I don't know. >> Get in the car. >> Sit down. >> You're going to jail. >> I don't I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't I need my backpack. >> As she was in the car, the officer went inside the restaurant to talk to the manager about what had happened. >> I heard you say you want to press charges. >> Yes. Um, she failed to leave as trespassing. >> She also failed to identify herself. So, just can you just tell me what happened before I got here? >> Yeah, no problem. >> So, I came out the lobby. There was her sitting over there and then another guy that was sitting over there that was uh I guess he was homeless or something like that. >> And then there was a family over here. So, I do our rounds. Every 30 minutes we have to do our rounds, let the customers, hey, good morning. Um, you have a 30-minut time frame while consuming food and then, you know, you have to be off the property. 30 minute time frame. >> Mhm. She didn't even consume any food. She was just sitting here using the Wi-Fi. And so she was like, "Who are you?" The white gatekeeper. Ma'am, ma'am, this is not even a confrontational thing right now. I'm just letting you know the rules is 30 minutes. Well, I travel the world and blah blah blah. Okay. Well, congratulations that you travel the world. I I don't need to know all that. I just need you to know that there's a 30 minute time frame and that's it. That's all I'm coming here to do. And then that's when she's got a rage. She started calling me names. Ma'am, I don't have time for that. Oh, you hate your mother. Oh, you you need to go get some tea and all this. I'm like, >> what names was she calling you? >> She called me a black and then she called me a black gay dude. Then she said she just kept saying, you know, hateful things, you know, oh, you you you here to um to control the white people. And ma'am, she's like, "Oh, you need to be in jail somewhere where all the [music] black people is. You know where they want you." I'm like, "Ma'am, I don't care about all that. I have a degree. I I just applied for law school. I'm just waiting for them to say, "Oh, congrats." >> Yeah. I'm just waiting for my acceptance letter. That's it. So, um, all that unnecessary stuff, man, I can't, you know, I can't engage in that. You know, there's ethical things that I have to, you know, maintain. I can't, you know, I can't do that. So, it's like the things that you're saying is very hateful and I really want to react, but in the back of my head, I'm thinking like, you're just applying for law school. So, you know, there's certain standards that you have to go about things. So, >> um, then I just called 911, just said, can you guys just come and remove the lady? And by the time you got here, she was already back here trying to record me. And I'm like, ma'am, stop recording me. You don't have permission to record me. Stop recording me. Oh, I'm recording. Uh, >> and that's what happened. >> Okay. Um, I just need Are you the manager? >> Yes, I am. >> I just need to get your quick ID. No problem. Let me go get my >> and then uh I'll have you on your way. >> Okay. No problem. >> Thank you so much, sir. Um, so there's another statute that I'm um I'm thinking about right now. Okay. >> It's disorderly conduct in a licensed establishment. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um, clear she's acting disorderly in a licensed establishment. >> Exactly. >> Um, and like I said, I know you want to press charges for trespassing. >> Would you also be okay with the disorderly conduct? Yes, I'll be fine with that. Yes, that's not a problem at all. >> Now, with the officer done taking statements from the manager, he returns to have a word with the woman who's still screaming and crying in the back of the squad car. >> Can I have some water, sir? Oh my god. Oh my god. Ma'am. Ma'am, can I get some water, please? I need water. Can I get some water? I need water. I need some water. Please, please, please. >> Hi. >> Hi. I need some water. >> Take a deep breath. Um >> I'm my my mouth is seriously parched and my dog is in there. >> Help. We have to listen to you. Okay. Um take a deep breath. Relax. My name is Mark Sus. I'm the supervisor today. Okay. Um I obviously got called out because there were some force used against you. So, um, I need to make sure you're not hurt right now. You're just you're just thirsty or what hurts? >> No, they they put these super tight on here. He broke my glasses. He threw me to the ground. >> All right. >> I have never been kicked out of a McDonald's and I've traveled this country 6 months. I'm a journalist. I'm not a nobody. I lived in Florida for 25 years. I have two sons at the University of Florida. I am not a homeless person. I am not somebody to be pushed around. I have a master's degree. I'm educated. I'm This is I don't know why you're doing this to me. >> Why? I don't do I just got here, so I'm just making sure everything is >> These are super tight and they're really constricting. >> All right. Well, I guess the issue was >> Why did he have to throw me down and break my glasses? Is my phone also broken? >> I don't know. I'll look and tell that. I have to review everything. We have body cameras on throughout the entire counter, so everything that happened, we'll see. He broke my glasses. There is no need to get that kind of aggressive with me. I'm a 50-year-old woman. I'm 53. I'm not dangerous. I don't own firearms. I was a victim of domestic violence in this state. My ex-husband spent 6 months in the Sarasota County jail for smashing his wife into his third into his third wife's face, and I was the second wife. You don't need to do this to a woman whose mother was murdered. Also, [laughter] you don't need to do this to women. >> Keep your hands together like you're praying. And they're they're real loose. Okay. >> They're not. They're they're driving into my wrist. >> Can you please give me water, please? Just give me a drink of water, please. >> You could have loosened them up. I am not a threat. I don't own firearms, nothing. You did this on purpose because you're a sadist and you like to brutalize women and black people. This is the This is the stupidest thing you've ever done. Like, it's so useless. It's so useless to be so fascist. It really is. It's fascist as Florida, man. It's so bad here. It's so bad. Like, honestly, there was no need to harass me. There wasn't a need for that guy to harass me, and there wasn't a need for you to harass me. You said to your boss you were going to GET ME WATER. WHY DID YOU LIE TO YOUR BOSS? This woman is charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, and battery on an officer. Let's move on to the next case where this entitled customer went bananas over a toilet. >> She hit me right in my face. >> Why? She >> Yeah. Stop. >> Why are you getting him? >> Stop. Why aren't you getting him? He punched me. >> It's December 27th, 2025. Cops responded to a taco shop regarding this woman attacking an employee. Here's what happened next. Don't hit I want >> me >> AFTER YOU PUNCH ME DUMB ass with you >> hit me first up here. >> Why are you getting him? >> Stop. >> Why aren't you getting him? He punched me. I >> I'm not Please don't arrest me. >> I didn't I didn't punch him, officer. >> All right, you're about to get put on the ground. You're about TO GET PUT ON THE GROUND. >> YOU'RE HURTING YOURSELF. >> I CAN I not get put on the ground. Please don't handcuffs on me. Please don't handcuffs on me. Please don't handcuffs on me. >> Stop, >> Denny. Denny, grab my purse. Grandma, >> we're going to grab my purse. Back up. >> Back up. 25 ft. >> Search RJ on Instagram. >> I didn't do him. >> I was going to the bathroom and you opened the door. >> Not cameras. Not cameras. >> Okay, >> that was fast. Acting disorderly despite the cops standing right there. No wonder she got handcuffed. After securing her, the cops then moved her to the squad car. >> My pants were down. >> My pants were Why are you taking me in handcuffs? >> Why are you me in handcuffs? I haven't done anything. >> Hey, y'all leave me. >> Yes. >> Yes, we do. >> Why are you taking me in handcuffs? Please don't take me. Please don't take me. Stop. >> Stop, officer. Please >> don't grab on me. Why are you sticking to your pants? I thought I hadn't said anything. My pants were down in the bathroom. >> My pants were [ __ ] down in the bathroom and he opened the door. >> He told you to leave. >> But my pants were down in the bathroom, though. [screaming] Why are you pranking me? >> No, I don't see anything. But >> why are you in the car? >> Me. Don't take me. >> Don't take me. My pants were down in the bathroom and he was grabbing me. Why is this happening? I can't go to jail. Please don't take me. I haven't done anything to him. He was grabbing me while my hand Mom, my pants were down. >> I can't go to jail. Why would you put handcuffs on me? >> Stay in the car. >> Stop. I can't go to jail. Why would you put handcuffs on me? cuz we're not going to tell you again. So, sit down. >> I haven't done anything. Where's my purse? >> Get this. Want some cheese to go along with that wine? Also, the but my pants were down excuses. A new one to add to the car and bingo card. After securing her in the card, the officer returned to the restaurant to talk to the employee. >> What happened? >> For one, it's for paying customers. I tell them before they even come all the way through the door. >> Then both of them both both the door. >> As soon as they close, I open it right up. Not even 5 seconds pass. >> Okay. >> Now I'm standing there telling to leave at this point. I don't care about pan or none of that. Leave. She's sitting there arguing about 30 seconds to a minute. Then she hit me. After she hit me, I hit her back. >> She hit you. How? >> She hit me right in my face. >> Punch you? >> Yes. >> Close fist. >> Close fist. She hit me right in my face and I punched her back as a reflex with self-defense. I I wiped it off. She hit me all across my face. >> How many times? >> She hit me like four or five times. Every time she engaged me, I swung back cuz I stood right there. I didn't move. I didn't approach her. Every time she came to me, I swung back and told her right here told her to leave. She started. >> He did nothing wrong. >> He did nothing wrong. >> Then she hit me after she hit me. That was the thing. >> I got you. >> So even though the employee had already told her the bathroom is for paying customers only, she still decided to go in. And after getting chased out for that, she hits him with a closed fist. Man, she really thinks she can do whatever she wants, huh? On a side note, though, good on that employee for enforcing bathrooms for paying customers only. Those aren't public bathrooms. It's a private business. >> Anything happening, Dave, besides you going to jail? >> No. Please, can we [laughter] get something working? I was My pants were down in the bathroom. >> I couldn't do anything but come out. >> I tried to lift my pants. Can you can you can you be quiet for just a second so I can explain my pants to get out of the bathroom and leave my pants? We're past that point. We're past that point. Okay. You are going to jail today. >> So listen to go to jail. I can't go to jail. I can't go to jail. Please let me on a warning. I'll do anything. I'll do anything. I can't go to jail. I literally >> It's happening regardless, but I'm I'm trying to help you. >> I'll lose my job. Please don't. Going regardless, huh? >> Please don't do this to me. >> You're going regardless. I'm trying to make this so you can get in and out faster, right? >> Let me out with the warning. >> Mr. Please just take these hair off. I haven't done anything. >> You have to go and I'm being safe. It was just I needed really to use the bathroom. >> So, the easiest fastest way for you to get booked through and process you can bail out and get free tonight, right? is to cooperate, right? And be chill. If if you if you act out like you are right now, >> if you act out like you are right now, you're going to end up getting put in a cell for a whole 24 hours. >> So, you got to be chill cuz otherwise when you're wait when you're chill, we take you because I understand. >> But listen, the quicker the quicker you do this, you get your bond and you get to get out later tonight. >> Yeah, I know. The handcuffs are on the >> So, listen. We got to put you in a van and they're going to take you to the jail. But you have to stay calm cuz if you start It's my friend's birthday. I was just >> Are you Are you Are you going to stay calm or are we going to have to like get you to the jail and tell them that you're going to be a problem? >> Please. No, I'm not a problem. I'm calm. >> Okay. So, you're going to go you're going to get put in the you're going to go to the van like nice. >> My job. >> Well, again, if you stay chill, you'll be fine. >> Why would you do this to me? He harassed me. I was in the passenger. >> Listening to this conversation makes it clear that her problem is that she doesn't know how to listen. The cop kept on talking and instead of replying, she kept on whining and begging. And well, that's what got her arrested in the first place. Not listening and not following directions. >> And I wasn't doing anything. >> Step out. >> I wasn't doing anything. >> I'm going to make sure that your handcuffs aren't too tight, okay? because I don't think I got the double lock. >> That's That's what I'll work on for you. Okay. >> You want me to pull your >> Yeah, I'm here. >> She said she was going. >> She didn't tell me. I was talking to her, but she didn't tell me where she went. >> Can you please call my parents? I didn't do anything tonight. >> Please arrest me. My parents went down in the bathroom. Ma'am, she has to go to jail and lose her job. All right. >> Why do you do this to me? >> I wasn't there, so I don't know what happened. >> Okay. >> Like I told you, you got to stay calm or else it's going to be a problem for you when you get to jail. So, you have you have to be like this. Okay. I'm trying to make it so you can get your body fast and get out. But if you act out, they're going to put you in that cell and you're going to be there for 24 hours or more. >> Okay? So, you got to stay calm. >> All right? >> And once we get there, I'll drop >> I don't want to be processed into a jail. I haven't. He hit me. Look at my lips. >> He [laughter] hit me. I haven't hit him. >> And I'm going to document that. >> I haven't hit him. He hit me. >> Watch your step. >> Help me. >> It's all going to be documented. Don't worry. >> But I'm going to jail. I can't go to jail right now. I haven't done anything. >> We got to put you in over here. Sit on the back side. I haven't done anything. And he hit me. >> Yeah, the uh Jade Pride already searched her, too. So, >> so All right. Have a seat. >> Watch your head. And then >> here. Watch your head. Move your head back. Put your head back a little bit. I have a daddy. >> This woman is charged with battery and resisting arrest. Moving on to this case where a woman meets karma after harassing restaurant staff. >> I mean, I can't even take an order and she's down with these two little boys. >> How you're acting right now? I wait. I'm not in your position. I'm not in your space. I can sit sit and do this right now. Freedom. Freedom. >> It's March 5th, 2026. Cops get to this restaurant after an unruly customer caused a disturbance. Let's take a look at what's going on. >> What had occurred? I had asked her to put her Mountain Dew and the can of Papa. It's on my door. No inside, no outside food or drinks in my building. And she's back there screaming. I mean, I can't even take an order. And she's down with these two little walls. It's ugly. Page 17. I just had the owner step outside to identify that vehicle. She stated that's the vehicle. >> Mitch called me a racist. She called you racist. >> A racist? >> Okay. >> Honey, I black children. I'm not a racist. >> She um so she came in with outside food and there's a sign that says no outside food. And you advised her no. And then that's when the arguing started happening. >> That's when she started getting bel with me in the back. You know, she goes, "Why are you yelling?" I said, "Honey, I'm not yelling. I'm asking you to put the drinks away. You cannot have them in you." >> What did she have? She had a big Mountain Dew and a can of whatever those drinks are. I don't drink them, so I don't have them. >> Okay. Big can of Mountain Dew. Did she have like any kids with her or anything like that? >> Yeah, she's got her daughter with her in the car. >> How old do you think she is? >> That little one is probably two or three. >> Okay. And that's the only kiddo that she had with her. Did she have >> Yes, there's another one inside here. >> One of her kids are inside. How old? >> There's a family. So, that's why they're all in here. >> Okay. How old? >> That one back there maybe four. >> And she left the kid. >> She has one and she left the other. >> Is there a family with the family? >> Okay. Was there any physical touching, [music] shouting, or anything like that involved? >> She just got in my face. >> Okay. >> She was I have a body camera. Go for it. If you don't come down, I will call the cops. I'm done. I don't have to put up with this. >> Okay. >> And everybody back there soon. >> Okay. Um I'm going to go back and I'm going to talk to the family. If you can pull the family out with me, >> I'll bring my hugs with mom and dad. Okay. >> After speaking with [music] the manager, the officer then spoke to the suspect's parents to learn more about what happened. >> Hi there. Hi. You mind if I smoke? Sure, go for it. Um, seems like a stressful situation >> for real. >> Um, could you kind of tell me a little bit what happened um, from your side of the story, from your point of view? >> I seen it when it when it happened. >> Okay. >> We just our daughter, her sister. >> Okay. >> We came over here to have a nice little lunchon and everything. We've never dealt with a funeral before, you know. you know, we came here and everything cuz we always come here. The only thing I saw was her starting to yell at the waitress because the waitress told her, "You're not allowed to bring outside drinks in here." She started yelling at her. She told her straight up, you know, the waitress told her straight up, "I have, you know, certain regulations and rules that I have to follow. You need to follow them, too." >> Okay. She started, "Well, why are you talking to me like this? Why are this? Why the >> He told her, Katrina, you need to stop." >> Okay. Her name's Katrina. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, we left it alone. Then, she went back out there. >> That individual identifying as her name. >> So, she was out here talking to the waitress. So, he came out talking to her. Look, you need to knock it off. This, this, and that. >> Then she's like, "It's always me. It's always me." She comes out here and she was getting pretty much thrown out by the guy and everything. He was trying to get her off out of here. She's like, "He's touching me. He shouldn't be touching me." Stuff like that. So, I came out and I talked to her. I said, "Look, it's not a good day for anybody." >> What kind of vehicle does she drive? >> She's got a little >> She just bought Just bought the car a few weeks ago. >> Yeah. Okay. With that being done, it's time for the cops to make contact with a suspect who's going to be quite the pain in the butt to deal with. >> Stop yelling, Katrina. >> Came on the window. >> Katrina, we need to talk to you about what happened. >> I need to talk to you about what happened. >> What happened? >> I'm asking you what happened. >> I was pushed off the property and I was trying to have a lunchon for my my sister who just >> Okay. Can I have you roll down the window a little bit, please? >> Windows down. >> Okay. But here's >> I don't need you to try to open your hand or put your hand in my window try to unlock the window. >> I'm not going to do that. I would like to talk to you respectfully and I'm giving you a lawful order and I don't want to make it worse in front of your kid. >> Lawful order about what? >> Putting your window down. >> That's not a lawful order. >> It is. >> I I know my rights. That's not a lawful order. >> It is. >> I My window's down, is it not? >> Put it down, please. >> It's down. >> Your kid is crying. >> Put my window down. >> Okay. So, why are why are you acting like this? [crying] I just lost my sister and I was literally pushed out of Hills restaurant for no reason. >> That's not what I'm hearing. >> What are you hearing then? >> I'm hearing that you brought in outside food and that's not to >> my daughter's bottle. I dropped my my daughter's bottle. >> Stop yelling. >> Quit being disorderly. >> A bottle is disorderly. >> Nope. Didn't say that. If you would actually listen. >> I'm listening because I sat there and said, "Oh, a bottle. That's why it's disorderly." >> Okay. They have regulations and stipulations that they have to follow and she asked you to follow those rules. They had to put them on the door. In order for me to comply with them, they had to put them on the door. They was not on the door. So, listen. >> I'm trying to, but you're being you're being >> disorder. Okay. Okay. That's far enough. Right here. Right here. Right here. >> Okay. There's no need to act like this. >> Put your Put your hand on my >> There's no need to act like this. >> It's not. >> But you're talking about an order. If that was an order for them publicly, cuz that's a public that should be on their door. >> I'm giving you a lawful order. They have their business rules up there. business rules. >> Literally, I I need to talk to you because I talked to her and I'm giving you the chance to give your story. >> My dad's right there. That's my biological father. That's my mother right there. >> Oh man, this one's really exhausting. Imagine making the day of your sister's funeral all about you. That's absolutely [music] ridiculous. Also, this definitely ain't the way to behave in front of her children. >> I haven't even got a cup of water yet. They didn't want to serve me. >> Okay, I left. Yes, I was belligerent. I've made videos. It doesn't matter. I can't I have that right because it's right freedom of speech. Freedom of >> You have freedom of speech but when you start to bother other people in the restaurants that is disre I left as soon as they said leave. I'm telling her what I want. She's like, "Why are you yelling?" I'm like, "Can you hear me?" SHE SAYS, "NO, I'M I can't hear you." So, I'm saying, "Well, can I'm trying to order my food." She says, "Well, why are you yelling?" And I'm like, "Well, I ordered my food already and you got it wrong, so I just want a replacement." THEN SHE SAYS, "WHY ARE YOU LOOKING ALL in my car?" >> So, what's your what's your name? >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> THIS IS CRAZY. >> FOR A REFUND. >> For a refund. [laughter] >> Oh my goodness. I'm so glad you've been on the phone this whole time. This is about to be booming on the news. This is crazy. I've been racially profiled. I've been threatened. I I've been robbed pretty much. Their food is right there. I still don't have my money back. And you're tell What am I being What am I being held here for? >> So, right now, disorderly, but I'm not trying to do that. What? >> What am I disorderly? >> What? So, what I'm trying to do here, >> do you want your refund or not? >> I'm I'm over it. >> Because the woman had been escalating the situation the entire time, officers grew concerned that she might try to drive away once she realized how serious things were becoming. So to prevent that possibility, they place a spike strip right in front of the vehicle. >> Okay. Well, don't move your vehicle because if you move your vehicle, your tires are going to pop. >> Why? >> That's a tire deflation device. >> I've told you you're not free to leave. >> Get out of the car. >> Your car IS NOT IN PARK. >> Get out of the car. You got a warrant. You're detained. Not free to leave. >> I have a warrant. Where? >> Get out of the car. You have a warrant. You're not free to leave. If you drive forward, your tire's going to pop. >> If you drive forward, your car is going to pop. Do you understand that? >> Get out of here, please. Turn your vehicle off. >> Are you the sergeant? >> Turn your vehicle off. >> My sergeant could be in route. >> Yes, please. That is crazy. I tell you guys to get a refund and you're telling me. AND WHO HAS A WARRANT FOR WHAT? >> STEP. You have a warrant. Step out of the vehicle. >> I'll wait for your sergeant to get >> stepped out of the vehicle. >> With her refusing to get out of the car, she earned herself a brand new charge. Obstruction. >> By the way, you're getting charged with obstruction as well. By the way, >> how >> did you not step out of the vehicle? Warn or not, you you are under arrest for obstruction. >> What? >> We're not getting out of the vehicle. You're interfering with us now. >> I need to put I don't have shoes on. THAT'S WHY I'M NOT trying to >> Well, you were refusing to just get out. >> Can you please just get out here? This is crazy. I cannot believe this. I am being robbed. >> You guys are crazy. >> Are you going to step out of the vehicle? >> Get a refund and you guys are going to rob me. I have to go to work. ALL THESE PEOPLE got to leave. >> Yeah. >> Get out of the car now. >> Well, can I move my vehicle? >> No. >> Hey, we got a little uncooperative. >> I'M NOT TRYING TO BE UNCOOPERATIVE. >> OKAY. WELL, YOU ARE. SO, get out of the vehicle now. >> Come on. >> I am. I'm getting badge numbers. Can I have your guys' badge numbers? >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Don't reach for anything. >> I've got my shoes right here. Can I put my shoes on? I have no shoes ON MY FEET. NOW THEY'RE TURNING INTO A because I want a refund. >> No, cuz you got a warrant. >> For what? >> You don't even YOU HAVEN'T EVEN IDENTIFIED ME. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME I HAVE A WARRANT? >> Because I got your D. >> Oh my god. Does this mean this is my car? >> This is crazy. >> You match the You guys have not asked me for any identification. YOU GUYS HAVE NOT ASKED ME FOR ANYTHING that's going on. I'M CONFUSED. >> Get out of the car. I'll grab your shoes for you. >> There's catch up right here. Sir, can I just Can you grab my shoes? My hands are up. Just grab my shoes, please. This is crazy. Please find me. Please hurry up and get here. I'm at the Wendy's right down the street. >> You confirmed? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Can you please grab my shoes? Okay, I'm free to grab my shoes. I don't have any. >> Step out. Step out. Ketchup's not going to hurt you. >> You're holding up about 15 people. Well, can I move >> for a refund? >> Okay, get out of the car. Get out of the car. You're detained. >> Wow, this is crazy. Black in America, you're not even entitled to get your money back. >> With this woman finally stepping out of the car, the cops are able to finally place her under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're being detained in handcuffs. >> For what? >> For your warrant. And I told you you're under arrest. >> Because I have I want a refund. You haven't even identified me. >> I got it. Probably the >> You haven't even asked me for identification. How are you going to arrest me for a warrant? You haven't identified me. I identify. Get out here now. I was not yelling. >> I I'm not You don't think this is upsetting for me? >> You don't think this is upsetting for me? There's no like that doesn't matter. >> I've been threatened. I've been talked crazy to because I asked for my refund. You want your shoes or not? >> Can I have my phone, please? Can you put my phone in my pocket? >> No. >> I'm >> Let's walk over here. We're going to go to the other side of the store and to warn our patrol cars. We're going to just take her to our patrol car. >> For what? >> The officers then moved her to the squad car while she continued to argue with them. >> I called you guys to help me get my money back. >> And you're a regular for what? got my money cuz they GOT THEIR [ __ ] BACK. I WANT MY MOTHER. >> HEY, STOP. There's kids in here. >> That's crazy. The you arrested. >> This is some racist [ __ ] Stop. >> This is cuz I've never in my life in my vehicle. >> That's crazy, bro. This is bananas. So, as an American citizen that pays taxes, I'm not entitled to a refund. So, where does this escalate from me being arrested? I'm just confused. >> How do I call you guys for help and I get arrested? >> No. Please explain this to me cuz I need to explain this to my kids when I get back home. Okay. >> How do I How do I regardless? >> How do I call you guys for help? >> You want to do you want to hear the answer? >> Do you want to hear the answer? Because right now, at a minimum, you're violating Belleview's Municipal Code for disorderly conduct. That's not okay. You told our dispatch that you were intentionally blocking this line. So you you're disturbing the peace, right? You're disturbing all the the public. Even if I don't even deal with the warrant, at a minimum, we're there. Then you refuse to get out of the vehicle. Now you were at obstruction. >> No, you told me not to reach. He put his hand on his gun. >> I told you I told you multiple times before to get out of the vehicle and you refused to do so. >> Because what do I mean? I didn't feel safe. I told you I didn't feel safe getting out the vehicle. >> But it's all on body cam. These people have even you have on video him coming out of there threatening to drag me out of my car. >> It's everything's on video. >> My god, >> we all have our videos running. >> This is crazy. >> Despite all the explanations the officer gave her about the arrest and active warrant. She still refuses to accept it and keeps on blaming it on the refund. When the sergeant arrives at the scene, he calmly shuts her down with facts. >> I mean, I'm Sergeant Hollstead. >> Sir, I'm just trying to figure out how I'm going to show tonight. How >> I called I called you guys for help to get a refund. I was I requested a refund. >> I gave them their food. She told me she >> cussed me through the roof, >> talked to me crazy, slam the window. >> Yes. She slammed the window. So I'm like, "Well, can I get a refund?" >> I'm waiting there. Then they had some guy come out there and tell me that I need to move or call the police. And I said, "I already called the police. I'm waiting for the police here now. Why can't I get a refund?" He said, "You need to get the out of here before I drag your fat ass out of your car." I said, "I'm not doing anything." That's why I didn't want to get out of my car. She asked me if I could come in to get my refund. I said, "I didn't feel comfortable with those people." >> Police. Correct. >> No, the officer, when the officer came, she asked me if I could come in to settle it to get a refund. I said, "I do not feel comfortable getting out my car and going inside." >> So, why am I being arrested? >> Well, it sounds like you have a warrant, an outstanding warrant, which is a separate issue from the previous thing. >> This is crazy. And she said, "Even regardless of the right for disorderly conduct, I waited for you guys." >> So the officers are giving you lawful orders to get out of the car. And if you're not doing that, >> this is crazy. I called you guys for help. >> You have an outstanding assault case out of rent. It sounds like >> That's okay. I'm done talking to you. I'm You guys embarrass me. You guys be out here. You kidding me? With that explanation done, the cops then move her to the transport van. >> Please, please. He's getting them off. >> Does that feel better now? Much better. >> Yeah. All right. So, he's going to gauge them, right? And make sure they're not too loose, not too tight. He's going to double lock them so they don't tighten up on you and hurt you. Okay. >> Okay. Come this way, please. Watch your step. Okay. We're not going to go back at the van. >> Okay. >> Okay. When I tell you one step up, >> go ahead. Go ahead. >> Watch her head. Watch her head. >> She's trying to have a sleep. Oh god. I will never pay for what she need to pay for. >> She has a warrant out of rent. >> Mhm. Uh, and then she's also looking at an obstructive charge with us. >> I just want to know why she's going to jail. Is she going to be able to bail out? She's going to jail because of a drive. >> She's getting booked in on a warrant for her arrest from renting. Okay. >> Okay. >> She's got a warrant that says demands that officers take her into custody. >> But when you pulled her name after she called you for some assistance for uh uh a refund from Wendy's, right? So, you're taking Mrs. Del refund from Wendy's? Um, >> that's not She's going to jail for her warrant. >> I understand she has a warrant, but how did you identify her as having a warrant? Is it cuz she's black? >> No. >> We're completely transparent agency, so you have the case number. If you've got a lot of questions about it, you can request not only just the case, but you can request all of our body camera footage and everything will come to you. So, if if you if you really think something's >> What I'm confused on is it detainment. That's really why I'm confused. It went from a warrant to now you're getting obstruction. Now you're adding extra charges. So I'm That's really I'm confused. I'm confused by the whole situation. It played out. I need a refund. I'm calling the police because you're not providing me with the refund. So I will have to follow up with everybody and and probably make back against everybody cuz it's very unprofessional. >> You can do that with me right now. >> Once the black officer came, that's when things really escalated. Um, and I feel like they do that for a lot of situations with black people in the community. They feel like, "Oh, let me bring on this black officer for some understanding, but it's really not I they do that a lot." Like this. My sister actually sees black officer around here a lot. Like, you guys keep the same people drilling. She lives out here. So, she's like, "Oh, they have the one black officer in Belleview." And so, of course, he comes out to handle her racial situation. And after that, things changed. >> So, even being you're bringing up the racial thing quite a bit. Kate, >> absolutely. It felt very racial because when it was just her and myself, >> you're saying it felt very racial, but was there something specific that they did that you believe that this is race based? Is there something they said or something? >> He didn't say anything, but he was more aggressive with her in her tone. Like he didn't explain to her what was going on. He kind of just let her know, oh, you have a warrant. I don't care really what you're here for. You're being detained. She called the police. So when she called, she thought she was going to get assistance with whatever she had going on. In the end, she's arrested for two active warrants of assault in the fourth degree and failure to appear. She was also charged with obstruction. Let's move on to this case where an extremely entitled customer was willing to go to jail over a refund. >> All I got to do is I'm going to go out there and citation and then we don't have and you're going to get arrested. >> Yes. >> You're going to give me a refund nicely because I asked for one and your identification. >> Here's the deal. I provided you with the person who is in charge. >> Let me go. >> It's May 26th, 2024. Cops get to this Starbucks with an unruly customer causing a disturbance. Now, here's what happened next when police arrived. >> Oh, I want to follow. >> That's okay. >> And I would like my refund. >> Well, I can't make them give you a refund. >> Oh, yes, they can. They already have to leave. They want to leave. >> Give me my refund cuz I never had a problem. >> I like I understand like that sucks when you have issues with them. Like just like hotels and they kick people out and stuff, but we can't force people. >> I paid my money and I would like my refund and I'm asking you nicely. I'm telling you right now, >> but I'm on the phone with corporate. >> You can be, but they want you to leave. I'm not leaving. So, this is working. This is what can happen. >> Okay. All I got to do is I'm going to go out there and put a citation and then when you don't get it and you're going to get arrested for you're going to give me a refund nicely because I asked for one. >> Oh, I don't have it. >> Don't have it. >> I'm telling you right now. So now if you're not leaving and you refuse to leave and they're telling you your trespass if I don't have enough restraining order, sweetheart, >> look, I'm not you have to go. All right. Don't make this bad to where you have to get two different tickets in the rest. If >> they want you to leave, call corporate. >> I'm on the phone with corporate. >> I got you, babe. You got to go >> after they give me my refund. I'm sitting right here and you're sitting right here. Why can't you just get my refund? >> Because I This is a civil matter. >> I need my refund. >> You're not getting your refund from us? We can't do that. You have to get it from corporate. >> No, I can get it from them. I never had a problem here. I've been coming for years. >> See if she She doesn't want to identify. She doesn't want to leave. See if they got a name like on a card she used or something. >> Yes, sir. You still have to go out here. >> You can keep your hand on my face. I tell you. >> Looks like the woman is willing to go to jail over a $5 drink. The cop then informed her just that. >> All right. All right. So, listen up. So, here's the deal. When the manager comes out and says you got to go, I'd really like your leave. If you don't want to leave, we're going to arrest you. >> Can you please get out of my face? >> Well, I'm just telling you what your options are. >> And I ask for a refund. >> Okay, I hear you. I heard you. You've heard me all three times. I told >> you. >> And I heard you every time you go. >> As soon as the manager comes and we're going to arrest you if you don't leave. about you got about a minute. >> All right. So, have you ever been trespassed up here before? All right. >> I've been here coming here for almost 3 years and I ain't never had a problem until y'all got >> Okay. So, why were you asking for a refund? >> Because they didn't give me my order, but then she got rude with me in the driveway. >> Okay. >> And I could say, "Can I get a refund?" She would not give me a refund. >> So, I came inside and asked for a refund and she still wouldn't give me a refund. Then, she walked to the back and walked out. >> All right. So, what what did you order? this drink. Clearly haven't touched it. >> Okay. >> And um some chocolate chip cookies or something. >> Did you get the cookies? >> They're in the truck. >> They're in the truck. So, you got everything you paid for? >> I just want to tell you 100% I want to do this your last chance. >> I'm talking to him now. >> I got you. You're going to leave or you're getting arrested? >> I'm not talking. >> So, so here here's the deal. >> Mhm. >> They they don't want you on the property anymore. >> Where's the lady that said she don't want me on the property? >> The manager said >> because they told me to get her name, too. >> Okay. So, when you >> So, hold on a second. Let me let me explain it. >> With management not wanting you on the property, >> they have the right to ask you to leave. And at that >> at that point at that point in time, corporate told me to get the name. So >> before I can know who it was, they sat there and hadn't called you guys. >> So let's slow down a little bit. >> Okay. >> Whenever management asks someone to leave, it does become trespassing. >> She's not a manager though. >> Anyone Anyone who is an employee here has the right to ask. >> She's a manager and she's not a manager. So what is her name? And then I will I already talked to corporate and they sent me her name. You're constantly getting in my face and I don't want to talk about I don't want to talk about I don't want to talk to you. >> I asked you now. Can you please give me her name? So I can leave. I will leave after I get her name so I can let corporate know. >> You can stop looking. I'm talking to him. He's been more calm than you have. He's been weird. Please leave me alone. Anyways, can you please get her name? >> I can try to get her name. However, I cannot force her to give me give me her name. So that's that's crazy because you can force me to leave >> because at this point you are trespassing because we've warned you to leave the property. >> Anyways, can you please go give me her name? >> Let me see if I can grab her name real quick. >> The entitlement is strong with this one. Still, the officer humored her by getting the manager's name so she could leave. But just as she's about to go, she does something incredibly stupid that makes this 10 times worse. >> You still in my face? >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Neither am I. >> You're so cute though. You're just so adorable. >> That's not the manager right there. So >> he doesn't have to give you managers. Are we? So we keep telling you everything. You're the only one listening. >> No, he said he's going to get the manager name. Hey, I do like she even though she started she doesn't have a kid in her too probably 10 >> her name is and that her name is >> that was not the manager that came just came >> she is the one who is in charge >> she was not here though you're lying and so are they >> I'm not lying it's all in body >> that is not her name you can look on the camera and See, that was not her name. >> All right. So So here here's the deal. I provided you with the person who is in charge. >> Let's go. >> Nope. You're staying here. >> You're staying here. >> Let me go. >> Give me your hand. record. >> I am GRABBING my hair. Get off me. >> You want to get tased? >> Get the haircut. >> Making a complete fool of yourself, fighting with the police over a refund, and done all right in front of your child. All for $5. It's a great idea to traumatize your kid like that. >> Please don't. Please don't do that. >> Ariel, please. >> Help me get my phone. Let me get my phone. >> Stay back there right now. >> She got to get my phone. >> I DON'T CARE. Shut up. >> You shut up. >> Call your dad. >> 135. >> Call your dad. >> Hurry up. >> So you're ready to get up. You're just >> Hey, I just said let me know. >> Sit up. >> I can't wait for you mother to get fired from y'all. >> Get the away from me until I calm down. >> Come here and come grab my phone. We'll wait. >> Hey. Um, can you come grab my phone so I can call a friend? Come here so Eric can come and get you. HERE. COME AND GET MY PHONE SO I can get you the damn number. >> Come and get my I will give it to her. Please don't touch me. Quinton, please come and get me and my kids. If you don't GET AWAY FROM MY PHONE, >> I can do what I want right now. You under arrest >> and I'm TRYING TO >> DO YOU understand me? >> You're under arrest. >> Like I said, >> I've been nice with you this whole time. >> Yeah. And you got rude when he came. >> You know, I gave you multiple opportunities. >> No, you didn't. It took two of you to get me on the ground and you threw me on the ground. >> GET THE HELL OUT OF MY face with that bull crap. >> I'm not in your face. If you want to see in your face, I'll get in your face >> and we going to have a whole contest of YOU. YOU ARGUE IN MINE. I'M GOING ARGUE RIGHT BACK. >> AWESOME. I've got all day >> and so am I. Pooky butt. >> Do you want to listen to me? >> Like I said, >> do you want to listen to me? >> I said what I said >> for a third time. Do you want to listen to me? >> Obviously not. >> That time I said the same thing. >> Obviously not. >> After a while, the uncle arrives to pick up the kids. >> Back. Are you are you a kid's father? >> I'm her uncle. >> Okay, listen. Hey, stay stay over here. Don't go over there. Stay here. >> I want to know. >> I'm going to tell you what's going on. She's being arrested >> for what? >> Well, so first of all, all she had to leave was was leave the store. She don't want to leave. She want to identify. Then she resisted arrest. And then what she did? >> Either way, she's going to jail. She's waiting for somebody to pick. >> I keep trying to GET IN YOUR FACE. HE'S LYING. I NEVER resisted arrest. I came out the door and I walked out and I told, "Let's go." Then this two right there threw me on the ground. >> A female. >> Exactly. >> We got her on the way to search. She's still going she's still going to jail. >> I mean I >> So do you know her? >> No. I was just walking if I saw the baby in a panty. >> Darling, who are you talking to? Are you talking to daddy? >> It's my big >> Okay. How old is he? >> How old is your >> I'm trying Look, sweetie. I'm trying to help you. I promise. I just want to make sure somebody can come here and get you. Well, uh, I just spoke with I guess their grandmother and also there's an aunt and yes, they're supposed to be in the way.
