If you don't appropriately sign the citations, ma'am, I will be forced to make a visible arrest. Okay, go ahead and turn on police behind your back for me. [screaming] You're going to GET you're going to get tased. >> It's honestly unbelievable how fast entitlement spirals into screaming, resisting, and total chaos once the cups come out. Turning one bad decision into the most chaotic arrest imaginable. Undo your seatelt and step out. No. >> Yes, you step out. That's how it works. [music] >> I'm trying to go away. Let's break it. >> Welcome to Police X10, where attitude meets authority. Let's take a look at today's entitlement in Cops versus the Dumbest Karens in the most chaotic arrest ever. Starting with this woman who turned a simple traffic stop that isn't even targeting her into a full-blown chaos. >> 911. We are 911. >> Get out of the vehicle. What's wrong with you? >> Get out of the vehicle. You're going to get TAS >> Get out of the vehicle. I'm going to tase you. Under arrest to me. PLEASE KILL ME. On May 8th, 2025, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after a check revealed the license plate was no longer registered to the car. Here's what happened next. Hello, Officino. Pensacola Police Department. Reason I'm stopping you, this tag no longer belongs on this car. Okay? It was supposed to have been replaced with the metal tag. So, it's no longer assigned to the vehicle. And if it still was assigned to the vehicle, it expired back in March. Okay. >> So, do you have your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance? >> Do either one of you have a medical marijuana card? >> What? >> Do either one of you have a medical marijuana card? >> Okay. Cuz I can smell the odor of marijuana coming from the car. That's why I'm asking. >> Huh? Okay. Do you have the insurance? >> No, it's not. You gave me the title, the registration, the license plate, and then your driver's license. Do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you provide it to me? >> Huh? >> That's fine. That's fine. Can you pull it up and show it to me? How long have you had the car? >> What's that? >> Not very long. >> Not very long. Okay. Get put for the tag. You did? >> Yeah, I saw it expired like was that March. >> With a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, the officer proceeded to instruct the driver to step out of the car. >> I'm hop out. Do you have anything on you poke stick or hurt me in any way? No. >> Do you have any objection to me searching you? No. Okay. If you can just if you wouldn't mind putting your hands. There you go. All right. I'm going to have you step right here in front of my car. Okay. So, right up here. Yeah. Right up here. So, like I told you, I can smell the odor of milk coming from the car. Okay. It's a little bit of weed in the car. I ain't worried about it. Okay. I'm not sitting here trying to ruin y'all's day over just a little bit of >> Okay. There any weed in there that I'm going to find? >> No. It's just you probably smelled it because of where we just came. >> Where you just came from? We not We just visiting right now. Who's from here? We just visit We stay in Colorado. You know, Colorado is marijuana. >> Well, I got you. But there is absolutely no way I would still smell the odor of marijuana coming from the inside of your car from Colorado. just just came just arrived tonight. We ain't got no street. >> Okay. So, I'm going to search the car based on the odor of marijuana. Okay. Not worried about a little bit of weed, nothing like that. That's all it is. Get y'all out of here. >> Call it a day. All right. Okay. What brings y'all here from Colorado? >> This is my home time. >> Okay. I got a Florida license. I'm just busy. I'm just still getting everything still prepared. So far so good. The driver was quite cooperative and didn't make a scene. However, the passenger is a whole different matter. >> I need you to step out. Open the door and step out. Roll the window down. >> I know you can hear me. I need you to open the door and step out. >> What's going on? >> She's refusing to get out of the car. Hold on. 58. Can you roll another way? Ma'am, I need you to step out of the vehicle. I do not want to arrest you for resisting. to her to get out. I don't want to arrest her for something petty like this. >> No, it just she had a lot of >> bad issues and bad get traumatized. >> But if she doesn't just get out of the car like this >> because if she doesn't get out of the car, we're going to force her out and then she's going to go to jail. Come on. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle? >> Yes. >> What? >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Because I'm telling you to. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. >> Is there a reason why he's telling you to step out of the vehicle? >> Any reason I want >> Okay. So, step out of the vehicle or you will be forced out. You'll be placed in handcuffs and then you will go to jail. >> Come hang it up here. I'm not talking about performance. >> As she was sitting in the car and refusing to step out, she called 911 on the officers. That has to be one of the dumbest things she could do in this situation. >> I have no idea what's going on. >> Ma'am, all you got to do is step out of the car. Okay? I don't want to arrest you for that. Okay? Just get out of the vehicle for me, please. >> Okay? And I don't know what I'm stepping out for. I asked and he told me >> you're on the phone with 911. We are 911. >> The officer told me which separate one is so ridiculous it is to step out. So I'm stepping out with you on the phone with my hands up trying to move away from the officer. >> Do you understand that we are police officers? >> I don't understand what's going on now. So I'm I'm ready. Please hurry up for you to uh >> Yes, ma'am. Michael, stay on the phone. What's your name? >> Yes, ma'am. And he told me he said for whatever reason he want me to step out the car. >> A police dispatcher does not have knowledge of criminal law. >> I need you to go over there. My name is Officer D for the Pensacola Police Department. >> I don't I don't know. I haven't been read my rights. I don't know what's going on. I don't know what >> I need you to go over to that vehicle. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> I'm so scared. >> Oh my god. He's touching me, ma'am. Get out of the vehicle. What's wrong with you? Get out of the vehicle or you're GOING TO GET TASED. What's going on? PLEASE HELP ME. >> GET OUT of the vehicle or I'm going to tase you. >> Get out of the car. >> Please help me. I got out of the car. >> What's wrong with you? >> WHAT DID I DO? >> I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. >> YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. YOU ARE He's my arm, ma'am. You are under arrest. >> He a gun to me. Please. HE'S GOING TO KILL ME. >> [screaming] >> HE GOT OUT. HE'S SHOOTING ME. >> HE'S SHOOTING ME, MA'AM. >> GET OUT. >> GET ON THE GROUND. OH GOD. >> GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. GET OUT. ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE [screaming] GROUND. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> STOP. NOBODY [screaming] HELP ME. >> STOP BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> NOBODY HELP ME. SOMEBODY, [screaming] SOMEBODY, SOMEBODY, >> SOMEBODY HELP ME. >> WELL, she did all of this to herself. Oh well, life is exponentially more difficult when you are stupid. >> SOMEBODY HELP ME, >> SIR. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SIR, WHAT AM I BEING ARRESTED FOR? WHAT DID I >> OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE? WHAT DID I DO? >> Get the other arm. >> What did I do? >> Tas again. >> WHAT DID I DO? [screaming and groaning] >> HE'S TASING ME. STOP. >> YOUR HAND. STOP. LET ME SEE. HE'S PULLING MY HAND. >> Your arm behind your back. >> PULLING. I AM. IT'S PULLING MY HAND FOR NO REASON. He's really ABUSING ME. PLEASE HELP. WHAT AM I DOING? HE JUST CAME TO ME. OUCH. What are you doing? >> WHAT DID I DO? >> WHAT THE [ __ ] IS going on? >> What the hell? >> After putting the woman in handcuffs, the officers then moved her to the squad car. >> I came. You just You saved me on purpose. >> Yes, 100%. Because you were resisting. >> I didn't resist it. >> They were both in her bag. WHAT'S IN MY BAG? >> SARAH, what is >> I don't even know what's going on. >> What am I? WHAT IS GOING ON? I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. >> WHAT THE HELL? WHY ARE YOU WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT? >> WHY ARE YOU SCR WHY ARE YOU HURTING ME? YOU'VE BEEN HURTING ME ON PURPOSE for no reason. Is your body cameras on? >> 100%. >> Your body came on? >> Yes. So you just tag me like that for no reason >> because you were resisting. >> I was not >> for battery on law enforcement officer. >> A battery? >> Yes. >> You're lying. The whole thing is on record. >> Yes, it is. >> Spread your legs. >> Okay. >> Spread. Spread. Spread. Spread your legs. Do not make me kick your legs again. >> Stop. >> Ouch. What did I do? >> Stand up. Why are you jerking me like you're I'm not even resisting you and you hurting me. What are you doing? >> Are we are What are we doing? Are we playing silent game? What are we doing here? >> Talking. >> Ma'am, I know you can speak. >> Yeah, >> you've been speaking. >> What is in your breast? >> I just told you my earring >> and I asked you what side. >> You said in it. >> In your breast. What is in your breast? 2200 >> uh just cuz the size of her breast I couldn't get in between. I get undersized now. >> In the end, she was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence and misuse of 911. Cooperation keeps situations calm while defiance escalates them fast. The driver followed instructions and stayed out of trouble. The passenger chose confrontation, turned a manageable stop into a violent arrest, and walked away with multiple serious charges. The lesson is simple. When emotions take over, consequences multiply. Calm compliance protects you. Unnecessary resistance guarantees the opposite. Let's move on to the next case where an entitled woman turned a sign of citation into an arrest. >> If you don't appropriately sign the citations, ma'am, I will be forced to make a physical arrest. Okay. Go ahead and turn on police trans behind your back for me. >> I'M NOT A POLICEMAN. >> On August 24th, 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for going 96 mph in a 55 zone. Here's what happened next. >> How are you, sir? >> Hello. >> What's up? >> What's the rush? >> Um, I'm just trying to get to work. I have a personal training. >> So, >> you're doing 96? >> I was not aware I was doing 96. I had the cruise control set at 85. >> I mean, okay, even let's give you the difference. Say you were doing 85, that's still 35 mph with the speed limit. >> I understand that. >> But like I said, I I got you on radar doing 96. >> Okay. What? >> So, when did you clock it? >> Right. As you're coming over the crest of the hill that truck for a while and then you >> Truck Truck was doing 74. >> Okay. >> You were doing 96. I need your driver's license, registration, proof, insurance. I don't have my physical driver's license. It's It's in the mail on the way to me. Um I have a passport. >> Okay. You can't drive a car then until you have your license on you. >> Okay. Well, if you want to give me a ticket for that, too, go right ahead, sir. But I'm just trying to get >> Oh, you say that, but you're putting everybody else at danger. So, I I don't think the attitude's going to help your situation. Okay. >> The last time I was pulled over by a cop, they pulled over two people at one time in the middle of the road. So, I'm sorry. And he came up to the car and put his hand on his gun. So, I'm sorry if I seem a little out of out of touch right now. >> I got you. I'm not them. Obviously, I'm not done any of that stuff. >> Do you have your registration paperwork? >> All right, hang time. Back with you in a few. >> After preparing her paperwork, the officer then returned to ask her to step outside to sign it, but she kept making a big deal out of it. >> Ma'am, I need you to hop out of the vehicle cooper back of your trunk with me. >> What? I need you to step out of the vehicle and come around back to your trunk with me. >> Why? >> Cuz we're going to take care of paperwork back here. >> What paperwork? >> The paperwork I'm about to provide you back here. >> Okay. Why? >> Because I'm giving an order to honestly. I just didn't know like I need to get out of the car. Why do I need to get out of the car? >> Because I have paper to take care of and for my safety and for convenience, it's taken care of back here. Hey, Shade. Can you pull up here with me? >> Can I get out as well, sir? >> No, ma'am. >> I just want to stand with you. >> Okay. I'm not going to have a bunch of people on the side of the Gandandy Boulevard. It's a safety issue. Okay. This isn't that big of a deal. >> Sorry. If If you're Okay. If you're telling me this is not that big of a deal, if you physically see me, I'm like, >> it's not that big of a deal, but you are making it a big deal. Yes. I'm asking her to simply do something. I ask people to do every day and I told you it's because it's for my safety. This is where I conduct this type of paperwork as at the back of your vehicle. >> I've never been asked to get outside of my car before. >> Well, today you are over. >> Sorry. >> So, at this point, you need to step out of the vehicle because I'm giving you an order to do so. >> Excuse me. >> Right around back here, please. >> Finally, she agreed to cooperate and step out of the car. The officer then informed her that her license was suspended. >> Here, please. You want to turn to face me so I can explain some things to you? >> Fantastic. Your driver's license is suspended. >> It's not. >> You failed to pay a traffic citation out of Pasco and they suspended on the 19th. >> 6 months to pay that ticket. >> Your driver's license is actively suspended. >> Person told me that I had 6 months to pay that ticket. I actually reinstated my license a few months ago. Got that handled. And now you're telling me that my license is suspended. I haven't received notification of this. And I know this isn't your fault, sir, but I have been going through a lot lately. So, I understand all that, but here are the simple facts today. Okay. You don't have a license on you in the system, which is real time. >> It is showing us suspended, and that's what I have to go by. If there's a clerk or something like that, that is something that you're simply going to have to take care of at a later date in court. >> So, what happens now? >> So, I'm about to issue some notices to appear for court in lie of making a physical arrest and taking you to jail cuz I don't want to do that. >> All right. But you can't drive this car. If she has a valid license, she's the one thing. Perfect. She'll take over for you. >> But you're going to have a court date that you're going to have to appear for. Okay. The court date is going to get mailed to you. You're going to have a court date for driving with suspension and for your speed for doing 96 and a 50. If you don't hear anything from the court in the next 30 days, the recommendation I tell everyone is make sure you call the Penllis County Clerk of Court because if you miss this court date for any reason, they will warrant for your arrest. Okay. >> The officer then asked her to sign the paperwork. However, the attitude she's about to give him will make the case much harder than it needs to be. >> I'm going to need a couple of things from you. First, there's going to be a signature at the bottom of both these citations next to the blue X. It's not admission to guilt. simply saying you're aware you're going to receive a court date in the mail and you promise to appear for it. All right, I'm going to go ahead and crumple these up. I'm going to go print out a new copy. If you don't appropriately sign the citations, ma'am, I will be forced to make a physical arrest. Okay, so I'm going to give you one more opportunity to comply. >> You physically saw me sign those, correct? >> And that counts as a signature. Correct. >> No, that's not a signature. >> Right. >> Anything from pen to paper you physically see me sign, that is my signature. It does not have to be legible. >> Okay. >> You have nothing else to say. It's not a signature. It says who? >> Okay. >> He's trying to work with you. I don't know why you're not working. Why are you interrupting >> me right now? And you have to get out of the car. Okay. >> Handed them to me and I can sign them in the safety of my car. >> You want me to say something and then you interrupt me. So, I'm not going to say anything. >> You don't even allow my wife to get out with me. You're like, "Are you kidding me?" >> Even with that attitude, the officer still gave her another chance. But she doesn't take it because when you let your entitlement drive the car, you usually end up crashing into handcuffs. >> All right, ma'am. So again, this your signature is as it appears on your driver's license. This is not admission to guilt. This is simply an acknowledgement that you're aware you're going to receive a court date in the mail. >> So simply just need your compliance. Do you want to see my actual signature? >> All right, go ahead and turn on police behind your back for me. >> I'm not police. [screaming] >> Stay there. Stay there. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. [screaming] Tango is 16. I'm 10:15. Got to get a cage cruiser. I will talk. I'll talk to you in a sec. Please stop. Please, >> please stop. >> Tell him to step it up. >> Yeah. 104. I need a cage cruiser if they can expedite one being nooperative. >> Please, please, please, please, baby. I LOVE YOU. >> I'M TRYING to remember. >> No, you didn't. >> Yes, I did. [screaming] >> It was a simple thing you had to do. >> I did it. [crying] >> Man, please do me a favor. Have a seat in the vehicle. After securing the woman in handcuffs, the officers moved her to the squad car. [laughter] >> Do what you got to do. Start your paperwork. >> I got the paperwork done and she refused to sign it. >> If you do see it, there's a signature on that paper, sir. >> It's not your signature. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. I am tired with anxiety. >> Can you please go look at the piece of paper I signed? Please. They're making a big deal out of this. Please. You please. >> [screaming] >> Do you have your driver's license on you? >> I'm sorry. This This is our dad. Hold on, Dad. I got to talk to Hold on. I have to talk to the police officer. Give me just a second. >> Start walking back. >> No. Please. the paper. [screaming] [screaming] >> Come on. Please, please, please. Please. >> She can't take that. Okay, take the >> She got a chain and a couple bracelets on. So, here's the deal. Here's what happened. Okay. She has a suspended driver's license and she's doing a speed of more than 30 mph this in the state of Florida. One of those the suspended driver's license is an arrestable offense. The other one is a mandatory appearance in court. >> She was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, resisting an officer without violence and speeding. This stop shows how attitude can undo leniency. Signing paperwork and stepping out of the vehicle are procedural steps, not personal insults or traps. The officers still offered chances to resolve things calmly, but entitlement shut those doors one by one. The result wasn't just a speeding charge, but multiple offenses and an arrest. The lesson is straightforward. When the facts aren't in your favor, cooperation is your best option. Moving on to the next case, where a dumb thief thinks she can escape the police after getting caught stealing. You're going to get a gun. You're going to get chased again. >> I'm not running from >> On October 11th, 2024, officers responded to a Walmart regarding a shoplifting incident. Here's what happened next. >> She got rid of our stuff. >> Got rid of Wait. Got rid of what? >> The other one. Um, >> got your Who's your friend, man? >> Who? >> The one you were in the store with. >> Got rid of what? >> Curtains. Curtains. Curtain. >> Curtains. Where's the >> I have no idea. >> Okay. Where's the curtains right now? >> You got rid of I need to know where you're going. >> Where? >> Do you have an idea of >> No, I do not. >> Do you have a driver's license or anything? >> No, I do not. >> You have a purse? You don't have an ID? >> Yeah. >> We're talking about the office. We're going to call you. >> Come in office from work. >> What's that? >> Come in office for >> I'm investigating a retail theft. >> Until we figure things out right now. Okay. Until we figure things out, then we can release you. But for what though? >> For what? What's your question? Sorry. >> Cuz you all saying that I'm going for >> per state statute in Wisconsin. Retail theft also constitutes for uh concealing. They're claiming that you were concealing merchandise. So right now I don't have video camera. >> But I don't have anything that did you say? >> No, I don't. I didn't. >> Hear me out. I'm going to watch these cameras and if it shows otherwise, you're going to be under arrest for for retail theft. So >> But why? I don't have nothing on these things. >> That's fine. What about your other What about What about your phone? >> I don't know about nobody else. Y'all see me now. That's what I'm saying. >> That's why we're investigating. Okay. So, let's go in the LP office and we can talk. >> But for what though? I didn't do nothing. >> Listen to me. I'm not going to ask you again. Okay. Let's just go in the LP office and we can talk. >> Well, I'm sorry. >> But for what though? >> We can talk. Let's go. >> For what though? >> Ma'am, I'm not going to ask you again. Otherwise, I'll put you in custody if you conceal items and that's a crime. You understand what I'm saying? >> Right. But he's saying that I I don't have nothing. That's >> right. Now you don't. Correct. But in the store, it's the same thing. It doesn't matter. >> The crime was committed the moment you conceal anything. So, let's talk in the office. We can go from there. >> Well, she won't make it to the office. Instead, her next destination is jail because she's about to do something really stupid. >> So, what you're saying right now, >> you don't have to walk past the last point of sale in the state of Wisconsin. If you can seal it, >> you said what? >> Rip tags off the curtain and put them in. Give me A give me A >> 326 that way. >> Okay. >> Hands behind your back. >> Okay. Damn it. >> You think it again? Put your hands behind your back. >> Hey, sir. Okay. >> Hands behind your back. >> All right. >> Now. >> All right, sir. Stop. >> On the GROUND AGAIN. >> OKAY. NO. STOP. Please look. Don't do that. You got a little n >> No. Please stop. Please. >> No. >> I didn't do it. I don't have nothing. Come on. To stand up. >> Oh, stand up. Let me put on my shirt. Please. >> Stand up. It's okay. You ain't going nowhere. >> Okay. So, you might >> All right. All right. No. Wait. No. I want to put on my shirt. >> No. No. No. No. You No. It doesn't matter. You have the It doesn't matter. You have the opportunity to be cooperative. >> You did. So, you're in the situation cuz you're in because you did it. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing though. >> On the ground, we go. >> Sit down. >> Okay. You >> want to go on the ground? >> No. >> Just uh turn >> off, stop. >> No. >> King, stop. >> Well, I'm the one who want I didn't say nothing. >> I didn't say nothing. >> You're better again. You're going to get tased. >> I'm not running from you or nothing. >> But look, >> you're still resisting. >> No, I'm not. >> Stop resisting. Stand up. >> It's not very convincing to say she's not resisting when she kept on wiggling like a worm. >> Hey, >> hands behind your back. Can we just go in the office? >> All right. >> I'm not resisting. Okay. Wait. >> Don't stop. Put your hand. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> All right. >> Stop resisting. Do you understand? >> Yes. I understand. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I'mma take this off. >> Okay. >> Don't clench up again. >> Please. >> Huh? Stay down. >> You're making life hard for yourself. >> I got you. Can we still go to office? >> Nope. We're past that. You're going to jail. You're going to jail now. >> But you just said what? Cuz y'all trying to say how to th you are. >> All right. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Now it's another charge. >> No, I'm not doing that. Okay. >> Sir, you literally said once we went in the office that we was going to watch the video. >> Hold on. Cuz we got wires all over. Yep. Did you rip them? >> No. >> Wait. Hold on. Hold on. Oh, >> you got a little glove. >> I am supposed to >> just lay flat. You're fine. You're not going anywhere. We got to get the paramedics out here to move these uh prongs out of you. >> Just lay flat. I'm going to lay this here. >> Can you come my phone? I'm >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Please. No. >> You said no. >> Yep. Give me a second. >> I'm Your phone is the last thing I'm worried about. your your uh purse. Last thing I'm worried about. >> It's not very convincing to say she's not resisting when she kept on wiggling like a worm. >> Oh, wait. Go. No. Can one of y'all go get my hat off the ground, please? It's a Gucci hat, please. It's like in the middle. I need all my belongings. Can one of y'all go grab my hat? >> Not right now. >> Leave your favorite things out. Stand by. >> But y'all supposed to grab all my belongings? >> Are we Are we required to? Is that the law? >> Yeah, y'all have to. >> No, it's not. >> You have a pro in your ass. Lay flat. I'm trying to help you out. >> 2,000 you say, >> MA'AM. >> AH [ __ ] >> OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. >> It's still in there. >> Yep. >> Hold on. You got to lay. >> All right. >> You ready? >> Cool. >> You got another one. You ready? >> Cool. >> There might be another one, too. >> You did three. >> I did five. >> All right. Lay. You got a lay. >> Look on her. Look where the strings are. It's just my seat. >> Yeah. Just pull it away from >> All right. Roll back on your side. You're going to get off. Okay. >> Okay. We're walk over to a car. >> Okay. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, ma'am. Before you put me up. >> Wait. I'm trying. Hold on. What are we doing? I know. But that's not our priority. You want to do too much. That's not our priority right now. Stand up. Stand up. >> Wait. You got the stick on my booty still? >> No. >> What is this pokey me? What is this? >> It hurt. >> Hold on. There's nothing here. >> Wait. Do y'all see that? It's a >> There's nothing there. It's >> probably from you hitting the brush right there. >> That's probably from you hitting the brush right here. That's got to be a stick or something. >> Wait, can you grab my back? >> I got it. Let's go. >> Okay. Can I get my pet? >> She ran for me. She got titties. >> She's pretty quick on her teeth. I got her. She's pretty quick on her feet. >> Yeah. >> Give me a nice little run. >> Good shape. You got it. >> Yeah. No, but she's she seems like she's in better shape than I am. >> She in better shape than I am. I can swear to God. But also, she ain't carrying 35 lbs. >> In the end, she was charged with retail theft and resisting arrest. When things have already gone wrong, stop making them worse. Calm compliance is the only move that doesn't add consequences. Moving on to the next case where a dumb woman thinks arguing and fighting the police is a good idea. >> Undo your seat belt and step out. >> No. >> Yes. >> You step out. That's how it works. >> I'm trying to. Y'all won't let it break. On July 13th, 2024, officers in Ohio conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving without headlights. When they ran the plate, they discovered it belonged to two zeroyear-old Jana, who had active felony warrants. Here's what happened next. >> Next. >> 34. >> What's going on? >> 34. Well, you have no lights on. >> Okay, I'm not going to play this game with you. >> You have your license on you? >> What are you doing? >> I just told you you have no lights on. >> No, that's not a valid. >> It is a valid. >> Stop. When the law has already caught up to you, stubbornness is not strength, it's self-sabotage. Compliance won't erase warrants, but resistance almost always guarantees a worse outcome, more charges, and a longer road ahead. Just when the officers thought they'd seen it all, along came some immature teens who tried to flee after a gunpoint theft. Our car was just robbed at gunpoint at the farmers market. High-speed chases, weapons, and refusal to surrender don't create escape routes, they close them. Every escalation narrows the outcome, and it almost always ends in arrest, injury, or worse. Moving on to the next case, where a woman decided to talk herself into handcuffs. On January 29th, 2025, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a 30 years old woman for blowing through a stop sign. And of course, she kept shifting the blame for her own mistakes onto the officer. And the officer even noticed something else, too. Like a strong odor of alcohol. >> She's clear pizza. I don't know if this got a hoodie on. >> No, you're wrong. And you know it. >> That's fine. I've been wrong before. >> You've been wrong before. >> I know I have. >> I know you. Let's just say she failed those tests before they even started. >> You got DUI, too? >> Yeah, she's hammered. >> Yeah, I agree. I'm going to ask her if she wants to do SFS. Hey, Miranda, I got a question for you. Okay. Listen, I believe you're under the influence of alcohol. Would you be willing to >> I would be. >> You would be willing to complete standardized field sobriety for me? >> I would be because I wasn't under the influence. I was looking for my vehicle. I mean looking for my car in my friend's vehicle. >> Okay. >> I didn't go anywhere. And you know that I didn't You made a U-turn behind me. >> I did because I >> You made a U-turn behind me because it was on a yellow light and I had to ride away and I made the right turn. >> That's incorrect. No. She just told me she would do it. >> Oh, really? >> Oh, when I do my supplement today, I'll put in there. >> Everything. >> Very strong odor. >> Oh, yeah. >> And she's got the bloodshot, watery eyes, and everything. >> She willing. >> Yeah. She said she's willing to do it. >> She's convinced that I stopped her because she went through the yellow light and I'm like, that's not why we're stopped. >> She wants to argue about it instead of listening. So, >> yeah. Well, that's my concern right now is if I get her out of this car, she's just going to keep arguing with me and I don't know how far I'm going to get through these exercises cuz I I can tell you after her resisting me trying to get cuffs on her, I don't want to take them back off. Sergeant, I'll be 100% honest with you. >> Say that she's going to do it. We'll take them off. But Yep. Let me just get all this prepared and then I'll Yeah, let's make back up and >> if I pass the breastilizer, will I be able to get away for this? >> Is that your probable cause? >> Give me just a second. Okay, I'll come I'm going to come around and talk to you. >> Is that your probable cause? >> Give me one second. I'm going to come around and talk to you cuz it's hard to hear you from up here. Okay, give me just one minute. I think she believes that I'm about to do a breathalyzer. And I think that's what she agreed to do cuz she's asking me if I pass the breathalyzer right here, am I going to go free? >> Oh, okay. Hey, Miranda, what deputy wants you to do is field sobriety exercises. >> Okay. >> Do you know what the difference between that and the the breathalyzer is? >> Yes. What I asked was uh is that the probable cause? >> The probable cause is a traffic stop and the odor of alcohol. >> Right. But he didn't give me the odor of alcohol. He pulled me out of my vehicle because he said I made a traffic in violation, but didn't give me the give me the description of that. >> But we're not going to stand here and debate the reason for this. >> But I know you you know that I've stopped you've been stopped before and I've been in the jail because the hurricane and I can't go at to jail because of bond. So I was very compliant because of that. So there was no reason for me not to be compliant. But that being with that being said, why would I go back to jail knowing that my bond can be revoked and I could go to jail for that? What we're asking you to do is field sobriety exercises. >> My thing is is if I will be able to pass that, what will go after that? >> We would make a determination at that point. >> Determination at that point. >> Yep. >> And will I be able to get a traffic violation? >> I'm not going to tell you one way or the other because we're not there yet. >> I understand there's I'm not going to hold everything over your head or tell you that we're going to >> being very very understanding and trying to understand what's going on at this point. Even if I were to pass or not pass, where is the violation that I committed? >> Again, I'm not going to debate. >> I I don't know the violation that I committed is what I'm saying. >> He was explaining it to you when you were standing over there screaming at us. >> No, I wasn't. I I literally got pulled and grabbed I have a literally mark on my arm to show that he literally put me over when I told him that I was a woman. I would rather have a female because he told me he wanted to search. >> You don't have that option. >> I didn't have the option. You don't get to select what police officer. >> I'm not I'm talking to you as clearly. I know you before and you met me before. >> I'm trying to tell you that he upset me because he told me I I I what can I identify as and I'll identify as a male or female. So are you making me uncomfortable attracting me making me feel like I'm not a male or female? >> Trying to be respectful. >> No, it's not respectful because the way you said it. >> That that's how you perceived it. Okay. >> But exactly. And that I'm only being compliant because of that. But I'm not being in compliant because of his actions. I'm being compliant because of what he said. >> So at this point, are you going to submit to fieldy exercises? Even if I submit or not submit, if I'm going to be able to >> I'm going to submit. >> No, >> not submit. It turned a simple arrest into a full-blown disaster. Sometimes the worst enemy isn't the law, it's your own temper. Let's move on to the next case where a woman witnessed 99.99% of her net worth evaporates in front of her along with 100% of her brain cells. >> Don't bring your taser. >> Taser. >> Taser report. >> On December 8th, 2023, officers responded to a physical dispute call between neighbors. Since she was being cooperative, the officer loosened her cuffs a bit, but that's when she tried to fight him and hit him in the face.
