Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Get my phone. >> Hey, somebody get somebody. >> I know my rights. I'm going to [music] read you your rights in a minute. >> I don't been through this [ __ ] before. I don't been through law school and I know what the going on. Stop rubbing on my ass. I'm going to kick that ass. >> It's wild how a few minutes of bad decisions can undo everything right there on body cam. >> What that scar is? >> Yeah, that's what she stand. >> Come out. Show me your hands because we're black and I know y'all are going to do this. >> Welcome to Police X10 where [music] attitude meets authority. Let's dive into body cam moments where bad decisions spiral out of control in cops versus the dumbest Kairens [music] who destroy their own lives in minutes. Starting with this woman who left her child in a crashed car to go to sleep in a hotel. >> Why? >> I don't know. I >> Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? >> I'm bugged out. >> Why did you leave your kid in a car? >> I'm bugged out. I went to the hotel to go to sleep. >> Why did you not get your kid? >> On November 16th, 2024, officers responded to a hit-and-un crash involving two vehicles. However, when the officers and EMS arrived at the scene, the driver responsible was nowhere to be found. What was even more shocking was that the officers discovered the driver had left their three-year-old child trapped in the crash car. Here's what happened next. >> Can we get some try to get some information out of that? See if we can get the kiss to him if she has anything. >> Okay. Um, sir, are you This is your truck. >> Obviously, you want to press charges for >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, so we're going to find her. Favor. >> We just can. >> Let's Yeah. Go hit the road ranger. Let's see if we can find >> There's a car is sitting in the McDonald's. >> I saw that. Go check on that. Let's see if we can find out where this this girl is. I mean, I would hope she wouldn't leave her son very far away, but >> the officer at the scene contacted his sergeant to inform him about the situation. >> Hey, sorry. Sorry to bother you. >> We got sent to a hidden run down in MLAN. Um, it's I would reckon it's DUI. Um, but she she hit a parked car and then fled on foot and left her child in the seat. So, so we have the kid in EMS right now. We're trying to figure out where she's at. The car is registered at Poria. Nothing ineous about her. Kid is old enough where he can talk and kind of communicate with us, but he's crying and um I haven't spoke with him yet. I'm just giving you a heads up. I couldn't be more than seven. I'd say five maybe. I haven't been in there to talk to him yet. I'm going to let EMS. EMS has a female working so I'm hoping she can be a motherly influence for him. Alcohol in the car and it smells like booze in here. [snorts] It looks like she just drove straight off the road. out, hit a parked truck, the car's total. And so at the very I mean, she left her kid in the car, so if we find her, she's getting arrested. But um with the kid, if we can't find if hopefully we find her, but if we can't find anybody, is it Project Odds or DCF? But yep, there's open alcohol and the purse is in the front seat. No ID, but we got a phone. Yeah. I just want to give you a heads up that we're down here doing this. >> All right, I'll text you if we got any updates. >> A short while later, the officers spotted the suspect riding as a passenger in another vehicle near the crash scene. The officers quickly told her to step out of the car and took her into custody. >> Shut the car up for me. >> Shut it off. >> Said yes. >> Step out for me. >> Found mom. Andrea, your name Andrea. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Come here. Come here. Over here. >> Why? >> I know. I >> Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? >> I'm blocked out. >> Why did you leave your kid in a car? >> I'm blocked out. I went to the hotel to go to sleep. >> Why did you not get your kid? >> They would not let me. They would not let me. I went in to check in and that's it. >> You got anything on you? >> What an awful mother. She left her child at the scene to go to sleep at the hotel. That kid really needs a new mom. >> Trying to check in. I had him pick up cuz I can't drive. >> Please. Please. >> Why can't you drive and just be honest with me cuz I >> I drank but >> we pulled over here. >> He came to pick us up. >> Okay. We're going to crash at the hotel. >> How much has he had to drink? >> Nothing. You can >> How much have you had to drink? >> Just be honest with me. >> Two or three shots. >> A few. >> Be honest with me cuz that's more than two or three. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. >> You test >> injuries. >> Are you hurt at all? >> Do you need to be seen by an ambulance? >> No. >> Okay. Let's get refusal paperwork for her. >> And then what's the what's the child's name? >> We need the child's name so that we can treat your child. Your kid has injuries. >> No, he does not. No. No. I'm going to freak out. No, >> he's he's okay, but he has a seat belt mark and they need to check on it. >> What's his name? So we can call him by his name. >> You need to listen to me. Andrea, listen. >> Listen. He's fine. He has a seat belt mark cuz when you crashed, the seat belt saved him. Okay. >> He has not had anything to drink. >> Is that the guy you're riding with? >> Yes. He does not do anything. child. >> Is my baby okay? >> Yes, he is. What's How old is he? >> What's his age? >> No. No. Come here, >> Andrea. >> No. Please >> tell him how old he is. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> He has a seat belt mark. >> How old is your child? >> Three. >> Does he have any health history? >> What's wrong with him? >> He's disabled. >> Other than that, anything else? Now she suddenly cared for her child after leaving him behind after the crash. >> But we need to figure out what happened tonight. Okay, Andrea, I'll be honest. This situation is unacceptable. Okay. >> Is he? >> Thank god everybody's okay. Yes, he's fine. But thank God. Where were you driving from? >> I'm never going to have a baby again. >> Okay. See, that's your choice. >> Where were you driving from, Andrea? Cuz I mean I can see you came this through the grass and hit that car. Okay. You need to answer my questions. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. All right. You want to do some tests for me? >> No. Okay, that's fine. >> Can you just tell me he's okay? >> We've already told you that he's okay. The paramedics have already checked him out. >> 100%. >> Yes. This will go. If we knew what happened, this would be a lot easier for us. >> Stand by. >> I will tell you what happened if you help me. >> You just need to help you up. >> I'll help you. >> I'll help you. I will tell you. >> Do you want to do some tests for me? >> No. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> Can you help? >> After placing her in handcuffs, the officers read her Miranda rights and began questioning her. >> Stay silent. Anything you say came to use against you in a court of law, call it custody. You have the right to an attorney for advice before I ask you any questions and to have them with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you [laughter] for any question if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights I've advised you of? Andrea, >> do you understand that? >> I'm going to have a cake. >> Do you understand? [gasps] Do you Andrea, do you understand? >> Yes. Okay. Your son's still with the paramedics. [snorts] >> I'm still gay. Andrea, listen to me. I I need you to be honest with me. So, you were driving. >> I I don't know. >> Okay. Was there anybody else in the car? Was it just you and your son? >> Andrea, I need to make sure there's not somebody else that's hurt >> here. Do you want to sit down? Look at me. Was anybody else in the car? >> You can help out first. We've got one in custody. [music] >> We've got it pretty much sorted out now. I think >> your son is okay. We've told you that multiple times already. Okay. We just need to answer his questions now cuz your son is okay. >> Andrea, >> I don't have to answer questions. >> You don't. But I want >> I make sure he's okay. >> He is okay. Okay. >> He's not hurt. >> He's not hurt. >> He's not hurt. >> Nope. He has his seat belt marked from when the seat belt caught him. >> That was hurt from before. >> Okay. What What is that from then? >> When he Okay, I'm going to be honest. Okay. >> Her breath test showed a blood alcohol content of 0.223, nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08 in Illinois. She was charged with DUI, DUI with blood alcohol concentration over 0.08, aggravated DUI, failure to reduce speed causing a crash, illegal transportation of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to report an accident or injury, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, endangering the life or health of a child, and child abandonment. Driving impaired isn't just illegal, it's selfish. And abandoning a child to protect yourself is a decision that will follow you forever. When adults choose recklessness over responsibility, the law steps in to protect those who can't protect themselves. Moving on to the next case where an unhinged woman stabbed her child's father so badly that his bones were visible through the cuts. >> Yes, that's what she stabbing my hand. >> Come out. The woman is an abuser. Now, she locked herself inside the apartment with her 6-month-old infant. Also, this wasn't the first time she tried to kill him, and she knew he wouldn't press charges on the mother of his child, but his family said otherwise. >> You okay? >> Again. >> Again, >> I got it on record. He was moved to an ambulance for urgent care where he finally revealed the reason behind the stabbing. >> Question. >> Could y'all take custody of that child tonight if we had to place that child somewhere? >> I will. Violence escalates and silence enables it. Waiting for things to calm down can put lives at risk. When abuse reaches this level, intervention isn't optional. It's necessary to protect victims and prevent even worse outcomes. Let's move on to the next case where a woman tried to enter a closed business and get humble by cops. >> Don't touch me. >> Get my phone. I'm going to lose that job. I'm going to kick your ass. >> She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. Confidence without self-control is a liability. If you truly understand the law, you'd know that compliance on the roadside protects you far better than ego ever will. Talking yourself into handcuffs is one of the most avoidable mistakes people keep making. Moving on to the next case where an unhinged woman slashed her ex and kidnapped his kids on your back. Put your hands on me. On October 29th, 2025 in Florida, officers responded to a residence regarding a woman who unlawfully took her children from their father's legal custody. Here's what happened next. >> Which way did she go? >> That way. I'm surprised you didn't see her. >> And what was she wearing? >> What was she wearing? >> Where does she live, boss? Does she live right around the corner? >> She lives right here. She was literally like right there. Our my oldest son went down there to get our daughter. >> That was her. >> Yes, that was her. Yeah. See, she know grabbed a chef knife and then like she came >> 10 on two. That lady that just said it wasn't her, that's her. Can you go back? And she has his kids. >> That's our youngest. And Ava Ava is the daughter. Sorry, I don't know what you're talking about. >> She tried to lie and tell me she was somebody else. >> Well, she's burying herself. >> Okay. All right. I'll be right back. Who is she to you? Okay. And what's her name? What is it? Samantha. >> Apparently, the officer had already met her and she lied to him. What a great first impression. She's going to have a great time with him once he finds her. Hello. >> Hi, >> Sergeant Hutcherson. Holly Hill Police Department. Got to talk to you about what happened at the house. >> What do you mean? >> What happened at the house? >> I got into our argument and I left. >> What happened during the argument? >> Uh, nothing really. >> There's reported something happened. So, that's why I need to know what went on at the at that. >> I went to leave >> before that. >> I went to leave. He's been cheating on me. >> Okay. So, you didn't do anything else before that? >> Well, he had a knife and I grabbed it from him. >> Why did you just lie to me who about who you are? I asked you if you were you lie to me. >> Avery and back here now. >> No, go back to the house. You're good. Why did you just lie to me? >> The bike. >> Not worried about the bike. Why would you just lie to me? I asked you and you gave me a false name. >> You think I'm stupid? >> Maybe. >> That's funny. Okay, that's funny. >> I left. I left. >> Okay, >> I left. >> Here, stop talking. >> I left my >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. No. No. No. No. Stop. Stop. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind. >> GET OFF ME. >> STOP. I got it. >> Stop. >> That was stupid. >> No, you got to resist me. >> Ah, do not kick me. >> GET THE OFF ME. >> Do not kick me. >> Get off me. >> You got it. >> Get off me. >> Stop. >> YOU'RE GOING TO BE ON mying little ass girl. >> You're pathetic. >> Stop it. >> HEY, I HATE YOU. >> STOP. That was so unnecessary. >> Yes, it was. >> No, you are. >> Listen to me. Stop. Stop. Stop. We're going to turn you on when they call free >> cuz you resisted. You were not free to leave. You're going to sit up. Sit up. Bring your legs up. >> Get off me. >> Seven. I got one. >> After securing her, the officers then moved her to the squad car. >> I asked you who you were. >> He hit me. >> You could have talked about that. You didn't let us get that far. You gave us a false name. >> You were detained. Not free to leave. So now you're going to jail for a minimum resisting a battery on law enforcement. >> Get off me. Get your hands off. >> You're under arrest. Stand up. >> Okay, that's fine. Get off and go. Get the off of me. >> Okay, >> get your hands off easily. >> Okay, that's fine. You're under arrest. You keep playing these games, you're going to get another resisting charge. >> I'm not playing with you. See, have a seat. >> Can't make that up. >> No reason for that. >> The reason why I didn't think she was hurt because she was standing on the grass with the kids playing. >> Okay. >> She did a good job playing it off. Soon as I went spoke to him, he's like, "Yeah, she's around the corner." She went to grab one of my kids. They're It's DV. So, okay. >> I got to see if it's a bat. >> Is it Is it the husband? >> I think so. That's He said they have kids in common. >> Yeah. >> They live there. >> Yeah. I think she's drunk. >> They're both drunk. >> Yeah. >> You can smell her. >> Yeah. >> The officers then came to ask the father about what had happened. >> I'm going to read her. >> This is your kid's stuff, right? >> Yes. That purse is Shannon. >> Yeah. She's under arrest. So, she just resisted. So, she's arrested for that at this point. I'm going to talk to you further. I know it's been asked, but are you sure you don't want rescued? Do you want somebody to check you out? >> Deep cut or >> No, my shot and like she done grabbed it off the counter and like swung it and it's like if it was a little lower or my neck and I >> So, what what started this tonight? She said something about cheating and infidelity or something. Allegedly, >> we we we've been split up. She doesn't want to leave the house. I don't know. She doesn't know where to go. She doesn't want to get no help. >> When did you guys split up? How long ago? >> I would say like a month like almost a month ago. >> And were you married or just dating with children? We're just dating. >> And how long were you guys dating for? >> For like 14 years. >> Okay. And And you have two kids together, correct? >> Three. These. >> Okay. Three. Okay. I apologize. Um, so tonight, what's >> I wasn't I was I wasn't here. I I came here at like 12. Shannon was already gone. Okay. >> She stole my bike and and took it to the pawn shop. She went to the store. Went to the liquor, got some milk, went to a Avery said cuz their kids are with her that she went to the ABC store, got some liquor, and then ended up at Noel's house. I called Noel. Noel said he's going to bring the kids over here. She ended up walking over here. Noel got here first with Avery and then she came inside the house all mad. She started to swing on me, hit me and I said, "This is messed up cuz you're doing it in front of the kids. I'm in there trying to cook dinner." >> And then she done for some reason grabbed the knife off the counter and just like like pretty much swung it. I done hook my arm up cuz I don't >> Okay. >> It's a sharp knife like >> Yeah. You look like you got a clean cut there. >> It was It's It's sliced. >> I'm going to get my um camera real quick to take a photo of everything. And then Were >> any of the kids present when that happened? >> All three. >> Yeah. Shannon, step out. We step out, lean forward, and spread your legs right here. Please have >> anything on you that's going to stick me, poke me, or hurt me. Anything on you that cannot legally deal with you. With weapons, drugs, anything like that? >> Nope. >> I would like to believe you, but if I believed every person who said they have nothing on them. >> I'm not a drug addict. >> Okay. It doesn't mean drugs. It could mean like a razor or something that you carry in self-defense. >> I'm a mother. I'm a mother. I don't do that [ __ ] >> Are those your kids? The blond the little blonde kids up there or what? >> Yeah. My man's been cheating on me and I didn't even try to hurry. >> She's not getting past me. Don't worry. >> Go ahead. Have a seat. I I just don't hear. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. Mich, I'm going to put the AC on. All right. >> Check your shoes off. Sit and then pop them off. >> Uh, no. Right now, we're not going to let you. But if you want like she said, turn and face me. We're going to have you pop your shoes off real quick and we'll check them and we'll put them back on you. All right. >> Oh, that it's even easier. >> I just go park with my kids. He's been cheating on me and he is up. He's up. Let's bring that foot in for it, please. Thank you. >> The woman was charged with aggravated domestic assault, resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and kidnapping. Personal emotions do not override court orders. If you believe a custody arrangement is wrong or unsafe, the solution is the courtroom not taking matters into your own hands. Ignoring the law in family disputes doesn't protect children. It creates consequences that separate them even longer. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came a woman who decided to be stupid on a murder scene. >> Don't touch the Don't touch the tape. Okay. Don't untie it. >> He's ugly as Are you gay? Isn't my vegetable? >> Well, even if I was, why why would that perimeter assault and obstructing? On February 11th, 2023, officers were holding the perimeter of a murder scene as detectives and forensic investigators documented the evidence. What happened next was not what the officers had expected at all. >> Touch the Don't touch the tape. Okay? Don't untie it. >> Do you want to go to jail for a justice? >> If we have to take you to jail, we will, but I need you not to touch the police tape. And I need you to not >> touch. >> Okay? Don't try to walk into the scene. You need to stay out of the scene. If you want to leave the scene, >> listen, if you want to leave, I can escort you. I'll be happy to escort you out, but if we take you out, you can't come back. >> Phone calls. The fact that I feel like >> So, listen to what I'm telling you, okay? If you want to leave, we can escort you out. >> This is the man I do not like right here. >> What did I do wrong? >> I like that you're video recording me. >> I am video recording you because you're starting to push the boundaries a lot. >> So, if we decide to arrest you, I want it recorded. What about me? Don't you like >> What about me? Don't you like Can you tell me so I can try to improve upon myself? >> Facebook post. >> So I can try to improve upon myself. So I'm >> This officer is so adorable. He returned her rudeness with cleverness. But that doesn't stop her from touching the tape and stepping into the line. >> You just seem childish. >> I seem childish. Can you be more specific? for narration of my body camera. This nice this nice lady has been out here for about 2 hours and she keeps touching the police tape and trying to go underneath it. So, just in case she keeps pushing the boundaries. That's why I'm documenting this for the camera. We've attempted to deescalate. We asked her to go inside. We told her she can leave and we'll escort her out, but she just doesn't want to. The end. >> Okay. Hey. Oh, I'm stuck. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not I'm not coming over to touch [laughter] you. >> Come by me either. >> I'm just letting you know. Okay. >> Don't touch me. I'm just I'm not coming over to touch you. I'm just letting you know, okay? I want you to be very clear. If you cross the police line without permission from us, >> I'm not going. >> If you do, you're going to get arrested. Okay? >> I don't care. >> Okay? I'm just letting you know. I want you to be very clear. If you want to leave, I'll be happy to escort you out of here. >> I'm going to run. >> I'll be happy to escort you out. >> I'm going to run. >> But if you cross this line without asking permission first, you're going to get arrested. >> I don't care. You guys always threaten me. you, your life, your wife, your kids. I don't know about you, your body, your whole life. >> He hasn't done anything to you. Okay. >> All that's unnecessary. >> No, >> you don't need to be rude. We're being very nice to you. Okay. >> Where the detectives at? >> Just you're clear, right? You understand? >> No. Leave me alone. >> Yeah. >> And don't try to take apart the tape cuz it's up for a very specific reason. It wasn't clear if she was drunk, high, or just naturally chaotic, but she wouldn't stop being disorderly, constantly messing with the police line like it was a toy. And yet, despite all that, the officer stayed patient, giving her chance after chance to comply, settling for warnings instead of more drastic measures. >> No, leave it. Leave it. >> Why is this man coming by me? >> Because you're shouting >> your ugly ass. I'm yelling at I'm shouting at your ugly ass. Now I know you're a liar cuz he's not ugly. >> He's ugly as He's ugly as actually. Very attractive. >> He's ugly as Are you gay? Is he bisexual? >> Well, even if I was, why why would that upset you? >> He's ugly as I think you're ugly because of your personality. >> You have a great personality. Dr. >> I don't like you. I don't know why I dislike you so much, but it's something >> I don't know either because he didn't he didn't do anything to you. >> I don't give a >> It's something in my spirit. >> Okay, we're going to go We're going to go stand over here. You are spitting and introducing bodily fluid into a crime scene. Stop. Go inside your house. >> No. >> Get your feet out of my crime. >> She's not very bright, is she? Maybe alcohol blurred her mind too much. Spitting into a murder scene must be some next level stupidity. She was lucky that those officers were very chill about her attitude, but her next action will definitely cross the line. >> Ma'am, go back under the tape now. Sit down. Sit down. You're out of the tape. Sit down. Go back in. I'm not going to give you another warning. >> Get the off my [ __ ] >> Do you go >> get the off my [ __ ] >> You come out of the line, you will get arrested. >> Get off the [ __ ] >> No, >> [ __ ] I have to stand here so the crime scanner can stand. >> It's not standard. No, >> why does this have to happen right by this apartment out of all of the apartments? >> Hey, ma'am. So, we have to um >> really for assault and obstructing. >> What the GR? >> Hey, if you if you don't stop, we're going to put you on your face. But you're under arrest for assault and obstructing now. I didn't do anything. >> She came out and threw water on me. >> I don't know why she would do that. >> I didn't do here. >> Please. >> That's really gross. >> There's an individual who's deceased and we are trying to not helping with that situation. >> No. >> A man lost his life and you're not respecting that. >> What the? >> And you're being audio video recorded. >> What's the best way out of here? >> Uh, let's search her over here. >> Yo. But it seems like the more she talks, the drunker she gets for >> me. You're good on my camera. I'm audio video recording now. >> You guys serious? >> I am serious. Serious. >> You guys want to really arrest me? >> Had to violently assault me for no reason. Unprovoked. >> I don't want to do that. >> Unprovoked. Okay. >> Why did you come out here? STOP. On June 14th, 2024, an officer was conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. What the officer encountered next was entitlement in the flesh. >> Put your car Put YOUR CAR IN PARK. >> Put your car in park. >> Why? >> Because I'm stopping you. Put your CAR IN PARK. SPEEDING. Put your car in park. Stop. >> When officers tried to pull over a woman for a traffic stop, she confidently told them, "You have no jurisdiction over me before speeding off like she made the rules." But her bold exit didn't end the encounter. It escalated it. With backup called in, officers tracked her to her father's house where the situation took a turn she never saw coming. Here's how it all unfolded. >> Hey, roll down your window. Why are you banging on? >> Put your car Put YOUR CAR IN PARK. >> Put your car in park. >> Why? >> Because I'm stopping you. I'm like for what? He's like oh get out get out. >> I didn't say get out at all. >> Yes you did. No, I said I need your license. >> Speak to me. Speak to me. >> So he told me to get out. >> The officers then put her in handcuffs again. Now she tried to BS her way with the female officer. >> You don't got no jurisdiction over me. I'm not from here. I come here every here and now to visit my Georgia. >> Yes, I stay in Georgia. Yes. He just was ordering me to get out and give me his give me my license. >> Okay. >> As the officers searched the car, they also found a controlled substance in it. >> Y'all have no right to do this. Y have no probable cause. Y have no proof of anything. I didn't even give y'all consent to search my dad's car or to search my things. I'm not being detained or I'm not being arrested. So why are you searching my stuff? I didn't give you consent. >> I'm arrested >> for what? >> Probably a couple things actually. Have you ever been to radio? >> Why you going through my stuff? >> Cuz I have problems here. >> What is the problem? >> They're asking if you copy just >> smell of weed. >> Yeah. So, >> can you please go show me the marijuana shake that you see on the floor? >> Sure. Actually, I will cuz I have time. I'll go grab a pinch. >> Okay. >> No, it's I don't think so. It's his car. >> Yes. Here's some of it. >> That does not help you smell weed, sir. That does not help you smell weed. >> Okay, I give up. >> You said you smelt weed. >> He pulled that a little and said, "I have probable cause. I smell weed." You did not. She was charged with felony fleeing or eluding, resisting an officer without violence, speeding, and driving while license suspended or revoked. Since the car belongs to her father, she was not charged with possession of a controlled substance. Moments like this show exactly how entitlement and refusal to listen can turn a small problem into a pile of charges. All because someone couldn't handle being told no. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came an erratic driver who drank a shot of alcohol while driving in plain sight. Step out. >> No, you have my life. >> Now you're under arrest for battery. >> You're touching me. >> On May 2nd, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on a driver who was seen drinking from a small liquor bottle and driving erratically. This is what happened next when the police approached the driver. >> Don't light up the cigarette. Turn that out. Turn it off. What happened? >> I'm stopping because I saw you just drink that liquor bottle. The the shot. >> Yep. I put saw you put it in your mouth and tilt your head back. Where where'd you put the uh shot at? >> Um um do you have uh warrant? >> I'm stopping you because you have unlawful tag cover. >> What tag cover? >> The tag cover over your plate that's pinned. >> No, no, no, no. >> Instructs the visibility of your plate. Plus, you can't be in possession of an open container while operating the vehicle. >> No open container. >> I saw you drink it. Yeah, >> it was a small shot size bottle. You put it in your mouth, tilt it, head back. I saw the liquid go into your mouth. Uh like a orang-ish or a yellowish liquor >> and I can smell the alcohol. >> This is what you're going to do. >> I don't think you're going to tell me what to do. I need your driver's license registration. >> With clear evidence of the traffic violations. The officer then asked her to step out of the car. However, things went downhill really fast when she refused to step out. >> Insurance. How much have you had to drink today? >> Not enough. >> Not enough. Come on out after you grab the duck though. >> What do you mean >> for one? >> No. Grab your driver's license, excuse me, your registration insurance and step step on out of the vehicle. >> Yeah, I'm calling my husband now before I get out of the car. >> No, I need you to grab your registration insurance. >> No, sir. No, sir. >> No, sir. >> I'm calling my husband. >> Step out. >> I'm calling my husband. >> Step out. >> No, you have my license >> now. You're under arrest for battery. >> You're touching me. You're under arrest for battery on law enforcement officer resisting. >> Step up. >> How do I step? >> And by the way, this is the uh liquor bottle that I saw you drink. >> Put your butt up. No, let me go. No, >> you you ain't got to do me like this. >> Step up. I'm trying to get off the ground. >> I can't step up. >> Put your your legs in front of you. >> I can't step up. >> You don't know my >> Put your legs in front of you. Step up. >> Listen. >> Walk over the car. >> No. >> Stop. >> What the did I do? >> Even with the handcuffs on, she still thinks she's in control, arguing with the officer every step of the way. >> Give me my my my I need to call my husband. >> You ain't calling nobody. Get my my wallet off the floor. >> Not right now. So, >> looks, you are one of the ones. >> I have a lawyer. >> Good. >> Jason X. >> Okay. >> Call him. >> I don't need to. >> Get off of me, man. This is [ __ ] >> You're under arrest for battery on a law enforcement officer. Resist. >> Because I touch you. You touched me. >> Because you slapped me. Yes. >> I just I didn't slap you >> on camera right now. You need to calm down. Work your life. >> Get off my arm. >> You choking me? >> No. I'm pushing you against the car. >> You don't have to hold your hand on me. I have a car. Don't come drive. >> Considering your resistance car right now. >> No, I want you off of me. >> I don't care. You're not going anywhere. >> Stay right there. >> You ain't got to pull me like that. >> I don't want you going anywhere. And you keep trying to pull your body off the car. >> Listen, I want you off me. I don't care what you want. I'm telling you what to do. I got to pull your arm off. >> It was one shot. >> It might have been. And if that was it, >> that's it. >> If you would have cooperated and done whatever. >> Yeah. You ain't got to do that. YOU AIN'T GOT TO DO THIS. LISTEN. >> Not right now. >> No, I CAN'T SEE. >> NOW YOU'RE VIOLATING MY CIVIL RIGHTS. >> NO, I'm not. >> I can't see. >> But my eyeglasses. >> Okay. Well, I'm not going to lean over in front of you. >> Those are my glasses. >> You're stopping me from seeing, sir. I want my eyeglasses. I want What the hell did you do this? >> The officer then asked her to do some field sobriety tests. And of course, she failed. >> Like I said, you're under arrest. I'm going to tell you your consecution rights. Let me let me explain these. >> What What was the reason that you fooled me? >> I already told you. You about swerved into me. >> I swerved into about >> saw you drink the the liquor bottle >> and you have a tag that's unlawful. You can't add anything over the plate. >> It's legal. violates 316520.0. >> It's legal. What do you want? What do you want me to do? >> Test. Are you willing to do that? >> What do you want me to do? >> I want to check your eyes and do some physical. >> Okay. Check my eyes. >> Are you willing to do that? >> Come on. >> All right. >> Come on. >> Are you going to batter me again if I take the cuffs off? >> I didn't batter you. You touched me, sir. >> Arm right here. >> You touch me, sir. >> Correct. Cuz you were resisting not getting out. >> Really, sir? >> Turn around. I'm cuffs off for you. >> All right. If you're willing to do them, I'm going to check your eyes real quick. Okay. You take the glass and come on top. >> Can't do it. Don't hurt me. >> Okay. You don't want to try it? >> No. I have anxiety. >> Okay. >> I have anxiety. Look at my license. >> All right. I'm going to put you back in cuffs. Will you take that test? >> Um, my lawyer said not to do it. >> Okay. If you don't take the test, it's going to result in suspension of your license for a period of one year. >> I just got my license. This is your first refusal or a period of 18 months. If you have a prior on your record for refusing a prior in the past, >> if you refuse a sample, you do have a prior suspension on your record for refusing a prior test. Listen, >> I need to call my lawyer first. >> You don't have a privilege talking to anyone. I want to call my lawyer. I'm calling my lawyer refusing >> because he went he's in court today. I want to call my lawyer >> if you don't take the test. >> I want to call my lawyer >> against you in court. Okay. In the end, she was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, second offense DUI, and refusal to submit to a test. A single bad choice can be corrected, but stacking bad choices one after another only guarantees a worse ending. Cooperation could have meant a citation and a ride home. Fighting meant jail time and multiple serious charges. Actions have consequences, especially when you're behind the wheel. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled woman speeding with her 2-year-old made the traffic stop 10 times worse than it needed to be. >> For the third time, license and registration. >> No, I would like to speak to your supervisor. >> I want your supervisor. >> You are under arrest. >> You're I'm not under arrest. I was doing 40. >> He wants to arrest me. He wants to arrest me with in the car and I'm not getting out the car until you want to be arrested. >> Out of the car. >> No, >> you are under arrest. >> I am not under arrest. >> I have my 2-year-old in the car. You're going to get tased. Get out of the car. You're going to get tased. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> GET OUT of the car. >> 2-year-old. >> Get out of the car. >> I have my 2-year-old in the car. >> Are you kidding me? >> Stop. >> No. What the hell, >> man? >> Are you arresting me for what? >> No. Are you the super? >> Yes.
