I won't. So, more recently, she came in, she got food. She was hiding eating it. I came around. She's sitting on the floor. I said, "You can't be sitting here." I said, "We have tables here. You have to pay for your food." She walked up to the register, had her Gatorade and drink. I rung her up. She said she didn't have to pay. She was standing there, didn't say anything. I said I told her the the feeding the total and she said, "You might as well call the cops. I ain't got no money. Walked out. She's got some So, yeah. I've dealt with her a few times. I'll deal with that I'll deal with that with my lawyer. But I asked for tomato and lettuce. I don't know how to give you that. Yes, she did. On the ground. Stop. On September 1st, 2024, officers responded to a McDonald's regarding a woman who caused a disturbance after receiving a botched order. What happened next was anything but routine. I want my money back. What's going on, ma'am? Let me let's go figure it out. I asked for a tomato and lettuce. Okay. I want my money back. >> Okay. I don't want to waste my time. Okay. Hang on. You messed up the way you prepared for me. I want my money back. >> Okay. I can't make them do that. Just give me a second. I don't get to go back to my receipt. That doesn't mean I can't make them give you your money back. They can give you your order. >> That's cool. But let me talk to them. I don't know what's going on. I said that too. I said, "Can I get my lettuce and tomato back?" That was the first thing. But then when she said, "I'm going to call the police on you." I said, "Well, give me my money back and let me leave you a satisfied customer." Let me figure it out, okay? Just give me a second, all right? Thank you, ma'am. She supposed to ask for Coca-Cola. And she said she want lettuce and tomato. I never asked a lot. And she and she started screaming. Did she eat some of this? I don't know. Okay. No, I can't make them give you your money back. You took a bite of it. >> That's on your court. That's the law. It doesn't No, you stop. Don't tell me what the law is. I know what the law is. Clearly you don't. And look at this. She said she paid for a three buffalo but she paid only for one and she wanted the two extra buffalo. Yeah, you took a bite of it. They can't take that back. That's yours. It's a double filet-o-fish. >> So isn't it the law that you can only take one bite if it's not desired? Absolutely not. You can't take a bite of food and then say I want my money back. Nowhere on your receipt does it say that you want lettuce and tomato. >> okay, I'll go with that. I'll deal with that with my lawyer. Okay. But I asked for tomato and lettuce. >> that's not on your That's not on your receipt. >> him for lettuce and tomato. All right, so now that's what I get what I want. There was clearly a small mistake. >> We're talking now. We're now arguing. We're talking. I'm not arguing with you, okay? I'm nice and calm, all right? If you want, I'll ask them to get you lettuce and tomato and you can put it on there yourself. Making a scene over tomatoes and lettuce sure is new, but it gets even more ridiculous. Okay, with him and I said I'm going to be calm. I told myself I'm going to be calm and quiet. Okay, cuz there was a lot going on in here like in the movies right now. Yeah, [ __ ] So I said why I told you what I want. I want a double fish, lettuce and tomato. You got that. Let me get you Let me get you lettuce and tomato. >> no sauce on the side. >> Okay. I want to order another order of fries cuz he took it out of the bag. I did. Okay. All right, let me talk to her. Okay. So I want lettuce and tomato and I'll leave. Give me my lettuce and tomato. Here's the Here's the lettuce and tomato. No, those are her fries. She says She says he pulled them out and put them on the counter so she wants her fresh ones. Your fries no salt. She never say that. Okay, no, no. I thought the fries I thought we agreed on this earlier. No, you do need to then just get a regular fry. If they have salt on them they're going to have salt on them because you didn't order it that way. There's nothing I can't I can't do. Okay. All right. I did order no salt. Okay, you you know All right, hey, hey, I'll try that. I can't eat blood pressure salt. the time. >> she does have no salt. >> No salt on my fries. >> Now cook at cook at the door they're fresh. No, you do. And if you don't, you're going to go to jail. I don't want to play this game. You want to put me in jail? Put me in jail. It's called obstructing obstructing justice. >> me in jail for obstructing justice. Okay, then I'm not a criminal. Right. Are you going to refuse Are you going to refuse to give me your name or ID? Yes or no? >> No, you said I obstructed justice. If you refuse to give me your identification then It's called obstructing justice. No, I'm telling you if you're refusing to give me your name because I have to do a report on this. >> all right. So so you do your report. >> That's what I'm going to do. But I need your information. >> with them and not me. No. My name is Carolyn. That's all I'm giving you. Yeah, what is your name? That's all I'm giving you, Carolyn. If you're arguing with a cop about lettuce and tomatoes on a double fish fillet and refusing to provide your information, it means you don't understand how to act in public and you should stay home. What's your birthday? I am not Stop. You're going to give it to me or I'm going to take you and I'm going to take your picture and fingerprints and your food's going to be even colder. So it's really simple. If I take you into custody, then I'm going to go through all your stuff and I'm going to find your ID. >> Well, I'm not a criminal. I'm not saying you are. She might be. Am I detained? Yes. How am I detained? Because right now you're telling me Right NOW SHE'S OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. NO, I'M NOT OBSTRUCTING NOTHING. I CAME here to eat my food. I need to go to court. This will be thrown out. By telling me refusing to give me your name, you are obstructing. >> No, she's not. Yes, she is obstructing. She she did not have to give you her name. Yeah, her attorney told her to do >> Yes, she does. >> No, she did not. How you going to tell me? If someone is not detained I just told you she's detained. >> Is she under arrest? Well, you didn't say that at first. I don't have to. Is she under arrest? Okay, ma'am, I need your birthday. This is going to be your last chance. Okay. No? Then lock me up, man. Lock me up. You're Listen, I don't want to do this, okay? What's your birthday? You can go and lock me up cuz I don't have my ID. No, I let you No, you did do it. >> Game over. Okay, we're working on that. Lock me up. What's your birthday? I said lock me up. What's your birthday? Is that what you want me to do? Is that have to if I have to go to jail No, no. And then she started talking about how her order was wrong. I was like, "Okay, I can fix your drive-thru, you know, if you go through the drive-thru, we can fix it for you, but you can't be standing in the drive-thru." When he ran her plate, he saw that not only did the driver have a revoked license, but also had an active warrant for DUI and a requirement for an ignition interlock device. Here's what happened next when the officer pulled the driver over in a nearby parking lot. Uh so something cuz your license is revoked and then you got a smashed out back window. That still violates the open container law. Okay, well, it's half-full. Not mine, though. But you still have open containers in a car. It's not mine. That's what I'm saying. Okay. That's I just picked up my car. I left it at Walmart. Do you want me to tell you the truth? Yeah. No, it's okay. >> Well, are are you because, I mean, you're saying that it's >> there. With her history of DUI, open container, and her warrant, the officers then asked her to step out of the car to put her under arrest. You mind coming this way? She's not going to be cooperative. I'm trying to go home. I'm going to drop him off. His house is where that happened. I just called my old man and I said, "Please, is there insurance?" >> Jessica, Jessica, right? Okay. Asked my boyfriend, WHO OWNS THE CAR, TOO, what time I came home. Okay. >> And I went to go pick up that up, and that's what >> So, right now you're not under arrest for DUI, you're under arrest for the other stuff. >> Okay. >> Okay. Want to blow? Ready? And blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. No. >> That hurt. Because I have a point of view. >> suspect DUI right now but Oh, but you're not going to >> Right now you're just in custody for the ignition interlock and the suspended license. Uh he said she's on drugs and been drinking non-stop. So, um I'm going to take her to the jail. And I'll have him change it to a DUI. Did he say where he's coming? No. I told him he'd call me and she started distracting me. I'm going to get her. But, I was thinking blood draw anyway cuz if even even if it was partial and she was only at 0.5, that doesn't explain her behavior.
