After the officer talked to the man and the witness, a completely different version of events came to light. >> What's going on, my man? >> She uh she was they all just saw her hitting me. Now she acting crazy with her. I don't want her to go to jail. >> She was pulling out here and hitting me and stuff. You ask neighbors. And I'm sorry, but if you don't know the Constitution and human rights, you should be knowing it right now. You're the ass police officer, bro. >> Mhm. >> You should be knowing human rights right now. You're a police officer. When you get out tomorrow, you probably should get yourself back at law school. >> Excuse me? She was issued a $38,000 bond. In court, she pleaded no contest to battery and battery on a law enforcement officer. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,120 in fines and court costs. Moving on to the next case where the cops put a sovereign citizen in her place. >> Put that there. >> Pick it up or you're going to get arrested. Go. That's a lawful order. >> Ma'am, you put it in my car. You're going to jail. >> You think I'm playing with you? >> That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. Come here. >> DON'T TOUCH NOBODY. Ain't nothing happening over there. >> I understand, but they want you trespass over Ain't no trespassing with no crime over there. >> You don't need a crime to get a crime. Then you take over the office, sir. >> Trespassing is a crime. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Trespassing is a crime. Question. >> Hold on a second. Let me ask you. >> I'm going to address one concern at a time. You said trespassing is not a crime. >> Trespassing is absolutely a crime. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Go ahead. >> Let me ask you a question. >> Go ahead. >> Did you take a oath of oath of affirmation? >> All right. So, the oath of affirmation says all laws are no void. >> No, it doesn't. Under the article in the constitution under the sixth article, bro, they can say all laws are null. >> No. Are you are you a mor citizen? >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Are you a mor? >> Oh, no. I'm indigenous. I'm not a citizen. >> Okay. >> A citizen is an American that came over here. >> So, here's what I'm going to tell you. That car needs a license plate on it or I'm or I'm going to tow it off. >> Put it on there. I'm going to tow it. >> So, we got ourselves a sovereign citizen here. And from the look of it, she will get herself arrested in no time. No, that vehicle cannot be driven. You need a license plate on it. >> Yeah, it got a license plate. >> So, come put the license plate on it before you move it. >> It's in the shop. >> So, go get it. >> It's in the shop. >> Ma'am, you're not driving that vehicle. Please leave it. Like I said, you're trespassing that piece of property. You go back on there, you'll get arrested. Also, your license is suspended since last year. >> I turned all of that in. I don't >> I'm telling you right now, your license is suspended. You drive, you're going to either go to jail or get a ticket. >> I do not drive. Travel. >> I'm tell No, it's not. We can play this mor citizen all you want. You get behind that vehicle and operate that vehicle, I will take you to jail. Do you understand? >> No, it's not. >> You do not understand. Perfect. I'll make you understand when you get behind that wheel and I'll take you to jail. >> We can play this game all day, but I'm going to win at the end of the day. >> No, no, no. You're not getting in operating that vehicle on the roadways in the state of Florida. >> Perfect. Your license is suspended. >> I'm not worried about that. But I'm not aborted. I'm not I'm not a boy country. I'm not black and I'm not a person. >> Denying all she wants, but the way she talks and behaves exposed everything about her. She was then being trespassed upon by the repair shop. However, that information will only challenge her to do so. You go back on that property, you go to jail. >> Take a hold of the office. >> Is that recorded? >> Take a hold of the office. >> I'm recording. If you go back on the property, you go to jail. Have a good day. Think so. >> Name and badge number. >> Name and badge number. >> Who? Me? >> Name and badge number. >> Are you asking all of us? Cuz we'll give it to you. >> Bad number. You throw pick it up or you're going to get arrested. Go. That's a lawful order for littering 100%. >> Oh, okay. But I don't >> Do not put it on my car. That's littering as well. Of course, it's not, >> ma'am. You put it on my car, you're going to jail. >> You think I'm playing with you? >> That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. Come here. >> I didn't touch nobody's car. >> You touch his property, you're going to jail. >> I didn't touch nothing. >> Absolutely did. >> What's that? >> She's trespassing on the property. >> Yeah. And she she put it between the gate. >> I knew it. Come on. >> Belligerent, entitled, and downright clueless. That's her in a nutshell. She had every chance to walk away, but she pushed it into a fullblown arrest. And now she began to initiate her victim syndrome. >> You got me. >> I know. I got you. >> Thank you. Thank you. I knew I told you. >> Told you to stay off the property. You went right back on it. >> Property. Don't do that. >> On your back, ma'am. On your back. On your back. >> On your back. Give me a ship. Give me a sheriff. Give me a sheriff. >> You got three of them right here. >> I need to go to the hospital right now. >> Would you like to stand up? >> I need an ambulance. >> The ambulance is coming, but would you like to stand up till then? >> Not roll, man. >> Not getting down there. >> She wants to stand up. Take a deep breath. >> Help me, y'all. I didn't do it. Y'all help me. I'm just here to help myself. Help me. Help me. Somebody, I feel safe. Oh, my life is threatening, y'all. Help me. >> After a while, the ambulance came to take her. >> They said I went on the property. COULD YOU CALL THE POLICE TO let them know I did it? >> Don't let them take me from out here. >> Now you push against our arms to pick you up. Ready? >> Push back. >> One, two, three, go. >> Help me. >> Oh. >> All right. You know what? >> You can't stab. >> I need my a little bit. You guys need >> ma'am. Lean forward. Why did you >> I'm not hurting you, ma'am. >> I did not squeeze you. She's just trying to play for the camera. The ambulance I did not squeeze you, ma'am. >> After getting medical clearance, she was then transported to the station. >> Ain't no way hell be here overnight. >> No. Stay back. >> Ego is working. I see you. Come on, dog. >> Ma'am, I have no ego. >> Yes, you do. That's the only reason you did that. Uh, you did that to putting this lie on me, bro. This the second This third lie y'all doing. And And now since I got three pairs of paperwork, I'm not a person. You putting on the paperwork. I'm a person. I'm not a person. You about to call me another name. That's not me. [screaming] OUCH. >> [screaming] >> He's attacking me. Oh, the camera's right there. Help me. >> She was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. Moving on to the next case where an unhinged woman got humbled by cops. >> Accountable. Do what you got to do, but I'm not giving you permission to touch. >> Separate your feet and your >> No, you not touching me. YOU NOT TOUCHING MY BACK. On May 11th, 2023, officers on patrol were flagged down by a city employee about a disorderly female cussing, yelling, and screaming at him as he was trying to do his job. Here's what happens when the officers make contact with the suspect. >> Got ID on us? >> Why do I need to give you my ID? >> Because I'm conducting an investigation. What's your name? >> I'm going to report you when I get done getting information that I um I need and I'm I'm putting this I'm telling feminist. My name is Maya. >> Did you spell the first name, please? >> No, you can do it. Do you need to see my ID? You ask for my ID, right? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay, let me give you my ID so you can shut talking to me. >> All right, ma'am. You can lose the ads to her or just put you in handcuffs. >> You can do what you got to do >> because I said I've already submitted to the Justice Department female here because I don't want a male touching me. >> No, I don't. That's not how this works. >> That is how that works. >> You're not in control here, ma'am. >> Yes, I am. So, I'm going to tell you right now, you can lower your voice. I'm going to put you in handcuffs and take you to jail for disordered conduct. Provide me a form of identification. >> I don't want a man touching you. You need to go. >> That's not how this works, man. >> That's how it works. >> No, it's not. >> We'll see. >> We will see. We will see. Cuz I'm going to put you in handcuffs and take you to jail. >> That's a rough start for her instantly getting on the officer's nerves. And seriously, what did she expect to gain by recording her own disorderly behavior? If attention was the goal, congratulations. She's definitely secured her spot on the internet forever. >> What I said was, "If you continue to yell at me, I'm going to arrest you for this whole condo." That's what I said. I don't need to see that. I was standing right here. I'll set it to you. What I said was, "If you continue to yell at me ID, >> you'll get it back when I'm done." >> Okay. >> What I said was, >> hold on before you continue. >> I've been recording the entire time. I don't care. I'm recording. >> What I told you was that if you continue to yell at me and try to yell over me, I'm going to arrest you for disloyal condom. That's exactly what I said. So, I don't want to continue to come in. I don't want nothing to do with you or the police department. >> I don't care. >> Okay. I know you don't care. >> I'm here investigating a suspicious incident. >> Okay. >> That was reported by a a city employee >> and by state law, you're required to identify yourself when I'm conducting a legal lawful investigation. >> Okay. So, I did. I need my ID so I can leave. >> Like I said, when I'm done, I will give it to you. >> Okay. >> Right now, I'm miss I'm not accusing you of anything. I'm going to give you some information to help you stay out of trouble in the in the future. Okay. So, I'm going to inform you of some city ordinances such as we have a no camping in the city of Key West. Key West defines camping a little bit differently than other places. Essentially, if you have a barrier between yourself and the ground andor your personal elements, that is camping. It does not matter if you're asleep or not. If you're caught camping from this point forward, you can and will be arrested. We have open container city ordinance. If you walk around anywhere other than the Deval Street with open container alcohol, you can and will be arrested. However, if you start acting like an asset on Deval Street, we can revoke this privilege. It is not a right. And lastly, park and beach after hours. All the city parks, all the city beaches, one of the city parks, which you are currently standing in, close at 11:00 p.m. They do not reopen until 7 a.m. Do you understand? >> She really should listen to the officer. He basically gave her the chance to leave without much of a problem. But her ego is too big to listen to him. >> This need a verbal compromise. >> I say nothing to you. I >> So if you turn around and film this. >> I did. I gave it I gave that to my mom. >> Ma'am, stop. I'm just going to put you in handcuffs. You're not going to yell at me. You're not going to scream at me. You need to turn around and film the rules and regulations of all the parks and city beaches. It has all the city ordinances right that are relevant to you right there because if you break any of those city ordinances, you can and will be arrested. Say what you need to say. Go ahead. >> Ma'am, I'm being harassed and stopped by the police and I need help. >> All right. >> They won't leave me alone. >> Ma'am, that's still disorderly conduct. You're trying to involve someone who has nothing to do with this investigation. I'm telling you that I'm being stalked and harassed by the police. >> I'm telling you now, I'm going to put you in handcuffs for disorderly conduct if you keep trying to involve other >> saying that I'm disorderly because I'm talking to someone else now. >> Miss, here's your identification. All these warnings will be annotated. >> Well, that's not very nice. >> You'd think it would all be over once she left the park, but nope. Not even 2 minutes later, she came right back. this time calling 911 on the officers. And that's enough reason to put her in handcuffs. >> Okay. Well, hang on cuz you're on the phone with our dispatch. So, we're just wanting to make sure you're okay. >> I'm asking for another officer. >> Hey, what's the problem with us? >> Um, yes. I'm being All right, Miss Come here, miss. I'm not going to chase you. Come here. Put your phone down. Put your bag down. They're arresting me now. >> Put your phone down. Turn around. Face the wall. Put your hands behind your back. I'm arresting you for misuse of 911. You do not have a legitimate emergency. And you have two police officers standing in front of you. >> Let's go. So I can report you. >> Stop. Face the wall. >> Don't touch me. I do not want you patting me down or anything. >> I don't care. That's not how this works. >> Okay. So if you touch me, I'm going to I'm going to >> Okay. >> Do you have anything illegal in your person? >> I do not. Anything that's going to poke me, stick me, cut me, blow me up, or give me radiation. >> Do not touch me. >> Ma'am, stop. You're not getting in my vehicle unless I search you. >> So, YOU NEED TO CALL A FEMALE. DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> THAT is not how >> if you touch me, I swear to God, I'm going to going to fight. >> And that's exactly what she's about to do next. She kicks, she fights, and she bites, causing drama and delights. >> Me, I'm going TO FIGHT. NOT TOUCH ME. I'm requesting for a female officer. >> You need to stop trying to pull away from me. >> I'm not doing anything. >> You're going to jail. >> Stop. >> You're going to jail. >> You need to stop. >> You're going to jail. >> In fact, you are going to jail. >> Okay, let's go. I've been to jail. I know the procession car. You're not getting to call for another officer. >> No, that is not how this works. >> Okay, so I did. So, [music] be held accountable. Do what you got to do. But I'm not giving you permission to touch. >> Separate your fingers. Stop touching me. YOU TOUCHING MY BACK off of me. Ma'am, put your knees up. >> I'm not doing that. >> Ma'am, it's for for you so you don't fixiate. Thank you. >> You're in trouble. >> You are in big trouble. >> I told you he was in trouble. You scraped me and I do have injuries. >> Don't play with me, >> ma'am. >> You threw ME TO THE GROUND like a >> She's lucky that's all she got. Lying on the ground, she kept berating and arguing with the officers with everything she had left. If only she used a fraction of that energy to stay calm, things might have gone very differently. >> You tried to help me. >> You can't because you tried to >> ma'am. I got nowhere near your YOUR PRIVATE. >> YOU DID. Stop screaming at me. >> Youing pervert. >> STOP SCREAMING AT ME. >> PERVERT. >> JUST STOP screaming at me. >> TAKE ME. >> I'M READY TO LAY THE [ __ ] DOWN. >> OKAY, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. >> I KNOW. Okay. >> Anything down here? >> I did not kick. >> No, just right there. >> That nice and heavy. >> As more officers and paramedics arrived, she pushed her victim syndrome even more, blaming the officers for touching her. Which one? >> Um, middle. >> The middle. >> I don't know where I'm at. >> You don't know where you're at? >> I still live in Lakewood. >> You live in Lakewood? >> I used to. >> Oh, okay. >> What time do you think it is right now? >> 10. >> 10. the latest like >> what 10 or 11. >> What? >> But I know I left around like 1500. >> How much we did you still had? >> How long ago was that? >> 3:00 a.m. >> The girl was obviously more hammered than an anvil. Slurred speech, wobbly posture, the whole package. Concerned for everyone's safety, the officer told her she wasn't driving anywhere tonight. But of course, she had plenty to say about that because why let common sense ruin the drama? >> Well, I'm a little worried about you being on the road to be honest. Do you think that you're safely driving right now with how out of it you are? >> I'm not even out of it. I'm just trying to get home first. And uh that's your opinion. Opinion is >> out of it. Okay. >> Opinion is not the same as a statement. >> That's your opinion. And I don't I don't I haven't been talking to you. It's a fact. But I haven't been talking to you the whole time. It is not a fact. >> Okay. >> It's not a fact. >> Do you have someone you can call? >> Any any Yeah. >> Then how about you? >> Any call or anybody you can pull up on is definitely just drunk. Like it's not nobody that you're stopping that can just drive home. >> Okay. >> So I haven't even been talking to you. >> I won't I I'll walk away. I won't talk to you anymore. I got you. Sorry about that. You talk to my partner. >> Yes, I do. That's your question. Can I feel like I drive home? >> You feel like you can drive home safely. Okay. >> That's what I did in the beginning. >> I got you. >> Who is she? >> She's talking to me. >> Yeah, but like she's throwing her opinion and who she hasn't done nothing but stand there. >> So, um, let me explain my And it is my opinion, right? But I >> I'm saying an opinion doesn't really matter to me. I need a clearcut answer. >> Okay. So, I'm giving you I'm going to give you one. Yes, you are not safely able to drive. >> But you don't know that. Are you me? >> No, ma'am. But I based on the totality of the circumstances, you're parked during daylight um behind a Goodwill sleeping. >> I wasn't parked behind the Goodwill. >> Honey, that's where you're at right now. >> No, I know. I know that. I'm aware of that, but I will. >> You admitted Okay, listen. >> Okay, let me talk now. You You admitted to smoking weed, right? So, I'm trying to I'm trying to give you an out. >> Yeah, I'm 20. I'm 22. Of course, I'm >> of course, but you're not allowed to drive after I said that. >> But you're in the vehicle. The vehicle's >> I said I had like a blunt an hour or two ago. >> Okay. Listen, Alexia, this is not time to argue cuz I'm trying to give you an out. If your mom can come and pick you up. >> No, that's what I'm saying. >> We can park your car legally. >> The only out is for me to drive off. >> Nope. So, you have two choices. You can go to jail or your mom can come and pick you up. And those are the only two choices. >> Those are the two choices. >> Okay. You want to go to jail? I'm not going to go either way. So, I just told you that either way is for me to drive up and go home. >> That's not going to happen. >> For most of us, bad choices means grabbing chips instead of a salad. But for her, it means picking jail over simply going home. The officer practically handed her a free pass to avoid trouble, but she just had to insist on driving. And since common sense clearly wasn't on the menu, the only thing left was a pair of handcuffs. And we have your keys. So, but it is. >> Okay. Well, you're not getting your keys back, so that's not going to happen. >> Key. Is that what you think I need? >> You need a key to operate a motor vehicle? Yes. >> I have two key functions. I don't need just one key. >> Okay. You are not going to be driving this vehicle. >> I don't need that. >> You're not going to be driving this vehicle. So, either we call mom and she comes and picks you up. >> That's not >> Okay. Okay. Let's step out of the car then. >> I'm not stepping out of the car. >> Okay. Well, we will remove you then. If you do it, >> I'm not going to remove you cuz then I'll remove you. >> Okay. Well, that's a threat. So, we're going to step out now. >> No, you're not. You're not in the car. >> No, you're not. And I'll get right back in the car. >> Okay. I don't think so. I'm not testing it. You guys arrest in my car. >> Hey Okay, roll over. >> What the hell? >> Kick me eventually. >> Hey, do not kick her. Listen to me. Do not kick her. >> Then let go me. >> Nope. >> You are under arrest. >> I don't need two police officers to touch me. Get off me. You're >> You are under arrest. >> You're bitter. You're hostile. >> Okay. We're under arrest. >> Okay. Either or. Hostile and bitter. Tell her to let go of me. >> Tell her to let go of me. >> It's right here. Let's just walk into the car. >> Tell her to either way. >> We need all three of her. We're probably going to have to carry. >> Tell her to let go. I will hurt her. >> You already got two charges. Can I put >> So, can you take me to walk there and get it? >> I'll get her. >> Tell her to die. >> I don't need your own. >> Can you please tell me? >> I'm not going nowhere. >> I need you to put your leg. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> I need to see it though. >> I'll get him. No, I need to see. >> I'll get them. >> Are you positive? >> Oh, I'll show you. Where's >> everybody? >> I need my mad. >> Okay. >> My charger. >> All right. >> And my phone and my phone. >> All right. >> She's not getting any of that in the car. >> You're dead. >> She bit me and kicked me in the groin twice. Did she hit you at all? >> No. >> No. >> What? >> I saw. After transporting her to the hospital to get her blood examined, she was later transported to jail where she was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. Starting with this woman who got arrested twice in one night. >> I go back to the car. One of you walk with me. No. NO. I WALK BACK TO MY CAR. >> N COME ON. >> LET GO OF ME. I CAN'T PUT ME IN THE AMBULANCE AND I'MING GOING. >> On July 20th, 2024, an officer responded to a woman yelling for help on the side of the road. What he doesn't expect is that his night is about to be ruined. >> I tried to go home an hour ago. My phone died. If one of you tried to call my phone, my dad will literally show that he is on his way here. That he tried to come home. My phone died. I tried to get them to put me to my car because I obviously am drunk. >> Showed up. I am drunk. >> What are you yelling for help for? >> Because I'm trying to wait for my dad. I'm trying to wait for my dad because I obviously am drunk. >> So, you just need a ride home. >> Yes. And they're pushing me out of the They're literally pushing me into the street. >> Who is literally whoever they are? >> No. I'm sorry, but literally I'm sorry, but who are you? I'm sorry. I don't know. We were talking to >> Let's go. No, because if you charge my phone, I >> I don't care about your phone. I'm asking what what what are you yelling for help for? >> That I'm trying to go home. >> Who are you calling for? >> My father. If you want my dad's number call him my dad's number. Okay. So, now you >> What's your first name? >> My name is Caitlyn and I'm in AA so I can't evening through alcohol or anything. >> So, you shouldn't be drinking. >> No, I Why are we drinking? >> I'm not. >> You didn't drink? >> No, I did. I did have one. >> You just said you just said you were drunk. I did have one. Yes, you're right. And I did tell you I had one. >> Okay, come over here. Just lean up against right here. We have We're calling your dad. Okay. All right. Your dad's phone. >> To be honest, her first impression is kind of annoying with her non-stop talking. But don't worry, it's about to get so much worse. >> You call the supervisor. He knows exactly who I am. >> Did your dad work for the police department? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He knows exactly. He'll know exactly. >> Okay. >> And what's your name? >> Patrolman Con. It's written right here. And what's your badge number? >> Are you kidding me? 43. What's your badge number? 4328. >> 20 what? I can't >> 4328. >> 20 what? >> Say it one more time just so I doubt it. Just so I got it. What's your badge number? >> If you're not going to say it, that's also a crime if you know that. You know that. >> What's your badge number? Huh? >> Yeah. >> What's your badge number? >> I don't know your badge number. I'm sorry. >> What's your badge number? >> All right, ma'am. >> What's his badge number? Ma'am, we're trying to get you around. >> And what's your badge number? >> 4328. I gave it to you five times. >> You gave it to me three times actually. >> Why are you asking again? >> How many years have you been patrolman for? >> Irrelevant. Ma'am, >> it is irrelevant. >> What's your full badge number? I'm sorry, >> ma'am. Back up. What's your full number? What's your number? >> I got to go. Send the local PD, please. >> They're sending the PD to her. Okay. Thank you. And this one has a license plate number on it. And >> just so you know, her phone's dead. >> Didn't she yell for the officers to help her? And this is the way she acts. Also, holding up a dead phone and pretending like you're recording is huge brain energy, especially when you yourself mention it's dead several times before. I guess she's so drunk that she totally forgot that fact. And apparently she had acted belligerently at a liquor store just before this. Okay. >> You're supposed to give me a phone call and you're both or not. >> Okay then. >> Is your phone on? >> It is on actually. >> So, can you make the phone call? >> No, because actually I'm detained under your guys'. So, I'm allowed. I'm supposed to make >> Stop talking. >> I got that on video. That doesn't matter. >> Your phone's dead. >> You want to bet? >> Yeah. You showed it to me. So y'all are not reading me my Miranda Rice so I can go to my car, right? >> Do you want your Miranda rights? >> Yes, I do. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law for actually reading them. >> Stand over here. >> Thank you for actually stand over here. >> Thank you for actually reading my Miranda. >> Stand over here. You're not free to walk around. Stand over here. >> Then you should have read them to me about 30 minutes ago. Right. >> Right. And again, she called the officers for help, and they were still trying their best to help her, but here she is being as entitled and belligerent as possible. On the side note, I could use that patience meter of Midwest safety hovering over my head in real life. >> Right. Can I do my I do know my law. If y'all want to talk to my dad, that's fine. We can because unfortunately, I live 40 minutes away. >> I am aware. >> So Oh, clue motherucking who. >> Can you please stand over here? I am standing over here in the direct. I want you by the car. I am I am I want you by the car. Come over here. I am in the direct. If you actually went to your No, I am in the direct seat. Like I'm not asking to be in light. >> So it doesn't matter. I am in direct. And if you want to tell them, then they can go in back in their house. >> Ma'am, I'm concerned for your care. I don't really give a I'm concerned for my safety. That's why I'm asking you to stand over here. >> No. And then you can tell them all to go back inside then. >> They have the right to be standing where they are. >> Hey, what about MY MIRANDA RIGHT? YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SAY I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. NOBODY SAID I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. >> DONKEY, YOU HAVE the right to remain silent. What you lack is the capacity. >> Because I stop walking around because otherwise I can go to my car. Am I detained? Am I racist? You're detained for your No, because then I can go to my car if you're not going to let me. Yes, I am. Because you're not going to let me. Then let me go to my car and you can come with me. >> You are not free to leave. You can go to my car with me. Then you can come to my car with me. >> Ma'am, you stop. You can come to mine. Stop walking towards me. Do not put your hand towards me and YOU CAN PUT YOUR CAR with me like I have aing RIGHT TO CALL MY FATHER WHICH YOU both know is true. Who is aing P County Sheriff officer who I'm sorry but one of you probably not him. You are going to lose your job. So I would love to call my father right now. And yeah, you can cry all you want. >> You please stop walking around. Well, I would love to go back to my car who I know for a fact that I know who a fact has my mying father. Not my father. Yeah, then you can then No, then you can [ __ ] give me a um a phone call to my off to my dad. >> Calling your dad for you. >> Then give me a phone call to my dad. I would love to know. >> We tried calling the phone. >> Oh, boohoo. It wasn't me. It wasn't me. It wasn't me. It wasn't my phone call. It was not my phone call. Was it? Who? I'm a citizen. Oh, boohoo. I'm a citizen, so I'm allowed to >> That's fine. I'll go back to my car. That's fine. Don't touch me. You're not allowed to walk away. I'll go back to my car. You're not ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY. >> THEN I CAN THEN LET ME GO TO MY THEN LET ME WALK TO MY CAR. THEN LET ME WALK to my car. Yeah, exactly. Then let me walk away. Stop walking away. >> So let me walk to my car. You're not walking to your car. >> So let me call my father. No, because I I'm a citizen. Stop walking away. We go. I'm a citizen. Stop walking away. BECAUSE I HAVE A RIGHT TO CALL MY MOM OR DAD AND YOU GUYS ARE NOT LETTING ME DO THAT. SO what you do? I go back to the car. One of YOU WALK WITH ME or No, no. I WALK BACK TO MY CAR. I YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CAR. RIGHT IN FRONT OF A CAR. LIKE HOW YOU'RE supposed to dumb ass. Can you go to training and not have to call my mom? >> Absolutely. When we get this out. >> Yes. Thank you. After securing her annoying ass into the squad car, the officers transported her to the station, finished their paperwork, called her parents, and returned her custody to them. Handcuff >> off. Put this hand on your head. >> Sorry, what? That wasn't a full sentence for me. >> Want to put this hand on your head once the handcuff comes off. >> Sorry, what? Sorry, what? Say one more time. I'm sorry, that wasn't a full sentence. >> Do not face me. Are we clear? >> Can you get it? Now put your hand on your head. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat down here. >> Have a seat. >> I can actually face it on your turn and sit down. >> Lift your hand up. >> You can put your arms down. You can put your arms down. >> I'm okay because you told me not to lift them. So what's what which one is it? >> We just need to take your >> Let go of your hands off. >> Let go of your hands. >> Which one is it? >> And take your phone out. >> Please >> take your phone out. >> I'm sorry. I can't reach there, so you're going to have to >> Oh, boohoo. Sorry. >> Ah. >> Literally 1 minute later, her parents called 911 to report that their daughter had gotten out of the car and stormed off down the road, prompting the officers to come out and get her again. >> Dad, >> this is patrolman police. >> Katie and they're not literally they're literally not reading me my Miranda writes, nothing. Come to the I don't even know what police stations are out. >> Sir, can I talk to you please? If you could come pick her up, please. She's very intoxicated. >> I'm literally not. Me. >> Hi. >> Hello, sir. >> Here for Caitlyn. >> Yes. Do you want to come on in? >> Hand over. >> Are you her father or? >> Yeah, >> she's adopted by me legally. >> So, she's under arrest for existing obstruction and disorderly conduct. I will let you know that there is an investigation for uh assault on a police officer. >> Okay. that's being conducted. Your dad's here and here's your shoes. >> You all know you don't need a college degree, right, for what you do, right? >> Okay. You're right. You need a high school diploma. And I have one. >> Thank you. >> All right. Follow me. >> Shut up. We'll talk. >> Get in the car. You better have the keys. >> Come here. >> What? >> Come here. under arrest. >> Yes, you are. You're not free to leave. >> Why? >> You're a danger to yourself. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Then breathalyze me. I'm literally okay. >> Come here. You're not. >> No. Yes, I am. >> Stop walking. >> I'm lit. Breathalyze me. >> You will get arrested again. YOU WILL GET BREATHALYZE ME. I am okay to go home. >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> You're going to hospital. >> I'm literally breathalyzed me. I'm okay to go home. >> They literally kicked me out of the car. >> You're going to get No. What do you want? You got out and walked away >> cuz they kicked me out of the car. What do you want me to say? >> No, you got mad and walked away. >> I did get out of the car, which they told me. And I'm walking myself home. Which they told me to do. >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> Then breathalyze me. I'm okay. >> Not about intoxicated. You are a danger to yourself right now. The way you're acting is dangerous. >> What if I have someone to pick me up? >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> No, because I have someone to PICK ME UP. BREATH ME. >> STOP. I'M GOING TO ARREST YOU AGAIN. >> I'm going to ARREST YOU. >> DO IT. ME. I'M OKAY. >> ALL RIGHT, I'll send you the ticket in the mail. >> Stop. >> LITERALLY BREATHALYZE ME. I'M OKAY. If they think I'm okay to walk home, those are my parents. >> Clearly, then they think I'm okay to walk home. >> No, they don't think you're okay. >> Well, then why would they tell me goodbye? GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> SO, they just came back to us and called you. They told me to get out of the car. >> You're going to the hospital? >> No, I literally amalize. >> IT'S NOT ABOUT the intoxication. They don't need to, but I think officers should carry a breathalyzer at all times. For her, no need for one because she was wasted. If she wasn't, there's a lot to be questioned about this kind of behavior. >> I understand. >> So, >> stop walking. >> Come on. >> LET GO OF ME. LET GO OF ME. PUT ME IN THE AMBULANCE AND I'MING GOING. IT DOESN'T MATTER. >> STOP [screaming] MOVING. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. IT DOES NOT MATTER. I'M LITERALLY GOING to ambulance. >> I'm coming with you. >> I wouldn't like you to be on your phone, by the way. Especially if you're on Snap or Instagram, by the way, because you can tell by your eyes and your reflection, which by the way is legal. And what are you, just a foul person? Sorry. Sorry. I wasn't supposed to be rude like that. >> What did you expect it to be? >> Yeah. >> He's not going to hear the end of that for the rest of the night. >> No, I'm not [laughter] the rest of the next shift or the shift after. >> Hey, listen. >> Yeah. >> You're being awfully rude. >> Oh. Oh, no. I have freedom of speech, right? >> You're just being rude. >> Oh. So, oh well. We all have a freedom of speech, right? >> Okay. >> I don't really give a >> I don't give a >> turn off to go into the hospital. >> On her first arrest, she was charged with harassment and was additionally charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction, and resisting arrest for her second arrest. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled mom disregards her child completely and decides to go to jail with her baby's father. >> Let me go. Get out my ass. You want to go to jail, too? >> Bro, get out my face. >> What do you mean GET OUT YOUR ASS? >> CUZ I KNOW YOU ACTING LIKE A DUMBASS. >> Let me go, bro. Let me go. >> On November 26th, 2022 in Wisconsin, an officer responded to a report of a vehicle stopped on the side of the road with a woman standing next to it. Here's what happened next. >> Hi, Officer Basos. Is everything okay? >> You okay? >> Okay. Can I talk to you just for a second, though? >> I just want to talk to you if that's okay. Is that your uh child in the back? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. Someone just said that it looked like maybe you needed assistance. >> I just was wondering if everything's okay. >> I need assistance. >> Yeah, you were walking down the side. So, I just want to make sure everything's okay. >> Pick me up at work. So, yeah. Everybody be somewhere late. >> Oh, got it. Okay. Okay. >> Just one kids in the back. Yeah. >> Okay. Where do you work? >> Oh, at the Okay. Yeah. Someone just said that you were outside the car. So, that's why I just wanted to make sure. And >> cuz he just came. >> Oh. So, were you walking then? Home. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. Let me just I'm going to talk. Is who's that in regards to you? Who's driving? >> My kid father. >> Okay. Everyone's going to go over there. Hello. Does your window go down any farther? Oh, okay. Okay. So, yeah. I just want to make sure everything's okay. So, were you late picking her up or? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. All right. So, every everything's okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Do you mind if I just have your ID just to say, you know, everything's okay? Oh, you have an ID, ma'am? >> So, then everything's okay. Then it just was a little bit of maybe argument or something like that or nothing like that. She was just walking. He picked her up. That's all it was. >> Can you just give me a second? I'll be right back. Okay. >> So far so good. Nothing seems to be out of ordinary. However, that all changed real quick after the officer ran their ID and found out that the driver currently had a suspended license and was out on parole with a strict condition of not having any contact with the woman. And the woman herself had no driver's license issued either. So, I see you have a status of suspended. Um, was it because of maybe a citation you didn't pay? Okay. Do you have someone that is a valid driver? Whether they're from her work or close by? >> No, nobody not close by. So, I can't drive home. >> Well, yeah, cuz does anyone you know have a valid license? >> Say I can't drive home. >> Well, because >> No, I got my baby and I'm about to be sitting on here on this road. >> No, no, no. Let's just No, >> I can't drive home. >> Just hold on. Hold on, ma'am. Just calm down. I'm just trying to Can you just make Can you listen? I got TO CALL SOMEBODY TO COME PICK UP MY CAR. >> NO, NO. I'm not trying to say that. >> That's what I'm trying to say is a valid driver. I just don't want you to be in the roadway, though. Okay, ma'am. I understand it was a difficult situation. I'm not trying to make it worse. So, can you just please stand out of the roadway for me? I just don't want anything to happen to you. Okay. >> No, cuz these white people out here want to call them. They can't never SEE NOBODY JUST WALKING. OH, she was concerned. IT AIN'T NOBODY ALWAYS BEING NOSY. >> BUT IT'S not nosy, man. They want to make sure that YOU'RE OKAY. >> OKAY. DID THEY SEE SOMEBODY BEAT MY MOTHER ASS? >> YEAH, that's something that she was concerned about. She thought that you didn't want to go in the car. >> No, she thought that she was concerned for your welfare. So, isn't that a good thing though of people that care about each other? >> That's not that you got another whole spot. >> That's because it's their protocol. Because there is no valid driver that I can go and try to >> Oh, I GOT TO CALL SOMEBODY. HOW ABOUT EVERYBODY is at work? Who going to come and GET MY CAR? I GOT MY WHOLE BABY IN THIS CAR. >> MA'AM, I I >> NO, CUZ I'M GOING GO TO JAIL TONIGHT. >> WHY WOULD YOU GO TO JAIL? >> BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO LET ME TAKE MY CAR AND GO TO HOME. >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE DOING RIGHT NOW. >> NO. >> I'M NOT YELLING at you, ma'am. I'm not going to yell. >> No. >> Okay. >> No. No. Cuz ain't NOBODY COME ALL THE WAY OUT HERE. >> OKAY. OKAY. All right. >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to talk with him first. >> Some people just wanted to be angry for the sake of being angry. Huh. Such a simple thing yet [music] totally unnecessary attitude. >> Like I just said, >> so you found someone possibly. >> No, nobody can't call nobody. Y'all can call. No. Can I uh No, you don't need to see no machine. If I was in this car, I pulled off on you ass mother. Y'all ain't scared. Okay. Step over here. Out of the road, ma'am. >> Step out of the road. Come over here. >> Leave me alone. >> She good to go. >> Say it again. >> She good to leave. >> I mean, she's a passenger. >> All right. >> All right. Here. I see y'all damn near every mother day. That's not on bull stupid ass no mother all these mother get the out bro my mother uh 15 20 minutes usually we just have someone you know have a valid driver is that you able to find someone possibly I mean that person. >> Yeah, it's really hard to find. Okay. >> Okay. Cuz otherwise we would have to tow with the car. But I mean if she had someone maybe from her work cuz I know it is so close on like a break or something. But maybe >> No, NOBODY. EVERYBODY AT WORK. NOBODY CAN'T COME. Y'ALL KEEP ASKING THE SAME DAMN QUESTION. I DRIVE OUT HERE EVERY DAY. >> OKAY. I understand where you're coming from. >> Y'all know where I'M COMING FROM. I SEE Y'ALL SITTING IN MY CAR EVERY DAY. >> EVERY DAY. I DRIVE PAST Y'ALL EVERY DAY. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> NO. >> SO, I guess we'll call a tower then. I'M GOING TO GO GET >> NO. I GOT MY WHOLE BABY IN THIS CAR. Let me pull off pull off on they ass. >> Come here. No. >> I'm going to pull off on they ass. >> Yes, I am. I'm about to pull off the car. >> No. cuz they CALL THE WHITE MOTHER AND that's going to be why you >> After a while, she was able to call her mother to come and pick the car up. The officer then prepared to give the driver a warning for the plate and his no contact order. >> So, I'm just giving you a warning for having no plates in the car and obviously not register. So, that's not a big deal. Well, it's just the operating at a while suspended. It appears you can get your license renewed in February of 2022. Um, it looks like they're going to go then with your kid and everything. Is there a no contact order in place with her? Andrea, did I >> saw that you're on probation though armed robbery? Yeah. So, you know, you're aware with that. Do you know how long that's going to be? uh till 2024. >> 2024. Okay. Okay. So, yeah, if you guys want to step out with me. >> I I have to talk about these tickets and everything with him. I don't understand. Why is someone going to remove this car then first or that car? So, I do just have to talk with you a bit more. If you can come back to my squad. This doesn't have anything to do with you though. So, if you'd come here, Jonathan. Yes. So probation said that they do want to place a hold because you're not supposed to be in contact with them. >> Okay. Does that seem fun? I don't know. Unusual or weird. >> Yeah. So what would be happening? I don't want this to be a big thing. I do have police cops and you take you up to a tongue jail on that and so you then you can see your probation agent. They wanted you to be there, right? So is that do you understand that though? I'm trying to I'm trying to You've been so I I told them that you're very polite, cooperative throughout the whole encounter, which makes it >> This is when things started to go sour. Once the woman learned that the man was going in handcuffs, she grew even more agitated. >> Stay over here. >> Why? Why? No. Can I No. Can I ask you Can I ask you why, please? >> Can I ask y'all why, please? No. Why? >> Not allowed to have contact with you. >> No. Why? Oh my god. No. No, no, NO. PLEASE, NO.
