, there's never really going to be any comprehension. whatsoever. The girl in the dress, her fiance's still in there. They won't let me back in to get you, so you need to come out so we can leave. Um, some guy just came in to get you in a neon green shirt. I told him your name, so pay your fab. Love you. So, you don't know her at all? You just I literally that's the first time I ever laid eyes on her and hot mess. Oh well problem is I drove down here from Dayton and this these are his co-workers. The owner was here which they played it cool but then when the owner left I was walking through the window and then he like felt up on her. I was like and then I already had his tone cuz he gave it to me. He's like here cuz I called and called I called him for like two hours and that's why I came down here. I'm like what's going on? And then she wanted to do a shot and I was like fine. I just got here I'll do a shot. So, I did a shot and then I was like, "Oh, her lips are so soft." "Oh, well, well, there's something." And I said something and she caught what I was saying to him and she's like, "First of all, I've asked him where you were." And then she's obviously drinking. So, then she said me and then another pedestrian in the bar said something and the direction of aggression turned to the pedestrian and that's where it went and they told her she need to leave and she came out and I don't know what happened on here because I was too busy holding him back like, "No, I'm your wife, not her. Got to leave the beer there. trash. We're leaving. Put your beer in the You have to Why is she going to jail? Because she was out here fighting with someone. Not me. She wasn't. I tried to take her home and nobody said she was going to jail. Damn, she's cool as hell trying to take her home and all that. By the way, Ohio folks, where you at? Tell me how far Fairfield is from Dayton. Let me know. Don't say that cuz it just You don't need to go over there. Sir, is she in here? Who? No, she's not in there. Don't walk up on me like that. I just told you not to. You're Is she in there? She's not in there, bro. We just told you that. Okay, back up a little bit. She's standing right there. Back up. Where is she at? We don't need a hero right now. Back up. Okay. I'm not looking for a hero. I just want to say she's not in there. You're going to talk into nobody, bro. She's on the phone with her husband. She's on the phone with her husband. Well, where is she on the phone? If you don't believe me, but we're leaving. Look. Come on. Look. Look. Hey. Right there. Look. What an is show, right? You know what I meant to say. Okay, hold on a second. He's getting married to her, right? And the possible suspect's on the phone with her husband and they end up at the bar. They have shots together. It's all messed up, man. We can go for a run, too, if you want to. got time for this. So, have we talked to everybody involved over here? What are we doing? Yeah. Uh, I think Tyler wants charges. Okay. For we got to solve DC. I mean, if he's cool with DC, then he got I'll go back to court again or do you just want to get a DC charge? Oh, no. I'm perfectly fine. I'm going back to court. Okay. Perfectly fine. I'll be pressing charges. Okay. Is he? Yeah, he's got his lips swollen up. Jess, say hi, Bill. He thinks you're in the cop car. She's giving you the finger. She's okay. Just stay over there for a second. Don't come over here. Okay. Don't come over here yet. You're not involved. You need to walk away before you get yourself in trouble. Man, I don't give a about trouble, man. Don't matter to me. Do you need a ride? Can we do anything for you? What? You're not involved. Go over to your fiance or your wife, whatever she is. Can we do anything? Uh, let me answer that for you. No, you can't. Uh, she is going to the Greybar Motel. You understand what I'm saying? I don't give a about what you're saying, dude. You want to take me to jail? Take me to jail. I don't give a I drove her here. Okay. Well, she's not and I'll drive her back if she can. That's all I'm asking. Let's go back over here. Bill, just go home. Come back over here. Go back over to the car. Let me have your your bag. You can't have it back here. I'll set it right over here. Okay. Well, you ain't got to tell me what the to do, man. Don't matter to me. I mean, you want to take me to jail. Take me to jail. I could give a less. Okay. I could care less. Bill, she didn't want to ride. I'm just saying I don't give my I don't care, man. I don't give a But you should. I have I brought her here. I would like to take her back if I can. Well, you're not cuz she's going to jail. So for you. Great. I'm glad you got your goddamn authority over. You know you is what I got to say. Because he's a he's trying to take me to jail. Take me one more chance. One more chance. One more chance. Crazy. Dang. Bill's got that IDGF attitude. Like, you know what? Yeah. Free reservation to the Great Bar Hotel Botel. What's up? Thank you. Turn around. Really? You have You don't have children. I don't give a [ __ ] man. Thanks. Thanks, Bill. Good job. When all you had to do is get I don't care, man. This guy. She wasn't getting She's leaving. He's a Can I Do you guys need his wallet or can I have that? Do you have his ID or you can take his ID? We'll take it if he's got it on him. So I don't have other And where is he going? So I know he probably won't go to jail if he can settle down. He'll do something. I'm not doing [ __ ] No, but you're talking to an officer. Shut up. You're very disrespectful. She's not in trouble. Who is he to you? Is this your husband? This my 20 years. Okay, that's his coworker. But she got in a fight with a guy. She got in a fight. I don't care. She didn't do anything. There was a guy out here that she got, man. She's a girl. Sometimes you talk yourself into jail and sometimes you just see a lip real quick. Let's see. So you guys were just walking her out for Yeah. I was So she was threatening multiple people inside. The other bartender, one of the customers and the owner. She was threatening all them, talking about coming out here to fight, blah, blah, blah. refused to leave after me, the owner, and the other bartender told her to leave. So, I picked her up and car started carrying her out about halfway or about halfway to the door. She turned and started swinging on me. Okay. All right. Fair enough. A guy put his hands on her. Yes. She's a goddamn girl, man. She's aing girl. Yeah. And Bill, she's got to learn how to control her alcohol, man. That's what I would say. Jesus Christ. Whatever. Whatever. Go home, man. If he settles down, he'll just get a summon. But if he wants to Whatever. Summons me. Whatever the you want to do. I don't care. Take me to jail. I don't give a [ __ ] He needs to take you to jail. Shut up. Don't matter to me. Oh, hold on. Spread your feet. So, now all you have to do is walk away, dude. it. Listen, man. That's stupid. It is stupid. So, we're going to release him, but we're going to take him back to our police department, do paperwork, um and I can pick him up from there. Yeah. And that way we can knock hers out too at the same time. Yeah. To get him away from here. Yes. And hopefully maybe going inside seeing her then he's more concerned about her and I don't know why I But where's the police station? I'm not from here. So, um what's the station? I can just be 5230 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield Police Department. Okay. Thank you. And she's going to she's going to jail for her assault on who? The balancer. She or the bartender. She she punched the bartender. That wasn't her. That was her coworker. No, that was her. Uh, is there video of this? There's multiple witnesses. I don't say it. It was actually She told me about it 45 minutes ago. She She There was There was stuff between a coworker and stuff like that and then the bartender ended up getting punched. Well, let's watch the video before we take a group of friends word for it because this she's never hit anybody. I've been with her for eight years. I'm We have multiple witnesses. Okay. It's um we don't have to watch the video. So, I I'm going to have to get an attorney to get this video pulled because now we got to go to court and everything else because of he said, she said. That's crazy. If that's what you want to do, you go right ahead. He said, she said, they had he said, she said, it's multiple people saying they saw. Okay, let me just kind of add to that. The officer is right. Look, you got multiple witnesses. That's all the evidence you need. Yeah, we can pull the video, but we're not going to watch it. We don't just have the luxury and the courtesy to say, you know what? Let's just stop the process and because you want to watch it, let's go ahead and watch it just to make sure to see that these multiple witnesses are they're not telling an accurate story what happened. Don't say another word to them. I'm kidding. I'm not I'm not. Don't touch me unless you have a camera on. You're going to go in handcuffs. Don't touch me unless you have a camera on. It's on. It's recording. I'm just saying don't touch me unless you have a camera. Okay. Thank you. Step on out. Actually, just go ahead and take that out and put it on top of the car. What? Your phone or what? Do it. Why? Cuz I'm giving you an order. Why? You're not allowed to have it. Why? Put it. Will you stop? You're making things have it in the jail. You can't have your phone on here. You're going to be put in handcuff. Why am I in jail? I've never done You are under arrest for assault. Put your phone on top of the car. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Don't touch me. Don't stop. Stop touching me. Stop. Please. Please. Please. Please get a lawyer. Please. No. I want a lawyer. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do it. You're going to get charged with resisting arrest. Stop fighting us. You're under arrest. Okay, I'm going to stop right there because uh there it goes again. I need a lawyer. All of a sudden, we need a lawyer. Where are all my legal scholars out there? You lawyers, go ahead and chime in and you tell me. Are you going to show up to the sallyport of the police department and do what? What advice are you going to give her? Stand up. Quit acting like a 5-year-old. I didn't do anything wrong. No. No. No. Why do I have to go in there? I want crack. Sit down. I want crack. I want crack. Help. Help. [screaming] Help me. I want crack. I don't know what happened. This mother is what happened. You can give him a second. I'm going to go get uh his piece of paper and give it to you. It's just coordinating and stuff. Final thoughts like always. First and foremost, a big shout out to Fairfield PD. Fairfield, man. Where you at? Great job. Big Sarge helping out the troops. His officers conducted a thorough investigation. The way I always like to say it, no stone goes unturned. What I'm still trying to figure out is who's Craig? Someone let me know. She keeps screaming in the end of the video. I want Craig. I want Craig. I think that's that's what I heard. But anyhow, the biggest lesson of them all is this. Look, when you decide to go to a bar and get drunk, I'm all for that. Just learn how to manage and uh control your alcohol, right? Maybe you have this secret relationship. You know, the fact that you're getting married or you're not married. I didn't understand that part either. Right. First, she says it's my fiance, then she says 20 years marriage. She's in the middle. All this. There has to be better decisions for you to make and maybe not show up to the bar where the uh wife is about to show up while you're trying to hang out or you know be with the married man. I suppose that's the biggest moral advice that I have for you. Okay, I hope you learned something. Please be safe out there. Up next, I'm looking at a Walmart mass stabbing that leaves 11 victims injured. Throw it away. Those were all criminals in Walmart. Your name is Jesus Christ. Yeah, now it's Brad. But that's over on my second channel where I'll be covering some of the most critical incidents in policing history. Okay, so she was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
